  1. 0:00I've made millions of dollars
  2. 0:01drop-shipping, but today I'm selling
  3. 0:03something [music] I've never sold
  4. 0:05before, a PDF. That's it, a digital
  5. 0:08product, nothing to ship out, just a
  6. 0:10file the customer can download. And I'm
  7. 0:13not even making it myself, [music] AI is
  8. 0:15going to create the document, brand out
  9. 0:17the entire store, and help us get
  10. 0:20customers on the website. I'm giving
  11. 0:22myself 72 hours, let's see what happens.
  12. 0:25So, it is officially day one, and the
  13. 0:27plan for today is to have AI give us an
  14. 0:30idea, prepare the PDF, brand out an
  15. 0:33entire store, and then we're going to
  16. 0:34launch ads, and that should give us
  17. 0:37roughly 48 hours to get some data and to
  18. 0:39see if we can profit or not. So, before
  19. 0:42AI can brand out anything, I've created
  20. 0:45a simple prompt where we want to create
  21. 0:46a PDF. I gave it a few ideas, and
  22. 0:49essentially [music]
  23. 0:50we just want to know what are the top
  24. 0:52documents to actually make some money.
  25. 0:54So, we'll drop this into Claude, and
  26. 0:56we're running the newest Fable 5 model,
  27. 0:59so let's see what suggestions it has for
  28. 1:02the best-selling PDFs. And real quick, I
  29. 1:05am a bit sick, so if I sound a bit off,
  30. 1:07that is why. Please forgive me. So,
  31. 1:09Claude is suggesting a hormone wellness
  32. 1:12guide for women, a baby sleep guide, a
  33. 1:15pet behavior guide, how to make money
  34. 1:17online, astrology dating ritual. What
  35. 1:21the F is this, man? And I need to think,
  36. 1:24what would be the best
  37. 1:25>> [music]
  38. 1:26>> to advertise? And I think the lowest
  39. 1:28hanging fruit here has to be the baby
  40. 1:30sleep parenting [music] guide, at least
  41. 1:32with my current skill set. So, we're
  42. 1:34going to say, "Prepare me a full PDF doc
  43. 1:37that I can sell to the customer for the
  44. 1:39baby sleep parenting guide."
  45. 1:42That is it. I'm going to have Claude
  46. 1:43cook this up. Let's see what it
  47. 1:45prepares. So, here's our PDF, the
  48. 1:47working parent sleep plan, and this
  49. 1:50[music] is a 28-page document teaching
  50. 1:52parents how to put their children to
  51. 1:55sleep where they're not waking up in the
  52. 1:56middle of the night. And it looks pretty
  53. 1:59good considering we used like one or two
  54. 2:02prompts on Claude. So, before we go and
  55. 2:05build out the store and launch ads, I
  56. 2:07want to at least create a cover photo or
  57. 2:10get some branding for this product, and
  58. 2:12then we can move forward. So, we'll type
  59. 2:14to Claude, "Help us
  60. 2:17create a
  61. 2:18hero image for this
  62. 2:22PDF.
  63. 2:23Paste. And
  64. 2:25actually, that's a prompt. We're
  65. 2:27going to edit this. I need a detailed
  66. 2:29prompt that I can drop into GPT-2 or
  67. 2:32Nano Banana that'll create us a
  68. 2:34one-to-one ratio image for our Shopify
  69. 2:37store that looks really branded and high
  70. 2:39quality. Now, let's see what this is
  71. 2:42going to cook up. So, Claude has typed
  72. 2:44out one main prompt plus a few different
  73. 2:46variations here. So, we're going to head
  74. 2:48on over to Nano Banana. We're going to
  75. 2:49drop that prompt in, one-to-one ratio,
  76. 2:52and we're going to generate this and at
  77. 2:54least get the cover photo, and that
  78. 2:56should give us enough leeway where we
  79. 2:58can finalize the PDF, get the store
  80. 3:00built, and then have our ads officially
  81. 3:03launched. So, this is our main product
  82. 3:05photo, and we have the cover for the PDF
  83. 3:07all generated, which looks pretty
  84. 3:09efficient. So, I generated a second
  85. 3:11image without any of the text, [music]
  86. 3:13and we're going to save this. And inside
  87. 3:15of Claude, I'm going to do one more
  88. 3:17version here where we drop that new
  89. 3:19image it just created. But additionally,
  90. 3:22I created a few more assets for the PDF
  91. 3:24here, just so it can make it designed a
  92. 3:26little more aesthetically. Again, I
  93. 3:28don't want to sell slap. So, we're going
  94. 3:29to say, "Recreate me
  95. 3:32the PDF with the new assets. [music]
  96. 3:35Thank you."
