How To Use Claude To Grow Your Instagram On Autopilot — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:00I posted [music] over 1,800 straight
- 0:02days on Instagram and in today's
- 0:04episode, I'm going to share with you the
- 0:05exact AI system that I wish I had from
- 0:08day one and that I'm so thankful I'm
- 0:10using today.
- 0:11>> [music]
- 0:11>> Specifically, in today's episode, I'm
- 0:12going to show you the exact system that
- 0:14you can build using Claude to almost
- 0:16essentially run your entire Instagram on
- 0:19autopilot. I'm not talking about write
- 0:21me a caption or come up with my script
- 0:24or what should I post on my reels? I'm
- 0:26talking about an entire system that runs
- 0:28itself. And while this engine is super
- 0:30powerful, if you were to put a toddler
- 0:32behind the wheel of a Formula 1 car, you
- 0:34would probably wouldn't get off the line
- 0:36and the same is true with growing on
- 0:37Instagram. So, yes, while AI is going to
- 0:40be the engine, while Claude and Claude
- 0:42code and Claude co-work are going to
- 0:44help you accelerate this process,
- 0:46>> [music]
- 0:46>> you ultimately still have to know how to
- 0:48drive the car. And so, at the end of the
- 0:49month of July, I'm going to be hosting a
- 0:51series of webinars that I want to invite
- 0:54you to attend. I'll put the link down in
- 0:55the show notes below and that is where I
- 0:57will teach you the A to Z guide of how
- 0:59to actually grow on Instagram in less
- 1:01than 15 minutes per day. But today,
- 1:03[music] I'm going to walk you through my
- 1:05ramp framework, RAMP. Research,
- 1:08assemble, multiply, [music]
- 1:10and process. These are the four steps
- 1:12that we're going to focus on today and
- 1:14the four things that we are going to use
- 1:15Claude to help us manage. [music] And
- 1:17the reason that I recommend using Claude
- 1:19over any other AI chatbot is that Claude
- 1:21isn't just any other AI chatbot. With
- 1:24Claude code and Claude co-work, you can
- 1:26build apps and you can have Claude
- 1:28actually take actions for you. So, to
- 1:30use the classic example of write me a
- 1:32caption, instead of just having ChatGPT
- 1:35write you a caption, you could have the
- 1:37AI tool write you the caption and then
- 1:39add the caption to the post, schedule
- 1:41the post, push it out at the exact
- 1:43moment that it is optimally going to get
- 1:45the most engagement, and then learn from
- 1:47the post. So, it's able to actually take
- 1:49actions, not just write things. But,
- 1:52I've talked about Claude quite a bit in
- 1:53some of my recent episodes, so I'm not
- 1:54going to bore you by talking about all
- 1:56of the basics Today, let's get right
- 1:57into the strategy. The R in RAMP stands
- 2:01for research. This is the ideation
- 2:03phase. This is where you are deciding
- 2:05what it is that you're going to post.
- 2:07Throughout this RAMP workflow, there are
- 2:08going to be seven key problems that I
- 2:10identified that Claude can help you
- 2:12solve that will either help you save
- 2:14time, energy, effort, or creativity. And
- 2:16the first problem is I don't know what
- 2:19to post. Such a common problem. Such a
- 2:21common point that people get stuck on
- 2:23just not even knowing where to begin.
- 2:25And I think not knowing what to post is
- 2:26caused by one of two main culprits. One
- 2:29being just lack of ideas. Like you just
- 2:31genuinely have no idea what you could
- 2:34even talk about. Like you have no idea
- 2:36what in the world you could even post
- 2:37about. And I think that that is the
- 2:39minority of people. I think the majority
- 2:41of people are actually stuck because of
- 2:43the curse of knowledge. It's really hard
- 2:45to remember what it was like to be a
- 2:47beginner. As an expert, as someone who
- 2:49has a personal brand, as someone who has
- 2:50some sort of knowledge or experience or
- 2:52credibility in a certain field, it's
- 2:54really hard to put yourself in the shoes
- 2:55of the beginner and not know what you
- 2:58currently know. And so that is exactly
- 3:00where Claude CoWork can come in.
