- 0:00Going from zero to a 100K month isn't
- 0:02about grinding harder, it's about
- 0:03following a proven blueprint. By just
- 0:06watching this video till the end, you'll
- 0:07know exactly how to get to your first
- 0:09100K and potentially even more. My first
- 0:11two businesses failed not because I
- 0:13didn't work hard, but because I didn't
- 0:15know the right steps. [music] And once I
- 0:17figured it out, I built and sold three
- 0:19multi-million dollar companies and now
- 0:20I've helped thousands of business owners
- 0:22just like you through these exact steps.
- 0:24[music] So today, I'm going to show you
- 0:26what to sell, who to sell it to, how to
- 0:28sell it, and more importantly what to do
- 0:30once you do all that. Go get a pen, go
- 0:32get something to write in, and write it
- 0:34down. So let's start with the most
- 0:35important part on figuring out what to
- 0:37sell, doing the money math. There's five
- 0:39ways that we can do this. First off is
- 0:41we can sell one person 100K. The other
- 0:45option is we do 10 people for 10K. Then
- 0:48we have the option to do 100 people for
- 0:501K, and then follow along, we can do
- 0:531,000 people for $100, or the last
- 0:57option, the fifth, is we can go 10,000
- 1:00people for $10. [music]
- 1:03When I look at one person at 100K, I've
- 1:06got concentration risk. I've got one
- 1:09client. It usually requires me to have a
- 1:11lot of skills. Then on the low end, I've
- 1:13got 10,000 people. It's like I only know
- 1:16six people. How am I supposed to get
- 1:1710,000 people to give me 10 bucks?
- 1:18That's going to be really hard. Then I
- 1:20look even at $100 at 1,000 people per
- 1:23month, that feels like a lot of work. So
- 1:25that's not going to work. And then I've
- 1:26got 10K, which seems like a lot. I don't
- 1:30like that one as much either. What I
- 1:31like is something in the middle. You
- 1:33want to be more than a K, less than 10K.
- 1:36So at minimum, start with a [music]
- 1:38thousand a month offer. Have something
- 1:41that you can charge. If you're trying to
- 1:43have every conversation turn into a
- 1:45customer, then you don't want to be
- 1:46spending a lot of time talking to a
- 1:48thousand customers. That's bad. You want
- 1:50to get to at least a hundred, sell them
- 1:52a thousand, that's how we get to 100,000
- 1:54a month. And look, you You do this money
- 1:55math with whatever your goal is. but
- 1:57we're trying to get to 100k a month. So
- 1:59now we know what our price is, but we
- 2:01still don't know what you're selling,
- 2:02which takes us into the next step,
- 2:04finding the product or service. We need
- 2:05to understand, what [music] do people
- 2:07actually spend money on? There's only
- 2:09three things. One is time. If you can
- 2:11help me buy back my time, I got
- 2:13unlimited capital. The second is money.
- 2:16The easiest thing to sell in the world
- 2:18is money. That's why people sell sales
- 2:19training is like the easiest thing ever.
- 2:21It's like, do you want to make more
- 2:22money? Pay me some money, make more
- 2:24money. Easy peasy. The third, and nobody
- 2:26thinks about this, is status. Think
- 2:28about luxury brands, associations.
- 2:31People will pay extra to sit at the
- 2:33front of a room at an event. People will
- 2:35drive certain cars, wear different
- 2:36watches to have status. Pro tip, if
- 2:39you're charging a thousand plus per
- 2:40month, then you want to sell to business
- 2:42owners. Usually small business owners
- 2:44can make decisions quickly because all
- 2:46three of them matter to them. So how do
- 2:48you figure out what is the offer, the
- 2:51product or service that you can wrap up
- 2:53to solve these problems that people are
- 2:55going to buy. For this, I like this
- 2:57framework called the Ikigai. It is a
- 2:59Japanese philosophy that talks about
- 3:02four specific things. We got to figure
- 3:05out what you love, because if you don't
- 3:08love it, you'll probably stop doing it.
