- 0:01video but I am being constantly
- 0:03ridiculed teased and it's not by
- 0:06strangers on the Internet it's by close
- 0:08friends all because I'm the one who
- 0:10brings napkins to the potluck it's
- 0:12always hey Ian you make food videos why
- 0:14don't you make food for us so today I'm
- 0:16giving into the pure pressure I hope
- 0:18you're happy a big old sack of limes and
- 0:20if you don't like limes then this is the
- 0:21perfect dish for you because it'll make
- 0:24you love limes shrimp peeled and deined
- 0:28and then you're just going to roughly
- 0:29chop carefully added to your lime juice
- 0:31make sure it's fully covered and then
- 0:32let it sit in the fridge to cook while
- 0:34that cooks finally dice half a red onion
- 0:38tomato a circumcised and hollowed out
- 0:42cucumber a couple
- 0:45jalapenos and
- 0:47avocado and
- 0:50cilantro now once your shrimp is fully
- 0:52cooked add it into your veg go ahead and
- 0:54salt and pepper to taste mix it all
- 0:56together and there you go ceviche
