Full transcript
- 0:00Bible denies that Jesus is God.
- 0:01>> So in Isaiah 7:14, which is the one you
- 0:04went to first, does it affirm that Jesus
- 0:05is God?
- 0:06>> It affirms that Jesus is the Messiah,
- 0:07not God.
- 0:08>> Okay. What does Emanuel mean?
- 0:09>> Like when you buy anything, the first
- 0:12thing in the box is Emanuel and it tells
- 0:15you how to use that stuff.
- 0:17>> So Emanuel means God with us. So Jesus
- 0:20is being called God with us, correct?
- 0:22>> Jesus is called God with us because he's
- 0:25a
- 0:25>> cuz he's God.
- 0:26>> Because he's the Messiah,
- 0:27>> which is God. You brought me a verse
- 0:30that says, "How can Allah have a son
- 0:33when he doesn't have a mate?" Meaning
- 0:35what?
- 0:36>> You have to have a consort, a mother to
- 0:39be a son.
- 0:40>> So what is the way that Allah could have
- 0:42a son?
- 0:42>> He would have to have a consult.
- 0:44>> Could he do that?
- 0:45>> Of course.
- 0:46>> That's right. So what's the point?
- 0:48>> Why is Jesus the eternal word of Allah
- 0:50and he's if he's not God?
- 0:51>> Because God [music] said him to be and
- 0:52he was.
- 0:53>> Did Allah create everything else, too?
- 0:54>> Of course. The Quran says that whenever
- 0:56Allah decrees a matter, he says to it be
- 0:58and it is, right?
- 0:59>> So is everything the word of Allah?
- 1:01>> Yeah.
- 1:02>> Why not?
- 1:06>> No.
- 1:07>> Yeah.
- 1:08>> Doing these lives like 4 years ago or
- 1:10>> did you?
- 1:10>> Yeah.
- 1:11>> So do you want a story?
- 1:14>> Sure.
- 1:14>> Four years ago I was hesitant to
- 1:16>> try to talk a little louder.
- 1:18>> Four years ago I was hesitant to
- 1:19Instagram Tik Tok stuff. I stole Tik Tok
- 1:22>> and you pop out on your life. M.
- 1:25>> So you were doing like who can prove
- 1:27Prophet Muhammad is in the Bible? Like
- 1:29you give $2,000, you know?
- 1:31>> Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:32>> So I had no idea about anything. So the
- 1:35reason I started studying Bible is that
- 1:38day.
- 1:38>> Wow. Okay. That's pretty cool.
- 1:40>> So I started that day and today I'm here
- 1:43with you.
- 1:44>> Yeah. Nice to meet you, man.
- 1:46>> Yeah.
- 1:47>> That's cool.
- 1:47>> And I like your
- 1:48>> You like this?
- 1:49>> Yes. [laughter]
- 1:50>> And I got another idea.
- 1:51>> Yeah. So you when you say you just read
- 1:55>> I count.
- 1:57>> Okay.
- 1:58>> So and I have a lot of uh verses for you
- 2:01cuz you just requested you want verses.
- 2:03You want verses.
- 2:04>> Okay.
- 2:05>> I'll be giving you a lot of verses.
- 2:06>> That's good.
- 2:07>> Still up.
- 2:08>> Can I have a paper and pen?
- 2:09>> Yeah. Yeah.
- 2:11>> Okay. Uh so you say
- 2:16Jesus.
- 2:18What do you say about Jesus?
- 2:19>> So Jesus is God. He's the almighty God,
- 2:21most high God, one in essence with the
- 2:24father and the spirit.
- 2:25>> And so if you disagree with that, you
- 2:28can. But um there's mo multiple verses
- 2:31like uh Romans 9:5 that says that Jesus
- 2:33is God above all blessed forever. Titus
- 2:362:13 where it says that we wait for our
- 2:39great God and savior Jesus Christ. Um we
- 2:42have John 1 obviously that says that you
- 2:44know that Jesus is the word who was God
- 2:47in the beginning. So we have multiple
- 2:50verses that are very clear that Jesus is
- 2:51God in the Bible. And so if you
- 2:53disagree, I'm willing to hear you out.
- 2:56>> And uh with previous conversation, you
- 2:59brought Isaiah 9:6 about being prophecy
- 3:02of about Jesus, right?
- 3:03>> That's right.
- 3:04>> Uh is there another prophecy about Jesus
- 3:06in Isaiah?
- 3:07>> Yeah, there's multiple.
- 3:09>> So uh like you got Isaiah 426 is big
- 3:14one, right?
- 3:14>> Yeah, that's a big one.
- 3:15>> There's another one before that. You got
- 3:17you got Isaiah 42 is a prophecy about
- 3:19Jesus. That's a big one. The servant who
- 3:21God puts his spirit upon
- 3:23>> who's about uh 7:14.
- 3:27>> Yep. The virgin birth. Yeah.
- 3:28>> Yeah.
- 3:29>> So
- 3:31you believe in the Bible
- 3:33>> wholeheartedly.
- 3:34>> The whole thing, right? Whole thing,
- 3:35baby.
- 3:35>> Whatever is in the Bible, you
- 3:36>> I agree with it. Yeah.
