  1. 0:00I just spent the last 3 months proving I
  2. 0:02could give myself superpowers by
  3. 0:03enhancing [music] my cellular biology so
  4. 0:05much that every function of my body,
  5. 0:07whether that be muscle growth, fat loss,
  6. 0:10sleep, skin, hair, everything about
  7. 0:12being a human being can be done at
  8. 0:14superhuman levels of output by focusing
  9. 0:16on one thing, mitochondria. Watch me go
  10. 0:19from day one all the way to day 90,
  11. 0:21discovering what it truly feels like to
  12. 0:23be superpowered. In this video, I'm
  13. 0:24covering my entire protocol, and I've
  14. 0:26been filming check-ins over the last
  15. 0:28three months. So, you're going to see me
  16. 0:29every step of the way, what I'm taking,
  17. 0:31what my dose is, and what I'm feeling in
  18. 0:34that moment. Most importantly, you're
  19. 0:35going to learn the best practices on if
  20. 0:36you want to replicate this for yourself.
  21. 0:38Now, it is important to note before we
  22. 0:40get started that I'm not a doctor. This
  23. 0:42isn't medical advice, but if you're
  24. 0:43going to follow through with any of the
  25. 0:45products we talk about in this video
  26. 0:46today, make sure you're only doing so
  27. 0:48under the direct supervision [music] of
  28. 0:49a specialist in this field. Now, let's
  29. 0:52get started.
  30. 0:57Today is day one of my supercellular
  31. 0:59experiment. I haven't come up with a
  32. 1:00better name yet. Hopefully in the future
  33. 1:02I will. But I am going to be going
  34. 1:04through the most rigorous cellular
  35. 1:05experiment that I have ever seen on the
  36. 1:07internet and is going to be comprised of
  37. 1:0910 different peptides. Right now I am
  38. 1:12starting with my first of the 10 and
  39. 1:14that is SS31. If you don't know SS31's
  40. 1:16main job is going to be to repair your
  41. 1:19damaged mitochondria. This is always
  42. 1:21going to be the first step in any
  43. 1:22cellular protocol is to go in and fix
  44. 1:24the problems first. A lot of people
  45. 1:26think they should go the other way
  46. 1:27around and multiply the mitochondria and
  47. 1:29then go in and fix them. I have the
  48. 1:31exact opposite philosophy. Why would you
  49. 1:33multiply [ __ ] [music] cells? You're just
  50. 1:34giving more things to repair. I would
  51. 1:36rather start with a great foundation,
  52. 1:38have all of my cells performing the way
  53. 1:40that I want them to perform, and then go
  54. 1:42in and multiply what's already good. I'm
  55. 1:44going to run this SS31 for 20 [music]
  56. 1:46days at roughly 15 millig a day. I have
  57. 1:48200 milligrams total, so I'm just going
  58. 1:50to take that every day until I run out.
  59. 1:51The whole purpose of this protocol is
  60. 1:53going to be to really understand my body
  61. 1:54at a cellular level. Right now, it is
  62. 1:56the middle of March when I'm starting. I
  63. 1:58should finish this entire protocol
  64. 2:00probably around close to the summer. So,
  65. 2:02by that time, I should be either
  66. 2:03superpowered or dead.
  67. 2:06We are at check-in number two on this
  68. 2:09experiment. We are just now getting to
  69. 2:10the end of my SS31 protocol, as well as
  70. 2:13the KPV and the AR290. Everything up to
  71. 2:16this point in the experiment has been
  72. 2:18about repair. Getting my body up to the
  73. 2:20standard it needs to be before we go in
  74. 2:22and purge it of every weak and
  75. 2:24unacceptable cell in my body. I am
  76. 2:26definitely feeling the effects of the
  77. 2:28SS31 just between energy, mood, and
  78. 2:30overall well-being. You can just tell
  79. 2:32when it's working. Not to mention my
  80. 2:34whoop shows that I am recovering at an
  81. 2:35exceptional rate. My HRV is up, my
  82. 2:37recovery is up. So, I am getting all the
  83. 2:39benefits. Anyone who's taken SS31 knows
  84. 2:41by the end of it, you kind of got like a
  85. 2:42little high going. And I am definitely
  86. 2:44feeling that right now. So very very
  87. 2:45happy with how the experiment is going
  88. 2:47so far. The inflammation in my body
  89. 2:48should be at an all-time low between the
  90. 2:50BPC57, TV500, KPV, ARRA, everything
  91. 2:54mixed in. Now we're going to go through
  92. 2:56the hardest part of this experiment or
  93. 2:57at least what I think is going to be the
  94. 2:59hardest part is phase two where now we
  95. 3:01have stopped the leaks and I am talking
  96. 3:03about none other than Fox04 DRRI. Now
  97. 3:06I'm a little bit nervous for this one.
