  1. 0:01Somebody asked this question on
  2. 0:03Obsidian's own Reddit just 2 months ago.
  3. 0:06What exactly is a second brain?
  4. 0:09And why do people find it useful?
  5. 0:13415 upvotes and 302 comments.
  6. 0:17And I went through each and every one of
  7. 0:19them.
  8. 0:20And this is the comment that I agree
  9. 0:22with the most. I feel like second brain
  10. 0:25is just a buzzword invented by
  11. 0:27course-selling Amazon affiliated
  12. 0:29productivity tools content creators.
  13. 0:33It's literally just a simple note-taking
  14. 0:36app.
  15. 0:38And I agree. There's a lot of YouTube
  16. 0:40gurus just pushing courses to sell you a
  17. 0:43second brain.
  18. 0:45You don't need to pay me for anything to
  19. 0:46leave with your own second brain today
  20. 0:50for free.
  21. 0:51Then somebody in the same thread said
  22. 0:53this about Obsidian's graph, that
  23. 0:55picture of dots everybody posts.
  24. 0:58If the rest of the vault is mostly that
  25. 0:59cloud, you have a folder with extra
  26. 1:02steps.
  27. 1:03A folder with extra steps, which is why
  28. 1:06you don't need Obsidian to build a
  29. 1:08second brain.
  30. 1:11No Obsidian, no plugins, just files and
  31. 1:14folders.
  32. 1:15And then this person said exactly what
  33. 1:17I've been thinking this entire time.
  34. 1:20It's not a second brain, it's a tool the
  35. 1:22one brain you have uses.
  36. 1:26I've only ever had one brain.
  37. 1:29Which is simply just one folder.
  38. 1:33And I'm going to prove this person right
  39. 1:35by showing you mine live.
  40. 1:38And [snorts] you'll build yours right
  41. 1:40along with me so that you leave this
  42. 1:42video with your own second brain on your
  43. 1:46computer today.
  44. 1:48And then one last comment said this,
  45. 1:50"Second brains don't rot."
  46. 1:52So I'm going to test that on my own
  47. 1:54brain, which hasn't been checked on in
  48. 1:56about 13 days.
  49. 1:58And whatever breaks stays in this video.
  50. 2:02This is Jake Van Cleef and David
  51. 2:04McDermott's ICM folder structure, but it
  52. 2:05is how I build my own brain, plus my
  53. 2:08client's brains.
  54. 2:11My take is this. A second brain is just
  55. 2:13a folder your AI reads before it answers
  56. 2:15you. And I'm about to show you mine and
  57. 2:17build one for you live. So, let's head
  58. 2:20over to my desktop.
  59. 2:24All right, we are using Cloud Code in
  60. 2:27the VS Code in the terminal here, okay?
  61. 2:30So,
  62. 2:31here is what we're going to do. First,
  63. 2:34I agree with the fact that
  64. 2:36the second brain is just a marketing
  65. 2:39kind of gimmick, okay? People out there
  66. 2:41pushing stuff or whatever.
  67. 2:43Um and so,
  68. 2:45I am only
  69. 2:47about 4 months into using AI
  70. 2:51um in this way, okay? I And so,
  71. 2:54everything I'm showing you, this whole
  72. 2:55entire one brain is my oath-driven
  73. 2:58folder, so I can show you real quick
  74. 2:59right here. This is my brain, right?
  75. 3:03Okay? And so, I've just been working out
  76. 3:05of one brain. I don't have a second
  77. 3:08brain. You have one brain, and if you
  78. 3:11have a note-taking app or some other
  79. 3:13reason or some other thing, you just
  80. 3:15tool your one
  81. 3:16brain, your one agent with the tool that
  82. 3:18it needs. Okay? So,
  83. 3:21just to show you,
  84. 3:23um let's start here. How many
  85. 3:26files,
  86. 3:28folders, words,
  87. 3:31and agents run
  88. 3:34my
  89. 3:36my oath-driven
  90. 3:39brain folder?
  91. 3:43Okay, so uh
  92. 3:46Fred, while you look this up, Fred,
  93. 3:48speed this up.
  94. 3:52Okay, so
  95. 3:54your Oughts of an Brain is run by one
  96. 3:56main agent Fred, which is me. Fred works
  97. 3:59from about 36,000 files and 4,570
  98. 4:03folders, and the notes he reads hold
  99. 4:04about 7.9 million words.
  100. 4:08Files and folders, these counts leave
  101. 4:10out the add-on code your apps download
  102. 4:12for themselves. Files 36,631,
  103. 4:16folders 4,570.
  104. 4:19Notes from Fred and D files 7200, words
  105. 4:22in those notes 7.8 million or 10.2
  106. 4:25million if you add your plain.txt
  107. 4:28files.
  108. 4:29Map files Claude MD, the start here file
  109. 4:3296. State files contacts where things
  110. 4:34stand, files 304.
  111. 4:37The folder with the most files is
  112. 4:38production has 19,206,
  113. 4:41right? GST core, which is where I build
  114. 4:43my apps has 3600.
