  6. 0:09up chat and say search the internet for
  7. 0:11everything about me. Find every site
  8. 0:13selling, listing, or sharing my personal
  9. 0:15information, then make a removal list
  10. 0:17with each website opt-out link. Results
  11. 0:19were terrifying. It literally found
  12. 0:21sites I've never heard of. Now, stay in
  13. 0:23the same chat and say write strong
  14. 0:25removal messages that make each site
  15. 0:27delete my information. Now, here's the
  16. 0:29trick. You want to hit the plus, turn on
  17. 0:30agent mode, and then say visit each site
  18. 0:33and submit the removal request. Open up
  19. 0:35its own browser and prepare the entire
  20. 0:37list while you just sit there. Here's
  21. 0:38the best part. Say check weekly, track
  22. 0:40what changed, and keep sending removal
  23. 0:42requests until my information
  24. 0:44disappears. You want all four of these
