  1. 0:00Now, every single day, Claude Co-work
  2. 0:01searches for the latest trending AI
  3. 0:03topics in my niche and writes the posts
  4. 0:06for all of my social media platforms in
  5. 0:08my exact brand voice and they get
  6. 0:10published automatically without me even
  7. 0:12having to open up a single app. Another
  8. 0:15workflow checks my emails every single
  9. 0:17morning, it drafts replies and it has
  10. 0:20all of them ready before I've even had
  11. 0:22my first cup of coffee for the morning.
  12. 0:24Before I take my first sip. Every task
  13. 0:27that used to take me all day is already
  14. 0:29done. And in this video today, I am
  15. 0:32going to be walking you through
  16. 0:33everything that you need to know about
  17. 0:35Claude Co-work from the setup and the
  18. 0:38key features to building a full workflow
  19. 0:40like this from scratch. And by the end
  20. 0:43of this video, you'll know exactly how
  21. 0:45to set this up for yourself. Not a demo,
  22. 0:48not a concept, something that is real
  23. 0:50that saves you hours every single week.
  24. 0:54And everything that I'm going to be
  25. 0:55showing you in today's video, the
  26. 0:56prompts, the brand voice template, the
  27. 0:58skill files, all of it is inside our
  28. 1:01free school community. There's already
  29. 1:02over 27,000 people already in there and
  30. 1:05they're already building and helping
  31. 1:06each other out. So, what are you waiting
  32. 1:08for? Go and check it out. The link is
  33. 1:10down in the description. But right now,
  34. 1:12let's get started. So, now starting off,
  35. 1:15it's very important that we set up our
  36. 1:17workspace, okay? So, let's start off by
  37. 1:19downloading the Claude desktop app,
  38. 1:21okay? So, you're going to go over to
  39. 1:23claude.ai
  40. 1:24and then you're going to hit download
  41. 1:26and you are going to install it. And
  42. 1:27then you're going to sign in with your
  43. 1:29existing account. You are going to need
  44. 1:31the Pro or the Max plan for Co-work to
  45. 1:34actually work for you, okay? So, once
  46. 1:36you are in, you'll see three tabs at the
  47. 1:38top. It's going to be chat, Co-work and
  48. 1:41code. Then you're going to click on
  49. 1:42Co-work and it's going to ask you to
  50. 1:44select a folder. Now, this is really
  51. 1:46important, okay? Don't point it at your
  52. 1:48desktop or even documents folder.
  53. 1:51>> [music]
  54. 1:51>> Co-work works inside whatever folder you
  55. 1:53give it, okay? So, it reads the files,
  56. 1:56it creates the files, and also it saves
  57. 1:58the output. So, all of that is inside
  58. 2:01one specific folder that you choose. So,
  59. 2:03basically, if you give it your whole
  60. 2:04computer, things are going to get messy
  61. 2:06really fast. So, what I would suggest is
  62. 2:09creating a brand new empty folder, okay?
  63. 2:12Then, you're going to call it Co Work
  64. 2:14Workspace, and then you're going to
  65. 2:15point Co Work at that folder. And now
  66. 2:17that it has a home, everything that it
  67. 2:19builds will live right here. Okay, so,
  68. 2:22let's create one file inside that
  69. 2:24folder. Then, we're going to call it
  70. 2:26about-me.md, okay? And then, you're
  71. 2:28going to
  72. 2:30write two paragraphs, basically who you
  73. 2:33are, what your business does, who your
  74. 2:35audience is, what you care about, and
  75. 2:37then [music] Claude reads this at the
  76. 2:39start of every single session. Now, you
  77. 2:42never ever have to re-explain yourself
  78. 2:44ever again, okay? And the cool thing is
  79. 2:45that Claude reads this at the start of
  80. 2:47every session, meaning that you never
  81. 2:49have to re-explain yourself ever again.
