  1. 0:00If I lost everything tomorrow, no
  2. 0:01savings, no audience, and no product,
  3. 0:03this is the exact plan I'd use to
  4. 0:04rebuild to $3,000 a month. And I mean
  5. 0:063,000 coming [music] in consistently,
  6. 0:08not one lucky payday that disappears the
  7. 0:10following month. So, if you're watching
  8. 0:12this video after a long shift, already
  9. 0:13thinking about tomorrow's bills, this
  10. 0:15video's for you. And I'm not going to
  11. 0:16tell you to start your agency or somehow
  12. 0:19go viral. I'm going to show you how I
  13. 0:20turn one boring skill into something
  14. 0:22that can pay me more than one. Over the
  15. 0:24years, I've made about $176,000 selling
  16. 0:27small digital products. So, this isn't a
  17. 0:29theory I found online. I'll show you the
  18. 0:31plan, the math, and what this same
  19. 0:33ladder eventually produced for me
  20. 0:34because it went well past three grand.
  21. 0:37And on this day, the fluorescent lights
  22. 0:38hummed over Greg from accounting. He
  23. 0:40clocked in at 9:00, clocked out at 5:00,
  24. 0:43and traded another day for the same
  25. 0:44paycheck. Nothing about his situation
  26. 0:46changed. That's why I'd build this one
  27. 0:48specific way. Most money advice online
  28. 0:50is built around one-time money. You sell
  29. 0:51something, you get paid, spend it, and
  30. 0:53start over next month. Recurring income
  31. 0:55gives you something to build on. You
  32. 0:57keep delivering the result, and the same
  33. 0:59customer can keep paying you. And this
  34. 1:01part is personal for me. My dad worked
  35. 1:03third shift for most of my childhood. He
  36. 1:05missed a lot of my games, and when he
  37. 1:07was home, he was usually too exhausted
  38. 1:09to play catch in the street. He worked
  39. 1:10hard and did what he had to do. He just
  40. 1:12never had the option to build income
  41. 1:14outside the hours he could physically
  42. 1:16work. If he had even a few hundred
  43. 1:17dollars coming in outside that job,
  44. 1:19maybe he could have dropped one shift.
  45. 1:20Maybe I would have gotten a little more
  46. 1:22of the version of him who wasn't running
  47. 1:24on 4 hours of sleep and bad gas station
  48. 1:26coffee. And that's exactly what I'm
  49. 1:28trying to build here. Before I show you
  50. 1:29the plan, tell me this. If you had to
  51. 1:31make $3,000 a month starting today,
  52. 1:33what's the first thing you try? Drop it
  53. 1:35in the comments. All right, step one is
  54. 1:36where most people overthink this. Pick
  55. 1:38one boring skill you already have. Don't
  56. 1:40go learn a new one, and don't chase
  57. 1:42whatever happens to be trending this
  58. 1:43week. Think about the thing your
  59. 1:45co-workers already come to you for.
  60. 1:46You've probably done it so many times
  61. 1:48you barely think of it as a skill.
  62. 1:50That's your opportunity. Now, $3,000 a
  63. 1:52month can sound huge until you break it
  64. 1:54down into customers. It could be 60
  65. 1:56people paying you $50, 150 people paying
  66. 1:58you $20, or six businesses paying you
  67. 2:01$500 a month. Maybe you're an office
  68. 2:03assistant who keeps everybody's schedule
  69. 2:05from falling apart. Maybe you're the
  70. 2:06bookkeeper who can spot a mistake in a
  71. 2:08report in 30 seconds. Maybe you're the
  72. 2:10mechanic everybody calls before buying a
  73. 2:12used car, or the landscaper who can look
  74. 2:14at a yard and know exactly what it
  75. 2:15needs. Maybe you're the warehouse
  76. 2:17employee who somehow knows where
  77. 2:18everything is and how to make the whole
  78. 2:20process run faster. Those are real
  79. 2:22skills, and you don't need a million
  80. 2:23followers. You need a specific number of
  81. 2:25people with one problem you already know
  82. 2:27how to solve. You've got the skill. Now,
  83. 2:29wrap it into one small offer that solves
  84. 2:31one specific problem. You're not selling
  85. 2:33everything you know at once. And keep it
  86. 2:35simple. Solve one problem, make one
  87. 2:37clear promise, and charge one price. If
  88. 2:40you're a mechanic, it might be I'll
  89. 2:41inspect a used car before you buy it and
  90. 2:44tell you what problems to look out for.