  98. 3:07Number one, it's got no human trials in
  99. 3:09history. There's a little bit of a
  100. 3:10riskier peptide, but it is everything
  101. 3:12when it comes to getting rid of your
  102. 3:15zombie cells is how it's being used
  103. 3:16right now. Now, with that, I am going to
  104. 3:18have to stop every other peptide I'm
  105. 3:20taking, as well as all of my
  106. 3:22supplementation, all the way down to
  107. 3:23basic things, even like vitamin C,
  108. 3:26everything I take right now is going to
  109. 3:27have to come to a stop while I
  110. 3:29completely rid my body of these zombie
  111. 3:30cells. And then once it sees this
  112. 3:32[music] destroyed cell in front of it,
  113. 3:34anything that has had rust on it, it is
  114. 3:36going to rid it from my body, which is a
  115. 3:38pretty radical experience. So, I'm not
  116. 3:39going to be able to do anything like
  117. 3:40NAD+, which is going to promote cellular
  118. 3:43growth. Right? I'm trying to flush cells
  119. 3:44out of my body for once. I'm also not
  120. 3:46going to be able to eat a very high
  121. 3:48protein diet, which is going to limit
  122. 3:49some of the functionality as well. And
  123. 3:50even worse than that, I'm not even going
  124. 3:52to be able to exercise or [music] weight
  125. 3:53train. I can do some light zone 2 cardio
  126. 3:55is about as high as it can go. But, this
  127. 3:57is going to be a mental battle more than
  128. 3:58anything. And from what I've seen, you
  129. 3:59can actually expect a little bit of like
  130. 4:01a flu-l like response for the first 48
  131. 4:03hours afterwards. I didn't totally know
  132. 4:04what I was getting into when I started
  133. 4:06this, but like I, you know, we're
  134. 4:07already here. I'm not going to stop now.
  135. 4:09So, this next week's not going to be
  136. 4:11super fun for me. Like, I'm I'm riding
  137. 4:13high on this SS31 feeling. I'm getting
  138. 4:15the best results I've had in the gym in
  139. 4:17a long time. I feel as strong as I've
  140. 4:19been. I'm looking lean and all all of
  141. 4:20the things I'm looking for. So, stay
  142. 4:22tuned and I will see you guys next week.
  143. 4:26We are back and we are in phase three.
  144. 4:29We finished up the Fox04 DRRi, lost a
  145. 4:32substantial amount of weight, finished
  146. 4:33up that clearing phase, and now we are
  147. 4:35moving into the new foundation. So, as a
  148. 4:37lot of you guys know, at the tail end of
  149. 4:39phase 2, we basically nuked our cellular
  150. 4:42system, meaning we destroyed all of the
  151. 4:44senic cells, all of those zombie cells
  152. 4:46that are attached to our liver, lung,
  153. 4:47kidney, heart, muscle, everything,
  154. 4:49slowing down our ability to function at
  155. 4:51100% output. That's where I'm going to
  156. 4:53be including the bio-regulators. So, I'm
  157. 4:55going to be adding in epitalon,
  158. 4:58and NAD+. So, the main job here is
  159. 5:00before we pour gasoline on the fire, we
  160. 5:03just got to get the fire started. With
  161. 5:04bio regulators, we're giving our cells
  162. 5:06the ability and the strength to be in
  163. 5:08their best form. In a phase like this
  164. 5:10where I'm trying to recalibrate my body,
  165. 5:12my sleep is of the utmost [music]
  166. 5:14importance. Well, before I can get into
  167. 5:16that kind of stuff, I do have to clear
  168. 5:17out some of the cellular debris that is
  169. 5:19in the aftermath of the nuking. And for
  170. 5:21that, I'm using thymus and alpha 1,
  171. 5:22which is going to rebalance the [music]
  172. 5:24immune system so that all that extra
  173. 5:25gunk doesn't limit the efficacy of the
  174. 5:28epalon and the pine. And the now with
  175. 5:30the epitalon, it's always really well
  176. 5:32balanced with the pinealon. Vine on is
  177. 5:34also going to help with my circadian
  178. 5:36rhythm as well as just my ability to
  179. 5:37rest and recover at that highest rate.
  180. 5:39Now, that's really what we're going to
  181. 5:40be prioritizing on this next 20-day ben
  182. 5:42is how well we get oursel [music] back
  183. 5:44to baseline so that we can fuel the fire
  184. 5:47and get incredible superhuman like
  185. 5:49results. The NAD's job is really going
  186. 5:51to be to give our bodies the cellular
  187. 5:53energy to perform those mechanisms,
  188. 5:55which is our body's own internal
  189. 5:57currency of how much cellular
  190. 5:59expenditure we're able to provide. Stick
  191. 6:01around for the next phase. We'll see how
  192. 6:03well this one works. I'm going to be
  193. 6:04running this one for about 20 days. I
  194. 6:05might check in halfway through or I
  195. 6:07might just see you guys on the next
  196. 6:08phase. But from here on, we're back in
  197. 6:10muscle building mode, which is my
  198. 6:11favorite mode to be in. So, I'll see you
  199. 6:13guys on the next phase.
  200. 6:16Woo! We are back, guys. I am feeling
  201. 6:20awesome right now. We're midway through
  202. 6:21phase three right now. I've got another
  203. 6:23week or so on the epylon pinealon nad
  204. 6:27and then we're moving into phase four.
  205. 6:28Look at this. I don't know if you can
  206. 6:29see it that well. I am gaining some size
  207. 6:31back.
  208. 6:34Come on now. You know how skinny I was?
  209. 6:37Well, you do. For you, it was 2 minutes
  210. 6:38ago. Oh my goodness. I cannot tell you
  211. 6:41how much better it feels to not be
  212. 6:43starved and the brain fog from the fox.
