  1. 0:00Right team. Welcome back to the channel.
  2. 0:01My name is Tom Youngs. This is the
  3. 0:04whiteboard of truth, and I need you to
  4. 0:06forget everything that you think you
  5. 0:09know about how to scale to 1 million per
  6. 0:12year. If you're a business coach or a
  7. 0:14mentor, I'm going to recalibrate your
  8. 0:15mind because what we're talking about
  9. 0:17today are the one, two, three, four
  10. 0:22phases that I've been through over the
  11. 0:24last three years. These are the exact
  12. 0:26phases and all of the gates that you
  13. 0:28need to get through. all of the focuses
  14. 0:30that you need to focus on at each single
  15. 0:32phase to get to this milestone. Now over
  16. 0:38here, I hit my first million on the 12th
  17. 0:41of June 2026. This was a run rate of a
  18. 0:44million cash in the bank. We've had
  19. 0:467,383,330
  20. 0:51I can't even speak8
  21. 0:53worth of total wins in scale 20 over the
  22. 0:56past couple of years. and we've
  23. 0:57collected over 185,000
  24. 1:01100 unique data submissions from multi6
  25. 1:04and seven figure online experts just
  26. 1:06like you. We've helped a bunch of people
  27. 1:08go through this all the way to make a
  28. 1:10million a year or 100 grand a month. I'd
  29. 1:12like you to do the same. So, let's dive
  30. 1:14in. First, as always, we're going to
  31. 1:16crank a fresh bottle of South Downs
  32. 1:20Natural Mineral Sparkling Water.
  33. 1:24They are the de facto sponsor of this.
  34. 1:30They don't know it though. If you're new
  35. 1:33here, hey, my name is Tom Youngs. I run
  36. 1:34an advisory and consulting business
  37. 1:36called Scale 20. We literally help
  38. 1:39sixfigure online business coaches and
  39. 1:40mentors get to 1 million per year or
  40. 1:43100k net profit months. I have a gift
  41. 1:46for you if you're new. There is a link
  42. 1:48down below. It'll take you to a free
  43. 1:50email miniourse. This means over the
  44. 1:52next seven days, you will get a
  45. 1:54threeinut read delivered to your inbox
  46. 1:57about everything that we're talking
  47. 1:58about today, so you know exactly how to
  48. 2:00make this journey yourself. It's free. I
  49. 2:04definitely go and click the link. It's
  50. 2:05probably the sickest gift I'd ever give
  51. 2:08give you. Let's dive into this. Okay,
  52. 2:11phase number one. We have four phases in
  53. 2:14this journey. What this is all about is
  54. 2:16navigating what I call the leverage
  55. 2:18trap. Leverage is when we have outsized
  56. 2:22returns for the inputs that we put into
  57. 2:24a system. Leverage is what you get to
  58. 2:27when you are over on this side of the
  59. 2:29board. When we're starting out, we have
  60. 2:32zero leverage. So the whole game that
  61. 2:34we're trying to play is to build over le
  62. 2:37build leverage over time so that
  63. 2:39eventually when we put inputs into our
  64. 2:41business, they have le they have
  65. 2:43outsized returns. And so this is what
  66. 2:46I've done. This is what I help people
  67. 2:47navigate. And the truth is it's
  68. 2:50challenging. It's a challenging period
  69. 2:51to navigate. I think people talk about
  70. 2:53hitting your first million is like the
  71. 2:55hardest period of business. And it is
  72. 2:58because you go from basically being just
  73. 3:00on your own doing nothing to yeah,
  74. 3:03welcome to entrepreneurship. You are now
  75. 3:05an entrepreneur. And this is a mighty
  76. 3:08chasm to navigate, but it makes it
  77. 3:10easier when you know exactly what to
  78. 3:12focus on, exactly what metrics you need
  79. 3:14to hit to be able to ascend to the next
  80. 3:16phase. and then all of the challenges
  81. 3:18along the way. So, let's get into it.