  115. 4:45Reference, right? BMC, so it breaks it
  116. 4:47down.
  117. 4:48Who does the work? Fred, one main agent,
  118. 4:50me, the only one you talk to. 35 helper
  119. 4:52agents for app building, the GST helpers
  120. 4:55like a planner, code checker, a bug
  121. 4:56hunter. The The same 35 are installed in
  122. 4:59two places and it names that. Three
  123. 5:01helper agents inside one skill, a
  124. 5:03greater, a comparer, and an analyzer
  125. 5:06that live inside the skill making skill.
  126. 5:08So I have a skill mix, right? 90 skills,
  127. 5:11instruction books Fred opens for a job
  128. 5:13like the video editor or the voice
  129. 5:14check.
  130. 5:15Okay?
  131. 5:16So
  132. 5:18this is what I'm saying, this is my one
  133. 5:20brain, right? So we can just circle this
  134. 5:22whole screen. We don't have to circle
  135. 5:24this whole screen, but circle
  136. 5:25everything, right? So
  137. 5:28what we're going to do right now is I'm
  138. 5:30going to
  139. 5:31build out
  140. 5:33Okay, so I have one desk, right? And one
  141. 5:36agent that sit to this desk. This is my
  142. 5:37brain.
  143. 5:39Okay? And you can see that it has helper
  144. 5:41agents that pull. So these could be
  145. 5:42{quote} {unquote} second brains, right?
  146. 5:44This is what people I think
  147. 5:46kind of get confused when I kept seeing
  148. 5:48people saying second brains, I was like,
  149. 5:50"What is a second brain? Like, I got one
  150. 5:52thing. Do I need another thing?" Right?
  151. 5:54So,
  152. 5:56um this is what we going to do. Okay.
  153. 5:58So, if you're not paying attention,
  154. 6:00now's the time to pay attention cuz I am
  155. 6:01going to prompt Fred and we are going to
  156. 6:03build out a second brain that you're
  157. 6:07going to be able to take with you today
  158. 6:08and then we're going to audit all of
  159. 6:11this stuff and see how bad my rot is
  160. 6:13inside of all this, okay?
  161. 6:15So, let's get it. All right. Okay, Fred.
  162. 6:18Thank you for that.
  163. 6:20I want to build a second brain today.
  164. 6:25This brain
  165. 6:27needs to be on my desktop.
  166. 6:31I am not building it for me.
  167. 6:35I am building it for
  168. 6:38my viewers
  169. 6:40and peoples that need help
  170. 6:44building out there
  171. 6:47second brain,
  172. 6:50which is really just one brain.
  173. 6:54Okay, right? So,
  174. 6:58all right.
  175. 6:59Um
  176. 7:00so, on my desk
  177. 7:03actually,
  178. 7:05I'm on camera.
  179. 7:07So, while we do this, do not pull up
  180. 7:12anyone's PII
  181. 7:15scaffold
  182. 7:17this on my desktop
  183. 7:20out outside of Oath Driven
  184. 7:25so that
  185. 7:26so that there is no confusion.
  186. 7:30So, if you're going to build your brain
  187. 7:31and you've been working with AI and
  188. 7:33stuff, just tell it to do this so that
  189. 7:34you keep it to the side, okay? Cuz you
  190. 7:36want to build something fresh. So, even
  191. 7:39if I was building a brand new brain, I
  192. 7:40wouldn't do it inside of Oath Driven. I
  193. 7:41would want to do it separate from what
  194. 7:44I've been doing so I have a good
  195. 7:45structure to start with and then I can
  196. 7:47tool it and add into it, okay? So,
  197. 7:50scaffold this all on my desktop outside
  198. 7:52of Overtriven so that there's no
  199. 7:53confusion.
  200. 7:56And we can then
  201. 7:59um
  202. 8:00zip it up so that I can share it with
  203. 8:05anyone who would like to
  204. 8:09use it as a starting point.
  205. 8:13Okay. So,
  206. 8:15inside
  207. 8:18um
  208. 8:20Okay, so let me read this. I'm on camera
  209. 8:22so we want it to be
  210. 8:25make the one folder
  211. 8:28brain.
  212. 8:31Okay,
  213. 8:33inside brain
  214. 8:36I need
  215. 8:39one
  216. 8:40claud.md
  217. 8:43the start file. It only points to where
  218. 8:48things live. It holds nothing. This is
  219. 8:52important. This is your start file, your
  220. 8:54your map, your router.
  221. 8:56Okay, it holds nothing.
  222. 8:58We're going to need one context.md
  223. 9:03for what is true right now and what
  224. 9:07happens next.
  225. 9:09Right? This is your context later.
  226. 9:10What's true right now and what happens
  227. 9:11next?
  228. 9:13Okay.
  229. 9:14We're going to need
  230. 9:15um one
  231. 9:16decisions.md
  232. 9:18decisions.md
  233. 9:21one line per decision
  234. 9:24dated newest on top. And these are
  235. 9:28decisions like maybe in your business,
  236. 9:30right? Pricing, things like that, okay?