  213. 6:45But I'll tell you what I'm noticing
  214. 6:47pretty quickly. I think I've got thicker
  215. 6:48hair already. And that was one of the
  216. 6:50things that they found in the mice
  217. 6:51trials is that they were able to regrow
  218. 6:54their fur back from bald mice. I don't
  219. 6:56know if that's exactly how this works,
  220. 6:57but from what I understand about the
  221. 6:59product, it could be the case because
  222. 7:00that's what part of hair loss is, is
  223. 7:02you've got dead, decrepit cells clogging
  224. 7:04up those hair follicles. You can remove
  225. 7:06those and keep new cells flushing the
  226. 7:08the scalp there. There's no reason that
  227. 7:10you shouldn't see increases in hair
  228. 7:12growth. I can't tell you guys how
  229. 7:13freaking fantastic I feel. I made a
  230. 7:15video on Instagram today actually
  231. 7:16talking about how the mitochondrial
  232. 7:18differences, especially going from SS31
  233. 7:21first, which I think was the key to this
  234. 7:23protocol, was starting with the SS31 and
  235. 7:25then the Fox. A lot of people asked why
  236. 7:27I did it this way because I was able to
  237. 7:29restore the membranes and the
  238. 7:30mitochondria before going in and getting
  239. 7:32everybody off the boat. I've tried other
  240. 7:34stuff before and I haven't seen results
  241. 7:35at this rate [music] since I very first
  242. 7:37started TRT. So, this is super promising
  243. 7:39and we're not even at the part that I
  244. 7:41was expecting get muscle yet. Phase 3
  245. 7:43was really just supposed to be priming
  246. 7:44my body for the explosion. I can't
  247. 7:46imagine what phase 4 is going to look
  248. 7:48like. I'm putting on some size right now
  249. 7:49and then by the time we get to phase 4,
  250. 7:51I mean, I should [music] get pretty
  251. 7:52peeled. In phase three, what we're doing
  252. 7:53is priming my body for cellular
  253. 7:55reproduction. And we're doing that by
  254. 7:56protecting the chromosomes because what
  255. 7:58happens a lot of time if you overdo
  256. 8:00cellular replication, your chromosomes
  257. 8:02get damaged and you can actually age
  258. 8:03faster. The epalon is going to help
  259. 8:05lengthen those telomeres and keep
  260. 8:07telomeres active. So the my cells have
  261. 8:09the ability to continue to divide at
  262. 8:10this rapid rate without aging and dying
  263. 8:12off. Specifically in the mitochondria is
  264. 8:14where we're going to get there in phase
  265. 8:15four. [music] Because now we will only
  266. 8:16have clean, new, pure, strong cells
  267. 8:19flowing throughout the body. We should
  268. 8:20have cleared out nearly all of the bad.
  269. 8:22And if we're only replicating the
  270. 8:24highest version of cells that exist
  271. 8:26based on the way I understand this,
  272. 8:27there's no reason that I shouldn't be
  273. 8:28able to have incredible muscle building
  274. 8:30abilities, incredible cognitive
  275. 8:31function, incredible fat loss,
  276. 8:33incredible organ function. And I'm
  277. 8:34getting blood tests all along the way to
  278. 8:36tell me how effective this [music] stuff
  279. 8:38is. I think the reason I'm feeling so
  280. 8:40great is I'm just not feeling like crap
  281. 8:42anymore. Not because anything impactful
  282. 8:44has happened positively, but because
  283. 8:45I've just gotten rid of all the
  284. 8:46negatives, if [music] that makes sense.
  285. 8:48So, that's my theory and I'm running
  286. 8:49with it. It seems to be working out so
  287. 8:50far. I will see you guys in the next
  288. 8:52update.
  289. 8:54[music]
  290. 8:55We are back at the end of phase three. I
  291. 8:58have been on the epalon and the pinealon
  292. 9:00for a little while now and I am coming
  293. 9:01down to the end of it and man I am
  294. 9:03always ready to get off epitalon at the
  295. 9:05end. The main reason not for anything
  296. 9:07other than the fact that it just makes
  297. 9:08you a little bit tired and groggy during
  298. 9:10the day. That's usually how you know
  299. 9:11it's working because your body is just
  300. 9:13resetting its melatonin production. It's
  301. 9:15getting back in that groove. The best
  302. 9:16part about epalon is when you're done
  303. 9:18with it. A lot of people get this
  304. 9:19confused and they're like, "Oh man, I'm
  305. 9:2010 days in. I don't feel fantastic yet.
  306. 9:22I thought it was so good." No, you have
  307. 9:24to wait until you finish and then your
  308. 9:26body has finished the reset and all of
  309. 9:28the benefits start to happen and we see
  310. 9:29our recovery, especially on our whoop
  311. 9:31start to shoot up. It's the best. I am
  312. 9:32noticing a little bit of maybe over
  313. 9:35production from the pinealon. I think
  314. 9:36I'm going to cut that a little bit
  315. 9:38short. I've got a few days left of the
  316. 9:39epitalon. I had a pretty massive blunder
  317. 9:42this week. I was going to start my M C
  318. 9:44and overlap it with just the end of the
  319. 9:46of the epitital on there and I
  320. 9:49accidentally grabbed melanotan 2, not M
  321. 9:52entirely. My fault and I ended up doing
  322. 9:553 millig because that's what I was going
  323. 9:56to do for my MC. I was able to, you
  324. 9:59know, still be at an 85% on the whoop
  325. 10:01last night even after all that, which
  326. 10:02was pretty impressive. Honestly, I was
  327. 10:04expecting to be in a much worse spot.