- 3:09The second thing is, what are you good
- 3:11at? And for me, the question I like to
- 3:14ask myself is, what do people tell me
- 3:15I'm good at? Most of us discount our
- 3:18skills, our experience, the stuff that
- 3:19we know about. We just like, everybody
- 3:21knows this. No, they don't. The third
- 3:23is, what is the world that need? This is
- 3:25my world drawing. Cuz if you can figure
- 3:27that out, you can make a lot of money. I
- 3:29like to go online. I like to figure out
- 3:31what people are searching for. I like to
- 3:32see what topics are trending. And the
- 3:34fourth, most important, is what will
- 3:37they pay for? See, I know a lot of
- 3:38people that love to do this thing, but
- 3:41nobody's willing to pay for it, because
- 3:42it's a nice to have, not a must have.
- 3:44And at the middle of all these things,
- 3:46this is the sweet spot. This is where
- 3:50you find the thing you can do for the
- 3:53rest of your life that can literally
- 3:54make you millions. Now, here's a pro
- 3:56tip. We've talked about services
- 3:58business, we've talked about product
- 3:59businesses. The truth is, easiest thing
- 4:01to start is a service business, but the
- 4:03mistake is to do a bunch of custom work
- 4:05because now you're just selling your
- 4:06hours and there's no leverage. Stay away
- 4:08from that. Then you have products,
- 4:09things like apps, courses, software. The
- 4:12challenge with products is that they're
- 4:13very expensive. Takes a lot of time to
- 4:15build them. That is risky. So, what I
- 4:17like to do is do a service, but package
- 4:19it like a product. What are people
- 4:21willing to pay for, that they need, that
- 4:23I can do, and now I create a product. I
- 4:26create a little package of things and it
- 4:28has different features and I do one,
- 4:30two, and three every time for the
- 4:32customer so I can get them smiling.
- 4:35Because that productized service means
- 4:37that each one of these steps, I can make
- 4:39them better. And the cool part is that
- 4:40if you have a service that you know how
- 4:42to do really well and it's a productized
- 4:44service, over time you'll be able to
- 4:46turn that into a product and fund it
- 4:48from the money you got paid to do the
- 4:50work with the clients. So, when you're
- 4:51trying to figure out your service, look
- 4:53at it through the lens of the Ikigai and
- 4:55then figure out, does it meet these
- 4:57filters? If we need an example, let's
- 5:00build an AI voice agent that we can sell
- 5:03to local businesses. You can do your own
- 5:05thing, I'm going to use this for the
- 5:06rest of the example so you can see how I
- 5:08unpack it, create the offer, do some
- 5:10cold calls, and show you what I would do
- 5:11next once I build all of that. So, now
- 5:13you know what you're selling, you know
- 5:14how much you're charging, and you know
- 5:16how many clients you need. Next, we need
- 5:17to put it together and build an offer.
- 5:20And what it does it takes everything
- 5:21we've outlined so far and it puts
- 5:23everything into a single place where you
- 5:25can present it to a potential buyer.
- 5:27Now, the key is don't sell the work,
- 5:29sell the outcome. Don't say I do
- 5:31marketing for $1,000 a month, say I will
- 5:34get you 10 new clients a month. Features
- 5:36tell people what it is, but outcomes
- 5:37actually sell. Let's look at the offer,
- 5:41okay? Cuz there's two parts to this. The
- 5:43first part is we need to understand how
- 5:44to price things properly. See, most
- 5:46people make the mistake of not having
- 5:48options. What you want to sell is a
- 5:50$1,000 a month offer, okay? We want to
- 5:53sell one thing for 1K a month, but we
- 5:56need to have a lower tier offer that
- 5:58they might want that makes your life
- 5:59really easy, and then we have to have a
- 6:01higher tier offer where it looks
- 6:03massively expensive. So, in this
- 6:04situation, $1,000 a month, we're going
- 6:06to go to a $500 a month option, but it's
- 6:10do-it-yourself.
- 6:12It's essentially all the playbooks that
- 6:14you would use internally to do this for
- 6:16the client, but they can just do it
- 6:17themselves. Now, the people you're
- 6:18talking to, hopefully, they don't want
- 6:20just more information, they want to pay
- 6:22you to solve the problem. Then what you
- 6:24do is you have your high-end offer,
- 6:25which is 10 times the price, okay? Where
- 6:28you go 10K per month, but in that
- 6:31scenario, you do everything for them.
