  1. 0:00If your website looks fine, but you're
  2. 0:01getting zero customers from Google or
  3. 0:03the AI search engines, this video is for
  4. 0:05you. I'll show you exactly how I would
  5. 0:07get clients for free [music] in 2026
  6. 0:09using SEO. No expensive tools, no shady
  7. 0:12tricks, and honestly, anyone can do this
  8. 0:14even if you're not that techy. So, let's
  9. 0:16get straight to it. Number one is
  10. 0:17understanding that you need really good
  11. 0:19website structure. And it's not too
  12. 0:21complicated understanding what kind of
  13. 0:22structure you need, but there's a few
  14. 0:24rules. This If you look at this Figma
  15. 0:26map, and I'll leave this link so you can
  16. 0:28have a look at it below,
  17. 0:30we have this a like a bird's-eye
  18. 0:32perspective of website, and what you
  19. 0:33want to ensure that every single one of
  20. 0:35these services that you offer, this
  21. 0:37example is a electrician in North
  22. 0:40Carolina. So, here what you've got here
  23. 0:42is understanding that we we've got
  24. 0:44parent pages or hub pages. So, ideally
  25. 0:46you want one parent page with all your
  26. 0:48services in it. And the same thing, you
  27. 0:50want a parent page with all the areas
  28. 0:52that you serve. If we look a little bit
  29. 0:54deeper, then every single one of your
  30. 0:56services page needs a dedicated page for
  31. 0:59each service. One of the biggest
  32. 1:01mistakes that I see people constantly
  33. 1:02do, especially small business owners, is
  34. 1:05because they build their own website,
  35. 1:06they don't have too much time, and they
  36. 1:08want to rush things, and they end up
  37. 1:09being building one single page with all
  38. 1:11their services in it. And the problem
  39. 1:13with that is that you're not only in
  40. 1:14competition with your competitors around
  41. 1:16you from an SEO perspective, but all
  42. 1:18your services are kind of competing
  43. 1:20against themselves in that one single
  44. 1:22page. So, first of all,
  45. 1:24one page for one of your services, that
  46. 1:26is fundamental. Then, if you are a
  47. 1:28location-based
  48. 1:30service, where you provide your service
  49. 1:32in different locations, you want to
  50. 1:33understand what are all the areas that
  51. 1:35you do serve. So, in this example for
  52. 1:37Northern Carolina, this particular
  53. 1:39electrician works in Huntersville, in
  54. 1:41Matthews, and in Concord. These are
  55. 1:43sections within North Carolina. And you
  56. 1:45can see here that we've got a hub page
  57. 1:47or a home page or a parent page, sorry,
  58. 1:49I should say, for the areas served. And
  59. 1:52within that Huntersville page, you want
  60. 1:54to have all the services that you offer,
  61. 1:56as well as some information about that
  62. 1:59area. But ideally, when you then have a
  63. 2:02section about, "Hey, in Huntsville, I or
  64. 2:05we offer panel upgrades." Then, if I
  65. 2:08click on that panel upgrades, I get
  66. 2:10taken to the main panel upgrades
  67. 2:12services page. This is a very efficient
  68. 2:15way to do this. Then, if you get in
  69. 2:18extremely competitive niche, then what
  70. 2:20you could do is actually build a panel
  71. 2:22upgrades in Huntsville page. But for the
  72. 2:24most part, you don't really need that,
  73. 2:25and this keeps things nice and
  74. 2:27organized. So again, the same thing with
  75. 2:29the other location. For Matthews, if I
  76. 2:31have a landscape lighting section there
  77. 2:33that I offer that service in Matthews,
  78. 2:35but I if I click on that, then I go to
  79. 2:37the main landscape lighting services
  80. 2:39page. This tells Google that you really
  81. 2:42do work in all these locations, and you
  82. 2:44offer all these services in these
  83. 2:46locations. But you also allow yourself
  84. 2:48to rank specifically for that
  85. 2:50service-based keyword. And if you're a
  86. 2:52small business owner, and you're already
  87. 2:53getting anxiety about not getting this
  88. 2:56correct, and you want to make sure that
  89. 2:57you have a way to make this the right
  90. 3:00way, at least the structure, I've got
  91. 3:02you covered. You just need an AI tool,
  92. 3:04ChatGPT or Claude will work fine for
  93. 3:06this. Now, in the video description
  94. 3:08below, I've got a bunch of resources for
  95. 3:10you that'll link you to the downloadable
  96. 3:13prompts that I have ready for you. The
  97. 3:14first prompt is called the site
  98. 3:15architecture prompt. This is the photo
  99. 3:17will look like this, by the way. I'm
  100. 3:19going to drag that first one in here,
  101. 3:20and it's just got all the instructions.
