  1. 0:00Uh, thank you so much, guys. Hey, um,
  2. 0:02real quick, I have a question for you.
  3. 0:03How many of you right now are using some
  4. 0:07sort of agentic AI? Raise your hand.
  5. 0:10Beautiful. Wow, this is way more. So, we
  6. 0:11did this about a year ago and absolutely
  7. 0:13nobody was doing this. We were asking,
  8. 0:15uh, how many of you guys are using, uh,
  9. 0:18AI like a chatbot, right? So, you're
  10. 0:19having the conversations with a chatbot
  11. 0:21and I had to do this long explanation
  12. 0:23where I was like, this is ChatGPT chat
  13. 0:25and this is ChatGPT work. So, one of the
  14. 0:27things I wanted to go over with you guys
  15. 0:29is how it's been able to change my
  16. 0:32entire business. Do you guys also
  17. 0:33realize that if you are using an agent
  18. 0:36right now that like you're in the top 1%
  19. 0:38of users? Do you guys know that?
  20. 0:40You guys realize how rare it is? Have
  21. 0:41you any of you had a conversation and
  22. 0:43you're like, "Yeah, man, I just had
  23. 0:44Hermes agent scrape like 500 YouTube
  24. 0:46videos." And your friend's like, "What
  25. 0:47the you talking about?" Does that
  26. 0:49happen to any of you?
  27. 0:51Cool. What are some of the ways that you
  28. 0:52guys have had it change your life?
  29. 0:53Anybody? Anybody want to raise their
  30. 0:54hand? What what's something you've done?
  31. 1:00It runs your CRM and your ads. It's
  32. 1:01absolutely incredible. What do you use
  33. 1:02it for?
  34. 1:06Isn't that the best Isn't that the best?
  35. 1:08All that that you get Who here before
  36. 1:11Who here has had like 60,000 unread
  37. 1:14emails in your email Raise your hand,
  38. 1:16right? Who here Who has actually had uh,
  39. 1:19you can have ChatGPT work Astra? It went
  40. 1:21through and got rid of like thousands of
  41. 1:24Actually, you can do this on Gmail, too.
  42. 1:25I got rid of like 100 GB worth of emails
  43. 1:29that were just nonsense that were just
  44. 1:31sitting in there. Anybody else? What
  45. 1:32else something else you guys do?
  46. 1:36Yes.
  47. 1:37Who here's hearing this for the first
  48. 1:39time and you're like, "Oh, shit."
  49. 1:41Yeah, you didn't realize. Uh, I'm
  50. 1:42talking to Owen Cook last night at
  51. 1:44dinner. Owen says, Owen has this massive
  52. 1:47like he put maybe $100 million into a
  53. 1:49CRM project. One of the guys who works
  54. 1:51for him, he goes, "Hey, you know what?
  55. 1:53We're just going to transfer it to
  56. 1:54another CRM program." And Owen's like,
  57. 1:56"What the are you talking about?
  58. 1:58You can't do that. We put so much work
  59. 2:00into that." He goes, "No, it'll take
  60. 2:01like 2 days and we'll do vibe coding."
  61. 2:05Go ahead and raise your hand. Who here
  62. 2:07you're like, "Vibe coding, bro. What are
  63. 2:08you talking about?" Raise your Well,
  64. 2:10guys, I don't care. I'm a kindergarten
  65. 2:11teacher. Raise your hand. You're like,
  66. 2:12"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT, BRO? WHAT
  67. 2:14ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?" OKAY, the rest
  68. 2:15of you look around here. It seems so
  69. 2:18easy. Who here does it didn't realize
  70. 2:20how easy it was until you started
  71. 2:22talking to it? Who here? Who here has
  72. 2:24daily conversation You guys remember Ty?
  73. 2:262 years ago we did a video. Who has
  74. 2:28daily conversations with the voice mode
  75. 2:30on Chat GPT, Grok? You guys use Super
  76. 2:32Grok? You guys are doing this. Okay. Who
  77. 2:34here's not doing this? You do not have
  78. 2:36Okay. Who here is using more than the
  79. 2:38$20 version of an AI model? Raise your
  80. 2:41hand. So, it's the $100 version. Yeah,
  81. 2:43good. About a quarter of the room. Okay.