  82. 2:51Okay, so now, last thing, go over to the
  83. 2:53settings, and then you're going to click
  84. 2:54the Co Work tab, and then you're going
  85. 2:56to add global instructions. So, these
  86. 2:58are the rules that apply to every single
  87. 3:01Co Work session. Now, mine says, "Always
  88. 3:03confirm before deleting or overriding
  89. 3:06any file." It's important to keep these
  90. 3:08responses concise and to [music] have
  91. 3:10basically no filler. Now, think of this
  92. 3:12as that initial [music] brief that you
  93. 3:15would give a new hire on day one, okay?
  94. 3:18Someone just arrived in your company,
  95. 3:20and you're giving this to them on the
  96. 3:21very first day of work. Basically, you
  97. 3:23write it once, and it lasts forever.
  98. 3:25They'll always know that thing. Now, one
  99. 3:27tip that saves me a lot of headaches is
  100. 3:30basically just to set up your computer
  101. 3:32so that it never sleeps while it's
  102. 3:35plugged in. Co Work runs locally on your
  103. 3:37machine, so if your laptop falls asleep
  104. 3:39in the middle of a task, it just stops.
  105. 3:41Now, later on in the video, I am
  106. 3:42actually going to be showing you how to
  107. 3:44send tasks to Co Work straight from your
  108. 3:46phone using Dispatch. So, you're going
  109. 3:48to want to stick around for that. But,
  110. 3:49[music] also, on that note, that only
  111. 3:52works if your computer is awake, okay?
  112. 3:54So, keep that in mind.
  113. 3:55>> [music]
  114. 3:55>> Now, that's your workspace. The folder,
  115. 3:59the context file, the global
  116. 4:00instructions, the sleep settings,
  117. 4:01everything from here builds on top of
  118. 4:05this.
  119. 4:05Now, let's get into the skills and
  120. 4:08connectors.
  121. 4:08>> [music]
  122. 4:09>> So, there are two things that you need
  123. 4:11to set up before you run a single
  124. 4:12workflow. That is the skills and
  125. 4:15connectors. So, do these once and every
  126. 4:18future task get significantly better.
  127. 4:21Let's start off with the skills. On the
  128. 4:22left sidebar, click on customize and
  129. 4:24then on skills. Now, without skills, you
  130. 4:27are basically explaining how you want
  131. 4:29things done from scratch every single
  132. 4:31time. And I mean, that can take a lot of
  133. 4:33time. So, now, with a skill, you
  134. 4:35basically just teach it once.
  135. 4:37>> [music]
  136. 4:37>> You teach it the steps, the format, the
  137. 4:39rules, and then it follows that playbook
  138. 4:41every single time. And, let's honestly,
  139. 4:44it's the difference between training an
  140. 4:46employee once versus re-explaining the
  141. 4:49job every single morning during a brief.
  142. 4:52You can kind of get a why it's going to
  143. 4:53save you so much time. Now, you want to
  144. 4:55click on browse plugins. And then,
  145. 4:58you're going to search for the marketing
  146. 5:00plugin and then you're going to install
  147. 5:01it. And this gives you pre-built skills:
  148. 5:05draft content, brand review, campaign
  149. 5:07plan, SEO audit, and also email
  150. 5:10sequence. Now, you are going to
  151. 5:11customize them later. And now, let's set
  152. 5:14up our connectors. Go back to customize
  153. 5:16and then click on connectors. Now, this
  154. 5:18is where you link the tools that you
  155. 5:20already use to Co-Work. So, for example,
  156. 5:23it'd be things like Gmail, Google Drive,
  157. 5:26Google Calendar, your Slack as well.
