If you don't own Bitcoin, it'll only get worse from here — Transcript

- 0:00I found this video on Instagram and I
- 0:01want you to watch it till the end.
- 0:02>> I just got back home from a 12-hour
- 0:04shift. Tomorrow I work from 9:00 to
- 0:0810:00 and then the day after that I work
- 0:11from 10:00 to 10:00. It is currently
- 0:1311:00 p.m. I just got back home from my
- 0:1512-hour shift. I now have to wake up at
- 0:199:00 a.m. Probably 8:00 a.m. because I
- 0:21have to be there for 9:00. I can't
- 0:23afford to live on my own. I have five
- 0:25roommates. I don't have a car because I
- 0:28can't afford it. I'm in so much debt and
- 0:31honestly I'm just wondering like
- 0:34what the is like life right now?
- 0:38Like the fact that I'm working to
- 0:41exhaustion every single day and I still
- 0:44have nothing for my name is just
- 0:47absolutely insane and it just makes me
- 0:49so sad because I know that there's so
- 0:51many other people who are living like
- 0:54this and I just can't imagine that like
- 0:57this
- 0:58is what life is. This is the beginning
- 1:02of basically the end for me. Like I'm
- 1:04only in my 20s and I have to do this for
- 1:06like 10, 20, 30, 40 more years of my
- 1:10life? Like I literally see people that
- 1:12are like 80 years old still working
- 1:15because they can't afford to just relax
- 1:18and and like I don't think we were ever
- 1:20supposed to live like this. Like I don't
- 1:22believe
- 1:23that this is living. Like this can't be
- 1:26what life is meant to be. I haven't
- 1:30gotten a day off. I work every single
- 1:32day, Monday to Friday, Saturday, Sunday,
- 1:357 days a week, holidays. Like and I'm
- 1:38still poor. Every single payday
- 1:40I'm still poor. I don't know if I'm the
- 1:42only one going through this, but I just
- 1:44want to know
- 1:46how are people surviving? Because right
- 1:48now it's just like
- 1:49life is just like
- 1:52what is this?
- 1:53>> She's definitely not the only one going
- 1:55through this. She's not the only one
- 1:57experiencing this. From what I'm seeing,
- 1:59more and more people are experiencing
- 2:01this. And keep in mind, this is the best
- 2:04it'll ever be.
- 2:06You work till 70 now, maybe 80 in a few
- 2:09years, then 90.
- 2:11It'll just get worse and worse. People
- 2:12will
- 2:13expect to work until the day they die.
- 2:16They will die on the Walmart floor.
- 2:17That's what I keep saying over and over
- 2:19again. You're going to die on the
- 2:20Walmart floor if you don't make the
- 2:22right decisions today. If you don't make
- 2:24the decision to delay gratification, to
- 2:26buy assets like Bitcoin. If you don't do
- 2:28that, you are relying on your employer,
- 2:32and your employer needs you to be
- 2:34desperate so that you take a smaller
- 2:36salary to work for them.
- 2:38Your employer will pay you as little as
- 2:40they possibly can to keep you working
- 2:44for as long as possible. Your income is
- 2:47their cost. Why wouldn't they want to
- 2:49reduce their cost? They want to give
- 2:52their shareholders the biggest amount of
- 2:55profit possible.
- 2:57You're a cost. You're working for
- 2:59someone who has the opposite intentions
- 3:01that you have. They are not working in
- 3:04your best favor. They're not looking for
- 3:06your future to be positive. They don't
- 3:08care about you. You are irrelevant to
- 3:10them. This is why you need to put at
- 3:12least a small amount of your income into
- 3:14Bitcoin. If you can do that, over the
- 3:16long term, I think you'll be
- 3:18probably a lot happier than this person
- 3:20here.
- 3:21I don't know if she even has the money
- 3:22to do that. I mean, I get it. She's
- 3:24working 10, 12-hour shifts. You still
- 3:26have another four or five hours that
- 3:28you're awake. I get it. You're super
- 3:29tired.