- 6:33The middle tier is where you teach it
- 6:34and you work with their team so that
- 6:36they over time, they essentially can pay
- 6:38you every month on retainer, but you
- 6:40want to have them do it, okay? You need
- 6:42these as decoys to get them to purchase
- 6:45the center, cuz what I want to do is
- 6:46sell a lot of these. I want to sell 100
- 6:49of those every month to get to my 100K,
- 6:52so these are just decoys. It also makes
- 6:54the price seem so much cheaper because
- 6:56it's 10 times more expensive. It makes
- 6:58it look like a steal. Now, how do we
- 7:00design the offer? What are we actually
- 7:01giving to the potential buyer? How do we
- 7:03explain it? Well, surprise, surprise,
- 7:06we're going to use AI.
- 7:08Now, what I'm going to share with you
- 7:09though is that there is a format for
- 7:11every offer that it must follow. You're
- 7:14going to open up the AI of choice.
- 7:16You're going to give it everything that
- 7:18we've talked about so far, okay? You've
- 7:20gone through the Ikigai, you understand
- 7:22time, money, status, just talk to it.
- 7:25Then you give it this prompt. I've also
- 7:27added it below in the description so you
- 7:28can make it really easy to copy and
- 7:30paste. Build the offer for my
- 7:32productized service including every
- 7:34element of a great offer. The outcome is
- 7:36what we're getting them, which is
- 7:38improvement in their business. The
- 7:39deliverable is what they're going to
- 7:41expect from us every week, every month.
- 7:43The price is what it is and I like to
- 7:45call these the investment. And then the
- 7:47risk reversal is saying, "Look, we
- 7:48guarantee 10 new leads a month. We
- 7:50guarantee one automated process is going
- 7:52to save you 10 hours a week." And then
- 7:54the urgency is telling them, "Look, I
- 7:55only have capacity to add five new
- 7:57clients every month and I've got 20
- 7:59calls just like this this week. Did you
- 8:00want to lock in your spot? All I need
- 8:02right now is a $1,000 deposit." It just
- 8:05gives them more reason to take action
- 8:06now instead of a "Oh, I'll get back to
- 8:08you" or "Let me think about it" or
- 8:10worse, "Hey, why don't you send this
- 8:11over to me in an email and I'll review
- 8:13it with my team." No. I'll tell you why.
- 8:15Cuz they're just going to take that and
- 8:16go shop it around on you. You did all
- 8:18the heavy lifting, you gave them the
- 8:19offer, you made this beautiful document,
- 8:21and then they take that and they go,
- 8:22"Hey team, what do you think?" They're
- 8:23like, "Oh, my buddy Bob does this. We
- 8:24should hire Bob." And they give the plan
- 8:26to Bob. Don't do that. Then you got to
- 8:28ask it to build your premium and
- 8:29entry-level pricing tiers. Make my core
- 8:31offer look like an absolute [music]
- 8:33steal. And finally, tell it, "Send it to
- 8:35me as an offer doc that I can send over
- 8:37chat as a link and a pitch deck for
- 8:39sales calls." My favorite part is ask me
- 8:41any question you need to get total
- 8:43clarity. That is a promo. That's called
- 8:45reverse prompting. Most people never
- 8:46teach you that, but that is why you are
- 8:48here to learn. And look, the difference
- 8:51between an offer doc and a pitch deck,
- 8:53the offer doc is copywritten words to
- 8:56help walk the person through the offer
- 8:58so that they get excited through the
- 9:00offer doc to buy. The pitch deck is the
- 9:02high-level elements and then you're
- 9:04going to use your words to present the
- 9:05pitch deck, whereas the offer doc does
- 9:08all the talking for you cuz it's in the
- 9:10document. Now, with everything you have
- 9:12here and what we just discussed, you now
- 9:14have everything you need to go to the
- 9:16market and start making money. And look,
- 9:17even if you have a business, but you
- 9:19want to go to like 100K or a million a
- 9:21month or more, this stuff still works.
- 9:23But if you want my full playbook,
- 9:25everything from my sales script to my
- 9:27offer templates, all of it, it's in my
- 9:29Sell by Chat Playbook. So, just find me
- 9:31on Instagram and DM me the word YouTube
- 9:33SBC for Sell by Chat and I'll send it
- 9:35right over. So, everything we've done so
- 9:37far covers the question, what do we
- 9:39sell? Now that we know that, let's move
- 9:41on to who do we actually sell to? Create
- 9:44demand. Nobody's waiting for you. You
- 9:47have to go and create potential leads.
- 9:48There's only two ways to do it. First,
- 9:50we got to talk about inbound. How do we
- 9:52get people to come to you, to reach out
- 9:55to you, say, "Hey, I heard about this.
