5. 0:09agency primarily creatives for
6. 0:11e-commerce. We do 20k a month right now
7. 0:14and our biggest bottleneck is finding
8. 0:15leads. We've been burnt so much by

11. 0:22to learn how to run ads for yourself.

15. 0:30to get customers is just not smart

18. 0:35this differently. Like there's nothing
19. 0:37that you are currently learning that is
20. 0:39more valuable to your business than
21. 0:40knowing how to get customers. So, you
22. 0:42have to do it. Beg, borrow, figure out
23. 0:45what you sign up for the seminars, sign
24. 0:47up for the courses, watch all the
25. 0:48YouTube videos for free, listen to all
26. 0:49the podcasts, listen to all the
27. 0:50trainings.
28. 0:51Like headhunt from the people who are
29. 0:53already doing it at at the agencies that
30. 0:55you're trying to run it. Like
31. 0:57it is not hard to run ads to get an
32. 0:59e-commerce brand to find out about your
33. 1:01stuff. I also think that making some
34. 1:03content nowadays is probably a pretty
35. 1:04good idea or almost a requirement. If