- 3:31But this is the time to
- 3:33work even harder.
- 3:35Do things on the side that allow you to
- 3:37create a gap between your income and
- 3:38your expenses. I know you must be really
- 3:40tired. I know that this is not ideal. I
- 3:44know that you don't want to be working
- 3:4516, 17 hours a day.
- 3:48But at this point, there's nothing else
- 3:50that you can do. You have to either do
- 3:51something on the side that will give you
- 3:52some income so that you don't rely on
- 3:54your job as much and over time that
- 3:56thing that you do on the side could
- 3:57become your main income or you have to
- 4:00build skills that allow you to progress
- 4:02in
- 4:03the corporate environment. If you don't
- 4:06progress, you're going to continue to be
- 4:08paid the same and because we know what
- 4:09inflation is, because we know that
- 4:11inflation is actually decreasing your
- 4:13purchasing power, if you just keep doing
- 4:15the same thing over and over again,
- 4:16you're going to get paid less and less
- 4:18and less and your cost of living will
- 4:20continue to go up and up and up. I want
- 4:23you to take a look at some numbers here
- 4:24and I want you to pay attention to what
- 4:26you see. You can see here if you wanted
- 4:28to retire in 2026 with a $65,000 income
- 4:32and inflation is 2%, you need $1.6
- 4:35million or so. That's if inflation is
- 4:372%, but in reality, it's not.
- 4:40Inflation is much much higher than 2%.
- 4:43This is based on the 4% rule where if
- 4:46you were to buy stocks and you were to
- 4:47buy bonds, you had a portfolio
- 4:50of both of them
- 4:52diversified, you'd be able to pull out
- 4:544% of the value of your portfolio each
- 4:57year
- 4:58and or well, the first year you'd be
- 4:59able to pull out 4% and then after that
- 5:01you'll be adjusted to inflation. You'd
- 5:02be able to continue to do that for 30
- 5:04years and you wouldn't run out of money.
- 5:05This is based on again the 4% rule. You
- 5:07could also do something else where you
- 5:09divide your expenses by 12 months, you
- 5:11get about 5,500 a month or something
- 5:13like that. If you can find some way
- 5:15outside of your employer to make $5,500
- 5:18a month, you don't have to work for that
- 5:20employer anymore and you have your
- 5:21expenses covered. That's your retirement
- 5:23number. That's your freedom number. But
- 5:25based on these numbers here, based on a
- 5:262% inflation rate, your expenses are
- 5:27going to rise by about $15,000
- 5:32in total within the next 10 years. So,
- 5:34they're going to go from 65,000 to
- 5:3679,000, about 70, about 80,000 per year.
- 5:39If you're only getting 2% raises at
- 5:41work, then this is what you're going to
- 5:42be able to sustain. You'll be able to go
- 5:44from 65,000 to 79,000 in your expenses
- 5:47and you'll be able to pay for that with
- 5:49your job. But, let's say there's even 1
- 5:51year with an inflation rate that's
- 5:53higher than what you expect and higher
- 5:54than your income goes up. What are you
- 5:57going to do? You're going to have to cut
- 5:58your expenses. You're going to have to
- 5:59decrease what you spend money on, or
- 6:01you're going to have to work more, or
- 6:03you're going to have to find some kind
- 6:04of side hustle to pay for the difference
- 6:06in the expenses.
- 6:08Keep in mind, this is with a 2%
- 6:09inflation rate. As we go on, if we go to
- 6:11a 5% inflation rate in the next 10
- 6:14years, your expenses are going to go all
- 6:16the way up to 105,000
- 6:19dollars. That's with a 5% inflation
- 6:21rate. I think 5% is pretty reasonable.