  102. 3:22I'm going to also do this in ChatGPT, so
  103. 3:23you can see that it doesn't really
  104. 3:24matter which AI you use to go to. Now,
  105. 3:27the instructions are just telling it
  106. 3:28exactly what it's going to do with the
  107. 3:30information that you need to provide it.
  108. 3:32And the information that you need to
  109. 3:33provide it is just very, very simple.
  110. 3:35It's just going to have, "Okay, what's
  111. 3:36the business name, the domain?" Even if
  112. 3:37you don't have a domain at the moment,
  113. 3:39it doesn't really matter. The trade, all
  114. 3:41the services that you have to offer.
  115. 3:42This is really important for you to do.
  116. 3:44And then the areas served. That's it,
  117. 3:47right? You're going to do is hit enter.
  118. 3:49You're going to give that a while. We're
  119. 3:50going to do the same thing with Claude
  120. 3:51as well and hit enter. After a little
  121. 3:53while, you should get a result like
  122. 3:55this. Both will be relatively the same.
  123. 3:57Hopefully, they will give you a CSV
  124. 4:00file. If not, then just say, "Hey, can I
  125. 4:02please have a CSV file?" But, they're
  126. 4:05both going to give you the same kind of
  127. 4:06information and the site structure that
  128. 4:08we want here. Once you download that
  129. 4:09file and put it somewhere like Google
  130. 4:12Sheets, you'll see this main kind of
  131. 4:14section here. So, it gives you the site
  132. 4:16architecture. And this is exactly like
  133. 4:18the Figma file. This is just in a CSV
  134. 4:20file. I find this a good way to keep
  135. 4:22yourself organized when you're building
  136. 4:23these pages. So, you've got here the
  137. 4:25main services page, and it even gives
  138. 4:27you the slug of the services. So,
  139. 4:29{forward slash} service, {forward slash}
  140. 4:31panel upgrades, EV charger installation,
  141. 4:33generator installation, and you get the
  142. 4:35idea. We also get the area service. Now,
  143. 4:37the one thing that you do have to be
  144. 4:39wary of, particularly when you're
  145. 4:40building these area served, is that the
  146. 4:42content from page to page needs to be
  147. 4:45differentiated at least 50%. And you
  148. 4:47might be thinking, "How on earth do I do
  149. 4:49that?" Don't worry. There's also a
  150. 4:51checklist for you to follow for these
  151. 4:53local area pages. And it's a bit of a
  152. 4:55checklist. And if you just follow this
  153. 4:57checklist while you're building the
  154. 4:58content on those area served pages, then
  155. 5:01you'll be fine. All the content will be
  156. 5:02at least 50% different from one area
  157. 5:05page to the other, which is the main
  158. 5:07goal here. Because if they're too
  159. 5:09similar, Google's going to read both
  160. 5:10pages and go, "Look, they're exactly the
  161. 5:12same. The suburb to the left or to the
  162. 5:14right are practically the same. Why
  163. 5:16would I waste some content or why would
  164. 5:17I waste some crawling budget in putting
  165. 5:20all of those index in in my database."
  166. 5:22But, if you follow all these things,
  167. 5:24then it's going to be very, very easy
  168. 5:25for you to differentiate them. That's
  169. 5:27the main thing you want to keep in mind
  170. 5:28that the pages need to be somewhat
  171. 5:30different for them in order to get
  172. 5:31indexed. And by doing that website
  173. 5:34structure correctly, even if you're
  174. 5:35building a lot of these specific area
  175. 5:38pages, you can get results like this.
  176. 5:40Steven from our community, he he's
  177. 5:42getting 99 booked appointments just in 1
  178. 5:44month purely from organic traffic alone.