  328. 10:06But but I'm very excited to move into
  329. 10:07phase four. or I'll have an update on
  330. 10:08that for you guys next week as we start
  331. 10:10getting a little more traction or maybe
  332. 10:12even at the end of this week. Depends.
  333. 10:13[music] And that's really where I think
  334. 10:15we're going to see a ton of the physical
  335. 10:16benefit. I think at least I think a lot
  336. 10:18of people are going to start asking what
  337. 10:20do I take? What do I do? And they're
  338. 10:21going to ask me about Matsi because
  339. 10:23that's the one that I'm going to be
  340. 10:24taking that's going to show all of the
  341. 10:25benefit, but they're not going to
  342. 10:26realize the first three phases are
  343. 10:28really what made the Matsi [music] able
  344. 10:30to work as powerfully as it could. Most
  345. 10:32people could take Matsi and get, you
  346. 10:34know, a good bit of benefit. But when
  347. 10:35you can prime it for what it can really
  348. 10:37do, we're talking about fueling our
  349. 10:39mitochondria, which improve every
  350. 10:40function of the body. And that's every
  351. 10:42function of the body, right? We talk a
  352. 10:44lot about muscle, fat loss, all of these
  353. 10:46things, but anything that you do, we can
  354. 10:47improve it with enhanced mitochondria
  355. 10:49because everything is centered at
  356. 10:51mitochondria. So, if we can improve
  357. 10:53everything about the way that our
  358. 10:54mitochondria functions and stop them
  359. 10:57from wasting [music] energy, stop them
  360. 10:59from wasting some of the stuff that
  361. 11:00we're going to give it in order to get
  362. 11:02bigger muscles, more fat loss, better
  363. 11:04sleep, darker hair, better eyes, better
  364. 11:06skin, whatever it is you're going for. A
  365. 11:08lot of people just talk about, what do I
  366. 11:09feed it? I want to give it more. I want
  367. 11:10to give it more. I want to make it
  368. 11:11better. So, my prediction is I think
  369. 11:14about a month from now. Today is April
  370. 11:16what? 21st, 22nd. I would venture to
  371. 11:18guess by end of May, this same time, May
  372. 11:2021st, May 22nd. I mean, I should just
  373. 11:23look ridicul. I should look like a
  374. 11:24freak, you know? Like, I I should be
  375. 11:26leaner than I am today and have more
  376. 11:28muscle. That's pretty [music] freaking
  377. 11:30sick, you know? If you really think
  378. 11:31about it, because any time prior to this
  379. 11:33in in medical history, if someone were
  380. 11:35to tell you, I'm going to be leaner and
  381. 11:37have more muscle and I'm going to do it
  382. 11:38in 30 days, they would look at you like
  383. 11:40a clown because then you just couldn't
  384. 11:41do it. But once we have this whole
  385. 11:43cellular function part figured out and
  386. 11:44the proper diet to go with it. So I'm
  387. 11:46eating a pretty high protein diet. I'm
  388. 11:47usually I'm around 250 g of protein a
  389. 11:49day. And then I'm pairing that right now
  390. 11:51it's super heavy carb. I'm probably like
  391. 11:53300ish g of carbs a day somewhere around
  392. 11:55there. I'm going to cut that down just
  393. 11:58barely. Probably like 250. I'm going to
  394. 11:59do 250 250 and I should just explode.
  395. 12:02And the nice part is it's going to be
  396. 12:04lean too.
  397. 12:06We are about a week into part four and
  398. 12:09guys, I feel electric. I knew phase four
  399. 12:13was going to be the phase where I
  400. 12:14started to feel and look awesome. My
  401. 12:16progress photos in the gym today have
  402. 12:17been pretty elite and I was saying this
  403. 12:19from the beginning. I think by phase 4,
  404. 12:21we're going to see all the crazy output
  405. 12:23start to happen. What I don't want to
  406. 12:24happen is people are like, "Okay, I'm
  407. 12:25just going to do the M C and the
  408. 12:27mitochondrial replication as well as the
  409. 12:29increased output and think that they're
  410. 12:30just going to get all these crazy
  411. 12:31results." That's not going to happen.
  412. 12:32you need to do some preliminary phases.
  413. 12:35At the very least, an SS31 before the
  414. 12:37MOS C is going to be the minimum. I
  415. 12:39don't know that I can necessarily
  416. 12:40recommend Fox04 yet because I don't
  417. 12:42think that I've seen any dramatic
  418. 12:44difference between what I've done with
  419. 12:45just the SS31 versus the SS31, then the
  420. 12:48FOX04. The Epalon I would definitely
  421. 12:50include in there because I' I've done
  422. 12:52that before and I I know it's effective.
  423. 12:53And I really like the pine Alon in pair
  424. 12:55with that because that's just increased
  425. 12:56the receptors in my body to be able to
  426. 12:59receive the message from the MSI which
  427. 13:00I'm loving. And look, when I tell you
  428. 13:02guys the muscle building is is
  429. 13:04phenomenal, the fat loss is there, but
  430. 13:06the athleticism, the cardiovascular
  431. 13:08benefits, that's something I didn't
  432. 13:09expect. I know it's listed as one of the
  433. 13:11effects of the product, but I haven't
  434. 13:12felt this cardiovascular strength since
  435. 13:15I was in high school and actually
  436. 13:17running. You wouldn't catch me dead on a
  437. 13:19jog. A lot of you guys know this about
  438. 13:20me. I notice it a lot, especially when
  439. 13:22I'm boxing. Like, it's a very tiring
  440. 13:23sport, and I'm usually huffing and
  441. 13:24puffing by the end of it. Last couple
  442. 13:26rounds I've gone while I've been on this
  443. 13:27stuff, I don't know. I've just been able
  444. 13:28to stick it out through the end and
  445. 13:30where everybody else is keeled over on
  446. 13:31their knees like I'm ready to go. I'm
  447. 13:33really enjoying the mods. I started at 3
  448. 13:35millig every other day. I'm going to
  449. 13:37bump it up to 5 millig every other day.