  97. 3:37And now, Claude is going to give us a V2
  98. 3:39of the PDF, and then from there, we're
  99. 3:41going to have AI build the store,
  100. 3:43hopefully under 30 [music] minutes, and
  101. 3:44then we're going to get the ads
  102. 3:46launched, and I'm going to show you two
  103. 3:47different methods to actually get
  104. 3:49creatives for the products [music] that
  105. 3:51we're selling. So, it looks like V2 of
  106. 3:53our PDF is all creative and this looks
  107. 3:56pretty good and I'm not going to lie, I
  108. 3:58did not read all 32 pages of this, not a
  109. 4:01chance in hell, but it doesn't look
  110. 4:03cheesy and assuming it's from Fable 5, I
  111. 4:06trust the information here is pretty
  112. 4:08solid. So, with that in mind, the next
  113. 4:10step is to build out the store, list the
  114. 4:13product and see how we can actually get
  115. 4:15some sales. So, we're first going to run
  116. 4:18our AI store builder. If you haven't
  117. 4:20used this before, you just got to click
  118. 4:21build my free store, enter in your info,
  119. 4:24there's a few quick prompts you run
  120. 4:26through, but the main perk of this is
  121. 4:28it's [music] going to pre-build your
  122. 4:29Shopify store for you, give you a
  123. 4:31premium theme and instead of needing to
  124. 4:34manually go through all of these steps
  125. 4:36on yourself, you can just streamline it
  126. 4:38in a fraction of the time. So, I will
  127. 4:40have this link down in the description
  128. 4:42below for anyone that wants to get their
  129. 4:43store launched [music] very simple. Now,
  130. 4:45the issue here is that we still need to
  131. 4:47add that PDF onto our shop as a physical
  132. 4:50product [music] and then AI is going to
  133. 4:52do all of the branding within just a few
  134. 4:54clicks. So, to do that, we're going to
  135. 4:56come to products on the left side here
  136. 4:58[music] and we can add a brand new
  137. 5:00product and we're going to call this the
  138. 5:02working parents
  139. 5:05sleep plan and we're going to upload the
  140. 5:07photo that AI created directly onto
  141. 5:10here. So, this is a start. Technically,
  142. 5:12yes, customers can purchase from us, but
  143. 5:15we need to brand out the entire store.
  144. 5:17We need update all of the text on the
  145. 5:19website, we need to get some images for
  146. 5:21the description, we need to change the
  147. 5:23fonts, the colors, the branding and
  148. 5:25thankfully, Claude is also going to help
  149. 5:28us with that. So, we're first going to
  150. 5:29take our store builder prompt here and
  151. 5:31we can just drop this directly into
  152. 5:33Claude and this is going to do the full
  153. 5:35branding for our store and Claude is
  154. 5:38going to give us the exact fonts we
  155. 5:39need, it'll tell us the exact colors we
  156. 5:42need, but more importantly, it types out
  157. 5:44the entire product description where we
  158. 5:46can just paste this onto our store. And
  159. 5:49in the past, you would see me copy each
  160. 5:51section one at a time where you would
  161. 5:53have to physically paste in each section
  162. 5:55one by one, which just takes a lot of
  163. 5:57time. But I'm hooking you up with a
  164. 5:59second prompt here that just does all of
  165. 6:01the code for the website. So we're going
  166. 6:02to drop this into AI as well. And again,
  167. 6:06we need to wait some more, man. I just
  168. 6:08want to get the store launch. But if you
  169. 6:10have a little bit of patience, you just
  170. 6:12need to relax, let AI cook, and then we
  171. 6:15can proceed forward. Okay, so Claude has
  172. 6:18prepared this full JSON file. All we
  173. 6:20need to do is click copy.
