0:24>> Some are even calling it the laziest AI
0:27side hustle. But does this really work
0:30or is it just AI slot? Well, as a
0:33businessman who made his millions the
0:34old school way, to put it lightly, I'm
0:37highly skeptical. So, I'm giving myself
0:407 days [music] to see how much money I
0:42can make. I'll be documenting the whole
0:44process and of course sharing the raw
0:46results. And if I don't make at least
0:48$1,000, I'll give someone down in the
0:50comments $1,000 of my own money. But I
0:54must follow these three rules. One, I
0:56have to get this whole thing up and
0:58running for less [music] than $99. Two,
1:02I can't use my own face or voice, so
1:05[music] I don't have an advantage. And
1:07three, I have to create my first AI
1:10influencer before the end of the day.
1:12Okay, start the timer.
1:17So, first up on our to-do list is to spy
1:20on the competition and figure out all of
1:23their secrets. Now, I'm going to start
1:25with one that I've actually heard of.
1:27She's called Lil Michaela, and she's
1:30actually pretty popular with over 2
1:32million followers. Here she is at the
1:34Met Gala. Didn't get an invite myself,
1:36but there you go. And there she is at
1:38the Grammys. So, how is Lil Michaela
1:41making over $11 million a year? Well,
1:44they're working with massive brands,
1:46including Prada and Kelvin Klein. So,
1:50let's write brand deals in the money
1:52section. And Lil Michaela is positioned
1:54as a full-blown supermodel, which just
1:57goes to show you how far you can take
1:59it. I think I found another one. This is
2:01Mother Satori, and she's a US-based
2:05holistic expert. Now, health is one of
2:08the most profitable niches out there
2:10because people will always pay to feel
2:12better and live a little bit longer. I'm
2:14going to have to watch this one.
2:15>> Wife, that's my mother.
2:17>> No way. How old are you? 108 years old.
2:21Wow. 108 years old. I thought I was the
2:25old one around here. So, the unique
2:27selling point, let's put old age. At the
2:30end of every video, she promotes this.
2:33It looks like some sort of gut cleanse
2:36detox drink. She gets thousands of views
2:39every single day, and the comment
2:40section is full of people asking to buy
2:42it. Just imagine how much money she's
2:44making by promoting this one product
2:47alone. Right, let's quickly blast
2:48through some more as I'm running out of
2:50time.

2:55>> These AI influencers are everywhere. I
2:58found this girl who posts glamorous
3:00lifestyle photos and makes these podcast
3:02style ress about relationships. Check
3:04this guy out. He's a hardworking,
3:06patriotic British guy pouring his heart
3:09and soul into crafting these beautiful
3:11wooden flags. Or is he? No, of course
3:14he's not. Now, is this ethical? No,
3:17because the person behind the account is
3:19lying to their customers. But is it
3:21making a load of money? Almost
3:24certainly, yes. Then there's this AI
3:26granny who's just doing the craziest
3:29things and she's got over 2 million
3:31followers. And after looking through all
3:33these accounts, it looks like the people
3:34running them are making money in all
3:36these different ways, which we'll look
3:38at properly in a second. First though,
3:40let's decide on a niche for our own AI
3:43influencers. There's usually three
3:45niches that I've seen that make the most
3:47money. Health, wealth, and
3:49relationships. Two of them are already
3:51on the board, so we definitely know
3:53these can work. But funnily enough, not
3:55a single one of the AI accounts I looked
3:57at was talking about money or wealth,
4:00which means we found a gap in the
4:02market. Of course, if you guys have any
4:04special interests, it's always worth
4:06leaning into those because you'll have
4:08an advantage over everyone else. Now, to
4:10give ourselves the best possible chance
4:12of success, I think we should create
4:15three different AI influencers in each
4:17of these profitable niches. So, we can
4:20tick step one off our list and then move
4:23on to step two, generating character
4:26ideas.
4:28I want this to be as lazy as possible.
4:31So, let's use AI to generate some ideas.