- 3:38>> So when you say Isaiah 7:14,
- 3:42was this Isaiah 7:14 all the time? Even
- 3:46during the ma during Matthew
- 3:48>> during what?
- 3:49>> During times of Matthew.
- 3:51>> Yes.
- 3:52>> Was it Isaiah 7:14 by that time?
- 3:54>> Yes.
- 3:55>> So when Matthew says uh
- 4:00when in Matthew it's written that angel
- 4:04came and said you will name him Jesus.
- 4:08>> Mhm. Was Isaiah talking about Matthew
- 4:13talking about Isaiah 7:14?
- 4:16>> Well, he says that this was to fulfill
- 4:18Isaiah the prophet and he quotes Isaiah
- 4:207:14.
- 4:21>> So, was that time the prophecy in the
- 4:25Isaiah 7:14?
- 4:26>> Yeah. Isaiah 7:14 said that the virgin
- 4:29shall give birth to a son and you shall
- 4:31name him Emanuel.
- 4:33>> So, uh
- 4:34>> which means God with us. Like during
- 4:38Matthew there was no Bible, right?
- 4:40>> No, they yet they had the Old Testament.
- 4:42>> They had it, but there was no Bible we
- 4:44have today.
- 4:45>> There was no New Testament yet, but they
- 4:47had the Old Testament.
- 4:48>> So even the Old Testament the way we see
- 4:52today, it wasn't like that. Like there
- 4:54was no Isaiah 7:14.
- 4:56>> Oh, so do you mean like uh it wasn't did
- 4:59it didn't have chapter divisions? Is
- 5:00that what you're saying? Okay. Sure. So
- 5:02there was no chapter 7 and there was
- 5:04>> it was just it was just the scroll of
- 5:06Isaiah.
- 5:06>> Yeah. It was just all over the the whole
- 5:08thing was one text, right?
- 5:10>> Yeah.
- 5:11>> So
- 5:12uh so it was Isaiah
- 5:1674,
- 5:18right? Isaiah 7:14.
- 5:22So if Isaiah 7:14 is about uh Jesus
- 5:29so I told you about counting right so
- 5:33these are numbers 7 1 and four okay
- 5:39so wherever you see these numbers
- 5:42altogether
- 5:44it relates to the prophecy of Isaiah
- 5:477:14
- 5:49>> I disagree but okay I don't That's the
- 5:52>> Can you open uh Isaiah 40 verse17?
- 5:57>> Okay.
- 5:58>> I said I'm going to give you a lot of
- 6:00verses.
- 6:01>> Does this have to do with Jesus being
- 6:02God?
- 6:03>> Yes.
- 6:04>> Okay.
- 6:06As long as it has to do with Jesus being
- 6:07God, man, I'm all for it. All right. It
- 6:09says, "All the nations are as nothing
- 6:11before him. They are accounted
- 6:14uh by him as less than nothing in
- 6:16emptiness."
- 6:17>> Next one.
- 6:19>> Next one. What? Next verse. Yeah.
- 6:21>> Uh to whom then will you liken God?
- 6:24>> Or what likeness compare with him?
- 6:27>> Yeah. So what does this verse says?
- 6:30>> That there's no one like God.
- 6:31>> Yeah. So to who you will make liken the
- 6:34God.
- 6:34>> Yeah. There's no one like God.
- 6:35>> So yeah. Now do Isaiah 74:17.
- 6:407217. Exactly same numbers.
- 6:43>> 217.
- 6:45>> Uh 42:17.
- 6:47>> Okay. All right. they are turned back
- 6:49and utterly put to shame who trust in
- 6:51carved idols who say to metal images you
- 6:54are our gods.
- 6:57>> So he's talking again about to whom they
- 6:59will liken the god right idols.
- 7:02>> Um no it's just talking about how god is
- 7:06going to uh crush those who are
- 7:09believing in false gods believing in
- 7:12idols.
- 7:12>> Okay now do Isaiah 44:17.
- 7:15Okay, brother. Brother, I hope this is
- 7:18coming to a point, man.
- 7:19>> Yes, it does.
- 7:20>> All right, so Isaiah 44. How many more
- 7:22verses do you have?
- 7:24>> A lot.
- 7:24>> A lot.
- 7:25>> Now, we're we're going to have to
- 7:26>> get to a point.
- 7:27>> Yeah. So, when [clears throat] you when
- 7:29you tell me that these numbers are all
- 7:32related to false gods, then we're going
- 7:34to can stop.
- 7:35>> No, I didn't say that they're related to
- 7:36false gods.
- 7:37>> I said,
- 7:38>> okay. But when you see that it is, then
- 7:41you can say, "Okay, uh, I see it's
- 7:44related to false gods."
- 7:45>> You're just going to keep giving verses
- 7:46until he says.
- 7:48>> No, we're not doing that.
- 7:49>> Doesn't have to. But
- 7:50>> what's the verse in chapter 40? Uh, 44.
- 7:53>> 44:17.
