  1. 0:00You're understanding that you are source
  2. 0:03energy expressing through these physical
  3. 0:05bodies.
  4. 0:07You're understanding that you are
  5. 0:09eternal beings, so much more than this
  6. 0:11one perspective. But oh, what a glorious
  7. 0:14experience it is when you allow
  8. 0:19your physical human personality
  9. 0:22to be vibrationally attuned to your
  10. 0:25source energy. It just does not get any
  11. 0:28better than that.
  12. 0:29And of course, you really can't stop
  13. 0:32that from happening. That just happens.
  14. 0:34In other words, you would not even be
  15. 0:36here if that were not happening.
  16. 0:39But you, who are beginning to understand
  17. 0:43what we have called science of
  18. 0:44deliberate creation
  19. 0:46more recently, art of allowing that you
  20. 0:50can control the degree to which you
  21. 0:52allow who you really are to flow. In
  22. 0:56fact, that's what allowing means.
  23. 0:58Allowing means how much of who I really
  24. 1:01am am I allowing by my choice of thought
  25. 1:05to be present in this moment.
  26. 1:07When you're ornery, you're pinching some
  27. 1:09of it off.
  28. 1:11That's why you feel ornery.
  29. 1:13Really.
  30. 1:15When you're allowing who you really are
  31. 1:17to flow, you feel good. You feel as we
  32. 1:20feel. You feel clear. You feel sure. You
  33. 1:24feel invincible. You feel powerful. You
  34. 1:26feel eager. You feel adventurous. You
  35. 1:29feel kind. You feel willing. You feel
  36. 1:32compassionate. You feel understanding.
  37. 1:36You feel like giving others the benefit
  38. 1:38of the doubt. When you're edgy, when
  39. 1:40you're ornery, when you're
  40. 1:43feeling a little vulnerable, or when
  41. 1:44you're feeling
  42. 1:46defensive
  43. 1:48when you're feeling guilty or blameful,
  44. 1:50when you're feeling fearful
  45. 1:52these feelings are indications that
  46. 1:54you're pinching off who you are, and
  47. 1:56it's no wonder you feel bad. When you
  48. 1:58pinch off who you are, that's what
  49. 2:00feeling bad is.
  50. 2:02Instead of saying, "I think I feel bad
  51. 2:04because you said such and such to me."
  52. 2:06or "I think I feel bad because outside
  53. 2:09circumstances have
  54. 2:11happened in this way." We would like you
  55. 2:13to stop for a moment and say, "Oh, wait
  56. 2:15a minute. I feel bad for only one reason
  57. 2:18and one reason only. I feel bad because
  58. 2:21I'm not allowing
  59. 2:22who I really am to flow.
  60. 2:24And this is what it feels like when I
  61. 2:27pinch
  62. 2:28that off.
  63. 2:31We say, "Somebody should do something
  64. 2:32about that."
  65. 2:35>> [laughter]
  66. 2:37>> And guess what?
  67. 2:39There is only one person who can.
  68. 2:42So, we have a new game for you to play.
  69. 2:45And the game goes like this.
  70. 2:47I've decided in my physical human form
  71. 2:50that I'm going to take complete ultimate
  72. 2:54only responsibility for everything that
  73. 2:56happens to me.
  74. 2:58I will not ever again
  75. 3:00It'll take a little getting used to.
  76. 3:03I'm not ever again going to blame
  77. 3:05somebody else for where I am, for how
  78. 3:08I'm feeling, for what's happening to me.
  79. 3:12Can you imagine if everyone would say,
  80. 3:16"It's my job. My life is my job."
  81. 3:20So, you don't blame your mate anymore.
  82. 3:22You don't blame your kids. You don't
  83. 3:23blame your parents. You don't blame your
  84. 3:25teacher. You don't blame circumstances.
  85. 3:27You say, "I take full responsibility."
  86. 3:30The reason that this is ultimately so
  87. 3:32satisfying is because you have only ever
  88. 3:35always only ever always only ever always
  89. 3:38been the only ever always one who could
  90. 3:40only ever always do anything about
  91. 3:43anything in your life experience. Nobody
  92. 3:45else can do anything. In other words,
  93. 3:47asking someone else to change, even if
  94. 3:49they're willing, even if they can do it
  95. 3:51for five or 10 or 15 or 20 years, even
  96. 3:53if you can get somebody else to contain
  97. 3:55their behavior so that you will feel
  98. 3:57better, you are the only one ever that
  99. 4:00could do anything about it.
