- 0:00This handsome Italian guy is Fabio
- 0:02Valentini, one of the best day traders
- 0:04or scalpers in the world. He has proven
- 0:07his trading skill in the most famous
- 0:08trading competition in the world, the
- 0:10Robins World Cup trading championships,
- 0:12where in a single quarter his return was
- 0:1469% in the first competition, then
- 0:16almost 90% in a following competition,
- 0:19then
- 0:19218% in the following competition, and
- 0:22then more than 160% in the latest
- 0:24competition. with this track record of
- 0:26more than 2,000 trades over 12 months,
- 0:29but also a trader who's generated
- 0:31multiple seven figures of generational
- 0:33wealth from trading alone. So, I flew to
- 0:35Dubai to spend a day with him and
- 0:37recording his every move in the charts.
- 0:39But when we decided to shoot this video,
- 0:41I had no idea how much value he was
- 0:44about to share. So, after a quick coffee
- 0:45and a workout, we went to the Opus Tower
- 0:47in the trading floor of Burn Scorpinsky
- 0:49and start our trading session. We use
- 0:52usually dynamic risk management. What
- 0:55does it means? That I classify my setup
- 0:58from A to C. A setup, B setup, C setup.
- 1:02Not all the trades use the same risk. So
- 1:05if I get, for example, a C setup, I will
- 1:08risk €1,000,
- 1:11maximum€1,500 as a stop loss of risk. If
- 1:13I get a B setup, it can go maximum
- 1:16€2,000. If I get a setup, that means
- 1:20that all my confluence step in. I have
- 1:23the most statistical hedge that I can
- 1:25find in the market in the NASDAQ. So, I
- 1:26will risk maximum 2,500 to 3,000. We
- 1:30will use this risk management for today.
- 1:32And uh we will try to build the profit
- 1:36for the day to then increase the risk
- 1:38during the day. So, we will start really
- 1:40low and
- 1:41chill. It seems to be starting to create
- 1:44an A setup. What I want to see it's
- 1:46absorption there and I already see that
- 1:50the market is developing really good
- 1:52because we have a bullish bias for the
- 1:54day and we start to see that the market
- 1:57is presenting some absorption here. So
- 1:59the the sellers are pushing we are
- 2:01reaching our um point of interest but I
- 2:04want to see some kind of buyers to step
- 2:07in on this level that right now is not
- 2:10happening. We can only see the sellers
- 2:12pushing. This is the benefit of order
- 2:13flow. You can see all this aggression in
- 2:16price. This for reference is the profile
- 2:20footprint. It's not the bid and ask. So
- 2:22because I want to see exactly what is
- 2:24happening at each level and this is our
- 2:26platform deep charts. So this is the
- 2:28reason it's really important to have a
- 2:30trigger that is giving you some kind of
- 2:33edge in the level because this was an
- 2:35area of interest that I will use for
- 2:38searching for buy opportunities but the
- 2:40buyers didn't step in at this level. So
- 2:42I will just wait to see if there is some
- 2:44kind of absorption here. But for the
- 2:46moment we just wait. This is the most
- 2:48important skill for a scalper.
- 2:50What's potential accumulation area just
- 2:54a level that I get from structure
- 2:56because you need to start the day with a
- 2:57narratives and here the narrative was
- 3:00bullish but from this level it seems
- 3:03that we are seeking continuation
- 3:06cell. So this was my level of interest
- 3:09to continue higher. But for how the
- 3:12session is developing, we are not yet in
- 3:14New York session. I think we can search
- 3:17for one short opportunity when we will
- 3:19get back to this level here. So again,
- 3:24now it's a waiting game. Yeah. So even
- 3:27the scalper needs to have a little bit
- 3:29of patience.
- 3:31This is the difference between a trader
- 3:33that is finding an interesting area and
- 3:38building a narrative out of it and wait
- 3:40for the condition and the trader that
- 3:42just put limit orders. If I put limit
- 3:45orders directly here, I will get the
- 3:47black color for reference. If I get
- 3:49limit order only because this level is
- 3:51interesting for me, I will get
- 3:52liquidated in seconds.