- 6:23If you just take a look at everything
- 6:24that you're spending your money on,
- 6:26it's probably going up by more than 5%
- 6:27per year. That's the problem you need to
- 6:29solve. How are you going to pay for a
- 6:30$65,000 lifestyle today, but cover a
- 6:34$105,000
- 6:36lifestyle
- 6:37in 2036? How are you going to do that if
- 6:39your savings aren't growing by more than
- 6:415% per year, or if your income isn't
- 6:43growing by more than 5% per year? If
- 6:45you're just relying on your income from
- 6:46your employer, you're going to probably
- 6:48go paycheck to paycheck. By the second
- 6:50year, you're going to be in massive debt
- 6:52by year
- 6:53five,
- 6:55and more and more of your money is going
- 6:56to be going towards interest to your
- 6:58bank,
- 6:59and less and less of your money is going
- 7:01to be going towards your goals and your
- 7:03savings and where you actually want to
- 7:05be. This is the way that you have to
- 7:07think. You have to think about whether
- 7:08or not you're going to pay for the
- 7:09expense today, or you're going to pay
- 7:11for the expense
- 7:12later, in 10 years, 20 years, 30 years.
- 7:15A lot of people are going to be working
- 7:16until they're 70, 80. They're going to
- 7:19continue to work not because they want
- 7:21to, but because they have to. They're
- 7:22going to be forced to because they
- 7:25didn't pay attention to these numbers
- 7:28early enough. Right now, you have some
- 7:29time. You have a lot of time to your
- 7:31advantage. If you are in your 30s, you
- 7:34have at least 20 to 30 years where you
- 7:36can work and you can set aside assets,
- 7:37even if you do it with small amounts,
- 7:40eventually it will add up to a lot more
- 7:42than you expect it to. For example,
- 7:44let's say your expenses are $5,000 per
- 7:45month and your cost of living is
- 7:47increasing at 5% per year. If you were
- 7:49to save $100 per month into something
- 7:52like Bitcoin and it gives you a really
- 7:54great return of 25% you can see here by
- 7:582053
- 8:00Now that seems like a really long time
- 8:01from now, but by 2053 you have 11 years
- 8:04of your expenses saved. And keep in mind
- 8:06that that's with you putting away $100
- 8:09per month. That $100 isn't what's making
- 8:12the biggest difference. It's the growth
- 8:14in the asset that's making the
- 8:16difference. So, let's say for example,
- 8:17in this case by 2053
- 8:20you have
- 8:2211.05 years of your expenses saved. But
- 8:25how did you get to that point? Your
- 8:27expenses went from
- 8:29$60,000 a year to in 2053 you can see
- 8:32here 2053 $224,000
- 8:35a year.
- 8:36You're spending $224,000 for the exact
- 8:38same lifestyle if inflation is 5% per
- 8:41year.
- 8:42$224,000 per year. You didn't even save
- 8:46that much money in that time. You only
- 8:47saved $32,400.
- 8:49So, how did you get to 11 years of
- 8:51expenses saved? It's the growth
- 8:54in the Bitcoin. It's the growth in your
- 8:56assets that will get you to freedom.
- 9:00And what does that growth take? That
- 9:02growth takes compounding. It takes time.
- 9:05It takes you putting in the effort up
- 9:07front where your portfolio is barely
- 9:09growing
- 9:10and then you consistently keep putting
- 9:12in that effort and you keep putting in a
- 9:15little bit more money each year
- 9:17and you keep adding some money every
- 9:19single year
- 9:20until at some point your portfolio takes
- 9:22care of you. You can see here that you
- 9:24started 2026 with $0 saved. You go into
- 9:262027 with $1,500. You go into 2028 with
- 9:30$3,300. You go into 2029 with $5,700.
- 9:34This is how your portfolio is growing
- 9:36over time and you can see here, it
- 9:37started off at $0 as the difference
- 9:40between the value of the portfolio and
- 9:41the amount that you put in. But
- 9:43eventually it goes to $300 as the
- 9:44difference. So, the portfolio earned
- 9:46$300. You only put in 1,200, the
- 9:48portfolio earned another 300 on top.
