If I Wanted 4X Growth in 2026, I'd Fix One Page — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:00I got I started posting 2 years ago. We
- 0:01have over 2 million followers. We get,
- 0:03you know, thousands of leads every
- 0:05single week. Um but it's like
- 0:08I'm also like cracked out on paid ads.
- 0:11So, it's like
- 0:12>> That's weird that you're So, but you're
- 0:13Did you've done 4 million this year or 4
- 0:14million run rate?
- 0:16>> Uh we're on track for 4 million this
- 0:18year. We did like 3 million last year.
- 0:20>> Okay, yeah.
- 0:21Um
- 0:22I don't know what the views of your
- 0:24organic is looking like.
- 0:26Um but of the people who are coming in,
- 0:29have they seen your content?
- 0:31>> Uh some of them.
- 0:33>> Okay. Yeah, so I'm just saying like to
- 0:35what degree are they strangers?
- 0:38>> Uh I would say 90% are strangers.
- 0:41>> Yeah, that's interesting given
- 0:43given the size of the Instagram.
- 0:46Um
- 0:57So, your issue is that show rates are
- 0:58not high enough?
- 1:00>> Well, I mean, it would be everything.
- 1:01It'd be show rate, close rate.
- 1:04Um I like I I My assumption
- 1:07>> Mhm.
- 1:08>> is that if they trusted me more, then
- 1:10everything would be better. You know,
- 1:12like so like
- 1:13>> That is true. We We agree
- 1:14We agree there.
- 1:16>> So, uh cuz right now what I'm making
- 1:18most of the money in is in a webinar,
- 1:21which is exactly what
- 1:23cranks like everything. But
- 1:27that is still like a
- 1:29I don't have anything that runs in the
- 1:30background. Like if I had a
- 1:33a lead magnet that was actually good and
- 1:35I could just send that to everyone,
- 1:37have them do it versus needing to show
- 1:38up to a webinar,
- 1:40>> Well, I think if you try to replace
- 1:42webinar with lead magnet, it will not
- 1:43work as well.
- 1:45>> Oh, no, in the background. I'll keep
- 1:46running the webinar forever, but it's
- 1:48just like uh this is like
- 1:50if they like that, they'd be more likely
- 1:52to show up to the webinar.
- 1:53>> Yeah, I mean, you could also give that
- 1:54as a as a carrot for the webinar as well
- 1:56or a portion of it as a carrot for the
- 1:58webinar as well.
- 1:59Just to get the opt-in.
- 2:01>> Yeah. Um
- 2:04>> But the main the main vein here is add
- 2:08webinar sales team, right?
- 2:10>> Correct. Yeah.
- 2:11>> And so from the webinar you're saying
- 2:12the sale the show rate on the sales team
- 2:14is low?
- 2:16>> Um the show rate to the webinar is
- 2:19probably the lowest thing. I mean we got
- 2:20a 30% show rate on the webinar.
- 2:22>> That's fine, dude.
- 2:23>> Um
- 2:24But it's
- 2:25>> for a webinar for cold traffic is 25.
- 2:28So like
- 2:30you're fine. There like that's you just
- 2:31have to make the math work there. Like
- 2:32you're not going to I mean sure like
- 2:34it's diminishing returns at that point.
- 2:36Like there's probably somewhere else
- 2:36that would be
- 2:38you'd have greater leverage. Okay, so
- 2:40let's assume that the show rate is not a
- 2:41problem. Um of the people who
- 2:43[clears throat] show what percentage are
- 2:45are are booking?
- 2:48>> Uh we got uh 10% booking rate. Out of
- 2:51people that show. But it's not that many
- 2:52people though. You know like it's the
- 2:54the opt-in rate is probably the the
- 2:56biggest thing. It'd probably be because
- 2:58like out of a thousand people we'll get
- 3:0150 people that actually
- 3:03register for a live webinar.
- 3:05>> You mean a thousand clicks?
- 3:07>> Yeah, a thousand clicks. Yeah. So they
- 3:09go to the website
- 3:09>> you have a 5% opt-in rate?
- 3:12>> Yeah.
- 3:12>> Well then yeah, man. I think that is the
- 3:15if we're looking at webinar metrics,
- 3:16right? Um
- 3:18that's probably the biggest
- 3:21constraint that you have. Cuz the 30%
- 3:23show up is fine. The 10% is probably
- 3:26low.
- 3:27Um that should probably be closer to 20
- 3:29if it's a book a call CCA rather than a
- 3:31purchase CCA. So that's that there's
- 3:33something there, but the biggest by far
- 3:36is the opt-in.
- 3:37By a mile.
- 3:39Cuz like you can be at 25 or 30% there.
- 3:41And like that's where you have like you
- 3:42know you have like a five or six X
- 3:43there.
- 3:45So if I were you I'd be looking at um
- 3:48the ads matching to the opt-in page.
- 3:53And I would be like my quote rule of 100
- 3:55where I'd be focusing all my marketing
- 3:56time would be on that page.
- 3:58Like how do I make this clear? How do I
- 3:59make this simpler? How do we use more
- 4:00visuals? How do we
- 4:02um
- 4:02call it add trust, right, to that page
- 4:04and just make it more enticing
- 4:06and more interesting um than what it
- 4:08currently is cuz that like again, it's
- 4:10like I look at the averages here. If
- 4:11you're at 30% show, it's fine. Like it's
- 4:13not like we're not going to We're not
- 4:14going to get like you're not going to
- 4:15get from 30 to 60. It's not going to
- 4:17happen.
- 4:17>> Mhm.
- 4:17>> But you can [clears throat] absolutely
- 4:18go from 5 to 10. You can absolutely go
- 4:20from 5 to 20.
- 4:21>> Mhm.
- 4:22>> And so that's that's where I think you
- 4:23have your your 4x.
- 4:26>> Is in the opt-in? So does the the times
- 4:28that they have open in order to opt in
- 4:31for it? Is that a bigger leverage? Like
- 4:33is that the thing that you
- 4:34need to test?
- 4:35>> That is for sure a leverage.
- 4:37>> Mhm.
- 4:38>> Do you have just-in-time right now? Is
- 4:39that how you're doing or are you doing a
- 4:41>> No, there's two There's two that are
- 4:43it's twice a day. So it's at specific
- 4:45times.
- 4:46>> And you're doing both of them?
- 4:48>> Yeah, it's broadcast live. I'm I mean I
- 4:50did it, but I'm not doing it.
- 4:52>> So it's a re- recorded?
- 4:54>> Yeah, it's uh two Zoom still. And so
- 4:57they still join a Zoom thing, but it's
- 4:59twice a day and they have to register
- 5:00for it. Correct.
- 5:02>> Well, I would hardcore consider a
- 5:03just-in-time.
- 5:06>> Well, if I do that I the show rate drops
- 5:08down to 5%.
- 5:10Uh so it's like the like
- 5:12uh
- 5:13So when I when I do the the thing, what
- 5:14happens is they go to a VSL right after.