- 7:55>> Okay. All right. Let's let this be the
- 7:57last one and then let's let's get to the
- 7:59point here. So, it says uh, "And the
- 8:02rest of it he makes into Okay. So, it's
- 8:05talking about how they carve idols into,
- 8:07you know, out of wood and stuff like
- 8:09that. Let's just read a little bit
- 8:10before. Um,
- 8:13the iron smith takes a cutting tool and
- 8:15works it over the coals. He fashions it
- 8:18with hammers and works it with his
- 8:19strong arm. He becomes hungry [snorts]
- 8:21and his strength fails. He drinks no
- 8:23water and is faint. The carpenter
- 8:25stretches a line. He marks it with a
- 8:27with uh marks it out with a pencil. He
- 8:29shapes it [snorts]
- 8:30with planes and marks it with a compass.
- 8:33He shapes it into a figure of a man with
- 8:36the beauty of a man to dwell in a house.
- 8:38He cuts down cedars or he chooses a
- 8:41cyprress tree or an oak and lets it grow
- 8:44strong among the trees of the forest. He
- 8:47plants a cedar and the rain nourishes
- 8:49it. Then he becomes then it becomes fuel
- 8:51for a man. He takes it apart. He takes a
- 8:54part of it and makes it into an idol and
- 8:57falls down before it. Half of it he
- 8:59burns in a fire. over the half. He eats
- 9:03meat. He roasts it and it satis and it
- 9:06is satisfied. I'm sorry and is satisfied
- 9:09also. He warms himself and says, "Aha, I
- 9:11am warm. I have seen the fire." [snorts]
- 9:14And the rest of it he he uh the rest of
- 9:16it he makes into a god, his idol, and
- 9:19falls down to it and worships it. He
- 9:22prays to it and says, "Deliver me for
- 9:24you are my god." Okay, so it looks like
- 9:26you're appealing to idol worship and
- 9:28stuff like that. So,
- 9:29>> so these numbers all over the Bible,
- 9:32>> they talk about false gods.
- 9:34>> No, they don't.
- 9:36>> You can open Deuteron Deuteronomy.
- 9:38>> Oh, okay. So,
- 9:40>> we just read Isaiah Isaiah 7:14.
- 9:43>> Isaiah I started with Isaiah because the
- 9:45prophecy is in Isaiah, right?
- 9:46>> Yeah. So, that's not a false god. That's
- 9:48a true God. That's the true God.
- 9:50>> But did we read that verses that have
- 9:53these numbers?
- 9:54>> We read verses that have these numbers
- 9:55that talk about idols and statutes.
- 9:57>> Okay. but not about
- 9:59>> so the true value why it is like that
- 10:03because this number is supposed to be
- 10:07not about God it's number
- 10:10>> that's not true at all brother
- 10:11>> okay so one more video
- 10:13>> can you can you do can you do me this
- 10:15favor instead of doing this now
- 10:17>> can we get into like how is Jesus a
- 10:19false god
- 10:20>> okay
- 10:20>> okay what what makes Jesus a false god
- 10:21>> we'll do look look
- 10:23>> no no no what makes Jesus a false god
- 10:24please
- 10:25>> 471
- 10:27one, it says why Jesus is not false god.
- 10:30>> God, what makes Jesus a false god?
- 10:31Please, let's get let's we I I went
- 10:33through your trail and everything like
- 10:35that. So, let's get to it now.
- 10:36>> Bible says that Jesus is a false god.
- 10:38>> Show me where it says he's a false god.
- 10:39>> That Jesus is false god. This
- 10:41>> Oh, the Quran says Jesus is a false god.
- 10:42>> You know the surah, right?
- 10:44>> Just really quick, you said that the
- 10:45Quran says Jesus is a false god.
- 10:48>> Quran says Jesus is not God.
- 10:50>> Oh, no. Okay. Those are two different
- 10:52statements. So saying that Jesus is not
- 10:55God and saying Jesus is a false God are
- 10:57two different things. Does the Quran say
- 10:58Jesus is a false God or does it just
- 11:00deny he's God at all?
- 11:02>> Denies he's not he's not
- 11:03>> it dies he's God. Okay. All right. But
- 11:05you're saying you're saying just really
- 11:07quick you're saying the Bible says that
- 11:09Jesus is a false God or does the Bible
- 11:11deny Jesus is God?
- 11:12>> Bible denies that Jesus is God as well.
- 11:15>> Okay. So in Isaiah 7:14 which is the one
- 11:18you went to first does it affirm that
- 11:20Jesus is God? It affirms that Jesus is
- 11:22the Messiah, not God.
- 11:23>> Okay. What does Emanuel mean?
- 11:25>> I know, but not as you or what
- 11:28Christianity thinks it is.
- 11:29>> But just what does Emanuel mean?
- 11:32>> So can you first do this and we will
- 11:35continue.
- 11:35>> What does the word Emanuel mean?
- 11:37>> I will tell you,
- 11:38>> please.
- 11:38>> I will tell you. Surah 171. You know
- 11:40what the surah 47?
- 11:42>> Yeah. Yeah. Can you What does Emanuel
- 11:44mean?
- 11:45So,
- 11:48Emmanuel,
- 11:50I count. I told you, right? You know
- 11:52what? I'm
- 11:53>> What does Emanuel mean?