  158. 5:29These aren't integrations that just pass
  159. 5:32data. So, Co-Work genuinely uses these
  160. 5:34tools the same way that you would. So,
  161. 5:37just connect the ones that are relevant
  162. 5:39to your workflow. Now, if a tool that
  163. 5:41you need isn't in the built-in list, you
  164. 5:43can simply just add yourself through a
  165. 5:45custom MCP connection. And that's
  166. 5:47exactly what we're doing with Blotato. I
  167. 5:51always connect Blotato as well. I use
  168. 5:53CoWork to handle my research and create
  169. 5:56posts for my audience. So, it's
  170. 5:57literally my full content agent. But, at
  171. 6:01some point, that content needs to get
  172. 6:03published. So, Blotato is what gets it
  173. 6:06there. It's a social media automation
  174. 6:08tool, which lets you connect your social
  175. 6:10accounts, and it handles the scheduling,
  176. 6:12the posting across LinkedIn, X,
  177. 6:15Instagram, TikTok, the works. And it
  178. 6:17does all of that from one place. Now,
  179. 6:20this alone it saves me hours every
  180. 6:22single week. I don't have to manually
  181. 6:23post on all of these places. And to
  182. 6:26connect it, all you have to do is just
  183. 6:27scroll down to add custom [music]
  184. 6:29connector, and then you name it Blotato,
  185. 6:31you paste in the URL, and I'll just
  186. 6:34leave that in the description to make it
  187. 6:35easier for you. And then, you're going
  188. 6:37to hit connect. [music] And now, your
  189. 6:39browser opens, you'll approve access,
  190. 6:41and that's it. Now, once you're in
  191. 6:44Blotato, all you have to do is just head
  192. 6:45over to accounts, and then connect your
  193. 6:47social profiles. So, your LinkedIn, your
  194. 6:50X, your Instagram, TikTok, whatever
  195. 6:52platforms you usually post to. Now,
  196. 6:56that's all the setup that Blotato needs.
  197. 6:59So, from here, CoWork basically just
  198. 7:01handles all the rest. Oh, and also, by
  199. 7:02the way, if you want to try it out, just
  200. 7:04type in the code Zeno 30 so that you can
  201. 7:07get 30% off for your first 3 months. The
  202. 7:09link is down in the description below.
  203. 7:12Now, once it's connected, CoWork
  204. 7:14actually controls Blotato. Okay? So,
  205. 7:16writing the captions, scheduling the
  206. 7:17posts, managing your queue, even
  207. 7:19generating the carousels. There's no
  208. 7:22dashboard, no manual work on your side.
  209. 7:24So, two rules that you have to remember
  210. 7:26before you start, read every permission
  211. 7:28request before clicking allow, and one
  212. 7:31job per task. Never stack multiple
  213. 7:34objectives
  214. 7:35>> [music]
  215. 7:35>> in one prompt. If you split them, the
  216. 7:38output quality is so much better. So,
  217. 7:42skills gives Co-Work expertise,
  218. 7:44Connectors gives it hands. [music]
  219. 7:46And now, let me show you the workflow
  220. 7:49that I use every single week. Now,
  221. 7:51before I write anything, there's one
  222. 7:53thing that Co-Work needs that it doesn't
  223. 7:55have yet. It needs to know how you
  224. 7:58write.
  225. 7:59>> [music]
  226. 7:59>> So, it's basically like teaching Co-Work
  227. 8:02your brand voice. All you have to do is
  228. 8:04just start a new task in Co-Work and
  229. 8:06then type in this exact prompt.
  230. 8:08"Interview me until you are 95%
  231. 8:12confident that you can write content in
  232. 8:14my brand voice. Ask me one question at a
  233. 8:16time." Simply just put that in and then
  234. 8:19answer every question that it asks.
  235. 8:21"What's your niche? What's your
  236. 8:22audience? What tone do you use? What do
  237. 8:24you never say? What does a great post
  238. 8:28look like to you?" Just paste in
  239. 8:30examples of your best content and this
  240. 8:32might take you about 15 to 20 minutes
  241. 8:35the first time, but if you do it
  242. 8:36properly, you only ever need to do this
  243. 8:39once. Now, when Co-Work says that it's
  244. 8:41confident, just tell it to save
  245. 8:42everything as a file called a
  246. 8:44brand/voice.md
  247. 8:46or brandvoice.md file. And you want it
  248. 8:49to be saved in your Co-Work workspace
  249. 8:51folder. And then simply just tell it,
  250. 8:53"Update all my content skills so they
  251. 8:55always read the brand-voice.md
  252. 8:58file before writing anything." [music]
  253. 9:00Now, every skill that you installed in
  254. 9:02step two, every time it runs, it reads
  255. 9:05your brand voice document first. Your
  256. 9:08voice is baked into every output from
  257. 9:11this point on. You never ever have to
  258. 9:13explain your tone ever again. So, what
  259. 9:15you want to do now is you want to start
  260. 9:17a new task and here's the prompt.