- 3:55Usually I don't trade pre-market open
- 3:59because I want to have a clear bias. But
- 4:02from what I can see here, the market is
- 4:04developing short. So I will for the day
- 4:07I will target this low. I will wait for
- 4:10my opportunity to this low here. I will
- 4:14wait for my opportunity to step in at
- 4:16the right moment because right now it's
- 4:18really bad positioning of the the short.
- 4:22I need to have a little bit of premium
- 4:24and I don't mean premium in the concept
- 4:27of premium and discount of ICT. I mean
- 4:30premium based on volume. So if we get
- 4:33the profile distribution of the starting
- 4:36of the session and we go here we can see
- 4:40that the chunk of volume the value area
- 4:42it's here. So I will just be patient
- 4:44enough to wait to reach one level that
- 4:48is interesting for me and from here
- 4:51search for short opportunities. Again
- 4:53when we reach this level it will not be
- 4:55an execution. It will be a potential
- 4:59area to seek short position because we
- 5:02are in alignment with higher time frame.
- 5:04The price is going exactly start the
- 5:06retracement from here and is going
- 5:09exactly here. The only thing that is not
- 5:11in my trading model is that we are
- 5:13before the opening of the New York
- 5:15session. So you will lower your risk. I
- 5:17will lower my risk. I will only use
- 5:20€1,000 for this position. Let's check.
- 5:22We are we reach 196 and we are starting
- 5:25to absorb. How do you know we're
- 5:26starting to absorb? I see from the
- 5:29candle behavior after watching the
- 5:32charts a lot. you start to see the
- 5:36relation of price and volume because I
- 5:38always use trading view and volume
- 5:41analysis platform. So I already know
- 5:43that if I go here I will see some
- 5:45aggression that is being absorbed. You
- 5:48can see aggression that is being
- 5:51absorbed. This means those are trapped
- 5:54buyers. Those are trapped buyers. And uh
- 5:57uh now the trap buyers is the least
- 5:59profitable setup that I have
- 6:01unfortunately because the most
- 6:03profitable setup I have is momentum. So
- 6:06in trapped buyers you are going
- 6:07contrarian to the trend and it's really
- 6:09risky. As you can see the price is
- 6:11starting to go against us again. So I
- 6:14just want to see the sellers stepping in
- 6:17and I also use a lot of cumulative
- 6:19volume delta at the moment. As you can
- 6:22see there is no sell side aggression.
- 6:25just can see the price up and up and up
- 6:27and up. You see, if someone takes a
- 6:29trade on trumpet trap buyers, it will be
- 6:31a
- 6:32stop. This is the reason I want to play
- 6:35it safe considering that I'm also
- 6:37outside my trading hours. So, I will
- 6:40just wait for the sellers to show some
- 6:44kind of interest. Interest. Yes. And as
- 6:47you can
- 6:48see, price is not stopping
- 6:51again. Price is going high.
- 6:55I think one good sell position that we
- 6:57can get from
- 6:58here is exactly from this level. This
- 7:04refinement of my area. If I see sellers
- 7:08stepping in here, I will try to short.
- 7:11But I need to see buyers starting to
- 7:14remove their feet from the gas.
- 7:18Again, this is about patience. Now we
- 7:21already saved three stop loss using
- 7:24order flow. Three stop loss that could
- 7:27have been taken only using price
- 7:31action or we're not taking I'm thinking
- 7:35about loading my first position. It will
- 7:38be really low
- 7:42risk. We will start with two contracts.
- 7:45No, I just put it there. Then I move it
- 7:48just to to be faster in
- 7:52execution. I didn't open anything yet
- 7:55because there is this
- 7:58that something alike. We are ready for
- 8:00the first
- 8:02position. It's only €600 of stop- loss.