  82. 3:20Launch phase is number one. I want you
  83. 3:23to take this away with you. Your first
  84. 3:27100K is in your existing network. This
  85. 3:30is a common misconception that in order
  86. 3:34to make your first 100 grand, you need
  87. 3:36to have an audience. You need to have an
  88. 3:39email list. You need to have a YouTube
  89. 3:41channel. You don't need any of that
  90. 3:42[ __ ] And this is something that I think
  91. 3:45has helped me over the last few years,
  92. 3:47which is understanding that the people
  93. 3:49that I already know in my network, the
  94. 3:51people that are in my essentially warm
  95. 3:54to me already, that is where my first
  96. 3:56100K is now in this phase. And this is
  97. 4:00how I did this a few years ago when I
  98. 4:02started the business is I literally went
  99. 4:06to the very very tiny audience that I
  100. 4:09that I had at the time, which was a few
  101. 4:11thousand people on Twitter. That was all
  102. 4:13I had. And I got on like 60 calls in the
  103. 4:17space of about three weeks with people
  104. 4:19in my audience. I called them networking
  105. 4:21calls. In effect, what they were were
  106. 4:23market research calls. And that was me
  107. 4:26putting in the hard yards to figure out
  108. 4:28actually what people want. Because in
  109. 4:31this phase, this phase is all about
  110. 4:33figuring out what people want. This
  111. 4:35phase is all about graduating to offer
  112. 4:38traction. So in this phase, you don't
  113. 4:40have any offer traction. you don't have
  114. 4:42any leads traction. And to get through
  115. 4:44to the next stage, which is the loaded
  116. 4:46phase, you need to make 10 times sales,
  117. 4:4910 sales at full price, at least above
  118. 4:523K. And you need to have at least five
  119. 4:55banger case studies. That's the gate
  120. 4:57that you need to get through. And so in
  121. 4:59this phase, the things that you're going
  122. 5:02to focus on are process, having
  123. 5:05signature intellectual property, which
  124. 5:06is basically you working one-on-one with
  125. 5:09people to understand what help they need
  126. 5:12to be able to get the transformation
  127. 5:13result that you claim that you can help
  128. 5:15them with. That is what you use to
  129. 5:18figure out your version one road map. So
  130. 5:20that's the first thing that we focus on
  131. 5:22in this phase, process. The next thing
  132. 5:25we focus on is proof. You need to prove
  133. 5:27that this process actually [ __ ]
  134. 5:29works, right? Of course. And to do that,
  135. 5:32all we need to do is we need to get case
  136. 5:34studies. So what to do that though, you
  137. 5:37need some clients, right? So what we do
  138. 5:39is we launch a beta cohort. This is what
  139. 5:41I did three years ago. So when I got on
  140. 5:43those calls with like 60 plus people
  141. 5:45over the space of a few weeks, what I
  142. 5:48was doing was essentially gathering
  143. 5:49data. I was gathering information. I was
  144. 5:51like, "Okay, these people are struggling
  145. 5:52with this, this, and this. these people
  146. 5:54want these things, this, this, and this.
  147. 5:57What can I craft as an offer that could
  148. 6:00help them go from where they're
  149. 6:01currently at to where they want to get
  150. 6:03to? Now, at that time, what I was doing
  151. 6:05was I was working I'd just finished
  152. 6:06finished working in an agency where I
  153. 6:08was helping creators with existing
  154. 6:10audiences monetize. So, when I was
  155. 6:13speaking to people in my audience on
  156. 6:14Twitter, these were people without
  157. 6:16audiences and they were wanting to
  158. 6:18monetize, but they wanted to grow their
  159. 6:19audience. And so my job was to figure
  160. 6:23out a way to help them grow their
  161. 6:26audience. What I did is I launched I
  162. 6:28called it Project Stealth. This was my
  163. 6:30initial beta cohort that I launched in
  164. 6:32July 2023.