  179. 5:47If you want to test out how to do this
  180. 5:49on mass, I recommend that you check out
  181. 5:50our community. I'll leave a link for you
  182. 5:52below. The second thing you must do is
  183. 5:54obviously optimize your Google Business
  184. 5:56Profile. It wouldn't be a local SEO
  185. 5:58video without that. I like to simplify
  186. 6:00this and you need to consider Google
  187. 6:02Business Profile in two main actions.
  188. 6:04You want to treat it like a social media
  189. 6:06profile, but also you want to make sure
  190. 6:08that the Google Business Profile is in
  191. 6:10sync with the content on your page. For
  192. 6:13the most part, I see people filling in
  193. 6:15the right categories and secondary
  194. 6:17categories of that business, but then
  195. 6:19none of these services are aligned. So,
  196. 6:22for the business that we just created
  197. 6:23before, I've got a couple of services,
  198. 6:25all right? I've got the panel upgrades,
  199. 6:27EV charger installation, generator
  200. 6:28installation, yada yada yada. So, a lot
  201. 6:31of people make the mistake of thinking
  202. 6:33that they need to find the category
  203. 6:35within Google Business Profile for all
  204. 6:36these specific services. And a lot of
  205. 6:38the times, the specific service that you
  206. 6:40offer isn't a Google Business Profile
  207. 6:42category. So, how do I then add that
  208. 6:44data in the Google Business Profile
  209. 6:46category to make sure that it syncs with
  210. 6:48the website? Well, you add a service,
  211. 6:50and that's slightly different. So, in
  212. 6:52your Google Business Profile, and this
  213. 6:53is for another business, this is one
  214. 6:55that I've had access to for a while.
  215. 6:57What you want to go do is edit the
  216. 6:58services. And in the service, we can add
  217. 7:00one here. So, add more services, for
  218. 7:03example. And if we add a custom service,
  219. 7:06you can add as much information as you
  220. 7:08can in there. Ideally, name it the exact
  221. 7:10name that you have a service on your
  222. 7:12website. So, for this one again, I would
  223. 7:14make sure Well, okay, I've got a panel
  224. 7:17upgrades or an EV charger installation
  225. 7:19service. I've got a page for that on my
  226. 7:22website as well. I want to make sure
  227. 7:24that these are aligned. So, I go back to
  228. 7:26the Google Business Profile, paste it in
  229. 7:27there, and I can save. I won't do that
  230. 7:29now, because this is a different
  231. 7:30business, but I hope that makes enough
  232. 7:32sense for you. You just got to make sure
  233. 7:34that it's nice and aligned. Obviously,
  234. 7:36fill out as much of the information as
  235. 7:37you can on Google Business Profile, and
  236. 7:39you want to consider that you need your
  237. 7:41NAP consistent. NAP stands for name,
  238. 7:43address, and phone number, and that has
  239. 7:45to be the same in your Google Business
  240. 7:47Profile as it is on your website. Really
  241. 7:49important you do that. But, as long as
  242. 7:51you do those main setups, then your
  243. 7:52Google Business Profile will be fairly
  244. 7:54good. That is the synchronized part of
  245. 7:56this whole section. Now, just a little
  246. 7:57while ago I mentioned that you need to
  247. 7:59treat it like a social media profile.
  248. 8:01You need to update content, and you need
  249. 8:03to respond to all of the reviews. If we
  250. 8:04see the people that are are ranking
  251. 8:06really well for the electricians in
  252. 8:09Northern Carolina, and we look at take a
  253. 8:11look at their profile, you can see that
  254. 8:13only 5 days ago they created a post,
  255. 8:15which is exactly what you want to do.