  91. 2:45If you work in an office and you're good
  92. 2:47with spreadsheets, it might be I'll
  93. 2:49clean up your messy data and turn it
  94. 2:50into a report you can actually use. And
  95. 2:52if you work in operations, it might be
  96. 2:54I'll organize your inventory and create
  97. 2:56a simple system so [music] your team can
  98. 2:58find everything faster. Are you seeing
  99. 3:00the pattern here? You're taking one
  100. 3:01painful job off someone else's plate.
  101. 3:03Now, your first solution probably won't
  102. 3:05be your best one. You might price it too
  103. 3:06low, word it awkwardly, or change it
  104. 3:09after real people respond. And that's
  105. 3:11normal. The offer you launch and improve
  106. 3:13will always beat the perfect one that
  107. 3:15never leaves your hard drive. Now, this
  108. 3:16is a step almost everybody skips. You
  109. 3:18take that one problem you solve and turn
  110. 3:20it into something the customer needs
  111. 3:22every month. For example, if you're a
  112. 3:23landscaper, don't just clean up
  113. 3:25somebody's yard once. Create a monthly
  114. 3:26plan where you keep the property
  115. 3:28trimmed, cleaned up, and looking good
  116. 3:29all season. If you work in an office and
  117. 3:31you're good with spreadsheets, don't
  118. 3:33just fix one messy file. Become the
  119. 3:35person who updates the reports and keeps
  120. 3:36the numbers organized every single
  121. 3:38month. And if you work in service or
  122. 3:40operations, don't just organize the
  123. 3:41inventory once. Build a simple monthly
  124. 3:43system where you can check stock, update
  125. 3:45the list, and make sure that team
  126. 3:46doesn't run out of what it needs. Now,
  127. 3:48it could be a monthly service, a
  128. 3:49subscription, or even a small
  129. 3:51membership. The name matters less when
  130. 3:53continuing to solve the problem. You
  131. 3:55know, all of this is the same skill. The
  132. 3:57difference is that now one customer can
  133. 3:59pay you more than once for the same
  134. 4:01[music] knowledge. But, here's a
  135. 4:02trade-off. Recurring income usually
  136. 4:04builds a little slower than one-time
  137. 4:06sale. [music] A one-time sale gives you
  138. 4:07money today, and then it's over.
  139. 4:09Recurring income starts small, but it
  140. 4:12can stack, double, and triple. If you
  141. 4:14just keep delivering and customers stay,
  142. 4:16month six can look completely different
  143. 4:18from month number one. And this isn't
  144. 4:20money for doing nothing. It's money from
  145. 4:22continuing to solve a problem people
  146. 4:23don't want to deal with. Now, you might
  147. 4:24be thinking, "How are people supposed to
  148. 4:26find me when I've got no money and
  149. 4:28nobody knows my name?" You're going to
  150. 4:29make free content about the one problem
  151. 4:31you solve. That could be short videos,
  152. 4:34simple posts, or a small channel built
  153. 4:36around that topic. You're not trying to
  154. 4:37become famous, you're trying to become
  155. 4:39findable. You just want the right person
  156. 4:41to search for their problem and find you
  157. 4:43explaining it clearly. And I already
  158. 4:44know the next objection. You're
  159. 4:46thinking, "I don't have an audience, so
  160. 4:48this isn't going to work for me." But,
  161. 4:49the cool part is you don't need a huge
  162. 4:51audience. You need a small number of
  163. 4:53people who trust you enough to buy and
  164. 4:55find the result valuable enough to stay.
  165. 4:57A small list that renews can be more
  166. 4:58valuable than a huge crowd that watches
  167. 5:00you once and then forgets you exist.
  168. 5:02But, here's the catch. Free content
  169. 5:04takes time. You might post for weeks or
  170. 5:06even months before the right people find
  171. 5:08you. It's not glamorous, and it's where
  172. 5:10most people quit. But, your job isn't to
  173. 5:12reach everyone. Your job is to keep
  174. 5:13solving one problem for the right
  175. 5:15person. Once people respond to your
  176. 5:17content, pay attention to what they keep
  177. 5:18asking for. Those questions usually
  178. 5:20point toward a product they'd actually
  179. 5:22buy from you. Package the answer into
  180. 5:24something simple, like a worksheet,
  181. 5:25guide, template, or even a small tool.
