- 0:00State activation.
- 0:03The absolute
- 0:05protagonist
- 0:06of testosterone production.
- 0:09We're going to go into state activation.
- 0:11I'm going to explain to you exactly how
- 0:12it is benefiting me so that I could
- 0:14become the full archetype of my identity
- 0:16and the target of my identity. But I'm
- 0:18also going to explain exactly how LH
- 0:20hormone, luteinizing hormone,
- 0:23allows state activation to produce
- 0:26through pain and bypass the whole
- 0:28process of your endocrinology and your
- 0:30biochemistry to produce T at a very high
- 0:33demand. So, state activation for me
- 0:37came from a place of pain.
- 0:39And it comes from a place of pain
- 0:40because
- 0:41we call it state activation as if the
- 0:44conscious is being completely controlled
- 0:46by your brain, by your thoughts.
- 0:49Everything that is in the realm of
- 0:51consciousness, subconsciousness, and
- 0:52unconscious behaviors comes from pain,
- 0:55if you know it or not. Psychology,
- 0:57right? It's all derived from experience,
- 1:00pain, identity, and what builds you into
- 1:03the man you are.
- 1:04This is what we call state.
- 1:06And that state is sort of a flow.
- 1:09Excuse me.
- 1:10This is the absolute highest degree
- 1:13of who you are.
- 1:14And this is when you perform the best.
- 1:16So, how I came up with state activation
- 1:19was very particular. I did it in a way
- 1:21that forced me to introduce pain through
- 1:24fantasy because I was somebody who
- 1:26didn't grow up with a lot of pain. I had
- 1:28to give myself pain. I had to go to MMA,
- 1:30right? I had to go to kickboxing and
- 1:31Muay Thai. I had to go introduce myself
- 1:33to people. I had to go and get rejected
- 1:35all the time and try businesses and fail
- 1:37businesses. I introduced pain into my
- 1:39life at a very, very fast pace so that I
- 1:42could feel that. Get my heart broken. Do
- 1:44all the [ __ ] that you could think
- 1:45of.
- 1:46And I say [ __ ] cuz it [ __ ] hurt.
- 1:48And at the time, I didn't realize that
- 1:49that pain was going to be leading to
- 1:51something else. And it did. It did in
- 1:54complete
- 2:00You know what's funny about state
- 2:02activation? Before I even tell you the
- 2:03story of how I created it,
- 2:06I was somebody
- 2:07who always saw pain as a negative.
- 2:10And a lot of you probably see the same
- 2:11thing. State activation is drawing pain
- 2:13and pointing it towards a direction, to
- 2:16a target. I call it sniper.
- 2:19A lot of people are like machine guns.
- 2:21They don't have control of their
- 2:22thoughts, and they just shoot out random
- 2:24bullets into every direction. I want to
- 2:26do a business here. I want to go conquer
- 2:27this. I want to go talk to that girl.
- 2:29It's so annoying that you don't have the
- 2:32focus, and you get confused, [music]
- 2:34you get bamboozled, and you get rocked.
- 2:36And you don't have the opportunity to
- 2:38just shift the focus. State activation
- 2:41is the focus. State activation is the
- 2:43sniper bullet, and the target is
- 2:45testosterone.
- 2:46And LH is the protagonist. This is the
- 2:49clear, decisive mechanism that I've
- 2:52curated that allowed me to show it to
- 2:55the world and my audience and my
- 2:57community, and build me as the man.
- 3:00So, how does state activation work?
- 3:03I was going to tell the story, but now
- 3:05that I'm in this deep, I'm just going to
- 3:06tell you exactly how it works. And we'll
- 3:08talk about my story later on. You need
- 3:11to find a target. What is the target? Is
- 3:14it business? Is it risk? Is it
- 3:16lifestyle? Is it millions of dollars? Is
- 3:18it materialism? Is it God?
- 3:20And once you find that target, I want
- 3:22you to draw all of your pain.