  174. 6:22And on Shopify, click online store.
  175. 6:24You'll have the pre-built theme from the
  176. 6:26AI store builder. Click these dots. You
  177. 6:29want to click edit code. Then you want
  178. 6:31to open up templates. And follow my
  179. 6:33mouse. You want to click this new file.
  180. 6:35And you want to call this
  181. 6:36product.yourname.
  182. 6:38So we're going to call this PDF, and you
  183. 6:40want to end it [music] in .json. Very
  184. 6:42important. Delete all of the text there.
  185. 6:45Not important. Paste in the new text
  186. 6:47from Claude. Click on save. So from
  187. 6:50here, all of the text will be pasted on
  188. 6:52your store. All of the collapsible tabs
  189. 6:54[music] and everything else. So I'm
  190. 6:56going to lock in. I'm going to customize
  191. 6:58the fonts, the colors, and we're going
  192. 7:00to bring this store to life. Okay, so
  193. 7:02this is the final store. In just a
  194. 7:04moment, we'll go prepare some ads and
  195. 7:06hopefully get some sales on this. But I
  196. 7:09at least want to walk you through. So I
  197. 7:11used AI to prepare a few more product
  198. 7:13photos here. That way I can give the
  199. 7:15customer a bit more substance. [music]
  200. 7:17And for the product page, it was
  201. 7:18literally just those two prompts. And a
  202. 7:21quick disclaimer, if you want to access
  203. 7:23the two prompts I used to brand this
  204. 7:25store out, I will have an info doc in
  205. 7:27the description below and on the screen
  206. 7:29now. Feel free, check that out. But for
  207. 7:31the rest of our description, I didn't do
  208. 7:33anything revolutionary. AI literally
  209. 7:36prepped all the assets. It did all the
  210. 7:38text. All I really had to do was go
  211. 7:41back, make sure it was actually
  212. 7:43accurate, tweak the colors a bit, change
  213. 7:45the fonts, but it wasn't anything
  214. 7:47revolutionary. Like this is the same
  215. 7:49thing I do on my main drop shipping
  216. 7:51stores. The only difference here is
  217. 7:53we're selling a digital product. It's
  218. 7:55not even something real as opposed to
  219. 7:57typically drop shipping. So in just a
  220. 7:59moment, we're going to schedule ads, but
  221. 8:01I want to walk you through how to
  222. 8:03fulfill orders with a digital product,
  223. 8:05but also some other things on the back
  224. 8:07[music] end to milk even more revenue
  225. 8:09from our customers. So we have this app
  226. 8:11on our store, big digital download,
  227. 8:14where if somebody purchases this PDF
  228. 8:16directly from us, we can send them an
  229. 8:18email where they can directly download
  230. 8:20it. So this is what the email looks like
  231. 8:23after they purchase, where [music] they
  232. 8:24can just click download, and then they
  233. 8:26can directly access their documents. So
  234. 8:29it's very straightforward, didn't take a
  235. 8:30whole lot to set up, pretty simple. But
  236. 8:33then we have another app installed. This
  237. 8:35one's called AfterSell, where once
  238. 8:37somebody purchases this PDF, we're going
  239. 8:39to hit them with an upsell, where we
  240. 8:42give [music] the customer the
  241. 8:43opportunity to add some physical
  242. 8:45products to their order. So the PDF gets
  243. 8:48them through the door, but to make sure
  244. 8:49we can profit on the back end, I'm
  245. 8:51upselling the ceiling projector, and
  246. 8:53then this white noise machine. So both
  247. 8:55[music] of these products I also had
  248. 8:57Claude give us the recommendation, and
  249. 8:59then search them up on AliExpress,
  250. 9:01[music] imported them into AutoDS, and
  251. 9:04then was able to get those added onto
  252. 9:06the store. So if you guys ever need a
  253. 9:08specific supplier for physical products,
  254. 9:11AutoDS is one of the best. They've been
  255. 9:13sponsoring the channel for the past 3
  256. 9:15years, and you [music] can get started
  257. 9:16for literally $1 for your first 3 days.