4:34I'm going to head over to Claude. Now,
4:36I'm already on their free plan, which
4:37will be perfect for this. So, let's type
4:41create a character profile
4:45for an AI influencer in the health
4:49niche.
4:51Give them a name,
4:53a backstory,
4:55a distinct look, and a unique selling
4:59point. Now, let's see what it comes up
5:02with. Okay, so Amos. Now, that sounds
5:05pretty mysterious. I quite like that.
5:08101 years old. Uh, bit like me, I guess.
5:12Learned traditional remedies passed down
5:14through his family. This is starting to
5:17sound like a male version of Mother
5:19Sator, which to be fair, clearly makes a
5:22lot of money. Shaved head, long beard.
5:25Okay, that's pretty interesting. And
5:27that should help him stand out online.
5:30Now,
5:32do it for the wealth niche. Okay, so
5:35let's see what we've got here. Grandma
5:38Vivian started with nothing, made loads
5:41of money, been through three husbands,
5:44private jets, designer, head to toe. So,
5:47she's basically a bougie boss grandma.
5:49Maybe I'll have to hit her up. Almost
5:51everyone in this niche is a young man in
5:54a rented Lambo. She is the exact
5:56opposite. That's very true. I think
5:58that's actually one of the reasons I
6:00managed to stand out in the wealth
6:01niche. Okay, now finally do it for the
6:04relationships niche. So, we've got
6:06Sienna, stylish, 22 years old, talks
6:10about her dating life and situationship
6:13drama. This reminds me of the AI
6:15influencer that we found earlier called
6:17Olivia. So, this should give us a good
6:19chance at making money. But at the same
6:21time, I'm definitely not fully convinced
6:23that all of this stuff is actually going
6:25to work. But with that said, we have our
6:28ideas. So, let's move on to step three,
6:32generate the photos.
6:35I've been looking into a few different
6:37options for tools we can use to do this
6:40and it seems like Higsfield is one of
6:42the best. So, let's head over to their
6:44website and click sign up. And okay,
6:48it's given me the option to continue
6:50with Google, Apple, but to be honest, I
6:53think I'm going to just use email. So,
6:55I'll tick agree to terms of use and then
7:00continue with email and then click
7:02continue. So, it looks like I'm in and
7:05it's asking me a few questions. So,
7:07first up, how do you plan to use
7:10Higsfield? Uh, for personal use. And so,
7:14what do you want to achieve with
7:16Higsfield? Um, I want to create avatars.
7:19And how experienced are you with AI?
7:22Well, I'd like to say at least
7:25intermediate at this stage. Look, I'm
7:26not doing bad for an old boy. Oh, and
7:29it's just popped up with a personal
7:30offer, but to be honest with you, we
7:33don't need this deal because we've got a
7:35much better one. When I was doing a bit
7:37of research into the top AI tool to use,
7:39I was actually a bit cheeky and reached
7:41out to Higsfield and asked them if
7:43they'd do me a little discount cuz, as
7:45you know, I love a little discount. And
7:47surprisingly, they said yes. And even
7:50said that the first 5,000 of you guys

8:22know all of this is a bit confusing, so

8:27There's lots of different offers here.
8:29Starter, plus ultra. To be honest, the
8:33only thing I'm really concerned about is
8:34the amount of videos I can make. And I
8:37see there's over 100 videos here on this
8:39ultra one. So, let's go with that. And
8:42as you can see, it's under budget. And
8:45boom, we're in. Time to start making
8:47some AI influencers. Luckily, we can
8:49connect Higsfield with Claude and do
8:51pretty much everything in a single chat.
8:54So on Claude, let's go to customize,
8:58then click connectors,
9:01add, and then add custom connector.
9:05Then I'm going to paste this link. Now
9:07let's click add. And that's it. Claude
9:11and Higsfield are now talking to each
9:13other. Now it's time to create the
9:15images of our characters. starting with
9:17Amos, our health influencer. And from my
9:19past experience dabbling with AI, I've
9:22learned the key to getting the best
9:24results is starting with a good prompt.
