  1. 0:00Hiring sales reps costs 50 to 80,000
  2. 0:02dollars a year and tools like Apollo,
  3. 0:04ZoomInfo, and Outreach charge hundreds
  4. 0:07of dollars a month for I'm about to show
  5. 0:09you how to build completely for free. I
  6. 0:11built an AI sales team using Claude Code
  7. 0:13that researches any company, finds
  8. 0:16decision-makers, [music]
  9. 0:16qualifies leads, and generates
  10. 0:18personalized outreach sequences all with
  11. 0:21one prompt. By the end of this video,
  12. 0:23you'll have the same exact tool
  13. 0:24installed on your computer and running
  14. 0:26without needing to code. Here's what
  15. 0:28nobody's talking about. Every founder,
  16. 0:30>> [music]
  17. 0:30>> freelancer, and agency owner needs to
  18. 0:32sell, but most people are terrible at
  19. 0:34prospecting. They either spend hours
  20. 0:36manually researching companies or they
  21. 0:38blast generic cold emails that get
  22. 0:40completely [music] ignored. This fixes
  23. 0:43both problems. What I built is a set of
  24. 0:45AI sales skills for Claude Code. [music]
  25. 0:4714 different commands that analyze
  26. 0:49prospects, score leads, map the buying
  27. 0:52committee, write cold outreach
  28. 0:54sequences, prep [music] you for
  29. 0:55meetings, and even generate a
  30. 0:57professional PDF pipeline report. And
  31. 0:59the flagship command launches five
  32. 1:00[music] agents in parallel to do a full
  33. 1:03prospect audit in under 1 minute. Let me
  34. 1:05show you how this works [music] and then
  35. 1:06I want to walk you through how to
  36. 1:07install it so you can run this in any
  37. 1:09prospect you're going after. Let's get
  38. 1:11started. All right, so I'm going to do a
  39. 1:12quick demo for you and run this on a
  40. 1:14popular website called loom.com. So, I'm
  41. 1:16in my Claude Code here. Again, don't
  42. 1:17worry. I'm going to show you how to
  43. 1:18install all of this if you're new to
  44. 1:20this. So, I'm just going to run sales
  45. 1:21prospect.
  46. 1:23Okay, there you go. So, I'm just going
  47. 1:24to tap and I'm just going to do
  48. 1:25loom.com. Okay. So, I'm going to press
  49. 1:27enter and now Claude Code is going to
  50. 1:30run
  51. 1:31uh this analysis on loom.com based on
  52. 1:34the skills that are inside the
  53. 1:36instructions on this GitHub repo right
  54. 1:39here. So, again, this is available for
  55. 1:40you completely for free. I'm going to
  56. 1:41show you how to install this in a little
  57. 1:43bit. If I go back to my uh Visual Studio
  58. 1:46Code, as you can see, what's happening
  59. 1:47right now is five agents. So, yeah,
  60. 1:49right here it says this is running phase
  61. 1:51two, launching five parallel analysis
  62. 1:53sub agents. Now, each agent is doing
  63. 1:55something different, right? One is
  64. 1:57researching the company, one is finding
  65. 1:59the decision makers, one is scoring the
  66. 2:01opportunity, one's analyzing their
  67. 2:02competitors, and one's building an
  68. 2:04outreach strategy all at the same time.
  69. 2:07So, I'm going to go ahead and fast
  70. 2:08forward this cuz otherwise it's going to
  71. 2:09take a couple of minutes, and then I'm
  72. 2:10going to show you exactly what the
  73. 2:12result looks like. All right, perfect.
  74. 2:13So, it finished the analysis, it gave
  75. 2:15the score breakdown, key decision maker,
  76. 2:17it found the head of VP of revenue, head
  77. 2:20of sales. Now, obviously this is a
  78. 2:21little hard to read because inside our
  79. 2:23cloud code, so I ran another little
  80. 2:25quick note to generate the PDF and it
  81. 2:27generated this really nice little PDF
  82. 2:29file for us. So, as you can see, this is
  83. 2:31the sales pipeline report for loom.com.