  100. 4:02And so, when you stop and think about it
  101. 4:04and you think
  102. 4:06>> [sighs and gasps]
  103. 4:07>> Let's talk about the uprising, the
  104. 4:09seemingly eternal uprising in the Middle
  105. 4:11East.
  106. 4:13Everyone thinking that somebody else
  107. 4:15should do something different.
  108. 4:17And nobody else willing to do it
  109. 4:19different for the other. And we say,
  110. 4:21"Can you imagine how peaceful and
  111. 4:23wonderful experiences could be if each
  112. 4:26individual would understand that, hey, I
  113. 4:29can do something. I can do something."
  114. 4:31And what is it that we're asking you to
  115. 4:32do? We're asking you to choose any
  116. 4:34thought, any word, any action that
  117. 4:37allows who you are to come back in this
  118. 4:40moment.
  119. 4:41So,
  120. 4:43you are so angry at your mate or your
  121. 4:46mother
  122. 4:47or someone, someone you work with,
  123. 4:49someone you work for.
  124. 4:51And they just seem to be ruining your
  125. 4:53life
  126. 4:55because they will not change their
  127. 4:57behavior.
  128. 4:58You do not seem to be important enough
  129. 5:00to them
  130. 5:01to change their behavior, which hurts
  131. 5:03your feelings a great deal.
  132. 5:07And then you discover, "Wait a minute.
  133. 5:10They don't have to change a thing in
  134. 5:12order for me to feel better. I can start
  135. 5:14looking for positive aspects.
  136. 5:17I can look for things within them that
  137. 5:20make me feel good." "Oh, that's
  138. 5:21impossible." you say.
  139. 5:24"There is so much that is bad and not
  140. 5:26much that is good. In fact, I haven't
  141. 5:28seen a glimmer of anything good for so
  142. 5:29very long." And we say,
  143. 5:32"Are there other subjects to which you
  144. 5:33could give your attention?"
  145. 5:37"Well, maybe."
  146. 5:38you say reluctantly.
  147. 5:41"My dog.
  148. 5:44My dog is easy to love or my cat." And
  149. 5:46we say, "Do whatever it takes to find
  150. 5:49something to be your object of
  151. 5:50attention. And as you give your
  152. 5:52attention to something that allows you
  153. 5:54to feel good,
  154. 5:56you've done something about this
  155. 5:58relationship that was bothering you.
  156. 6:00In fact, if you will make it your work
  157. 6:03to feel good,
  158. 6:04Every relationship that you have
  159. 6:07will be one that pleases you.
  160. 6:10Now, that's offensive to some of you
  161. 6:11because you've been holding others as
  162. 6:13being responsible for you feeling good
  163. 6:15for so long that it's sort of hard to
  164. 6:18let loose of that. It's sort of hard to
  165. 6:21let them be whatever they need to be
  166. 6:23while you selectively choose whatever it
  167. 6:25is that you need to choose to feel good.
  168. 6:27And we know, friends, it would be a lot
  169. 6:29easier for you to do this if they'd
  170. 6:30learned it first.
  171. 6:35>> [laughter]
  172. 6:37>> But you can't wait for them to figure
  173. 6:38this out. And you don't need to because
  174. 6:41once you figure it out, your life is
  175. 6:43going to feel so much better.
  176. 6:46It does not matter how many aspects
  177. 6:50of whatever it is you're giving your
  178. 6:51attention to that's making you feel bad.
  179. 6:54It does not matter how many negative
  180. 6:55aspects there are. It is our absolute
  181. 6:58knowing that in there somewhere are some
  182. 7:00positive aspects.
  183. 7:02Now, it might be that the way your
  184. 7:04relationship has been evolving that you
  185. 7:07have begun to focus upon the aspects
  186. 7:10that you don't like. So, you have
  187. 7:12activated that part of your vibration to
  188. 7:14an art.
  189. 7:16So that when you come together with this
  190. 7:18person or these people, that what they
  191. 7:21mostly show you is that part that is
  192. 7:23most active in your vibration. Did you
  193. 7:25hear that?
  194. 7:26What they mostly show you is the part
  195. 7:29that is most active in your vibration.
