  1. 0:00Let's talk about projects. Projects in
  2. 0:03Chat DBT let you collect your files in
  3. 0:06one focused workplace where we can
  4. 0:08prompt them. Think of it as a notebook
  5. 0:10LM from Google just here in OpenAI.
  6. 0:13However, we don't have audio overviews
  7. 0:15yet. These projects can't be shared with
  8. 0:19team members. So, and they're designed
  9. 0:22for single topic chats. That is because
  10. 0:24we upload files. To create a new
  11. 0:28project, I go to new project and then we
  12. 0:31can give our project a name. I will call
  13. 0:34this one workplace
  14. 0:37insights. And I choose to create the
  15. 0:40project.
  16. 0:43Then I can add files and instructions.
  17. 0:47Let's first add some files
  18. 0:50here. Click add files. And if I go back
  19. 0:53to the lesson files again in the custom
  20. 0:55DPTs and projects, I go to HR data. Here
  21. 0:59I have an absence report of our company.
  22. 1:02I have an employee satisfying
  23. 1:04satisfication survey and some exit
  24. 1:07interviews. Pick these three while you
  25. 1:09press control on your keyboard. That
  26. 1:11will select these and then they will
  27. 1:13upload. You can upload up to 25 file and
  28. 1:16again you can use PDF, words, excels,
  29. 1:19text, CSV, JSON, PowerPoints and
  30. 1:23markdown documents and a few more but
  31. 1:26those ones were the most accessible. So
  32. 1:31right now you will see that it has
  33. 1:34uploaded.
  34. 1:36It says that file content may not be
  35. 1:38accessible. As long as it it is data it
  36. 1:41is accessible. I can check that by
  37. 1:44closing it here and then I can say what
  38. 1:48does the
  39. 1:50absence report say? If I do that I will
  40. 1:55get a summary. Here you can see it
  41. 1:58overall absence trend. So that works
  42. 2:02perfectly.
  43. 2:04Then
  44. 2:05to go back to the project I just click
  45. 2:09over here. This is the project overview.
  46. 2:12We can also add more files. That is just
  47. 2:15to go down here and add more files.
  48. 2:18Let's add some instructions. That is we
  49. 2:20want to instruct this project how to
  50. 2:23behave. So if I go here, I could say
  51. 2:27something like use the
  52. 2:31provided references
  53. 2:34to help
  54. 2:36analyze
  55. 2:38workplace trends. Focus on
  56. 2:42summarizing
  57. 2:45insights,
  58. 2:46comparing
  59. 2:48departments,
  60. 2:50identifying
  61. 2:53patterns over time, and suggesting
  62. 2:59practical HR actions
  63. 3:02when
  64. 3:05relevant.
  65. 3:07Keep your
  66. 3:10responses,
  67. 3:12concise,
  68. 3:14structured
  69. 3:16and
  70. 3:18professional like this.
  71. 3:20Then I hit save. Now I told my project
  72. 3:25how to behave. Then we can start using
  73. 3:28it again. We can prompt it. Let's say I
  74. 3:31want to summarize key
  75. 3:36patterns and
  76. 3:39concerns
  77. 3:40across departments
  78. 3:43based on the
  79. 3:46employee
  80. 3:48satisfaction
  81. 3:53survey.
  82. 3:57Highlight
  83. 4:00differences in ratings and recurring
  84. 4:05themes in comments.
  85. 4:08Then it will look in my documents.
  86. 4:12Here you will see that the satisfaction
  87. 4:14is 3.2 in average 2.9 3.5 3.3 and
  88. 4:18operations 3.6 and engagement leadership
  89. 4:20trust and career growth. Then we have
  90. 4:24some recurring team themes in the
  91. 4:26comments from uh the exit themes
  92. 4:29positive notes and concerns. Then we
  93. 4:33also have suggested HR actions for
  94. 4:36example like a career growth framework
  95. 4:38prioritize career development and
  96. 4:40feedback structures for finance and IT
  97. 4:44again to add in a new prompt in a new
  98. 4:47context. Then I just go over here to the
  99. 4:50workplace insight. You can also see that
  100. 4:52the old chats are showing up here in the
  101. 4:55project.
  102. 4:56If I go up here, it took a little bit
  103. 4:59too long to just write. I can also click
  104. 5:01the microphone,
  105. 5:04analyze monthly absence trends by
  106. 5:07department, identify any outliers or
  107. 5:11concerning patterns, and suggest where
  108. 5:13further investigation might be needed.
  109. 5:21Then it will
  110. 5:24do voice to text. Much easier to talk
  111. 5:29than it is to write. Especially if you
  112. 5:32sit in a lonely office like me. I don't
  113. 5:34disturb anyone. Now it will analyze all
  114. 5:37the data in the workplace.
  115. 5:40And then it will here we have it.
  116. 5:43concerning patterns and outliers. HI
  117. 5:45department significant spikes in absence
  118. 5:47days during September. I can also choose
  119. 5:49to follow up by visualizing the things.
  120. 5:54Let us go to a new chat. Let's say I
  121. 5:57also want to for example answer an
  122. 5:59email. Then I can go to the lesson
  123. 6:02files. I go into custom GPTs and
  124. 6:05projects into the HR data. Here I have
  125. 6:07an email. Yes, in the real world this
  126. 6:09would be an Outlook but it will be the
  127. 6:11same. I just copy the email. I want help
  128. 6:15to reply on that. And here I can use my
  129. 6:20workplace. Here I can just say
  130. 6:23help me answer this email. Shift enter
  131. 6:28two times. Say controlV paste in the
  132. 6:31email. Now I get a nice answer. Here's a
  133. 6:34professional. And you will see that it
  134. 6:38makes sources for example from the exit
  135. 6:40exit interviews. really nice. I can
  136. 6:43further brainstorm with it. And finally,
  137. 6:45let me go up to workplace insights. Here
  138. 6:49I can also choose to real time talk to
  139. 6:53the content of the project that is the
  140. 6:56project files and with the instruction
  141. 6:58here. So if I take on my headphones,
  142. 7:08hello chat dbt.
  143. 7:11Hey there. How's it going? What's on
  144. 7:13your files for the project shows? Can
  145. 7:17you give me some insights?
  146. 7:22>> Sure. I took a look at the exit
  147. 7:24interviews and there are some key
  148. 7:26insights from different departments. Uh
  149. 7:28for example, in the finance department,
  150. 7:29employees felt there was a lack of
  151. 7:31growth opportunities and a missing
  152. 7:33feedback culture.
  153. 7:34>> Great. Great. Stop there. Stop that
  154. 7:35there. How can I improve on that? What
  155. 7:38initiatives should I launch in the
  156. 7:42company? We are company of 100 people
  157. 7:44and we are production facility.
  158. 7:48Since you're a production facility, a
  159. 7:50great initiative could be to create
  160. 7:52clear career paths and training programs
  161. 7:55that way.
  162. 7:58>> And we can follow up on this. Your next
  163. 8:02chatbt video around using chat GBT for
  164. 8:05advanced Excel is right here.
