- 0:00Hello everyone. Today we're going to
- 0:02look at the skill perks in detail and
- 0:04actually test them all out to see what
- 0:07effects they actually have. If you
- 0:09haven't collected your skill point, make
- 0:11sure to go back to your profile and
- 0:13collect the other six. And you get six
- 0:14by default, which is a total of 12.
- 0:17First skill we're going to talk about is
- 0:19the slide of hand. At level three, it
- 0:21significantly increases magazine loading
- 0:23speed. In our first test, we're going to
- 0:26have the magazine inside of the weapon.
- 0:28It's a 60 mag. On the left side, we have
- 0:30the level zero. On the right side, we
- 0:32have the level three slide of hand.
- 0:34Overall, I will give this skill a very
- 0:36high point of being very useful all the
- 0:38time. Reloading is part of the game and
- 0:40you actually reload all of the time. For
- 0:43what you're seeing right now is very
- 0:45good if you're using a one Mac in your
- 0:47weapon, especially a 75 mag U1 or 100
- 0:50round HK. So, reloading a 60 mag that is
- 0:53straight inside your gun is actually
- 0:55very useful and makes a nightday
- 0:57difference. it finishes at 24.37 seconds
- 1:00at level three slide of hands. On the
- 1:03other hand, if you have level zero, it
- 1:05will take you 35.45 seconds, which is a
- 1:08total difference of 11 seconds. 08. Now,
- 1:11on the other hand, if you were to use
- 1:14the quick reload for this perk, the
- 1:17difference becomes very massive. This is
- 1:19where you actually feel the perk upgrade
- 1:21yourself. This happens with a lot of the
- 1:23skills where you actually feel it that
- 1:25it improves a lot. So, the level three
- 1:28finishes at 15.35 seconds, which can
- 1:31help you to get back into your fights a
- 1:33lot faster. On the other hand, at level
- 1:35zero, it will finish at 22.20 seconds,
- 1:38which is a difference of 6.85 seconds.
- 1:41Now, if we test quick reload for all
- 1:43three levels, 1 2 3, the difference
- 1:46becomes 2 seconds for each level. So,
- 1:50from zero to level three, for each
- 1:52level, you will improve by 2 seconds.
- 1:54So, at level three, we will still finish
- 1:57at 15.35 seconds. Level two, 18.08
- 2:01seconds, and level one, 20.01 seconds.
- 2:05And at level zero, we will finish at
- 2:0722.02
- 2:08seconds. Next up, we have veteran.
- 2:12Significantly reduces the intensity of
- 2:14weapon sway when taking hits. To test
- 2:17this, I decided to take a Mosen inside a
- 2:20normal game of Valley and help for the
- 2:22scaps to shoot me to see if there's a
- 2:24difference. But unfortunately, I got
- 2:26into a fight.
- 2:33My goal was to get shot by a scrap at
- 2:35the beach valley while aiming down
- 2:36sight.
- 2:38Here's how much my scope was shifting
- 2:40while getting shot. Let's look at it in
- 2:43slow-mo.
- 2:51For my next game, I activated level
- 2:53three focus puller and it was almost not
- 2:56moving, but I wanted a shotgun scaff to
- 2:59shoot me just like the previous game.
- 3:02So, I found two shotgun scaffide
- 3:12comparison. I was actually surprised at
- 3:13how good this is. Just to put it out
- 3:15there, I'm actually not sure if taking
- 3:17bullets to your arm or your legs differs
- 3:20in increasing or decreasing the
- 3:22intensity of sway or weapon stability.
- 3:25Next up, we have the focus puller. At
- 3:27level three, it moderately increases
- 3:29leaning and recentering speed. If we
- 3:32look at the differences, you don't
- 3:33really see much at first glance, but if
- 3:36you actually play the game and use it,
- 3:39you actually can feel it. And if we slow
- 3:41it down a lot, we can see that on the
- 3:44right side, the frame jump on the level
- 3:46three is a lot further and has a faster
- 3:49start, which means at level three, you
- 3:52have a faster start and you will reach
- 3:54close to the end a lot faster. But to my
- 3:57testings, they both reach the dead end
- 4:00at the same time. To help you understand
- 4:02better, the red line is the level three
- 4:04and the blue line is level zero. This is
- 4:07a 1 second interval of where the aim
- 4:10starts and where it ends. They both
- 4:12start at point one, but the red reaches
- 4:16higher points faster and slows down at
- 4:19the end, which means they both actually
- 4:22reach the end point at the same time,
- 4:25whereas the level three actually reaches
- 4:27the end or close to the end a lot
- 4:30faster, which makes it a lot better.