  258. 9:19So all of the relevant links today are
  259. 9:21down below from the AI store builder,
  260. 9:23AutoDS, [music]
  261. 9:24and then the two AI prompts that I used
  262. 9:26to brand out my entire store. So to get
  263. 9:29ads launched, we're going to go to
  264. 9:30ads.tiktok.com. [music]
  265. 9:33And the reason I prefer TikTok ads is
  266. 9:35one, they give free cash back. So, if
  267. 9:37you've never launched TikTok ads before,
  268. 9:39they literally pay you to spend money on
  269. 9:42their platform. But, number two, you get
  270. 9:44data a whole lot faster, whereas Meta
  271. 9:47does usually take more time to stabilize
  272. 9:49and optimize. So, on TikTok, we're going
  273. 9:51to click on create. I'm going to walk
  274. 9:53you through our campaign setup along
  275. 9:56with the ad creative strategy. So, just
  276. 9:58keep on watching here. But, we want to
  277. 10:00get sales back on our site. So, we'll
  278. 10:02call this PDF test. And we want to go
  279. 10:04with a campaign budget. $50 is what
  280. 10:08we're going to launch this with for
  281. 10:09tomorrow. So, keep in mind it's
  282. 10:10currently day one. I have 3 days in
  283. 10:13total for this challenge. And one big,
  284. 10:16big, massive takeaway, TikTok did a
  285. 10:18brand new update this past week. For
  286. 10:20your bid strategy, set this to maximize
  287. 10:22results. Very important. Maximize
  288. 10:25results. I'm going to repeat it once
  289. 10:26more. Maximize results. Continue. And
  290. 10:29the rest of the setup is exactly like
  291. 10:31you've seen on the channel before. So,
  292. 10:33the ad group name will be all creatives.
  293. 10:37We want to go for conversions, select
  294. 10:39our pixel, optimize for purchases. And
  295. 10:41I'm going to have these ads go live for
  296. 10:43tomorrow at midnight. Get that
  297. 10:46confirmed. And now, this is where most
  298. 10:48people will get confused is with the ad
  299. 10:51creatives themselves. So, this is going
  300. 10:53to be the video the customer sees before
  301. 10:55they click onto our website. And I have
  302. 10:57two methods for you, one free, and then
  303. 10:59one that takes a bit more work. So, for
  304. 11:01the free method, I'm searching get baby
  305. 11:03to sleep on TikTok. And my plan here is
  306. 11:06to find some videos that
  307. 11:08target parents. But, this first video
  308. 11:10here,
  309. 11:11long story short, this is a mom. She's
  310. 11:13targeting parents who struggle with the
  311. 11:15same issue. And if we click her profile,
  312. 11:17she's literally selling a course to
  313. 11:19teach parents
  314. 11:19>> [music]
  315. 11:20>> how to get their children to sleep. So,
  316. 11:22you want to find videos that walk them
  317. 11:23through the problem and promote a
  318. 11:25solution. And I don't want to infringe
  319. 11:27on her copyright, but uh you got to read
  320. 11:30between the lines a bit here if you're a
  321. 11:31viewer. So, I'm going to find two videos
  322. 11:34from the TikTok search bar that have
  323. 11:36parents in them that have a baby that
  324. 11:38explain a solution and that have a vague
  325. 11:40CTA at the end. And with any video you
  326. 11:43like, you can copy the link and then you
  327. 11:45can use a TikTok video downloader to
  328. 11:47just drop that link in there and you can
  329. 11:49download a version without the
  330. 11:51watermark. And this is another pretty
  331. 11:53simple one where it just has a baby
  332. 11:54sleeping, has some text. It's a
  333. 11:56slideshow, but I only think there's a
  334. 11:58one one slide essentially where again we
  335. 12:01can easily just drop those links in and
  336. 12:03download them for our ads. Now, for our
  337. 12:05third video, I'm going to do a custom ad
  338. 12:08here. That way I'm not just repurposing
  339. 12:10other people's content. [music]
  340. 12:11So, on Pinterest, I'm going to search
  341. 12:14mother holding baby selfie and I want to
  342. 12:16try and find someone who may be good for
  343. 12:18an ad and we're going to have AI create
  344. 12:21a similar version of something like this
  345. 12:24and then we can animate it and bring it
  346. 12:26to life. So, we have our official script
  347. 12:28here, but let me show you how to
  348. 12:30actually bring this script to life fully
  349. 12:33automated with AI. [music] So, we're
  350. 12:35going to copy the first line in the
  351. 12:37script and I highly recommend you run
  352. 12:39clean 3.0 turbo, one of the best tools
  353. 12:42out there to animate your images. So,
  354. 12:44we're going to drop the prompt in there,
  355. 12:46take the photo of our influencer here.