9:26But instead of spending ages writing
9:28something really detailed and complex,
9:30I'll just tell Claude to write one for
9:32me. Of course, I'll add all of my
9:34prompts to the cheat sheet in the
9:36description so you can copy these two or
9:38change them up depending on what you
9:40want your AI influencer to look like.
9:42I've mentioned that I want a couple of
9:43different angles. a full body shot and a
9:46closeup. Then I've given a description
9:48of Amos, what he looks like and what
9:51he's wearing. I also said I want him on
9:54a white background with realistic
9:56looking skin because he can't be looking
9:58like an airbrush model when he's
10:00supposedly living off the land. Okay.
10:01Wow, this is a monster. I'm glad I
10:04didn't have to type all of this out.
10:05That's for sure. And all that's left for
10:08me to do is to type yes, and it should,
10:11fingers crossed, generate some images of
10:14Amos. Okay, here we go. He actually
10:18looks very realistic. But I do have a
10:21bit of a problem. He looks younger than
10:23me. Unless he's got some sort of crazy
10:25skin routine. He definitely doesn't look
10:27101 years old. So, let's type make him a
10:31few years older. Oh, that's better.
10:34Still looks younger than me, though. But
10:36I'll accept it. So now let's generate
10:39some scenes to put him in. I'm thinking
10:41his porch,
10:44farmhouse, kitchen,
10:47vegetable garden,
10:49and yard as he's American and that's
10:52what they call it. Wow, these look very
10:54realistic. I definitely expect Amos to
10:56be hanging out here. So now let's repeat
10:58these steps with our other two
11:00influencers and see what it spits out.
11:02Just for the sake of time, I'm going to
11:04go through this quickly.
11:10[music] Now, this is perfect. The
11:13sunglasses, the jewelry, the fur coat.
11:17Now, that has got to be the coolest
11:19grandma you've ever seen. It looks like
11:21that woman from 101 Dalmatians, doesn't
11:23it? Now, for the locations. So, we've
11:27got a private jet, a sports car, very
11:30nice. A fancy looking drawing room, and
11:33a terrace for a bit of afternoon tea,
11:35and maybe a scone. Right, last one.
11:37Sienna. She looks pretty stylish and uh
11:41very realistic. You know what? I'd have
11:43no idea she wasn't a real girl. And
11:46we've also got the locations here, too.
11:48Now, I'd say that's believable for where
11:51Sienna would live. That's our photos
11:53generated. Let's move on to mapping out
11:55the viral content.
11:59Now, don't worry. I'm not going to write
12:00out all of these scripts manually. For
12:03this bit, I'm going to use something
12:04called a Claude skill. If you haven't
12:06heard of skills before, they're
12:08basically reusable tools with
12:10instructions already baked in, so you
12:13get perfect results every time without
12:15writing a massive prompt. Now, I found
12:17these ones online for free, and I'll
12:19include them in the cheat sheet so you
12:21can use them, too. I'm not sure how good
12:24they are, but I don't have much time to
12:26be writing out scripts. So, let's give
12:28them a try and hope for the best. So, to
12:30install these skills, I'm going to head
12:32over to customize,
12:34hit add,
12:36upload a skill, and drag and drop them
12:40straight in. And now it's ready to go.
12:43Then in our chat, let's hit forward
12:46slash and select content engine skill.
12:51Now, let's say generate content ideas
12:55for Sienna. And of course, it knows who
12:58Sienna is because it came up with the
13:00idea of her in the first place. And look
13:02at that. It's handed me a whole list of
13:04content ideas. I didn't have to think of
13:06anything myself. I quite like idea two
13:11because if this script actually hits
13:13home, a lot of girls are going to find
13:14it very relatable and feel like they
13:17actually know Sienna on a more personal
13:19level. Number one sounds good because
13:21she's giving advice. And number seven is
13:24also quite interesting. It almost feels
13:27like a psychological secret that she's
13:29going to reveal. And the podcast
13:31setting, as we've seen, these work quite
13:33well. So, let's generate scripts for
13:36these three and see what comes out. And
13:39here we go. Three scripts ready for
13:42Sienna. We won't dive into them now
13:44because we'll do a proper review of the
13:45finished videos in a second. Now I'll do
13:48the same process for the other two
13:50influencers.