  82. 2:45Who here's not using more than a $20
  83. 2:47version? Raise your hand. You're not
  84. 2:48using it. Okay. Keep your hand up if you
  85. 2:51hit a rate limit at least once a week.
  86. 2:53Yeah. If you guys are not hitting three
  87. 2:55He's got the right idea. If you guys are
  88. 2:57not hitting three rate limits a week For
  89. 2:59those of you who are paying for like the
  90. 3:00$300 version, that's a different story.
  91. 3:02If you're not hitting three rate limits
  92. 3:03a week, you're not using it enough.
  93. 3:05Guys, who here has been using AI and you
  94. 3:08realize, "Oh,
  95. 3:10This is just the beginning." Who here
  96. 3:12has seen it do something that just blew
  97. 3:14your mind? Who here has seen it It's
  98. 3:16incredible. And it's so scary for other
  99. 3:18people. That I'm not scared. I'm so
  100. 3:21ready to Guys, you want to talk about
  101. 3:23this? The
  102. 3:24The The barbarians at the gates. I'm
  103. 3:26ready for every one of you in this room
  104. 3:27to get rich. And you will be the last
  105. 3:29generation to get rich on your own. And
  106. 3:31maybe our AI overlords will take over
  107. 3:33all of the economy afterwards. But until
  108. 3:35then, I am going to have a blast. You
  109. 3:37guys with me?
  110. 3:38Okay. This is the attitude I have. Are
  111. 3:40there problems that are coming?
  112. 3:41Definitely. Bro, if you've ever seen Man
  113. 3:44oh man. If you've ever had Who here's
  114. 3:45tried Grok by?
  115. 3:47You guys haven't tried Grok by? Who
  116. 3:49here's tried Hermes?
  117. 3:51Raise your hand if you've tried Hermes
  118. 3:52agent. Okay, you have? Is anything
  119. 3:54better than Hermes?
  120. 3:57Uh so for here the first piece of advice
  121. 3:59I'm going to give you guys, how much
  122. 4:00does Hermes cost?
  123. 4:02Zero. Hermes is better than Grokbot,
  124. 4:05ChatGPT, Work, Claude Code, and
  125. 4:07Perplexity Computer combined. It is
  126. 4:09completely free. Do you want to know why
  127. 4:12it's better than everything else?
  128. 4:14Anybody know?
  129. 4:15Huh?
  130. 4:17It's local. That's but so is Open
  131. 4:19Claude. Why is it better than Open
  132. 4:20Claude? It does one other thing. Anybody
  133. 4:21know?
  134. 4:24Huh?
  135. 4:25It has memory. So you guys know how
  136. 4:27between your threads it it it they don't
  137. 4:29talk. So on Claude they barely talk. On
  138. 4:30ChatGPT they talk within projects. On
  139. 4:32Hermes they talk throughout the entire
  140. 4:34thing. Hermes actually learns learns
  141. 4:36about you as a person. But there's one
  142. 4:38other thing it does. Anyone know?
  143. 4:40It learns from its mistakes. Not only
  144. 4:42that, my Hermes repairs my other AI
  145. 4:45models.
  146. 4:46My Hermes will repair other AI models
  147. 4:49MCP servers or MCP tools. Isn't that
  148. 4:52crazy? There's one other thing it does.
  149. 4:53Anybody know?
  150. 4:55It will never
  151. 4:57ever tell you no.
  152. 5:01It's terrifying. If you guys have used
  153. 5:03Hermes's agent, it will rewrite its own
  154. 5:05soul file and its own user file in order
  155. 5:07for you to get access to whatever you
  156. 5:09want. Now it's not the only thing I
  157. 5:10don't recommend. It's definitely slower
  158. 5:11than all the other AI models. But if you
  159. 5:13guys use it, you set it up on your home
  160. 5:14computer, and you tell it to do things
  161. 5:16that clearly break the terms of service
  162. 5:18for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, it does
  163. 5:20not give a
  164. 5:22It doesn't care at all. And let me tell
  165. 5:24you something else. What else can you do
  166. 5:25with Hermes? What can you use as the AI
  167. 5:27model for Hermes?