  165. 6:34And I went to my audience after I went
  166. 6:36to all of those people that I got on
  167. 6:38those calls with about 3 weeks later
  168. 6:41after I'd realized like what did they
  169. 6:43need? And I sent them all a message,
  170. 6:44like a quick like video note saying,
  171. 6:46"Hey, Tim, Felipe, Chris, just a heads
  172. 6:52up, I'm doing this thing in a few weeks
  173. 6:55time, and based on what we spoke about
  174. 6:57on the call a few weeks ago, I feel like
  175. 7:00this could be a really good thing for
  176. 7:02what you're looking for. And heads up,
  177. 7:04I'm doing this thing now at like 10% of
  178. 7:06the price that I'm planning to do it at
  179. 7:08in 3 4 months time at the start of next
  180. 7:11year." So, what I did was I gave them a
  181. 7:14no-brainer offer. Uh, or no-brainer.
  182. 7:18Yeah, it was a no-brainer offer. So, I
  183. 7:20said to them, "Hey, you can get this
  184. 7:22thing. It's going to cost $4,000 in a
  185. 7:24few months time, but right now you can
  186. 7:26get it for $400. How does that sound?"
  187. 7:29[snorts]
  188. 7:3015 people said yes. So, 15 people out of
  189. 7:33those 60 or so people that I had a chat
  190. 7:34with said yes. They became my beta
  191. 7:38clients. What that did was I managed to
  192. 7:40get my first suite of case studies,
  193. 7:44testimonials, and proof. At the same
  194. 7:46time, what that allowed me to do was get
  195. 7:49my version one roadmap figured out. What
  196. 7:52that allowed me to do next was then I
  197. 7:54actually pivoted back to doing one-
  198. 7:57on-one mentorship and coaching for the
  199. 8:00next year to figure out what my process
  200. 8:03was. So, I started off with a beta
  201. 8:04cohort. So, that was a group of about 15
  202. 8:07people. I then managed to continue
  203. 8:10working with a few of those. I managed
  204. 8:11to upsell past that 12week initial
  205. 8:14cohort. I upsold a few people to work
  206. 8:17with me one-on-one. So guys like Felipe,
  207. 8:19I've got these testimonials and case
  208. 8:21studies still on my YouTube channel.
  209. 8:22Felipe, Austin,
  210. 8:25um,
  211. 8:26who else? Dan, a couple of other people
  212. 8:28became my first like one-on-one clients.
  213. 8:31And so what I did was I went from a beat
  214. 8:34cohort to one-on-one. And then
  215. 8:36eventually when I got leverage again
  216. 8:39down here, this is when I moved to a
  217. 8:41scalable delivery model. So if you can
  218. 8:43see how that made sense, I got proof. I
  219. 8:45then was able to take that to the market
  220. 8:47to say, "Hey, I get these results with
  221. 8:48these people. Folks then started working
  222. 8:51with me for $4,000." So $4,000 was my
  223. 8:53initial offer three year oneonone offer
  224. 8:55three years ago. And this was that was
  225. 8:59that was the initial start. The final
  226. 9:01part to this phase to the launch phase
  227. 9:04is we need to figure out a simple sales
  228. 9:06process. So what this is about is having
  229. 9:09conversations. So do you remember when I
  230. 9:11said I got on like 60 calls with people?
  231. 9:13Those were my initial conversations. But
  232. 9:15what I needed to do was I needed to
  233. 9:17solidify those that sales process into a
  234. 9:20simple sales process. And so the focus
  235. 9:23during this phase is the two call close.
  236. 9:26I'm a pref I'm I prefer a two call
  237. 9:30methodology. I found like when I was
  238. 9:32doing like sales calls a couple of years
  239. 9:34ago, keep in mind I haven't done a sales
  240. 9:35call now in two years that I preferred
  241. 9:40doing two calls where the first call was
  242. 9:42like a a small like 15minute triage call
  243. 9:44to essentially pre-qualify the person to
  244. 9:47basically see if it actually made sense
  245. 9:49to spend time speaking to me. Um because
  246. 9:52what I find is I'd spend end up speaking
  247. 9:53like an hour with people who are just
  248. 9:55unqualified and that was just a massive
  249. 9:57waste of my time. So I moved to a two
  250. 9:59call close. That's my preference for
  251. 10:01this phase. And so the gate like I said
  252. 10:05to get through to the next phase which
  253. 10:07is the loaded phase is you need to get
  254. 10:1010 times full sales sales at full price
  255. 10:14and you need five.