- 9:57How do you help people?" The other one
- 9:59is outbound.
- 10:01Outbound is when you go to them. You can
- 10:03literally go from zero revenue using an
- 10:07inbound and outbound strategy to making
- 10:09a ton of money. And the coolest part is
- 10:11once you do this, you validate your
- 10:13offer, you start to build some momentum,
- 10:15and now you can start to see how this
- 10:16business can get to that 100K a month.
- 10:18Don't make the mistake I did. When I
- 10:20started my first company, it's called
- 10:21Maritime Vacation. My dad wanted a
- 10:23cottage listing. I knew how to code. I
- 10:25thought, "Okay, I'm just going to build
- 10:26a website for my dad." But I took it too
- 10:28far, and then I built a whole app, and I
- 10:30sat there for months coding this whole
- 10:32solution. I built the product. Remember
- 10:34I told you not to do that? And when I
- 10:35launched, guess what? Crickets. Now,
- 10:38when I launch a company, for example,
- 10:39when I started Flowtown, I started with
- 10:41a blog, and I invested in the content to
- 10:44build inbound. And eventually, it did
- 10:46over 350,000 unique visitors, driving
- 10:4850,000 customers for our product.
- 10:51Instead of sitting there and just
- 10:52spamming people, I actually learned how
- 10:54to give away my best stuff to get
- 10:56customers to lean in to ask me, "Hey,
- 10:58what else do you have?" Here's how we
- 10:59build both engines. The first thing is
- 11:01understand that getting inbound leads
- 11:03means that we talk about the pain in the
- 11:06market. And the hack is this, in your
- 11:08offer document that the AI put together,
- 11:11it talks about every deliverable. Give
- 11:13it all away. I want you to go through
- 11:15your document and look at all the things
- 11:17you're going to do for somebody. So, if
- 11:18I'm selling AI automation, they're
- 11:20probably frustrated about like, "What's
- 11:22the model?" Right? Pain number one.
- 11:23"What model should I use?" Pain number
- 11:25two could be, "How do I use this tool?"
- 11:27There's all these different pains, and
- 11:28they're in your offer doc, because
- 11:29that's how you get people to want to buy
- 11:31from you. Now, here's the key. I want
- 11:33you to go to AI and ask it this specific
- 11:35question. Give me 10 nuanced and
- 11:38observable problems your customer, if
- 11:41you're selling to HVAC companies or
- 11:42small businesses, has around each of
- 11:45these pains. And you give it all the
- 11:47different pains. It's essentially an
- 11:48infinite content glitch because what
- 11:50it'll do is it'll give you the specific
- 11:52scenarios that observable and felt by
- 11:56your potential customer. And then what
- 11:58you do is you create content around
- 11:59solving those problems. But you start
- 12:01with the hooks. If I can explain my
- 12:03customer's pain better than they can
- 12:05explain it to me, I'm the expert. What I
- 12:07want you to do is give away everything
- 12:09you know how to do, which you might be
- 12:11going, "Well, then if I do that, then
- 12:12what are they going to pay me for?" This
- 12:14is the cool part. What you get paid for
- 12:16is actually the sequence of
- 12:18implementation and steps that goes from
- 12:21zero step one, which could be just like
- 12:23let's audit what you're doing today, to
- 12:25step 100, let's automate and set this
- 12:27whole thing up. See, that sequence is
- 12:29what people pay for. But what you do in
- 12:31your content is you scramble it. So, you
- 12:33might go to pain A1, pain B2,
- 12:38right? And you go through all these
- 12:40different pain buckets so that it's your
- 12:42internal process, your checklist for how
- 12:44you actually do the productized service,
- 12:46but you're giving it away in your
- 12:47content. I do this all the time. I take
- 12:49my best stuff, I give it away. I just
- 12:51told you about my Sales by Chat
- 12:52Playbook. All of it's there, everything.
- 12:55But if you watch my videos, it's
- 12:56teaching people how to overcome their
- 12:58problems, just like this video. The
- 13:00information of how you do what you do
- 13:02should be free. Now, we go to outbound.
- 13:04Most people make the mistake of just
- 13:06starting cold calling people. I don't
- 13:08start there. First off, I go to your
- 13:11phone. If you open up your phone right
- 13:13now and go count how many contacts do
- 13:15you have in your phone? I bet it's more
- 13:17than you think. It might be 100, it
- 13:19might be 200. I know some people have
- 13:21done this and there's 20,000 contacts.
