  1. 0:00Hey man, building a profitable
  2. 0:02supplement brand is legit one of the
  3. 0:04hardest things I think I've ever done in
  4. 0:06my 26 years of life. I'll hit the
  5. 0:09refresh for you here. It is currently
  6. 0:1112:40 a.m. Or actually sorry, 12:40 p.m.
  7. 0:15In the afternoon right around lunchtime
  8. 0:16here.
  9. 0:17Supplement brand just crossed over a
  10. 0:19little a little over a thousand dollars
  11. 0:21in sales and the day hit the refresh
  12. 0:24again just in case you guys think this
  13. 0:26is fake or whatever.
  14. 0:28Um
  15. 0:29Yeah, so for the last last you know
  16. 0:31since the beginning of the year January
  17. 0:33of 2026 I've been working on
  18. 0:35building out the supplement brand. I've
  19. 0:37been working on formulating it, building
  20. 0:39the branding. I got the copyright. I
  21. 0:41paid lawyers to get a copyright
  22. 0:44or sorry a trademark on the brand so it
  23. 0:46can't just be copied and replicated.
  24. 0:49I've been fighting to get it on Amazon,
  25. 0:51TikTok and obviously have my my website
  26. 0:54itself here. We're only selling here in
  27. 0:56the United States right now because we
  28. 0:58can only I can only fulfill orders in
  29. 0:59the United States so it's only US
  30. 1:01product. But I wanted to just make this
  31. 1:03video and kind of do a couple things.
  32. 1:05One just get you guys up to up to speed
  33. 1:07with the brand, why I'm building the
  34. 1:08brand and also some of the things I've
  35. 1:11been doing to work on it. So
  36. 1:13supplement brands are easily one of the
  37. 1:15most
  38. 1:17popular and successful
  39. 1:20types of products you can launch in the
  40. 1:22space of e-com. Most of you guys that
  41. 1:24watch my channel, you are drop shippers
  42. 1:26looking to get started in e-com or maybe
  43. 1:28you've been in e-com for a little over a
  44. 1:29year and you currently at your current
  45. 1:31experience and where you are in your
  46. 1:32journey, drop shipping is the name of
  47. 1:34the game, right? We find established
  48. 1:36products that have already been proven
  49. 1:37to sell that you can easily source from
  50. 1:38China, rebrand it a little bit and then
  51. 1:40sell it on Facebook ads or whatever the
  52. 1:42case may be. That's what most of my
  53. 1:44journey has been on this channel and
  54. 1:46over the last year or so I've been
  55. 1:47saving up a ton of money and preparing
  56. 1:50myself for this moment here where I
  57. 1:51actually build and launch an actual
  58. 1:53brand. A brand that I formulated, that I
  59. 1:56put together all the design, the
  60. 1:57marketing, the messaging behind it all.
  61. 1:59And this is where we are now. I still
  62. 2:01drop ship as well to help uh supplement
  63. 2:03the income for the brand, but the main
  64. 2:05focus, a lot of my time and energy and
  65. 2:07attention has been going into this this
  66. 2:10right here. And it's been a lot of work.
  67. 2:12I've made a few videos on the channel
  68. 2:14kind of showing you kind of some of the
  69. 2:15behind the scenes. And um now we're at
  70. 2:18at a point now where it's time to really
  71. 2:20put uh rubber to the road and really
  72. 2:21start to to generate some real sales
  73. 2:24here. So, I have been working on a a
  74. 2:26myriad of different things, which is
  75. 2:28establishing my presence on Amazon,
  76. 2:30getting this as a legit listing on
  77. 2:32Amazon, which if you know anything about
  78. 2:33Amazon, you should know how hard it is
  79. 2:35to get a legitimate listing up and
  80. 2:37running.
  81. 2:38But, I have uh some uh you know, I have
  82. 2:40a really good product and I have all the
  83. 2:42right paperwork.