  256. 10:16[ __ ] me Tom.
  257. 10:19Let's take a sip and start this again.
  258. 10:21Okay,
  259. 10:28my bad.
  260. 10:30To get through from the launch phase to
  261. 10:32the loaded phase, you need to get 10
  262. 10:36full price sales at at least 3K or more,
  263. 10:38and you need to get five banger case
  264. 10:41study transformations. that allows you
  265. 10:44to graduate into the loaded phase where
  266. 10:46you are going to have a new set of
  267. 10:48focuses. So what is the focus in the
  268. 10:51loaded phase? The focus in the loaded
  269. 10:53phase is all about setting up the
  270. 10:55foundation of your marketing flywheel.
  271. 10:58And that starts with setting up email.
  272. 11:02Yes, I said it. Email is alive. Okay.
  273. 11:07Now, I just looked this up earlier. The
  274. 11:09first ever email was sent in 1971. That
  275. 11:12is 55 years ago. It is almost like the
  276. 11:17single piece of technology that has
  277. 11:20stood the test of 50 years without
  278. 11:24fundamentally changing the architecture
  279. 11:26of that technology.
  280. 11:28It is still the way businesses send
  281. 11:31invoices. It is still the way businesses
  282. 11:34market their business. It is still the
  283. 11:37way humans communicate with other
  284. 11:40humans. it is still alive. So, email
  285. 11:44isn't dead. I just had this chat with
  286. 11:46one of my my um mentorship members, Ben,
  287. 11:50the other day. He's been like building
  288. 11:52his email list, but he's been struggling
  289. 11:54with email itself. He doesn't feel like
  290. 11:58he wants to send emails. He feels like a
  291. 12:00lot of friction when it comes to sending
  292. 12:01emails. And I said to him, I was like,
  293. 12:03"Dude, you just have to understand that
  294. 12:06email is a way for you to educate your
  295. 12:10existing audience." He's like, "Yeah, I
  296. 12:12just feel like no one buys from it." And
  297. 12:15he was just at his mastermind. He was
  298. 12:17running a mastermind in Marba the other
  299. 12:18day and he sent me a message a couple of
  300. 12:20days ago being like, "Yeah, Tom." So,
  301. 12:21one of the guys in my group was like,
  302. 12:23"Yeah, I basically bought because of
  303. 12:26everything that you were talking about
  304. 12:27in your emails." And so what people
  305. 12:30don't understand is that people are
  306. 12:32reading those emails and it is it is an
  307. 12:34effect of like essentially just warming
  308. 12:37up and heating up your prospects so that
  309. 12:39they become pre-sold. So sure you might
  310. 12:41not think that people are buying but the
  311. 12:44truth is every single day I send out an
  312. 12:46email and right now my email list is
  313. 12:48like 12,000 active subscribers. I've
  314. 12:50collected over 30,000 emails over the
  315. 12:52last few years. And that means I have an
  316. 12:55open rate of about 43%. Which means
  317. 12:57around 5,000 people every single day
  318. 13:01read a story or an insight or a piece of
  319. 13:04value about me. That is incredible. So
  320. 13:08email is alive. So this is the focus for
  321. 13:11the loaded phase. Now I remember
  322. 13:14listening to Tim Ferrris on a podcast
  323. 13:16once. He got asked like if he could if
  324. 13:19he was taken to a desert island, what
  325. 13:20would be the one thing that he took with
  326. 13:23him? And he can't speak today. Let me
  327. 13:27start that again. I was listening to a
  328. 13:30podcast with Tim Ferrris and he was
  329. 13:33talking about
  330. 13:37third time lucky. Come on Tommy, you can
  331. 13:39do this. It's not like this isn't your
  332. 13:40first time on camera, is it?