- 3:02Essentially, you're going to task Claude
- 3:03CoWork with the weekly responsibility of
- 3:06creating an Instagram research summary
- 3:08for you. In order to do this, you have
- 3:10two main options. Option number one is
- 3:12to just use Claude. Option number two is
- 3:15to use a more advanced tool like Poppy
- 3:17AI that still ultimately relies on
- 3:19Claude for a lot of its job, but it's a
- 3:22little bit more advanced and it has some
- 3:24extra benefits and features like the
- 3:26ability to actually look at content and
- 3:28describe it visually, not just like
- 3:30transcribe what the text is saying. To
- 3:32set this up, you're going to use your
- 3:34own taste and preferences to select your
- 3:36favorite accounts, maybe competitors,
- 3:38maybe people outside of your niche,
- 3:40whatever, just your favorite accounts,
- 3:41your favorite content creators, the
- 3:42people who you look up to, the people
- 3:44who you want an audience like theirs or
- 3:46you want to create content in the way
- 3:48they do. And you are going to give the
- 3:50links to these profiles either to
- 3:52Claude, or you're going to put them into
- 3:55a Poppy AI board. In addition to your
- 3:57favorite profiles, the profiles that you
- 3:59want Claude or Poppy to emulate, I also
- 4:02recommend connecting it to some sort of
- 4:03saved folder. Whether you have a saved
- 4:05folder on Instagram, or you have some
- 4:07fancy Google Sheet that can track all of
- 4:09your saved posts, you want to give
- 4:11Claude or Poppy access to that, so that
- 4:14it's able to pull information not just
- 4:15from these 10 stock accounts, but from
- 4:17any post that has inspired you in the
- 4:19last 7 days. If you want a little bit
- 4:20more detail on how to set that up, I
- 4:22covered that a few weeks ago in a
- 4:23previous episode, so I will link that up
- 4:25somewhere on the screen right now and in
- 4:27the show notes. But essentially, what
- 4:29you're going to then have either Claude
- 4:30or Poppy AI do is once a week go through
- 4:33the most recent posts on one of your 10
- 4:36favorite profiles, or go through all of
- 4:38your recently saved inspiration posts,
- 4:41and generate ideas from them. Come up
- 4:43with actual things that you could post
- 4:45about, topics you could cover, formats
- 4:47you could experiment with, based off of
- 4:50what you have actually been inspired by
- 4:51in the real world, and then just
- 4:53connecting it to your niche. The second
- 4:55big problem that people face is bad
- 4:57hooks. Your hook is everything. The
- 4:59first thing that the algorithm looks at
- 5:01is whether or not your reel has a good
- 5:03skip rate. If a lot of people are
- 5:05skipping your reel, it's not very
- 5:06engaging, it doesn't matter what you
- 5:07said in the rest of the reel, people are
- 5:09skipping it, and so Instagram ain't
- 5:10going to show it to nobody. But if you
- 5:12have a really low skip rate, which means
- 5:13that people are not skipping your reel,
- 5:15they're watching past the first 3
- 5:17seconds, then Instagram says, "Hey,
- 5:19maybe this is a good reel," and it
- 5:20starts looking at other factors, such as
- 5:22likes and shares. But it all ultimately
- 5:25goes back to the hook. The hook is
- 5:26ultimately what decides whether or not
- 5:27the reel will live or die. But I believe
- 5:30one of the reasons that people's hooks
- 5:32suck is kind of again the curse of
- 5:34knowledge. They're kind of like jumping
- 5:36in mid-conversation, or they don't
- 5:37understand whether or not the reel would
- 5:39make sense to a stranger. And that is
- 5:41ultimately the litmus test that I need
- 5:43your reels to pass. Would this make
- 5:45sense to a stranger? The words that
- 5:47you're saying, are they simple? Are they
- 5:49concise? Are they easy to understand?
- 5:51The visual on the screen, is it grabbing
- 5:53my attention? Is it easy to understand?