  84. 2:34So, Loom is scored 75 out of 100, making
  85. 2:36it a high priority target worth
  86. 2:38immediate senior level attention. And at
  87. 2:41the bottom, this shows the score
  88. 2:42breakdown. Again, the score breakdown is
  89. 2:45essentially telling you whether this
  90. 2:47prospect is even worth your time, right?
  91. 2:49And at the bottom, as you can see, it
  92. 2:51says top prospect Loom outreach outreach
  93. 2:53ready, right? It also gives you the next
  94. 2:55steps, send a LinkedIn request and a
  95. 2:57cold email to Nick Vinnie, VP of
  96. 2:59revenue, referencing GTM 10 award 2025,
  97. 3:02right? It gives you the pipeline summary
  98. 3:03in the bottom, it gives you clear action
  99. 3:05plan, what you can do for immediately
  100. 3:07for quick wins, what you can do this
  101. 3:09week, this month, scoring methodology.
  102. 3:12All of this is done for you in a matter
  103. 3:15of minutes. This would take the same
  104. 3:17process would take a sales rep 2 to 3
  105. 3:19hours a day doing manually, things like
  106. 3:21LinkedIn stalking, right? Checking
  107. 3:23Crunchbase, reading their blog, figuring
  108. 3:26out who to email. Now, we're doing all
  109. 3:28of this in under 2 minutes. And that's
  110. 3:30the beauty of Cloud Code and giving it
  111. 3:32specific skills. You're basically
  112. 3:34essentially making it an expert in your
  113. 3:36own domain. Now, the skills inside that
  114. 3:38this repo not only does give you a
  115. 3:41really nice report, but also you can do
  116. 3:42things like decision making
  117. 3:44identification. You can do cold outreach
  118. 3:46email sequence, follow-up email
  119. 3:48sequence, meeting preparation brief,
  120. 3:50client proposal generator, objective
  121. 3:52handling playbook, customer profile
  122. 3:54builder, competitors competitive
  123. 3:56intelligence, and much, much more. This
  124. 3:58is completely packed with everything you
  125. 4:01need because it's a true sales team for
  126. 4:03you. By the way, this GitHub repo is in
  127. 4:05the description. This is completely free
  128. 4:07for you guys, so I'm going to show you
  129. 4:08how to install this in a little bit. And
  130. 4:09if you're interested in learning how to
  131. 4:10make money and start your agency so you
  132. 4:12can sell these services, check out the
  133. 4:14community. Link is going to be in the
  134. 4:15description. This how to build and sell
  135. 4:18with Cloud Code. We go through projects
  136. 4:20step by step, how to reach out to
  137. 4:21clients to start and give these
  138. 4:23services. So, if you're interested,
  139. 4:24check that out again. All right, so
  140. 4:25let's go ahead and now start building
  141. 4:27this thing step by step. All right, so
  142. 4:28the first thing you need to do is uh to
  143. 4:31install Visual Studio Code. Again, this
  144. 4:32is completely for free. Um depending on
  145. 4:34whether you're using Mac or um um
  146. 4:37Windows, of course, just go ahead and
  147. 4:38head over to code.visualstudio.com.
  148. 4:40You can download this. Visual Studio
  149. 4:41Code, for those of you not familiar, is
  150. 4:43an IDE, which stands for integrated
  151. 4:45developer environment. Essentially, it's
  152. 4:47a fancy way to say that all of your
  153. 4:49files and uh your ability to interact
  154. 4:52with Cloud Code and everything else is
  155. 4:53going to be inside this one cohesive
  156. 4:55environment. All right, so once you um
  157. 4:57go ahead and download that, so it's
  158. 4:58going to look something like this. Let
  159. 4:59me go ahead and just open a new folder.
