1. 0:00How would you reverse engineer offers in
2. 0:01the AI space to conclude uh what to
3. 0:04start pitching?
4. 0:05All right, this is a real one.
5. 0:07AI. So,
6. 0:12people are like, "How do I make an AI
7. 0:14offer?"
8. 0:16Everything
9. 0:18Okay.
10. 0:19AI
11. 0:21does the same stuff humans do.
12. 0:24Right? Right.
13. 0:27So, the problems that humans currently
14. 0:31solve for other humans
15. 0:33are the same problems AI solves for
16. 0:36other humans.
17. 0:37No one wants to buy AI. People want to
18. 0:41buy
19. 0:42the solutions AI provides. Just like you
20. 0:45don't buy drills, you buy holes.
21. 0:49The drill is the vehicle for getting the
22. 0:51holes.
23. 0:52And so, if you want to sell AI stuff or
24. 0:56AI solutions or AI implementations,
25. 1:00you don't even need to mention AI. You
26. 1:02just need to say the benefit of the
27. 1:05experience they will have after AI is
28. 1:08installed. Said differently, "Hey, are
29. 1:11you having trouble getting back to all
30. 1:13of your leads? Do sometimes your front
31. 1:15desk miss inbound calls with highly
32. 1:18qualified customers that you then lose
33. 1:19to your competition? If you had to
34. 1:21roughly estimate how many sales per
35. 1:23month you're missing because the phone
36. 1:25isn't getting picked up fast enough,
37. 1:26people aren't getting responded to on
38. 1:27time, and uh you're not getting enough
39. 1:30information per customer on a timely
40. 1:32basis?" That person might say, "Probably
41. 1:34$5,000 a month." You say, "Okay. If I
42. 1:37could take care of that for you
43. 1:39uh for $5,000 one time, would that be
44. 1:42worth it for you?" And they might say,
45. 1:43"Yes." And you say, "I want to be clear.
46. 1:45If I can truly solve this and it takes
47. 1:47me less than 20 minutes to install, will
48. 1:48you be upset about that?" You still get
49. 1:50all the benefits. No? If you can do it
50. 1:52in 20 minutes, I'll pay you even more.
51. 1:54Fantastic. What I'm going to do is train
52. 1:56an AI agent, and I'm going to have it
53. 1:57pick up all your phone calls. You
54. 1:59already have all your recordings that
55. 2:00I'm going to use to train it on, and I'm
56. 2:01going to do all that training on my own
57. 2:02time, and then I'm just going to install
58. 2:04it, and as long as you like the way it's
59. 2:05picking up, and that it it beats the
60. 2:07performance of your existing front desk
61. 2:09girl or guy,
62. 2:10uh will you be will that be
63. 2:12satisfactory? Yes. Fantastic. So, the
64. 2:15point there is that you sell AI by
65. 2:17selling the problem it solves, like you
66. 2:20sell anything else. Don't try and sell
67. 2:22AI. No one cares. It's just jargon, and
68. 2:25most of the people who are buying it
69. 2:26don't even understand it anyways. So,
70. 2:28just sell what it does. What does it
71. 2:29What's in it for me? Always the Always
72. 2:31the best pitch. If you like this video
