  1. 0:55We all have been in this position where we are matched up with some very extremely inexperienced teammates
  2. 1:00and we are there scratching our heads and thinking how we can overcome such odds.
  3. 1:05It's not always possible to come out victorious in this type of situation,
  4. 1:09but we can definitely do certain things to give us a better chance at making that ultimate comeback.
  5. 1:14This one is gonna focus on the gold lane,
  6. 1:16but eventually I am planning to do it for all the other lanes.
  7. 1:20In this match I will be playing Moskov.
  8. 1:23I have seen a lot of comments saying that they did him dirty with the recent nerf
  9. 1:26and now he is extremely weak,
  10. 1:28but I think that's far from the truth.
  11. 1:30He is still one of the strongest marksmen in the game.
  12. 1:33Just maybe not as strong in the early game as pre-nerf.
  13. 1:36But in the late game, he is still an absolute killing machine.
  14. 2:01In this match, their marksman made a pretty unexpected move at the start of the game.
  15. 2:06He went to steal our purple buff first. And he actually succeeded.
  16. 2:10Now this puts our jungler and me at a huge disadvantage in the early game.
  17. 2:22If the hero you are playing is weaker in the early game than your counterpart,
  18. 2:26then you gotta play more passively and try your best to last hit whatever you can.
  19. 2:39The opponents already got 3 kills before the 2 minute mark.
  20. 2:53Our Saber was still not level 4.
  21. 2:55But the moment he gets his ult, this should be an easy kill.
  22. 3:13Welp.
  23. 3:14He ultied the doggo instead of Popol.
  24. 3:25We were getting absolutely dominated across the board.
  25. 3:30When you find yourself in this kind of situation,
  26. 3:32you gotta stay focused and try to farm to the best of your abilities.
  27. 3:47It was very clear that our best chance at winning this is by allowing Moskov to get fed.
  28. 3:51One successful gank and that will let me gain a lot of momentum.
  29. 3:55We could potentially get all the gold from the turret shield.
  30. 3:59But as you probably already know,
  31. 4:00in soloQ, more often than not you won't be able to relies on your teammates
  32. 4:04and will have to create opportunities on your own.
  33. 4:12It was very obvious Popol was gonna steal our purple buff again,
  34. 4:16but at this point of the game,
  35. 4:17there's nothing Moskov can do on his own.
  36. 4:38We were getting absolutely destroyed.
  37. 4:54Our roamer was really slow to react.
  38. 5:23Many times you will find yourself matched up with some very inexperienced teammates.
  39. 5:27And that's normal, you can say it's part of the solo rank experience.
  40. 5:31When you are in this kind of situation,
  41. 5:33you gotta try your best not to die in the early game, and focus on farming only.
  42. 5:38Don't even bother trying to go into teamfights till you have at least a couple of core items,
  43. 5:42or when you feel like you are strong enough to fight them.
  44. 6:00The score is 4-15.
  45. 6:02That's how one-sided this match was.
  46. 6:27Gotta keep moving and go to where you can farm.
  47. 6:30Remember, your priority is to farm as much as you can till you get that power spike.
  48. 6:58When you see that there's not much else you can do in a teamfights.
  49. 7:01Keep moving and don't waste time standing around.
  50. 7:04You gotta take advantage of the distraction your teammates are providing,
  51. 7:07even if it's not their intention,
  52. 7:09and farm where you can and push at the same time.
  53. 7:27You definitely don't want to fight here.
  54. 7:29Go to the opposite side of the map and split-push.
  55. 7:48This was looking absolutely hopeless.
  56. 7:50But I knew that as long as I can keep up with the farm,
  57. 7:53we will always have a chance to turn this around.
  58. 8:13Keep looking for opportunities to farm.
  59. 8:15Especially when you see that the opponents are all sticking together like this,
  60. 8:19most of the time that's the best moment to split-push.
  61. 8:22Defending is a lot easier than attacking.
  62. 8:25And offense is sometimes the best defense.
  63. 8:46They will be forced to stop their push and come back to defend because of your offense.
  64. 9:22You can see why keeping up with the farm is so important,
  65. 9:25because there will always be a moment where the opponents slip up
  66. 9:28and you will have the chance to completely turn the table.
  67. 9:42They don't have that many tanky heroes,
  68. 9:44but they do have a lot of physical damage, so I will prioritize Wind of Nature.
  69. 9:48You always gotta switch up your build according to the opponents composition.
  70. 9:52And even the order of what you build is super important as well.
  71. 10:09This was still looking very rough though.
  72. 10:34By the way, don't ask me what our Hylos was doing here.
  73. 11:26Three of them were in the middle lane,
  74. 11:28and two of them were dead.
  75. 11:30This meant I could clear one more wave.
  76. 11:49Why would you surrender, when the best part of the game is yet to happen?
  77. 11:53Making a comeback is the ultimate satisfaction when playing a competitive game.
  78. 13:05We gotta clear the sidelines,
  79. 13:07they are enhanced minions.
  80. 13:08We can't just ignore them.
  81. 13:42The next minion wave in the mid lane is approaching.
  82. 13:45We three can easily overwhelm Popol and just end the game here.
  83. 13:52But instead they decided to go bot...
  84. 14:05Welp.
  85. 15:24When you play a hero that has a huge late-game potential,
  86. 15:27you just gotta be patient.
  87. 15:29Keep farming as best as you could, split-push when you see the opponents are all bunched together,
  88. 15:34don't overcommit in fights and don't waste time standing around.
  89. 15:38Only start joining the big teamfights when you think you are strong enough,
  90. 15:42which in most cases are usually after you got at least two to three core items.
  91. 15:47And that's it for this video.
  92. 15:49I hope these tips will help you have a slightly better chance at winning when you are playing in the gold lane
  93. 15:54and you have very inexperienced teammates.
  94. 15:56Like I said, I will eventually make one for each role,
  95. 15:59so if you are interested in those, make sure to subscribe and have the notification bell on.
  96. 16:04Anyway, thanks for watching and see ya~