  261. 9:19"Search for the top three trending
  262. 9:21topics in AI automation for on the last
  263. 9:2448 hours. Now, for each one, pull the
  264. 9:26key inside the engagement angle and why
  265. 9:29it's resonating right now. Save
  266. 9:31everything as a research report called
  267. 9:34weekly-research.md
  268. 9:37in my Co-Work workspace folder. Now,
  269. 9:41watch that I 10 panel. Co work bolts its
  270. 9:43plan before it does anything, okay? So,
  271. 9:46it searches the web, it cross-references
  272. 9:48the sources, it extracts insights, it's
  273. 9:50formatting the report, it's saving it to
  274. 9:53a folder, and if the plan looks it on,
  275. 9:55just stop it before it starts.
  276. 9:58>> [music]
  277. 9:58>> Catching a mistake here basically takes
  278. 10:0010 seconds. Catching it when it's three
  279. 10:02steps later is going to take you about
  280. 10:0410 minutes. Okay? So, save yourself a
  281. 10:05lot of time. Now, once the plan looks
  282. 10:07right, then just let it run. In about 3
  283. 10:09to 5 minutes, a research report will
  284. 10:12land in your folder. You'll have the
  285. 10:14real source, the real insights, and it
  286. 10:16will all be formatted and ready for you
  287. 10:18to use. [music] Now, it's time for us to
  288. 10:20give it a little task. So, let's test
  289. 10:23out the research. And now for task two,
  290. 10:25let's let it create some content, okay?
  291. 10:27So, you're going to start a new task,
  292. 10:29and then here's the prompt you want to
  293. 10:31use. Read the weekly research.md file in
  294. 10:35my co work workspace using my brand
  295. 10:37voice document and the draft content
  296. 10:40skill, and then write one post for each
  297. 10:42of the three topics. Each topic gets
  298. 10:44four versions, LinkedIn, X, Instagram,
  299. 10:47[music] and TikTok. Each version should
  300. 10:49be formatted and toned for that specific
  301. 10:51platform. Save everything to a file
  302. 10:53called this week's content.md.
  303. 10:57Okay. And then, co work reads through
  304. 10:59the research report and it reads your
  305. 11:02brand voice document, and then uses the
  306. 11:04draft content skill, and then it writes
  307. 11:0712 [music] posts. Three topics, four
  308. 11:09platforms each, and it's all in your
  309. 11:11voice. All of it is formatted correctly
  310. 11:14for each platform. So, LinkedIn gets a
  311. 11:17professional structure with line breaks.
  312. 11:19X is going to stay under 280 characters
  313. 11:22with a hook. Now, each platform gets
  314. 11:24what actually works on that platform,
  315. 11:26okay? Not just the same caption that's
  316. 11:29copy and pasted four different times.
  317. 11:31>> [music]
  318. 11:31>> So, what you want to do is review the
  319. 11:32file, make any edits that you want, and
  320. 11:34then comes the final piece. This is the
  321. 11:36last task that we're going to be giving
  322. 11:37it, and we are going to publish it
  323. 11:39through Blatato, okay? So, you're going
  324. 11:41to start a new task, and here's the
  325. 11:43prompt that you want to use. Read this
  326. 11:45week's content.md from my Co-Work
  327. 11:48workspace using the Blatato connector.
  328. 11:51Schedule all posts to their respective
  329. 11:53platforms. Split them across Tuesday,
  330. 11:55Thursday, and Saturday this week. Use
  331. 11:58peak engagement times for each platform.
  332. 12:01Okay.
  333. 12:02Now, Co-Work connects to Blatato and
  334. 12:04checks which accounts you have
  335. 12:06connected, and it figures that out
  336. 12:08automatically, and you don't need to
  337. 12:10look up any account IDs. It simply just
  338. 12:12schedules each post to the right
  339. 12:15platform at the right time. And all of
  340. 12:17it is queued, all of it is formatted
  341. 12:18correctly, and all of it is done. That's
  342. 12:21three tasks. Your entire week of content
  343. 12:24is now handled.