- 8:06So, we are going really conservative on
- 8:08the first
- 8:09one. And this look at the sellers. So, I
- 8:14have a total risk
- 8:17of €1,000 for the
- 8:21position. We will fragment the orders.
- 8:24Yes, I fragment the orders. One here,
- 8:28one here to get a better average
- 8:31positioning. And we will just cover
- 8:33ourself
- 8:36here. It's small profit, but we need to
- 8:39start somewhere.
- 8:43I will target this low for the first
- 8:45one. It's only
- 8:47€300. No, I will not target this low. I
- 8:50will target this
- 9:00area. This is the kind of momentum trade
- 9:03that uh I usually took with the highest
- 9:06win rate. It's around 50% win rate, but
- 9:09the riskto-reward is really good. Now we
- 9:11didn't got the perfect execution because
- 9:13to get the perfect execution we need to
- 9:15see a little bit of retracement another
- 9:17distribution and then the drop down and
- 9:19this is what I hope will happen. I
- 9:21prefer to take a stop loss that to get a
- 9:23better execution. I think we had a
- 9:25retracement. Yes, we are filled on two
- 9:27position. This anyway this is a B setup
- 9:31but it's considered a C setup only
- 9:33because it's outside my trading hours.
- 9:36So maybe the win rate for this is around
- 9:3840%. So checking from the order flow, we
- 9:42can see that the buyer starts still
- 9:44pushing and taking back the position and
- 9:46I cover my stop loss above
- 9:50this level. This is the level that it's
- 9:52holding the aggression of the sellers
- 9:54and also the cumulative delta for the
- 9:56first time is showing a little bit of
- 9:59sellers aggression. So the price was
- 10:02about to go here, here, here and down.
- 10:06And we actually got here, here, here,
- 10:08and down. That's some experience right
- 10:10there. I want to point out that this is
- 10:12not a prop firm account. It's real
- 10:14money. It's the first time for me
- 10:17trading out of the world trading cup of
- 10:20course, but with other people in the
- 10:22room because I'm used to put the
- 10:24headphone music and I have a little bit
- 10:27of ADHD. So adding voices around being
- 10:30recorded is stressing the out of
- 10:32me. But it's a good experience. We need
- 10:34to check order flow. You see why order
- 10:36flow? is useful because you can exactly
- 10:38see who is winning the battle. What I
- 10:40want to see is that the price will try
- 10:43to go up again, get rejected and see
- 10:45some kind of acceleration through the
- 10:47target, explosive moves really fast. And
- 10:50this is because the sellers will finally
- 10:52step in. And what I'm seeing from the
- 10:55order flow, I'm pretty sure it's another
- 10:59distribution. It's a redistribution
- 11:00phase. Why I can say confidently this?
- 11:03because I see that the cumulative volume
- 11:05delta is not having a followup. So the
- 11:08sellers are what do you mean follow up?
- 11:10a follow up in uh uh long follow up in
- 11:14upside more yeah resulting price like
- 11:16this is the concept that I took from
- 11:18volume spread analysis and uh um if you
- 11:22don't see a follow up on the cumulative
- 11:24volume delta on price it's a dis
- 11:27discrepancy is right yeah yeah discrep
- 11:29discrepancy exactly yes we are seeing
- 11:32some kind of aggression I expect more
- 11:34aggression and acceleration on this one
- 11:40[Laughter]
- 11:43pretty accurate. Pretty accurate. Okay.