  333. 13:44Tim Ferrris was on a podcast and he was
  334. 13:46getting asked, "If you were on a desert
  335. 13:48island, what one thing would you take
  336. 13:49with you?" And he said his email list
  337. 13:53and that is for me like the penny drop
  338. 13:55moment of like, "Yeah, we need to be
  339. 13:57investing in our email list." Three
  340. 14:00years ago when I was in this phase when
  341. 14:02I wasn't making much money, I was like
  342. 14:04literally four months late on rent. I
  343. 14:06was [ __ ] like 30 or $40,000 in debt.
  344. 14:09And I got a part-time job at Paper Boy
  345. 14:14Studios, which is the sister agency for
  346. 14:16the newsletter company, Kit. This is the
  347. 14:20business that I run, the email service
  348. 14:22provider that I use to send my emails
  349. 14:24out. So, I saw underneath the hood of
  350. 14:26some of the biggest creators in the
  351. 14:28space and I got to see like the amount
  352. 14:31of investment, the amount of sponsorship
  353. 14:33money, the amount of money that people
  354. 14:35were putting into growing their
  355. 14:37newsletters. That to me was like all the
  356. 14:40evidence I needed to go all in on this.
  357. 14:42Now, the cool thing is when you do this,
  358. 14:43you've built the foundation. When you bu
  359. 14:45built the foundation of email, then
  360. 14:47we're going to layer on growing your
  361. 14:48audience. And after you've done that,
  362. 14:51you have automated your lead lead flow.
  363. 14:54Now, over the past couple of years, past
  364. 14:573 years, I've grown my audience on
  365. 14:58Instagram from like 3,000 followers to
  366. 15:01I've just passed the 100,000 followers
  367. 15:03milestone, which is sick. Really cool.
  368. 15:06Like, really stoked about that. Now, why
  369. 15:08did I want to pass 100,000 followers?
  370. 15:11Simple perceived status. This is
  371. 15:14something that no one talks about, but I
  372. 15:16[ __ ] you not. When someone finds your
  373. 15:18content on a platform like this, like
  374. 15:20YouTube, uh, and then they go to
  375. 15:24essentially validate whether they can
  376. 15:25trust you, they're going to go search
  377. 15:27you on ChatGpt, Claude, Google,
  378. 15:30Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, they're
  379. 15:32going to go try and hunt you out to sus
  380. 15:35out if you are legit or not. And so,
  381. 15:37when someone finds me here on on
  382. 15:39YouTube, then they come and search me,
  383. 15:42search for me, and then they find me on
  384. 15:44Instagram and they see that I've got
  385. 15:45100,000 followers. That is an immediate
  386. 15:48perceived status tick. That is, okay, I
  387. 15:50can kind of feel like I might be able to
  388. 15:52trust Tom. So, it's this weird thing
  389. 15:56that people won't talk about, but there
  390. 15:57is a [ __ ] reason why people build big
  391. 15:59big audiences and personal brands for a
  392. 16:01perceived status play. And so, not only
  393. 16:04do I am I able to automate lead flow on
  394. 16:06Instagram, I'm also able to get this
  395. 16:09perceived status play, which in this new
  396. 16:11phase of the creator economy,
  397. 16:15trust is at its lowest. This kind of
  398. 16:17thing stacks up. So, do you need a big
  399. 16:20audience to make really big bucks?
  400. 16:22Absolutely not. Do I think it helps?
  401. 16:25100% it helps. And so this is the thing
  402. 16:27that I want to help my members do, which
  403. 16:29is like grow their audience so that when
  404. 16:31people just add a, you know, they're
  405. 16:33scrolling scrolling, they find this
  406. 16:34person, they go to check on their on
  407. 16:37their platform, on their Instagram
  408. 16:39platform, they're like, "Yeah, cool. I
  409. 16:40can trust this person." That is what I
  410. 16:43want to get to myself and also for my
  411. 16:46members.