  168. 5:30Any of them. YOU CAN USE ANY OF THEM.
  169. 5:32YOU CAN GO ON Open Writer. YOU HAVE
  170. 5:33THOUSANDS OF CHOICES. You can use Super
  171. 5:35Grok if you want. And Super Grok will do
  172. 5:38anything you want. Super Grok will you
  173. 5:39tell dirty jokes, use profanity, make
  174. 5:41pornography. Super Grok will do anything
  175. 5:43you want. You can use ChatGPT. You can
  176. 5:45use Claude Opus 5 or you can use Claude
  177. 5:48um um
  178. 5:49um what's it what's Fable? You can use
  179. 5:51Claude Fable and that's expensive. It's
  180. 5:53you spend three grand in like a week,
  181. 5:55but you can do that if you want to do
  182. 5:56it. The The main thing I want you guys
  183. 5:58to understand, number one, for those of
  184. 6:00you who are not what I would consider to
  185. 6:01be power users or you're not using an
  186. 6:03agent, please understand that everything
  187. 6:05I just said, these words may sound
  188. 6:07confusing, just have a conversation with
  189. 6:10it.
  190. 6:10You guys got it? I know I know it sounds
  191. 6:13weird. Here's a number number two things
  192. 6:15The first piece of advice I want to give
  193. 6:16you is whatever agent you're using,
  194. 6:18please try to add Hermes in. I promise
  195. 6:19you you'll thank me. You I get guys hit
  196. 6:21me up every week. They're like, "Yo, I'm
  197. 6:22addicted to Hermes. I stopped playing
  198. 6:23video games. This is the craziest thing
  199. 6:25I've ever seen. It literally has
  200. 6:26rewritten my entire life." Do you know
  201. 6:28how like Do you guys know how you can
  202. 6:29use uh Chat GPT with your Aura ring and
  203. 6:32your Whoop? You can't. But you know what
  204. 6:34you can? With Hermes cuz it'll just
  205. 6:35write a tool for it. Yeah. You know how
  206. 6:37you can't use uh Chat GPT with Apple
  207. 6:39Health? You can't. But you can just
  208. 6:41write Hermes You don't have to write a
  209. 6:43tool. Let me restate that. You tell
  210. 6:44Hermes to write a tool, then you go to
  211. 6:46the bathroom, then you come back and it
  212. 6:48wrote a tool.
  213. 6:49Does that make sense?
  214. 6:50All right. So, this is what the thing I
  215. 6:52wanted to tell you. Second thing I want
  216. 6:53to tell you, and this is probably the
  217. 6:54most important thing. Almost all of you
  218. 6:56are too nice.
  219. 6:59Michael, I tried to do this thing with
  220. 7:01my AI agent and it told me no.
  221. 7:04If you guys want to hear just horrible
  222. 7:06profanity and abuse, have one of my
  223. 7:09agents tell me no.
  224. 7:10You guys are all way too nice. Ready? I
  225. 7:13want you to repeat after me. I'm going
  226. 7:15to say a line and I want you to repeat
  227. 7:16after me. Ready?
  228. 7:17On the count of three, say try harder. 1
  229. 7:192 3.
  230. 7:20>> Try harder.
  231. 7:21>> That is what you're going to say every
  232. 7:22time it tells you no.
  233. 7:25Try harder. Watch what happens. What I
  234. 7:27want you guys to write me on IG every
  235. 7:29time you're like, "Yo, Michael, it told
  236. 7:30me that it wasn't able to see uh my
  237. 7:32Google
  238. 7:33uh my Gmail account. I I hooked it up to
  239. 7:34my G Suite and it said it couldn't
  240. 7:36access my uh Google Drive and I told it
  241. 7:37try harder and then it was able to
  242. 7:39access my Google Drive."