  160. 5:02So, I'm just going to do
  161. 5:04create a new folder here. Just call it
  162. 5:05test.
  163. 5:07Click on open. Now, this is going to
  164. 5:09open up my brand new folder here. So,
  165. 5:12this is what your Visual Studio Code is
  166. 5:13going to look like. So, I'm going to go
  167. 5:14ahead and on the right-hand side, get
  168. 5:16rid of this chat window. Um and as you
  169. 5:18can see right here, I'm inside my test
  170. 5:20folder. So, what I'm going to do is um
  171. 5:23obviously, we need to use Cloud Code. If
  172. 5:25you haven't installed Cloud Code, you're
  173. 5:26going to click on the extensions here,
  174. 5:28and you're going to search for Cloud
  175. 5:29Code, or this is the one. I think
  176. 5:32usually it's um the most popular one.
  177. 5:34So, make sure you're installing this
  178. 5:35one, which is the 6 million downloads
  179. 5:37already, and it's by Antropic. So, once
  180. 5:39you download this, now you have this uh
  181. 5:41enabled, and on the top right-hand
  182. 5:42corner, you'll see the Cloud Code's logo
  183. 5:44shows up. So, if I click on this, now I
  184. 5:46have Cloud Code open here. Of course,
  185. 5:49you need to have a subscription for
  186. 5:51Cloud Code, obviously, otherwise this
  187. 5:53wouldn't work.
  188. 5:54But, honestly, it's worth the
  189. 5:55subscription. Go ahead and get started.
  190. 5:57All right, so
  191. 5:59let me go ahead and show you the
  192. 6:00different
  193. 6:02First of all, let me show you how to
  194. 6:03install this so that way you can have
  195. 6:05access to it from your Cloud Code, and
  196. 6:07then I'm going to go through the
  197. 6:08different skills that are inside this
  198. 6:10file so that way you can see exactly
  199. 6:12which one you want to use. Okay, so once
  200. 6:13you have your Cloud Code installed, what
  201. 6:15you're going to do is come here on the
  202. 6:16top right-hand corner here. You're going
  203. 6:17to click on this and this is going to
  204. 6:19open up your terminal. The reason why
  205. 6:20we're doing this, don't worry, you don't
  206. 6:21have to code or anything like that. The
  207. 6:23reason we're doing this is because we
  208. 6:24need to install our GitHub skills,
  209. 6:26right? So, once you come here, all you
  210. 6:28have to do is again click on the link in
  211. 6:30the description. It's going to bring you
  212. 6:31to this GitHub repo that I created for
  213. 6:33you guys. All you have to do is come to
  214. 6:34the bottom and click on copy this code
  215. 6:37right here, this piece of code. You're
  216. 6:38going to click on this, it's going to
  217. 6:39copy, it's just basically a one command
  218. 6:41installation for all of these skills
  219. 6:44that are available inside this
  220. 6:46tool, basically. Okay? So, I'm going to
  221. 6:48go back to my Visual Studio Code. I'm
  222. 6:50going to paste that. I'm going to press
  223. 6:51enter. And now, as you can see, all of
  224. 6:53this gets installed. So, let me pull
  225. 6:55this up a little bit.