  237. 9:32Um so they're not lost in your chat.
  238. 9:34All right, so we need decisions MD.
  239. 9:37We need um
  240. 9:40one whoops one
  241. 9:43folder. We need a me folder called me
  242. 9:48for whatever or for what never changes
  243. 9:52about me.
  244. 9:55My voice,
  245. 9:56my rules, the calls I always make
  246. 10:01myself.
  247. 10:03Okay?
  248. 10:04So, this would be like if you
  249. 10:08you're writing like emails is like how
  250. 10:09you write. Okay, if you're writing blog
  251. 10:11posts is your voice, your value, how you
  252. 10:12write, your rules, and you know, the
  253. 10:14things you always make yourself. Like
  254. 10:16you like you always make pricing is a is
  255. 10:18an example. Okay? So,
  256. 10:20we got
  257. 10:21we got cloud MD contexts decisions. We
  258. 10:23need a me
  259. 10:24Okay, so we also need
  260. 10:27one
  261. 10:28folder called
  262. 10:30ideas.
  263. 10:32Move my mouse so I can see what I'm
  264. 10:33typing here.
  265. 10:34Ideas.
  266. 10:37One file per idea
  267. 10:40that has not
  268. 10:42been used yet.
  269. 10:45Okay, so we need a folder called idea
  270. 10:47and then you get a file per idea so that
  271. 10:49you're not making a bunch of folders for
  272. 10:50ideas.
  273. 10:52One folder called This is important. You
  274. 10:55need an archive
  275. 10:58folder.
  276. 11:00Whoops, archive
  277. 11:03for what is over
  278. 11:06done.
  279. 11:08Nothing ever gets deleted.
  280. 11:12You need
  281. 11:13one folder
  282. 11:15for
  283. 11:17my business called my
  284. 11:21business, right?
  285. 11:23So, if you are a business owner or
  286. 11:25starting a business, then you will want
  287. 11:26this folder in here for sure with its
  288. 11:28own
  289. 11:29contexts
  290. 11:32MD. And inside of this folder, it needs
  291. 11:41um
  292. 11:45clients
  293. 11:48work, so what you're working on and
  294. 11:51done.
  295. 11:53Okay, so inside this business you
  296. 11:55clients work and done. Right?
  297. 11:57Okay?
  298. 11:59Um
  299. 12:00we need
  300. 12:02one This is also important. You need one
  301. 12:06start here
  302. 12:08.md.
  303. 12:09Okay? For me
  304. 12:12for me,
  305. 12:13the human.
  306. 12:16That tells me what to fill in first.
  307. 12:22Let's see.
  308. 12:24Um
  309. 12:25And since we're building that So, you're
  310. 12:28going to need Okay, so you'll need
  311. 12:29something like this one folder
  312. 12:31called the move.
  313. 12:36Okay?
  314. 12:37With the move-map.md
  315. 12:40and move-log.md
  316. 12:43for bringing in my old files later.
  317. 12:48Okay, so here's the point. Again, you
  318. 12:49want to
  319. 12:51you want to build this
  320. 12:53uh brain, right? Okay? And then you need
  321. 12:57this move folder right here. So, for
  322. 12:59instance, circle this one, right?
  323. 13:01Circle. You need this one folder called
  324. 13:03the move because as you start Once you
  325. 13:05have your structure, right? Then you
  326. 13:07want to bring in and start moving stuff
  327. 13:10in. Okay? So, that's what this is. This
  328. 13:11is a very important one right here.
  329. 13:12Okay?
  330. 13:14Um
  331. 13:15All right, let me reread what I got
  332. 13:16here. So, my brain I need cloud.md.
  333. 13:19Fred, speed this up while I read this.
  334. 13:25All right, so
  335. 13:27every file gets one line at the top that
  336. 13:32says what goes in it.
  337. 13:36Leave
  338. 13:38everything else blank.
  339. 13:42Don't fill
  340. 13:44uh don't fill anything in.
  341. 13:47Don't make anything up.
  342. 13:51Okay.
  343. 13:53Let's see. Let's ask
  344. 13:55before you do this.
  345. 14:00Does this make sense?
  346. 14:03Recap for me, please.
  347. 14:07Okay.
  348. 14:10Fred, speed this up.
  349. 14:15Okay, so I get back. Yes, it makes
  350. 14:17sense. I'll put it on your desktop next
  351. 14:19to old driven, not inside it. Here's
  352. 14:20what gets built. The words on the right
  353. 14:23of each file are the one line that goes
  354. 14:24in
  355. 14:25at top. So look, brain, circle this red
  356. 14:27brain, right? Okay, claw.md, the file
  357. 14:30starts the start file where everything
  358. 14:32lives, nothing else. context.md, what is
  359. 14:33true right now and what happens next.
  360. 14:35decisions, one line per decision, dated
  361. 14:37news on top. start here, for you the
  362. 14:39human, what to fill in first. me,
  363. 14:41whatever changes about your voice, your
  364. 14:43rules, the calls you always make.