- 4:34Next up, we have quick heal. At level
- 4:36three, wound heal after 15 seconds. I
- 4:39personally think this is a useless skill
- 4:41and you don't actually need it. The
- 4:43reason for that is almost all medication
- 4:45in the game, I think they do heal your
- 4:47wounds also automatically. So, I
- 4:50personally think there is no need to do
- 4:51this, especially at level one and level
- 4:53two. I don't think anybody or any player
- 4:56will wait 60 seconds for their wounds to
- 4:58heal and not treating them themselves.
- 5:02Next up is iron arm at level three. It
- 5:05moderately increases upper body stamina
- 5:08recovery speed. For our test, we are
- 5:10using a SJ in which it drains your
- 5:12stamina very very quickly. Since the
- 5:15last updates against snipers and the
- 5:17changes they made, players play snipers
- 5:19a lot less. But this is still good if
- 5:22you're someone that is holding angles
- 5:23for very long time. The skill does not
- 5:26increase your stamina or how much you
- 5:27can hold a gun, but rather only the
- 5:30recovery. So, choose wisely when picking
- 5:32the skill perk. This really depends on
- 5:34your game style and how much you
- 5:36actually W key, what gun you have, and
- 5:39how much your gun actually drains your
- 5:41stamina for. This is one of those skills
- 5:43where you actually don't feel the
- 5:45recovery or the effect of the skill that
- 5:48much, unless you actually test it and
- 5:50see if it actually works. Level three,
- 5:52iron arm, finishes at 21.45 seconds, and
- 5:56at level zero, we will finish at 25.49
- 5:59seconds. and the total difference is 4.4
- 6:02seconds. Next up is jump weapon control.
- 6:06At level three, it significantly
- 6:08increases weapon stability while
- 6:10jumping. The game describes weapon
- 6:12stability as impacts breathing sway
- 6:14delay, sway intensity, and weapon
- 6:17stability when jumping or hit. So, the
- 6:20best way to actually test this was in my
- 6:23idea that to jump and quickly hold
- 6:25breath, aim and hold breath at the same
- 6:28time. And when I slow it down, this is
- 6:31what I get.
- 6:33If this is an improvement, I guess it
- 6:35is, but um I could be testing this
- 6:38wrong. If you guys have any idea or have
- 6:41tested this yourself and actually feel
- 6:44the difference in a different way, but
- 6:46in my testing, I think it's a waste. I'm
- 6:49not sure. Actually, I'm not sure. For
- 6:51me, level zero is better. In all of my
- 6:54testing, I did a lot of jumping and I
- 6:55compared a lot of clip, but it's always
- 6:57the same. Let me know in the comments
- 6:59what I'm doing wrong. Battlefield
- 7:02healing at level three effectively
- 7:04increases rescue speed and the speed of
- 7:07rescued players HP and heals the rescued
- 7:10players broken parts. So, I tested with
- 7:13my cousin having the skill off and
- 7:15having the skill on at level three. What
- 7:17is actually crazy about this skill is
- 7:19that it actually treated all of my
- 7:20broken parts and gave them heals too by
- 7:23like 20% or something which could
- 7:26actually we could categorize it as
- 7:28overpowered in a squad and also improves
- 7:30the revive time by 2 seconds. Stay alive
- 7:34at level three significantly increases
- 7:37movement speed and HP when downed. The
- 7:40skill itself, you can see it, you can
- 7:42feel it that you will go faster, that
- 7:44you have more HP overall. This is
- 7:46helpful if you're playing with someone,
- 7:49but I don't personally prioritize skills
- 7:51that only affect me when I'm downed
- 7:53because most likely even though you have
- 7:55a lot of HP, you will get thirsted. And
- 7:57also, there's, in my opinion, better
- 8:00skills to use so that you don't get
- 8:01downed in the first place. There's also
- 8:03scenarios where you don't really put a
- 8:06lot of pressure on your squads into
- 8:08rushing to revive you. They can still do
- 8:10their fights and then still come to res
- 8:12you. Believe it or not, it gave me 1
- 8:14minute 34 seconds to get rest, which is
- 8:18actually insane. Whereas a normal revive
- 8:21actually lasts only 50 seconds, I think.