- 13:22That's 20,000 people are going to help
- 13:24you and in business. Then what you do,
- 13:26second step, is you ask past the person.
- 13:30If the person you're talking to is here,
- 13:32you ask them if they know anybody that
- 13:35have the problem. What's interesting is
- 13:37you'll ask past the person and they'll
- 13:39go, "Yeah, me." And you're like, "Oh,
- 13:42funny. Let's talk." Or better yet,
- 13:44they'll refer some people. They'll give
- 13:46you some names of folks that might need
- 13:48that. And then when I reach out to them,
- 13:50I use that person's name to say I was
- 13:52talking to Bob. Bob said I should reach
- 13:53out to you. The reason why is I do this
- 13:55for people just like you, is that
- 13:57something you have a problem with? On
- 13:58top of all of that, if you get stuck, go
- 14:00to your trusty AI and just say, "Build
- 14:03me a list of 100 people who need my
- 14:04services." Get their phone number, their
- 14:06email, anything you have for contact.
- 14:08And that's just a great backup for you
- 14:10to start making phone calls if you run
- 14:12out of contacts in your phone. And
- 14:13what's really cool is there's tools like
- 14:15Social Sweep that will analyze all of
- 14:17your social connections, including your
- 14:19emails, extract all the contacts, and
- 14:21put it into an address book where you
- 14:23can email and call that you don't even
- 14:24know. Imagine every email you've ever
- 14:26been on in the past, pulled out,
- 14:28enriched contact information, all just
- 14:31sitting there. If you want to try it,
- 14:32I'll leave the link in the description.
- 14:33Now, the key for doing this, this is the
- 14:36third step, is you have to build a
- 14:38funnel. Most people mess it up. You have
- 14:41to start by going outbound, you have to
- 14:43do your follow up, you got to do your
- 14:45ask, and you've got to close the deal,
- 14:48okay? So, make sure you create a
- 14:50spreadsheet or some simple tool to
- 14:52manage all of the outbound messages and
- 14:54do the follow up so that you can get on
- 14:56a sales call, make the offer, and get
- 14:58paid. But the truth is is outbound is
- 15:00short-term, inbound is long-term. So, if
- 15:02you're asking me where I'm going to
- 15:04start, I'm going to start here as number
- 15:06one, and then I'm going to continue to
- 15:08do two as my content game as well. I can
- 15:10do both in parallel cuz that's how we
- 15:12build a foundation to get 100k a month.
- 15:14So, now we've got the people we're going
- 15:16to be selling to. But how do we actually
- 15:18sell it? Number five, now we got to
- 15:20close the deal. The thing that stops
- 15:22most entrepreneurs is they won't go
- 15:24door-to-door, they won't send the text
- 15:25messages, they won't make the call. Not
- 15:28you. If you're here, you're ready to do
- 15:30this with me. There's only two ways to
- 15:32close the deal. We're either doing sell
- 15:34by chat
- 15:36or we're making calls. The best way to
- 15:38get started is actually sell by chat.
- 15:41I've personally made eight figures over
- 15:43social media chat. I have thousands of
- 15:46business owners that I've coached on how
- 15:48to do this and I'm going to give you the
- 15:49whole playbook so you can do it
- 15:51yourself. Every time somebody follows
- 15:53me, okay? And if you follow me, I've
- 15:56sent [music] this to you. I ask you a
- 15:58question and I go, are you here for this
- 16:00or this? Are you here for the content?
- 16:03Are you looking to help with growing
- 16:05your business? And the key is you want
- 16:07to end with the second outcome that you
- 16:08help people so that they go, oh, no, I'm
- 16:11just here for the content or actually I
- 16:13am, how can you help? And you just ask
- 16:15them questions. You make them pain
- 16:17aware. You then present your solution.
- 16:20And then eventually you give them the
- 16:21link to the offer doc. And the offer doc
- 16:24has all the details that you've created
- 16:26already. Then they read it and they go,
- 16:28yeah, I'm interested. I'm in. Cool. Then
- 16:31you give them the link. Use anything you
- 16:33want, but I use Stripe. Go set up a
- 16:35Stripe account. Make it super simple and
- 16:37watch them enter in their credit card
- 16:39details to pay you for that offer. And
- 16:42here's a pro tip. Doesn't matter if
- 16:44you're doing sell by chat or call, you
- 16:47want to bring up the objections they
- 16:48might have way before they ever open up.