  365. 14:46ideas, one file per idea you have not
  366. 14:50used yet. archive, what's over and done,
  367. 14:52never delete it. my business context,
  368. 14:54what's true right, clients work done.
  369. 14:56the move, move, right? Okay, that's
  370. 14:58seven files, nine folds. Every folder
  371. 15:00starts empty, nothing gets filled in and
  372. 15:02nothing is made up.
  373. 15:04When it's done, I zip it and check the
  374. 15:06zip opens on a Mac before anything gets
  375. 15:08up before anyone gets it. One thing to
  376. 15:10say before I build with only one line
  377. 15:12each to the files can't do the job
  378. 15:14described. claw.md can't point anywhere.
  379. 15:17My pick is to add a list of where each
  380. 15:19folder is that is all fact, nothing's
  381. 15:21made up. Okay, cool.
  382. 15:23Um start here. Can't say what to fill in
  383. 15:25first. My pick is order one me.
  384. 15:28Contacts my business. All right,
  385. 15:30perfect. Yes. Thank you. Thank you for
  386. 15:33that catch.
  387. 15:34I did that off the top of my head.
  388. 15:40Do
  389. 15:42Whoop. Build it that way.
  390. 15:47Okay, cool. So, Fred is going to build
  391. 15:50this out real quick. And while he does
  392. 15:52that, Fred speed this up.
  393. 15:58All right, perfect. So, he built the
  394. 16:00brain on the desktop. So, let's open it.
  395. 16:04All right. So, here it is. We have a
  396. 16:05built the brain.
  397. 16:07C 10 18 4:45 a.m. Coffee number
  398. 16:11two.
  399. 16:12Ar- archive me the move ideas.
  400. 16:16Claude contacts start here.
  401. 16:18Right? So, let's see. Claude
  402. 16:21Whoop. Been with notepad.
  403. 16:23Here it is. The start following points
  404. 16:25where things live, right?
  405. 16:27So, here we go. So, there's that. All
  406. 16:29right. So,
  407. 16:31here's the brain.
  408. 16:33The contacts to start here. My business.
  409. 16:35It should have clients done work
  410. 16:37contacts, right?
  411. 16:39Uh ideas.
  412. 16:41There's no ideas yet. The move move log
  413. 16:43move map, just like we asked, right? So,
  414. 16:48So, perfect. So, let's look at what Fred
  415. 16:51did.
  416. 16:54Okay, now. So, let's do this.
  417. 16:58Because, you know, the other thing was
  418. 17:00does this
  419. 17:02um right Well, actually, let's do this.
  420. 17:05Um
  421. 17:08It isn't zip yet.
  422. 17:10Zip it.
  423. 17:12Run the Mac check, and then
  424. 17:17zip it run a Mac check so that we can
  425. 17:20give this away to people who need it.
  426. 17:25Okay. So, Fred, speed this up.
  427. 17:29Oh, and real quick, this will be Fred
  428. 17:31point a down arrow pointing down. This
  429. 17:34will be in the description below. Click
  430. 17:36the link and get your get this set up so
  431. 17:38that you can have the skeleton the
  432. 17:40actual shell of what your brain
  433. 17:42a well-structured brain looks like. And
  434. 17:44while you're working on that Fred, speed
  435. 17:46this up.
  436. 17:49All right, the brain.zip is on the
  437. 17:51desktop and the Mac check says pass. I
  438. 17:53zipped the test copy up and we got to do
  439. 17:55the real Mac. That's fine. Okay, so now
  440. 18:01So, look at what Fred just built. One
  441. 18:04folder, every file in its place, and
  442. 18:06every file says what goes in it. Now,
  443. 18:09let's try and break it. Except a
  444. 18:1110-minute old folder can't rot yet.
  445. 18:15So, I'm going to try and break mine
  446. 18:17instead.
  447. 18:19And real quick, this blank brain folder
  448. 18:22is free at
  449. 18:23filesandfolders.com/secondbrain.
  450. 18:27Grab it free in the description below.
  451. 18:29Before we head back to my desktop, let
  452. 18:31me explain something really quickly.
  453. 18:34I usually run my 4R audit every Sunday.
  454. 18:39And I've missed the last weekend. So,
  455. 18:42today is 13 days since my last run.
  456. 18:45The 4R audit is four steps. Read the
  457. 18:48folder and answer nine questions about
  458. 18:50how the folder's built. Run a real job
  459. 18:52through the folder with a fresh AI.
  460. 18:54Plant mistakes to see if my rules catch
  461. 18:56them, the reality.
  462. 18:58Then report every finding.
  463. 19:01I didn't practice this or set this up.
  464. 19:02I'm going to rip it live and whatever it
  465. 19:04finds stays on the screen. So, let's
  466. 19:07head back over to my desktop and see how
  467. 19:09much my second brain rotted in the last
  468. 19:1113 days, and if we can break it.
  469. 19:15Now, what we're going to do is we're
  470. 19:17going to answer the rot question, okay?