- 11:56>> Today, Emmanuel,
- 11:57>> not today.
- 11:59What does Emanuel mean, bro? [sighs]
- 12:02>> Okay, I have to
- 12:05uh
- 12:08We did this, right? 714. You need to
- 12:12check one more. 7
- 12:154171.
- 12:17Can you open the Quran?
- 12:18>> What does what does
- 12:19>> Can you open the Quran?
- 12:20>> What does Emanuel mean?
- 12:21>> 7 as surah 4.
- 12:24>> What does Emanuel mean?
- 12:26>> E manual means uh an instructor.
- 12:31Like when you buy anything, the first
- 12:33thing in the box is a manual and it
- 12:36tells you how to use that stuff.
- 12:38>> I'm sorry, brother.
- 12:39>> So when Jesus
- 12:40>> Stop.
- 12:41>> Why are you guys laughing?
- 12:42>> Stop. Stop. So, so um not not not a not
- 12:46a manual like a instruction manual.
- 12:47>> I know, but that's what it is. No, no,
- 12:49listen. That's why listen. You're not
- 12:51listening. In Isaiah,
- 12:52>> I'm trying to help you.
- 12:54>> I'm helping you.
- 12:55>> The word is not the word I'm asking you
- 12:56about is not Manuel like a like a like a
- 13:00book of instruction.
- 13:01>> Emmanuel.
- 13:03>> Emmanuel.
- 13:04>> Emanuel. It's in Greek.
- 13:05>> No, the Hebrew. It's in Hebrew.
- 13:07>> But it's in the Greek. They wrote it in
- 13:09the Greek.
- 13:09>> No. No.
- 13:09>> Which means God with us.
- 13:11>> Okay, there you go.
- 13:12>> Yeah.
- 13:12>> All right. So, Emmanuel means God with
- 13:15us. Yeah. So, Jesus is being called God
- 13:17with us. Correct?
- 13:18>> Jesus is called God with us because he's
- 13:21a
- 13:21>> because he's God.
- 13:22>> Because he's the Messiah,
- 13:24>> which is God. He's God.
- 13:26>> No, he's not God.
- 13:27>> Okay. So, if the scripture calls him God
- 13:29with us,
- 13:30>> Mhm.
- 13:31>> explicitly, but you're saying, "Well,
- 13:33no, he's actually not God. He's just a
- 13:35mere messenger." So it seems to me that
- 13:38I have the scripture on my side and the
- 13:41714 number points to the true God and
- 13:45not a false god.
- 13:46>> Okay. So you know the four surah 471
- 13:50say okay and what does surah 457 say
- 13:54which is
- 13:55>> it talks about it talks about the
- 13:56crucifixion.
- 13:57>> Yes.
- 13:58>> So what does that those don't even
- 13:59relate.
- 14:00>> Yeah. So when these numbers are
- 14:05>> in the mind,
- 14:06>> you come on guys. [laughter]
- 14:08>> Okay.
- 14:10Okay. Let's do 96 then.
- 14:13>> No, I want to follow you here. I'll put
- 14:15you.
- 14:16>> All right.
- 14:16>> You want to you want to read 4171?
- 14:19>> Do not excess in your religion, but say
- 14:21only about Allah except the truth.
- 14:22>> Same as in Isaiah 40. The previous
- 14:26verses you read.
- 14:27>> This doesn't No, they don't relate at
- 14:28all.
- 14:29>> 40:17. You just read about idols. 4217
- 14:32you read about idols
- 14:34>> in the Quran. Same thing. 4171 talks
- 14:37about don't uh call Jesus God.
- 14:40>> No, it doesn't
- 14:43read 417.
- 14:44>> Yeah. 4171 says, "Do not excess in your
- 14:46religion ex say about Allah except the
- 14:48truth."
- 14:49>> Jesus the son of Mary,
- 14:50>> yes,
- 14:51>> was a messenger of Allah and his word
- 14:54that he cast down to Mary
- 14:56>> and a spirit from him.
- 14:58>> Right. Yeah. And don't say three.
- 14:59>> So don't say three for God is only one
- 15:02God.
- 15:02>> What does it means?
- 15:03>> It means that there's that there's only
- 15:05one God. Don't say there's three gods.
- 15:08Yeah.
- 15:08>> Right. It didn't say anything about deny
- 15:11not saying Jesus is God or anything like
- 15:12that. It just denies that there's three
- 15:14gods.
- 15:14>> This ayah means that don't say Jesus is
- 15:16God.
- 15:17>> Oh, that's what it's about.
- 15:18>> Yeah.
- 15:19>> Is Allah's word created?
- 15:21>> H
- 15:21>> is Allah's word created?
- 15:23>> Allah's word created.
- 15:25>> Yeah. Is the word of Allah
- 15:27>> created
- 15:27>> is the word of Allah created?
- 15:30>> No. Allah created the word
- 15:33>> is is um so the word of Allah, right?
- 15:38Was there
- 15:38>> you mean the name?
- 15:39>> No, the word the word of Allah, not the
- 15:41word Allah, but the word of Allah
- 15:43>> like every the speech of Allah, right?
