66. 3:21world is currently facing severe
67. 3:24challenges across various dimensions
68. 3:28size technology and innovation are
69. 3:31crucial in addressing
70. 3:34issues and achieving a sustainable
71. 3:37Future requires Us To collaborate
72. 3:40across disciplines countries And
73. 3:45regions this Conference aims to
74. 3:48facilitate such
75. 3:51collaboration despite this
76. 3:53challenges Southeast Asia stands

101. 5:08obliged To Be Fully prepared to
102. 5:11Lead The Reform with stringent
103. 5:15Research capabilities and leadership