- 11:46So, uh the price follow up exactly on
- 11:49the narrative that I built for the sell
- 11:51position. Now, I didn't went only to
- 11:54lower my stop loss. I went break even
- 11:56because I'm not liking at all what the
- 11:59price is doing here. And exactly, we are
- 12:01seeing buyers aggression. So if I break
- 12:05again this level or if I reach this
- 12:07level again, I will lower even. I will
- 12:09go in a stopping profit because I don't
- 12:11like this pattern. I saw this 1,000
- 12:13times and when I see this pattern, I go
- 12:15break even. So I don't want to be
- 12:17against me, but you need also to be
- 12:19really objective and not only see your
- 12:22vision. What is happening here? Let's go
- 12:25on the order flow and let's create some
- 12:27narratives. As you can see, the sellers
- 12:30are trying to push, but they are not
- 12:32having a follow-up. So, the price will
- 12:35likely retrace higher and higher. I want
- 12:37to see some aggression. You see how much
- 12:40they are trying to push, but they are
- 12:42they are still here. So, if we reach
- 12:45again this level, my stop loss will go
- 12:47here. I need to be protected. I'm
- 12:49already zero risk on this position. So,
- 12:52again, we are pushing. I will be really
- 12:54conservative on this position because I
- 12:55need to build the profit for the day. So
- 12:58we are already risk- free but I feel
- 13:01more confident if we reach this
- 13:04level again to go risk not risk- free
- 13:09but stopping profit and I think the best
- 13:12level to protect my profit is above here
- 13:16but we need to go back because now let's
- 13:19check the volume what is happening here
- 13:22buyers are taking
- 13:23over lot of efforts on the sell side and
- 13:27buyers ers are retracing and retracing
- 13:30and they will take this high. I am
- 13:31pretty sure about this and now the
- 13:34buyers took this level as I told this is
- 13:36one kind of distribution that I notice
- 13:38in NASDAQ for redistribution phase as
- 13:41you can see now after this I'm pretty
- 13:44sure that we will try to recover the
- 13:47level so we will see some kind of
- 13:49aggression cell this will be the first
- 13:51moment where we see sellers pushing the
- 13:54price down and it will be a really
- 13:56explosive move let's check here the
- 13:59explosion you mentioned they reached the
- 14:00level. They went really near the level.
- 14:03Let's check the
- 14:04volume. They had a really big explosion
- 14:06with low effort. So, this is a good sign
- 14:09for the
- 14:11sellers. One position that can also be
- 14:14taken in this kind of environment is
- 14:17waiting for the closure of this candle
- 14:20and covering above this high. I know
- 14:23it's not a really big risk-to-reward,
- 14:26but it's 1 to2.7.
- 14:29So the candle closed here, still valid.
- 14:33So it's $85 of risk for a reward of
- 14:37almost 300. So it's a really profitable
- 14:40setup this
- 14:41one. And I'm taking this setup with zero
- 14:45risk. No, it's stopping profit. So it's
- 14:49it's good buy imbalance in a sell
- 14:52aggression. It's a really good
- 14:54confirmation. This is another sensible
- 14:56level that we have. We are pushing. We
- 14:59are going. So this was like potential
- 15:02second entry there. Yeah. And uh it get
- 15:06confirmed. We are already stopping
- 15:08profit and we'll just let it run. So we
- 15:11reached the level that I told you that
- 15:13is enough to bring our stop loss to
- 15:15break even from this level that we
- 15:17checked before that was the bull volume.
- 15:21Let me check from the price what we are
- 15:22doing. We are still so one good exercise
- 15:26that I can advise to anyone is using the
- 15:31profile for the area that you are
- 15:34charting. What happened here? We went
- 15:36outside of the value
- 15:39but we have a failed option. So the
- 15:42price didn't accepted lower lower value.
- 15:44So we are still not in trending. We just
- 15:47broke out of this level and we are
- 15:49revisiting the value area. And at this
- 15:52moment if we want to see some sell
- 15:55aggression the only level where we can
- 15:57see sell aggression is the value area.