- 15:46>> The word of Allah.
- 15:48>> Was there ever a time that the word of
- 15:50Allah came into existence?
- 15:53>> Yes. So there was a point in time where
- 15:56Allah did not have his word.
- 15:59>> No. Cuz in the beginning,
- 16:02you coming to John, gospel of John.
- 16:04>> No, I'm not in John. I'm talking about
- 16:06>> Yes. So in the beginning, uh when God
- 16:08created everything, he was created the
- 16:10word
- 16:11>> through the word. Okay. So then the word
- 16:13of Allah has always been correct.
- 16:17>> Maybe.
- 16:18>> Okay. So if Jesus is the word of Allah
- 16:21>> Mhm. And the word of Allah has always
- 16:24been. That would mean that Jesus has
- 16:27always been.
- 16:28>> But it doesn't have to be Jesus. It's
- 16:32>> Allah.
- 16:33>> It says that Jesus is Allah's word.
- 16:34>> Well, Allah said Jesus be like Adam.
- 16:38>> No, it doesn't say that about Jesus.
- 16:40>> It says exactly as Adam and Jesus.
- 16:43>> It says that the likeness of it says the
- 16:45likeness of of of Jesus is the likeness
- 16:48of Adam. Yeah.
- 16:49>> To Adam, he said to him, "Be and it is."
- 16:52>> Mhm.
- 16:52>> I'm sorry. He created him from u uh from
- 16:55the mud or whatever and said, "Be and
- 16:58be." And he was, right?
- 16:59>> Yes.
- 17:00>> But that didn't happen with Jesus.
- 17:02>> He came to angel came to Maria.
- 17:06>> Yeah. That's that's a human nature. I'm
- 17:08talking I'm talking about before that
- 17:09>> by the command of Allah.
- 17:10>> No, but I'm talking about before that.
- 17:12Before that, before he comes into the
- 17:14flesh, even in the Quran, he's
- 17:16identified as Allah's word.
- 17:18which according to you which I agree
- 17:20with you has always been. So if Jesus is
- 17:23Allah's word that would mean that Jesus
- 17:26has always been.
- 17:28>> Jesus is Allah's word. Allah said Jesus
- 17:30be and Jesus was.
- 17:31>> But is Adam Allah's word?
- 17:33>> Yeah.
- 17:34>> Can you show me the verse that says that
- 17:35Adam is the word of Allah?
- 17:37>> No. He says it was likeness. He doesn't
- 17:39say.
- 17:39>> So Adam is not the word of Allah. Right.
- 17:42>> By the word of Allah. He doesn't have
- 17:44>> Exactly. He's created by the word. I got
- 17:46I'm with you. He's created by the word
- 17:47of Allah. He's not identified as the
- 17:49word itself. Right? There's a
- 17:52difference. That's like me saying, um, I
- 17:55snap my finger and then boom, this water
- 17:57bottle. This water bottle is not my
- 17:59snap. Those are two different things.
- 18:01This water bottle came by my snap.
- 18:04Right? So, what I'm asking you, Jesus,
- 18:06the Quran says Jesus is the word, the
- 18:09snap, and then poof, things come.
- 18:12>> That's just the doctrine that you were
- 18:14taught.
- 18:14>> No, I'm reading. I'm talking about the
- 18:15Quran.
- 18:17>> The Quran, brother.
- 18:19>> It's okay. So, if Jesus is all Can we
- 18:22agree that the Quran explicitly says
- 18:24that Jesus is Allah's word?
- 18:274171. Remember those numbers?
- 18:33>> I'm not familiar with that part. The
- 18:35question you asking me about maybe I'm
- 18:37not understanding. I can't say if we
- 18:38are.
- 18:39>> All right, brother. When we read the
- 18:40verse, it says that Jesus is a messenger
- 18:43of Allah. Walimatu
- 18:46and his word, right?
- 18:49>> Yeah. His word meaning that God
- 18:51commanded him to
- 18:52>> No, it doesn't say that though. It
- 18:53doesn't say he commanded Jesus. It says
- 18:55Jesus is the word.
- 18:56>> That's the word of God. The command is
- 18:58the word.
- 18:59>> It does. Okay. I I I I think you're
- 19:01missing it. The verse does not say that
- 19:03the command is Allah's word. It says
- 19:06Jesus is Allah's word.
- 19:09You understand?
- 19:11Jesus is identical to the word of Allah.
- 19:13That's what the verse says.
- 19:16So if Jesus is Allah's word, then Jesus
- 19:19has always been and is more than human.
- 19:21He has to be God.
- 19:22>> Jesus is not God. It doesn't has to be
- 19:24Jesus.
- 19:24>> Then why is he the eternal word of
- 19:26Allah?
- 19:26>> Okay. So the prophecy 96 when you're
- 19:29talking about Jesus, it's not about
- 19:31Jesus.
- 19:34When you say mighty God, everlasting
- 19:36father, it doesn't mean it's Jesus.
- 19:38>> It's a nice switch.
- 19:41Why is Jesus the eternal word of Allah?
- 19:42And he's if he's not God
- 19:44>> because God said him to be and he was.