  84. 2:44Right? Any type of consumable product
  85. 2:45like a chlorophyll gummy, which by the
  86. 2:47way helps internalize your body odor,
  87. 2:49neutralizes body odor, so you don't have
  88. 2:51bad breath or uh bad you just, you know,
  89. 2:54bad body odor. A product like this, you
  90. 2:56have to have the right manufacturer with
  91. 2:58the right certifications. Um this is all
  92. 3:01manufactured and produced in the United
  93. 3:03States, GMP-certified facility,
  94. 3:05third-party tested, non-GMO, vegan,
  95. 3:09um all sourced in the United States
  96. 3:10here, which is really amazing cuz we
  97. 3:12have the highest quality and it's simple
  98. 3:14ingredients that effectively work and
  99. 3:16solve a massive problem, one of the
  100. 3:18biggest insecurities in the world, which
  101. 3:19is smelling bad. Um so, really, really
  102. 3:22cool products. Put a lot of energy and
  103. 3:23work into this. I've made it better
  104. 3:25product, right? So, the name of the game
  105. 3:27in supplements is not reinventing the
  106. 3:29wheel. Chlorophyll is already something
  107. 3:30that's really popular. Uh a lot of
  108. 3:32people take it in a capsule or liquid
  109. 3:34drink form. And I just said, "Hey, let's
  110. 3:36make it better and let's turn it into a
  111. 3:37gummy, make it taste good and enjoyable
  112. 3:39and easy to take." So, that's been the
  113. 3:41journey for last 7 months and it's
  114. 3:43really cool to start to see the brand
  115. 3:44come to life. I've hired a ton of UGC
  116. 3:46creators to make really, really good
  117. 3:48videos. They're popping off on TikTok
  118. 3:50right now. That is going to generate
  119. 3:52overall brand awareness where people are
  120. 3:54now starting to hear about the brand on
  121. 3:56Tik Tok. We can then carry that over to
  122. 3:58Facebook. And I'm also running a little
  123. 4:00bit of Google Ads as well, keyword
  124. 4:01search ads. So, when someone sees a
  125. 4:03Facebook ad and they're a little bit
  126. 4:04skeptical,
  127. 4:05"I'm not sure if this brand's legit or
  128. 4:07not." they'll go on Google, search it
  129. 4:08up, and then our brand will be there as
  130. 4:09well. We also have Amazon listing as
  131. 4:11well. So, Tik Tok, Facebook Ads, Google,
  132. 4:14and Amazon all kind of the the four
  133. 4:16horsemen of marketing all working
  134. 4:19together build ultimate omnipresence.
  135. 4:22And today, right before the weekend, I'm
  136. 4:25proud to say that we are we are
  137. 4:27progressing in the right direction and
  138. 4:28starting to explode the brand. As you
  139. 4:30can see, we have a massive strike or
  140. 4:33spike rather in sales. And I can go by
  141. 4:36the day here. You can see early in the
  142. 4:38day, we weren't really getting many
  143. 4:39sales. We're getting a couple sales,
  144. 4:41couple sales, couple sales, and then
  145. 4:42boom, start to spike up. And yeah, we're
  146. 4:45starting to really look really good
  147. 4:46here. So, really cool stuff here.
  148. 4:49Um I have some people visiting the
  149. 4:50website from all over the world right
  150. 4:51now simply because I've been sharing
  151. 4:53this inside my school community. I've
  152. 4:55been documenting the journey, and a lot
  153. 4:57of my community members have been seeing
  154. 4:58the behind the scenes of the the the
  155. 5:00building of this brand, which is
  156. 5:02exciting. So, yeah, some really cool
  157. 5:04stuff, man. Um so, I'm going to talk to
  158. 5:06you guys about a few quick things here
  159. 5:08that uh you know, maybe will be
  160. 5:09educational or valuable to you as
  161. 5:11someone that may be interested in
  162. 5:12building a brand yourself and really
  163. 5:15trying to see the landscape of e-com as
  164. 5:18a whole. So, I have a few different
  165. 5:19campaigns inside of this ad account. I'm
  166. 5:22not going to show them all today. If
  167. 5:23this is something you guys want to see
  168. 5:24more of a deep dive on, I know a lot of
  169. 5:26my audience are drop shippers, so maybe
  170. 5:28this isn't that interesting. So, if it's
  171. 5:30not, it's fine. But if you guys do find
  172. 5:32interest in like going in and diving
  173. 5:34into the ad account, showing you guys
  174. 5:35some of the ads, kind of breaking down
  175. 5:37some of the theory and and logic behind
  176. 5:39it, let me know, but I'll briefly tap on
  177. 5:41it now. If it if you guys want to hear
  178. 5:42more about it, just let me know in the
  179. 5:43comment section. But something that I've
  180. 5:45been doing recently, which I almost
  181. 5:46never did in the past, is combining
  182. 5:49videos and statics in one campaign or
  183. 5:53sorry, rather in one ad set. So, under
  184. 5:55this selected ad set, I have a batch of
  185. 5:58just creative videos, and then I have
  186. 6:00this static right now that it's early in
  187. 6:03the day, it's only spent $4, but it's at
  188. 6:05a 7x return on investment. Um so, this
  189. 6:09is really dope, and it's generated, you
  190. 6:11know, a nice sale here, and the the
  191. 6:13metrics in the click-through rate is
  192. 6:14really good. And CPMs on on this in this
  193. 6:17entire niche as a whole is always high,
  194. 6:19but I don't really care too much about
  195. 6:20CPMs on a on a supplement product. I'm
  196. 6:23more just invested in ad performance.