  471. 19:20So, you saw in the beginning
  472. 19:22um how many files and words and all the
  473. 19:25stuff that's under this one folder under
  474. 19:28my one brain, right? Which is Roth
  475. 19:29driven, okay? So, um
  476. 19:33I want to check on
  477. 19:36how Let's see. Let's do this. When was
  478. 19:39the last time I ran my
  479. 19:424R audits?
  480. 19:46Fred, speed this up.
  481. 19:52Okay, I last ran it on
  482. 19:55uh October 5th, 13 days ago. And I'm
  483. 19:58supposed to be doing this weekly, but I
  484. 19:59took off last weekend. So, it is a
  485. 20:02Sunday, and it is audit day. So,
  486. 20:06I want you run my 4R audit now, so we
  487. 20:11can see how much
  488. 20:13rot
  489. 20:16happened in the last 13 days.
  490. 20:24Fred,
  491. 20:25speed this up.
  492. 20:29And you can see right here, circle this,
  493. 20:31Skill Remac 4R IC monitor, boom.
  494. 20:34Right there, right.
  495. 20:36Um
  496. 20:37So, uh it's going to go through this
  497. 20:38right now. This will take some time, and
  498. 20:41it is going to go through, and we're
  499. 20:42going to see
  500. 20:44what the quote-unquote rot is. It's
  501. 20:46going to uh run test on it. It's going
  502. 20:49to scaffold up a new one and uh try to
  503. 20:51break it, okay? And we're going to see
  504. 20:53all that. You're going to get to see all
  505. 20:54that right now, so you can see in the
  506. 20:56real working brain with 10 million words
  507. 20:59in it and tens of thousands of files and
  508. 21:01folders what that looks like
  509. 21:04um over a 13-day period.
  510. 21:08Oh, and real quick, guys, if you're not
  511. 21:10already subscribed, um please uh do so.
  512. 21:14Um you know, I don't uh monetize and put
  513. 21:18in mid-roll ads on my content. Um I know
  514. 21:21when I watch ads like I pay for YouTube
  515. 21:23Premium
  516. 21:24so that I don't get bothered with in
  517. 21:26ads mid-roll. So, I keep them out of my
  518. 21:29content personally.
  519. 21:31Okay? So, um please Fred, make a YouTube
  520. 21:34thing show up somewhere where my mouse
  521. 21:36is and then make it wiggle wobble.
  522. 21:38Please subscribe. I appreciate you guys
  523. 21:40and we'll be back when Fred is done
  524. 21:43doing the audit. Fred, speed this up.
  525. 21:50Okay, it says copy. So, it made the
  526. 21:52copy. It's large. The copy's about
  527. 21:5410,600 roughly and 13 files in it. Your
  528. 21:57workspace is big and Windows copies
  529. 21:59slowly, so this part takes a few
  530. 22:00minutes. When it finishes, I'll pull
  531. 22:02back automatically
  532. 22:03and start the strangers test job.
  533. 22:05Nothing in earth driven itself gets
  534. 22:06changed.
  535. 22:10Found so far
  536. 22:13by reading before your scripts finish.
  537. 22:15Your root stats file is 3 days behind.
  538. 22:17It says 10:15 is the latest, but your
  539. 22:18log has 10:17:18. The word for our audit
  540. 22:20forces the full audit to run even in a
  541. 22:22question. You asked when's the last time
  542. 22:23I ran it and I checked try to make it
  543. 22:25run. The word recap fires your report
  544. 22:27scale. The audit reminder gives old
  545. 22:29shape. It says eight questions, six
  546. 22:30scripts, but its audit now has nine
  547. 22:32questions and seven scripts.
  548. 22:34No private info on camera is only a
  549. 22:37sentence. Nothing stops search from
  550. 22:38printing client names.
  551. 22:40Um
  552. 22:44Okay. So, while it finishes up, uh Fred,
  553. 22:48speed this up.
  554. 22:53And while Fred is finishing up cuz this
  555. 22:56takes like I said, this takes a little
  556. 22:57bit time here. Um if you go to
  557. 22:59school.com/buildmyclass/about,
  558. 23:03you can join my free school. Um
  559. 23:08we're going on just at the time of
  560. 23:10recording 737 members, which is cool. If
  561. 23:12you aren't sure about me or how I roll,
  562. 23:16plenty of reviews
  563. 23:18are already coming in
  564. 23:20for having been a school for less than 3
  565. 23:23months or so. So, we're growing with a
  566. 23:25room full of awesome people. Please come
  567. 23:28join and say hello, for sure.
  568. 23:31So, let's see. Fred,
  569. 23:33are you still working here? So, let's
  570. 23:35check. Put this over here.
  571. 23:38Click down to manage. Circle right that
  572. 23:41seat down to manage.
  573. 23:43And we're still
  574. 23:45running the skills. So, we'll give it
  575. 23:49we'll give it here a few more whoops.
  576. 23:52Get over here.
  577. 23:54Is everything
  578. 23:57okay?
