  3. 0:09in my English class and like I tried the
  4. 0:11tutoring services but they're just not
  5. 0:13working out for me. Like do you have any
  6. 0:15suggestions on what I can do?
  7. 0:16>> Have you checked out office hours?
  8. 0:17>> No. What's that? So office hours are
  9. 0:20basically um a space where you can go to
  10. 0:23with your professors um if you need
  11. 0:25extra help.
  12. 0:26>> Um so you should really check that out.
  13. 0:28>> Nice. And where can I find them? Like,
  14. 0:30so you should check your syllabus to see
  15. 0:31where the location and the time is for
  16. 0:33office hours.

  32. 1:08you know, pull things together for the
  33. 1:10winter.
  34. 1:10>> Well, I appreciate you coming then.
  35. 1:12First things first, my office hours are
  36. 1:14always posted on the door.
  37. 1:17>> It's also on Blackboard um and on your
  38. 1:20syllabus. So how about we take out your
  39. 1:22syllabus and we get a better sense of
  40. 1:23like what you're struggling with. we can
  41. 1:25go through some of the materials and you
  42. 1:27know even if you need more help you just
  43. 1:29don't have to come to office hours. You
  44. 1:31can email me as well. Okay.