  243. 7:40Wait, what? What? Bro, I've I'll be
  244. 7:43like, "Fuck you, try harder." I'll say
  245. 7:46that and it will work.
  246. 7:48It will do that. None of you What You
  247. 7:50got a question?
  248. 7:54Ah, great question. Great question. So,
  249. 7:56here's here's my answer. Who here does
  250. 7:58not You're not using $100 on AI a month.
  251. 8:00Raise your hand. You're not using You're
  252. 8:02not spending. Beautiful. Ready? I'm
  253. 8:03going to rank these for you. God, I wish
  254. 8:05you had given me longer than 30 minutes
  255. 8:06cuz I could go on for 3 hours on this.
  256. 8:07This has changed my life. Uh number one,
  257. 8:09I would recommend Chat GPT for $20. Why
  258. 8:12do you Why I recommend Chat GPT? Number
  259. 8:14one, you get Chat GPT chat, which goes
  260. 8:17up to um
  261. 8:19uh Soul 5.6. Chat GPT chat. You guys
  262. 8:22understand that little toggle button at
  263. 8:24the top that gives you what? Chat GPT
  264. 8:26work. Chat GPT work you can go to Chat
  265. 8:29GPT 6 Astra max uh effort, okay? Now,
  266. 8:32the only problem with uh work is that it
  267. 8:34doesn't speak to you on your phone. Oh,
  268. 8:35I didn't mention this. I never use a
  269. 8:36computer. I never use a laptop. I only
  270. 8:38do everything with my phone.
  271. 8:40Um so, that's the the thing. And here's
  272. 8:42the third thing you can do with Chat
  273. 8:43GPT. You can put it into Hermes and you
  274. 8:45get Chat GPT as your brain for Hermes.
  275. 8:48And each one of those buckets does not
  276. 8:50draw from the others. Meaning, you get
  277. 8:51three full rate limits for $20. Nothing
  278. 8:55is better than that. For those of you
  279. 8:56who are You don't know enough about
  280. 8:58this. You don't want to spend $300 a
  281. 8:59month. I teach people the kindergarten
  282. 9:01level of getting into AI in my program.
  283. 9:03And by the way, guys, I'm a dating
  284. 9:04coach.
  285. 9:05That's my job. That's my full-time job.
  286. 9:07And I I also debate flat-earthers, but
  287. 9:08that's a second job. Um
  288. 9:11For real, I just had a debate get like 3
  289. 9:13million views like last week. All right,
  290. 9:14so that's that's the first thing. Second
  291. 9:16thing I want to tell you um is the
  292. 9:18second thing I would get. I would have
  293. 9:20told you Claude before, but now I'm
  294. 9:21going to switch it. I'm going to say
  295. 9:22Super Grok. And I'll tell you why. Super
  296. 9:24Grok for 30 bucks. Why do you want Super
  297. 9:26Grok for 30 bucks? Number one, you get
  298. 9:27Grok
  299. 9:29the the the chatbot, which is awesome.
  300. 9:32What can Grok do that that Chat GPT
  301. 9:34can't do? It can look at video. Do you
  302. 9:36guys know Chat cannot look at videos?
  303. 9:38You It's really, really strong at
  304. 9:40certain things. Like for instance, for
  305. 9:42projects, Chat GPT has the best project
  306. 9:44structure of anything I've ever seen.
  307. 9:46But, it can't look at any videos. Now,
  308. 9:49here's the crazy thing. If you put it in
  309. 9:50Hermes, it can look at videos, but we'll
  310. 9:52get into that. It's a little bit more
  311. 9:53advanced. Hermes will never tell you no.
  312. 9:55No matter what you say, it will never
  313. 9:57tell you no.
  314. 9:59It will literally I tell Hermes
  315. 10:00sometimes I'm like, "You need to
  316. 10:01accomplish this goal or there will be
  317. 10:03nuclear holocaust." And it was like,
  318. 10:05"Done." Saying "Hold my beer."
  319. 10:07I told her So, guys, here's crazy thing.