- 5:55Can I decipher what I'm looking at?
- 5:57Those things are essential if you want
- 6:00to hook someone in to watch the rest of
- 6:02your video. But again, because of the
- 6:03curse of knowledge, you might think,
- 6:05"Well, yeah, this is obvious. This is
- 6:06simple." But this is only obvious and
- 6:08simple because you've been doing this
- 6:09thing for 5 years. Is this attention
- 6:11grabbing? Well, yeah, I think it is
- 6:12attention grabbing because you know
- 6:14exactly what this visual is. You know
- 6:15exactly what I'm looking at, but a
- 6:17stranger doesn't. A stranger doesn't
- 6:19know why they're looking at it. You have
- 6:21the context of every other reel that
- 6:22you've posted and everything else that
- 6:23you have lived and shared over the last
- 6:25few months or years, but most people who
- 6:27are viewing your reels are either
- 6:29literal strangers who have never seen
- 6:30your content before, or they're
- 6:32followers, but they're still basically
- 6:34strangers because they don't see your
- 6:35content that often. And so, we are going
- 6:38to use Claude to do this litmus test for
- 6:41us, to decide whether or not this would
- 6:44make sense to a stranger. And to take it
- 6:45a step further, whether or not it would
- 6:47actually be attention grabbing and stop
- 6:50the scroll of a stranger. The automation
- 6:52that I would recommend building to solve
- 6:53this problem is one of two things.
- 6:55Either an automation that is going to
- 6:58come up with hooks for you that
- 7:00accomplish everything that we talked
- 7:01about so far, or an automation that's
- 7:03going to read through the scripts that
- 7:05you have written, the hooks that you
- 7:07have come up with, and help you either
- 7:09refine them or approve them, or just
- 7:11decide whether or not they pass the
- 7:13test. way to do this is just to use good
- 7:16old basic Claude and to copy and paste
- 7:19your scripts or your ideas right into
- 7:21Claude, and then give it the
- 7:22instructions about the litmus test that
- 7:24we've been talking about. The kind of
- 7:26middle ground would be to have an
- 7:27automated task using Claude Co-work
- 7:30where it is pointed at a database where
- 7:32you keep your scripts, maybe like a
- 7:34Google Drive, and then once a week it's
- 7:36going to go through the scripts that you
- 7:37have written in Google Drive and give
- 7:39you a pass or fail. It could give you a
- 7:41grade. It could give you feedback,
- 7:43however much detail you want it to give
- 7:44you. And then the third and most
- 7:46advanced way that you could build this
- 7:48is using a tool again like Poppy AI
- 7:51where it's analyzing content. It's
- 7:53analyzing what you've posted in the
- 7:54past. It's analyzing your competitors.
- 7:56It's analyzing your favorite accounts.
- 7:57It's analyzing the post that you have
- 7:59saved. And then it is using all of that
- 8:01information to come up with scripts for
- 8:04you. Back in 2016 when I started my
- 8:06first real online business, I remember
- 8:08that my head was filled with so many
- 8:10what ifs. What if no one buys this? What
- 8:13if I'm an impostor? What if there's no
- 8:16market? What if I can't sell? What if
- 8:18what if what if? What if this is all
- 8:20just a big waste of time and I'm just
- 8:22banging my head against the wall? But
- 8:23what I wish someone told me back then is
- 8:25just like you can imagine all the
- 8:27negative what ifs, there are just as
- 8:29many if not more positive what ifs. What
- 8:32if this works out? What if this is my
- 8:34breakthrough? What if this is what sets
- 8:35me financially free? And thanks to one
- 8:37of today's sponsors, Shopify,
- 8:40it's easier than ever to turn those
- 8:41positive what ifs into reality. Shopify
- 8:44is the e-commerce platform behind
- 8:45millions of businesses around the world
- 8:47and it now represents about 10% of the

- 9:42That's s h o p i f .com/trive.