- 19:45>> He said the same thing to Adam. Is Adam
- 19:47the word of Allah?
- 19:48>> Yeah.
- 19:48>> Show the verse.
- 19:49>> Well, it's not written.
- 19:51>> Then why are you making stuff up?
- 19:52>> I'm not making that stuff up.
- 19:54>> So where do you get it from that Adam is
- 19:55the word of Allah?
- 19:56>> Because God created Adam.
- 19:58>> Did it did Allah create everything else
- 20:00too?
- 20:01>> Of course.
- 20:02>> When the the Quran says that whenever
- 20:03Allah decrees a matter, he says to it be
- 20:05and it is. Right.
- 20:06>> So is everything the word of Allah?
- 20:08>> Yeah.
- 20:10>> Why not? Everything is by God. Right.
- 20:12You're you're going outside of your
- 20:13Quran, brother. You're butchering the
- 20:14verses. I'm trying to help you.
- 20:16>> Okay. You wanna try this 96?
- 20:18>> Yeah, we can move on.
- 20:19>> Yeah, let's end with 96. We're like 15
- 20:21minutes in. So,
- 20:22>> yeah, that's good. So,
- 20:24uh in
- 20:30John 14:16, right?
- 20:32>> Okay.
- 20:32>> No, it's John 16:14.
- 20:35>> All right. So
- 20:37if we said Isaiah 7:14 is Jesus.
- 20:42Okay.
- 20:43>> Mhm.
- 20:45>> So 7
- 20:48+ 9
- 20:5196. How much is this?
- 20:53>> 16
- 20:54>> and
- 20:58>> oh plus
- 20:59>> uh 14 16 right
- 21:0216
- 21:0416. Okay. 166.
- 21:08Okay. No, I'm not going to this one. I'm
- 21:09going to do the other one.
- 21:12>> Yeah. One second. One second. Okay.
- 21:14Okay. So,
- 21:17714 is Jesus and 96 is also Jesus,
- 21:21right?
- 21:23[snorts]
- 21:23>> Mhm.
- 21:25>> What is going to be?
- 21:28>> 9 714 is going to be
- 21:31>> I don't know who
- 21:32>> 1614, right? Yeah. Okay.
- 21:35>> So, John 16:14.
- 21:37What does John 16:14 say?
- 21:39>> It talks about how the spirit is going
- 21:41to glorify him.
- 21:42>> So, Jesus talking about Prophet
- 21:44Muhammad.
- 21:45>> No, it's talking about the Holy Spirit.
- 21:47>> Okay. So, now we do this one 796 going
- 21:50to be 166. Okay. You want to open uh
- 21:55Quran 616?
- 21:57>> No, no need. It talks about how it talks
- 21:59about Jesus mentions that Ahmed comes
- 22:01after. So here Jesus talking about
- 22:03prophecy Isaiah 9:6 and it's in John
- 22:0616:14.
- 22:08>> The prophecy of Isaiah 9:6 is has
- 22:10nothing to do with John 16:14. Bro,
- 22:12>> here you go. 9 + 7 14 16:14.
- 22:16>> All right, brother. We We can rest it
- 22:18here.
- 22:18>> Let's move on here.
- 22:19>> Yeah.
- 22:20>> Why not?
- 22:21>> I I I don't that that that doesn't work,
- 22:23brother.
- 22:24>> Because you uh resist the check.
- 22:26>> Yeah.
- 22:27>> Okay. [clears throat] So you resisted?
- 22:28>> Yeah, I resisted. All right.
- 22:30>> I'm very very happy to be here.
- 22:34So the prompt is Jesus is God. Now the
- 22:37Quran gives me a simple
- 22:41test question to quiz you all.
- 22:44>> Okay.
- 22:44>> And Jesus being God in chapter 6 verse
- 22:47101.
- 22:48The Quran says [clears throat]
- 22:50>> how could he have a son?
- 22:52>> How can he have a son if he doesn't
- 22:54know?
- 22:55>> I'd like to see how you get past that.
- 22:59me.
- 23:00>> How do I get past that question?
- 23:02>> How do you get past that question?
- 23:04>> That's not a question for me.
- 23:05>> To make him go, son of God.
- 23:07>> Brother, you just you just proved Allah
- 23:08is not because you just you just
- 23:10demonstrated that Allah needs a concept.
- 23:13He needs help in order to have a son. He
- 23:14couldn't do it by himself.
- 23:16>> Jesus is God by being the son of God. Am
- 23:19I correct?
- 23:20>> No, that's not
- 23:20>> according to your
- 23:21>> No, Jesus is God because he possesses
- 23:23divine essence.
- 23:24>> How does he get the essence? Are you
- 23:26denying?
- 23:27>> What do you mean? How does he get the
- 23:28essence? Are you denying his sunship?
- 23:29>> How does Allah get the essence?
- 23:31>> That's [clears throat] not the topic.
- 23:32That's not
- 23:32>> That's like asking me to say, "How does
- 23:34God get his essence?"
- 23:35>> Sir,
- 23:37>> is Jesus God because he's the son of
- 23:38God? Is Jesus God cuz he's the son of
- 23:41God or not?