  344. 12:26>> [music]
  345. 12:26>> But, the coolest part is it doesn't stop
  346. 12:28there.
  347. 12:29Once your posts are scheduled, you can
  348. 12:31actually manage your entire content
  349. 12:33calendar without ever leaving Co-Work.
  350. 12:36All you have to do is just start a new
  351. 12:37task, and then just simply just talk to
  352. 12:39it. Say, "Show me everything scheduled
  353. 12:42for this week through Blatato." And
  354. 12:44then, you'll notice that a full queue
  355. 12:46appears, and every single [music] post,
  356. 12:49every single platform, every single time
  357. 12:51slot is all there. And then, you can
  358. 12:53simply just say, "Move the LinkedIn post
  359. 12:55to Thursday at 2:00 p.m." And there it
  360. 12:58is now moved. "That X post feels too
  361. 13:02safe. Rewrite it with a stronger hook
  362. 13:04and reschedule for Friday morning." You
  363. 13:06can put that in, and then Co-Work
  364. 13:08actually rewrites the caption, and it
  365. 13:10updates the schedule. See, just like
  366. 13:12that, so simple, and it's done. Then,
  367. 13:14you can even put in, "What's scheduled
  368. 13:16for next week?" Okay? Nothing yet. Then,
  369. 13:19you're going to take the same research
  370. 13:21and create three more posts for next
  371. 13:24week. Okay? 1/3 on X, one LinkedIn
  372. 13:27article style post, one Instagram
  373. 13:29carousel caption. Okay. Now, Co-Work
  374. 13:32actually writes all three, it schedules
  375. 13:34them, and now you have two weeks of
  376. 13:36content from one research [music]
  377. 13:38report. Your entire content calendar
  378. 13:41becomes a conversation. There's no
  379. 13:43switching apps, no dashboard clicking.
  380. 13:45Simply just tell Co-Work what to change,
  381. 13:47and it handles it through Platypus. Now,
  382. 13:50here's what makes this better every
  383. 13:52single time that you run it. Remember
  384. 13:54the brand voice document that we spoke
  385. 13:56about earlier? Every time an output
  386. 13:58isn't quite right, [music] all you
  387. 13:59simply have to do is that you just tell
  388. 14:01Co-Work what to fix, and then you tell
  389. 14:03it to update the brand voice file with
  390. 14:06that specific correction. Once you get
  391. 14:07to the 10th [music] time that you've run
  392. 14:09the system, it's a dialed into your
  393. 14:11exact voice, your exact style, and your
  394. 14:14exact preferences in a way that would
  395. 14:17take a human assistant so many months or
  396. 14:20even years just to learn. Now, that's
  397. 14:23the connected workflow. Research,
  398. 14:25create, publish, manage, all inside
  399. 14:28Co-Work, all in [music] just one
  400. 14:30workspace.
  401. 14:32And now, let's make it run without you.
  402. 14:35[music] Let's make this even better. So,
  403. 14:37everything that you just saw, the
  404. 14:39research, the content creation, the
  405. 14:40Platypus publishing, right now you are
  406. 14:43still triggering [music] each task
  407. 14:45manually, which is already a massive
  408. 14:47time saver, but there's also a version
  409. 14:49of this where you don't [music] trigger
  410. 14:51anything at all. Inside any Co-Work
  411. 14:54task, simply just type in {slash}
  412. 14:56schedule, and then it opens up a
  413. 14:58scheduling panel. Then, what you do is
  414. 15:00you set the time, you set the frequency.
  415. 15:02It can be daily, weekly, every Monday at
  416. 15:059:00 a.m. Pick whichever option makes
  417. 15:07sense for your content calendar. Now,
  418. 15:09here's the important thing. Every
  419. 15:11scheduled task runs as its own
  420. 15:14independent session. So, they don't all
  421. 15:17just simply chain together. One task
  422. 15:19doesn't trigger on the next. So, you
  423. 15:21have two options. Option one, [music]
  424. 15:23you can schedule them with time gaps.