- 15:58So this is our last
- 16:01protection point of the trade. And what
- 16:06I want to see here I still didn't check
- 16:08the volume analysis platform but what I
- 16:10really want to see here is trapped
- 16:12buyers. Because when you have a a a good
- 16:15reversal you have trapped buyers. At
- 16:17this moment, as you can see, huge buy
- 16:21volume buyers on the top of the of the
- 16:23candle, no follow up, really good delta
- 16:25on the top. So, they are still, as I
- 16:28told you, we are in a consolidation
- 16:30phase, but we are protected. This is why
- 16:32the skill of understanding where to put
- 16:35your stop loss is so important
- 16:37in scalping. Now,
- 16:40the analysis is always the same. Again
- 16:44if this level gets
- 16:46broken we again cover ourself here and
- 16:49we get small part of profit. We follow
- 16:52the market and we get small profit out
- 16:54of the market as it moves. So if we are
- 16:57proven wrong on this trade even if the
- 16:59market explodes up we still have some
- 17:01profit and we can compound this profit
- 17:04for the next position. We can use this
- 17:06profit that we made to open position
- 17:08risk free in the next trade. This is
- 17:10really important as a sculper because if
- 17:12you want to have a really low draw down,
- 17:14you need to use this profits again to
- 17:16build the position. This is called
- 17:18position building and it's what all the
- 17:20good sculpers that I know are doing. Uh
- 17:23also to lower the emotional the
- 17:25emotional pressure during the day
- 17:27because this for example now why we are
- 17:31relaxed. We are relaxed because in the
- 17:32worst case scenario we make 400 no $300
- 17:37in the worst case scenario. And this is
- 17:39really good to do when we go around 2 or
- 17:422:30 3:30 Italian time because it's a
- 17:46European time because the market start
- 17:48to get really aggressive and it's not
- 17:50good to scalp. It's not good to scalp at
- 17:53this time. So what I usually do, I wait
- 17:55for the 330 shake out of the market and
- 17:59then I start my session. Let's give a
- 18:02check to the volume. Some kind of
- 18:04effort. Result is zero. So buyers took
- 18:08the upper end again. Here we
- 18:11go. I think we got liquidated on
- 18:15this. So we made like
- 18:19$280. Remember that if the candle is
- 18:22still developing, you can still see a a
- 18:25really fast absorption on it. So you
- 18:28need to be ready. You need to mark your
- 18:29level where you want to see price
- 18:32getting back inside
- 18:34value before executing. For example,
- 18:37here it's pretty impossible that we will
- 18:39see an absorption in the candle because
- 18:41buyers are taking the position. Now,
- 18:43where we got out of the position
- 18:46here with stopping profits. So, we saved
- 18:49us all this stop-loss that was
- 18:51unnecessary. This is why you need to
- 18:53follow up on the position. And in
- 18:55sculping it's really time consuming
- 18:58because you have to be in tune with the
- 18:59market. You cannot just go away. Let me
- 19:03remove also the take profit. Okay.
- 19:08Now let's go again. What we are seeing
- 19:11right now is that the price
- 19:15at the really important field the
- 19:17auction here on this level that is still
- 19:20holding. So my narrative is shifting.
- 19:24Now I want to target this high and I
- 19:27want to see from volume after this
- 19:30breakout if I have a good level to put
- 19:33back my buy position at this time
- 19:35because I don't want to be right. I want
- 19:38to be
- 19:40with the right pressure in the market. I
- 19:44want to be where the market is most
- 19:46likely to go. I don't care about being
- 19:48right. If I care about being right, I
- 19:51will take the most
- 19:53uh amount of uh monetary risk on this
- 19:56trade just to say, okay, if it reverse
- 19:58here, I'm still in profit. But it's not
- 20:01what we do as scalpers. We need to
- 20:03change our opinion really fast. And this
- 20:05is the reason you need to keep your ego
- 20:08low. You cannot marry your trades
- 20:11clearly visible from the pressure that
- 20:14the market is really aggressive on the
- 20:17on the buy. Look really aggressive. So
- 20:20it makes no sense to try another sell.
- 20:23This is what a lot of price action
- 20:25trader takes wrong. Oh, I got my stop
- 20:29loss gets taken here. I will try again
- 20:31to short. Okay, maybe sometimes it can
- 20:34work. But what is volume telling you?