- 23:41>> Jesus is God. I'll answer your question
- 23:43again. It's my second time answer. Jesus
- 23:45is God because he possesses the divine
- 23:47essence.
- 23:47>> How does he possess it?
- 23:49>> He's God. That's like asking how does
- 23:51Allah possess the divine essence?
- 23:53>> So his sunship is not how Jesus is God.
- 23:55He's not the son. He's God by virtue of
- 23:57having the divine essence.
- 23:59>> Is he still the son of God?
- 24:00>> Always.
- 24:02>> There you go. And that's the Quran is
- 24:04asking
- 24:06>> how have a son.
- 24:10>> If he has no concern, I'll ask a
- 24:11question again.
- 24:12>> According to the Quran, Allah can have a
- 24:14son if he chooses. Right.
- 24:15>> I'm asking you. You're
- 24:17>> I know. So, you're bringing the you're
- 24:18bringing the Quran to try being right
- 24:20now.
- 24:20>> Yes.
- 24:22>> Yes. As a human being, you just
- 24:23demonstrated that your God is not all
- 24:24powerful. He needs help to have a son.
- 24:26>> Maybe Hindu God. It doesn't matter. How
- 24:28can God have a son if he doesn't have a
- 24:31consort? I'm asking the third time. It's
- 24:33a simple question.
- 24:34>> I don't understand how this is argument
- 24:36against. No, it's not
- 24:37>> because it's going to debunk his
- 24:38assumption. Debunk absolutely debunk his
- 24:41assumption.
- 24:41>> Okay. So, according to Christian,
- 24:43according to Christianity, let me let me
- 24:45ask you, bro. According to Christianity,
- 24:48uh God doesn't need a consort. He
- 24:49doesn't have to have sex in order to
- 24:50have a son, but he can be get a son from
- 24:54his own essence. So, the father begets
- 24:56the son from his uh from his own self.
- 24:58He doesn't have to go and sleep around
- 25:00with another divine being in order to
- 25:02have a son. Which is what the Quran's
- 25:04understanding is is that Allah needs a
- 25:07mate in order to have a son. So
- 25:09therefore, Allah is not all powerful. He
- 25:11cannot he can't just be get a son of his
- 25:13own essence. He has to have sex in order
- 25:17to have a son. You have to have a mate,
- 25:20a consort.
- 25:21>> All right. So,
- 25:22>> all right. So, everybody lost that gun.
- 25:23>> So, this is the problem we have with
- 25:24Christianity because Christianity does
- 25:26not follow logic. Words have meanings.
- 25:29>> Okay.
- 25:30>> Son is a masculine term.
- 25:32>> Okay.
- 25:33>> Son necessitates
- 25:35masculine and female. Two poles. That's
- 25:38what son means. Same thing with father.
- 25:41[clears throat]
- 25:42>> Father necessitates mother. These are
- 25:44polar. M
- 25:46>> now you've created the sun without the
- 25:49polar concepts pole. How is this
- 25:52possible in logical? That's a good
- 25:53question. Another illogical thing in
- 25:55Christianity.
- 25:56>> It's amazing. You're aware that that God
- 25:58calls Israel his firstborn son to
- 26:01Pharaoh. Correct.
- 26:03>> It's metaphorical.
- 26:04>> Oh,
- 26:05>> absolutely.
- 26:05>> Wait, but you just told me that son and
- 26:09words have meaning. That was his
- 26:10argument. Words have meaning. And so to
- 26:13be a son, it's the opposite of being
- 26:16female, which would then also
- 26:18necessitate procreative. You need a
- 26:20female to procreate with a male to have
- 26:23a son. You just said to me words have
- 26:26meaning. But you just threw that away by
- 26:28acknowledging that you can be a son in a
- 26:31way that doesn't entail procreation.
- 26:34So, just like Israel in a way is a son
- 26:37of God that doesn't entail procreation,
- 26:40Christ is the son of God in a real way
- 26:43that doesn't entail procreation because
- 26:45God doesn't need to procreate.
- 26:48>> You have it folks. Uh he equated Jesus's
- 26:51sunship with Israel's sunship, which is
- 26:55>> Don't misreade Jesus a metaphorical son
- 26:58of God. It it's it's amazing how Muslims
- 27:00do this when I say things and it's like
- 27:03it's like what you guys have to do in
- 27:05order to have a point. You have to
- 27:07misrepresent the position instead of
- 27:09deal with it. I did not equate the
- 27:11sunship of Christ to Israel. I said in a
- 27:14way just like how you can have a son
- 27:17that's not literal, right? Not in a a
- 27:20procreative sense. Jesus can be a son in
- 27:23a nonprocreative sense. That's not me
- 27:26saying that Jesus is the son of God in
- 27:28the same way Israel is cuz I made it
- 27:30clear that it's not. I said that Israel
- 27:32is a son metaphorically by nation. God
- 27:34birthed them as a nation. Jesus is the
- 27:36son, the begotten son of God that he
- 27:38begins from his own self.
- 27:41>> So the Israel
- 27:41>> no procreation.
- 27:42>> The Israel example doesn't work.
- 27:45>> Does he It's like let me do this. Let me
- 27:48do this again for you slowly.