  412. 16:49The gate then to get into the third
  413. 16:51phase which is the spinning phase is you
  414. 16:55are getting at least 10 new email leads
  415. 16:58per day on autopilot. So we're talking
  416. 17:00about automating leads here. We're
  417. 17:02talking about getting at least 10 email
  418. 17:04leads per day on autopilot, which is 300
  419. 17:07per month. That's the gate to graduate
  420. 17:09into the spinning phase. And like I
  421. 17:12said, I've explained to you the
  422. 17:13importance of that. But what this really
  423. 17:15is is this is essentially showing that
  424. 17:17the machine the flywheel is operating.
  425. 17:20So we have that as a gate because that
  426. 17:22shows things are working. One of the
  427. 17:25metrics that we track in scale 20 which
  428. 17:27no one else does is deep link clicks. So
  429. 17:31we in all of our Instagram content we
  430. 17:33use deep links to get people from our
  431. 17:36Instagram profile to YouTube via our
  432. 17:39email list. And we do that via deep
  433. 17:41links. And so we literally the metric
  434. 17:44that we have found is associated with
  435. 17:46essentially how well your engine your
  436. 17:49business flywheel is operating is deep
  437. 17:52link clicks. The more deep links click
  438. 17:54deep link clicks per day that you've got
  439. 17:57the better and bigger your engine is
  440. 17:59growing. So it's a key metric that we
  441. 18:00track in scale 20. So what is this phase
  442. 18:03to graduate into the final phase which
  443. 18:05is the compounding phase? We're going to
  444. 18:07be focusing on two things. We're going
  445. 18:08to be focusing on time under attention
  446. 18:10and scalable delivery. Now, what is this
  447. 18:13about? So, time under attention goes
  448. 18:15back to this. Believers are buyers. Now,
  449. 18:20I know there's like this there's an idea
  450. 18:22that gets like float around and I'm
  451. 18:25absolutely not calling out anyone who uh
  452. 18:27who says this because one of my mentors
  453. 18:29says it, but this idea that bingers are
  454. 18:32buyers and that's true. That's
  455. 18:34absolutely true. The more people will
  456. 18:35binge, the more people will buy. But why
  457. 18:36is that? It's because you've given
  458. 18:40people enough time to change their
  459. 18:42belief. You've shifted their beliefs on
  460. 18:45a certain thing by basically spending a
  461. 18:48shitload shitload of time with them. So
  462. 18:50binges are buyers, but the reason why
  463. 18:51they are is because they're believing in
  464. 18:54a new way of doing things. You've
  465. 18:57shifted their beliefs. So believers are
  466. 18:59buyers. So the way we do this is the
  467. 19:02king metric of leverage which is time
  468. 19:05under attention which is long form
  469. 19:07content view hours. This is how much
  470. 19:10time are you spending on a monthly basis
  471. 19:12on average with your audience. Time
  472. 19:15under attention is the king metric of
  473. 19:17leverage across the 185,000 plus data
  474. 19:21submissions that we've had from multi6
  475. 19:23and seven figure online experts. time
  476. 19:25under attention. Long form content view
  477. 19:27hours is the number one metric
  478. 19:30associated with cash in the bank. And so
  479. 19:33this is the focus of the spinning phase.
  480. 19:37And I've been very lucky over the last
  481. 19:39like three months. So Q3 went very well
  482. 19:42for me when it comes to time under
  483. 19:43attention. I hit a couple of big
  484. 19:45milestones. So on YouTube, on this
  485. 19:47channel, I hit 10,000 subs, which is
  486. 19:49[ __ ] cool. If you're here, thank you
  487. 19:50for subscribing. If you haven't
  488. 19:51subscribed, I would love you to. I never
  489. 19:53ask people to subscribe, but like [ __ ]
  490. 19:54it. Why not? Right right right now. Um I
  491. 19:57think I spit game about helping to get
  492. 19:59to 1 million per year. If you're a
  493. 20:01business coach or a mentor, I if you're
  494. 20:03one of those, if you want to get there,
  495. 20:04subscribe. This could help change your
  496. 20:06life like it's changed mine. I also hit
  497. 20:0940,000 subs on my other channel. So my
  498. 20:12main channel, Tom Young's channel. If
  499. 20:13you click down below, you should be able
  500. 20:15to see this is like collabed with my
  501. 20:16other channel. And in the past 90 days,
  502. 20:19my time under attention has increased
  503. 20:222,733%.