13:56Okay, that looks pretty cool. So, we've
13:58got a load of finished scripts for Amos
14:00and of course some for good old Viv. So,
14:03let's tick that one off our list and
14:05move on to a pretty exciting step
14:07because we're going to be giving them a
14:09voice.
14:11Right, for this bit I'm going to head
14:13over to the Higsfield website itself. I
14:16guess it makes sense to go to the audio
14:19tab. It says you can upload media. So,
14:23let's add our images of Vivian. And then
14:26for the script, I'm just going to write,
14:29"Hi,
14:31my name is Viven.
14:35Use this sound." So, the character
14:38speaks like this. And now it's asking
14:41for voice details. Let's head back to
14:44Claude and ask it to generate a detailed
14:47prompt for Viven's voice. Okay, this
14:50looks about right. So, let's copy this
14:53and paste it into Higsfield and then
14:57click generate.
15:00>> Hi, my name is Vivienna. Use this sound
15:03so the character speaks like this.
15:06>> Well, that sounds good. It actually
15:07sounds like one of my old school
15:09teachers. I'll do the same process but
15:11for Amos and Sienna.
15:14[music]
15:18Cool. So, that's sorted. I'm going to
15:20move on to the next step, which is to
15:22bring them to life. Don't worry, you'll
15:24get a chance to hear all of their voices
15:26very soon.
15:30Right. So, it's finally time to combine
15:32our images, locations, and scripts and
15:34turn them into highquality videos to
15:37post online. So, in order to do this,
15:40I'm going to go to Cinema Studio and
15:43then new project and I'll give my
15:46project a name. So, let's call it Sienna
15:49and then press create. And then we got a
15:52few settings at the bottom. It looks
15:54like we can change here. So, I guess we
15:56want to change the aspect ratio to 9 by
16:0016 because we're creating short form
16:02videos in a vertical format. Let's make
16:05the quality 1080p
16:08because that's the best quality and
16:10everything else looks fairly good for
16:12now. For the first video, I want to
16:14create a short clip without any talking
16:17so that we can add some relatable text
16:19to the screen. I've seen these types of
16:21videos do really well recently, and it's
16:23a good test to see what we can generate
16:25before trying to get Sienna to talk to
16:27the camera. So, I used another Claude
16:30skill, which I'll also add to the cheat
16:32sheet in the description. It basically
16:34takes a really simple idea and generates
16:36a prompt for getting the best video
16:38outputs. Feel free to try it for
16:40yourself. Anyway, let's paste the
16:42detailed prompt in here. Now, as you can
16:44see, it's referenced image one, which is
16:47the character sheet for Sienna that we
16:49made earlier. So, hopefully this means
16:51she's going to look consistent across
16:53all of our videos. Now, let's press
16:56generate
16:58and see what we get. All right, not bad.
17:02Nothing crazy at this point because
17:04obviously she's not talking. But as I
17:06said, we can add some relatable text
17:09here on the screen. And this is a nice
17:11way to test that this actually works.
17:13So, I'm going to make a few more B-roll
17:15shots and then we can make some videos
17:17where we actually hear Sienna talk for
17:20the first time, as these are hopefully
17:22what's going to drive views on social
17:23media and also make us some money.

17:33I've made a lot of these videos now and
17:35I have to say some of them are pretty
17:37impressive. Let me give you a sneak peek
17:40at some of my favorites.
17:41>> There's a quote I live by. Early to bed
17:44and early to rise makes a man healthy,
17:47wealthy, and wise.
17:48>> That's quite realistic. Even the coffee
17:50steam in there.
17:51>> Number one longevity food in the world,
17:54beans.
17:56It's the cornerstone of every long-ived
17:58culture out there.
17:59>> I don't know if the wife will agree that
18:01beans are the best thing to have to be
18:02perfectly honest.