  450. 13:39I'm seeing that's actually a bit of a
  451. 13:40light dose, but the point is this shit's
  452. 13:42working and I feel freaking [music]
  453. 13:44awesome. So, I will see you guys in the
  454. 13:47next update. But I think within the next
  455. 13:49four or so weeks, I should just have a
  456. 13:53ridiculous [music]
  457. 13:53physique. So hopefully I see you guys by
  458. 13:55the end of this and I do one of these
  459. 13:57and I look freaking [ __ ] ripped.
  460. 14:02We are back for another update on phase
  461. 14:044. Let me tell you, I feel good. You
  462. 14:06know, the first things I noticed were
  463. 14:07primarily physical and then athletic.
  464. 14:10The theme of this week has just been
  465. 14:13dopamine. And I did a deep dive on
  466. 14:15dopamine. And if you're seeing [music]
  467. 14:16this, I just recorded my dopamine video.
  468. 14:19I'm actually wearing the same shirt. And
  469. 14:20gosh, I just notice the immediate
  470. 14:24compounding effects of my internal
  471. 14:26reward system. And if you missed that
  472. 14:27video, you know, the whole point of
  473. 14:28dopamine, it's not the feeling of this
  474. 14:30immense happiness or this joy of
  475. 14:32reaching a destination. That's, you
  476. 14:34know, your serotonin and other chemicals
  477. 14:35in your body. So, I think there's a lot
  478. 14:37more I could go into in terms of like I
  479. 14:38don't really experience procrastination
  480. 14:40anymore, which is one of the key
  481. 14:41indicators of optimized dopamine.
  482. 14:43There's nothing that I'll do later or
  483. 14:45that I'll go get to another time or once
  484. 14:47I'm rested or there's none of that.
  485. 14:49something comes across, I just knock it
  486. 14:51out because I just want to. I I have
  487. 14:53this desire to. And this isn't even just
  488. 14:54work things. This is menial crap around
  489. 14:56the house, taking [music] out the trash,
  490. 14:58picking up something off the floor,
  491. 14:59smallest little things. But more than
  492. 15:01anything, I found myself conversing with
  493. 15:03humans more. Like I I'm just making a
  494. 15:05better connection, a better interaction
  495. 15:07with people. And that's not something
  496. 15:08I've always been effective at. I worked
  497. 15:10in a position where communication was
  498. 15:11really important for a long time, but I
  499. 15:13almost did it like as a profession. It
  500. 15:14wasn't, you know, really about who I
  501. 15:16was. But I'm now going out of my way to
  502. 15:17do this on a [music] more intimate level
  503. 15:19with people and I have really enjoyed
  504. 15:21that. So I hope this doesn't fade away
  505. 15:23after this experiment. I hope this is
  506. 15:25something that continues to foster and
  507. 15:27that you know I'm going to do this not
  508. 15:28[music] this whole experiment but
  509. 15:30several parts of this protocol you know
  510. 15:31between two and three times a year. So
  511. 15:33it's something to look forward to each
  512. 15:34time that [music] I'm just going to be
  513. 15:35in this serene state.
  514. 15:38Here we are two weeks 3 weeks into phase
  515. 15:41four here. I feel good. Feel real good.
  516. 15:43Look at that. Bam. starting to fill back
  517. 15:46out again. Number one thing I'll say is
  518. 15:48my strength is definitely returning.
  519. 15:50It's been gone for a while in this
  520. 15:52experiment and even a little bit leading
  521. 15:54up to it too because I was overdoing the
  522. 15:55red. You know, a good marker for me is
  523. 15:57usually my my chest strength. That
  524. 15:59usually tells me how strong I am in
  525. 16:01comparison to to [music] weeks, months
  526. 16:03past. And today I was able to, you know,
  527. 16:06do the 130s on the dumbbell incline
  528. 16:08again, which I haven't done in a while.
  529. 16:10The highest number I ever got up to was
  530. 16:12was the 140s. [music] you know, I was
  531. 16:14doing those for like four or five reps.
  532. 16:16So, if I get back to that, then I will
  533. 16:18have returned to my peak physical
  534. 16:19strength that, you know, that I've ever
  535. 16:21been at. If I can do that while being
  536. 16:23lean, that would be pretty sick.
  537. 16:24Something I noticed this week more than
  538. 16:26anything is how rested and recovered I
  539. 16:30Oh my lord, I have not felt that in so
  540. 16:33long. And I knew it was only a matter of
  541. 16:35time because once the epalon cycle
  542. 16:37finishes, that's when it really hits.
