  1. 0:00Got it. [music]
  2. 0:02Got it. Yeah. Yeah. Got it. Uh-huh. Got
  3. 0:06it. Got it. Yeah. Got it. Got it. Got
  4. 0:09it. Here's 10 [music] years in the game.
  5. 0:11Still grinding every day. Built it from
  6. 0:13the bottom now. I'm showing others the
  7. 0:15way [music] unuffin
  8. 0:22>> Porto. Okay. Nice. I can't talk but want
  9. 0:24to listen. We got Daniel who's new.
  10. 0:26Nice. And in the car as well. Yeah,
  11. 0:30welcome everyone that's new. Really cool
  12. 0:32to have you along. So, we are going to
  13. 0:34get started. So, this session is being
  14. 0:37recorded and getting a recording out to
  15. 0:39you all. And this is I don't know what
  16. 0:42number what session this is. I think
  17. 0:43we're in number six, seven, eight,
  18. 0:46something like that. We've been doing
  19. 0:47these live sessions every single week.
  20. 0:50So, I'm just going to share my screen.
  21. 0:51If you got any questions, definitely get
  22. 0:53them in the chat there. I can get all
  23. 0:55your questions answered. And this
  24. 0:57session is really going to be going over
  25. 0:59the tools that we're using and the tools
  26. 1:01that really made a big difference this
  27. 1:03year in our business. So just to give
  28. 1:05you a little heads up of what we're
  29. 1:07doing, let me just grab this. So these
  30. 1:11are our numbers at the moment. We are if
  31. 1:14we look here last 30 days we're about
  32. 1:1625% above in the last 30 days. Year year
  33. 1:20to date last 12 months we're 52% above
  34. 1:22where we were last year. And I would put
  35. 1:25majority of that down to the tools that
  36. 1:26we're using, uh, the software that we're
  37. 1:28using. So we should hit about 2.3
  38. 1:322.4 million in revenue this year. That's
  39. 1:35the goal. That's the target. And that
  40. 1:37will that would be way up on last year,
  41. 1:39which was 1.6.
  42. 1:41We're in euros because we're based in
  43. 1:43Spain.
  44. 1:44>> Say that again.
  45. 1:44>> You've doubled.
  46. 1:46>> Not doubled. No. 1.6 million we did last
  47. 1:48year. This is in euros, by the way.
  48. 1:51>> Yeah. So, we should do about 2.3 is the
  49. 1:53target. Anything above that, we'll take
  50. 1:55it. That'll be about 320K net profit or
  51. 1:58sorry, gross profit. Manny's in the
  52. 2:00house. Hello. How you doing, mate? Good
  53. 2:02to see you come in. Good. Yeah. Ricky,
  54. 2:05hope you're well.
  55. 2:06>> Yeah, very well. Thank you. Very well.
  56. 2:09So, let's get into it. So, who here is
  57. 2:11using Profit Path already? Give us a
  58. 2:12thumbs up if you're using it already.
  59. 2:14>> Yeah, Manny's using it.
  60. 2:16>> We got Graeme using it. Okay. So,
  61. 2:18everyone else not using it then give me
  62. 2:20some thumbs up if you're not using it.
  63. 2:22Yeah. So, you just see them pinging up
  64. 2:23on the screen. So, mix not and I assume
  65. 2:27Ellie Daniel and Ilia. Ellie, do you
  66. 2:32want to ask a question Ellie or you just
  67. 2:33putting your hands up for? You're not
  68. 2:35using it. Not using it. Right. I don't
  69. 2:37mind you all speaking up and asking any
  70. 2:39questions when you want to. So, that's
  71. 2:40completely fine. Good. Okay. So, I can
  72. 2:43show you a few things tonight. So, this
  73. 2:45is Let me just check actually one
  74. 2:48second. Make sure I've got the blur on
  75. 2:51to make sure we've got all of our
  76. 2:52products blurred.
  77. 2:54>> Actual wisdom.
  78. 2:55>> Yeah. Say it again.
  79. 2:56>> Just show your wisdom.
  80. 2:58>> Hang on. Got going super slow now. Let
  81. 3:00me just close a few more things down.
  82. 3:02There is just a button I can click on
  83. 3:04just to blur any products because inside
  84. 3:06profit path you can not only source
  85. 3:07products but you can actually get your
  86. 3:10admin done as well and automate a lot of
  87. 3:13processes. Okay, now we're good because
  88. 3:16I've just heard everything there. So,
  89. 3:18that is going to be good then. So, quick
  90. 3:20overview of We got your dashboard. It's
  91. 3:23going super slow. So, I'm going to have
  92. 3:24to close a few more things down. What
  93. 3:26else can I close? Okay, that's about it.
  94. 3:30>> Yeah, so we've got a dashboard which is
  95. 3:32like most other dashboards that you've
  96. 3:34seen before. One cool thing you can do
  97. 3:36if you're in Europe, you can basically
  98. 3:38get your payments, your payouts
  99. 3:39automated to pay out every single day,
  100. 3:42but it won't work for the UK
  101. 3:43unfortunately because of the UK law,
  102. 3:46nothing to do with profit path. And you
  103. 3:47got all these different sourcing
  104. 3:49methods, right, to go through. You got
  105. 3:50your supplier search where you can
  106. 3:52search individual suppliers and you've
  107. 3:55probably seen this on a lot of other
  108. 3:56tools, a lot of other softwares where
  109. 3:58you can go, let's say, who here is in
  110. 4:01the UK by the way? Give me a thumbs up
  111. 4:03if you're in the UK. Most people
  112. 4:05probably in the UK. Yeah, Manny's
  113. 4:07definitely there. Lara. Yeah, didn't see
  114. 4:09many thumbs going up, but you can select
  115. 4:12from any of these suppliers in the UK.
  116. 4:15What? Let's go through and choose. It
  117. 4:16doesn't really matter. Come through and
  118. 4:18select any of these. And you're going to
  119. 4:20search in individual stores. And you can
  120. 4:24basically set your presets here like
  121. 4:26most other filters. Now, this is going
  122. 4:28to get maybe some of you is like, okay,
  123. 4:30this is boring. I've seen all this kind
  124. 4:31of stuff before. We still make a a
  125. 4:34decent amount of money using just this
  126. 4:36supplier search. You can put all your
  127. 4:38filters. These are some of the filters
  128. 4:40that we use. We've got other presets we
  129. 4:42use here. And you can change all your
  130. 4:44views, right? Change all your views that
  131. 4:46you want to see if you want to change
  132. 4:47the cell regions. Maybe you only sell in
  133. 4:49the UK. But there's a lot of opportunity
  134. 4:52even if you live in the UK to buy
  135. 4:54potentially especially A2A mainly buy in
  136. 4:57other countries as well. So you've got
  137. 5:00all your filters here. You can add all
  138. 5:02your profits. You can set 30 days, 60
  139. 5:04days, whatever you want to do. I'm going
  140. 5:06through this a bit quick because some of
  141. 5:08you are like, I know all this, Ricky.
  142. 5:10This is all easy stuff. If any of you
  143. 5:12want a bit more of a deep dive into any
  144. 5:14of this, we've got a whole profit path
  145. 5:16series on YouTube. Just click on on the
  146. 5:19the YouTube in the community and then
  147. 5:21you'll go there. There's a whole series,
  148. 5:2210 videos and all the live sessions that
  149. 5:24we've recorded before. So, we've got
  150. 5:27some filters on here and there's a
  151. 5:29couple of products. This one's a
  152. 5:30mismatch, so we're not interested in
  153. 5:32that. Yeah, single uh multiack it looks
  154. 5:35like. And by the price, that's a
  155. 5:37mismatch. It'll come up sometimes. And
  156. 5:40then we've got this product here. Could
  157. 5:41be a potential. Would we want to sell
  158. 5:43this product? This is buying in the UK
  159. 5:46potentially. For me at least, selling in
  160. 5:48Germany. Now, don't be put off by the
  161. 5:51cross market because you can select
  162. 5:53easily UK to UK. If you change some of
  163. 5:56these filters, then you would probably
  164. 5:58get a lot more products come through.
  165. 5:59change the oversize. Maybe we'll change
  166. 6:01the margin from 12%. We can change it to
  167. 6:0410. Stuff like that. There's a ton of
  168. 6:06suppliers already in here, but this is
  169. 6:09I'm not going to spend a ton of time on
  170. 6:10this because I want to show you the
  171. 6:12seriously juicy stuff. Multisarch as
  172. 6:15well because we got a a lot of new
  173. 6:17people on here. Again, we can go to the
  174. 6:19UK. We could literally search all of the
  175. 6:23suppliers in this whole list in the UK,
  176. 6:26right? All of these. Let's put a filter
  177. 6:29on. Just a light filter. Let's go with
  178. 6:32this one. And right, so we're searching
  179. 6:35all of these stores. We've got our
  180. 6:36filters on. And I don't know how manyund
  181. 6:40I think it's 120 or 150 stores in the
  182. 6:42UK. And you can add more stores whenever
  183. 6:45you want to, right? You just get profit
  184. 6:47just tell profit path down here and they
  185. 6:49will add all these stores. Now, this is
  186. 6:51taking a little while because this is
  187. 6:53searching through everything in the
  188. 6:55database. I'm showing you how fast this
  189. 6:56is considering that's just gone through.
  190. 6:58I think there's 120 stores in the UK and
  191. 7:01they're adding more all the time. So,
  192. 7:04this is that was a mismatch there. So,
  193. 7:05not a great start. This will bring up
  194. 7:07more mismatches because it's now
  195. 7:09searching for all these stores in one
  196. 7:10go. Yeah. But what we use this for, what
  197. 7:13we like to use this for, let's say we
  198. 7:15want to search more stores that that
  199. 7:18supply Lego, right? So, it's not
  200. 7:20necessarily to go through and pick out a
  201. 7:22load of different products from one
  202. 7:24supplier. It's like, okay, if I want to
  203. 7:26find more stores that sell Legos in the
  204. 7:29UK, ones we're not already using. Just
  205. 7:31choosing Lego as an example. Love Lego.
  206. 7:34Then we could use something like this.
  207. 7:36Yeah. So, this is very high price for
  208. 7:39me, but still this one's in stock. Yeah.
  209. 7:42So, 90 quid potentially selling these
  210. 7:44other markets. Right now, some of you
  211. 7:46were probably like, "This is just not
  212. 7:48what I do. I only sell in the UK." You
  213. 7:50just turn these off or there's even a
  214. 7:53the first entry level it's just one
  215. 7:55market right buy and sell in the UK
  216. 7:58Manny you've been using profit path for
  217. 8:00a while right
  218. 8:01>> yes I have Ricky yeah
  219. 8:03>> yeah and are you still doing much e E2A
  220. 8:06>> I'm doing yeah EUA and then yeah UK toa
  221. 8:10as well so just relying on the alerts
  222. 8:12checking that every morning seeing the
  223. 8:14pings that come and then just working
  224. 8:17through those pings
  225. 8:18>> okay yeah so We'll get into that in a
  226. 8:20minute in terms of the A2A stuff. So,
  227. 8:22Manny's been using this a while and when
  228. 8:24you first use it, like game changer or
  229. 8:26not, man.
  230. 8:26>> 100%. Yeah, it definitely helps in terms
  231. 8:29of automating things and cuz obviously
  232. 8:32everything comes to your doorstep. So,
  233. 8:34once Ricky shows you how you set up your
  234. 8:36alerts and pings, you simply just get
  235. 8:38that on your Discord and it's up to you
  236. 8:40just to go through the different leads
  237. 8:41that you receive. So, yeah, A2A is
  238. 8:44actually is something I never used to do
  239. 8:45until I actually started using profit
  240. 8:47path. I was mainly just doing OA, but
  241. 8:49now I do a mixture of both OA and A2A
  242. 8:52because of profit path.
  243. 8:53>> Ricky, how many units you have to buy
  244. 8:56from Amazon to get ungated? If it's ADA,
  245. 8:58then you're notif
  246. 9:01even if it says 10, I would take it as
  247. 9:0350 because we've we've tried before.
  248. 9:06Like I saw one yesterday it said 10
  249. 9:08units from it didn't say anything about
  250. 9:10Amazon, just said 10 units. But we've
  251. 9:12tried it before and Amazon just refused.
  252. 9:15Blatantly just refused. you show them
  253. 9:16evidence and they won't have it. So,
  254. 9:19yeah, always 50.
  255. 9:20>> Okay.
  256. 9:21>> So, Ellie, you got a question? No, maybe
  257. 9:24not. Ellie, if you got a question, let
  258. 9:26me know. Just speak up or just put it in
  259. 9:28the chat there as well and I'll get to
  260. 9:29those. So, this when we're doing this,
  261. 9:32like for what I've just shown you, this
  262. 9:34is amazing for finding new suppliers. We
  263. 9:36can see Idealo. Okay, I'm not too fuss.