  226. 6:57There you go. It says AI Sales Team
  227. 6:58Cloud Code Skills, 14 skills, five
  228. 7:00agents, four scripts, PDF, all
  229. 7:02installed, right? It cloned it from
  230. 7:03GitHub and installed all the different
  231. 7:05features. And as you can see, these are
  232. 7:06the command references that are now
  233. 7:08available for you, with each explaining
  234. 7:10what it does. So, now if I I want to
  235. 7:12check to make sure that this is
  236. 7:13available for me, all I have to do is
  237. 7:15type {slash} and search for sales, and
  238. 7:17there you go. All of these slash
  239. 7:19commands are now available for me. We
  240. 7:21just earlier ran sales prospect. Now,
  241. 7:23I'm going to show you exactly what are
  242. 7:25the other commands that are super useful
  243. 7:27that are available here for you. So,
  244. 7:29let's go ahead and run cuz last time we
  245. 7:31ran it on loom.com. loom.com is a pretty
  246. 7:34big company still, but let's go ahead
  247. 7:36and run it on some kind of a small
  248. 7:38startup. Or it doesn't have to be small
  249. 7:40again. Let's just do whatever is a
  250. 7:41startup. So, I just this linear.app, I
  251. 7:44don't know how big they are to be
  252. 7:45honest. I was just like searching to see
  253. 7:47what would be a good company to run
  254. 7:48with. They're just a product development
  255. 7:50system for teams and agents. So, I'm
  256. 7:52going to go ahead and just literally
  257. 7:54run this with on linear.app. So, again,
  258. 7:57feel free to run this on any website or
  259. 7:59any company you're prospecting and you
  260. 8:01know, trying to test out here. So, what
  261. 8:03we're going to do is same thing, go back
  262. 8:05to our Visual Studio Code here and then
  263. 8:07I'm going to go ahead and run let's run
  264. 8:10sales contact. Let's say I want to find
  265. 8:11out the contacts for this company,
  266. 8:13right? So, all I have to do is come to
  267. 8:14this command, press tab, and we're going
  268. 8:16to do linear.app. Oops, that's not what
  269. 8:18I meant to do. Linear.
  270. 8:20app. I'm going to press enter. So, now
  271. 8:23what Cloud Code is going to do is it's
  272. 8:24going to look inside the sales contact
  273. 8:27skills file, which is basically an
  274. 8:29instruction. So, if I go inside my
  275. 8:33AI sales team inside the skills folder,
  276. 8:35we just ran sales contact skill.md. So,
  277. 8:38Cloud Code is basically going to run
  278. 8:41based on this instruction. So, it's
  279. 8:42saying decision-maker intelligence and
  280. 8:44contact strategy. You're a
  281. 8:45decision-maker intelligence engine for
  282. 8:47sales contact URL, which is going to be
  283. 8:49that linear.app or whatever website
  284. 8:51you're using. You identify the buying
  285. 8:53community, map the organization
  286. 8:54hierarchy, find personal anchors for
  287. 8:56each contact, and build a multi-thread
  288. 8:58engagement strategy. So, all of this
  289. 9:00instruction is inside the skills.md
  290. 9:03file, and all of this is basically that
  291. 9:05sales-contacts
  292. 9:07/ command that we just ran, right? So,
  293. 9:09if I go back to my
  294. 9:11oh, you got to make sure you're allowing
  295. 9:14for it to fetch URL and search the
  296. 9:16different
  297. 9:18things that it needs to search for. So,
  298. 9:19that's something that obviously Cloud is
  299. 9:21going to ask you, but it's going to now
  300. 9:22go ahead and find out also the all those
  301. 9:25details based on
  302. 9:27again, the instructions that are inside
  303. 9:29our skills.md file right here. So, let's
  304. 9:31go ahead and let this finish. All right,
  305. 9:32there you go. So, it finished. As you
  306. 9:34can see, decision-maker intelligence
  307. 9:35complete. By the way, we can it also
  308. 9:38created this nice little file on the
  309. 9:39left-hand side. It says dishes decision
  310. 9:41makers.md. So, let me actually get rid
  311. 9:43of this terminal so you can see this
  312. 9:44better. Of course, this could be
  313. 9:45generated in a PDF as well, but
  314. 9:47essentially it gives you a nice little
  315. 9:48executive summary. It gives you the
  316. 9:51buying committee map, the organization
  317. 9:52chart. Again, this is the one that
  318. 9:54actually replaces your ZoomInfo or
  319. 9:57LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription
  320. 9:59for you, right? Because it maps out the
  321. 10:00entire buying committee, who's the
  322. 10:03economic buyer, who's the champion like
  323. 10:05right here as you can see it says
  324. 10:06recommended approach, lead with Casey
  325. 10:08Berkenhall, champion for sales and ops
  326. 10:10tools, or Christina Cordova, right? So,
  327. 10:12it gives you all of that information,
  328. 10:15who's the technical evaluator, who might
  329. 10:17be a blocker, right? And for each person
  330. 10:19it finds personalized anchors for you on
  331. 10:21things they have posted about, talks
  332. 10:23they have given, projects they're
  333. 10:25working on, so your outreach doesn't
  334. 10:27sound like a template, right? It's
  335. 10:28everything is personalized for you. And
  336. 10:30of course, it gives you recommended
  337. 10:31approaches, it gives you the priority
  338. 10:33three, right? Like and a bunch of other
  339. 10:35information that again would take you or
  340. 10:38take a salesperson manually using
  341. 10:40multiple different tools several hours
  342. 10:43to do this. So again, that's just one of
  343. 10:45the skills that's available inside this.