  425. 15:25So, if research will fire at 8:00 a.m.,
  426. 15:27content creation will fire at 9:00 a.m.
  427. 15:30By then, the research file is already
  428. 15:32done. That's already in your folder. You
  429. 15:34can say publishing should fire at 10:00
  430. 15:36a.m. And by then, the content is already
  431. 15:39there. So, each one picks up where the
  432. 15:42last one left off because they're all
  433. 15:44reading from the same workspace folder.
  434. 15:47And then you get into option two, and
  435. 15:49that is combine the whole thing into one
  436. 15:51scheduled task. So, one detailed prompt
  437. 15:54that does all three steps. A single task
  438. 15:57that has access to all of your
  439. 16:00connectors and skills so that it can
  440. 16:02research, write, and publish to the
  441. 16:04Blurtado in one run. Now, either way,
  442. 16:07each whichever option you choose, Monday
  443. 16:09morning you wake up, you open up your
  444. 16:11laptop, your research report is in your
  445. 16:13folder, your posts are written, your
  446. 16:15Blurtado queue is filled up for the
  447. 16:18week, and you did none of it. Now, do
  448. 16:20you remember earlier on in the video
  449. 16:22when I mentioned Dispatch? Here's how to
  450. 16:24set it up. In the left sidebar of
  451. 16:26CoWork, find Dispatch, and then it gives
  452. 16:29you a QR code. You simply just scan it
  453. 16:31with your phone, or you can just open
  454. 16:33the URL in your phone, and now your
  455. 16:35phone is paired to your desktop CoWork.
  456. 16:37And then you can just queue tasks from
  457. 16:39anywhere that you are. You maybe you
  458. 16:42want to train, maybe you're in the car,
  459. 16:43and you just immediately think of like a
  460. 16:45cool content idea. All you have to do is
  461. 16:48just open up Dispatch on your phone, you
  462. 16:50type it in, and then CoWork queues it
  463. 16:52for you. And when the scheduled task
  464. 16:54fires Monday morning, that idea is
  465. 16:56already in the research brief. So, you
  466. 16:59are maybe out on a holiday or something,
  467. 17:02and you want to check your content
  468. 17:03queue. All you have to do is just ask
  469. 17:05CoWork to show you what's scheduled
  470. 17:07through Blurtado, and then it pulls up
  471. 17:09your [music] full queue, and you can
  472. 17:11just approve it from your phone, and
  473. 17:13then it's done. This is what the system
  474. 17:16looks like after about 30 days. Your
  475. 17:18folder has weeks of research reports
  476. 17:21that are all stacked up. Your brand
  477. 17:22voice document has been refined with
  478. 17:25every correction. Your Latado queue is
  479. 17:27always full, and the whole thing runs on
  480. 17:30a schedule that you simply just set
  481. 17:32once. You went from manually doing
  482. 17:34everything to having an employee that
  483. 17:37[music] can actually work for you while
  484. 17:39you are sleeping. And that is the full
  485. 17:43setup. Four steps. Set up your
  486. 17:45workspace, install your skills and
  487. 17:48connectors, build the connected
  488. 17:50workflow, and put it on a schedule so
  489. 17:52that it runs without you. Now, most
  490. 17:55people who download Claude never even
  491. 17:58find Co-Work. The ones who use it for
  492. 18:01one-off tasks and never build a system.
  493. 18:03Now, if you actually run what I showed
  494. 18:05you in today's video, you are going to
  495. 18:07be getting back hours every single week
  496. 18:10from the very first week. Now,
  497. 18:12everything from today, the prompts, the
  498. 18:13setup guides, all of that is inside our
  499. 18:16free school community. There is 27,000
  500. 18:18members in there currently that are
  501. 18:20learning from each other. Go and join
  502. 18:23them, and also, don't forget that the
  503. 18:25link is down in the description below.
  504. 18:26And also, a bunch of other links for you
  505. 18:28to check out. Thank you so much for
  506. 18:30watching, and I will catch you on the
  507. 18:32next one.