  264. 9:39I don't really like Idealo too much.
  265. 9:41It's more of a marketplace, but we can
  266. 9:43just untick that if we want to in the
  267. 9:45stores here. Studio. Studio is good in
  268. 9:48the UK. So, that's a mismatch there. So,
  269. 9:50we would ignore that one. And we'll just
  270. 9:51be coming down and trying to find a
  271. 9:53consistent product where we can buy
  272. 9:55this. Yeah, we want to see consistency
  273. 9:57in the charts, right? So, if we're
  274. 9:59buying in the UK, we're selling in
  275. 10:01Germany, nice consistent chart. The
  276. 10:03trouble is, can we get that in a decent
  277. 10:05store? Again, ideally, I would untick
  278. 10:07that normally. Now, one thing we can do
  279. 10:11which is really very good is you start
  280. 10:13to blacklist, right? You can just take a
  281. 10:15little screenshot of this Nike here. By
  282. 10:17the way, did everyone see the
  283. 10:18notification from Amazon? No longer sell
  284. 10:20Nike from November 3rd. So, if you're
  285. 10:23selling Nike, you want to clear out
  286. 10:25stock. We've just done a clear out of
  287. 10:26all of our Nike stock. So, yeah, no
  288. 10:29more. We've had a good run, but no more.
  289. 10:31So, all
  290. 10:32>> they're not alone third party sellers.
  291. 10:34It's only going to be name
  292. 10:35>> only going to be Amazon. Yeah. beginning
  293. 10:38US 18 months ago or so and finally it's
  294. 10:41it's come to UK and France. We got
  295. 10:43notification but I'm sure it's going to
  296. 10:45go across all markets. So we've just
  297. 10:46cleared out stock. We don't want to be
  298. 10:48left with a significant amount. So you
  299. 10:50can put all these brands in here. Yeah.
  300. 10:52And then what will happen is you won't
  301. 10:54see these brands again. You won't ever
  302. 10:56see them again. So that's globally
  303. 10:59across across profit path and profit go.
  304. 11:02So I'm showing you one piece of the
  305. 11:03software at the moment. After that,
  306. 11:05we've got profit desk, which is
  307. 11:07basically going to start managing all of
  308. 11:09your admin for you. Yeah. How to This
  309. 11:12will enable you. I'll give you just a
  310. 11:14little bit of an overview. This will
  311. 11:15enable you to add the orders to profit
  312. 11:18path, right? You add here to profit desk
  313. 11:20and an order being all the products that
  314. 11:22you bought today. For example, you can
  315. 11:24add those orders into profit desk. It
  316. 11:27will add it to your prep center because
  317. 11:28you can connect your prep center. This
  318. 11:30is why we use Rainforest Prep, Nick.
  319. 11:33Yeah. because it will automatically add
  320. 11:36the products to the prep center. It
  321. 11:38automatically list it in our Amazon
  322. 11:40seller central in all markets and then
  323. 11:42it will track it through to Amazon and
  324. 11:44highlight if we've got any any
  325. 11:46reconciliation issues. Yeah, any FBA
  326. 11:48shipments.
  327. 11:49>> So, some serious stuff there.
  328. 11:50>> What subscription is are you using for
  329. 11:53this?
  330. 11:54>> We are using
  331. 11:55>> what you need for to do all that.
  332. 11:57>> You can use that from the base
  333. 11:58subscription which is I think is 130
  334. 12:00quid. Yeah, you won't get the multi
  335. 12:02markets. Yes, you need that from the
  336. 12:05we're using premium the premium one
  337. 12:07which the third one along. Yeah, but I
  338. 12:10think you get profit desk from the base
  339. 12:11subscription. We can go through that in
  340. 12:12a bit. Go through pricing. So, let's get
  341. 12:15back to the more juicy stuff. Reverse
  342. 12:17search. Okay. Anyone do storefront
  343. 12:20stalking? Give me your thumbs up if you
  344. 12:21like storefront stalking. Yeah, stalking
  345. 12:24other sellers. Daniel, we got Yeah.
  346. 12:26Okay. Kimmy, was it Kimmel? I didn't see
  347. 12:29your name. Let me just fill up the
  348. 12:30breathing quickly. So if you like Okay,
  349. 12:32I clicked on the wrong one. Spy search.
  350. 12:35So if you like storefront stalking, what
  351. 12:37you can do is you can track. We've only
  352. 12:39got 35 and like we were just talking
  353. 12:42about this yesterday. We need to max
  354. 12:44this out because this is really cool
  355. 12:47because what's going to happen now in
  356. 12:49the old days maybe doing storefront
  357. 12:51stalking, you get the storefront IDs, go
  358. 12:53to Keepa, check all their products, you
  359. 12:55can check the history of their products.
  360. 12:57Great. But then next week you come along
  361. 12:59and you got to do it all again. This
  362. 13:01what we can do is we can just come and
  363. 13:03add the seller. Yeah. You just grab
  364. 13:04their seller ID. You just paste it in
  365. 13:07here and then that will you can add that
  366. 13:09right. You'll import that seller ID. Now
  367. 13:11what's going to happen is from then on
  368. 13:14going forward is you can then all of
  369. 13:17their products are going to be updating
  370. 13:18it. Now you can search individual
  371. 13:20sellers. You can look at all of the
  372. 13:22sellers. Even tracks your own storefront
  373. 13:24as well. It won't track other people's
  374. 13:26storefronts that are using Profit Path.
  375. 13:28So, it kind of protects each other,
  376. 13:30which is a good thing. But what's also
  377. 13:32going to happen, I'm going to show you
  378. 13:33some of the really sexy stuff now, is in
  379. 13:36the Discord, you can create your own
  380. 13:38Discord, right? This is super easy,
  381. 13:41super easy, right? It takes literally,
  382. 13:43it's this, it's creating my own. It's
  383. 13:46for me and my friends. It's naming it
  384. 13:48and creating it. Done. You've created
  385. 13:50your own Discord. And now you can
  386. 13:52connect this discord to profit path.
  387. 13:55Right? This is a glimpse of this and
  388. 13:56they're fully into it right now. But you
  389. 13:59can get the spy searches coming up here.
  390. 14:02Right? So now what happens is when when
  391. 14:04you got these products pinging, yeah, a
  392. 14:07new seller or one of the sellers you're
  393. 14:09tracking adds a new product to their
  394. 14:11inventory. Now, it doesn't just ping you
  395. 14:14and say they've added a new product to
  396. 14:15your inventory. That's useless
  397. 14:17information. It gives us the supplier
  398. 14:20that and the potential profit every
  399. 14:23single time they add a product where we
  400. 14:25can buy that product from and the
  401. 14:26profitability of that product. Who likes
  402. 14:29the idea of that? And every single time
  403. 14:31ping into your phone, right? Ping into
  404. 14:33your profit path. That is serious
  405. 14:36automation, right? And there's more to
  406. 14:37come, right? There's even better stuff
  407. 14:39than that. I'm not even on the seriously
  408. 14:41good stuff yet. So, if you're not maxing
  409. 14:43out spice search, you can obviously look
  410. 14:45through the UI here. You can filter out
  411. 14:47these individual sellers, see what
  412. 14:49they've just added. Yeah. See what
  413. 14:51products they've added or just the new
  414. 14:53products they've added. But you're going
  415. 14:55to be able to see it in here and it's
  416. 14:57going to ping in your profit desk.
  417. 14:59Sorry, in your Discord. So, that's a
  418. 15:02level up. This is hiding some of our
  419. 15:04products that we've got in our inventory
  420. 15:06from our store with that blur. Seem
  421. 15:08interesting to some people. Did someone
  422. 15:11just Ellie, you've got your hand up. I
  423. 15:13don't know if you want to ask a question
  424. 15:14or not. Maybe not. Let [clears throat]
  425. 15:16me just supporting me. Yeah, let's go.
  426. 15:18Ricky,
  427. 15:19>> does it tell you what you're gated and
  428. 15:20what you're not ungated in?
  429. 15:22>> It's going to tell you what you're gated
  430. 15:23and ungated in in in Profit Go. Yeah.
  431. 15:27So, in here, it's going to tell you what
  432. 15:28you're gated and ungated in. When you're
  433. 15:30looking at products, this Profit Go is
  434. 15:33part of the Profit Path ecosystem,
  435. 15:35right? So, this is going to be your
  436. 15:37seller SAS replacement, but a level
  437. 15:39above seller SAS. Yeah. So this is going
  438. 15:43to when you're doing manual sourcing,
  439. 15:45let's say if we go onto onto Argos
  440. 15:48Saros. Yeah. If you're doing some manual
  441. 15:51sourcing on Argos, then you can use
  442. 15:54profit go really nicely, right? Let's go
  443. 15:57to I always go to toys. I love my toys.
  444. 16:00And let's go to Manny knows I'm going to
  445. 16:03look at Legos, of course. So let's
  446. 16:06choose this Lego. Now, if I was looking
  447. 16:08at these, I would open all of these up
  448. 16:09really quickly. Yeah. And then I will
  449. 16:12come back and check them. And what we
  450. 16:14can do is click on profit profit go at
  451. 16:16the top here or we can right click on
  452. 16:18profit go search and it's going to bring
  453. 16:21up our product here instantly. Right? A
  454. 16:23lot of times in seller amp SAS what
  455. 16:24you're going to get is a ton of
  456. 16:26different products which is a real pain
  457. 16:27in the ass because then you got to do a
  458. 16:29ton of work looking through trying to
  459. 16:30find the right one. So this is okay.
  460. 16:33This is showing in Spain. Mine's
  461. 16:36automatically in Spain. That's my main
  462. 16:38market. But we can flip this to the UK.
  463. 16:40And then we go 1650. And then we can do
  464. 16:43some manual sourcing on this. Obviously,
  465. 16:45this is not selling for enough, right?
  466. 16:47But what we can also do is we can come
  467. 16:50down here and we can do some reverse
  468. 16:52search as well. Reverse sourcing inside
  469. 16:55the same app. Yeah. In the UK and also
  470. 16:58multiple markets as well. So here we can
  471. 17:01see potentially it's selling for a lot
  472. 17:03less in another country. Sorry, another
  473. 17:05supplier. So it's a really cool
  474. 17:08addition. You can do manual sourcing and
  475. 17:11reverse sourcing at the same time or
  476. 17:13even retail arbitrage. Does anyone do
  477. 17:15retail arbitrage here? So give me a
  478. 17:17thumbs up if you do some RA as well.
  479. 17:19Lara loves a bit of RA. Me too. Still do
  480. 17:22it 10 years in. Daniel as well. Nice. So
  481. 17:26you can do really quickly your manual
  482. 17:28sourcing and also you can do your
  483. 17:31reverse sourcing and even in store when
  484. 17:33you're doing RA you scan a product. And
  485. 17:35I want to show you, I can't show you on
  486. 17:37my phone because I've got my phone over
  487. 17:39there. Still on a Tik Tok session. I
  488. 17:42wonder when you're doing RA, you can do
  489. 17:45reverse sourcing in store. I want to see
  490. 17:47if I can do it on my old phone if it's
  491. 17:49going to work for us. Reverse sourcing
  492. 17:51in store as well. So, let's say you're
  493. 17:53in Tesco's, right? You're scanning some
  494. 17:54products and you check some products and
  495. 17:57you literally scroll down and you can
  496. 17:59see it's available in Smiths for tenner.
  497. 18:01You were going to pay 15 and maybe make
  498. 18:02money in Tesco's. You can see it's
  499. 18:04available in Smith for even less now in
  500. 18:07the Profit Go app. Yeah, this is a
  501. 18:09scanning app. Yeah, you've got this
  502. 18:11little button here. Hang on. Okay.
  503. 18:14>> Oh, yeah.
  504. 18:15>> You got this little button here. Where
  505. 18:17is it? Sorry, guys. Trying to do it at
  506. 18:19once.
  507. 18:21This little button here is going to let
  508. 18:23you That one there. Where is it? That
  509. 18:25one right there. It's going to let you
  510. 18:28scan multiple products at the same time.
  511. 18:30I don't know if I've got any barcodes
  512. 18:31here. I've got a barcode on. All right,
  513. 18:34I haven't got a barcode because this is
  514. 18:35just something bought from Amazon. But
  515. 18:37you can scan the product and you can
  516. 18:39scan loads and loads of products at the
  517. 18:40same time. If you check out some of my
  518. 18:42videos on Tik Tok, you'll see fast
  519. 18:44scanning and you can just scan scan it
  520. 18:47saves them all in the bottom and then
  521. 18:48you can go through and do your analysis.