- 20:36The volume is telling you that the
- 20:37buyers are really aggressive on the
- 20:39upside. So my probability of taking
- 20:42another stop-loss or stopping profit if
- 20:45I go sell is really high. The market is
- 20:48not balanced at this moment. The buyers
- 20:51are really
- 20:53aggressive. So my idea for the day is
- 20:58developing and my idea for the day
- 21:00shifted from sell to buy at this moment.
- 21:03So what will I do? What is my blueprint
- 21:05for the opening of the session? This
- 21:08time I will just wait for the price to
- 21:12revisit the accumulation area. And my
- 21:14accumulation area is pretty easy to
- 21:17understand is this one. Why? Because the
- 21:20price was trying to break out of this
- 21:22area for a lot of time but it didn't add
- 21:25a follow through. So we are reaching
- 21:27again. Let's check the
- 21:29volume. We exactly tested the breakout
- 21:33level and
- 21:35different world. Yeah. But what is
- 21:37important is that we are
- 21:39using not different kind of data because
- 21:42if you think about what is the
- 21:43commitment of trader report it's actual
- 21:46positioning what I'm checking actual
- 21:49position actual execution and what we
- 21:52see here is not small execution this
- 21:54execution was huge on NASDAQ this one
- 21:57and the delta on the level so just if
- 21:59you the longer the bar the higher the
- 22:01I'm curious why would you not see like
- 22:04something like a high here when it comes
- 22:07back up here when it break it like this
- 22:09pivot and you look look at the
- 22:11time 2130 okay it was deep night in
- 22:15United Arab Emirates so it's out of my
- 22:19trading hours I usually trade New York
- 22:21session and all the afternoon kept on
- 22:23going like this with him calling in
- 22:25front of my eyes every single market
- 22:27movement freaking nuts he's not even
- 22:30used to trading the London session and
- 22:32he was still able to call most of market
- 22:34movements and capitalize on them. But
- 22:36before we documented some of his trade
- 22:37during the New York session, he had to
- 22:39go for an interview at the Titans of
- 22:40Tomorrow podcast, one of the biggest
- 22:42trading podcasts in the scene, which I
- 22:44strongly recommend you watch it.
- 22:46Together with the other podcast I've
- 22:47released on this channel, where he's
- 22:48given even more trading insights that
- 22:50you really don't want to miss. After
- 22:52that, it was time to go back home and
- 22:53close the day scalping the last part of
- 22:56the New York session. Now, it's really
- 22:58interesting one reversal setup that is
- 23:01developing. And right now I'm just
- 23:04checking the behavior of the sellers on
- 23:07this level because I can see clearly a
- 23:10situation of exhaustion in the volume
- 23:13and the price is trying to auction down
- 23:16and we are in a long-term demand 15
- 23:18minutes demand but as you can see the
- 23:20price is pushing really hard from the
- 23:22behavior of aggressive sellers but we
- 23:25are not having a followup. So I think if
- 23:27we can break down this high I'm waiting
- 23:30I can search for a end of session
- 23:34reversal to take this high and it's a
- 23:36really good uh risk-to-reward ratio but
- 23:39I just need to some time to wait that to
- 23:42see some aggressive buyers with a good
- 23:44follow up on the the volume side. We are
- 23:49outside now because uh this view is
- 23:52really inspiring. It's the yacht club of
- 23:55Marina and uh it's a really calm area.
- 23:58There is no a lot of noises outside so
- 24:01you can just chill, work. Now in United
- 24:04Arab Emirates there is the perfect
- 24:05weather. It's 25° so I really love this
- 24:09kind of uh uh period of the year because
- 24:13it's great because if you have a setup,
- 24:16if you have a statistical edge, you just
- 24:18need to wait. Look at the stop- loss.
- 24:20They almost kissed them. Kiss it. But
- 24:23the point is that the trapid sellers are
- 24:27protecting my stop loss at the moment.
- 24:29We are still in a consolidation. As you
- 24:30can see, no breakout long, no breakout
- 24:33short for the moment. But I expect some
- 24:36kind of long acceleration on the price.