  543. 16:40It's an incredible feeling. And if
  544. 16:42you're somebody who does not get great
  545. 16:43sleep right now, especially if you wear
  546. 16:45a Whoop and you see that you're in the
  547. 16:46yellow pretty consistently or low green,
  548. 16:49getting back to that and just feeling
  549. 16:51that like refreshing feeling again,
  550. 16:53feeling that mental acuity just return
  551. 16:55to your body and the energy come back to
  552. 16:58you, it's like nothing I could possibly
  553. 17:00describe. I've of course felt the
  554. 17:01negative ramifications of damaged
  555. 17:03cellular health. You know, a lot of you
  556. 17:04guys know for a long time I was a heavy
  557. 17:06drinker. I had been using drugs and all
  558. 17:08sorts of stuff. [music] But this
  559. 17:10cellular rehabilitation that I've been
  560. 17:12going through has been one of the best
  561. 17:14things I've ever done for myself. And I
  562. 17:17can say with full certainty, this is the
  563. 17:19best I've felt in a very long time. And
  564. 17:22I wake up and I feel fantastic. I want
  565. 17:24to take the extra steps to improve
  566. 17:25again. For a long time, I kind of just
  567. 17:27skipped over a lot of the things that I
  568. 17:29knew I should be doing. Like I'm back to
  569. 17:31reading in the mornings and getting
  570. 17:32morning sunlight and I'm doing all my
  571. 17:34digestion walks and I'm just doing all
  572. 17:36the little things that you kind of skip
  573. 17:38out on when you're not feeling 100%
  574. 17:40which is really just you kind of being a
  575. 17:41puss but it's easy to get in that
  576. 17:44mindset that like rut mindset like when
  577. 17:46you don't do one thing you don't do a
  578. 17:47100 things. I have this kind of glow
  579. 17:49that has come back to me this energy
  580. 17:51this puress that I feel again and
  581. 17:53whether it's the peptide or placebo or
  582. 17:55whatever I'm enjoying it. So hopefully
  583. 17:58this is still around here next week and
  584. 17:59it's not just some short-term burst
  585. 18:01that's unrelated. Aside from that, we'll
  586. 18:03keep on cruising and I'll I'll keep you
  587. 18:05guys updated.
  588. 18:07Here we are, week four, five, whatever
  589. 18:10it is. And guys, I'm there. I'm there. I
  590. 18:12probably got another week or so with two
  591. 18:14weeks I'm going to do this, but like I
  592. 18:16am there. I've got it figured out. So if
  593. 18:18you kept up with this series on
  594. 18:20Instagram, you saw I've just absolutely
  595. 18:22cracked the code on Whoop recovery. I
  596. 18:24have found this experiment incredible. I
  597. 18:26think I've tried all the ones that would
  598. 18:28require extreme bodily ships. Now I'm
  599. 18:30just going to make myself as
  600. 18:32superpowered as humanly possible.
  601. 18:34Instead of degrading and destroying
  602. 18:35myself, I am going to find such drastic
  603. 18:38ways to improve myself that it will
  604. 18:40become superhuman. And that was the idea
  605. 18:42of starting the fox as well. We'll move
  606. 18:44into the blood work after that and we'll
  607. 18:45[music] see what happens next. I'll see
  608. 18:47you guys soon.
  609. 18:49We are just about complete with the
  610. 18:51four-phase experiment. I could not be
  611. 18:53happier with the results. But as
  612. 18:55promised for you guys at the end of this
  613. 18:57experiment, I said I was going to
  614. 18:58release my full protocol top to bottom,
  615. 19:01everything I took, dosing, frequency,
  616. 19:03and I'm going to give that to you guys
  617. 19:04here. Now, starting with phase one, I
  618. 19:06did SS31. I did that for 20 days
  619. 19:09straight. And I do that at 12.5
  620. 19:11milligrams a day. A key part of this
  621. 19:12experiment is the supplementary things
  622. 19:14that I added in with my lead sources.
  623. 19:16And I will go through those as well for
  624. 19:18each section. For phase one, not only
  625. 19:19did I have the SS31, I also had the
  626. 19:21Wolverine blend and I was also using NAD
  627. 19:23plus Wolverine blend just to make sure
  628. 19:24that the receptors in my body were being
  629. 19:26as receptive as possible as well as the
  630. 19:29inflammation was staying low so that the
  631. 19:30treatment could reach mitochondrial
  632. 19:32membrane. And the NAD, of course, was to
  633. 19:34give my body more cellular energy in
  634. 19:35order to provide these functions like
  635. 19:37building that mitochondrial membrane
  636. 19:39back. Now, that's 20 days, no off days.
  637. 19:40I like to do that in the morning,
  638. 19:41certainly not the night because I
  639. 19:42[music] do get a boost of energy from
  640. 19:44it, or at least it makes me feel like I
  641. 19:45do. Phase two, we moved into the purging
  642. 19:48phase. Now, a lot of people ask, why not
  643. 19:49do the purging first? And the reason is
  644. 19:51if the mitochondria and the cell
  645. 19:53membrane are damaged, it doesn't matter
  646. 19:55what I try to put into my body, it's
  647. 19:57just going to flood out and it's going
  648. 19:58to release toxins out to the rest of my
  649. 20:00body because my cells are spewing what
  650. 20:02is basically their excrement. So, if I
  651. 20:04wanted to do my FOX04 DRRi, which is the
  652. 20:06main peptide I used in phase 2, if the
  653. 20:08cells were all leaking, it would have
  654. 20:10just poured right out. So, a lot of
  655. 20:11people think of this in a very literal
  656. 20:13sense where they think about it like a
  657. 20:15big bucket of water where you should
  658. 20:17remove everything out of the bucket
  659. 20:18before you start repairing it. It's not
  660. 20:20exactly the same. We're talking about
  661. 20:22microscopic level things before
  662. 20:24macrolevel things happen. Box04 was a
  663. 20:26little bit more macro. We were fully
  664. 20:27removing senence cells out of the body.