  522. 18:50You can scan literally 20 products in a
  523. 18:52minute and then you can do your analysis
  524. 18:54on those products. It's really cool. Any
  525. 18:56of you love a bit of RA. So, I know
  526. 18:58you're probably like, some of you are
  527. 19:00new to this are like, bloody hell, this
  528. 19:01is like this does this. It does it all
  529. 19:04everything. Everything. And we're not
  530. 19:06even we're not even through all of it
  531. 19:07yet. Right. So, also what it's going to
  532. 19:11do is I don't want to blow your minds
  533. 19:13too much, but it is insane what this can
  534. 19:16do. And you're buying a sourcing tool,
  535. 19:19but also it starts automating your
  536. 19:20sourcing as well. Wholesale scanner,
  537. 19:23pretty simple, but you can upload a
  538. 19:25list. Now, I'm not going to go to that
  539. 19:27because I'm literally uploading a load
  540. 19:29of list from suppliers. You can see all
  541. 19:31of my suppliers there. But literally,
  542. 19:33you upload an Excel and within a few
  543. 19:35buttons, you've uploaded a list and it
  544. 19:38will scan through. I did a list of
  545. 19:4090,000 products. Took 15 minutes, but
  546. 19:43scanned 90,000 products from a
  547. 19:45wholesaler, which is insane. And it then
  548. 19:48compares all your products like it does
  549. 19:49down here. Yeah, really cool stuff. Then
  550. 19:53we go on reverse search. So on reverse
  551. 19:55search, you can plug in a ton of asins
  552. 19:57here. Yeah, plug in a ton of asins. Plug
  553. 19:59in a ton of GTIN's here. You can type
  554. 20:02the brands in here if you want to source
  555. 20:04the brand. So I would suggest you do
  556. 20:07this on a weekly basis or a daily basis
  557. 20:10depending on your volume. Plug all the
  558. 20:12asins you've sold in here and literally
  559. 20:14be replenishment do replenishments from
  560. 20:16here as well. You need to be doing that.
  561. 20:19But I'm going to show you an even better
  562. 20:20way to do it than that. By the way, if
  563. 20:23you're wondering about profit go profit
  564. 20:25profit desk, they do a 28 day free
  565. 20:27trial. I'm going to put the link in here
  566. 20:29in case you want to try it because some
  567. 20:30of you may jump off the call early.
  568. 20:32Angela, can you just put that in there
  569. 20:34for everyone?
  570. 20:35>> 28 day free trial going through that
  571. 20:37link. She's put it in there already, is
  572. 20:39she?
  573. 20:39>> She's put in top.
  574. 20:41>> Okay, there you go. I'm trying to keep
  575. 20:43an eye on both things. Cheers, Mick. So,
  576. 20:46that those things are very good, right?
  577. 20:48But then we get into the really cool
  578. 20:50stuff which is A2A and then we're going
  579. 20:53to get into deal watch which is for me a
  580. 20:56level above the A2A as well. Who here
  581. 20:58does A2A? Give me some thumbs up if you
  582. 21:00do the A2A. Yeah, let me just get rid of
  583. 21:03this view. Good. So you're doing A2A.
  584. 21:07Nice. Can it create wholesale websites?
  585. 21:10So it can scrape wholesale websites if
  586. 21:13you add them to to Profit Path. So if
  587. 21:17you got a wholesale website and you need
  588. 21:18a login to get into that, it's not going
  589. 21:21to be able to access it because it's
  590. 21:22behind the login. So what we've been
  591. 21:24doing
  592. 21:26is basically at the moment what we've
  593. 21:28been doing is getting Claude to scrape
  594. 21:31the site, right? So we let's choose, I
  595. 21:33don't know, toys or Lego. Choose a
  596. 21:35category. Scrape the site to be able to
  597. 21:37get the price to be able to get the the
  598. 21:40quantity available if it's in stock to
  599. 21:42be able to get what else am I missing
  600. 21:44off there? The title. EN from that and
  601. 21:48then we can plug that into the wholesale
  602. 21:49scanner. Yeah. So that's been really
  603. 21:51really good. Soon they've got their own
  604. 21:54thing coming out inside profit path.
  605. 21:56You'll be able to scrape any site. Just
  606. 21:58get to your questions. Lis hates doing
  607. 22:01RA in the middle of the store. Rubbish
  608. 22:03signal. Yeah, I hate that too. How much
  609. 22:05is profit go? So profit go and it's
  610. 22:07profit pricing. There we go. So they've
  611. 22:10just changed their plans in terms of
  612. 22:12breaking it down so you can do whatever
  613. 22:14you want. Right. So you've got
  614. 22:16automation starter here. You got the
  615. 22:18automation pro. We've got the premium
  616. 22:21here. You can add VAS on the premium.
  617. 22:24And then if you want to do manual
  618. 22:26sourcing, which is really profit go.
  619. 22:29Let's go to your manual expert. This is
  620. 22:31yearly. This is monthly. Yeah. So it's
  621. 22:3490 quid a month. 19 a month for the
  622. 22:37essential and $29.95 for the expert.
  623. 22:40Unless you want to do it yearly. Then
  624. 22:42you can do wholesale. If your thing's
  625. 22:44wholesale, you can get this on its own
  626. 22:46and you got profit go included in that.
  627. 22:48And then you got the automated. Yeah. So
  628. 22:51every one of these has profit go
  629. 22:52included. So for us, we had profit we
  630. 22:56had seller SAS before, but we don't need
  631. 22:59it anymore. So we've got rid of two
  632. 23:01subscriptions from seller SAS, right?
  633. 23:03Which is really cool. So we're already
  634. 23:05saving 500 quid a year on seller SAS.
  635. 23:08>> This is like our resource really path,
  636. 23:11isn't it? This is levels above RB
  637. 23:13Source. Arbby Source does a sourcing. We
  638. 23:15used Arb Source last year. We used Actto
  639. 23:17last year and we ditched both of them.
  640. 23:20So because in in Arbource you can source
  641. 23:24some of these methods I've already
  642. 23:26showed you. They've already got
  643. 23:28>> they haven't got profit go with it,
  644. 23:31right? You have to have a separate
  645. 23:32>> they've incorporated
  646. 23:34SAS.
  647. 23:34>> Yeah. A separate subscription, right?
  648. 23:37>> Yeah. I take it that's why he's invested
  649. 23:39in pro he's the SAS guys invested in in
  650. 23:43army source because of this.
  651. 23:45>> Yeah, we're trying to keep up trying to
  652. 23:46keep up with this, right? Because these
  653. 23:48guys are just killing it. This is why
  654. 23:50I've switched everything over. I used
  655. 23:51this for a month and I'm this is it 2026
  656. 23:54is all in on profit path.
  657. 23:55>> Okay,
  658. 23:56>> because and that was before they added
  659. 23:58profit desk, right? Which is another
  660. 24:00another level on top of that. So if you
  661. 24:03like doing A2A now you've got A2A that
  662. 24:05will come through here will ping through
  663. 24:07here all the time based on your filter
  664. 24:11presets. So you've got hang on let me go
  665. 24:13to private these are public alerts and
  666. 24:16then we've got these private alerts
  667. 24:17which we're going to set up. So what we
  668. 24:20can do is we click on alerts here and we
  669. 24:23can set up our own alerts. So I've set
  670. 24:26up 10 different alerts. So we got fast
  671. 24:28selling high ROI. You can do what you
  672. 24:31want. Yeah. So, we've got business
  673. 24:32deals, coupon deals, slow deals with
  674. 24:35higher margin, UK, EU, however you want
  675. 24:38to set it up, right? Try and do
  676. 24:40obviously differentiate them as much as
  677. 24:42possible. You got 10 slots to get your
  678. 24:45own private pins. Now, they're going to
  679. 24:47come through here. And the great thing
  680. 24:49about using this UI is that you can you
  681. 24:52can add your presets here. Yeah. But for
  682. 24:54me, a lot of the time, I'm not
  683. 24:57necessarily always on the computer. I'm
  684. 24:59out. I'm on the go. I'm in the
  685. 25:01warehouse. I like to use Discord because
  686. 25:04you can connect it all to Discord,
  687. 25:07right? So, in your Discord, you can set
  688. 25:10up your your A2A here. Yeah. As soon as
  689. 25:13you set it up, this you might think, I
  690. 25:15don't know how to do all of that.
  691. 25:16Literally, you set up an alert inside
  692. 25:18here. Yeah, you can add an alert. Once
  693. 25:21you've done that, you set your
  694. 25:22parameters. Yeah, let's go to advanced.
  695. 25:25Let's say let's call it, I don't know,
  696. 25:27anything, right? Whatever you want to
  697. 25:29call it. And then you select your buy
  698. 25:30regions, whatever you want to do. And
  699. 25:32you select your sell regions. Yeah. If
  700. 25:34that's just one sell region, but
  701. 25:36multiple buy regions. Then you can do
  702. 25:39that. Your minimums, whatever it is, 20
  703. 25:42sales a month, 50 sales a month, 500
  704. 25:45sales a month, whatever you want to do.
  705. 25:47And then confirm sales, right? Because
  706. 25:49we've got the blue confirmed sales
  707. 25:51inside profit go. Yeah, this one is
  708. 25:54estimated. It's not confirmed. And that
  709. 25:56data is coming from Keeper, right? Let's
  710. 25:59go to all data. One doesn't sell enough
  711. 26:01at all. You get like a yellow line which
  712. 26:03is your monthly sold from keeper data.
  713. 26:06There's none on here. It's never sold 50
  714. 26:08a month. But that data then is our
  715. 26:11confirmed sales. Now we can go confirm.
  716. 26:14Don't care about confirmed sales because
  717. 26:15I'll make my best judgment into looking
  718. 26:17at the reviews, seeing how many we can
  719. 26:19sell roughly. We do a minimum margin and
  720. 26:22a minimum profit. Right. Then we can go
  721. 26:24deal type. Which deals you want to look
  722. 26:26at? Yeah. Restock deals, coupon deals.
  723. 26:29Restock deals are good, right? Some
  724. 26:31deals that were already pinged on Amazon
  725. 26:33and they're pinging again. Yeah. So,
  726. 26:35that's a good one. Coupon deals. Special
  727. 26:37coupons. And then we select that. And
  728. 26:39then we're going to do minimum offers,
  729. 26:40which I would suggest three if you want
  730. 26:42to cut out a lot of private label. And
  731. 26:44then minimum rating. I would suggest
  732. 26:46always four. Below that, you tend to get
  733. 26:48a lot of crap that comes through. Now,
  734. 26:50there could be some opportunities, but
  735. 26:52potentially more returns, right? because
  736. 26:55it's a lower rating from customers. The
  737. 26:57variations, do you want to see
  738. 26:58variations or not? Yeah. Once you've
  739. 27:00done all that, you click on create and
  740. 27:02that will instantly I've already got 10
  741. 27:04maxed out here. That will instantly ping
  742. 27:07through here within 15 20 seconds. And
  743. 27:10then you start getting some alerts come
  744. 27:12through. Right? When you're checking
  745. 27:14these out, go to the bottom always to
  746. 27:17get the latest pings come through.
  747. 27:18Potential here buying in Spain. Okay,
  748. 27:21this could be an opportunity here.
  749. 27:22Right. In the UK, look, we've got
  750. 27:24consistent price. Yeah. Recently, so 30
  751. 27:27quid. Okay, that's not bad. 16 in Spain
  752. 27:31if we can get it at that price. So,
  753. 27:34potential £421 profit and 14% margin.
  754. 27:38Okay, that looks all right. Okay.
  755. 27:39>> So, we would come and check to see if we
  756. 27:42could buy this product first. Can we
  757. 27:43still get it for that price? Yeah.
  758. 27:45>> Okay. So, this could be a potential
  759. 27:48lead. I don't know about this brand.
  760. 27:52Never heard of it before. But we'll have
  761. 27:53a look if we can get it for that price
  762. 27:55and sell it for was it UK, wasn't it?
  763. 27:59>> Yeah.
  764. 27:59>> 29.99 in the UK. Okay. We'll have a look
  765. 28:02to see Amazon UK and Amazon on this on
  766. 28:06this listings. First of all, I'm going
  767. 28:07to check to see if it's a private label,
  768. 28:09right? Because it Okay. Lot of sellers
  769. 28:12before. This is
  770. 28:15>> a lot of returns. Yeah, exactly. Well
  771. 28:17spotted. Let's go to the UK because if
  772. 28:19we were buying it in Spain, selling in
  773. 28:21the UK, we only want to buy it in Spain.