18:03>> I mean, I personally can't turn water
18:06into wine, but I can turn you into mine.
18:09>> If I showed this to anyone else that
18:11didn't know that was AI, they'd think
18:12that was someone for sure.
18:14>> She's your friend, but whenever she gets
18:16a boyfriend, she stops making plans,
18:18stops messaging you, stops calling.
18:21Babe,
18:23she was using you. Well, again, that's
18:25going to be very relatable.
18:26>> Excuse me, ma'am. How did you get rich?
18:31>> Buy the ugliest property on the nicest
18:33street. Fix it up properly. Rent it or
18:37sell it. Take that money. Do it again
18:39and again for 40 years. Don't touch it.
18:42Let it buy the next one.

18:47older woman.
18:48>> I reckon she's going to go down pretty
18:50well with the older boys there for sure.
18:52Ander, probably some of the younger ones
18:53as well. Right, I'm actually pretty
18:56exhausted, but we've made some great
18:58progress and made our AI influencers
19:00within one day. So, we've completed that
19:03part of the challenge. I'm going to come
19:05back tomorrow with a fresh head and
19:07launch our accounts.
19:12Okay, so this morning I've been a bit
19:14cheeky and added some captions to our
19:16videos, but I'm sure you guys know how
19:18to do that. It's pretty simple on any
19:20free editing apps like Cap Cut or
19:22Instagram Edits. So, let's skip to the
19:24fun stuff and actually launch our
19:26accounts. We're just going to focus on
19:28Instagram for now because we're on a
19:29time limit, but if these do well, we
19:32could also post them on Tik Tok or
19:34YouTube shorts later. I'm going to type
19:37Amos and then I'm going to put health
19:41and wellness. And then for the username,
19:45I assume just Amos is taken. Yep, makes
19:50sense. So, let's type old ways because
19:54he talks about the good old ways of
19:56doing things. And then all looks good.
19:59So, let's press submit.
20:02Now, [snorts] let's give him a nice
20:04profile picture. I've got a few images
20:07here that I've generated in the Claude
20:09chat. And of course, I'll add the
20:10prompts in the cheat sheet. So, u
20:13they're there for you to copy as well.
20:15But let's see what we've got. Um we've
20:18got him with a little lamb here. We've
20:21got him. Ah, that one's quite nice. I I
20:25do actually quite like that. So, let's
20:27go with that. And then the last thing we
20:30need to do is create a bio. So, 101
20:35years old. Simple habits for peak
20:39energy, focus, and longevity. I'm also
20:44going to write your AI grandpa because I
20:48don't want anyone feeling like they've
20:50been tricked. Let's do that as well,
20:52just to be safe. Let's press submit. And
20:55there we go. Amos is ready to take the
20:59world by storm. So, I'm just going to
21:01rinse and repeat and do the same for the
21:03other accounts. [music]
21:08Okay, so as you can see, I've now got
21:10the accounts all set up for Sienna,
21:12Viven, and of course, Amos. So, it's
21:14time to start posting some content. I'm
21:17going to post 10 videos on each account.
21:20Then, I'm going to check back in a
21:21couple of days and see which one of our
21:23influencers is having the most success,
21:25and then we can crown the winner and
21:27double down on them to make some money.
21:29I'm of course rooting for Grandma
21:31Vivien, so I'll check back when there's
21:33something to report.
21:37Well, this is fairly unexpected. I
21:40wasn't actually planning on filming
21:42anything until we crown the winner, but
21:44I've been watching the accounts closely,
21:46and I can't believe some of the comments
21:48we've been getting. Someone here is
21:50bashing Sienna for wearing a sheen dress
21:52and drinking a $3 Frappuccino. But don't
21:56worry, I've got some support from
21:58another fellow woman and she's saying
22:01Sienna's right to pick whoever she wants
22:03and whatever she wants in a man because
22:05she's in such high demand. And then the
22:08hater came back for more. I just think
22:10it's fascinating that they're so busy
22:12arguing with each other that neither has
22:15Clock that she isn't actually a real
22:17person. We've also got people asking
22:19where she got her clothes from. So, I
22:21guess that just goes to show how
22:23realistic our influencers look. Right,
22:25I'm going to get out of these comments
22:27cuz it's all getting a little bit too
22:28much for me. And I'll check back in once
22:30the accounts have gained some more
22:31traction and crown the winner.