  197. 6:26So, I like this, and Facebook even
  198. 6:28suggests that you put ads in an ad set,
  199. 6:31you put videos and statics, and this
  200. 6:33could be natives in in a ad set, this
  201. 6:35could be AI UGC videos in an ad set with
  202. 6:39statics, but they recommend that you put
  203. 6:42a
  204. 6:43a bunch of different types of videos and
  205. 6:47images all under one ad set, so they can
  206. 6:49bounce off each other and work with each
  207. 6:50other. If you're not familiar, Facebook
  208. 6:54likes to
  209. 6:55put ad sets or treat ad sets like
  210. 6:57funnels. So, somebody might come across
  211. 7:00one of these UGC ads from one of the
  212. 7:02creators on the brand, and then they
  213. 7:04might be interested, they might see the
  214. 7:05ad and and be like, "Okay, whatever."
  215. 7:07But then they'll hit them right away
  216. 7:09with one of these statics, which by the
  217. 7:10way, I built all these statics in one
  218. 7:12one simple go using Claude using one
  219. 7:14Claude scale, which I'll share share
  220. 7:16with you guys in just a moment. And
  221. 7:19and they'll hit get hit with basically
  222. 7:21like a retargeting ad, right? So, I
  223. 7:22don't even run retarget ads these days
  224. 7:24because
  225. 7:25the way Facebook wants you to set up
  226. 7:26your campaigns, especially in more
  227. 7:28competitive niches, is to have a mixture
  228. 7:31of videos, statics, even natives. That's
  229. 7:35going to be the next batch of ad sets I
  230. 7:36launch will be a mixture of native
  231. 7:38statics and video ads.
  232. 7:40And they're trying to be It's basically
  233. 7:42big soup of creative diversity. And
  234. 7:44because of Andromeda, they want creative
  235. 7:46diversity. But, there's the kicker
  236. 7:48though. Your ad set has to consist of
  237. 7:51the same messaging.
  238. 7:53And that is the thing that I've made the
  239. 7:54mistake of in the past when I've kind of
  240. 7:56tried testing different things. I would
  241. 7:58put like five different types of ads.
  242. 8:00Maybe one is about body odor, one's
  243. 8:02about bad breath, one's about um gut
  244. 8:04health. Right? And then they would all
  245. 8:07go in under one ad set. Facebook, I've
  246. 8:09done more research and studied a little
  247. 8:11bit more. They want you to organize your
  248. 8:13campaigns with multiple ad sets and each
  249. 8:16ad set being its own organization
  250. 8:18folder. And in that ad set, you should
  251. 8:20have consistent messaging, but just in
  252. 8:22different ways. So, if I want to speak
  253. 8:24to people about their gut health issues
  254. 8:25and why they need to take the
  255. 8:26supplement, I should have one ad set
  256. 8:28centered around gut health, and then I
  257. 8:29could put a ton of different creatives
  258. 8:31in there, and it's going to work like a
  259. 8:33funnel and it just works together on
  260. 8:35attacking and and and speaking to
  261. 8:37different customers in different ways.
  262. 8:39So, this is something that I've changed
  263. 8:41and I've never done before, and I'm
  264. 8:43literally seeing a a change almost
  265. 8:45overnight. And I have a bunch of
  266. 8:46different campaigns here. I'm going to
  267. 8:47be launching advertorials, listicles,
  268. 8:49but now that I know that one campaign,
  269. 8:52multiple ad sets, organize each ad set
  270. 8:54with one central messaging, and that
  271. 8:57central messaging should speak to one
  272. 8:59mass desire, whether that be uh videos,
  273. 9:02statics, or natives,
  274. 9:03that has completely changed the game for
  275. 9:05me, and that's what's been really
  276. 9:06helping. As you can see here, 7x ROAS.