  256. 8:16You want ideally three posts a week if
  257. 8:19you can have got time to do it. And
  258. 8:21obviously, you want to respond to every
  259. 8:22single reviews. And we see that they've
  260. 8:24done that. So, if we take a look at
  261. 8:25their latest reviews, they respond to
  262. 8:28every single one, both negative and
  263. 8:30positive. And you might saying you might
  264. 8:32be saying I know all this, but I don't
  265. 8:34do it because it takes a lot of time,
  266. 8:35and when I get at home, I forget, I'm
  267. 8:37tired. Well, let me help you out with
  268. 8:39that. Again, whether it's Claude or
  269. 8:40whether it's ChatGPT, you can do this
  270. 8:42automation in the either tools. We need
  271. 8:46to connect our ChatGPT or our Claude to
  272. 8:50our Google Business Profile, and that
  273. 8:51can be an extremely difficult task to do
  274. 8:53if you want to do it custom, but there
  275. 8:56is a very simple connection as well to
  276. 8:58this. Because the connection to Google
  277. 9:01Business Profile to things like Claude
  278. 9:03and ChatGPT is a native, we need
  279. 9:06something that's going to help us make
  280. 9:07that connection. Now, there are a few of
  281. 9:09these. There's Post Proxy, which is a
  282. 9:10little bit harder to install, and then
  283. 9:12there's Windsor.ai that makes the
  284. 9:14connection between your Google Business
  285. 9:15Profile and your ChatGPT or your Claude
  286. 9:17extremely easy. What you want to do is
  287. 9:19create an account. I'm going to log in
  288. 9:21here.
  289. 9:22When you log in, you will see this, and
  290. 9:24in the left-hand side, we want to look
  291. 9:26for the right platform. We want to go to
  292. 9:27Google Business Profile. There it is.
  293. 9:30And you'll have to connect it for the
  294. 9:31first time. And here, you want to
  295. 9:33obviously select the one that you want
  296. 9:35this thing to have access to. By this
  297. 9:37thing, I mean either your ChatGPT or
  298. 9:39your Claude. So, I'm going to go here
  299. 9:41Latin Catering too so I can show you the
  300. 9:43one that we were doing before. I'm going
  301. 9:45to go to next. The rest should be all
  302. 9:47okay. I got to make sure that I have the
  303. 9:48right sources here, but that should be
  304. 9:50fine. And now if you scroll a little bit
  305. 9:53further down, you can choose the
  306. 9:54destination where this thing is going.
  307. 9:56And it's practically a one-click
  308. 9:59connection. I can go to ChatGPT. It's
  309. 10:01going to give me install on Windsor.ai.
  310. 10:03And mine is connected. Here you will see
  311. 10:05try in chat. So, let's see if I actually
  312. 10:08see the data of that other account that
  313. 10:10I showed you before. I'm going to go to
  314. 10:11new chat and I'm going to go say I'm
  315. 10:13going to call the Windsor app. You can
  316. 10:15see here by going @Windsor.
  317. 10:18Can you tell me what are the last
  318. 10:20reviews from the Google Business Profile
  319. 10:23account that you have access to? And
  320. 10:24here I just want to show you the test to
  321. 10:26make sure that it is connected. And now
  322. 10:28you can see that it's pulled all of the
  323. 10:29reviews. Let's just verify to make sure
  324. 10:31this thing isn't just making up
  325. 10:33information. So, here the latest review
  326. 10:35for this specific account is from
  327. 10:37Claudia Rodino and then Marshall Chang.
  328. 10:40So, let's see if it's actually got this
  329. 10:42correct. I'm going to go here to the
  330. 10:45reviews. And sure enough, the latest
  331. 10:47reviews are from Claudia Rodino and
  332. 10:49Marshall Chang. So, it's pulling in the
  333. 10:50right information. So, not only can it
  334. 10:52pull information, but it can post
  335. 10:54information for you. Meaning it can
  336. 10:55respond to these reviews. Obviously, you
  337. 10:58don't want to tell ChatGPT to check it
  338. 11:00every day. And here's where you should
  339. 11:02respond. You need to be a little bit
  340. 11:04smart about this and use the schedule
  341. 11:06feature here. So, what I can tell
  342. 11:08ChatGPT now, you can also do this in
  343. 11:10Claude again, can say something like,
  344. 11:12"Great, I want you to set up a schedule
  345. 11:14task for you to check my reviews every
  346. 11:17single day. If I do get a new review
  347. 11:19that I haven't answered, please let me
  348. 11:20know and create a response that you
  349. 11:23suggest for me before I approve it. If I
  350. 11:25don't receive any reviews, then don't
  351. 11:28notify me." And it's as easy as that. As
  352. 11:30long as you have your ChatGPT on your
  353. 11:32phone, which most people should have by
  354. 11:34now, then you'll get a notification
  355. 11:36every single day only when you have
  356. 11:37received reviews. Now, it says here it's
  357. 11:40done around 8:00 a.m. local time. If I
  358. 11:42go to the monitor here and make sure
  359. 11:45that it's in schedule in the schedule
  360. 11:47tab as well, I should see it come up and
  361. 11:49here it is. Reputation reviews, perfect.