  665. 20:29Fox04 is really just like the Barrett 50
  666. 20:31cal. Fasting is kind of like the Nerf
  667. 20:33gun. It does work. All we're trying to
  668. 20:35do is signal autophagy. does make it
  669. 20:37work at the end of the day, but the
  670. 20:38Fox04 DRRi is much more impactful than
  671. 20:41doing things like a multi-day fast.
  672. 20:43Also, for someone like me who's not
  673. 20:44trying to lose tons and tons of weight,
  674. 20:45I still lost like 10 or 15 lbs on the
  675. 20:48FOX04 DRRi. I end up coming out looking
  676. 20:50really skinny because I had to keep my
  677. 20:52carbohydrates really low in order to
  678. 20:54signal the the P-21, which is the active
  679. 20:56thing inside of the cell that we're
  680. 20:58trying to pull out that's going to cause
  681. 20:59that cell death. In order to make that
  682. 21:01happen, you can't really have much carbs
  683. 21:02or protein in your diet at all when
  684. 21:04you're doing this FOX4. I mix that in
  685. 21:06with PQQ as well as still taking the
  686. 21:08uroliththna A and spermadine which is
  687. 21:11also helpful at signaling that
  688. 21:12autophagy. I did the Fox04 dosed at 15
  689. 21:15milligrams a day for 5 days straight. I
  690. 21:17just wanted to get it over with. They
  691. 21:18tell you to do it every other day. I was
  692. 21:20not fasting that long. There's no way.
  693. 21:23And I knew I was going to end up coming
  694. 21:24out looking rough. It also has an effect
  695. 21:26on your mind and things like that which
  696. 21:28I talked about earlier in the video. But
  697. 21:30oh boy, I was just ready to get that
  698. 21:31over with. Then we moved into phase
  699. 21:33three, [music] which was just best
  700. 21:35because then we started moving back in
  701. 21:36the positive direction. It's an
  702. 21:38unfortunate cycle because after you
  703. 21:39finish the SS31, you feel awesome.
  704. 21:42Muscle building is at an all-time high.
  705. 21:44Fat loss is at an all-time high. The
  706. 21:45body is just working the way it's
  707. 21:47designed to work. It's not supercharged,
  708. 21:48but it's just at 100% ability. For most
  709. 21:51people that are just getting started, I
  710. 21:52would probably skip it. If you want to
  711. 21:53do it with the Foxo4 one out of the
  712. 21:55three times a year that you do this
  713. 21:57blend, great, fine. But as you move into
  714. 21:59phase three, for me that was epitalon
  715. 22:01and pinealon also with NAD and
  716. 22:03Wolverine. But really the [music] main
  717. 22:04two activives there were epitalon
  718. 22:06pinealon. Epalon is going to lengthen
  719. 22:07those telomeres, make it so that DNA
  720. 22:09replication off the tips of the
  721. 22:11chromosomes. Epalon is also really good
  722. 22:13for resetting your internal clock,
  723. 22:15meaning the time that you go to bed, the
  724. 22:17time that you wake up, it resets that
  725. 22:18circadian rhythm inside you, giving you
  726. 22:21incredibly restful sleep. And that was
  727. 22:22something I was struggling with at the
  728. 22:24time. Of course, I'm up late sometimes,
  729. 22:26you know, on Saturday nights. Sometimes
  730. 22:27I'm up until 5:00 a.m. 6:00 a.m. So
  731. 22:29doing that epitalon periodically
  732. 22:30throughout the year gives my body an
  733. 22:32internal reset to know, okay, I'm going
  734. 22:34to be really well rested and recovering
  735. 22:35during my sleep hours, even though I'm
  736. 22:37telling my body I'm going to be up late
  737. 22:38on Saturday. Pinealon was incredible for
  738. 22:40priming the body for the mass cellular
  739. 22:42replication because pinealon makes the
  740. 22:44receptors in your body more adept at
  741. 22:46responding to things like peptides. So
  742. 22:48theoretically, you can turn yourself
  743. 22:49into a hyperresponder. I love the
  744. 22:51pinealon. just offers this clear mind,
  745. 22:54this relaxed state where everything just
  746. 22:56kind of clicks with you. [music] And the
  747. 22:57medical reason for why I do that is
  748. 22:59because I know moving into phase 4, I
  749. 23:01want whatever I take next to really hit
  750. 23:03home. But you also do get a nice
  751. 23:05cognitive benefit from it and you just
  752. 23:06start to think a little bit clearer,
  753. 23:07which was nut. Epelon and pinealon,
  754. 23:09you're going to do both of those for 20
  755. 23:11days straight. And I did the epalon at
  756. 23:1310 milligs a day. Again, you're going to
  757. 23:14hear some people tell you to do things
  758. 23:15like 1 2 milligs a night. Take it an
  759. 23:18hour before bed. You want to make sure
  760. 23:19that you're setting that internal clock.