22:35Right, since we last spoke, I've
22:37genuinely tried my hardest not to look
22:39at these accounts. So, it's finally time
22:41to see which influencer we're going to
22:43use to start making some money. Coming
22:45in third is Viven. Now, I'll have to be
22:49honest with you, that one does sting a
22:50bit because I told you I was rooting for
22:53her. But surprisingly, she just didn't
22:55do anywhere near as well as expected. On
22:57the positive note, this is exactly why I
23:00wanted to launch three accounts at the
23:01same time because you can't rely on just
23:03one account to find success. Coming in
23:05second is Sienna, which obviously means
23:09Amos came first. But look at the gap.
23:12Sienna's numbers are genuinely really
23:14impressive for a brand new account. And
23:16if this was a longer challenge, I'll
23:17probably continue to post on both
23:19accounts, but I don't have enough time
23:21for that. So, let's crown Amos our
23:24winner and move on to the next step,
23:26which is to start making money.
23:30Right. So, now we've got a clear winner.
23:32It's time to decide how Amos is actually
23:34going to make us some money.
23:36Fortunately, at the start of this
23:37challenge, we wrote down all the
23:39different ways other people were making
23:41money from AI influencers. So, let's
23:43look at our options. Rand deals could
23:45work, but we'd have to spend time
23:47reaching out to different companies,
23:49waiting for replies, and then
23:50negotiating deals. So, for this
23:52challenge, it's definitely out of the
23:55question. Selling physical products
23:57could be interesting, but setting up a
23:59store as a whole project in itself, but
24:01of course, if you want to see me do that
24:03with a Shopify store and then use AI
24:06influencers to make sales, then let me
24:08know in the comments. Ad revenue. You
24:10can't currently get paid ad revenue for
24:12making reals on Instagram, so that isn't
24:15an option right now. Affiliate income is
24:17probably one of the easiest and quickest
24:19ways to make money from an AI
24:21influencer. You can sign up to Tik Tok
24:23shop, promote relevant products, and get
24:25paid a slice of everything you sell.
24:27However, because we aren't currently
24:29posting on Tik Tok, which in hindsight
24:32was probably a mistake, we'll have to
24:34cross that one off, too. So I guess that
24:36just leaves digital products which
24:38actually is perfect for educational
24:41influencers like Amos and we can
24:43generate everything without leaving
24:45Claude. So the big question what digital
24:48product should we actually make? Now a
24:51few years ago everyone was selling
24:53ebooks but these days people can just
24:55Google Ask Chat GPT for the same basic
24:58information for free. So that's not
25:00going to work for us. If we want people
25:02to actually buy our digital product, it
25:04has to be structured, interactive, and
25:07hold their hand through some sort of
25:08transformation. So, I'm thinking we
25:11should create a proper workbook that
25:12people can use and fill out every day
25:14rather than just a PDF full of generic
25:17paragraphs. And Amos is honestly perfect
25:19for this because he's all about living a
25:22simple, effective life. So, I reckon we
25:24can build him a workbook, like a proper
25:27challenge that helps someone build
25:28healthy habits over time.
25:31So, let's go back over to Claude and
25:33type forward slash and then select the
25:36digital product skill and say create a
25:42workbook as a digital product for Amos.
25:47Remember, this skill will also be in the
25:49cheat sheet. Now, hopefully ah yeah,
25:53look at that. It's given me three ideas
25:55and actually explained why people would
25:57pay for each one. So, let's see. I think
26:01the first one sounds the best. A 30-day
26:04challenge based on his old ways of
26:07living. One habit a day. Yeah, this is
26:10actually something I would buy if I
26:11wanted to hold myself accountable. So,
26:13let's go with that. Let's type build
26:17number one.