  362. 11:52Very important here to say don't publish
  363. 11:54it or post it until I explicitly
  364. 11:55approve. For the most part, it does
  365. 11:58create some good responses, but if you
  366. 11:59have a negative one, you want to make
  367. 12:00sure that you read it beforehand. So,
  368. 12:02that's one part of treating your Google
  369. 12:03Business Profile like a social media
  370. 12:05account because you're interacting all
  371. 12:06the time. But, what about the content
  372. 12:08itself? So, you can upload posts on
  373. 12:10Google Business Profile, which I highly
  374. 12:11recommend you do. You see this one,
  375. 12:14they've updated something a couple of
  376. 12:15days ago. And if I go to learn more, it
  377. 12:18actually takes me to their website and
  378. 12:19it they need to fix that. That's not a
  379. 12:21site that I'm
  380. 12:22uh taking care of, by the way, but you
  381. 12:24get the idea. Let's try another one here
  382. 12:25cuz I want to show you exactly So,
  383. 12:27hopefully this one should work. Learn
  384. 12:29more and that perfectly is taking them
  385. 12:30to their home page, which is fine. So,
  386. 12:32how do we upload these posts on a
  387. 12:34regular basis without taking up too much
  388. 12:36time? Again, we want to use the tool
  389. 12:38that we just installed. So, we can say
  390. 12:41something like, "Great. Now, I want you
  391. 12:42to look at my information on the website
  392. 12:45or my latest blog post and three times a
  393. 12:47week I want you to upload a post to
  394. 12:49Google Business Profile linking back to
  395. 12:51the service that you touch on." And it's
  396. 12:53that easy. You leave it on the schedule
  397. 12:55post. Ideally, if you're very careful
  398. 12:57about this, you want to make sure that
  399. 12:59you get a notification when it does
  400. 13:00upload that post to ensure that it's
  401. 13:03doing this correctly. And what we're
  402. 13:04doing here is really just repurposing
  403. 13:06the blog content, which I'll show you
  404. 13:08how to write in a second and why it's
  405. 13:09really good for your business, even if
  406. 13:11you're local business. We're just
  407. 13:13repurposing that blog content into
  408. 13:15Google Business Posts. They do need to
  409. 13:17be less than 1,500 characters in length,
  410. 13:20but that's it. Then you want to link to
  411. 13:21the specific thing that you're talking
  412. 13:22about, whether it's a blog post or the
  413. 13:24service, link to to not just the home
  414. 13:26page. And that simple Google My Business
  415. 13:28strategy and consistency, which is
  416. 13:30really important, is exactly how
  417. 13:31Ireland, one of our community members,
  418. 13:33got one of his clients ranking number
  419. 13:35one practically everywhere in his
  420. 13:37location for his keyword. If you want to
  421. 13:39test out our community, I'll leave a
  422. 13:40link for you to test it out below. You
  423. 13:41can try it out risk-free for 7 days. If
  424. 13:44you find out it's not for you, just let
  425. 13:45me know and I'll refund you 100%. The
  426. 13:46third thing I would ensure that I do on
  427. 13:48a regular basis is work on the
  428. 13:50business's trust. Now, trust, for the
  429. 13:53most part, comes in two main ways. That
  430. 13:55is reviews and citations, local
  431. 13:58citations as well. Now, with the
  432. 14:00reviews, you can automate the like
  433. 14:03contacting the person that you just gave
  434. 14:05the service to saying, "Hey, could you
  435. 14:07leave us a review? How was your
  436. 14:08service?"
  437. 14:09But to be honest, in all my years of
  438. 14:11automating this, the best outcome for
  439. 14:14you to get reviews is to hand them a
  440. 14:16card with a QR code that looks a little
  441. 14:17bit like this. Now, this is a little bit
  442. 14:19cheeky because it's right in the line of
  443. 14:21the guidelines from Google's, but it
  444. 14:23works really, really well. So, it says
  445. 14:24here, "Loved our work."
  446. 14:26And the wording is really, really
  447. 14:27important. A quick review means a lot.