  356. 12:48I'm going to change the length to about
  357. 12:5010 seconds and [music] 720p is fine and
  358. 12:53I'm just going to do this for each of
  359. 12:54the clips. And once we have each line
  360. 12:57generated, it's just going to be the
  361. 12:58lady yapping. So, what I already did in
  362. 13:01advance is I sent this script to my
  363. 13:04editor. He pieced this together for me.
  364. 13:06I'm going to have it overlayed on the
  365. 13:08screen now. This is the final ad.
  366. 13:10>> If bedtime with your baby feels like
  367. 13:12clocking into a second job, this is for
  368. 13:14you. You worked all day and now it's
  369. 13:167:00 p.m. and you're both about to spend
  370. 13:182 hours rocking, feeding, and praying to
  371. 13:20a crib. There's a 14-night plan that
  372. 13:22teaches your baby to fall asleep on
  373. 13:23their own. This is 24, instant download,
  374. 13:2630-day guarantee, link below, go to bed.
  375. 13:30>> This is a little ridiculous. I'm not
  376. 13:31even going to cap, guys. And I will say
  377. 13:34it's not the highest quality video, but
  378. 13:36considering we just pieced this together
  379. 13:38with AI and just a a couple minutes of
  380. 13:41our time, this is good enough to toss
  381. 13:43[music] into the campaign. We're going
  382. 13:44to drop the link to our product page in
  383. 13:46and always click preview. I can't tell
  384. 13:48you how many failed campaigns I've sent
  385. 13:51to the wrong product page. And now for
  386. 13:53the creative assets, this is where we
  387. 13:55can actually upload our three videos.
  388. 13:57So, we're going to click upload here
  389. 13:59>> [music]
  390. 13:59>> and we're going to take all three of our
  391. 14:00videos, drag and drop them here. Keep in
  392. 14:03mind, two were directly from TikTok and
  393. 14:05then the third one was the one we
  394. 14:06manually prepared ourselves. [music] And
  395. 14:08this will also be interesting to see two
  396. 14:10days from now which one of these was
  397. 14:13profitable, if any. [music] So, all
  398. 14:15three of our ads are officially
  399. 14:17uploaded. We're going to publish this
  400. 14:19campaign and again, this will begin
  401. 14:21spending at midnight today and we will
  402. 14:23have a full 48 hours to see [music] if
  403. 14:26we get any sales or not. But so far,
  404. 14:29Claude has given [music] us the idea,
  405. 14:31it's prepared the PDF, branded out the
  406. 14:33entire store. Keep in mind, we have
  407. 14:36those two upsell products that AutoDS is
  408. 14:38going to be fulfilling. [music] So, at
  409. 14:40this point, we just need to let TikTok
  410. 14:42do its thing and two days from now we
  411. 14:44will have some data to see what the
  412. 14:46final results actually are and to
  413. 14:49determine if our drop-shipping success
  414. 14:51has any indicator of selling digital
  415. 14:54products.
  416. 14:55>> Yo, welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
  417. 14:58So, it's been 24 hours since we launched
  418. 15:00ads for the PDF and currently we are up
  419. 15:03to three orders for $94.96.