- 9:47Real quick though, I want to pause and
- 9:48say you might already be asking
- 9:49yourself, you might already be
- 9:50frustrated watching this thinking, how
- 9:52do I build this? I don't know how to
- 9:53create any of this Brock. Neither do I
- 9:56and that is the magic of using a tool
- 9:57like Claude Co-work. You can just
- 9:59describe to it what you want. You can
- 10:02basically regurgitate what I'm saying in
- 10:03this podcast into your Claude Co-work
- 10:07and then have it build the thing for
- 10:08you. And if it builds something wrong,
- 10:10tell it what you want differently. Talk
- 10:12to it like you would a human being. You
- 10:14don't have to know how to code, you
- 10:15don't have to know how to set anything
- 10:16up. All you have to do is use your human
- 10:18brain to imagine what could be possible.
- 10:22Oh well, I think it would be really
- 10:23really helpful if when I see a post that
- 10:25I'm really inspired by, I could save it
- 10:28and then Claude Code could reference it.
- 10:30Okay, well tell Claude Code that and
- 10:32have it come up with the solution for
- 10:33you. It'll probably walk you through
- 10:35setting up an automation so with one
- 10:37click when you save a post, it goes into
- 10:39some special folder or goes into some
- 10:41special Google Drive or some special
- 10:43Google document and then it is able to
- 10:45set up its own reoccurring task to then
- 10:47go into that document and pull out the
- 10:49saved post and then analyze it and then
- 10:51give you feedback as to why it was
- 10:52inspirational and how you could use in
- 10:54your account. Again, you don't have to
- 10:55be techy. I don't know how to set any of
- 10:57this up myself. Just stay in Claude
- 11:00Co-work. Stay in Claude Code. Stay in
- 11:02Claude. That is what I want you to do.
- 11:04That's what I want to challenge you to
- 11:05do. Don't leave it. Don't get frustrated
- 11:07and go try to build something on your
- 11:08own. Just continue asking it questions
- 11:10and pushing it to either find a solution
- 11:13or to have you help it create that
- 11:16solution. That was all part of the R in
- 11:18the ramp method, the research phase. Now
- 11:20we're going to move on to the A which
- 11:22stands for assemble, which is when you
- 11:23are creating, when you're putting
- 11:25together your reels, when you're making
- 11:27your carousels, when you're filming your
- 11:28actual content, how can Claude help you
- 11:31be more efficient that process? Well,
- 11:33speaking of efficiency, problem number
- 11:34three that I want to address is
- 11:36inefficient filming. And I think
- 11:38inefficient filming is caused by a few
- 11:40root causes. And those causes ultimately
- 11:42boil down to not having a plan. You just
- 11:45start recording. You have like a random
- 11:47script and you're like, all right, well,
- 11:48I guess I'm just going to start filming
- 11:49this now. And then halfway through
- 11:50you're like, oh yeah, I should probably
- 11:52go stand over here for this. Oh, oh
- 11:53yeah, I should probably have a prop for
- 11:55this part of the reel. Oh, you know
- 11:56what, I should probably change scenes.
- 11:57Oh, you know what, I should probably
- 11:58change shirts so I'm not in the same
- 12:00exact clothes in every single reel. It's
- 12:02inefficient and it slows you down. Even
- 12:04if you're just doing something as simple
- 12:05as a talking head reel where you have
- 12:07one camera here and one camera here and
- 12:09you're going back and forth, you don't
- 12:10want to have to keep stopping while
- 12:11you're filming so that you film clip
- 12:13number one and then clip number two and
- 12:14then clip number three. Instead, you
- 12:16want to film clip number one, three,
- 12:18five, two, four, six. That way it's much
- 12:21more efficient and you're able to get
- 12:23done filming that much faster. And
- 12:25you're able to take those windows of
- 12:26time when you're feeling good, looking
- 12:28good, and ready to record, whether it's
- 12:3030 minutes or 3 hours, and actually make
- 12:32the most of them. And so the automation
- 12:34that I recommend building here is having
- 12:36Claude create your shot list for you.