- 9:51In 2028, it's up $975. So, you put in
- 9:532,400, the portfolio grew by $975.
- 9:57There's a point where your contributions
- 10:00match the portfolio's growth. So, you
- 10:02can see here in 2031, 5 years from now,
- 10:04you put in 6,000, your portfolio is now
- 10:06worth 12,310.
- 10:08It grew by $6,300. Keep in mind that
- 10:11these numbers aren't very realistic
- 10:12because they're expecting that it'll be
- 10:15consistent growth. There will be a lot
- 10:17of volatility. You have to get through
- 10:18that. You have to get through the prices
- 10:20going down and then going up and then
- 10:21going down, your portfolio value
- 10:22dropping 30, 40, 50% at times. And
- 10:25that's perfectly fine because you're in
- 10:27it for the long haul. You're in it for
- 10:3010 years, 20 years, 30 years down the
- 10:32line. You can see here by 2035, you put
- 10:35in 10,800 and your portfolio grew by
- 10:38$27,000.
- 10:40Your portfolio is now worth $38,000 in
- 10:432035. Again, you put in 10,800, your
- 10:46portfolio is worth 38,700.
- 10:48In 2040,
- 10:51you put in 16,000 in total in that
- 10:53entire period of time, $100 a month, but
- 10:55your portfolio is worth $130,000.
- 10:58And this is where the compounding really
- 10:59starts working in your favor. You can
- 11:01see here, from 2040 till 2041, your
- 11:04portfolio grew by $34,000
- 11:07and you only put in 1,200.
- 11:10From 2044 to 2045, your portfolio grew
- 11:13by
- 11:14almost $80,000 and you only put in
- 11:171,200. For some reason, my spreadsheet
- 11:19got disconnected from Google. I don't
- 11:21know what happened. I got to fix it
- 11:22after, but that's not the point. The
- 11:23point here is that you have to make sure
- 11:26that you continue to save. If you can
- 11:28save $100 per month, you find some way
- 11:31to save $100 per month, then I think
- 11:34you're going to do pretty well over the
- 11:35long term. You can see here,
- 11:37you'll probably based on the numbers I
- 11:39showed you before, you'll have 11 years
- 11:41of expenses saved by 2053. Most people
- 11:43will have nothing.
- 11:45Most people will be saving in dollars in
- 11:47their bank account and they'll find some
- 11:48way to use those dollars in their bank
- 11:51account and to spend that money on
- 11:52something. They'll find some way to give
- 11:54that money away. They won't have
- 11:56anything for themselves. Whereas you,
- 11:58based on the numbers that we saw before,
- 11:59you'll have what? $2.4 million.
- 12:02$2.4 million and you only put in 33,000.
- 12:05I think this is the cheat code of the
- 12:07current financial system. You have to
- 12:08own things that are increasing in value
- 12:11faster than your cost of living is going
- 12:13up and I think that Bitcoin is the best
- 12:15solution for that. Bitcoin is the best
- 12:17asset because it's only finite asset.
- 12:20It's the only thing that nobody can
- 12:21control, nobody can stop it, nobody can
- 12:23increase the supply of it, nobody can
- 12:26change how the system works just because
- 12:28it doesn't favor them
- 12:30right now, like they can with the legacy
- 12:32financial system.
- 12:34The Treasury, the US Treasury, is
- 12:36printing money to buy its own debt back.
- 12:38It's printing more money
- 12:40to buy its own debt back. That's a
- 12:42rigged system. The system is designed to
- 12:44keep you poor so that the US government
- 12:47doesn't go bankrupt. Your cost of living
- 12:49is going up because the governments
- 12:52around the world are paying for more and
- 12:54more things, they're being reckless with
- 12:55their spending, and they will continue
- 12:57to be reckless with their spending, and
- 12:58this is exactly what favors Bitcoin.