  774. 28:23Let's see what's going on in the UK and
  775. 28:26let's see what's going on here. So, here
  776. 28:28we've got that confirmed 50 sales a
  777. 28:30month. Nice. Not so many returns on this
  778. 28:34one.
  779. 28:35>> There is.
  780. 28:35>> But only Yeah. quite far back, right?
  781. 28:39>> Oh, yeah.
  782. 28:39>> There's not a lot recently. 50 sales a
  783. 28:42month with barely any used products. I'm
  784. 28:44okay with that. but only two sellers at
  785. 28:46the moment. Yeah. For quite some time.
  786. 28:48So, we would want to check to see if
  787. 28:51there was anything that might be like a
  788. 28:54potential IP kickoff. Kick off the
  789. 28:56listing. The brand or Amazon kicking off
  790. 28:58the listing. Doesn't look like it,
  791. 29:00right? Doesn't look like a too much of a
  792. 29:02problem.
  793. 29:03>> What's the average sale price?
  794. 29:05>> So, average sale price up here. Yeah.
  795. 29:07What you're looking at?
  796. 29:09>> Yeah.
  797. 29:09>> Yeah. So, in the past, we're looking at
  798. 29:11a long time, guys. So, little
  799. 29:14>> Yeah. So recently it was $1339 recently
  800. 29:18$29.90. Yeah. Amazon look like they've
  801. 29:20had to buy box. So not by the way this
  802. 29:24is going to take into account my my prep
  803. 29:27center fees as well. So if you haven't
  804. 29:29got prep center this is taken about a
  805. 29:31euro into account there. So would I be
  806. 29:35interested in this product? Potentially.
  807. 29:37I wouldn't go too deep on it. It would
  808. 29:38only be probably a few units as a test.
  809. 29:41Well, do you know how much is inflated?
  810. 29:44>> It is inflated now. Yeah.
  811. 29:46>> Yeah. But what's fairly consistent right
  812. 29:49now? So that's why I'm saying would I go
  813. 29:51all in in this product and buy try and
  814. 29:53buy 100 units? No. But could it be a
  815. 29:56potential test? Yes. Yeah. So the thing
  816. 29:59is, Mick, what we want to do is always
  817. 30:00manage our risk with quantity, right?
  818. 30:04Does it make sense? So, if this was a
  819. 30:06perfect line going all the way across
  820. 30:07here and 30 quid all the way across,
  821. 30:09it's like, okay, they're consistent all
  822. 30:11the time. Then I might want to go
  823. 30:13heavier. Let's say I want to buy 10
  824. 30:14units as a test to see how it goes. And
  825. 30:16then I can replenish if we can buy these
  826. 30:18products again because this product has
  827. 30:20had 100 sales, 300 sales back here.
  828. 30:25Yeah. And this is just in April. Maybe
  829. 30:26that's coffee time. Is this a coffee
  830. 30:29thing?
  831. 30:29>> Yeah. So anyway, not an amazing product
  832. 30:32but a potential that we just found on
  833. 30:34there.
  834. 30:35>> Do check the buy box to see if Amazon
  835. 30:37how much Amazon share a buy box.
  836. 30:39>> Yep, we can have a look at that. Where
  837. 30:41are we? Over here in the UK. So the buy
  838. 30:44box, you can come and check it here.
  839. 30:46Yeah, really you what was it? 50 50
  840. 30:49sales a month. So if we got variations,
  841. 30:51we could check on the variations here as
  842. 30:53well by checking the reviews. This one's
  843. 30:55got 50 sales, right? There's no
  844. 30:57variations here. Sales. Amazing. So in
  845. 31:00terms of the buy box, what's it looking
  846. 31:01like? 88% Amazon recently. But then what
  847. 31:05are the other sellers? You got Amazon
  848. 31:06and Amazon EU. Yeah, Amazon EU and
  849. 31:09Amazon currently. So we want to come and
  850. 31:11dig in a little deeper in the data.
  851. 31:14Let's go to offers and see what's been
  852. 31:16going on. Are there any other FBA
  853. 31:18sellers that have been actually getting
  854. 31:19these sales? Let's get rid of news. Go
  855. 31:22to history and see this is 90 days.
  856. 31:25Okay, so we've got some of our FBA
  857. 31:27sellers that Amazon 133. So we can't
  858. 31:31rely on that data. That's completely
  859. 31:33skewed. This is 1,300 to 10. So that's
  860. 31:37absolute rubbish, right? We can't rely
  861. 31:39on that data at all. Now, were the other
  862. 31:42sellers getting any sales? Not recently.
  863. 31:44Yeah, not recently. So not convincing me
  864. 31:48a whole lot. You've got to get this
  865. 31:50product in the UK as well, right?
  866. 31:51>> Yeah, I would pass for me. I would pass
  867. 31:53on that one. be right.
  868. 31:56>> Yep. Absolutely. So anyway, we're
  869. 31:59showing you how to set up these pings,
  870. 32:01right?
  871. 32:01>> So you got these pings coming through
  872. 32:04and I will be searching through these
  873. 32:05pings and generally in the morning
  874. 32:07before I leave home for the gym, I'll
  875. 32:09have a little scan through these pings
  876. 32:10to see if they're any good. I'm looking
  877. 32:12for consistency. Yeah. So something I
  878. 32:15wouldn't sell this is rum. So for this
  879. 32:18rum, I can just blacklist this, right? I
  880. 32:20don't want to see this brand at all. So
  881. 32:23now I'm not going to see this brand at
  882. 32:24all ever. Yeah. Because I don't sell
  883. 32:26alcohol. But we want a consistent price
  884. 32:28and we want to be able to get that for
  885. 32:30the discount in the country we're we're
  886. 32:32looking in. We've got all our margins,
  887. 32:34all our profit, ROI, everything here,
  888. 32:36sales per month. But again, we want to
  889. 32:38dig into analysis a little bit more.
  890. 32:40Yeah. When we're going into we'd click
  891. 32:42on that to go and see if we can get it
  892. 32:43for that price and then go to the target
  893. 32:46market where we're going to sell that
  894. 32:47product. So yeah, all these different
  895. 32:50pings coming through. This was
  896. 32:53definitely the part that hooked me. I'm
  897. 32:56like, that just seemed like next level.
  898. 32:58This come out last year and I was just
  899. 33:01like, this is freaking insane. No one is
  900. 33:03doing You got lead groups, but league
  901. 33:05groups, who's been in lead groups before
  902. 33:07and had an absolute nightmare, Daniel?
  903. 33:10Yeah. Like what was the problem, Daniel?
  904. 33:12Tanking tanking prices generally, right?
  905. 33:16You know, if you can get on a product
  906. 33:17that's got such high sales volume, sales
  907. 33:19per month, then awesome. Be a really
  908. 33:22great thing. But so many people come to
  909. 33:24me and like, "Yeah, I've been in the
  910. 33:25lead group. All the listings get tanked
  911. 33:28and that's a problem because you got a
  912. 33:30thousand people looking at the same
  913. 33:31lead." Yeah. Tanking. So, what this
  914. 33:34enables you to do is go one level above
  915. 33:37the normal A2A. You're not looking at a
  916. 33:39price drop, right? You're looking at the
  917. 33:41price that's dropping, but you know,
  918. 33:44you're looking at the product where when
  919. 33:46it's available, the price has dropped on
  920. 33:48Amazon. It's only pinging you when it
  921. 33:50meets your parameters because a 50%
  922. 33:52price drop may not meet your parameters.
  923. 33:54I don't know, maybe your 14% margin, 15%
  924. 33:57margin. It may not meet those
  925. 33:59parameters. Yeah. So, it won't ping you
  926. 34:02unless it does because you've already
  927. 34:03set all your parameters up in in your
  928. 34:05alerts. So, does that make sense,
  929. 34:07everybody? Yeah. I know I'm going
  930. 34:09through quick because we've got a hell
  931. 34:10of a lot of stuff to go through still. I
  932. 34:12want to make sure you get you get a
  933. 34:14sense of all of this. So, who likes the
  934. 34:17idea of that? The A2A creating your own
  935. 34:19Discord, setting all your own pings up,
  936. 34:21and then you got those pings coming
  937. 34:22through 247 basically. And the powerful
  938. 34:26thing is you can basically blacklist a
  939. 34:27lot of those products, blacklist a lot
  940. 34:29of the brands. So, you're not going to
  941. 34:30see them again tomorrow. So, your list
  942. 34:32of hundreds of thousands becomes
  943. 34:34thousands. Really condense down that
  944. 34:36list. So, one level above this. Yeah,
  945. 34:40Discord is powerful. One level above
  946. 34:42this, we're going into Deal Watch. Now,
  947. 34:46what we're doing here in Dewatch, let me
  948. 34:48just grab an ASIN as an example. You can
  949. 34:51paste. It depends which level you're on.
  950. 34:53This one's got 48,000
  951. 34:56that we can add. Yeah, 48,000. If you're
  952. 34:59on EU A2A, then choose this one. And
  953. 35:02this one's got 24,000 price alerts. This
  954. 35:04one's got 12,000 price alerts. And then
  955. 35:06if you're big player, you can have
  956. 35:09120,000 price alerts. So what's going to
  957. 35:13happen now is we can actually be even
  958. 35:16more specific than just the A2A stuff,
  959. 35:18right? We can be specific in a sense of
  960. 35:21we've got a list of acins that we've
  961. 35:23sold before, right? So from 2021,
  962. 35:27September 2021 till now, basically we've
  963. 35:32sold 18,000 different products,
  964. 35:35different acings in our Amazon business.
  965. 35:37So I took the entire list from seller
  966. 35:39toolkit and then I pasted it all in
  967. 35:42here. Yeah, I've just got one asin or a
  968. 35:44little asin all on its own. Paste it
  969. 35:46here and then we're going to click on
  970. 35:48next. If you haven't got the acins, you
  971. 35:51can add a whole pack there that they've
  972. 35:52got, right? They just give you a ton of
  973. 35:53acins until you start adding your own.
  974. 35:56But really, you want to be specific in
  975. 35:58what you're looking for, right? So,
  976. 36:00definitely for replays, this is insane.
  977. 36:02It's amazing because instead of us
  978. 36:04hunting replens every day, replens are
  979. 36:06pinging to us every single day. So, we
  980. 36:09can search in all the stores or we can
  981. 36:11search on 808 or both. Right? So, once
  982. 36:15we've done that, we're going to create a
  983. 36:18group. Create a group. Call it whatever
  984. 36:20we want to. And then we are now going to
  985. 36:24add that. Yeah. Create that group
  986. 36:26because it's clicked to enable Discord
  987. 36:28notifications. And now what's going to
  988. 36:30happen is it's going to come through
  989. 36:32here. It will add it to I've just added
  990. 36:35one one AC as obviously. But it's going
  991. 36:38to add it here. If you add thousands of
  992. 36:40asins, then you're going to get these
  993. 36:42products that are going to ping through.
  994. 36:43This is that whole list. I'm telling
  995. 36:4518,000 acings. We can go to any one of
  996. 36:48these. That's the one that's just come
  997. 36:49in. So within if you put a decent amount
  998. 36:52of asins in there, let's say I don't
  999. 36:53know a thousand, then within probably 5
1000. 36:5610 minutes, you're probably going to get
1001. 36:57some pings come through in the country
1002. 37:00stores like retailers, wholesalers or on
  1003. 37:04Amazon A2 alerts. So now you're not just
1004. 37:08hunting for a product that matches your
  1005. 37:12parameters like a A2A price drop, right?
1006. 37:15Meeting your margin, meeting your sales
1007. 37:17per month. Now you're only hunting for
1008. 37:19these aces. Yeah. So this is one level
1009. 37:22deeper than 808 want to say it. So now
1010. 37:26you can look at this and it's going to
1011. 37:28continuously ping up ping up these
1012. 37:31products of asins you are interested in
1013. 37:33seeing. Yeah. And if you think okay
1014. 37:35actually I'm not interested in this you
  1015. 37:37can just blacklist it again. I don't
1016. 37:39want to see this anymore. You can just
1017. 37:41blacklist that or remove it. If you
1018. 37:43remove it then it's going to give you
1019. 37:45one more slot back. Yeah. because you
1020. 37:47use the slot up for the asim, get rid of
1021. 37:49it, then you got another slot available.
1022. 37:51Yeah. So, it's continuous. Every now and
1023. 37:53then you'll do a clear out and then you
1024. 37:55can add some more acins. You can go into
1025. 37:57keeper, you can grab from keeper product
1026. 38:00finder, you can grab a ton of acins off
1027. 38:02there that are like very soon, right?
1028. 38:05When we get into November, it's going to
1029. 38:07be really interesting to to do an
1030. 38:09outofstock search on Amazon, right?