- 12:39Basically, have Claude be your director
- 12:41and tell you when you need to film what.
- 12:43The way that I do this is I have it
- 12:45first prioritize low-hanging fruit. So
- 12:47if there's a reel that doesn't require
- 12:49any cuts, it can all just be filmed in
- 12:51one take in one single shot talking to
- 12:53one camera, I'm going to start with that
- 12:55because that's easy. That's low-hanging
- 12:57fruit. That's a reel that's going to
- 12:58take me two or three minutes to record.
- 13:00Then, I have it go for the easy content
- 13:03that might require multiple shots, but
- 13:05it's still simple. It's a reel that's
- 13:07going to be 17 seconds long. It is a
- 13:09B-roll clip that's going to be 3
- 13:11seconds, right? It's these short little
- 13:13easy content. And then I have it sort
- 13:15everything based off of location. So if
- 13:18I'm going to batch, let's say seven
- 13:20reels in an hour and three of them are
- 13:22going to be in my office, well then I
- 13:24want to record all three of those at the
- 13:26same time in my office. Even if the
- 13:28third one might be a little bit more
- 13:29complex, might take a little bit more
- 13:31time, it's still more efficient to stay
- 13:33in my office and record one, two, three
- 13:35than it is to record number one and
- 13:37number two in my office and then go out
- 13:38in my living room and film a couple more
- 13:40and then go in my backyard and film a
- 13:41couple more and then come back to my
- 13:42office for the final reel. That's how I
- 13:44like to break things down. You might
- 13:46have a different exact protocol that you
- 13:48like to follow when you're filming your
- 13:49reels, but essentially, you are having
- 13:52Claude be your director. You're having
- 13:54it take the entire set of scripts or the
- 13:57reels that you plan on creating in a
- 13:59certain day and you're having it plan
- 14:01them out for maximum efficiency. And
- 14:03again, you could do this manually by
- 14:05taking all of your scripts and copying
- 14:07and pasting them into normal Claude or
- 14:09you can set up an automation. So, let's
- 14:10say hypothetically, by Wednesday at
- 14:13midnight, you have all of your scripts
- 14:15done. So, that means whether you make
- 14:16them on Saturday, Sunday, Monday,
- 14:18Tuesday, whatever, by Wednesday at
- 14:19midnight, you have all of your scripts
- 14:21done that you plan on filming on
- 14:23Thursday and then on Thursday morning at
- 14:252:00 a.m., you're going to have Claude
- 14:27Co-work take all of those scripts and
- 14:29build your shot list for you. Besides
- 14:31inefficient filming, problem number four
- 14:33is an inefficient schedule altogether.
- 14:36Task switching is a major source of
- 14:38inefficiency in business and really in
- 14:40life. Every time you switch from one
- 14:42task to another, you don't just lose the
- 14:45time that it took to switch, you also
- 14:47lose the mental momentum that you had
- 14:50when you were sticking with one task.
- 14:51And so, I think a huge problem that a
- 14:52lot of people make, especially a lot of
- 14:54solo preneurs and solo brand owners, is
- 14:57that you film and then you edit and then
- 15:00you write your script and then you
- 15:01schedule it and then you start over. You
- 15:03do script and then you film it and then
- 15:05you edit it and then you write your
- 15:06caption and then you schedule and then
- 15:08you start over. And every single time
- 15:10you're switching tasks and every time
- 15:11you are switching to a new thing and
- 15:13every time you're starting a new video
- 15:15over, it's really inefficient. It's
- 15:16really slowing you down. Instead, I've
- 15:19shared my process before, but what I
- 15:20like to do is break these batches of
- 15:23time down into even smaller chunks. So,
- 15:25I will have a maybe 30-minute, maybe
- 15:273-hour, maybe 6-hour window where I'm
- 15:30filming as much as possible. In fact, to
- 15:32kind of let you peek behind the curtain
- 15:33right now, today is a podcast batching
- 15:36day. So, I'm going to record as many
- 15:38podcasts as I possibly can before I lose
- 15:40my voice, and then I'm going to give
- 15:42them to my editor to edit them over the
- 15:45course of weeks. Instead of the
- 15:47old-school way that I used to do things
- 15:48where I would record one episode today,
- 15:50and then a few days later I'd record
- 15:51another one, and then a few days later
- 15:53I'd record another one. No, that's
- 15:55inefficient. The same thing applies to
- 15:57your Reels. Record as much as you can in
- 15:59one possible time. Then edit as much as
- 16:01you can in one possible time. Before all
- 16:03that, plan as much as you can in one
- 16:05possible time. Every single time you
- 16:07switch tasks, you lose mental momentum.