  448. 14:29Help another neighbor find us. If you
  449. 14:31can mention in the review the service we
  450. 14:33did and where we did it. This is a
  451. 14:36little bit of a segue to the final task
  452. 14:38here, which is how to get viewed in the
  453. 14:40AI search engine and how to get
  454. 14:41recommended. And for the most part, you
  455. 14:43shouldn't tell people how to leave a
  456. 14:45review, but you can suggest a couple of
  457. 14:48things. Now, the QR code in the card is
  458. 14:50really, really easy to do. You actually
  459. 14:52have this QR code ready available to you
  460. 14:54that takes people instantly to where
  461. 14:56they need to leave a review on Google
  462. 14:58Business Profile. So, if you go to your
  463. 15:00Google Business Profile and you go to
  464. 15:02the reviews. If you go to your Google
  465. 15:04Business Profile and you click the drop
  466. 15:06down here, there's going to be a section
  467. 15:08going, "Ask for reviews." Now, you'll
  468. 15:11see that right away we've got a little
  469. 15:13QR code here. All you got to do is right
  470. 15:16click, save image as,
  471. 15:18and download that. You want to make sure
  472. 15:20that you've got a business card or
  473. 15:22whatever you can get your hands on,
  474. 15:23something easy that you can just give to
  475. 15:25the client said, "Hey, would you mind if
  476. 15:26you leave a review here?" With the
  477. 15:28instructions like I said earlier. Try
  478. 15:30and use that similar wording because you
  479. 15:33want to try to help out the user in
  480. 15:35terms of not just say, "Yeah, good
  481. 15:37service." Like, "No, good service in
  482. 15:39area. They fixed X." That will really,
  483. 15:42really help and I'll explain why in the
  484. 15:44next step. Before we move on to the next
  485. 15:45step, the second measure of trust is all
  486. 15:47about citations. You can think of
  487. 15:48citations as essentially a localized
  488. 15:51backlink. And you can think of a
  489. 15:52backlink as another website linking to
  490. 15:55you. There is going to be many free
  491. 15:58websites or online business directories
  492. 16:00that you can place your website in. When
  493. 16:03you're doing that, by the way, make sure
  494. 16:04that you keep the same NAP consistency
  495. 16:06as we talked about before. The name,
  496. 16:08address, and phone number must be the
  497. 16:09same here. I'm going to leave a link
  498. 16:11below to this custom GPT and it's quite
  499. 16:13handy. All that it is going to do is
  500. 16:16give you a suggested website where you
  501. 16:17should post your website in. So, here
  502. 16:19I'm going to say, "This is the business
  503. 16:21information." Going to hit enter. So,
  504. 16:23again, it's a Carolina electrician.
  505. 16:25These are the services. These are the
  506. 16:26primary served areas. So, it's doing
  507. 16:28search here and it's going to give you
  508. 16:29the basic ones like Google Business
  509. 16:31Profile. Yeah, no duh. And then we have
  510. 16:33Yelp. We have Better Business Bureau.
  511. 16:35Please add your website in here. We have
  512. 16:37Angie, Porch, Nextdoor, Hot Frog, and
  513. 16:40then we have a few more really specific
  514. 16:42to this. Brownbook, Chamber of Commerce.
  515. 16:45And when you go on one of these online
  516. 16:47business directories,
  517. 16:48you will have to kind of sign in and
  518. 16:50make an account. Usually, a lot of them
  519. 16:52are free or some of them are freemium.
  520. 16:54Make an account. Make sure the name,
  521. 16:56address, and phone number are the same
  522. 16:57and that is it. Usually, a few of these
  523. 16:59take a little while to get approved, a
  524. 17:01day or two. But, apart from that, that
  525. 17:03should be fine. Now, alternatively, if
  526. 17:05you want to not do this yourself and you
  527. 17:08want to pay someone else to do it, make
  528. 17:10sure you do it with someone reputable.
  529. 17:11So, I've done it with BrightLocal as
  530. 17:13well. And if you're doing this as a
  531. 17:15service, it's a good idea to hand it off
  532. 17:16to someone else, because you'll be
  533. 17:17spending a lot of time for this. So,
  534. 17:19BrightLocal has a local citation
  535. 17:21building services. And if you kind of
  536. 17:23scroll down, you'll see that they can
  537. 17:26give you one citation for $2. Really,
  538. 17:29it's actually $3.20 cuz the $2 is when
  539. 17:32you buy in bulk. So, if you're doing
  540. 17:33this for one or two businesses, you're
  541. 17:35going to be paying a little bit more.