- 8:24So, yeah, fire retardant
- 8:28material. I'm not sure if I'm reading
- 8:29right, but reduces burn damage taken by
- 8:3240%. This skill is very situational. You
- 8:35can probably use it to push like molly a
- 8:38door and then push through the door to
- 8:39push the enemy to surprise them. But uh
- 8:42without the skill, it took us 6.31
- 8:45seconds to die. And with the skill, it
- 8:48took us 10.1 seconds, which is great.
- 8:51Not bad, but it's very situational.
- 8:54Parkour at level three, effectively
- 8:57reduces fall damage and allows jumping
- 8:59from greater heights without taking
- 9:01damage. To test this, I jumped from the
- 9:03same height twice with parkour level
- 9:06zero and parkour level three. As you can
- 9:08see, at parkour level three, I only lost
- 9:119 HP on both of my legs. Without the
- 9:13parkour, I lost a total of 51 HP for
- 9:16each leg. Marathon. At level three,
- 9:20moderately increases lower body stamina
- 9:22recovery speed. This is one of those
- 9:24skills where it depends on the map to be
- 9:26honest. In TV station, I wouldn't use
- 9:29this in a map like farm, Northridge, or
- 9:32valley. This is a very good skill to
- 9:34have on paper because once I really
- 9:36tested it, when I saw the recovery bar,
- 9:38it actually disappointed me a little
- 9:40bit. I guess this will stack over time
- 9:42once you're running around the map, but
- 9:44for one recovery, it is not a lot. So,
- 9:47feel free to use this skill if you want
- 9:48to save yourself 3.8 seconds for a full
- 9:51bar recovery. I personally put this in L
- 9:54tier. Emergency evasion. At level three
- 9:58increases movement speed for a certain
- 10:00period of time after you take damage.
- 10:02This is very easy to test once you get
- 10:04shot by a scab or a player. You get a
- 10:06green bar on your left side which lasts
- 10:08around 4 seconds and buffs your movement
- 10:10speed at level three by 10%. Porter at
- 10:14level three increases weight limit by 10
- 10:17kg. This is very simple to understand.
- 10:20At base you have 45 kg for midweight and
- 10:2370 kg for max weight. With normal
- 10:25ejections that increases by 5 kg for
- 10:28midweight at 50 kg and max weight at 80
- 10:32kg. For the strength booster your
- 10:34midweight is 55 kg and max weight 85 kg
- 10:39with a port skill at level three. It
- 10:41increases base normal or booster
- 10:43injections. Overall carry limit heavy
- 10:46motor. I level three reduces the
- 10:49movement speed reduction caused by
- 10:50helmets and armor by 35%. In my testing,
- 10:54I'm using RSD helmet, which decreases my
- 10:56movement speed by - 6%. And also
- 10:59Marshall H - 12% which is a total of 18%
- 11:03and my movement speed is at 82%. I
- 11:07personally use this a lot, especially
- 11:08when I'm using heavy armor or just
- 11:10normal armor. Overall, I feel it, so
- 11:13that's why I use it. You get more out of
- 11:15it by just walking, which is a 12.9%
- 11:18improvement in this case, which is 1
- 11:20second difference. But if I'm sprinting,
- 11:23I only got around I think 0.37 seconds
- 11:27difference, which is 8.3 improvement.
- 11:31So for the last four skills, you can
- 11:32just explain them easily. Uh the
- 11:34pharmacist in uh level three increases
- 11:37the duration of medicine and stimulants
- 11:39by 35%.
- 11:40This just means that uh for example this
- 11:43painkiller that lasts 300 seconds which
- 11:45is 5 minutes when it's applied and you
- 11:48have the level three it will increase
- 11:50its duration by 105 seconds which is 1
- 11:54minute uh 1 minute 45 seconds. And this
- 11:57applies for all the other painkillers
- 11:59and injections that are in the game. For
- 12:01the effective looting you just get a 20%
- 12:04chance to skip the search phase while
- 12:07you're looting. Nothing really special
- 12:09about it. I think it's it could be
- 12:11effective in some ways, but I don't
- 12:13personally use it. And for the vision's
- 12:15friend and the vision's friend, too,
- 12:18these two help you get either weapon or
- 12:21armor back at a 10% chance. So, every
- 12:24game you have a 10% chance to get your
- 12:26weapon back or your armor back. These
- 12:28are not good to use. I don't think it's
- 12:31worth it. So, you should probably just
- 12:34ignore all these three skills overall.