- 24:38Let's see some kind of explosion at the
- 24:41close of this candle.
- 24:44We can almost go to stop to break even
- 24:47maybe but I see still not a lot of
- 24:51confirmation. We are floating
- 24:541,00 1 1,1 100 200 and we see some kind
- 24:59of really good
- 25:01movement. Price is pushing to the
- 25:04target. It should be around
- 25:07$2,000. Target reached on the on the
- 25:10order flow part. I was a little bit
- 25:13greedy from the the charts trying to get
- 25:17the upper part of the profile
- 25:21distribution. I will
- 25:23just see. But you need to consider that
- 25:26this is the first time exactly the first
- 25:28time we see buy aggression in all the
- 25:30session. So we took exactly the end of
- 25:32reversal
- 25:34setup.
- 25:37Now maybe it's time to trail the stop
- 25:40loss to profits. But I still see a lot
- 25:42of aggression buyers. So I don't want to
- 25:45to close it yet. I use a lot volume. If
- 25:48volume is still pushing high, as I can
- 25:50see from the cumulative volume delta,
- 25:52I'm holding the position. I want to see
- 25:54what the sellers will will
- 25:58show some good
- 26:00retracements and failed auction from the
- 26:02sellers part. This is the trap sellers.
- 26:05So if this candle close like this and we
- 26:07have trapped sellers, we will again push
- 26:09high and is my confirmation to go stop
- 26:12in profits, not even stop loss to to
- 26:15break
- 26:20even. Let's see what they
- 26:23do. Anyway guys, this is our platform.
- 26:26We worked a lot to bring this platform.
- 26:29This is a web platform. It's really
- 26:31convenient to you and this is kind of
- 26:35proprietary study that we are doing on
- 26:36the platform that is helping scalpers to
- 26:39get a real statistical advantage on the
- 26:41market. The sellers are having a follow
- 26:43through. We are back to break even on
- 26:45the position and now we want to see if
- 26:48the sellers will win the battle or if
- 26:49the buyers will win the
- 26:56battle. Again, super aggression of the
- 26:59sellers. I think this time we take the
- 27:01stop loss. The sellers are pushing with
- 27:04all the power that they have. We got
- 27:06liquidated on this position for a loss
- 27:08of
- 27:09$850. And we just need to check if the
- 27:14buyers are again taking control of this
- 27:16because this is a failed breakout
- 27:18breakout. So if you get absorption from
- 27:20the price, we can try the last setup of
- 27:24the day that it's a 1,000 risk position
- 27:27again with a one to two one to three
- 27:30risk to reward to close uh in profits
- 27:33and uh uh we need a follow through from
- 27:35the the price. So we will just need to
- 27:37wait for the scandal to close and we see
- 27:40a completion of the auction. This
- 27:42completion of the auction is showing a
- 27:44huge strength from sellers. So we leave
- 27:47the ego at home and we take a short
- 27:49position. Follow this is a trend
- 27:52following position with a stop loss
- 27:53above the auction. Right. I need to put
- 27:58let me remove the
- 27:59position. I need to
- 28:02put a two contract risk because stop
- 28:06loss is too high. Let me calculate it
- 28:08really fast. So 1,200 it's
- 28:12okay. Let's see if we got filled on the
- 28:15position.
- 28:16[Music]
- 28:17So the seller as you can see what we are
- 28:20trying to understand is who is winning
- 28:22the battle at this moment the seller
- 28:25again are showing a huge amount of
- 28:27strength even if it's the closing of the
- 28:29session. So this was a really uncommon
- 28:32session because it's really hard to see
- 28:34an explosion and a continuation for all
- 28:37the day in the direction of the trend.