  542. 17:36But, for me, two $3.20
  543. 17:40for a each citation is more than okay
  544. 17:43for me to pay. You just have to make
  545. 17:45sure that the country in which your
  546. 17:47business is in, and therefore the
  547. 17:49citations that you're getting them in,
  548. 17:51has to be covered by BrightLocal. But,
  549. 17:54for the most part, if you're watching
  550. 17:55this, your country should be covered in
  551. 17:57here. The final and fourth thing that I
  552. 17:59would concentrate on for this local
  553. 18:01business of mine is how do I get
  554. 18:03recommended and mentioned in things like
  555. 18:05ChatGPT and Google AI overviews? What's
  556. 18:07the magic source from an AI search
  557. 18:09perspective? Well, just by doing the
  558. 18:11things that I just told you to do in
  559. 18:13step one, two, and three, you're already
  560. 18:1580% of the way there. In fact, Steven,
  561. 18:18he's an accountant, and he's being
  562. 18:19recommended by Google AI overviews and
  563. 18:22ChatGPT over some enormous accounting
  564. 18:25firms, simply because he did the few of
  565. 18:27the steps that I just told you about.
  566. 18:29Now, what's the extra 20% of the magic
  567. 18:31that's going to increase your chances to
  568. 18:33get cited and recommended by the AI
  569. 18:35search engines? Well, that's
  570. 18:36understanding that we need to write blog
  571. 18:38content, but not just any content. We
  572. 18:40need to write blog content and answer
  573. 18:43questions that are fan out queries.
  574. 18:46Let's understand what a fan out query
  575. 18:47is, because it takes it a little bit
  576. 18:49complex. When you ask an AI a question,
  577. 18:52this can be Google AI overviews or
  578. 18:54ChatGPT, for example, who's the best
  579. 18:56electrician in Charlotte, it doesn't
  580. 18:57just grab that question and say, "No
  581. 18:59problems, leave it with me. I'll do some
  582. 19:00research."
  583. 19:02It actually asks itself a series of
  584. 19:05internal questions that we can't see.
  585. 19:07These are called fan out query
  586. 19:09questions, so that it does additional
  587. 19:11research on related questions, which
  588. 19:13Charlotte electricians are licensed, Uh
  589. 19:15uh who does emergency electric work in
  590. 19:16Charlotte, all these questions so that
  591. 19:18it can synthesize all that information
  592. 19:20and come back to you with a really
  593. 19:21well-structured answer.
  594. 19:23One of the tricks here is to understand
  595. 19:25these fan out queries and then write
  596. 19:27content around that. Now, I've done
  597. 19:29hundreds of videos on how to write the
  598. 19:31actual content, so I want to show you
  599. 19:33how to find these fan out queries cuz
  600. 19:34you won't see them when you just ask
  601. 19:36ChatGPT or Google AI overviews. You need
  602. 19:39an application that will give you fan
  603. 19:42out queries. I use Datawise for all
  604. 19:44transparency. I've actually built
  605. 19:45Datawise for our community. They can
  606. 19:47access it for free once they join. In
  607. 19:49the keyword research section, there's a
  608. 19:50fan out query section here. You put in
  609. 19:53your seed keyword, for example, EV
  610. 19:55charger installation. And now I've got
  611. 19:56all of the fan out queries that the AIs
  612. 20:00are asking themselves internally.