- 16:51That's why they're called obstacles
- 16:52before they bring them up and they're
- 16:53objections after. So most people have
- 16:55objections once you give them the offer
- 16:57doc, you want to start bringing those up
- 16:59early. Hey, do you have a budget to
- 17:00solve this problem? They're like, no,
- 17:01how much is it? So we'll get into the
- 17:03prices. I don't know the details. But
- 17:05just make sure that you deal with those
- 17:06objections, then they're obstacles
- 17:08before they become a problem. On the
- 17:10other side, we have calls.
- 17:12Watch this. This is way simpler than you
- 17:14think. If you're selling to businesses,
- 17:17especially real estate agents, HVAC,
- 17:20lawyers, guess what? Their phone numbers
- 17:22are online. If you ask the AI to make a
- 17:23list, right? So, I'm going to call some
- 17:25plumbers. What I say is, first off, I
- 17:27got nothing to sell. This is a cold
- 17:29call. I'm just curious if you're having
- 17:31this problem and you've considered
- 17:32trying to find a solution for this. And
- 17:33if you do, this is what I do for people
- 17:36just like you, and we can schedule a
- 17:38call so I can dive deeper cuz I'm
- 17:39assuming you're really busy in your
- 17:40work. And that is where I bam, fam. I
- 17:42book a meeting from a meeting. My job is
- 17:44not to sell on a cold call. My job is to
- 17:46qualify, make sure that they have the
- 17:48problem, make sure they're leaning in,
- 17:50and we schedule a quick call. Once I get
- 17:52them to do that, then I might try to
- 17:53pre-qualify, I might try to pre-sell,
- 17:55and just give them a reason to show up
- 17:57for the call, and let them know if
- 17:58there's any reason you can't make the
- 17:59call, let me know. That's what I do.
- 18:02Ring-a-ding-ding.
- 18:03Put it on speaker.
- 18:05Hi, who may I speak to? Uh this is Dan.
- 18:08Uh is this uh HBC Plumbing? Yep. Yep,
- 18:11speaking. Yeah, and your name? Uh David.
- 18:13David, quick question. I was just
- 18:15wondering, have you been spending any
- 18:16time looking into using AI to answer
- 18:19calls just like this so that you can
- 18:20book appointments uh while you're
- 18:22actually working with clients? And look,
- 18:24I've got nothing to sell. I'm just
- 18:25wondering if that's something you're
- 18:25looking into.
- 18:27Uh no, honestly not yet. I've just been
- 18:29busy. Oh, crazy. Yeah, no, most people
- 18:31in your space aren't answering calls
- 18:33anymore because the AI can actually do
- 18:34it for them and make more money. If If I
- 18:37could show you how to do that, is that
- 18:38something you'd be interested in?
- 18:40Uh yeah, yeah. I like it. I like it.
- 18:41Fine, 15 minutes. Okay, cool. Uh do you
- 18:43have time tomorrow at this time uh so we
- 18:45can schedule in 15 minutes? I'll send
- 18:47you a Zoom link and we can do this over
- 18:48a video call so I can actually demo the
- 18:50software, and we'll I want to show you
- 18:52how to do the call in real time. So,
- 18:54like, I'm going to show you the AI doing
- 18:56the call on that call. Uh yeah, I I I
- 18:59can make that work. Okay, cool. So, what
- 19:01I'll do is I'll text you the link to
- 19:02confirm this, and then you can just
- 19:03confirm it, and then we'll get that
- 19:05scheduled.
- 19:07Easy-peasy. Just make the calls. And the
- 19:09whole idea of doing the calls is just
- 19:12don't get discouraged. Make the calls. I
- 19:15always say the first five are throwaway
- 19:17calls. Throw away. Just make the call.
- 19:20Nobody cares. Five people. You have a
- 19:22lead list. Just get them done. Right?
- 19:25And guess what? If they don't answer,
- 19:26call call them back.
- 19:28This this is my trick. So, if I go to
- 19:31voicemail, I leave a voicemail, I call
- 19:32them right back. Most people have their
- 19:34phone set up on do not disturb, but if
- 19:36somebody calls twice within like 3
- 19:38seconds, it rings through. Over time,
- 19:40you can make your script better. And the
- 19:42cool part is you give it to AI and it'll
- 19:43tell you exactly where you're stumbling,
- 19:45where you're not being clear. Truth is,
- 19:47every no gets you closer to a yes, and a
- 19:50yes gets you closer to 100k a month. If
- 19:53you're not willing to go through the
- 19:55nose, you'll never get there. My rule
- 19:57would be to get to 100 no's a day.