- 28:39The setup was correct. Unfortunately we
- 28:42didn't got filled on the short after the
- 28:44breakout. This is what usually is called
- 28:47from price action trader the um price
- 28:51imbalance. I think we will revisit again
- 28:53this price. And what I use usually on
- 28:56this is the VWAP. You can use from like
- 29:01platform like trading view or you can
- 29:03use from a professional platform. The
- 29:05important part is that we go back to the
- 29:07fair value. We want to short from the
- 29:08fair value. So, we'll just have a little
- 29:10bit of patience to get this momentum
- 29:13short because we are protected from
- 29:16what? We are protected from this huge
- 29:19wall of orders that won the battle. So,
- 29:22we want to be in at this moment and we
- 29:25want to be in with the strong sellers.
- 29:28But I don't want to be in from discount
- 29:31price. I want to at least retrace a
- 29:33little bit. Go back inside the fair
- 29:36value. And to to do this you can also
- 29:40use the profile. So if you get the
- 29:43profile of the session as you can see
- 29:45can also stay here. I want to stay short
- 29:51from fair value the value area low.
- 29:55Sorry value area low again. Buyers
- 29:58trying to stop
- 30:03in. I think we will target for
- 30:07$2,500. If we can get back up. Let's see
- 30:10if we get filled. The reason I'm
- 30:12searching for this position is because
- 30:14we have what's a wall here. We have a
- 30:17wall here. As you can see, the buyers
- 30:21are trying their best. I will cover
- 30:26myself with really small incredible
- 30:30small
- 30:31stop-loss. I'm trying to get for this
- 30:38position. This is a really small scalp.
- 30:41A one to three. It's a good
- 30:43risk-to-reward, but it's a small scalp.
- 30:45So, how much profit can we get from the
- 30:48market? 1,200 here. I think I can also
- 30:53let it run a little bit. Let's see how
- 30:56this movement behave. This will be the
- 31:00complete recovery of the stop loss we
- 31:02took. So I think I will
- 31:05get I will be okay with this position
- 31:07and maybe we get another position using
- 31:10part of this profit if we go down. The
- 31:13volume is conf confirming our narratives
- 31:17except for the sellers but we are still
- 31:20pushing
- 31:21hard. Check the precision on the entry
- 31:24guys. This is what you can do with
- 31:26volumes.
- 31:28getting the last tick up. Why? Because
- 31:30it was protected from the volume. So I
- 31:33can already go break even on this
- 31:35position in some
- 31:38minute. We are still pushing. We are
- 31:41almost to
- 31:43target. We are almost top to zero. One
- 31:46tick up. And now we just need to be
- 31:50patient. Sell pressure is going really
- 31:53insanely high. Look at the sellers. The
- 31:57cumulative volume delta they're really
- 32:02pushing the market is not showing any
- 32:05kind of buy aggression just
- 32:08collapsing credible collapse of the
- 32:11market. We are almost to take profit. It
- 32:14was a not even a 5 minutes one to three
- 32:18risk-to-reward. Let's see if we have a
- 32:21reversal here. We are already risk-
- 32:24free.
- 32:29Now if we get a breakout of the sell
- 32:33candle that created this movement. As
- 32:35you can see we have here this bulk of
- 32:39sell volume that is trying to hold the
- 32:41price. As you can see we have an
- 32:43exhaustion. We are trying to hold the
- 32:45buy volume up. If this level hold and we
- 32:50break again low we can consider another
- 32:52position short.
- 32:5815 second to the close of the candle. 1
- 33:00minute. So, we took a really fast one to
- 33:04three risk to
- 33:07Ooh, look at this.
- 33:12That's a pretty sniper zone. This This
- 33:14was a one to
- 33:16six. How much? One,
- 33:19two in not even 10 minutes. Now guys, I
- 33:22took a lower risk on the second
- 33:24position. I took only $500. And not only
- 33:27I recovered the loss, but I got also
- 33:30profit on this one. I think we will stop
- 33:32for the day because we are
- 33:34going to the end of the session. And I
- 33:38want you to study how the price is in
- 33:43the relationship to volume. Now I will
- 33:46just stop trading because I have a live
- 33:49session. And with this other amazing