  277. 9:08I'm showing you this newer campaign
  278. 9:09right now cuz my other ad sets are a
  279. 9:11little bit jumbled up. And also, I I
  280. 9:12could be here all day if I were to open
  281. 9:14up every single ad set I've tested and
  282. 9:15tried. But, this is just one of a few
  283. 9:18different ones. And that's been really
  284. 9:20really nice to see. Um and it's this is
  285. 9:23the cleanest way to kind of show the
  286. 9:24data here cuz I was doing a bunch of
  287. 9:26nonsense in the other campaign. So,
  288. 9:28little piece of advice for you today for
  289. 9:29you, organize your ad sets under one
  290. 9:31central mass desire, and then throw in a
  291. 9:34mixture of statics, natives, images, and
  292. 9:36then have that all jumbled up under one
  293. 9:37ad set. So, your customers can see
  294. 9:41one ad here on day one, and then maybe
  295. 9:42day two they see another, and that's
  296. 9:44what gets them to buy, which is really
  297. 9:45cool. And I um I've been I've been
  298. 9:48really putting a focus on that lately.
  299. 9:49So, I run this basic Claude skill that
  300. 9:53um this basic Claude skill that builds
  301. 9:55out statics for me automatically using
  302. 9:57foundational static proven statics that
  303. 9:59have done well for brands throughout
  304. 10:01last 10 years of marketing. And
  305. 10:03basically, I just run this skill, and
  306. 10:05then after about 10 minutes or so,
  307. 10:06Claude will automatically put a bunch of
  308. 10:10uh statics that I can run in a folder. I
  309. 10:12just simply have to tell Claude, "Hey,
  310. 10:14this is the messaging that I want to
  311. 10:15use." And then it works really well. So,
  312. 10:17the name of the game for me, as I'm
  313. 10:19still trying to scale right now, is I'm
  314. 10:21going to be launching a new batch of ads
  315. 10:25in an ad set every single day until I
  316. 10:27come across about five to six different
  317. 10:30messaging strategies, right? Bad breath,
  318. 10:32uh body odor in general, gut health, and
  319. 10:34then maybe some other messaging
  320. 10:35strategies that I use. And the strategy
  321. 10:38for me is to figure out, okay, let's
  322. 10:41continuously test I I'm narrowing down
  323. 10:43on the messaging that I think will work
  324. 10:45the best, but I want to test another
  325. 10:47like three or four different mass
  326. 10:50desires that my product can solve before
  327. 10:52I nail down one. And then from there,
  328. 10:54I'll start building out landing pages,
  329. 10:56avatorials, listicles,
  330. 10:59um quiz funnels, and that's going to
  331. 11:01allow me to figure out which of the
  332. 11:03multiple mass desires that I've been
  333. 11:05testing, which of those have the
  334. 11:06strongest overall messaging. So, I'm
  335. 11:08using a lot of Claude for research, but
  336. 11:10also for creative design, scripting, and
  337. 11:13I'm also leveraging the UGC creators
  338. 11:14that are creating videos for my brand
  339. 11:16right now, uh which is absolutely really
  340. 11:18cool. One of the ways I've been scaling
  341. 11:20creator outreach is with this tool
  342. 11:21called Cruva. Basically, what this
  343. 11:23allows me to do is outreach mass
  344. 11:26outreach different UGC creators on
  345. 11:29TikTok, so I can say, "Hey, we'd love
  346. 11:31for you to create for our brand." Reach
  347. 11:33out and then we offer them to request a
  348. 11:35free sample. We'll send out a free
  349. 11:36sample and then they'll start making
  350. 11:37videos. And I'm split testing a couple
  351. 11:39of different campaigns. And the thing
  352. 11:42about TikTok is you have to reach a
  353. 11:43certain level of GMV before you can
  354. 11:45actually start reaching out to multiple
  355. 11:47creators.
  356. 11:49Um so,
  357. 11:50I just crossed the 2,000 30-day GMV
  358. 11:53mark. It's not updated yet in this
  359. 11:55window, but I've crossed over that. And
  360. 11:57now I can reach out to 7,000 affiliates
  361. 11:59in 1 week. So, I just created some new
  362. 12:01campaigns. Those campaigns will go out
  363. 12:03of to a variety of different creators.
  364. 12:06And that's basically going to be the way
  365. 12:08I get a ton of videos. So, as you can
  366. 12:09see here, we have one really successful
  367. 12:11campaign that sent out 3,832
  368. 12:13messages across the last month or so.
  369. 12:16And of those outreach messages, we got
  370. 12:1811 replies,
  371. 12:20um 42 sample requests, and 32 videos.
  372. 12:22Not every single sample request we
  373. 12:23approve. If a creator hasn't reached a
  374. 12:26certain criteria with their videos, we
  375. 12:27don't um allow the sample to go out.