  344. 10:47So now, let's go ahead and run another
  345. 10:48one quickly. So now, I'm going to type
  346. 10:50{slash} sales again.
  347. 10:53And this time we're going to do
  348. 10:55outreach, okay? So, I'm going to do
  349. 10:56outreach. I'm just going to I don't have
  350. 10:58to type the
  351. 11:01the
  352. 11:01linear.app again. It's going to
  353. 11:03automatically figure that out by itself.
  354. 11:05So, what this one is going to do, this
  355. 11:06is going to take everything from that
  356. 11:08research and the contact and turn it
  357. 11:10into five email cold outreach sequences,
  358. 11:13right? And again, all of this is based
  359. 11:15on the instructions that's inside our
  360. 11:18skill.md file. So, if I go back to my
  361. 11:20skills again and click on the sales
  362. 11:22outreach
  363. 11:23skill.md. So, these are all of the
  364. 11:25instructions that it's going to go ahead
  365. 11:27and do a cold outreach sequence
  366. 11:28generator for you, right? Based on the
  367. 11:31the web research for the different, you
  368. 11:33know, the different topics, the
  369. 11:34executive queries, right? These are the
  370. 11:36things that it's going to execute, the
  371. 11:37funding, product launch, hiring,
  372. 11:39partnership announcement, expansions,
  373. 11:41new CEO interview, and all sorts of
  374. 11:43other instructions that are inside the
  375. 11:45skill that I'm defile that Claude is
  376. 11:47going to follow to
  377. 11:49generate a nice outreach sales outreach
  378. 11:51for us. So, let's go ahead and let this
  379. 11:52thing finish. All right, perfect. So, it
  380. 11:54finished and now let's go ahead and
  381. 11:55click on this outreach sequence right
  382. 11:58here.
  383. 12:00And there you go. All right. So,
  384. 12:02personalize research. Again, this is not
  385. 12:04hi, I noticed your company is doing
  386. 12:06great things. This is like hyper
  387. 12:08personalized based on actual intel that
  388. 12:11the agents gathered here, right? And it
  389. 12:13all and also gives you LinkedIn touch
  390. 12:15points between emails and AB variation
  391. 12:17for testing. So, as you can see right
  392. 12:19here, the first email it generated for
  393. 12:21you, it says the hook, day one, right?
  394. 12:22Subject line, Linear's agent era, your
  395. 12:25name, February 26th launch caught my
  396. 12:27eye. Christina, Linear's rebrand around
  397. 12:29agent workflows last week is a real
  398. 12:31signal. New era, same craft is a precise
  399. 12:33way to frame what's happening to the
  400. 12:35whole dev tooling category.