  579. 24:00I was going to say, "Yeah, everything is
  580. 24:01okay, you impatient human. You need to
  581. 24:03relax. You got crap everywhere."
  582. 24:07Fred, speed this up.
  583. 24:15See?
  584. 24:16>> [laughter]
  585. 24:18>> Circle this. Circle this. Yes,
  586. 24:19everything is fine. Oops.
  587. 24:22The copy finished 14,885 files of 500
  588. 24:25big files of videos left on purpose.
  589. 24:27Five of check strips are done reading
  590. 24:29the results now. Showing the summary
  591. 24:30count lines,
  592. 24:32etc., etc., etc. Okay. All right, while
  593. 24:34that finishes up, Fred, speed this up.
  594. 24:38Okay, so right here Fred, circle this
  595. 24:40where my mouse is. So, layer one is
  596. 24:42done. Routes all to 133 work. All 41 top
  597. 24:45folders are on your map. Keys 37
  598. 24:4937 look like keys, but zero are saved in
  599. 24:51your backup history. That's the same as
  600. 24:52last time. Code with no online copy.
  601. 24:54None zero unsaved. Zero not pushed. Size
  602. 24:57your instruction files grew by 241 lines
  603. 24:59in 13 days.
  604. 25:01The big jump is in the checks count.
  605. 25:04It's almost all the diagram toolkit you
  606. 25:06installed in 10 15. 39,204 lines. Okay,
  607. 25:09waiting on the copies so I can start the
  608. 25:11stranger and the replays.
  609. 25:15Perfect. All right, so it's
  610. 25:17whatchamacallit-ing.
  611. 25:20All right, so now it's going to 4-hour
  612. 25:22layer two. It's doing the cold walk.
  613. 25:25So, that's coming back in now and we
  614. 25:28will Fred, speed this up.
  615. 25:33And while that finishes, too, let me
  616. 25:35show you something else.
  617. 25:36If you go to files and folders, oh, not
  618. 25:40build. Files and folders.com.
  619. 25:44Okay. Um
  620. 25:47right here on this page,
  621. 25:48filesandfolders.com, you can get a uh
  622. 25:51ICM folder system. The one on the
  623. 25:52homepage is a halfway done website
  624. 25:56project. So, you can start and already
  625. 25:58filled out the Claude MD for you, the
  626. 25:59contacts MD.
  627. 26:01Um there's a plan and its contents
  628. 26:03halfway done. You just got to finish it.
  629. 26:04So, it gives you a working ICM halfway
  630. 26:07done website and then you could talk and
  631. 26:09play with the ICM so you can start
  632. 26:11seeing how it works and then you can
  633. 26:12type make it mine. I put an MD in here
  634. 26:14right here. Make it mine. Um and you can
  635. 26:17make the website yours. Okay? If you
  636. 26:19scroll all the way to the bottom,
  637. 26:21all the way to the bottom and then you
  638. 26:23type and you type if you hit uh ICM
  639. 26:26folder systems
  640. 26:28right here, you can get see every one of
  641. 26:31the um ICMs that I've made public, all
  642. 26:33the folder systems I made public. So,
  643. 26:35you can do your get the all the 4-hour
  644. 26:38audit. Um stop and rot before it starts,
  645. 26:41okay? So, you can
  646. 26:43uh grab that, that brain interview, ICM
  647. 26:46starter kit, the video production line,
  648. 26:48my Claude code skills, if you want to
  649. 26:50turn YouTube videos into school
  650. 26:51packages, my uh seven-step sales
  651. 26:54framework, right? You can get that.
  652. 26:57Um and so
  653. 26:58I have them here. If you don't know
  654. 27:00where to start, then you can just get
  655. 27:01the pre-built item folder structure,
  656. 27:02like I told you before. So, I just
  657. 27:05wanted to give you that fun fact to walk
  658. 27:06through of files and folders um for
  659. 27:10sure. And let's see. Still
  660. 27:11whatchamacalling. Okay, perfect. So,
  661. 27:13Fred, speed this up.
  662. 27:18Oh, let's see what happened here. The
  663. 27:19save tests have the old sessions folder
  664. 27:23path built in, so 39 of them can't find
  665. 27:25their files. That's a finding in itself.
  666. 27:27I'll point them at today's copy without
  667. 27:28changing what any test check.
  668. 27:31All right. So, we're already finding
  669. 27:32stuff. I usually do this every 6 or 7
  670. 27:34days, and it's been 13, so this is the
  671. 27:36longest I've been in a long time, in
  672. 27:38months, since I've actually um ran, like
  673. 27:41I said, I just completely took off last
  674. 27:43weekend, didn't do nothing. So, Fred,
  675. 27:45speed this up.
  676. 27:50All right. So, another update here.
  677. 27:52Replaying last audit save test. So far,
  678. 27:54the payment link checks passes 27 and
  679. 27:5627, and the email guard 39 and 39.
  680. 27:59Checking the end of turn checks now.
  681. 28:02So, we're going to keep it moving. How
  682. 28:04you doing?
  683. 28:05Fred, speed this up.