- 16:10And so, the automation that I recommend
- 16:12building is either having Claude Co-work
- 16:15take over your entire schedule and
- 16:17optimize your day-to-day lives so that
- 16:19you're not having to switch tasks so
- 16:21often that you're able to stay more
- 16:22efficient and more on schedule and more
- 16:24in a routine. Or, if you don't want to
- 16:26go full cyborg and let Claude Co-work
- 16:29manage your entire life schedule, you
- 16:31can at least let it manage the other
- 16:32little tasks in the process. I'm sure a
- 16:35moment ago as I said, "I give my podcast
- 16:37to an editor to edit." You were
- 16:39thinking, "Well, that's great, Brock,
- 16:40but I don't have an editor." Yes, you
- 16:42do. Claude Co-work can be your editor
- 16:44for you. There are multiple plugins. My
- 16:46personal favorite is using Remotion as a
- 16:49plugin for your Claude Co-work that will
- 16:51allow you to edit your content so much
- 16:54faster. You can also use an AI tool like
- 16:57Gling AI where you can just upload all
- 16:59of your raw content and let an AI tool
- 17:02do at least the rough cut of the editing
- 17:04for you. That way, you don't have to
- 17:06worry so much about spending hours
- 17:07editing or spending hours coming up with
- 17:09scripts or spending hours writing your
- 17:11captions because you know that these
- 17:12sophisticated AI tools are able to take
- 17:14care of those things for you. And this
- 17:16allows you to do more of what you do
- 17:17best, or if nothing else, the thing that
- 17:19only you can do, which is putting your
- 17:21face on camera and being the person to
- 17:22actually hit record and be in your
- 17:25content. My personal motto when it comes
- 17:27to money is simple: slow and steady wins
- 17:29the race. Small, consistent investments
- 17:31generally beat trying to time the market
- 17:33with big moves. And that's why I am so
- 17:34fired up to introduce you to today's
- 17:36sponsor, Wealthfront. Wealthfront helps

- 19:03a bank. The base APY is as of January
- 19:0530th, 2026 and is subject to change. For
- 19:07more information, please see the episode
- 19:09description. And then the fifth problem,
- 19:10the final problem that is a part of the
- 19:12A in the ramp is no carousels. I can't
- 19:15tell you how many people's profiles I
- 19:17review and I see 80%, 90%, heck, 100% of
- 19:21their posts are Reels. Reels are great,
- 19:24don't get me wrong. Reels can be a great
- 19:25way to grow. Reels are not dead, but on
- 19:28average carousels get more engagement.