- 3:25You can think of pain. Men were
- 3:26motivated by pain. We can instill this
- 3:28within us pretty [ __ ] easily. Just
- 3:31think about something that's dealing
- 3:32with like a lot of struggle in your
- 3:34lifestyle. Is it financial struggle? Is
- 3:36it problems that you're having with
- 3:37women? Is it problems that you're having
- 3:38putting on a mask, and you're insecure
- 3:40about your looks? All of these things
- 3:42that could be considered pain
- 3:45are useful. They are a tool. What is
- 3:47pain? Do you know what pain is?
- 3:51It's just information.
- 3:53Pain is information for emotion.
- 3:56And information for emotion is fire, and
- 3:59that's drive. So, I take that pain and I
- 4:02put it towards a target. Now, I stare at
- 4:03my target. And once I have my target and
- 4:05I put it in the sniper and I lock it up,
- 4:07and I shoot that [ __ ] bullet, what
- 4:09I'm doing is I'm channeling that pain
- 4:11into drive.
- 4:12It's as pure as that.
- 4:15Once you have that, what do you have
- 4:17from here? You have an identity behind
- 4:19the pain. You have a reason and a story
- 4:23and a direction towards the pain.
- 4:25This is the state.
- 4:27The state that comes with it is the
- 4:28activation through consciousness. LH
- 4:31will start to dig in deep because once
- 4:33you have pain, you're deriving something
- 4:35that's within.
- 4:36Your stretch Your stress tolerance,
- 4:38excuse me, will increase
- 4:40and your demand for testosterone will
- 4:41increase simply by the fact that your
- 4:43body recognizes this pain as a threat
- 4:45signal. And your HPG HPA axis says,
- 4:49"Whoa. What What are you doing here?
- 4:51We're under threat. We need more T."
- 4:53Simple as that. And it sends that signal
- 4:56of LH down to GnRH down to your balls,
- 4:59just like we talked about in the first
- 5:01You Don't Know How Testosterone Works,
- 5:03to your [ __ ] brain through a reverse
- 5:06relationship.
- 5:07And then boom, testosterone is
- 5:08activated. So, now we have full state
- 5:10activation.
- 5:12Okay? Now, what is your target?
- 5:14Your target is simply something
- 5:16actionable.
- 5:17The reason that it's actionable is
- 5:19because it's something physically or
- 5:20mentally you can do. It could be
- 5:21fantasy, it could be the real world, it
- 5:24could be anything that is inside of your
- 5:26mind that has to do with an actionable
- 5:28target, or a spiritual target. And
- 5:32you're putting your foot forward towards
- 5:35these targets in a very simple manner.
- 5:39I don't want to overcomplicate state
- 5:40activation because people think it's
- 5:42some esoteric wisdom, but it's not. It's
- 5:44the most realistic logical thing you
- 5:46could do.
- 5:47If you have pain,
- 5:49you use it in your drive. [music] We
- 5:50know this.
- 5:52But if you have pain and you activate
- 5:53the subconscious and use that to drive
- 5:55your conscious state,
- 5:57now you have a weapon.
- 5:59Those are two completely [music]
- 5:59different things because one acts as a
- 6:01lever and the other acts as a resource
- 6:03for emotion. And those resources drive
- 6:06you into nostalgia, they take [music]
- 6:07you back into the deep waters, and it
- 6:09doesn't allow you to think. It just
- 6:10takes control of you. What you want to
- 6:12do is do the complete opposite.
- 6:14So, how do we use state activation for
- 6:15testosterone production, you might ask.
- 6:17State activation for testosterone
- 6:19production works [music] like this.
- 6:21You need to find yourselves
- 6:24You need to find yourself
- 6:25in a situation where testosterone needs
- 6:27to be activated.
- 6:29Because this is exactly how testosterone
- 6:30is produced at a high level. Not through
- 6:33the stakes, not through the training,
- 6:34right?