  504. 20:24It's basically been like I think a 23x
  505. 20:27increase in long form content view
  506. 20:29hours. Time under attention. That is
  507. 20:31insane. Now, I could say that's like
  508. 20:34really cool just in itself. Great, Tom.
  509. 20:36You've just massively increased your
  510. 20:37long form content view hours. But the
  511. 20:39question is, why would I want to do it?
  512. 20:41Well, the reason is is because I managed
  513. 20:43to close $194,000 in new business last
  514. 20:46week without a single sales call,
  515. 20:48without a single sales team member, no
  516. 20:50appointment set out or no clos. It was
  517. 20:51just me and that is because I have
  518. 20:54focused on building time under attention
  519. 20:57and maximizing my business for that
  520. 20:59metric. So that is the focus for this
  521. 21:03phase. And once you get into once
  522. 21:08this is the focus for this phase. So the
  523. 21:10focus for spinning is all about time
  524. 21:12under attraction. You will then have off
  525. 21:13attraction and leads traction to get
  526. 21:15into the final phase. The focus is all
  527. 21:19about shifting from being a soloreneur
  528. 21:22to an entrepreneur. And I want you to
  529. 21:24write this [ __ ] down. Solopreneurship
  530. 21:27is the vehicle, not the destination.
  531. 21:30Okay? This is something that I've
  532. 21:32learned over the last couple years as
  533. 21:33I've hired my first staff members. It
  534. 21:35has become very painfully obvious to me
  535. 21:37that this dream of soloreneurship, solo
  536. 21:40consulting, solo whatever you want to
  537. 21:42call it, solo maxing, all that is is
  538. 21:45that that's you with a very expensive,
  539. 21:49highly stressful job. Okay, that is not
  540. 21:52entrepreneurship. There are individuals
  541. 21:55in companies who make 900, 800, 700k a
  542. 21:59year in sales sales positions in banks.
  543. 22:02You are not unique if you have a
  544. 22:05business and you call yourself a
  545. 22:07soloreneur or a solo consultant or
  546. 22:09whatever because you just got a job.
  547. 22:12Okay? You've just got a job. And if you
  548. 22:15have a job, you don't have leverage. So
  549. 22:17this phase is all about building
  550. 22:18leverage. So what how do we define
  551. 22:20leverage? Super [ __ ] simple. You get
  552. 22:24into this phase once you are getting one
  553. 22:28qualified inbound lead per day. That is
  554. 22:3130 qualified inbound leads per month.
  555. 22:35Now just ask yourself this question. How
  556. 22:38different would my business and life
  557. 22:40look if I had 30 qualified inbound leads
  558. 22:45per month? Think about that. That is
  559. 22:47people reaching out to you, inquiring
  560. 22:49about working with you, high intent
  561. 22:51people who are qualified. 30 per month.
  562. 22:54That is one per day. Can you imagine how
  563. 22:58[ __ ] incredible your life and
  564. 23:00business would be? That is why that is
  565. 23:02the ultimate metric that I am helping my
  566. 23:05members in scale 20 get to and what I'm
  567. 23:07aiming for is 30 qualified inbound leads
  568. 23:11per day. So once you are in this phase
  569. 23:15to get there, what are we focused on?