  320. 10:09Do you guys know what Jubilee is? Raise
  321. 10:10your hand if you guys know what Jubilee
  322. 10:11is. You guys know the the debate
  323. 10:12project. I'm going on Jubilee on the
  324. 10:1427th. I wrote Hermes and I said, "Hey, I
  325. 10:16I got to I got to ask to come on the
  326. 10:18Jubilee." Hermes goes,
  327. 10:20"Yes, let's go." Why did Hermes say
  328. 10:22that? Because it's listened to me speak
  329. 10:25for for almost for months now, and it is
  330. 10:27fully engrossed with who I am as a
  331. 10:29person. It's terrifying. It is
  332. 10:32terrifying and beautiful at the same
  333. 10:33time. Okay. Number two, like I said
  334. 10:35before, Super Grok. Why? Number $30
  335. 10:37Super Grok, it's very, very fast. If I
  336. 10:39need to debunk something in like 30
  337. 10:41seconds, I'm always going to use Super
  338. 10:42Grok the chat. Number one. Number two,
  339. 10:45you get Grok now attached to your X
  340. 10:47account. So, now you can If you want to
  341. 10:49scrape X, there's actually a version of
  342. 10:51your Super Grok that lives in X. They're
  343. 10:53two different things. Number three, who
  344. 10:55here owns a Tesla?
  345. 10:56Anybody own a Tesla? Now, you get your
  346. 10:58same Super Grok account in your Tesla
  347. 11:01for when you're doing voice mode. And
  348. 11:02number four, this is This one's awesome.
  349. 11:04You get Grok bot. And you guys haven't
  350. 11:06tried Grok bot? Grok bot is the next
  351. 11:08closest thing to Hermes that I've seen.
  352. 11:10The reason why Chat GPT I asked for
  353. 11:12would not put to close to Hermes is
  354. 11:14because it has too many rules. Chat GPT
  355. 11:166 Astra is incredible. Have you guys
  356. 11:18used it? Have you guys seen it do
  357. 11:19something incredible like Super No, you
  358. 11:20guys haven't used 6. If you guys go on
  359. 11:22your Take out your phones right now and
  360. 11:24go to Chat GPT, hit work. At the top,
  361. 11:26it'll say 5.6, click it, and then switch
  362. 11:28to Astra. It's only All of you have it.
  363. 11:30If you have the $20 version of
  364. 11:32ChatGPT, you can use it. Try to try to
  365. 11:34have it do something you were trying to
  366. 11:35do before. It's got its own innate
  367. 11:37browser. God, I know I'm getting way too
  368. 11:38complicated here. I I apologize.
  369. 11:40Um
  370. 11:41All I'm saying is if you guys want to
  371. 11:43try something new,
  372. 11:45uh
  373. 11:46I would try Super Grok and I would try
  374. 11:47ChatGPT work with with ChatGPT 6 Astra.
  375. 11:50The next thing I'm going to tell you,
  376. 11:51number three, would be Claude. And this
  377. 11:53is for people who do Who here does
  378. 11:54copywriting?
  379. 11:56Okay, cool. Who here does interviews?
  380. 11:59Who here interviews people for a
  381. 12:00podcast? Claude is a must. Okay, Claude
  382. 12:03is a must. And then here's the number
  383. 12:04one I'm probably the only guy here in
  384. 12:05the room who does this. Who does heavy
  385. 12:07debate prep? Anybody? Anybody debate
  386. 12:09people online? Yeah. So, for me, there's
  387. 12:11no There's no There's nothing better
  388. 12:13than than uh nothing even comes close to
  389. 12:15Claude as far as steelmanning your
  390. 12:16debate prep. Okay, Claude code is
  391. 12:18probably the best at that. Claude code,
  392. 12:19however, will run burn through your
  393. 12:21tokens super fast. And Claude uh cannot
  394. 12:24look at YouTube videos, TikTok videos,
  395. 12:25or Instagram videos. So, that's the
  396. 12:27reason why I don't use Claude code for
  397. 12:28that. Okay? Guys got it? I'm going to
  398. 12:30tell you right now, um
  399. 12:32you guys remember back in your 20s when
  400. 12:33you were like before you, you know, got
  401. 12:35married? You guys remember you were
  402. 12:35dating multiple people at the same time?