  761. 23:21These are expensive treatments, but if
  762. 23:22you want them to work the way that they
  763. 23:24have worked for me, you have to do them
  764. 23:25this way. We're all in it together. Pine
  765. 23:27Alon I was doing I started at honestly
  766. 23:29kind of high. I was doing three
  767. 23:31sometimes even 5 milligs a day. I ended
  768. 23:32up dropping it down to 1 and a half to
  769. 23:34two because it almost just kind of felt
  770. 23:36like too much in the brain and my
  771. 23:37receptors were being overly active for
  772. 23:39some things. So I ended up dropping it
  773. 23:41down and I found my sweet spot right
  774. 23:42around 2 milligs a day. Now lastly,
  775. 23:44phase four, which I said this in phase
  776. 23:46one. I said phase 4 is going to be
  777. 23:48absolutely wicked and it's going to get
  778. 23:50all the credit, but it's everything I
  779. 23:52did leading up to it that made it what
  780. 23:53it was. And phase four is M C. Mat C
  781. 23:56raises our AMPK, which is going to
  782. 23:58increase the energy that our body
  783. 24:00creates. It's going to increase the way
  784. 24:01that our body does things like nutrition
  785. 24:03partitioning, taking in things like
  786. 24:04carbohydrates and using them purely for
  787. 24:06energy instead of any fat stores on the
  788. 24:08body. also giving us the ability to have
  789. 24:10incredible athletic endurance, super
  790. 24:12sharp cognitive enhancement, and all of
  791. 24:14the rest and recovery benefits that you
  792. 24:16would look for. I think Matsi is one of
  793. 24:18the most revolutionary peptides that
  794. 24:19exists on the marketplace today, but a
  795. 24:21lot of people aren't getting the full
  796. 24:22benefits of it because their
  797. 24:23mitochondria are damaged or their cells
  798. 24:25are not primed to have that much
  799. 24:27cellular energy pushed into them. Which
  800. 24:29is why I say all of those prior stages
  801. 24:31are really important before you get to
  802. 24:34phase 4 in order for the Matsi to work
  803. 24:35that well. But yes, to the answer to the
  804. 24:37question, you can do MSI on its own and
  805. 24:40still get awesome results. I've done it
  806. 24:41before. At the very least, if you're
  807. 24:43going to do nothing else, do the SS31
  808. 24:45first and then the MC and it is lights
  809. 24:47out. But if you can do the whole
  810. 24:49experiment, unfair. This is my third
  811. 24:51time, by the way, using MC. I've also
  812. 24:53done it where I messed up the first
  813. 24:54time. I did the MC first and then SS31.
  814. 24:57This is part of the experimenting
  815. 24:58process. There wasn't a lot of people at
  816. 24:59the time who you could consult about
  817. 25:01this. So, I was just kind of trying to
  818. 25:02understand the pathways and what I
  819. 25:04should do first. But now I've been able
  820. 25:05to spend a lot more time researching. I
  821. 25:07have a really good understanding of how
  822. 25:08these things work. If you can do the
  823. 25:10Matsi after all of them, it's unlike
  824. 25:12anything that I've seen before to have
  825. 25:13mitochondria efficiency the way that I
  826. 25:15do now. No other way to explain it. It's
  827. 25:16awesome. But I do the Matsi at 5 millig
  828. 25:19every other day. Now, the most important
  829. 25:21part of Matzi is when you take it.
  830. 25:23Because if muscle building is a priority
  831. 25:24for you, like it is for me, do not take
  832. 25:26it anywhere near your weightlifting
  833. 25:28workouts. All the crap you're going to
  834. 25:29see online says, "Make sure you take
  835. 25:31this before you go out." No, that is
  836. 25:33only helpful if you're trying to lose
  837. 25:34fat. If you do it before you go work
  838. 25:36out, you're actually going to hurt your
  839. 25:37muscle building ability because it's
  840. 25:39going to drastically affect your mTor.
  841. 25:41Your mTor is catabolic to the muscle
  842. 25:43growth. Anytime you're raising AMK, mTor
  843. 25:46has an opposite reaction. It's going to
  844. 25:47really hurt the way that your body can
  845. 25:49put on muscle. So, if you're doing
  846. 25:50something fat loss oriented, for me, I
  847. 25:52do boxing. I will definitely take it
  848. 25:54right before boxing cuz I need that
  849. 25:55cardio and I'm not really looking to
  850. 25:57build muscle while I'm boxing. I'm
  851. 25:58looking to get shredded. Now guys, I
  852. 26:00still have to take my remaining blood
  853. 26:01work on this test, but I will tell you
  854. 26:03this has been one of the greatest
  855. 26:04discoveries that I have found in my
  856. 26:06scientific journey. As you guys know, I
  857. 26:08test a lot of different things, and I
  858. 26:10fully believe that I have stumbled upon
  859. 26:12what could be one of the most impactful
  860. 26:13things on the human body, which is how
  861. 26:15to actually enhance the mitochondria.
  862. 26:17Now, it's not a cheap process. It's not
  863. 26:19a fast process, but boy, does it work.
  864. 26:21So, if you're interested in stuff like
  865. 26:22this, guys, I'm going to be constantly
  866. 26:24posting my latest experiments, always
  867. 26:26trying to find what is next in the
  868. 26:27health and wellness industry. I post
  869. 26:29twice a week. Hit that subscribe button
  870. 26:30and turn on post notifications so that
  871. 26:32you never miss a video. And I will see
  872. 26:34[music] you guys in the next one.