1031. 38:12using keeper product finder out of stock
1032. 38:14on Amazon but available in the stores
1033. 38:17right so you get the out of stock on
1034. 38:18Amazon pull off your list select set
1035. 38:20your price parameters as well sales per
1036. 38:23month if you want to and then you can
1037. 38:24add them add that whole list into your
1038. 38:28deal watch right added a new list into
1039. 38:30your deal watch so out of stock on
1040. 38:32Amazon imagine this in November out of
1041. 38:34stock on Amazon when sales volume's gone
1042. 38:36through the roof now Amazon are probably
1043. 38:38not going to come back in stock or very
1044. 38:40limited quantities if you can find it on
1045. 38:42another store, supplier, retailer, grab
1046. 38:45those products and send them into Amazon
1047. 38:46or even do them FBM like potential huge
1048. 38:49advantage, right? Really big advantage
1049. 38:52because Amazon not in stock or you can
1050. 38:54do FBA out of stock as well, right? Or
1051. 38:57completely everyone out of stock and you
1052. 38:59can buy them on a supplier and send them
1053. 39:01into Amazon and you can dominate. So,
1054. 39:04who likes the idea of this? See, cool.
1055. 39:06Give me a thumbs up if you like that.
1056. 39:08I'd like to get a bit interaction from
  1057. 39:10you. Otherwise, I'm just talking to
1058. 39:12myself. So, yeah. So, this is honestly
1059. 39:16from my point of view, A2A and Deal
1060. 39:19Watch are something I use all the time,
  1061. 39:23right? I'm all constantly, not
  1062. 39:25constantly, I'm always looking in here
1063. 39:27to see if we can find any pings come
1064. 39:29through. Like this morning, come in here
  1065. 39:31this morning. What did I look in? I
1066. 39:32think I looked in core. This is one of
1067. 39:35our one of our searches. And I found two
1068. 39:37products. No joke. in 15 minutes before
1069. 39:40I went to the gym. I was like, should I
1070. 39:42want really want to meditate? I just
1071. 39:44feel like I need to check this. So, I
1072. 39:46checked this instead of doing my
  1073. 39:47meditation this morning and found a
1074. 39:49coffee machine and found a toy that
1075. 39:51we've already got in stock. We already
1076. 39:52had in stock and we sold out. So, bought
1077. 39:55that from Spain and bought the coffee
1078. 39:56machine from Germany. Yeah, that coffee
1079. 39:59machine is going to sell in Italy.
  1080. 40:00There's about 20 quid, 18 quid profit.
1081. 40:03Yeah. Any questions on that? Anyone?
1082. 40:06>> Can I ask why do you sell in all
1083. 40:07markets? Is the UK market not big
  1084. 40:09enough?
1085. 40:10>> Yeah, UK market is big enough, but
  1086. 40:12because I'm based in Spain for a start,
1087. 40:14so my my market is Spain, right? When we
1088. 40:17started in Spain 10 years ago, Spain was
1089. 40:20a baby. It was a tiny market. Yeah. Most
1090. 40:23people didn't even buy on Amazon back
1091. 40:25then. It only just really started a few
1092. 40:26years earlier. So, we started selling in
1093. 40:29Spain and felt we reached the cap very
1094. 40:31quickly. So then we added in other
1095. 40:33markets, Germany, France, Italy, and
1096. 40:35then the UK because this was pre-rexit.
1097. 40:37Yeah. It was all one. It was treated
1098. 40:39like being in Europe, right? And then
  1099. 40:42we've added other markets since. We've
1100. 40:44got rid of other markets because they
  1101. 40:45weren't really wasn't really worth our
  1102. 40:47time. So currently we're selling in
1103. 40:49eight markets. Yeah. So it's the main
1104. 40:51five plus Belgium plus Netherlands and
1105. 40:56now we've added in UAE as well. But
  1106. 41:00we've only got about 100 100 products
1107. 41:02active in UAE at the moment. So yeah. Is
1108. 41:05UK big enough? Yeah. Is there potential
1109. 41:07in other markets? Yeah. So
1110. 41:09>> what about America? Do you ever look at
  1111. 41:10America?
  1112. 41:12>> Where?
  1113. 41:12>> America. UA
1114. 41:14>> only. We did a private label. We had a
1115. 41:16brand Pupp and Kit, which was a a pet
1116. 41:18brand. We had three products in a
1117. 41:20private label brand that we were selling
1118. 41:21over there for a couple of years, but
1119. 41:23then we stopped that. All all our
1120. 41:25private label stuff was during the
1121. 41:26pandemic. So it was a bit skewed, a bit
  1122. 41:28in a bit challenging or very
  1123. 41:30challenging, right? Because the
1124. 41:31containers went from three grand to 18
1125. 41:3419 grand to ship a container and we were
1126. 41:36selling big products, pet products, pet
1127. 41:39pram, two pets in a one for one for just
  1128. 41:42little dogs.
1129. 41:43>> They've got four legs. You meant to use
  1130. 41:45them.
1131. 41:46>> Yeah. Some use them, mate. But you know
  1132. 41:48what we're like in America, right?
  1133. 41:49>> Yeah.
1134. 41:51>> You got a question on the door. Are you
1135. 41:53setting this up as store alerts or A2A
1136. 41:56alerts for the deal watch?
1137. 41:58>> Yes. So, generally both. Yes. When
1138. 42:00obviously you're going to use up two
1139. 42:02quotas for each of those asins. Now, all
1140. 42:05not all of them will show up on the
1141. 42:07store alert. Yeah. So, if you do the A2A
1142. 42:09and and the store alert, we generally do
  1143. 42:12both unless it's something specific like
  1144. 42:14I'm saying like in November, we're
1145. 42:15seriously going to be on this with the
1146. 42:17out of stock on Amazon. Obviously,
1147. 42:19there's no point in searching out of
  1148. 42:20stock on Amazon unless you're doing
1149. 42:22multimarket. Maybe we do out of stock on
1150. 42:25UK Amazon, but we could find it in
1151. 42:28Amazon Spain, Italy, Germany, France.
1152. 42:30But it's really cool in country where
1153. 42:33you can buy, you know, you can find a
  1154. 42:35product that's out of stock completely
1155. 42:36on Amazon, not just Amazon as a seller,
1156. 42:38but no sellers, and then find it in a
  1157. 42:41store, in a retailer. Yeah.
1158. 42:44>> Got it. And does profit path does it not
  1159. 42:46automatically pick it up because it's
1160. 42:48obviously linked to Amazon. Say for
1161. 42:49example, you send in a new product Lego
1162. 42:52for example and it's out of stock next
1163. 42:55week but it comes back into stock like
  1164. 42:56in a month's time. Wouldn't they
1165. 42:58automatically pick that up profit path
1166. 43:00or do you have to always go through the
  1167. 43:04deal?
1168. 43:04>> So you're saying if it come out would it
  1169. 43:07pick up
1170. 43:07>> example you buy a Lego for example
  1171. 43:09today?
  1172. 43:10>> Yeah. Yeah,
1173. 43:11>> new product, send it into Amazon, it's
1174. 43:13out of stock in a week's time and then
  1175. 43:15comes back into stock in a month's time.
  1176. 43:18Wouldn't profit pot
1177. 43:21that up and alert you?
1178. 43:23>> If everyone went out of stock and then
1179. 43:25come back in stock again,
  1180. 43:27>> yeah,
1181. 43:28>> it would only alert you if it's going to
1182. 43:30meet your parameters in terms of A2A or
1183. 43:35in your deal watch, right? It could
1184. 43:37alert you, but is it but it's not if it
1185. 43:40comes back in stock again, it's not
1186. 43:42going to really change like it's come
1187. 43:43back in stock, but is it profitable?
1188. 43:45>> Yeah. The reason I'm asking this because
1189. 43:47do I need to always update the deal
1190. 43:49watch with my asens then? Do I need to
1191. 43:51keep updating profit path with new as
  1192. 43:54then with
1193. 43:55>> Yeah. So, are you talking about your own
1194. 43:58products that have gone out of stock?
  1195. 43:59>> Yeah.
1196. 44:00>> Okay. Not just in general out of stock.
  1197. 44:02Okay. So, we're talking about two We're
1198. 44:04talking about two different things. So
  1199. 44:06with the products you've sold, yes,
1200. 44:09absolutely. You should up ideally every
  1201. 44:11month, right? If you're selling a decent
1202. 44:13amount of products, but it took me I
  1203. 44:16added 15,000 ac in December. Yeah.
  1204. 44:19December 3rd, I think it was last year.
1205. 44:22So that was everything we had in STK
1206. 44:24going back to the beginning when we
1207. 44:25started using SDK. But we've sold not
  1208. 44:28just profitable, everything. Because
1209. 44:30this is only going to ping us when that
  1210. 44:31product is profitable,
1211. 44:32>> right? Okay. So, I just added
1212. 44:34everything, even products we sold at a
1213. 44:35loss, the whole lot. Just added them all
1214. 44:37in there. And then when I only just
1215. 44:40updated that literally this month, at
1216. 44:42the beginning of this month, I should
1217. 44:44have done it sooner, but it's just one
1218. 44:45of those things. I'll do it. I'll do it.
1219. 44:46I'll do it. So, we added another Now
  1220. 44:48it's 18,000. Yeah. So, I took I done a
1221. 44:51search on STK, done a report of sales
1222. 44:54summary, I think it was, and just took
1223. 44:56it from the 3rd of December till now,
1224. 44:58and then just had my original list,
1225. 45:00added these as to that list as well.
  1226. 45:02filtered out anything that was a
1227. 45:04duplicate. Just got Claude to do that
1228. 45:06and then just added that whole list now.
1229. 45:09So, yeah, you should update.
1230. 45:10>> Yeah, for sure. Yeah, because guys, if
  1231. 45:13you're not doing replens, you're missing
1232. 45:15the trick big time. Two or three years
1233. 45:17ago, I never used to be that big into
1234. 45:18replens, right? Just because I was just
1235. 45:21focusing on finding new products all the
  1236. 45:22time. Let's find new products, new
1237. 45:24products. And we were manually going
1238. 45:26through STK just, oh, we sold a few of
  1239. 45:28those. Let's try and find a few more.
  1240. 45:30Yeah. But we've got serious, really
  1241. 45:32serious about replens probably a couple
1242. 45:34of years ago and then have been just
1243. 45:36insanely going through replens. So now
1244. 45:38we have a proper system every morning.
1245. 45:40First thing the team does for a couple
1246. 45:42of hours, they were on replens first.
1247. 45:44The products that they've sold the day
1248. 45:46before or from Friday to Monday, right?
  1249. 45:49Because that's easy money. You already
  1250. 45:51know it's sold. It's not looking at data
1251. 45:53and saying, "Okay, it looks like this
  1252. 45:55product should sell." No, it's like it's
1253. 45:57old in my account at this price. So
1254. 46:00that's that's what we focus on first and
  1255. 46:02definitely Yeah, definitely update
  1256. 46:04money.
  1257. 46:05>> Yeah, for sure.
1258. 46:06>> Yeah. And I was talking about there's no
1259. 46:08stock on Amazon, right? So we could go
1260. 46:10into keep and pull off a list of out of
1261. 46:13stock in November and try and find those
1262. 46:15products in another supplier and then we
1263. 46:17could send those products into Amazon.
1264. 46:19Yeah. Very quickly and then maybe we can
1265. 46:21dominate the listing. Yeah. Okay. Any
1266. 46:24questions on this? Daniel Tobius.
1267. 46:28Hello mate. How you doing?
  1268. 46:30>> I'm okay. How are you?
  1269. 46:31>> Yeah, I'm good.
  1270. 46:33>> Good.
1271. 46:34>> Thanks [clears throat] for popping.
1272. 46:36>> Yes, mate. Thanks. Thanks for the
1273. 46:37support. Does it help with flagging
1274. 46:39potential IP issues because seller
1275. 46:41doesn't do a good job of that. I would
  1276. 46:43suggest when you're looking at IP
  1277. 46:46potential issues, I would suggest you
1278. 46:49always do your own analysis. Like this
1279. 46:51one's flagged as an IP. Why do they flag
1280. 46:53as IPs? Does anyone know?
1281. 46:55>> Drop ball sellers for private label.
  1282. 46:57>> Say it again.
  1283. 46:58>> Private label.
1284. 47:00>> Yeah. So, it's flagging. Look, it says
  1285. 47:01private label IP. Why?
1286. 47:04>> What data is the sellers drop off right
  1287. 47:07away?
1288. 47:10>> Yeah. I'm not sure what you said there,
1289. 47:11Mick. Daniel was talking at the same
1290. 47:13time, but it's got one or two sellers,
  1291. 47:14right?