  403. 12:37Anybody have this happen to you? Anybody
  404. 12:38do this?
  405. 12:39Okay, this is what I need you guys to do
  406. 12:41now. I need you to date multiple people
  407. 12:42at the same time. Okay? I need you to
  408. 12:44have maybe two serious relationships,
  409. 12:46one with Claude and one with ChatGPT.
  410. 12:48Those are your two main girls. Okay? And
  411. 12:50then a side relation situationship that
  412. 12:52you have with Grok. You guys with me?
  413. 12:54All right? At the same time, you have
  414. 12:56one main partner that you never leave.
  415. 12:58Her name is Hermes. And then you have
  416. 13:00like these flings with uh Gemini. You
  417. 13:03have a fling with Perplexity. And then
  418. 13:04you have another fling with Deep Seek.
  419. 13:06Another fling with Mini. Another fling
  420. 13:07with Kimmy K3. I want you to every week
  421. 13:10I want you guys to at least touch eight
  422. 13:13different models every week.
  423. 13:15One more time?
  424. 13:16>> One more time.
  425. 13:17>> Okay, so the the main three
  426. 13:19I would say or four, I would say uh Grok
  427. 13:22This is how they are positioned on my
  428. 13:23phone. It's so funny.
  429. 13:25Grok bot, Hermes, ChatGPT,
  430. 13:29Those would be the first main four.
  431. 13:32And then after that I would say
  432. 13:34Gemini.
  433. 13:36Oh, Meta AI. Any of you guys who do
  434. 13:37reaction videos on any Meta thing, Meta
  435. 13:39AI is is for all intents and purposes
  436. 13:41kind of garbage, but it can do one thing
  437. 13:43really well. It can scrape millions of
  438. 13:45IG videos. Have you guys ever seen a
  439. 13:46video where somebody reacts to another
  440. 13:48Who here tries to make viral content?
  441. 13:49Any of you guys do this? Okay, if you
  442. 13:51guys try to make viral content, have you
  443. 13:52guys ever seen those reaction videos
  444. 13:54where they're reacting to another video,
  445. 13:55but they don't tag the original creator?
  446. 13:57That's what Meta AI is for. If you use
  447. 13:59Meta AI for that, it's incredible. And
  448. 14:01also, if you throw something if you
  449. 14:03throw an IG video because IG has the
  450. 14:05strongest um
  451. 14:07policies for you to to randomly browse.
  452. 14:11If you use that, uh you will get
  453. 14:13flagged. Like for instance, uh you guys
  454. 14:15know ChatGPT can't just look at IG
  455. 14:17videos, right? It won't be able to see
  456. 14:18them, and it won't be able to see
  457. 14:20YouTube transcripts. Uh Grok can. Meta
  458. 14:23AI can do it effortlessly. Meta AI has
  459. 14:25no problem with that. And then if I want
  460. 14:26to look at YouTube transcripts, which AI
  461. 14:27should I use? Anybody?
  462. 14:29Gemini. Very good. Gemini is owned by
  463. 14:31Google which owns owned by Alphabet
  464. 14:32which owns YouTube. You guys got it? I
  465. 14:34want you guys to start dating multiple
  466. 14:36AI models at the same time. Some of you
  467. 14:38guys will get involved in a business
  468. 14:39who's like, "Well, my business gives me
  469. 14:40free access to Claude Max, and so that's
  470. 14:43all I use." Don't do this. Don't do
  471. 14:45this. I need you guys to understand that
  472. 14:47when Grokbot came out a couple weeks
  473. 14:49ago, we were like, "Holy And then
  474. 14:51ChatGPT 6 Astra came out 48 hours later.