- 6:36At a high level, testosterone will only
- 6:37be produced at a high level. And I keep
- 6:40saying high level because
- 6:41it's the rate and speed [music] of how
- 6:44testosterone production works.
- 6:46You need to put yourself into a risk
- 6:48mindset, an abundance mindset, not
- 6:50scarcity. Because if you have scarcity,
- 6:52what happens is your body dries up,
- 6:53like, you know,
- 6:55it starts to shrivel. The actionable
- 6:56itself is derived from [music] pain. The
- 6:58state activation is derived through the
- 7:00consciousness. And once you have the
- 7:02target, you shoot the target into your
- 7:04hands of action.
- 7:06So, for me, I'll give you an example.
- 7:07We're going back to back.
- 7:15One of my favorite ways to activate a
- 7:16state is in front of women
- 7:19or at the gym.
- 7:25How do we do this?
- 7:28In front of a woman, you want to
- 7:29obviously keep your composure. You don't
- 7:31want to show the emotion of weakness.
- 7:34And not for the fact of insecurity, but
- 7:36just for the fact of keeping her safe,
- 7:37secure, and she realizes you are the
- 7:39masculine, she is is feminine, she is
- 7:40protected. So, you don't want to show
- 7:42weakness in that end.
- 7:44So, the woman situation,
- 7:46it's easy as this.
- 7:47Find yourself in a small presence of
- 7:51pain while she's with you. Take that
- 7:53consciousness, prepare it, and shoot
- 7:55that target into an actionable. That
- 7:57actionable could simply be creating a
- 7:59conversation that you didn't want to
- 8:00have.
- 8:01That would build the courage and the
- 8:02confidence for your LH to demand that
- 8:04threat
- 8:05as not a threat and send the signal
- 8:07saying the body is safe, let's create
- 8:09testosterone to ensure that the body is
- 8:11safe.
- 8:12That's how LH works. They're signals.
- 8:15The gym, for example, you take that
- 8:17pain, just like how you guys all listen
- 8:19to this sad boy music, and you get
- 8:21[ __ ] [music]
- 8:22all worked up about your breakups and
- 8:24your heartbreaks.
- 8:26You sit there in the gym and you train
- 8:27hard. Same same concept. Except now
- 8:30you're activating a next level of
- 8:31consciousness that's going to build your
- 8:33identity and take you to high
- 8:34testosterone instead of just giving
- 8:35[music] you a bicep pump.
- 8:37You're going to take that pain inside of
- 8:38the gym, and you're going to close your
- 8:40eyes, 20 to 30 seconds, relax, slow it
- 8:43down,
- 8:44>> [music]
- 8:44>> and direct all of that pain by a click.
- 8:47For me, it's a snap of a finger. For
- 8:48other people, it could be something
- 8:49else. And I use that snap, and I
- 8:52completely direct and channel all of my
- 8:54anger, all of my aggression, emotion,
- 8:56sadness, grief into [music] the [ __ ]
- 8:58training session.
- 9:00Not only will you spike your androgen
- 9:02receptors because you're training hard
- 9:04with intensity,
- 9:05but you're exploding with LH signals.
- 9:07Your confidence will shoot up. You'll
- 9:09feel it immediately. You will start to
- 9:11feel euphoric almost. And then when that
- 9:13pain sits and it lingers,
- 9:15that's when you know to shoot the bullet
- 9:16at the target. That's when you know to
- 9:18go hit the weights and go take a
- 9:20>> [music]
- 9:20>> take a [ __ ] risk.
- 9:22State activation is something that's so
- 9:24interesting to [music] me. It was
- 9:26something that I needed to do because my
- 9:28back was against the wall and I had
- 9:29nothing in front of me. I was rock
- 9:31bottom, and what happens when you're
- 9:32rock bottom? There's no [ __ ] way
- 9:34There's no way down. There's only a way
- 9:36up.