- 27:50>> You said you said words have meaning,
- 27:52did you not?
- 27:53>> Absolutely. And so you said to be son,
- 27:55you were saying that that has a literal
- 27:56meaning. Correct.
- 27:57>> Absolutely.
- 27:58>> So then why did I bring up Israel's
- 28:00sunship?
- 28:00>> That's an example of a metaphorical.
- 28:02>> So destroying your entire point that
- 28:04words have to have literal meaning.
- 28:06Correct.
- 28:06>> Israel and metaphorical meaning.
- 28:08>> So when you So when Oh, hold on a
- 28:09second. So when you said words have
- 28:12meaning and you're appealing to literal
- 28:14a literal way that it has to be
- 28:16procreation. That's the only way it can
- 28:18happen. When I just showed you and you
- 28:20conceded that you can have sunship
- 28:22that's without procreation. This whole
- 28:24words have meaning principle that you
- 28:25have is out the window. Context
- 28:27determines the meaning. So what you
- 28:29should be asking me is in what context
- 28:32is Jesus the son of God?
- 28:34>> You can try again. The Israel example.
- 28:36>> No, you can try again.
- 28:37>> You see the Israel example didn't work.
- 28:39You pulled it back. Words have meanings.
- 28:41You can use words literally or you could
- 28:44use words metaphorically. You gave a
- 28:46metaphorical function for example. It
- 28:48doesn't work. You don't pull
- 28:49[clears throat] it back and give us
- 28:50another
- 28:51explanation of how God can have a son.
- 28:55>> Is the only way to have a son to be uh
- 28:57to procreate?
- 28:57>> Absolutely.
- 28:58>> So then why did you have
- 28:59>> literal son?
- 29:00>> Okay. So in order to have a literal son,
- 29:02he can pro you have to procreate.
- 29:04>> You and you have to have son daughter.
- 29:06>> So why does Allah say that he can have a
- 29:08son if he if he chose from any of his
- 29:10creation?
- 29:10>> He said he could pick. That is
- 29:12>> absolutely. He said, "Oh, it's
- 29:14adoption." It doesn't say that.
- 29:16It says what? It's an actual son of
- 29:18Allah.
- 29:18>> It says that's adoption.
- 29:20>> It doesn't say ads.
- 29:22>> It says if No, it doesn't. It says it
- 29:25says if Allah had willed If Allah had
- 29:28willed to have a son, he could have
- 29:30chosen from any of his creation. What
- 29:32does that mean? To have a son with
- 29:35>> adoption.
- 29:35>> That's not adoption.
- 29:37>> I could go from any of my creation.
- 29:39That's [clears throat] adoption. Back
- 29:41again. You're playing to hate the Quran.
- 29:45I love these guys. I love the Quran and
- 29:47in every sentence in every statement he
- 29:49said I could have picked chosen
- 29:52>> from anything I created I could choose
- 29:54>> so Allah so Allah could have sex
- 29:56>> he can choose a son
- 29:57>> could have sex could Allah have sex
- 29:59>> he didn't say choose the lakes
- 30:00>> could Allah have sex with
- 30:02>> could Allah have sex
- 30:03>> of course not wait I'm confused
- 30:06>> you have to explain
- 30:07>> you brought me I'm sorry that's you
- 30:09brought me a verse that says how can
- 30:13Allah have a son when he doesn't have a
- 30:15mate
- 30:16Meaning what? How could he have a son?
- 30:18>> Meaning son necessitates
- 30:22a pole. You have to have a consult. A
- 30:25mother to be a son.
- 30:27>> So what is the way that Allah could have
- 30:29a son?
- 30:29>> He would have to have a consult.
- 30:32>> Could he do that?
- 30:32>> Female.
- 30:33>> Could he do that?
- 30:35>> Subhan Allah. He is way above these
- 30:37level.
- 30:37>> That's not answering my question. Could
- 30:39he do that? Yes or no?
- 30:40>> Of course not.
- 30:41>> That's right. So what's the point? Okay.
- 30:43So then look. So, no. Put you in a trap.
- 30:46>> No, no, no. You put yourself He put
- 30:48yourself in a trap. Allah put you in a
- 30:49trap because you bring me a verse where
- 30:52Allah can't even do it in the first
- 30:54place. It says it's trying to refute
- 30:56that Allah have a son. He's refuting the
- 30:57pagans that says that he has sons and
- 30:59daughters. And then he his response is,
- 31:02"How can I have a son if I don't have a
- 31:04mate?" If he can't even do that in the
- 31:07first place, he can't have a son even if
- 31:08there is a mate, then why is that a why
- 31:10is that his reputation? because it
- 31:13debunks the Trinity with a
- 31:15>> No, it's not about the Trinity. It
- 31:16>> does. He's not talking to Christians.
- 31:19>> He's talking to He's talking to
- 31:20Christians. He's talking to any
- 31:22>> Show me Show me Christians in the
- 31:23context.
- 31:23>> He's talking to anybody who believes
- 31:25that he has
- 31:26>> That's Who is he talking to in the
- 31:28context?
- 31:29>> How can he? He's talking about you guys.