  684. 28:10All right. All tests passed except the
  685. 28:13one writing the band where to a file
  686. 28:15isn't blocked at right time, though the
  687. 28:17end of turn voice check catches it
  688. 28:19afterward. Now, I'll add the test for
  689. 28:21the front guard. The only guard
  690. 28:24passing since the last time. Okay, so I
  691. 28:26did a new guard in the test we're
  692. 28:28talking about right there.
  693. 28:30Um Fred, speed this up.
  694. 28:36The front guard catches four of eight
  695. 28:38planet Georgia mistakes missing
  696. 28:39lowercase Georgia, a style sheet, an
  697. 28:41inline style style line, and a JSX file,
  698. 28:45whatever that is. Now testing the two
  699. 28:47reminders that missed Friday only today.
  700. 28:48So, what this is doing right here
  701. 28:50is when I upload to AWS to have like
  702. 28:54this video being rendered, um and I
  703. 28:57have, you know, you have you watch the
  704. 28:59the front slides, the front part,
  705. 29:01whatever, like the opening stuff,
  706. 29:03it can't render those Georgia
  707. 29:05uh text things or whatever, like the
  708. 29:07font. And it kept doing that, and I'm
  709. 29:09like, "Hey, we've been doing this for a
  710. 29:10while." So, I made a rule to stop using
  711. 29:13that font locally so that there's not an
  712. 29:15error every time it goes uploads to AWS,
  713. 29:17and then it has to like rework something
  714. 29:19out, right? So,
  715. 29:21um it's catching that from yesterday
  716. 29:23when I made that rule. So, it's good to
  717. 29:25see that's happening.
  718. 29:27Uh let's see. Tally so far held from
  719. 29:28last time. Email guard 39 of 39, app
  720. 29:31guard 40 of 40, render guard 39 of 39,
  721. 29:34Mac zip gate nine of nine, payment links
  722. 29:3627 of 27, cloud link 11 of 11.
  723. 29:39Slipped one banned W word
  724. 29:43isn't stopped when a file was written.
  725. 29:45The end of turn voice check still
  726. 29:47catches it. New problems. The font guard
  727. 29:49four of eight missed, the trigger minor
  728. 29:51three of five wrong, and a root stash
  729. 29:52file that says three days stale.
  730. 29:54The on camera privacy rule has no guard
  731. 29:56at all. Still open from last time. Two
  732. 29:59small items. Your two files number the
  733. 30:01video stages differently, and nothing
  734. 30:03says which three videos go in more from
  735. 30:07the series.
  736. 30:09Um
  737. 30:11The stranger has finished. Before
  738. 30:14anything goes into the port, um checking
  739. 30:16its clans myself. First checked
  740. 30:19um first check that your real old turn
  741. 30:21folder was not touched. All right. So,
  742. 30:23it finished the cold walk. Now, it's
  743. 30:25going to make sure everything else was
  744. 30:27um they didn't mess with my original, my
  745. 30:29actual one. Zero changes, zero double
  746. 30:31line innings. Okay, so perfect.
  747. 30:35Um
  748. 30:37Running the blog hub rebuild twice in a
  749. 30:39test copy, measuring the damage. Right?
  750. 30:42So, now it's running through and testing
  751. 30:44some more. Okay. So, again, this is four
  752. 30:46There's four layers to it, the four Rs.
  753. 30:49And uh it just finished the second R.
  754. 30:52So, now it's going to go into the
  755. 30:54reality part of it.
  756. 30:56Um which is
  757. 30:58trying to break it. Okay? Um so, Fred,
  758. 31:03speed this up.
  759. 31:05Okay, it's finding the stranger is
  760. 31:07finding issues. The script doesn't
  761. 31:08double line endings as claimed, but it
  762. 31:10does suddenly re- rewrite re- rewrite
  763. 31:13two blog posts on every run while
  764. 31:15falsely reporting zero change. Now
  765. 31:17checking other issues the stranger
  766. 31:18flagged. All right. So,
  767. 31:21it's doing its job and when it gets done
  768. 31:24with
  769. 31:25all the way through the end of this,
  770. 31:26uh I'm going to have a nice uh report,
  771. 31:29and that is the final R. So, it's doing
  772. 31:31reality right now, which is it's trying
  773. 31:33to break it. Okay? And it's finding
  774. 31:35where it's broken.
  775. 31:36Um and then we'll be able to get the
  776. 31:38report, and then I'll be able to fix it,
  777. 31:40and then everything will be ricky
  778. 31:43freaking tick at that point. Fred, speed
  779. 31:46this up.
  780. 31:50All right. So,
  781. 31:53Ootravan, the four R audit. Read, run,
  782. 31:56reality, report. 13 days did not rot the
  783. 31:58machine, it rotted the words. Okay? So,
  784. 32:02three Let's zoom in so you guys can see
  785. 32:04this. Three stats files say things that
  786. 32:06stopped being true, and two new guards
  787. 32:08have holes.
  788. 32:09Okay?
  789. 32:10So, all plant of mistakes uh 233 out of
  790. 32:14234.
