9. 0:37this bike non-stop for only like only
10. 0:39like a week now. Yeah, just built the
11. 0:41whole thing in like a week. I got a
12. 0:43buddy coming tomorrow who's picking it
13. 0:44up, a Japanese friend. Um I rarely get
14. 0:48to do this where I like build something
15. 0:50for someone, don't show them anything,
16. 0:52and then actually get to see them like
17. 0:54pick it up. So, dude, it's going to be
18. 0:58sick. I love this bike. 1949 pan head
19. 1:03chopper.
20. 1:04I built it for my buddy Kenny who lives
21. 1:06in Japan. He's got a shop called Jack's
22. 1:08Garage. He just wanted something like
23. 1:11pretty much like my style, like tall and
24. 1:15and like lean and skinny bike. So, I was
25. 1:18stoked to build it for him. I think like
26. 1:20what stands out the most probably is
27. 1:22like it's got these like split pipes.
28. 1:25This one, this long one on the left
29. 1:26side. It looks really sick. Um, it's
30. 1:29actually pretty challenging to kind of
31. 1:31get everything to fit. And probably the
32. 1:33hardest thing was like making this foot
33. 1:36shift work. I know it doesn't sound like
34. 1:39a lot, but it's like yeah, just hard to
35. 1:42make everything like fit in there. Um,
36. 1:44kind of had to grind down the primary,
37. 1:46but it's sick. Like I like a bike like
38. 1:48this where it's like easy to ride. It's
39. 1:51got a hand clutch, foot shift. I just
40. 1:54decided I was going to ditch the front
41. 1:56brake because I think a spool looks
42. 1:58really good on it. Standong brake,
43. 2:00standong mids, shifters kind of like a
44. 2:02standong style. My cousin Turkey made
45. 2:05it. Joe hunt Magneto 334 front end. This
46. 2:08tank is probably like I mean the paint
47. 2:12has just been falling off of it. So I
48. 2:14don't know how much longer it's really
49. 2:15going to last. Just like all the good
50. 2:17[ __ ] kind of cool molded frame I got up
51. 2:20at um Sims shop in Hayward Ron Sims.
52. 2:23That was kind of a cool day digging
53. 2:25through all his [ __ ] But yeah, this is
54. 2:26the kind of bike I like. Fun to ride,
55. 2:29lean. I'm going to clean up the garage.
56. 2:31We're going to do have a little
57. 2:32unveiling tomorrow. I'm stoked. I'm
58. 2:34stoked it's done. I haven't even started
59. 2:36it yet, but it's a rebuilt motor. I know
60. 2:39this transmission. I know the magneto.
61. 2:42There's no reason it's not going to run.
