  1. 0:00In this video, I'm going to show you
  2. 0:01exactly how my agency hit a ratio of 20
  3. 0:05on real creator accounts. Real numbers
  4. 0:07and real screenshots and even a video.
  5. 0:10No nothing is fake. Most agencies in
  6. 0:11this space are running maybe on a three
  7. 0:13to five ratio, maybe seven if they are
  8. 0:15decent. We are consistently hitting 15
  9. 0:18to 20 and in this video I'm going to
  10. 0:20prove it to you first so you know it's
  11. 0:21real and then I'm going to break down
  12. 0:24the exact chatting strategies that got
  13. 0:25us there step by step. If you work with
  14. 0:27a chatting agency or you have your own
  15. 0:30chatting team, this video will change
  16. 0:31how you think about what is actually
  17. 0:33possible on this platform. Let's get
  18. 0:35into it. So, we are inside the OnlyFans
  19. 0:37statements here. Just quickly reloading
  20. 0:40so you see
  21. 0:41nothing fake. And looking at April, so
  22. 0:44May is not finished yet. Looking at
  23. 0:46April, we made 3K in subs but more than
  24. 0:5041,000
  25. 0:51messages and an extra 3K in tips. A
  26. 0:54total of 47,000
  27. 0:56that month. In total net revenue on that
  28. 0:58account
  29. 0:59Looking at the creator here, we can see
  30. 1:01the client had a very rough month
  31. 1:03because Instagram got him got all of his
  32. 1:06account banned. Only nine paid subs per
  33. 1:09day in that month on average. But yeah,
  34. 1:11this is how we were able to achieve such
  35. 1:13kind of results. If you want them as
  36. 1:15well, follow the video, look at it,
  37. 1:17enjoy. The reason most agencies sit at a
  38. 1:19three to five ratio is because they are
  39. 1:21running a vending machine operation
  40. 1:23rather than a real OnlyFans business.
  41. 1:25Fan subscribes, gets a copy and paste
  42. 1:27welcome message maybe, gets pitched a
  43. 1:29PPV within the first 30 seconds, either
  44. 1:31buys or does not. If he does not buy,
  45. 1:33silence. Nobody follows up, nobody
  46. 1:35builds a relationship, nobody remembers
  47. 1:37his name. That is a one-time transaction
  48. 1:40and one-time transactions produce low
  49. 1:42ratios because the fan has no reason to
  50. 1:44stay, no reason to come back, no
  51. 1:46emotional connection whatsoever. A ratio
  52. 1:48of three is not a chatting strategy, it
  53. 1:50is the absence of one. Everything I'm
  54. 1:52about to tell you is the opposite of
  55. 1:54that. One of the biggest reasons we are
  56. 1:56able to achieve ratios like this is AI.
  57. 1:59We built what I call a super brain, an
  58. 2:01AI trained on all of our SOPs that
  59. 2:03checks our chats constantly and analyzes
  60. 2:06chatter performances in real time. It
  61. 2:08catches mistakes that no human or
  62. 2:10supervisor would ever find. It applies
  63. 2:12fixes across every account
  64. 2:14automatically. It tracks every metric
  65. 2:17without emotion and tells you exactly
  66. 2:19what works and what does not. This alone
  67. 2:21changed our operations more than any
  68. 2:23single hire we ever made. I made an
  69. 2:25entire video breaking down exactly how
  70. 2:27we built this and how you can set it up
  71. 2:29for yourself step by step. The link is
  72. 2:31down below in the description. If you
  73. 2:32are serious about hitting ratios like
  74. 2:34the ones I just showed you, watch that
  75. 2:36video. It will save you thousands in
  76. 2:38employee cost while improving your
  77. 2:39quality at the same time. But AI is just
  78. 2:41the infrastructure. The strategies that
  79. 2:43actually drive the ratio up are what I'm
  80. 2:45about to show you next. One of the most
  81. 2:46important learnings we made is stop
  82. 2:48selling not listening. This is the part
  83. 2:50that sounds backwards but is the single
  84. 2:52biggest reason all ratios are where they
  85. 2:54are. We do not pitch fans in the first
  86. 2:56conversation the first one or two
  87. 2:58messages. We do not rush a sale. We
  88. 3:00listen. Our chatters are trained to ask
  89. 3:02questions, to remember details, to bring
  90. 3:04things up naturally in the in the next
  91. 3:05conversation. The fan's dog, the city,
  92. 3:08the team he supports, whatever he
  93. 3:09shared. This is not small talk. This is
  94. 3:11the foundation of big spender
  95. 3:13development. A fan who feels genuinely
  96. 3:14seen does not need to be sold. He comes
  97. 3:16back automatically. He checks in daily.
  98. 3:18He looks forward to the next
  99. 3:19conversation and the money follows the
  100. 3:21emotional investment. We have fans who
  101. 3:23have sent us 30K, 50K, 77K without us
  102. 3:27ever actively selling them a single
  103. 3:29thing because the connection was real.