1292. 47:15>> So, seller amp and this is going to flag
1293. 47:18potential IP, potential private label
1294. 47:20>> because it's only got one or two
1295. 47:21sellers. Yeah, few sellers. So, we
1296. 47:25always want to do our own analysis.
1297. 47:27Yeah. On these. So, let's zoom in a bit
1298. 47:29more and see if there's any big p not
1299. 47:31price drops, big seller drops. Yeah. So,
1300. 47:34there's nothing on this. On last week's
1301. 47:36video, Mick, if you want to see that on
  1302. 47:38YouTube, there's a recording of there'll
1303. 47:39be a recording of this one as well on
  1304. 47:41Friday. It'll go out. You'll see a big
  1305. 47:44price drop on a HP product, right? It's
1306. 47:47not a price drop. Keep saying price
1307. 47:48drops. A big seller count drop. Yeah.
1308. 47:51this new offer count drop and it was
1309. 47:54just from 25 down to one. Yeah. So that
  1310. 47:58is that's what I would be looking at.
1311. 48:00>> What happens to your stock when just say
1312. 48:03you've got 10 of them and they kick you
1313. 48:05off the list. What happens? Does Amazon
1314. 48:07send the stock back or do they hold it
1315. 48:09there and charge you storage cuz you're
1316. 48:11going to try and get back on? You're
1317. 48:12going to try and get back on that list
1318. 48:13to get rid of your stock ASAB. So what
  1319. 48:16happens?
1320. 48:16>> Yeah. Yeah. So, it's going to go into
1321. 48:18your stranded or it probably go into
  1322. 48:20stranded, right? Because you can't sell
1323. 48:22it right now because you'll get an IP
1324. 48:24complaint. And what should you do from
1325. 48:27there? You should try and if you can
1326. 48:29submit an invoice, if you can try and
1327. 48:31get the IP complaint cleared, generally
  1328. 48:33first time it's not a problem, right?
1329. 48:35The problem is is when you get a second
1330. 48:36one. Yeah. So, we made a mistake years
1331. 48:39ago selling Clarins, right? We were
  1332. 48:42making a fortune selling sell selling
1333. 48:43Clarins, but we got an IP complaint
1334. 48:47after about a year of selling and we had
1335. 48:49a ton of stock in so many different
1336. 48:51markets. We got a few couple of
1337. 48:52complaints in one country and we were
1338. 48:55like, ah, we cleared the IP complaint
1339. 48:57and then we carried on selling the
  1340. 49:00product, right? I made the decision
1341. 49:01because we were making a lot of money.
1342. 49:02Bad decision, right? because we got then
1343. 49:05after that we got it must have been 30
1344. 49:07IP complaints in multiple countries like
1345. 49:10all at the same time. Obviously our
1346. 49:12account health just suffered big time
1347. 49:14and it takes 180 days once you get the
  1348. 49:17second complaint. You get a second
  1349. 49:19complaint very quickly is 180 days.
  1350. 49:23Yeah. So that's what I do Daniel. Yeah.
  1351. 49:25Submit an invoice.
1352. 49:27>> So I was lucky with one actually. I
  1353. 49:30didn't know I didn't know I've got one
1354. 49:31of the complaint once and I get to the
1355. 49:33second time I also submit the same
  1356. 49:34invoice. So Amad didn't accept it. I'll
  1357. 49:37be like why?
1358. 49:39>> Then I'll be like oh okay my bad. I've
  1359. 49:41submitted I should have removed the
1360. 49:43item. So I got to go get to like the
1361. 49:46manufacturer. I got to message them go
1362. 49:49call them personally like tell them my
1363. 49:50case and all of that. I'm going to
1364. 49:52remove it. Give them a case ID. And I
1365. 49:54was so lucky and just respond. Send me
1366. 49:56an email like, "Okay, give me a
  1367. 49:59screenshot that you're going to be
  1368. 50:00removing everything." I love that. And I
1369. 50:01sent it to them and they remove it.
1370. 50:04>> All right. Nice. Yeah. So, you contacted
1371. 50:06a brand and basically said, "Look, I'm
1372. 50:08not going to sell it anymore." Because
  1373. 50:09sometimes you'll get an IP complaint.
1374. 50:11Amazon will just tell you you've what
1375. 50:13they call it, trademark misuse, right?
  1376. 50:16and you say you're promoting that you've
1377. 50:18got that trademark misuse of Bodm Brazil
  1378. 50:20coffee maker. The thing is you're
1379. 50:22selling this. If you called it anything
  1380. 50:24else that's against Amazon's policy. You
1381. 50:27can't do that. So really you're just
  1382. 50:28you're jumping on a listing that's
1383. 50:30already here. This is the thing with
  1384. 50:31Amazon. You're jumping on a listing. You
  1385. 50:33didn't create this. You've got this
1386. 50:35product and you're selling it as this
  1387. 50:36product. Amazon's Amazon. And sometimes
1388. 50:38the brand will come after you and say
1389. 50:40get off the listing. Or they want to
1390. 50:42know where you bought the products from.
1391. 50:45They want to see an invoice. They want
1392. 50:46to know your upstream supplier, things
1393. 50:48like that. So, generally what I do is
1394. 50:51we'll clear the IP complaint with the
1395. 50:53invoice and then we will remove the
  1396. 50:56stock. Yeah, that's generally what we'll
1397. 50:58do. It it's very risky if you try and
1398. 51:00sell it again. Yeah, it can be seriously
1399. 51:02risky on your account. So, obviously, if
  1400. 51:04you're if you're a thousand units deep,
1401. 51:07you've got some decisions to make,
  1402. 51:09right? But I would suggest you don't go
1403. 51:10so heavy, especially as newer sellers.
1404. 51:13Otherwise, one problem game over. You go
1405. 51:16all in on one product and you got one
1406. 51:18problem, then that can be it. That can
1407. 51:20be game over. Okay, good. Any other
1408. 51:24questions on that in terms of the disc?
  1409. 51:26>> I got a question
1410. 51:28is on the profit part. Do you do you use
1411. 51:31another sheet? Do you use a master sheet
1412. 51:33apart from the sheet on profit part?
1413. 51:36Because I tried to pull out all the
  1414. 51:37others and I couldn't see like all the
  1415. 51:40others are not on the sheet. I don't
  1416. 51:41know what's happening to the system. I
  1417. 51:43I've completed Luka but I'm still I'm
1418. 51:45not sure if they fix it. But do you have
1419. 51:47a master sheet apart from the profit
1420. 51:49path so not having a bottleneck in your
  1421. 51:52system?
1422. 51:54>> Yeah, always have your own master sheet
1423. 51:56right so we've we before we started
1424. 51:58using profit path we had our own master
1425. 51:59sheet anyway. So all team members have
1426. 52:01got their own Google sheet and they've
1427. 52:03also got access to sheets as well which
  1428. 52:06is 2020 2026 Google sheets but also you
1429. 52:11want to have your own master sheet for
1430. 52:12your orders which on that master sheet
1431. 52:14you can have the links to your invoices
1432. 52:15you know to the Google drive but yeah
1433. 52:18always keep a master copy mate because
1434. 52:20imagine if we couldn't get the data off
1435. 52:21SDK or imagine if you can't get the data
1436. 52:24off of off of profit path so that those
1437. 52:27leads those products that you found and
1438. 52:29sold for that that list is so valuable
1439. 52:32because just for replening going forward
  1440. 52:35once you've had a certain amount of
1441. 52:36products in your inventory like you
1442. 52:39could probably just replen if you focus
1443. 52:41if we focus on just replens we could
1444. 52:44find a ton of products every day just
  1445. 52:45replenas
1446. 52:48has profit path got anything in it where
1447. 52:50hooks up to your seller sel for replens
1448. 52:54toolkit is it can it do it without cut
1449. 52:57cutting out seller tool kit and go
1450. 52:59straight seller central taking all your
  1451. 53:00as from there.
1452. 53:02>> You could take all your asens from
1453. 53:03seller central as well. It's not going
1454. 53:06to it's not going to drag them through
1455. 53:08on the products that you sold yet. I
  1456. 53:11don't believe. But it's definitely a
1457. 53:12suggestion. If you suggest something to
1458. 53:14the team and they're like, "Bloody hell,
1459. 53:16that would be great." A lot of people,
1460. 53:18>> one thing that I would suggest is the
  1461. 53:20autogate too.
  1462. 53:22>> Yeah. Yeah.
1463. 53:23>> There are people have that and it's an
1464. 53:26ungated. I took that and done that in a
  1465. 53:28long way. I've 15,000 on auto on gates
  1466. 53:32now
1467. 53:32>> and some good ones and it's showing. So
  1468. 53:35that's if I had that it's a complete
  1469. 53:38package really isn't it?
1470. 53:39>> Watch this space mate. I'm not going to
1471. 53:41say anymore but watch this space right
  1472. 53:43so
  1473. 53:44>> I can't say any more than that.
1474. 53:46>> Listen it's it just seems to be that's
1475. 53:48the because that is a big thing that
1476. 53:50especially sellers coming on. Yeah, it
1477. 53:53that's why I went to the RV to have a
1478. 53:56look to see. Okay. And it was because it
  1479. 53:59runs it every week.
  1480. 54:00>> Yeah. Yeah.
1481. 54:02>> Especially when your sales go up.
1482. 54:03There's going to be more autogage.
1483. 54:05>> Yeah. I've been saying it to uh to Luca
1484. 54:08for a little while and yeah, watch this
  1485. 54:10space, mate.
1486. 54:11>> So, yeah. Okay, let's jump into Profit
1487. 54:13Desk. Right. So, I'm not going to be on
1488. 54:15this call all night because I've got
1489. 54:17going to have to shoot in a bit. But in
1490. 54:19profit desk, this is another level,
1491. 54:21another this is not sourcing, right? No,
1492. 54:24this is managing everything that you do
  1493. 54:26and automating. Who's got VAS here?
1494. 54:28Anyone got VAS? Thumbs up if you got a
1495. 54:30VA. Lenny, you need one. Keep telling
1496. 54:33me. [laughter] Yeah. Okay. So, in profit
1497. 54:37desk, right, this could, you know, you
  1498. 54:40wouldn't necessarily need a VA because
1499. 54:41this can take a lot of task off your
1500. 54:42hands already. So, in orders, right?
1501. 54:45Now, we do this, we do this by bulk
1502. 54:47upload. So every day all the orders that
1503. 54:49are placed today which is can be can be
1504. 54:5330 more orders from different suppliers
1505. 54:56every single day with multiple different
1506. 54:58products on those orders. So what we do
1507. 55:00is a bulk upload the whole we take our
1508. 55:02master sheet Daniel and we take our
1509. 55:04master sheet we'll take all that list
1510. 55:06that we've ordered today and we will
1511. 55:08upload all of that data in the bulk
1512. 55:10upload right it's my alarm go not
1513. 55:14listening so we do a bulk upload every
1514. 55:17day right but what you can do you can do
1515. 55:19here track order let's say actually if
1516. 55:22you found a product one of these you can
  1517. 55:24just come through here I don't do it
1518. 55:26this way but you can track the order in
1519. 55:28here. Which one is it? Sure. Which one
1520. 55:30it is? So in here, basically, this is
1521. 55:33your updated Google sheet, right? We add
1522. 55:35products to Google sheet and we add it
1523. 55:37to our sheets because this is like a
1524. 55:39Google sheet but 10x because you can see
1525. 55:41all even live data on here. Yeah. So if
  1526. 55:45we go to our A2A orders, what's
1527. 55:47happening on A2A orders? This is pulling
1528. 55:50in live data. We've connected up all our
  1529. 55:52business accounts. So we've got six
1530. 55:54Amazon business accounts. What it does
1531. 55:57is when we place an order, it populates
1532. 55:59here from our Amazon buying accounts.
1533. 56:02Yeah, there's one more button you can
1534. 56:04press on this in the settings and if
1535. 56:07you've only got one business account,
1536. 56:08which will be very easy for you if it's
1537. 56:10just you as a buyer, even if you've got
  1538. 56:12multiple accounts, but it's just you
  1539. 56:13buying, we've got a lot of team members,
1540. 56:16so we need to tag the product to the
1541. 56:18team member. But if you've got lit just
1542. 56:21you can you can attach your account or
1543. 56:24link your Amazon buying account here and
1544. 56:28it will as soon as you place an order
1545. 56:30let's say you place an order in your
1546. 56:31Amazon UK business account. It will
1547. 56:34automatically add here for you. Right.
1548. 56:37And it's going to add all of the
1549. 56:38tracking numbers as well. It will add
1550. 56:39all the tracking numbers for you
  1551. 56:40automatically.