- 9:37So, at rock bottom, when you have all
- 9:39this pain accumulated, you have nowhere
- 9:40to put it. You're in MMA. You're trying
- 9:43to build a business. You're trying to
- 9:44get out of your family's house. You're
- 9:45young. You're stupid. You're naive.
- 9:47You're trying to do something with this
- 9:48pain. What can you do except do push-ups
- 9:50in your [ __ ] room all day? What can
- 9:52you do except listen to Brute Force
- 9:53Podcast [music] and listen to listen to
- 9:55audios about how this is going to help
- 9:57your mindset?
- 9:59David Goggins [ __ ] Not saying this
- 10:00is everything I did. Just an example,
- 10:02but the point is you need to find a way
- 10:05to direct and channel that pain so that
- 10:07somehow your testosterone increase and
- 10:10psychologically you feel it.
- 10:12This is not something that's placebo.
- 10:14This is something that increased my
- 10:15androgens. This is something that
- 10:17decreased my SHBG. [music]
- 10:18This is something that leveled out my
- 10:19hormones and optimized them fully.
- 10:22Remember, the HPG and HPA axis [music]
- 10:25is the conductor and the orchestra
- 10:27that's singing is your hormones. The
- 10:29brain [music]
- 10:30all hormones start in the brain.
- 10:32Just like how cholesterol is the
- 10:34precursor for testosterone production,
- 10:36guess what? Cholesterol is [music] also
- 10:37the precursor for all your hormones. The
- 10:39HPG HPA axis, what's the precursor for
- 10:42that? It's [ __ ] [music] pain and
- 10:43identity. So, when you have that, you
- 10:46utilize it. So, I was in a position
- 10:48where my back is against the wall. I'm
- 10:49in no man's land. I'm at the bottom of
- 10:51the bottom of rock bottom [music]
- 10:52and I'm sitting there trying to figure
- 10:54out exactly how the [ __ ] can I make it
- 10:56in this life without shooting up TRT
- 10:58because I was low energy, I had health
- 11:00problems, and I didn't know what to do
- 11:01for myself. So, I did the most logical
- 11:03thing I could do.
- 11:05I used that pain and turned [music] it
- 11:06into power and aggression and channeled
- 11:08it into a [ __ ] bullet and shot at
- 11:10every [music] direction I needed.
- 11:12This archetype that you build,
- 11:15this modern build that you [music] have,
- 11:19and modern the way that you have adopted
- 11:21to your phone, scrolling, social media,
- 11:23[music]
- 11:24this modern build that you have, you
- 11:25will find a new archetype.
- 11:28And with this archetype, what you're
- 11:29going to do is you're going to start to
- 11:30unleash a whole 'nother man.
- 11:32It doesn't matter what age you are, it
- 11:34doesn't matter what position you are, if
- 11:35you have kids, family, wife, if you're
- 11:37in school, it literally does not [ __ ]
- 11:40matter. This exact method is what took
- 11:42me to 1,000 ng/dL. And this is just the
- 11:45step one.
- 11:46They go so much deeper. There's so many
- 11:48different levers.
- 11:50And with these levers, what I've been
- 11:51able to do is include a certain
- 11:53chemistry to align it with my
- 11:55biochemistry and align it with the
- 11:56psychology
- 11:58and put these two together to not only
- 12:00max out the consciousness, but max out
- 12:03the power of my shadow, of my archetype,
- 12:05of my mission.
- 12:07And I've taken this to deeper, deeper,
- 12:08deeper lengths.
- 12:11State activation is not hard.
- 12:13What's hard is developing the identity
- 12:14in the pain.
- 12:16And if you can do that and you can
- 12:17garner that stress and you're able to
- 12:18hold it in and exert it into a weapon,
- 12:21you will become high testosterone. And
- 12:23I'm not talking 700, 800s. I'm talking 1
- 12:26g plus.
- 12:281,200 ng/dL [music] perfect free T.
- 12:31Perfect SHBG. Because the body knows
- 12:33exactly what to do when it's mind over
- 12:35matter.