- 20:00Get to 100 no's a day. If you can get to
- 20:03that level of rejection, you're going to
- 20:04be rich. The key is is to get a bunch of
- 20:06customers to pay you before you do any
- 20:09spendings, spending on equipment,
- 20:11spending on software, spending on
- 20:12anything. Just get people to buy and
- 20:15then tell them, I can only start in 2
- 20:17weeks. You can get 10 customers to buy
- 20:19from you in a week, then you got another
- 20:20week to get ready to deliver. So, now
- 20:22you got some money flowing in. You've
- 20:23defined what you're selling, who you're
- 20:25selling to, and how to sell it. What
- 20:28now? Finally, build the thing. After
- 20:30you've done all the hardest parts of
- 20:32being an entrepreneur,
- 20:34>> [music]
- 20:34>> and you've done the content, you've had
- 20:36the chats, or you've made the calls, and
- 20:38you've got some customers, that is the
- 20:40hard part. The coolest part is if you're
- 20:41building software or anything that's got
- 20:43like a whole lot of lead time, you can
- 20:45just do the marketing and the calls to
- 20:46build a waitlist. You can say, "Look,
- 20:48we're just starting to call people in
- 20:49your area. We're trying to figure out if
- 20:51there's demand for what we've got. If
- 20:53you're interested, I can put you on the
- 20:54waitlist, but to do that, I need to get
- 20:55on a call with you." And then you get on
- 20:56a call with them, you show them what
- 20:57they have, they go, "Oh my god, that's
- 20:58amazing." It's like, "Oh, perfect. So,
- 20:59it sounds like it's something you'd be
- 21:00interested." "Oh, absolutely." Great.
- 21:02What I'm going to do is put you on the
- 21:03waitlist.
- 21:04>> [music]
- 21:04>> And you can build a a waitlist of 10,
- 21:0620, 50, 100 people. Then you have
- 21:08validated demand to go build. And I'm a
- 21:11big fan of having them pay to be on the
- 21:12waitlist. So like in software world, all
- 21:14the products I launch before I ever
- 21:16build it, I create a website with a
- 21:18waitlist. I market the waitlist, people
- 21:20join it. I even have the opportunity for
- 21:22them to pay $50 to get to top of the
- 21:24waitlist. That $50 is proof with their
- 21:27money that they have the problem and
- 21:29they want it solved the way I've talked
- 21:30about it. If I don't get paid, there's
- 21:32no proof. So if I can pre-sell what I'm
- 21:34about to build, then I have the money to
- 21:36actually build it. And with AI, this is
- 21:38the easiest [music] part. You can build
- 21:39a website, the waitlist, the automation,
- 21:42even collect the payments without even
- 21:43knowing how to code. But if you do
- 21:45everything we just talked about and then
- 21:46start getting sales and getting people
- 21:48to pay you, that's where it gets fun.
- 21:50Now you know the steps. Are you going to
- 21:53do it? Are you going to sit down and
- 21:54actually understand how do I design a
- 21:56product or service? Are you going to
- 21:57look at your ikigai? Are you then going
- 21:59to figure out does this help people with
- 22:00time, money, or status? And then use the
- 22:03AI to help you craft the offer and then
- 22:05start making the calls. Now I know that
- 22:07this sounds simple when I put together,
- 22:10and it is. It's just is today, right
- 22:12now, the time where you're actually
- 22:14going to do the work? Don't
- 22:15overcomplicate it. One clear offer, one
- 22:18clear conversation where you find the
- 22:20right person's got the pain and they
- 22:21want to solve the way you talk about it
- 22:23to get you paid, will build the momentum
- 22:26that you've been looking for. Most
- 22:28people don't even start. That's not you.
- 22:30So leave me a comment and let me know
- 22:32what's hard about this for you. I want
- 22:34to hear from everybody in the comments
- 22:35below. And remember, if you want my full
- 22:37sell by chat playbook with every
- 22:39template and sales script and even
- 22:41content strategy, just find me on

- 22:45SBC and I'll send it right over. And if
- 22:47you want to see how you fully automate

- 22:53side.