- 13:00Bitcoin works completely the opposite of
- 13:03this system. Bitcoin can't be printed
- 13:05out of thin air, unlike the dollar, and
- 13:07Bitcoin is being valued in dollars,
- 13:09which are infinite. There's only ever
- 13:11going to be 21 million Bitcoin, but
- 13:12there's no limit to how many dollars can
- 13:13exist. So, over time, the price of
- 13:15Bitcoin continues to go up and that's
- 13:18what I want you to save in. I want you
- 13:19to save in something that will increase
- 13:21in value over time. Obviously, after
- 13:22studying it, put in some time to
- 13:23understand how it works, but I want you
- 13:25to save in something that can in value
- 13:27over time so that you are benefiting
- 13:29from its growth. With Bitcoin you can
- 13:32buy as much or as little as you can
- 13:33afford. If you want to buy a dollar a
- 13:35month, if you want to buy a hundred
- 13:36dollars a month, if you want to buy a
- 13:37thousand dollars a month, whatever you
- 13:38want to buy, you can do that. There's no
- 13:41excuse. You never have too little money
- 13:43to buy Bitcoin. If you want to, you can
- 13:45go do an Uber order and specifically put
- 13:47that money towards Bitcoin. Separate it
- 13:49from everything else. Everything else
- 13:50goes towards your your current financial
- 13:52system. That income that you make from
- 13:54let's say Uber I used to do Uber Eats.
- 13:56I do it for like 10 hours a day because
- 13:59I left my job and I needed something to
- 14:01pay for my expenses and I found a way to
- 14:03put at least a little bit of that income
- 14:04into Bitcoin. A dollar an hour, a dollar
- 14:06fifty an hour. At some time at some
- 14:08points I was buying twenty dollars a
- 14:10day. At some points I was buying two
- 14:11dollars a day because that's all I could
- 14:13afford. But that's the thing, you have
- 14:15to start somewhere.
- 14:17You can't expect that you'll suddenly be
- 14:19handed a hundred grand that you can put
- 14:21into investments and that hundred
- 14:22thousand dollars will cover you. That's
- 14:23not going to happen. It takes time. It
- 14:25takes energy. It takes effort. It takes
- 14:28consistency. Most people are more
- 14:29concerned about intensity over
- 14:31consistency. My
- 14:33suggestion to you here would be to focus
- 14:35on consistency. If you can buy only ten
- 14:37dollars worth every single month, then
- 14:38you're better than the version of you
- 14:40who could buy zero dollars a month. If
- 14:41you could buy a hundred dollars worth
- 14:42every single month, you're better than
- 14:43the version of you that could buy ten
- 14:45dollars per month. And you progress. You
- 14:47grow over time. You are your own
- 14:48competition here. I know a lot of people
- 14:50need a push. They need some help to
- 14:52actually get to the point where they
- 14:53take action. I actually work with people
- 14:56one-on-one. If you're interested in
- 14:57working with me, check the link in the
- 14:58description below. One of my students
- 15:01actually had watched one of my webinars
- 15:04three years ago and he didn't take
- 15:05action.
- 15:06And now he's actually starting to take
- 15:09action because I pushed him. I coached
- 15:11him into taking action. I told him what
- 15:13he's doing wrong, what he's doing right.
- 15:15If you're interested in working with me,
- 15:16check the link in the description below.
- 15:17You have to invest in yourself. You have
- 15:19to invest in your own assets. You have
- 15:20to create your own portfolio. Outside of
- 15:22that, you're just relying on somebody
- 15:23else to pay for your expenses, and you
- 15:25are an expense to them. So, why would
- 15:27they want to do that? The people she
- 15:28mentioned in the video, the people who
- 15:30are going to be working to their 70s,
- 15:3180s, 90s, they didn't have the resources
- 15:34available to them
- 15:35to fix their finances, to become
- 15:37financially literate. Whereas you have