  401. 12:37Your company helps, again, this will be
  402. 12:39your company, helps
  403. 12:41similar SaaS companies, again, whatever
  404. 12:43stage you're in, handle the specific
  405. 12:45problem that emerges during this kind of
  406. 12:47transition, right? One sentence metrics,
  407. 12:50teams typically save X hours per week or
  408. 12:52we helped case study, whatever case
  409. 12:54study you've had in your company, do Y.
  410. 12:57Worth 15 minutes to see if timing makes
  411. 12:58sense, right? Your name title company
  412. 13:00phone call. So, that's kind of your
  413. 13:03first cold email outreach template.
  414. 13:06Second one,
  415. 13:07Christina, send a note on Monday. Wanted
  416. 13:08to share something regarding some
  417. 13:09timing, right? So, as you can see right
  418. 13:11here, this is the value add on day
  419. 13:13three. And then afterwards, it'll show
  420. 13:14you exactly what to do, the social proof
  421. 13:17on day seven, right? So, it's giving you
  422. 13:19really step-by-step approaches and then
  423. 13:21what to do next if the prospect doesn't
  424. 13:23respond. So, even on day 21, you got uh
  425. 13:27sounds like the timing isn't right. No
  426. 13:29worries. If the specific problem becomes
  427. 13:31a priority as you scale with GTM team,
  428. 13:33your product, whatever your product is,
  429. 13:35is the easiest way to reach me. Email,
  430. 13:38left a resource in the link and if it's
  431. 13:39useful down the road, right? Things like
  432. 13:41this. So again, very
  433. 13:43uh step-by-step day-to-day guide on what
  434. 13:46to do and how to do cold outreach. Same
  435. 13:47thing, the second sequence is going to
  436. 13:49be to Casey, head of sales, right? This
  437. 13:51is going to be specifically to him based
  438. 13:53on what he has proposed and based on his
  439. 13:55LinkedIn post and based on the research
  440. 13:57that the agent completed for Casey
  441. 13:59personally, right? So this is Casey, you
  442. 14:01joined Gong when it was tiny and stayed
  443. 14:03through the 200 200 million ARR. You
  444. 14:06have watched what a great sales stack
  445. 14:08actually looks like at every stage of
  446. 14:09your journey. Your company, whatever
  447. 14:11your company is, built for the exact
  448. 14:13moment Linear is in right now, right?
  449. 14:15Past product market fit, moving up
  450. 14:17market, smell small sales team trying to
  451. 14:19punch above its weight, blah blah blah.
  452. 14:21So as you can see, it gives you a
  453. 14:22specific emails cold emails
  454. 14:26for the person that you're targeting.
  455. 14:28And not only that, it gives you what to
  456. 14:29do on day one, what to do on day three,
  457. 14:32day seven, day 21, so on and so forth.
  458. 14:34So as you can see, this is specifically
  459. 14:36personalized and well-made for whatever
  460. 14:39company you're searching for. Again,
  461. 14:41this will save your entire if if if it's
  462. 14:44a company that has a sales team, it will
  463. 14:46save them hundreds of hours combined if
  464. 14:49you run tools like this. So check it
  465. 14:51out. Again, there's a bunch of other
  466. 14:54um of course there's a bunch of other
  467. 14:55skills here, things like um you know,
  468. 14:57qualifying the lead, generating the
  469. 14:59sales report, doing an entire sales
  470. 15:01report from start to finish, sales
  471. 15:03research, follow-ups, competitor
  472. 15:05analysis, ICP, objections, and
  473. 15:08everything else. And of course if let's
  474. 15:10say they jump on a call with you, right?
  475. 15:12You can run this little sales prep
  476. 15:14command and it'll give you exactly what
  477. 15:17to do. It'll give you the competitive
  478. 15:18landscape, the industry contacts, and
  479. 15:20everything else you need in order for
  480. 15:22you to have this nice little cheat sheet
  481. 15:24so that way you can be prepared for that
  482. 15:26meeting. So yeah, check out the
  483. 15:28uh GitHub here and again, hopefully you