  613. 20:02So, what do I want to do? Well, I want
  614. 20:04to then define which questions would
  615. 20:06make sense for me to answer as a blog
  616. 20:08post. So, here, how to hire a licensed
  617. 20:11tip. Awesome. I can see a little bit
  618. 20:13more information about this fan out
  619. 20:14query if I want to, but I can grab that
  620. 20:17and then write the content, the blog
  621. 20:19post. If you want a really detailed
  622. 20:21guide on how to write content that is
  623. 20:23going to get cited in the AI overviews,
  624. 20:26there is a free lesson in our AI
  625. 20:28kickstarter in our free community,
  626. 20:29lesson number six, that will teach you
  627. 20:31exactly how to write that content from
  628. 20:33this fan out query. I don't I don't want
  629. 20:35to go to detail how to do that now
  630. 20:37because that would be a separate video,
  631. 20:39but if you want that, I'll leave that
  632. 20:40link to that below, again, for free. So,
  633. 20:42again, you want to write maybe one, two,
  634. 20:45three blog posts depending on how much
  635. 20:48content you already publish per week,
  636. 20:50sorry, and make sure that the content is
  637. 20:53high quality by you adding some valuable
  638. 20:55insights in there. The second thing to
  639. 20:57getting cited in the AI overviews, but
  640. 20:59more specifically the Ask Maps AI
  641. 21:02feature that should be available to you
  642. 21:04in the United States or in India, is
  643. 21:06making sure that little review card that
  644. 21:08I gave you, that you ask your customer
  645. 21:11to leave the right review.
  646. 21:14Because particularly the new AI Ask Maps
  647. 21:17feature will read the reviews from your
  648. 21:19profile and see if you've done the right
  649. 21:21service and given the right and given it
  650. 21:23in the right location to see if you're
  651. 21:26the right person for the right query.
  652. 21:27This is called review justifications.
  653. 21:29So, not only does the AI search engines
  654. 21:32read your Google Business Profile, but
  655. 21:35to get more context so that it can
  656. 21:36deliver your services to the right
  657. 21:38person, it'll read the reviews of people
  658. 21:41that have had your service. And the
  659. 21:42other thing that you want to do to get
  660. 21:44cited in the AI search engines and
  661. 21:45recommended is create video content.
  662. 21:49There's a few reasons why, but for the
  663. 21:51most part Google or YouTube, sorry, is
  664. 21:53now the most cited website by the AI
  665. 21:56search engines out there. And even if I
  666. 21:58do a quick EV home charger installation
  667. 22:01search, then the top content being cited
  668. 22:03are YouTube videos. All right.
  669. 22:05Also, we see here that if we go to short
  670. 22:08videos, there's nothing but short videos
  671. 22:10and all these people are getting cited
  672. 22:12and they're being seen as the topical
  673. 22:14authority figure within their niche. Not
  674. 22:16only about, for example, home charger
  675. 22:18installation, but home charger
  676. 22:20installation in a specific location. And
  677. 22:22we know now with complete concrete
  678. 22:25evidence that social is really important
  679. 22:27for search because now Google Search
  680. 22:30Console allows you to connect your
  681. 22:32Instagram account, your TikTok, your X,
  682. 22:34and your YouTube account to see how
  683. 22:36those social media profiles are
  684. 22:38performing on the search engine network.
  685. 22:40And they wouldn't really do that unless
  686. 22:42social is really important for search.
  687. 22:44So, we know it is. You can also grab
  688. 22:46those fan out queries that I just showed
  689. 22:48you how to get before with Datawise and
  690. 22:50turn those into videos showing people
  691. 22:52how to fix that problem. If you followed
  692. 22:54all those four steps that we went
  693. 22:56through, I can guarantee that you're
  694. 22:57going to start getting leads in no time.
  695. 23:00Now, obviously people are going to ask,
  696. 23:01"Well, how long does this take? How long
  697. 23:03is a piece of string?" kind of thing. I
  698. 23:05know that's a very annoying answer, but
  699. 23:07realistically, you should start seeing
  700. 23:09real results, and by real results, I
  701. 23:11mean calls or leads, within 1 to 3
  702. 23:13months. If you're not seeing anything
  703. 23:16within 3 months, then you probably need
  704. 23:17to do a little bit of an audit of what
  705. 23:19you've been doing and and see if you've
  706. 23:21been doing it in the right way. This
  707. 23:22also isn't a set and forget thing. You
  708. 23:24need to continuously work at it. But, if
  709. 23:26you try to automate as many of those
  710. 23:28things as you can with ChatGPT or
  711. 23:31Claude, like I showed you how to do,
  712. 23:33it's relatively easy to not even think
  713. 23:35about it, as long as you're checking it
  714. 23:37every now and then. I hope you enjoyed
  715. 23:38the video. If you have any questions,
  716. 23:39make sure you leave it in the comments
  717. 23:40below. Thanks.