- 19:30On average, when all things are equal,
- 19:33if engagement is equal between a Reel
- 19:34and a carousel, the carousel will get
- 19:37more reach. Carousels are one of the
- 19:39best and most underrated ways to grow on
- 19:41Instagram, but most people aren't
- 19:42posting them because they feel like a
- 19:44lot of work. It's like, "Oh my gosh, I
- 19:45already took all this time to film all
- 19:47these Reels and now I've got to make
- 19:48some graphic design heavy posts as
- 19:50well?" No, you don't. You can have
- 19:53Claude CoWork create your carousels for
- 19:56you based off of the scripts you've
- 19:58already approved, the transcripts of the
- 20:00Reels that you've already recorded, the
- 20:02captions you've already written. You can
- 20:03have all of this content that you've
- 20:05already taken time, energy, and effort
- 20:06to make and have it turn into a
- 20:08text-based or graphic-based or
- 20:10photo-based post by Claude CoWork. I
- 20:13have found that the easiest way to do
- 20:14this is to set up some templates in
- 20:16Canva and then point Claude CoWork
- 20:18towards those templates so that whenever
- 20:20you need a certain post that fits a
- 20:22certain style, you can tell it to use
- 20:24this template and it will create a
- 20:25design that looks how you want it to. It
- 20:28doesn't look like a cookie-cutter carbon
- 20:30copy of what everyone else who's using
- 20:31Claude CoWork to create their carousels
- 20:33made. It will be actually unique to you,
- 20:35your brand, your business, your
- 20:36preferences, and your taste. And of
- 20:38course it does take a little bit of set
- 20:39up time in advance to create these
- 20:41templates in Canva, but once you do
- 20:43that, Claude CoWork can do the rest and
- 20:45can turn your Reels into carousels just
- 20:48like that. The M in the ramp method is
- 20:51multiply and it's multiply because I am
- 20:53the king of the anti-hustle hustler
- 20:56club. I am anti-hustle culture. I do not
- 20:58believe in burning the midnight oil and
- 21:01working harder and that's how you're
- 21:02going to grow on Instagram. Sure, work
- 21:05hard. I'm definitely a fan of working
- 21:06hard, but sacrificing what life is all
- 21:09about, sacrificing your friends and
- 21:10family, the people you love and the
- 21:12things you love to do in order to make
- 21:13another reel, no. I I don't get down
- 21:16with that. That's That's not me. I am
- 21:18someone instead who likes to create one
- 21:20post and have that multiply into three
- 21:23or six or a dozen different pieces of
- 21:26content. Do one piece of work and have
- 21:28it scale. And I think one of the big
- 21:31problems that people run into is they're
- 21:33not scheduling their content. In fact,
- 21:35let me ask you this. At the time that
- 21:37you are hearing this right now, do you
- 21:38have at least 14 days of content that is
- 21:41already done, edited, captioned, and
- 21:44scheduled? Like if you were to go into a
- 21:46coma right now, would your social media,
- 21:48would your Instagram run on autopilot
- 21:50for the next 14 days? My guess is that
- 21:5386% of you, if not more, are answering,
- 21:56"No, I don't. I don't have that many
- 21:58posts." Maybe you have a couple, maybe
- 21:59you have a week, but for most people,
- 22:01you don't have even 2 weeks of breathing
- 22:04room. That is stressful. No wonder you
- 22:07are constantly stressed out. No wonder
- 22:08you're always on the verge of burning
- 22:10out. Instead, what I recommend doing is
- 22:12the crazy thing that no social media
- 22:14managers, no social media experts talk
- 22:16about, which is don't post for the next
- 22:192 weeks. Don't post a single post for
- 22:22the next 2 weeks. Instead, take the next
- 22:252 weeks to create as much as possible.
- 22:28Use everything from the R and the A, the
- 22:31research and the assemble phase of the
- 22:33ramp method to create or as the A says,
- 22:35to assemble as many posts as possible
- 22:38and then schedule them or build the
- 22:41automation that I recommend building,
- 22:43which is having Claude Co-work schedule
- 22:46them for you. But whoa whoa whoa, wait
- 22:47wait wait. Don't just schedule them
- 22:49once. Use Claude Co-work to schedule
- 22:52them once and then again 90 days from
- 22:54there and then again 90 days after that.
- 22:56You could even get so advanced as to
- 22:58build an entire system, an entire
- 23:01dashboard where Claude code is able to
- 23:04like pull all of your posts and to
- 23:06decide when a certain post needs to be
- 23:08reposted and what's the ideal window.
- 23:09That's getting a little bit advanced.