  196. 7:32It's such a wonderful thing. Did you
  197. 7:34hear that? What What they keep showing
  198. 7:37you is the part of them that is most
  199. 7:39active in your vibration. And all this
  200. 7:41time you thought it was their doing.
  201. 7:44It is the part that is most active in
  202. 7:46your vibration. That's why when we say
  203. 7:48to you, "Somebody should do something
  204. 7:50about it." The person that we're always
  205. 7:52talking about is you, not them, you.
  206. 7:56Because Oh, we know they could stand on
  207. 7:59their head and they could work really
  208. 8:01hard to only show you things that would
  209. 8:04please you. But you know, you're sort of
  210. 8:05fickle in what you want from moment to
  211. 8:08moment. And they're outside of your
  212. 8:10emotional guidance system. They've got
  213. 8:12to find ways of pleasing you based upon
  214. 8:15the letters that you've written or the
  215. 8:16prenuptial agreements that you've
  216. 8:18signed.
  217. 8:19Or the arguments that you've had where
  218. 8:22you've come to I promise I will never do
  219. 8:24that again. In other words, it's so
  220. 8:25awkward when you try to control the way
  221. 8:28you feel by controlling their behavior
  222. 8:30from the outside. We've never seen it
  223. 8:32work, not for very long. That's why it's
  224. 8:34easier to just keep moving to a new
  225. 8:36relationship where you have not
  226. 8:38activated in you the negative aspects of
  227. 8:41them.
  228. 8:42A new relationship is easier because you
  229. 8:45don't know much about them until you
  230. 8:47have that dinner when you say, "Tell me
  231. 8:48about yourself."
  232. 8:52Very good in coming together vows would
  233. 8:55be, "I promise you I will never tell you
  234. 8:57anything about my past if you will
  235. 8:58promise me that you will never tell me
  236. 8:59anything about your past. Let's start
  237. 9:02just start in this fresh place. Please
  238. 9:03don't tell me about any of your failures
  239. 9:05because as sure as you do, I'm going to
  240. 9:07activate them in my vibration and then
  241. 9:09I'm going to suck them right out of you
  242. 9:11and then our relationship is just going
  243. 9:13to be like all the other lousy
  244. 9:15relationships you and I have ever had.
  245. 9:17Let's not do that. Let's start fresh."
  246. 9:20So, tomorrow what we want you all to do
  247. 9:22is leave everyone that you know.
  248. 9:28Go out into the desert all alone.
  249. 9:31Meditate and start your lives over
  250. 9:35with all fresh new vibration. So, what
  251. 9:38we're getting at here, of course you're
  252. 9:39not going to do that and we really do
  253. 9:41not want you to do that. It would be
  254. 9:42easier if you could do that. But, if you
  255. 9:45were to do that, if you were to start
  256. 9:46all over with all fresh new
  257. 9:48relationships
  258. 9:51without understanding
  259. 9:53what we're really going to talk about
  260. 9:54all day here today, before long you'll
  261. 9:56be right back in the same situation
  262. 9:58where you'd need to leave all of those
  263. 9:59relationships, too. Because you have
  264. 10:02habits of vibration within you that
  265. 10:04evoke what happens in your life. And all
  266. 10:07this time you've been thinking that it
  267. 10:08was to do with other people. And it was
  268. 10:10never to do with other people. It's only
  269. 10:12about what you activate in your
  270. 10:13vibration.
  271. 10:15And then you say, and you're right, you
  272. 10:17say,
  273. 10:18"But it wouldn't be active in my
  274. 10:20vibration if they weren't showing it to
  275. 10:22me all over the place."
  276. 10:24And we say, "Yes, but they're showing
  277. 10:26you a lot of things. If you will be more
  278. 10:28selective in your sifting, if it will
  279. 10:30matter more to you
  280. 10:33how you feel
  281. 10:35than anything else,
  282. 10:37then what your experience will be is one
  283. 10:39of bliss because as you look at a
  284. 10:42relationship that has been happening for
  285. 10:44a while, and you deliberately look for
  286. 10:46things that make you feel good, and you
  287. 10:48practice looking at things that make you
  288. 10:51feel good until
  289. 10:54you activate within yourself that
  290. 10:56vibration, then what happens is
  291. 11:00those people that you're interacting
  292. 11:01with literally rise to match your
  293. 11:04vibration. We're not kidding you about
  294. 11:06that.
  295. 11:07You've seen it sometimes with children.