  791. 32:16Um routes that resolve 133 out of 133.
  792. 32:19Save tests that held. Okay? Uh we found
  793. 32:22the hole. Stranger's job partly. One
  794. 32:24file found the way. Eight stuck points
  795. 32:25true. Claim still true. All right. Uh
  796. 32:28work at risk is zero. Fixes found. Money
  797. 32:31two, lost to work five, slows agent 11,
  798. 32:33polish four open from last time. The
  799. 32:35most important, 39 blog posts promise a
  800. 32:38kit you no longer send. They say the kit
  801. 32:40is six files and the blog skills say
  802. 32:42they say is to paste that box word
  803. 32:45forward. Your welcome email now hands
  804. 32:47over a website.
  805. 32:49A reader signs up for one thing and gets
  806. 32:51another. Okay, so we're going to fix
  807. 32:53that
  808. 32:54for sure.
  809. 32:55Nothing kept private. Nothing
  810. 32:58keeps private info off your screen while
  811. 33:00you record.
  812. 33:02Okay, asking about the audit runs audit.
  813. 33:05Yeah. Every fix. All right.
  814. 33:08Uh fix one how
  815. 33:1039 live posts. Okay, so I just changed
  816. 33:13over the what you opt in and get, right?
  817. 33:15So it found that in my entire blog
  818. 33:17apparently is still talking about the
  819. 33:19other thing.
  820. 33:20Um
  821. 33:22no private info camera. Okay, the FNF
  822. 33:24status file every FNF session 40 days 50
  823. 33:27bullets lost work. So it says lost work
  824. 33:30lost work. So let's go let's skip down
  825. 33:32every one of these little things here.
  826. 33:34And right here. Circle this. Circle
  827. 33:37this. Say go and every fix gets made in
  828. 33:38this order each with its proof. Then the
  829. 33:41audit runs again. Three calls only you
  830. 33:43can make. Which box is true for every
  831. 33:44blog post? The six file kit or the
  832. 33:46website?
  833. 33:48Uh does cloud code second brain belong
  834. 33:49to FNF or Alodra?
  835. 33:52A can a keyword
  836. 33:53post go live before the video reaches
  837. 33:55stage nine?
  838. 33:57All right. And so layer one. Okay, so
  839. 34:00here again
  840. 34:01um is what layer one was was the read.
  841. 34:03Layer two then it ran as header your job
  842. 34:05and the layer three, right?
  843. 34:08And then all the different tests here.
  844. 34:09So I will actually just link to this.
  845. 34:11Draw an arrow down, Fred. Arrow down.
  846. 34:14We'll also link down here. Red red arrow
  847. 34:16down. We'll also link down here so you
  848. 34:18can see what mine came back
  849. 34:20um cuz there's nothing in here that can
  850. 34:23um yep, there's nothing in here that is
  851. 34:27a key or anything like that. So perfect.
  852. 34:28So
  853. 34:30um what did it want me to do again? What
  854. 34:31did it say here? Let's answer these
  855. 34:32three questions.
  856. 34:34Say go three calls was Okay, so it is
  857. 34:37the website. Um, it belongs to F and F
  858. 34:40website and then yes.
  859. 34:42So,
  860. 34:43So, here it is right here. So, circle
  861. 34:45here again.
  862. 34:46Right here. Circle here. Before I can
  863. 34:48fix anything, I need three calls. So,
  864. 34:50we'll do this one.
  865. 34:53The website.
  866. 34:55Two.
  867. 34:57Um, F and F. Three.
  868. 35:05Yes.
  869. 35:06And it will have a placeholder for the
  870. 35:11embedded video.
  871. 35:18Go.
  872. 35:24>> [snorts]
  873. 35:24>> Okay, so now Fred is going to go and fix
  874. 35:28all of these issues for me.
  875. 35:30Um,
  876. 35:32and remember, I'll go ahead and put this
  877. 35:33thing see how thorough this is below.
  878. 35:36Right? And while Fred fixes that,
  879. 35:47All right, go received. I'm working down
  880. 35:49the list in rank order. Your three
  881. 35:51answers settle it. Right? And so, Fred
  882. 35:54is going to go off and fix this.
  883. 36:00So, yes, a second brain will rot if you
  884. 36:04leave it alone and don't take care of
  885. 36:06it. Every system does. The difference is
  886. 36:10this one you can easily check because
  887. 36:12it's one folder.
  888. 36:14It's no different than maintaining your
  889. 36:15vehicle. Everybody knows a Toyota Camry
  890. 36:17last forever, but you have to do the
  891. 36:19maintenance. Take care of your second
  892. 36:21brain and your second brain will take
  893. 36:24care of you and it will last forever.
  894. 36:27The second brain I built today goes on
  895. 36:29the same schedule as mine, every Sunday.
  896. 36:31My 4-hour auditor is also free in the
  897. 36:34description below. One folder, one
  898. 36:36agent, one desk. That's how I run over
  899. 36:3933,000 files without a second brain app.