1552. 56:43>> This is for your Amazon. Yeah. This is
1553. 56:45for your Amazon. This does it completely
1554. 56:46automated. You buy on your Amazon buying
1555. 56:49account, it adds it here. You click
1556. 56:51another button, right? So, you do this
1557. 56:53in your settings once and it will do it
  1558. 56:54constantly forever.
1559. 56:56>> It will list it. This what it does. It
1560. 56:57lists it in your Amazon seller central
1561. 56:59and it adds it to your prep center with
1562. 57:02the tracking numbers, right? Because it
1563. 57:04will add it once it's been shipped.
1564. 57:05Yeah. And it'll add the tracking numbers
1565. 57:07there as well. Then it's going to be
1566. 57:09tracked from Amazon to your prep center
1567. 57:11to Amazon again after that and highlight
1568. 57:15any reconciliation problems, any missing
1569. 57:18products. Yeah. And it's listed it for
1570. 57:20you automatically with doing nothing.
  1571. 57:21You didn't touch anything.
1572. 57:23>> Is this So Rick, is this just for Amazon
1573. 57:25business for or any Amazon buying
  1574. 57:27account?
  1575. 57:28>> Amazon business.
  1576. 57:29>> Only Amazon business.
1577. 57:31>> Amazon business. Yeah. So
1578. 57:34>> No. No. But suggest it. Yeah, just tell
  1579. 57:38them. Let's say
  1580. 57:39>> what's the difference between bad on a
  1581. 57:40business account and a personal account?
  1582. 57:42>> What's the difference?
  1583. 57:44>> Yeah,
  1584. 57:44>> I'll tell you. I can't tell you in terms
  1585. 57:46of this, right? I can't tell you in
1586. 57:48terms of here why they can't add it. But
  1587. 57:51>> there's no difference. There's no real
1588. 57:53difference. You can't get shut down or
1589. 57:54there's no Amazon won't take it. If you
1590. 57:56if you ask for an invoice, you just show
1591. 57:58it from your personal account.
  1592. 57:59>> Yeah. Yeah.
  1593. 58:00>> Yeah. Exactly.
1594. 58:01>> Do it for OA. Can it do it? Do it for
  1595. 58:03OA, can it?
1596. 58:05>> No. But away, what it's going to do,
1597. 58:06you're going to come here and add your
  1598. 58:08order here, right? So, let's add I think
1599. 58:10I've still got an AC in in here. You add
1600. 58:12your AC in, right? It doesn't matter
  1601. 58:13your marketplace where
1602. 58:15>> add your AC in. It pulls up the product
1603. 58:17and then you can add in which prep
  1604. 58:19center you're selling to. Yeah. Let's
1605. 58:21say you got multiple. You can add in the
1606. 58:23sheet that you found it. Yeah. You can
1607. 58:25add in the strategy if you want to.
1608. 58:27Which strategy did you use? Right. Why
1609. 58:29is this important? Because if we add all
1610. 58:32of this information now, later on when
1611. 58:34we are looking at our numbers, we say,
1612. 58:36"Okay, where did most of our money come
1613. 58:37from? Which team member do we make most
1614. 58:40money from?" You can add in your order
1615. 58:42number here and then you can track the
1616. 58:43order. Now, what's going to happen if
1617. 58:45you click that button where it's going
1618. 58:47to list the products for you, it's going
1619. 58:49to list it for you in your Amazon seller
  1620. 58:51central in whatever marketplaces you've
1621. 58:53activated. And then it can if you added
1622. 58:56your prep center here, it's going to
1623. 58:58automatically add it to your prep center
  1624. 58:59too.
  1625. 59:00>> Should y
1626. 59:01>> should you not add the product into your
1627. 59:04seller stencil before you even buy.
1628. 59:05>> Can you should you test it if you want
  1629. 59:07to test it?
1630. 59:08>> Your first order, you should always add
1631. 59:10it to Amazon sensial and wait 15 minutes
1632. 59:12before you order. Is that not right? No,
  1633. 59:15>> that's the most safe that's the safest
  1634. 59:17way. Do I do that? No.
  1635. 59:19>> But
1636. 59:19>> do I do that? No. Yeah, but
  1637. 59:21>> unless unless it's a unless it's a new
  1638. 59:23brand I've never sold before and I'm
1639. 59:25really like I'm not sure in that one.
1640. 59:27I'm definitely not sure. Now, should you
1641. 59:30always do it at the beginning as a new
  1642. 59:31seller? It's entirely up to you. It's
1643. 59:33obviously safer to do that, but then
1644. 59:36you've got if you added it and then
1645. 59:38before you bought it and you waited 15
  1646. 59:40minutes, you've missed out on 90% of the
1647. 59:42A2A deals already. How long does an ADA
1648. 59:46How long does an I haven't done any ATA
1649. 59:48but I'm going to be get set up for
1650. 59:49praying day and for the discounts. But
1651. 59:52the thing is because you get my profile
1652. 59:55sorted out. How long does the praying
1653. 59:57day is different because it drop? How
1654. 59:59long does an ADA drop last?
1655. 1:00:01>> Can be minutes, can be hours, can be
1656. 1:00:04days, can be weeks. Yeah. So the best
1657. 1:00:07deals are going to go in minutes,
  1658. 1:00:08>> right? Because there's a limited amount
  1659. 1:00:10of quantity. Limited quantity. So let's
1660. 1:00:12say we all go in and we can manage. We
1661. 1:00:14can get 10 units each, for example. All
1662. 1:00:17right, we take those 10 units each.
  1663. 1:00:19That's 120 units gone and now the deal's
  1664. 1:00:22gone. Amazing. Because then it's limited
  1665. 1:00:24to just us.
1666. 1:00:26>> Okay. I was told a trick where if you go
1667. 1:00:27in and add it to your basket and you
1668. 1:00:30wait a couple of hours till you get home
  1669. 1:00:33and it's not price hasn't gone back up,
  1670. 1:00:35don't buy.
1671. 1:00:36>> Okay. And what if it has gone up and you
  1672. 1:00:38can't buy anymore?
1673. 1:00:39>> But if it's in your basket, you can't
  1674. 1:00:40buy. No reserve. No,
1675. 1:00:43>> no, it's not reserved until you put a
1676. 1:00:45card down. Now, you can have a card
1677. 1:00:47that's got two quid on it. Yeah. And you
1678. 1:00:50can use that card and it will then the
  1679. 1:00:52transaction won't complete properly and
1680. 1:00:54it will say Amazon will say you need to
1681. 1:00:56change your card. You could then leave
1682. 1:00:57that if you didn't want it to just try a
1683. 1:01:00few payments, doesn't work, and it will
  1684. 1:01:02cancel the order.
1685. 1:01:05>> But you would have that in your basket
1686. 1:01:06until you go home and use a different
1687. 1:01:07card to pay for it.
  1688. 1:01:09>> It won't be in your basket. you've
1689. 1:01:10already effectively bought it, but
1690. 1:01:11there's no money on the account, so it
  1691. 1:01:13couldn't go through.
1692. 1:01:14>> Yeah. So then Amazon is saying, "Change
  1693. 1:01:16your card."
1694. 1:01:16>> Yeah. So that's an option. I used to do
  1695. 1:01:18that a lot at the beginning,
1696. 1:01:19>> but as you get more confident, you know.
1697. 1:01:21>> Yeah. But but when you've got access
1698. 1:01:23like yourself, making mistakes is is
  1699. 1:01:25that costly.
1700. 1:01:27>> Yeah. Don't make big mistakes no matter
  1701. 1:01:29what level you're at, right?
  1702. 1:01:30>> Yeah. Yeah.
1703. 1:01:31>> Okay. Good. So tracking orders. Yes. So
1704. 1:01:34we do it, like I say, in bulk upload.
1705. 1:01:36We'll b up bulk upload every day one
1706. 1:01:39batch. So we do it in one go. So you can
1707. 1:01:41imagine the time savings that we used to
1708. 1:01:44manually list all the products. We used
1709. 1:01:46to then add them to different countries.
1710. 1:01:47We used to add the prices in there and
  1711. 1:01:50now it's literally a five minute job and
  1712. 1:01:52we can list maybe 200 products.
  1713. 1:01:55Sometimes we've been going crazy lately
  1714. 1:01:57like 150 200 products have listed
1715. 1:02:00automatically added to the prep center
1716. 1:02:02automatically tracking to the prep
1717. 1:02:04center on Amazon automatically like next
1718. 1:02:07level guys like seriously next level
  1719. 1:02:08stuff. So that's obviously included in
1720. 1:02:10the full pack. This is another this is
  1721. 1:02:13amazing but I haven't had a chance to
1722. 1:02:15properly test it yet is this is all
1723. 1:02:18customer returns or inventory returns.
1724. 1:02:21Right? So you got all these inventory
1725. 1:02:22returns come through. Now what you can
1726. 1:02:24do now they've just added this is we go
1727. 1:02:27to here by package and we can then what
1728. 1:02:31we can do here is I'm going to show you
1729. 1:02:33on my phone when you get a customer
1730. 1:02:35return come back. Yeah. We can now click
1731. 1:02:39on this button and what's going to
1732. 1:02:41happen here is it's going to this is
1733. 1:02:43actually this is the wrong bloody phone.
1734. 1:02:45It's on my other it's on my other phone
1735. 1:02:47in it. I'm going to show you anyway.
1736. 1:02:49Guys, thanks for being on the live. I'm
1737. 1:02:50still on this Tik Tok live by the way.
1738. 1:02:52Thanks for being on our live. I'll see
1739. 1:02:53you in the next one. I got I need this
1740. 1:02:54phone back for a demonstration. See you
1741. 1:02:56later. Let's end that. And then what
1742. 1:03:00we're going to do is go in here. Let's
1743. 1:03:02go into profit. Go. Probably already
1744. 1:03:04going to do it. Let's cancel that and
  1745. 1:03:06start it. Resume scan. Let's see if it's
1746. 1:03:09going to flash up here. Okay. Not going
1747. 1:03:10to do it when I'm live. So, basically
1748. 1:03:12what's going to happen is we're going to
1749. 1:03:13scan from our Profit Go app. Scan the
  1750. 1:03:15products. Now, haven't got any boxes
1751. 1:03:17here. I took them all down earlier
  1752. 1:03:19because I was testing it out. So, we're
1753. 1:03:20going to scan the box, the customer
1754. 1:03:22return box to scan the outside of the
  1755. 1:03:24box. It's going to tell us what's inside
1756. 1:03:25each of those boxes. Three units of
1757. 1:03:28this, one unit of this, two unit of
1758. 1:03:29this, and then we can scan each
1759. 1:03:31individual product from here. And then
1760. 1:03:33we can list. Oh, hang on. Look, didn't
  1761. 1:03:35press this, did I? Okay, that's what I
  1762. 1:03:37didn't press. Connecting. Maybe I think
1763. 1:03:40we're ready. Yeah. Okay. Need to press
1764. 1:03:42that button up there. Now, we're ready
  1765. 1:03:43to scan. So, we've scanned a package.
1766. 1:03:46Shame I didn't leave one of the boxes up
1767. 1:03:47here. Scanned a package. we can tell
1768. 1:03:49what's in it and then we can scan the
1769. 1:03:50LPN and check those products in. And as
1770. 1:03:53you do it, yeah, what you can do is you
1771. 1:03:56can literally open a case directly per
  1772. 1:03:59let's say you've got a product come back
1773. 1:04:00and it's missing five pieces out of the
1774. 1:04:02six. You can open up a case which is
1775. 1:04:06over here. Click on here, open up a case
1776. 1:04:09and you can open up that case straight
1777. 1:04:10away. You can say wrong item, missing
1778. 1:04:12pieces, blah blah blah. And then you can
1779. 1:04:15claim that product, right? claim your
1780. 1:04:17reimbursement for that product. So, also
1781. 1:04:20what you can do is create a listing as
1782. 1:04:22well from here, right? You can create a
1783. 1:04:25new listing of this product. Let's say
1784. 1:04:28you got it back. It's in pretty good
1785. 1:04:29nick used condition. And we can just do
1786. 1:04:33some snippets of original packing
1787. 1:04:35stickered or missing missing packaging.
1788. 1:04:38Add some photos in there. And then you
1789. 1:04:40can list it on the marketplaces you want
1790. 1:04:42to. And you can see you can see the
1791. 1:04:44charts of what it's been selling for as
1792. 1:04:46well, right? So we can add Yeah. So we
  1793. 1:04:50can add like a 10% off, 20% off or
1794. 1:04:52custom pricing or add your own pricing
1795. 1:04:54in each country. Yeah. And then you can
1796. 1:04:56just literally list that product
1797. 1:04:58immediately. No more piles of doom.
1798. 1:05:01Everybody, when you get it, do it every
1799. 1:05:04week. Get rid of them straight away.