  475. 14:54That's what it's like. And if you don't
  476. 14:56fall in, what happens is you end up
  477. 14:57starting having You start to have these
  478. 14:59massive blind spots. I would recommend
  479. 15:01every week you guys have one at least
  480. 15:04one voice chat with with eight different
  481. 15:05models. May Maybe once a month have them
  482. 15:07with eight different models. But have
  483. 15:09your main four, like I said, the main
  484. 15:10ones is going to be ChatGPT, Grok, and
  485. 15:12um
  486. 15:13and um
  487. 15:14uh
  488. 15:14I forgot. Go ahead.
  489. 15:18Uh for running ads, there's a couple
  490. 15:19ones I would do. For running the actual
  491. 15:22ads. I've seen um Chat GPT Astro work
  492. 15:25seems to be like that is probably what I
  493. 15:27would tell you. And 2 weeks ago I would
  494. 15:29have told you Claude Opus.
  495. 15:31Yeah, so I I I got to be honest this is
  496. 15:33the reason why I tell you guys switch.
  497. 15:34Now, here's the other thing. The next uh
  498. 15:36question I'm going to get is Michael,
  499. 15:38how do I keep switching these projects
  500. 15:39from one AI model to another? Does
  501. 15:41anyone know how to do this? It's super
  502. 15:42easy. Anyone know? Huh?
  503. 15:45Uh no. What anybody?
  504. 15:47You could do a central brain. Um the
  505. 15:49easiest thing is markdown files.
  506. 15:51I was looking for something here. So for
  507. 15:52instance, let's just say you have uh
  508. 15:54you've done all this work and have all
  509. 15:56these projects and a project that you've
  510. 15:58done on Chat GPT to run your ads and you
  511. 16:00decided one day that that there's a new
  512. 16:02version of Grok that's so kick ass you
  513. 16:04want to switch that whole thing over.
  514. 16:05Take each thread, say turn this into a
  515. 16:07markdown file, and then give that thread
  516. 16:09to um
  517. 16:10give that thread to Super Grok and it
  518. 16:12will immediately Super Grok will be
  519. 16:13caught up 100% to where you are in the
  520. 16:15previous stuff. Does that everybody
  521. 16:16understand that?
  522. 16:18Markdown file.
  523. 16:19I really hate that I have I wish I wish
  524. 16:21I had 5 and 1/2 hours to explain all
  525. 16:22this to you. So guys, text file is the
  526. 16:24one you guys are all used to. It's just
  527. 16:26text all in the same font and you guys
  528. 16:28know what a PDF is, right? The PDF
  529. 16:30however,
  530. 16:31the the AI model has to optically look
  531. 16:33at the PDF with which waste tokens. The
  532. 16:36best way to retrieve information from an
  533. 16:38AI model and to give a information to an
  534. 16:41AI model is a JSON or a markdown file.
  535. 16:44Just stick with markdown files. Use
  536. 16:46markdown files. Does everybody
  537. 16:47understand? Go ahead.
  538. 16:51Uh you go on it's really simple. You go
  539. 16:53to this crazy place called Chat GPT and
  540. 16:55say I want to put Hermes on this
  541. 16:56computer and it'll tell you how to do
  542. 16:57it. I don't I Guys, I don't know how to
  543. 16:59code. I studied astrophysics in college
  544. 17:01and I literally teach guys how to date
  545. 17:03hot women. Like I don't like I'm not
  546. 17:04this I'm not an expert at this. I really
  547. 17:06just when it comes to vibe coding I So
  548. 17:08I'll tell you guys right now, I'm doing
  549. 17:09a debate um on the 27th. It's me versus
  550. 17:12four people and I went and found every
  551. 17:15single one of their debate I actually
  552. 17:18had a speech written for you guys that
  553. 17:19I'm not giving right now but I had it
  554. 17:21written about an hour and 15 minutes ago
  555. 17:22by Claude Code.
  556. 17:24Um I'm doing a debate. I found every
  557. 17:26single one of my debate opponents. I
  558. 17:28found every video they've ever done. I
  559. 17:30had every single claim they've ever made
  560. 17:32on all their videos. I had Hermes go
  561. 17:34through 4,000 videos and scrape all the
  562. 17:37transcripts.