  182. 5:27And this is where AI can help you move a
  183. 5:29little faster. You describe the product
  184. 5:31in plain English, but AI build the rough
  185. 5:33version for you, and then you review it
  186. 5:35and shape it around what people actually
  187. 5:37need. And if you want help turning your
  188. 5:39skill into that first simple product, I
  189. 5:41built Author Engine for exactly this.
  190. 5:43It's the first link in the description.
  191. 5:45But, the tool isn't the point. Your
  192. 5:46skill is point. AI can package what you
  193. 5:49know, but the part worth paying for
  194. 5:51still comes from you. Now, you start
  195. 5:52building it up, one customer at a time.
  196. 5:55You're not trying to land 60 paying
  197. 5:57customers on day one, you're trying to
  198. 5:59land just your first one. The first
  199. 6:01customer matters more than the money
  200. 6:02suggests. The moment a stranger pays you
  201. 6:04for the boring thing that you've been
  202. 6:05doing for years, something changes in
  203. 6:08your mind. You stop seeing that skill as
  204. 6:10just a chore, [music] and you start
  205. 6:11seeing it as an asset that you actually
  206. 6:13own. From there, you keep delivering for
  207. 6:15the customers you already have and add a
  208. 6:17few more each month. Some of last
  209. 6:19month's progress can carry over into
  210. 6:21this month. That gives you something to
  211. 6:22build on. Keep this destination in your
  212. 6:24head, $3,000 a month. You reach one
  213. 6:27customer, then 10, then 30, and you keep
  214. 6:30climbing. All right, let's put this
  215. 6:32whole plan together. You start with one
  216. 6:33boring skill you already have and turn
  217. 6:35it into a simple way to solve someone's
  218. 6:37problem. Then, you turn it into
  219. 6:38something people actually need every
  220. 6:40month. Share helpful content so the
  221. 6:42right people can find you and build it
  222. 6:44up one customer time. You keep climbing
  223. 6:46until you reach 60 people paying you $50
  224. 6:48a month, or 150 people paying you $20 a
  225. 6:51month, or six businesses paying you $500
  226. 6:54a month. That's how you make $3,000 a
  227. 6:56month. It's not one lucky payday you've
  228. 6:58got to chase again next week. It's
  229. 7:00something you built that doesn't
  230. 7:01automatically reset to zero every month.
  231. 7:03It's a paycheck you actually own. And
  232. 7:04you can start doing part of this this
  233. 7:06week. You don't need a huge audience or
  234. 7:08a brand new skill, because the quiet
  235. 7:10truth underneath this whole plan is
  236. 7:12[music] you're not starting from
  237. 7:14nothing. You're finally deciding to
  238. 7:15charge for the thing you've been giving
  239. 7:17away for free your entire working life.
  240. 7:19Now, let me show you the number I
  241. 7:20promised you at the beginning. One of my
  242. 7:21reoccurring income streams brings in
  243. 7:23$5,098.92
  244. 7:25every single month. That's well past the
  245. 7:27$3,000 target we just mapped out. So,
  246. 7:30when I tell you this can work, I'm not
  247. 7:32repeating a theory. I'm showing you a
  248. 7:34path I've already followed with real
  249. 7:36numbers behind it. And no, this didn't
  250. 7:38happen overnight. It started with one
  251. 7:40customer paying me a small amount. Then
  252. 7:42I kept making it better and adding one
  253. 7:44customer at a time. The skill that you
  254. 7:45stop noticing might be the exact skill
  255. 7:47somebody else needs. That's the one I'd
  256. 7:49start with today. Everything I do comes
  257. 7:51back to one idea. Regular people should
  258. 7:53have the chance to own their income, not
  259. 7:55rent it from a job or a platform that
  260. 7:56could change the rules tomorrow. So, if
  261. 7:58you're building something you control,
  262. 8:00comment proof builder down below. That's
  263. 8:02what we're building here. And Sunday,
  264. 8:04I'm sharing one of the harder videos
  265. 8:05I've had to make. I spent 4 years trying
  266. 8:07to make faceless YouTube work. And I'm
  267. 8:09showing you the real numbers, the good,
  268. 8:10the bad, and what I should have admitted
  269. 8:12sooner. Now, go build the damn thing.
  270. 8:15Quick disclaimer, this video is for
  271. 8:16educational purposes only, and nothing
  272. 8:18I've shared is a promise or guarantee
  273. 8:20that you'll make any money. Your results
  274. 8:21depend on your offer, your effort, and
  275. 8:24your experience. And factors are
  276. 8:25different for everyone.