1800. 1:05:05Sell them as used back on Amazon. It's
1801. 1:05:07so easy. Yeah. Just take your photos and
1802. 1:05:10send them back in. do a description or
1803. 1:05:13condition note and list those products
1804. 1:05:15again. Get rid of your power of doom
1805. 1:05:17before it's apply the doom. Make sense?
  1806. 1:05:20>> Yeah.
1807. 1:05:21>> Yeah. Okay. So, you've also got your
1808. 1:05:22reimbursements here. You can check your
1809. 1:05:24reimbursements as well and claim any
1810. 1:05:26reimbursements here from inside the app.
1811. 1:05:29Check your FBA shipments. If there's any
1812. 1:05:31problems, reconciliation issues, you can
1813. 1:05:33check those and obviously claim those as
1814. 1:05:35well. So, that is it in a nutshell
1815. 1:05:39everyone. Yeah. Anyone got any
1816. 1:05:41questions? So they will give you back
1817. 1:05:44the full reimbursement what you sold it
1818. 1:05:46at or the sourcing cost. They give you
1819. 1:05:47sourcing cost. Yeah. Used to be whatever
1820. 1:05:51you sold it for minus the fees. The
1821. 1:05:53average selling price used to be those
1822. 1:05:56days are long gone. Now they give you
1823. 1:05:57the sourcing costs. Where can you see
1824. 1:06:00the returns in a keeper chart? Tobias.
1825. 1:06:01Yeah. It wasn't you could see the
1826. 1:06:03returns in the keeper chart. you can see
1827. 1:06:06what those products were selling for
1828. 1:06:07new, for example, and then you can then
  1829. 1:06:10list that product appropriately. If it's
1830. 1:06:12selling for 50 quid new, you probably
1831. 1:06:14want to sell it for 40 quid used, right?
1832. 1:06:18And then if it doesn't sell, you can
1833. 1:06:19price down. We price down aggressively,
1834. 1:06:21like one euro every single week, pound
  1835. 1:06:24every week, until that product's gone.
1836. 1:06:26Until it gets to such a low price, it
1837. 1:06:28doesn't make sense. Yeah, there was
  1838. 1:06:29another feature here, but I haven't
1839. 1:06:31tested it yet. is yeah, you got your
1840. 1:06:34target prices. There was another feature
  1841. 1:06:36which they mentioned and I haven't
1842. 1:06:38looked at it yet which I think there was
1843. 1:06:40a feature you could select the used
1844. 1:06:41price as well. I can't see it here yet.
1845. 1:06:45I have to have a play around with that
1846. 1:06:46one. I've just done another update on
1847. 1:06:49this. So yeah, if I could see it selling
1848. 1:06:50for 30 quid in the UK, I say this is
  1849. 1:06:53used, the box is damaged, you're
  1850. 1:06:55probably going to sell it for 20, 22,
1851. 1:06:5823, something like that. Yeah, you only
1852. 1:07:00need one subscription and you get all of
1853. 1:07:02this. If you've got if you got this any
1854. 1:07:04one of these automation starter pro or
1855. 1:07:07premium or or ultimate, I mean, you got
1856. 1:07:09to be a serious seller to use all these
1857. 1:07:11alerts. We don't use that many, but some
1858. 1:07:14people may may want to. So, you get all
1859. 1:07:16of that included in here. Yeah. So,
1860. 1:07:18later they're going to have profit desk
1861. 1:07:19on its own as well, but all of that's
1862. 1:07:22included. I think if you want Europe as
  1863. 1:07:25well, then it's this one. And yeah, it's
1864. 1:07:28all included in there. which is yeah,
1865. 1:07:30insane. The the alerts are slightly
1866. 1:07:32faster in in this one. Yeah, the alerts
1867. 1:07:36are faster in the premium. So, yeah,
1868. 1:07:38let's get that link in there again,
1869. 1:07:40please. Angela, just before we finish
1870. 1:07:41up. Yeah, thanks, Mick. Cheers.
1871. 1:07:44Appreciate it. Got to go. Definitely.
1872. 1:07:46And stick around in the community, mate.
  1873. 1:07:47Keep chatting in the community. Let's
1874. 1:07:49help each other out. Any other questions
1875. 1:07:51I missed? They'll give you back full
1876. 1:07:53reimbursement. Okay, we done it one.
1877. 1:07:55Yeah, I get all your returns, Laura. All
1878. 1:07:57returns sent back to me in Spain. That's
1879. 1:07:59right. In Europe, they all come back to
1880. 1:08:01me in Spain. Yeah, they all come back to
  1881. 1:08:03us. In the UK, it's a challenge because
1882. 1:08:05we don't have a base in the UK. All the
1883. 1:08:08Europe can get sent back to one European
1884. 1:08:10country, but the UK can't get sent cross
  1885. 1:08:12border. That's a challenge. Yeah. And we
1886. 1:08:14decide the condition. Yeah. So, we just
1887. 1:08:16blasted through using profit go, sorry,
1888. 1:08:19using profit desk. We blasted through
  1889. 1:08:21listing like a year of backdated
  1890. 1:08:24products. We've got about 200. We did
1891. 1:08:26have nearly 300 products used on Amazon,
  1892. 1:08:29but we've been selling through now.
1893. 1:08:31Someone's just trying to get in now.
1894. 1:08:32Angela, any other questions? Any other
1895. 1:08:35questions? Yeah, if you want to try it
1896. 1:08:36out, definitely try out that profit path
  1897. 1:08:40trial. 28 days free. Get 10% off your
1898. 1:08:42first month and you nearly got a month
1899. 1:08:44to test it out. So, that is the alarm,
1900. 1:08:47guys. So, I'm going to have to jump off.
1901. 1:08:48I've really got to go. Been ignoring it
1902. 1:08:50for the last 20 minutes. So, really
1903. 1:08:52appreciate you all. And this is the last
1904. 1:08:54the last session that we are that we're
1905. 1:08:57gonna do here. So let me just
  1906. 1:09:02the last
1907. 1:09:03>> next week with Adam.
1908. 1:09:04>> We're going to do next week. Yeah. This
1909. 1:09:06is the last coaching session we're going
1910. 1:09:07to do here. Next week we got a session
1911. 1:09:10with Adam from Rainforest Prep which is
1912. 1:09:12going to be really good. So all about
1913. 1:09:13prep center. Yeah. Should you be using a
1914. 1:09:16prep center? Is it going to be something
1915. 1:09:18that it's going to be right for you?
1916. 1:09:20Most people hang on until it's way too
1917. 1:09:23late, but I would suggest doing it
  1918. 1:09:27earlier. I waited five years, everyone,
1919. 1:09:29to get a prep center, which is insane
1920. 1:09:32thinking about it. I should have done it
  1921. 1:09:33years earlier, but I've had a few people
1922. 1:09:36have messaged me already that they don't
1923. 1:09:37want this to end because we've been
  1924. 1:09:39doing this for I don't know about seven
  1925. 1:09:40weeks now. So, I' I've had an idea.
1926. 1:09:43We're getting into the busiest period of
  1927. 1:09:45the year right now into Q4. Yeah, it's
1928. 1:09:47going to be insanely busy and we're
1929. 1:09:50going to have so many opportunities that
1930. 1:09:54yeah, we're going to be want wanting to
1931. 1:09:55be for some people who want to maybe
  1932. 1:09:58continue what we're doing. I come up
1933. 1:10:00with an idea to be able to do something
  1934. 1:10:03like what we're doing now, but with a
1935. 1:10:05more intimate setting in terms of I
1936. 1:10:07don't know if it's the right word, but
  1937. 1:10:08in terms of like 10 people. I'm thinking
1938. 1:10:10about taking on 10 people to who really
1939. 1:10:13want to be serious about a Q4 and make
1940. 1:10:15the most out of Q4, right? So, I'm going
1941. 1:10:17to make you an offer of an opportunity.
1942. 1:10:20We can do as much money in Q4.
1943. 1:10:22Literally, we will do pretty much as
1944. 1:10:24much in three months as we do in nine,
  1945. 1:10:26right? If you're serious about smashing
1946. 1:10:27these targets, then maybe you want to
1947. 1:10:30jump in on this this opportunity.
  1948. 1:10:32There's 10 spots maximum available.
1949. 1:10:34There's going to be 12 weeks of support.
1950. 1:10:36Yeah. Through to the end of the year all
1951. 1:10:38the way through Q4. So, we get up to
  1952. 1:10:40basically Christmas and hopefully we're
1953. 1:10:42all celebrating that we absolutely
  1954. 1:10:44smashed it. It's only 10 spots. So, this
1955. 1:10:48is for sellers that are already in this
1956. 1:10:49already doing it and already really want
1957. 1:10:51to level up. This is not for brand new
1958. 1:10:53sellers at all. This is for built for
1959. 1:10:55people who are serious about taking this
1960. 1:10:57to the next level. And it's going to be
1961. 1:10:59group coaching sessions. Yeah. From
1962. 1:11:01first week in October, we're going to be
1963. 1:11:03doing live sourcing in terms of Prime
1964. 1:11:07Day if that's what you want to do. I'm
1965. 1:11:08going to be sourcing in Prime as well.
1966. 1:11:11So, we're going to be in a group doing
1967. 1:11:12that. There's going to be setting your
1968. 1:11:14targets on week one, basically first
1969. 1:11:17week of October. Live day, Prime Day
  1970. 1:11:20sourcing. And it's only going to be 10
1971. 1:11:22people. Yeah. Private chat in the
1972. 1:11:24community. So, no one else getting
1973. 1:11:26involved. It's going to be all recorded
1974. 1:11:28only for you, not for everyone else. So,
1975. 1:11:31it's for anyone who really wants to
1976. 1:11:33serious and wants to be accountable
1977. 1:11:35because otherwise we say, "I want to do
  1978. 1:11:36great." That's it. Okay, I want to earn
  1979. 1:11:39more money. Here's a pound. See you
1980. 1:11:41later. But this is for people who want
1981. 1:11:43to take massive action and really get to
1982. 1:11:45the next level. So, this is the
1983. 1:11:47opportunity for you if you want to do
  1984. 1:11:49that. So, I'm also throwing in a VA
1985. 1:11:51hiring playbook. Also throwing in the
1986. 1:11:54prompt that I use every day for checking
  1987. 1:11:56suppliers to vetting suppliers. A prompt
  1988. 1:11:59over a couple of years that's going in
1989. 1:12:01for free. And the first three people
  1990. 1:12:03that join, it's going to be 30-minute
1991. 1:12:05coaching call with me as well, just to
1992. 1:12:06really get you going. And that's all for
1993. 1:12:09397. Yeah. For the 12 weeks and all of
1994. 1:12:12this included. Now, the slots are not
1995. 1:12:14open yet. I'm telling you guys, because
1996. 1:12:16you took action and you're here, right?
1997. 1:12:19You're here. So, I'm telling you because
1998. 1:12:21the slot will open on Friday at 400 p.m.
1999. 1:12:24UK, right? No one else is going to find
2000. 1:12:26out until Friday, but you do because
  2001. 1:12:28you're here. Now, if you're interested
2002. 1:12:30in this, just DM me and say you're
  2003. 1:12:33interested right now. I can't reserve
2004. 1:12:37your place, but you will get if you DM
2005. 1:12:40me, I will make sure you get the DM the
2006. 1:12:42link an hour before everybody else
2007. 1:12:44because this is going to go to the whole
2008. 1:12:46community and I'll put it up on TikTok
  2009. 1:12:47and things like that. It's only 10
2010. 1:12:49slots. You know me. I like it. I like it
2011. 1:12:52to be is intimate the right word, guys?
2012. 1:12:54I don't the right word. I like it to be
2013. 1:12:57close and a group of people that are
  2014. 1:13:00really going to make sure they're
2015. 1:13:01pushing each other along, right? So,
2016. 1:13:04it's and that's what it is in this Q4.
2017. 1:13:07If we take full advantage of this of
2018. 1:13:08this Q4, then we can seriously smash it.
  2019. 1:13:11So, if it's 10 people, us that have a

2025. 1:13:24not just about sharing leads, right?
2026. 1:13:26It's about having that accountability
  2027. 1:13:29because I know me personally, I've had
2028. 1:13:32coaches before, I still do today. And
2029. 1:13:35it's about that accountability. Someone
2030. 1:13:37who's going to come to you and say,
2031. 1:13:38"Look, have you done what you said you'd
2032. 1:13:39do?" And everyone in that group can help
2033. 1:13:41each other. So, I'm not taking on
2034. 1:13:43anymore. This is going to be it. I can't
2035. 1:13:45take on anymore because this is Q4,
2036. 1:13:47right? This is about seriously making
2037. 1:13:49money. So, anyone who wants to know