  420. 15:08And what makes digital products so
  421. 15:10unique is there's zero cost to actually
  422. 15:12fulfill the order. So, as long as we can
  423. 15:15keep this whole column right here, our
  424. 15:17cost per purchase, less than $25, that's
  425. 15:21what we're selling the product for. Then
  426. 15:23technically we are profitable on the
  427. 15:25back end. So today keep in mind we
  428. 15:27launched three ads overall, but we spent
  429. 15:30$50 amongst those three and we got three
  430. 15:33purchases back in return. So after all
  431. 15:36expenses we made $30 in net profit and
  432. 15:4031% margins for day one of a product is
  433. 15:44pretty damn good, but considering Claude
  434. 15:47made this product out of thin air that
  435. 15:49is even more unbelievable. And one of
  436. 15:51our customers they added one of the
  437. 15:53white noise machines for an extra $19.99
  438. 15:56which gave us just a little more
  439. 15:58profits. So for tomorrow day number
  440. 16:00three, we're going to attempt to scale
  441. 16:02this product. Instead of spending 50
  442. 16:05bucks a day, we're just going to double
  443. 16:06the budget to $100 per day. After all we
  444. 16:10had 30% profit margins which is pretty
  445. 16:13decent. And considering our expenses are
  446. 16:15super lean, I don't think this will be
  447. 16:18an issue for tomorrow. So I'm going to
  448. 16:20let this campaign spend another 24 hours
  449. 16:23and then I'll check back in to conclude
  450. 16:26our full 72 hours of drop shipping a
  451. 16:29digital product. So it's been another 24
  452. 16:32hours. Day three is coming to an end and
  453. 16:35before we break down the final profit
  454. 16:37loss real quick for anyone out there
  455. 16:39that would like to work directly with me
  456. 16:41to build and scale your e-commerce
  457. 16:44store, click the very first link in the
  458. 16:46description and the pinned comment down
  459. 16:48below. We've helped hundreds of students
  460. 16:50get their first winning products from
  461. 16:52stay-at-home moms, 9-5 workers,
  462. 16:55full-time students,
  463. 16:56>> [music]
  464. 16:56>> and the common denominator isn't that
  465. 16:58they were genius or had a massive
  466. 17:00budget, but they did have enough
  467. 17:02self-awareness and they applied to get
  468. 17:04one-on-one help and right now you can do
  469. 17:06the same exact thing by clicking the
  470. 17:08first link in the pinned comment and the
  471. 17:10description below. So for today, we
  472. 17:13ended up bringing in five orders for
  473. 17:15$184.93.
  474. 17:18And the the only difference with today
  475. 17:21is that we spent $100 on ads, where
  476. 17:24yesterday we only spent $50. So, if you
  477. 17:27look at our three ads reminder, we just
  478. 17:29want to be getting purchases back for
  479. 17:31less than our selling price, which in
  480. 17:33this case was $24.99.
  481. 17:36So, for today, we profited $45 in net
  482. 17:39profit. But, let me show you from day
  483. 17:41one of this video all the way up until
  484. 17:44today. So, day one reminder, we just
  485. 17:46built the store, got the ads scheduled.
  486. 17:49Day two was yesterday, we had our $50
  487. 17:50[music] budget. And then day three,
  488. 17:52which was today, we ramped our budget up
  489. 17:54to $100 with TikTok ads. So, with all of
  490. 17:58that in mind, after all expenses,
  491. 18:00transaction fees, we had some upsell
  492. 18:02products, don't forget those, we are
  493. 18:04walking away with $75 in pure net
  494. 18:07profit. And again, this isn't Lambo
  495. 18:10money, you're not going to be in a New
  496. 18:12York City Dubai penthouse. However, the
  497. 18:15fact that this was my very first ever
  498. 18:17ebook that I'm selling as a standalone
  499. 18:19product, hitting 26% net margins within
  500. 18:2372 hours, really isn't a terrible start.
  501. 18:27So, that is going to be a wrap for
  502. 18:28today. On the screen now is a free
  503. 18:312-hour guide taking you through
  504. 18:33step-by-step how to build and launch
  505. 18:34your e-com store, but in a whole hell of
  506. 18:37a lot more detail compared to this
  507. 18:39video. Check it out, get some value, and
  508. 18:41I'll catch you there.