  104. 3:31The agencies running a ratio of three
  105. 3:33are pitching every fan in the first
  106. 3:35message. The agencies like ours that
  107. 3:37have ratios of 10, 15, up to 20 are
  108. 3:40building relationship first and letting
  109. 3:42the revenue follow. It sounds slower but
  110. 3:44it's not. It is just smarter, trust me.
  111. 3:46So, next up the 30 seconds after a fan
  112. 3:49makes a purchase is the most valuable
  113. 3:51moment in the entire direction. And
  114. 3:53almost every agency I know ignores it.
  115. 3:55Right after he buys, the dopamine drops.
  116. 3:57He is sober, rational, wondering if it
  117. 4:00was worth it. Silence in that moment, he
  118. 4:01will regret it. He does not buy again,
  119. 4:04maybe he refunds you. And one warm
  120. 4:05message, not a pitch, not a scripted
  121. 4:07thank you, something genuine, changes
  122. 4:09everything. His emotional brain takes
  123. 4:11over, he feels good about the purchase,
  124. 4:13he comes back, and we call this
  125. 4:14aftercare. And we have a specific
  126. 4:16protocol for it on every single account,
  127. 4:18unique for every specific creator.
  128. 4:21Agencies that skip aftercare are losing
  129. 4:23the best future big spenders in a
  130. 4:2530-second window. They do not even know
  131. 4:27they exist. So, you have to imagine
  132. 4:29this. Fans are on the platform late at
  133. 4:30night with at least five other creators
  134. 4:33open at the same time. And the first
  135. 4:34agency to reply captures the moment.
  136. 4:36Everyone else is talking to someone who
  137. 4:38already moved on. When we took over one
  138. 4:39of our accounts, the previous team had
  139. 4:41an average reply time of over 4 minutes.
  140. 4:44And then, we set a hard 90-second
  141. 4:46benchmark, revenue went up 25% in the
  142. 4:48first 45 days. Same fans, same content,
  143. 4:51same creator. Only that one change. If
  144. 4:54you're not tracking reply time across
  145. 4:55every single chatter on every single
  146. 4:57shift, you're leaving money on the
  147. 4:58table, and you don't even know how much.
  148. 5:01And lastly, one thing you need to start
  149. 5:03understanding is what does your
  150. 5:04engagement look like? How does it look
  151. 5:06like? This is the number that ties all
  152. 5:07of it together, and most agencies have
  153. 5:09never even heard of it. Engagement rate,
  154. 5:11the percentage of paid subscribers who
  155. 5:13actually reply and have a real
  156. 5:15conversation. If you have 1K
  157. 5:16subscribers, but only 100 of them ever
  158. 5:19reply to you once in their whole
  159. 5:21subscriber life, you effectively have
  160. 5:23100 subscribers. The other 900 are
  161. 5:25invisible. A creator like ours with just
  162. 5:28300 engaged subscribers per month will
  163. 5:30outperform a creator with, let's say,
  164. 5:322,000 silent ones every single time.
  165. 5:35Because engaged fans talk. Fans who talk
  166. 5:37build relationships. Relationships
  167. 5:39produce revenue. Our accounts run at
  168. 5:41engagement rates most agencies would not
  169. 5:43believe. And that is not luck. That is
  170. 5:45the result of everything I just told
  171. 5:47you. Real first message, genuine
  172. 5:48conversation, aftercare, fast replies.
  173. 5:51All of that drives engagement up, and
  174. 5:53engagement is what drives your ratio up.
  175. 5:55But still, most of your AMs do not even
  176. 5:57track this number. That's why we build
  177. 5:58our own systems for it, and it is the
  178. 6:00first thing I check on any account
  179. 6:02before I look at anything else. So, let
  180. 6:04me summarize this for you. Real first
  181. 6:06message instead of a copy and paste one.
  182. 6:08Your engagement goes up. Listening
  183. 6:09before selling. Your big spender
  184. 6:11pipeline gets built. Aftercare on every
  185. 6:13single purchase [music] repeat spending
  186. 6:15goes up, and a maximum of 90-second
  187. 6:17reply time, and you will capture moments
  188. 6:20your competitors would definitely miss.
  189. 6:22And then, tracking your engagement rate,
  190. 6:23you finally know what is actually
  191. 6:25happening on your account, and that's
  192. 6:27it. This is how you can go from a ratio
  193. 6:29of four to a ratio of 15 or even 20.
  194. 6:32Don't get me wrong. Of course,
  195. 6:34subscribers and your traffic quality
  196. 6:36plays into that, but still, your
  197. 6:38chatting will improve. If you want to
  198. 6:39learn more about how we run this, join

  204. 6:52more. I drop content like this every
  205. 6:54single week now. See you in the next