  376. 12:30But, we got in 32 videos from that, and
  377. 12:33we can go here and see the videos. And
  378. 12:35some of our top uh creators right now
  379. 12:37that are getting a 3x ROAS or ROI on the
  380. 12:40videos
  381. 12:41um came from just outreaching to them
  382. 12:43and offering them a free sample, which
  383. 12:45is really cool. Like this creator here
  384. 12:46and a few others, which is also really,
  385. 12:48really cool. And last but not least,
  386. 12:50what's been really cool about all this
  387. 12:52marketing efforts is seeing the
  388. 12:53spillover happen on Amazon. And as a
  389. 12:56regular drop shipper, we never get to
  390. 12:58experience the benefits of the halo
  391. 13:00effect, where someone may see your brand
  392. 13:02on Facebook ads and decide to just buy
  393. 13:04from Amazon cuz it's a little bit more
  394. 13:05trustworthy. So, got the Amazon listing
  395. 13:08up. We had a couple issues with that,
  396. 13:10but overall, we're starting to push in
  397. 13:12the right direction. We have a 9.6%
  398. 13:15conversion rate, and it's on the higher
  399. 13:16side simply because we're getting a lot
  400. 13:18of spillover from the other marketing
  401. 13:20channels. So, our marketing dollars
  402. 13:21actually more efficient on TikTok and on
  403. 13:23Facebook than it actually seems uh
  404. 13:26simply because a lot of the marketing
  405. 13:27efforts that are being driven there, we
  406. 13:29have a little bit of spillover where
  407. 13:30other people come on the platform and
  408. 13:32they're like, "Okay, hey, I saw your ad
  409. 13:34on Facebook, but I want to buy on
  410. 13:35Amazon." So, we in the last week have
  411. 13:38done almost $500 in sales, which is uh
  412. 13:40really cool. Um so,
  413. 13:43hey man, we're we're brick by brick,
  414. 13:44man. We're brick by brick building this
  415. 13:46bad boy up. Uh supplement brands are,
  416. 13:49like I said at the start of the video,
  417. 13:51easily one of the hardest things you can
  418. 13:53do in e-com, building it, and it's all
  419. 13:55bootstraps. It's all my money and equity
  420. 13:57that I've uh just had lying around due
  421. 13:59to the success I had with a lot of my
  422. 14:01drop shipping stores. I don't have any
  423. 14:02partners or anything like that. I've
  424. 14:04I've kind of just been doing it all on
  425. 14:06my own. I've paid to different
  426. 14:07contractors and agencies to help with
  427. 14:09like designing the bags,
  428. 14:11uh sourcing some creators and stuff like
  429. 14:13that.
  430. 14:14Um but, everything has just been out of
  431. 14:16my own pocket, and I'm obviously
  432. 14:18in the red with this business. I have
  433. 14:20not made a single profit yet. And that's
  434. 14:23fine. The first year or two is is not
  435. 14:25about making profit, it's about just
  436. 14:27getting people to know, like, and trust
  437. 14:28the brand. And then, those customers
  438. 14:30that bought today are hopefully
  439. 14:32customers that will buy
  440. 14:34the month after and the month after and
  441. 14:35you know, and be lifetime customers.
  442. 14:37That's the the appeal with supplements
  443. 14:39is that you're building a business built
  444. 14:41on longevity and consistency over time.
  445. 14:44And the type of product that I am
  446. 14:46selling is great because, for one, it's
  447. 14:48a product that you have to continuously
  448. 14:50take it to get the the mass desire
  449. 14:52solved, which is body odor.
  450. 14:54You have to keep taking the the
  451. 14:55chlorophyll supplement, or else you're
  452. 14:57going to go back to smelling like
  453. 14:59Um so, that's good. And then, two, I
  454. 15:01plan on in the future launching more
  455. 15:03SKUs on the same brand that center
  456. 15:06around the same kind of overall goal, uh
  457. 15:08speaking to women about wellness,
  458. 15:10healthy products. So, that is the name
  459. 15:13of the game there. So, yeah, I mean,
  460. 15:14that's all I have for today. Hope you
  461. 15:16guys enjoyed as always. And um if you
  462. 15:18have any questions or concerns, any
  463. 15:19feedback, any specific things, I'm
  464. 15:21looking forward to answering as many
  465. 15:22questions as possible in the comment
  466. 15:23section down below. And if you want to
  467. 15:25learn some of the marketing fundamentals
  468. 15:26that I used to be able to afford to
  469. 15:28start a supplement brand, feel free to
  470. 15:30check out the description. I have my
  471. 15:32online school community link there if
  472. 15:34that's something you want to be a part
  473. 15:35of as well. See you on the next one.
  474. 15:36Take care.