- 23:10We're going to talk more about
- 23:11dashboards in just a second. But, if
- 23:12nothing else, I use Metricool to
- 23:14schedule all of my posts. And what I
- 23:16should say more accurately is that
- 23:18Claude Co-Work schedules all of my posts
- 23:21for me in Metricool. That way, I don't
- 23:24have to be the person who's actually
- 23:25like dragging the post to a certain
- 23:27time. Okay, make sure that this post is
- 23:29going live and I'm going to duplicate it
- 23:31and schedule it for 90 days in the
- 23:32future. Instead, when my posts are done
- 23:35being edited, whether I edited them or
- 23:37an AI tool or my professional editor
- 23:39edited my reels for me, they're all in
- 23:42one folder. Claude Co-Work then looks at
- 23:44that folder once a week. It grabs any
- 23:47new posts that haven't been previously
- 23:49scheduled and it schedules them based
- 23:51off of the rules that I have given it
- 23:53within Metricool for the future. And of
- 23:55course, everyone's rules are going to be
- 23:56slightly different. But, for me, as
- 23:58someone who's posting about three to
- 23:59five times today, I had rules that I'd
- 24:01given Claude so that it doesn't post two
- 24:03things within the same hour. So, that it
- 24:05doesn't post two things that are the
- 24:07exact same topic back-to-back. So, that
- 24:09it's not posting too many reels on one
- 24:10day and too many carousels on another
- 24:12day or one day that's just like seven
- 24:14memes for some reason. I have it balance
- 24:16all these different formats and all
- 24:17these different things that I usually
- 24:19want to keep in mind. But, then it's
- 24:20able to do the work that doesn't take
- 24:22any creativity. It doesn't take any
- 24:24human mindset or taste or personality or
- 24:27preferences. It's just taking my rules
- 24:30and following them for building out my
- 24:32content schedule and then duplicating
- 24:34those posts and making sure that I have
- 24:35post scheduled for the future. And that
- 24:38is how, at the time of recording this, I
- 24:39have over 150 posts scheduled for 2027,
- 24:43which, at the time of recording this, is
- 24:456 months from now. And in the P in the
- 24:47ramp method is process. Not process as
- 24:50in like your process, but processing
- 24:54all of the content that you have posted.
- 24:56Basically, analyzing everything that you
- 24:58have posted so far to to determine what
- 25:01works. So, you're not constantly
- 25:02grasping at straws and trying to come up
- 25:04with new posts and trying to reinvent
- 25:05the wheel. Instead, you have a certain
- 25:07bank of five or 10 or a dozen different
- 25:10posts, five, 10, or a dozen different
- 25:12topics, five, 10, or a dozen different
- 25:14formats that you can use on repeat. You
- 25:17can constantly mix and match different
- 25:19topics and different formats because you
- 25:21know that these are the things that are
- 25:22going to work. Of course, you can always
- 25:24experiment and I always recommend having
- 25:26some room for experimentation and trial
- 25:29of new formats and new topics, but for
- 25:30the majority of your content, you're not
- 25:32having to reinvent the wheel. You're
- 25:33just using what has proven to work in
- 25:35the past. And this solves problem number
- 25:37seven, our final problem, which is I
- 25:39have no clue why this did well or I have
- 25:41no clue why this didn't do well. I
- 25:43thought this post would do great and it
- 25:44didn't. I thought this post would do
- 25:45horribly and it did really good. When
- 25:48you have Claude CoWork or even Claude
- 25:50Code create an entire dashboard for you,
- 25:52it's able to analyze your content on a
- 25:55much deeper level and notice trends that
- 25:57you might be too close to notice
- 25:59yourself. It's kind of like having a
- 26:00content expert or an outside opinion on
- 26:03your post to constantly be giving you
- 26:05feedback as to why certain things did
- 26:07well or didn't. I know this might have
- 26:09sounded like a lot. I know this might
- 26:10have sounded complex, but I want to
- 26:12challenge you to build one thing. That's
- 26:13your homework. Like this episode, make
- 26:15sure you're subscribed to the podcast
- 26:16and then build one automation, one thing
- 26:19from the RAMP method, create it within
- 26:22Claude CoWork or Claude Code today and
- 26:25your future self will thank you. Thank
- 26:27[music] you so much for watching and as
- 26:28always, happy networking.