- 12:38So, what skills are the best for PvP? I
- 12:41do think slide of hand, veteran, focus
- 12:43puller, emergency evasion, and heavy
- 12:45motor could be swapped out with each
- 12:47other. Um, you could go from you can
- 12:51remove slide of hand if you're using
- 12:53multiple mags, go for heavy motor so
- 12:55that you're even faster. Or you could
- 12:58remove emergency evasion, go heavy motor
- 13:00and slide out of hands for PvP. Um, I
- 13:04think I don't see any difference in
- 13:06using jump weapon control. Personally,
- 13:08the rest are really um based on the map.
- 13:12You could also just go for marathon, but
- 13:15as you could see, the the bar recovery
- 13:17is not that much to make that much of a
- 13:19difference. Uh, but I personally am
- 13:22falling in love with the emergency
- 13:23evasion because it gives you 10%
- 13:26movement speed. If you are in a squad,
- 13:29you should or maybe you could probably
- 13:31go to battlefield healing. I do think
- 13:33this is very good for your teammates.
- 13:36Stay alive could also be very useful for
- 13:38you. But uh if you are also not using a
- 13:42lot of leaning or toggling or jiggle
- 13:44peeking, you could probably get rid of
- 13:47focus puller and go for stay alive in a
- 13:49squad or go for slide of hand. But I
- 13:52would personally use a lot of leaning
- 13:55and just because leaning is part of the
- 13:57game. It's very important for PvPs.
- 14:00And if you are using a lot of heavy
- 14:02armor on you, you could go back to heavy
- 14:04motor to get some increased movement
- 14:06speed. And if you always have any issues
- 14:09with not having painkillers up or always
- 14:11running out of it, you could go for the
- 14:13pharmacist. you get a lot of good
- 14:15points, a lot of extra seconds for your
- 14:18painkillers and your uh steamies, which
- 14:21could be very useful actually,
- 14:23especially if you are using the HP
- 14:25recovery stem uh or injection. For the
- 14:28PVE mode, you could go for
- 14:31uh border to carry more. You could go
- 14:34for heavy motor if you are very armored
- 14:37or you could go to for emergency evasion
- 14:40because they just show you they're like
- 14:42x-rays. You could go for marathon also.
- 14:47Uh
- 14:49or you could remove the marathon and go
- 14:51for veteran because once they shoot you
- 14:53back so that your aim doesn't move a
- 14:54lot, the scavs in the PVEs are actually
- 14:58crazy.
- 15:01As for snipers, I do think snipers have
- 15:03a lot more options to go for. Um, you
- 15:07could go for iron arm to hold your
- 15:10angles a lot longer. If you combine that
- 15:13with arm assist and use a stem, stamina
- 15:17stem to hold even longer. This could be
- 15:20a crazy combo. Uh, the porter so that
- 15:23you can even carry more loot if you get
- 15:26to uh you get the chance to get lucky
- 15:28and kill some people. I don't think you
- 15:31need heavy motor because usually you're
- 15:32not holding that much armor uh when
- 15:35you're using a sniper. You could also
- 15:37remove uh porter and go for veteran so
- 15:40that in case someone shoots you back so
- 15:42that you can quickly scope at them and
- 15:44uh maybe shoot back more accurately.
- 15:48Um
- 15:50based on the marathon test that we did,
- 15:53I don't think marathon is going to be
- 15:55that effective. Each time it will save
- 15:57you like 3 seconds, but it depends on
- 15:59you.
- 16:00So yeah, that is it. Uh, if you guys
- 16:02enjoyed the video, this took me a
- 16:04really, really long time to make. It was
- 16:07a lot of editing, a lot of clip
- 16:09gathering, testing. I appreciate every
- 16:11one of you watching this video. Uh, I
- 16:14wish you guys a very, very good time.
- 16:16Take care and uh, have fun. See you.