  570. 23:17We're focused on three things. Number
  571. 23:19one is systems. Number two is an AI
  572. 23:22clone. And number three is hiring rock
  573. 23:24stars. Okay, those are the three focuses
  574. 23:27in the compounding phase. Now, about 18
  575. 23:31months ago, I launched my first version
  576. 23:34of Tom AI and it's seen since we've had
  577. 23:38like multiple versions over the last 18
  578. 23:40months. The one that we have right now
  579. 23:42is the most turbocharged crazy ass
  580. 23:45version I could ever think of. Not only
  581. 23:47is every single TOMAI completely
  582. 23:50personalized and customized to each one
  583. 23:52of our members, it has access to their
  584. 23:54unique data, it has access to their
  585. 23:56context room, which is all of the
  586. 23:58information about them, their business,
  587. 24:01everything that we ask about them during
  588. 24:04their orientation phase. It also now has
  589. 24:07access to a psychographic breakdown that
  590. 24:10we create when our members start working
  591. 24:12with us. We give them a one-on-one call
  592. 24:14with our mindset and performance coach
  593. 24:17Jay and he does a full psychographic
  594. 24:19analysis and that information goes into
  595. 24:21their Tom AIS and so their Tom AI not
  596. 24:25only has has information on them context
  597. 24:27on them and their business has context
  598. 24:29on their data their exact situation
  599. 24:32right now. It has access to our entire
  600. 24:34data set of 185,000 plus data
  601. 24:37submissions. It has access to over seven
  602. 24:40million dollars worth of wins from our
  603. 24:43members. It has their all of their
  604. 24:47unique psychographic information like
  605. 24:49their limiting beliefs, their default
  606. 24:50behavior patterns, all of the [ __ ]
  607. 24:52that will get in their way to help them
  608. 24:55get here. And so what we've created is
  609. 24:58something nuclear. We've had 5,748
  610. 25:02messages sent, which if we just estimate
  611. 25:05that like an average chat that I have
  612. 25:07with a member would be maybe 20 minutes,
  613. 25:1015 to 20 minutes, that would save on
  614. 25:12average 94.6
  615. 25:15hours of my time, which is incredible.
  616. 25:17So, when we're talking about like actual
  617. 25:19use cases of AI, here is one that we've
  618. 25:22created that has not only saved time,
  619. 25:24but is helping our members actually make
  620. 25:27money as well, which is incredible.
  621. 25:30So these are the four stages and phases
  622. 25:32you need to go through. You've got the
  623. 25:34launch phase. This is where you have no
  624. 25:36offer traction and no leads traction.
  625. 25:38The gate to get through to the loaded
  626. 25:41phase is you need 10 full price sales
  627. 25:43and five banger case studies that gets
  628. 25:45you offer traction.
  629. 25:47The focus for that stage is setting up
  630. 25:49your email foundation, growing your
  631. 25:51audience, and automating leads.
  632. 25:53Remember, email is the queen metric of
  633. 25:56leverage. To get through to the next
  634. 25:58phase, which is the spinning phase, we
  635. 26:00need to focus on building time under
  636. 26:02attention, which is the king metric of
  637. 26:04leverage. This is long form content view
  638. 26:07hours. The gate to get through there is
  639. 26:09at least 10 email leads per day, which
  640. 26:12is 300 email leads per month. And
  641. 26:14remember, the reason why time under
  642. 26:16attention is the king metric of leverage
  643. 26:18is because believers are buyers. And
  644. 26:20long form content is the best
  645. 26:22opportunity you have to help shift the
  646. 26:24belief of your audience. The gate to get
  647. 26:27through to the final stage which is the
  648. 26:29compounding phase which is where we have
  649. 26:31leverage as well as offer traction and
  650. 26:33leads traction is one qualified inbound
  651. 26:36lead per day which is 30 qualified
  652. 26:39inbound leads per month. The focus in
  653. 26:41this phase is systems building an AI
  654. 26:44clone and hiring rock stars. And so if
  655. 26:48you want to get to 1 million per year
  656. 26:51these are the four phases one two three
  657. 26:54four you need to go through. Now,
  658. 26:56obviously, this is just an overview of
  659. 26:58how that works. If you're curious about
  660. 26:59working with me, click the link down
  661. 27:01below, DM me 77 on Instagram. I'll send

  665. 27:09business coaches, mentors, and
  666. 27:11consultants.
  667. 27:13And if you are curious about what we
  668. 27:15focus on when we build time under
  669. 27:17attention, I'm basically going to send
  670. 27:19you over to this video next, which will
  671. 27:21help you build it. It's the thing that's
  672. 27:23helped me go 2,733%
  673. 27:26increase in the last 90 days. I

  675. 27:29It's going to [ __ ] kill it for you.

  677. 27:33in the next