  296. 11:09You'll see a child with one person
  297. 11:11behave one way, and the same child with
  298. 11:13another person
  299. 11:15behave entirely differently. And you
  300. 11:17say, "I cannot even believe that that is
  301. 11:19the same child." And what is happening
  302. 11:21is different people have activated
  303. 11:23different vibrations. In other words,
  304. 11:25you are multi-faceted beings.
  305. 11:28Someone said to us recently,
  306. 11:30after talking through tears about some
  307. 11:33unpleasant things that were happening,
  308. 11:36"I think this happened when I was in the
  309. 11:37second grade."
  310. 11:39And now, this is an adult, children of
  311. 11:42her own.
  312. 11:44"I believe that this happened to me when
  313. 11:46I was in the second grade."
  314. 11:47And we say, "We think so, too. We think
  315. 11:50that things happen along your physical
  316. 11:52trail, and some of them stand out really
  317. 11:54big in your life experience. Some of
  318. 11:57them are so bold and so big, or they get
  319. 12:00your attention in some dynamic way for a
  320. 12:02period of time, and they cause you to
  321. 12:04learn, sometimes over a gradual long
  322. 12:06hammering steadily time, and sometimes
  323. 12:09in a very short, very fast, very
  324. 12:11flamboyant, very dramatic time. In other
  325. 12:14words, if when you're four, the train
  326. 12:17runs over your toe, you will always have
  327. 12:19a different relationship with trains
  328. 12:21than most people that you know. When
  329. 12:23things happen like that, it causes you
  330. 12:25to begin to offer a vibration in a more
  331. 12:29dynamic way. And then what happens is,
  332. 12:31without knowing it, you practice those
  333. 12:33vibrations. You talk about them, you
  334. 12:35talk about them over dinner, you think
  335. 12:37about them, you dream about them, you
  336. 12:39write letters about them. Now you're
  337. 12:40writing electronic mail letters about
  338. 12:43them. In other words, you find yourself
  339. 12:44communicating about what your lives have
  340. 12:47been or about what your lives be. And so
  341. 12:49you keep alive a vibration within you
  342. 12:52that is the point of attraction. You
  343. 12:53remember that, don't you?
  344. 12:55This is a vibrational universe and
  345. 12:57everything is about vibration.
  346. 12:58Everything is about law of attraction.
  347. 13:00It is a universe of inclusion, there is
  348. 13:02no exclusion. So whatever it is you're
  349. 13:05offering vibrationally, that represents
  350. 13:07your life experience. So let's say that
  351. 13:10you have a particular poignant
  352. 13:11relationship with someone when you are
  353. 13:13very young, and that relationship
  354. 13:15causes, for whatever reason, a vibration
  355. 13:18to be activated within you. Maybe you
  356. 13:20begin to feel vulnerable, maybe somebody
  357. 13:22picks on you on a pretty regular basis,
  358. 13:24and you develop some patterns of
  359. 13:26vulnerability or defensiveness.
  360. 13:29And then you practice them and practice
  361. 13:31them and practice them so much so that
  362. 13:33almost everybody that shows up in your
  363. 13:35experience treats you in similar ways
  364. 13:37until later people say about you, "Well,
  365. 13:39you have a chip on your shoulder." or
  366. 13:41"You are very defensive." When you come
  367. 13:43into your first relationship that begins
  368. 13:45to evolve pretty quickly. And then, in
  369. 13:47psychotherapy, it is determined, "Well,
  370. 13:49that happened in second grade." And we
  371. 13:51say, [clears throat]
  372. 13:52"A lot of things happened in second
  373. 13:54grade and third grade and fourth grade.
  374. 13:55A lot of things happened. A lot of
  375. 13:57things happened yesterday, some things
  376. 13:58will happen today." But now you are in
  377. 14:00the place that you understand about
  378. 14:02vibration. Now you are in the place that
  379. 14:04you understand that your emotions tell
  380. 14:06you about how you are feeling, and they
  381. 14:08tell you how much of who you really are
  382. 14:10you were allowing.
  383. 14:12So when you get this straight in your
  384. 14:13mind, that when you are allowing who you
  385. 14:15really are, you feel eager, you feel
  386. 14:18sure, you feel powerful, you feel
  387. 14:21adventurous, you feel healthy, you feel
  388. 14:23vital and alive, you feel well, you are
  389. 14:26source energy pouring through these