26:22Okay, I think it's done. And look at
26:24this thing. This is a proper little
26:26book.
26:27It's got the full 30-day plan. Every
26:31day's got its own named rule with a tick
26:33box. There's a tracker at the back you
26:35could stick on the fridge. It's even

29:07Okay, so it's the last day of the
29:08challenge and we actually made some
29:11sales. But we've made a massive mistake.
29:14You see, since doubling down on Amos,
29:17Viven's account has actually exploded.
29:20She's got over 10,000 views on this
29:22video, 20,000 on this video, and this
29:25video here has actually gone viral with
29:28over 250,000
29:30views. You know what? I should have
29:32trusted my gut and gone with Grandma
29:34Bib. I mean, imagine what we could have
29:36done with all these views. I guess
29:38that's just one of the things with these
29:407-day challenges. It's a great way to
29:42test a side hustle, but sometimes you
29:45just need a little bit more time to see
29:48the full picture develop. And if we look
29:50at all our influencers, they've all been
29:53gaining a lot of traction, even though I
29:55made it very clear that they're not real
29:57people. There's not a single comment
29:59complaining about the use of AI, which
30:02to be honest does surprise me because I
30:04do still have some reservations about AI
30:06slop. As I'm about to show you, AI
30:08influencers are clearly a good way to
30:10make money and they're pretty simple to
30:12set up. But I definitely don't want
30:15everyone to jump on this because I think
30:17one of the coolest things about social
30:19media is connecting with actual people
30:21from all walks of life. And if
30:23everything is just AI generated, then it
30:26sort of kind of sucks the soul out of
30:28the internet a bit. But maybe that's
30:30just me being an old fart. You can make
30:32your own mind up. But enough of that.
30:34Let's crunch the numbers and see if we
30:35actually made any money. Well, as you
30:38can see, we sold the workbook for $12
30:40and made 23 sales, which brings our
30:43total revenue to $276.
30:47But of course, that isn't all profit
30:49because we did have some costs. First,
30:51we used Claude, but that was a free
30:53subscription. I did have to wait a bit
30:55for the credits to refresh, which was a
30:58bit annoying, but at least it didn't
30:59cost me anything. I used Instagram edits
31:02for adding captions to the videos, which
31:04was completely free, too. We used
31:05standtore to host the product, and that
31:07was a 14-day free trial. So, that also
31:10cost $0. As we got paid through PayPal,
31:14they do take some fees, which came to
31:16$19.52.
31:18Remember, this isn't part of the startup
31:20budget as it just came off our sales. We
31:23of course use Higsfield to create all
31:24the photos and video generations. Now, I
31:28couldn't have done that without them to
31:29be honest. It was so simple. I also used
31:32a Tilbury discount code to get some
31:34money off our subscription, but I know
31:36that's only limited to 5,000 people, and
31:38it was kind of cheating. So, to keep it
31:41fair, I'm going to count the full cost,
31:43which would normally be $99 for that
31:46plan. So, that's our whole $99 startup
31:48budget spent. And including the PayPal
31:51fees, our total cost came to $11,852.
31:55So, that leaves us with a profit of
31:58$15748.
32:00Now, I know $157 might not sound
32:03life-changing, but let's put it into
32:05perspective. This was all done with
32:08minimal effort using AI tools on a
32:10budget of just $99 to set everything up.
32:13Imagine what we could achieve if we
32:15expanded our strategy. At the moment,
32:17we've already generated a ton of videos
32:20for Instagram, but we could simply post
32:22the same stuff across other platforms
32:24such as Tik Tok and YouTube and
32:26instantly get more views, attention, and
32:29money without really lifting a finger.
32:31And that's just the start. Remember all
32:33of those monetization strategies we
32:35talked about at the start of the video?
32:37We only tried one with one influencer.
32:40Imagine what we could do if we actually
32:41gave all of them a try across all of our
32:43influencers. But guys, a deal is a deal.

32:52failed the challenge, I'm going to be