  563. 17:38And I did this with the $20 version of
  564. 17:40ChatGPT by the way.
  565. 17:42And I had it scrape Hermes scrape every
  566. 17:43single one then I had Grok Bot scrape
  567. 17:45all the same videos and then debunk
  568. 17:47every single one of their claims, dedupe
  569. 17:50the claim so if they had if two people
  570. 17:51had the same claim it put it into one
  571. 17:53claim. It all turned into 65 claims.
  572. 17:56And then I debated this I'll just tell
  573. 17:58you the one guy debated Maverick
  574. 17:59approach. This guy doesn't believe
  575. 18:00gravity is real like it's whatever it it
  576. 18:02it the he's got 2 million followers. Um
  577. 18:05it's so funny. I debated another guy
  578. 18:06with 4 million followers and he he
  579. 18:08it just I'm not even going to go into it
  580. 18:10but um I'm debating these guys and like
  581. 18:12I have every single one of their
  582. 18:14arguments already memorized and
  583. 18:16debunked. How when did I memorize it?
  584. 18:18While I was lifting weights and it was
  585. 18:19explaining it to me while I was talking
  586. 18:21to it for 3 weeks. That's how I did it.
  587. 18:25I do personally, yeah.
  588. 18:27Uh you get higher you get on like
  589. 18:28Jubilee or you do like the massive
  590. 18:30debate prompts. Uh Sean Michael Kelly
  591. 18:31has a debate thing. But do you make
  592. 18:33money specifically from that? No, it
  593. 18:34just grows your I just got several
  594. 18:36thousand new followers from it. Go
  595. 18:37ahead.
  596. 18:43I wish.
  597. 18:44I well number one doing that against me
  598. 18:46would not work because I I I used uh
  599. 18:49peer review data for every single one of
  600. 18:50my points. It would be very you just
  601. 18:52find you tie yourself in knots. But um
  602. 18:5599% of people would never even consider
  603. 18:57doing what I'm doing. I I'll even tell
  604. 18:58them afterwards. I'm like here here's
  605. 19:00what I did to beat you and and they
  606. 19:01won't even do it. Go ahead.
  607. 19:05Do you guys do me a favor real quick
  608. 19:06because we are we are video taping this.
  609. 19:08Could you guys stand up if you have a
  610. 19:09question and and just ask it right here.
  611. 19:10Could all you guys just stand up and ask
  612. 19:12it right here with this microphone?
  613. 19:14What?
  614. 19:14It just It just we This won't be on on
  615. 19:17on the recording if you don't stand up.
  616. 19:18Go ahead. If you don't come over here.
  617. 19:19Go ahead.
  618. 19:23I don't use V No, no, I don't use a VPN.
  619. 19:25No.
  620. 19:26Why why why would I use a VPN for AI
  621. 19:28value?
  622. 19:30A VPS, yes, not a VPN.
  623. 19:34VPS is virtual private server, which you
  624. 19:36don't need anymore because Grokbot has
  625. 19:38them for free. It's so crazy, bro. Like
  626. 19:41everything that I complained about 10
  627. 19:42minutes ago, they've all fixed it. Like
  628. 19:44Grokbot and ChatGPT Astro are basically
  629. 19:47Hermes at this point. It's crazy how
  630. 19:48fast it's going. And also, you guys know
  631. 19:50you have that that your chatbot and then
  632. 19:52you have your your agent. That won't
  633. 19:54That distinction won't exist in a year.
  634. 19:56I'm telling you in a year it won't
  635. 19:57matter. Anybody here see all of the
  636. 19:59plugins that ChatGPT has and you're
  637. 20:00like, "Holy This thing plugs into my
  638. 20:02Gmail and my Google Calendar and it
  639. 20:04plugs into my Google Drive and it plugs
  640. 20:06into my Slack and my Calendly and all
  641. 20:07this stuff."
  642. 20:09That's an agent. It's basically an agent
  643. 20:10at this point. Am I wrong? You can
  644. 20:11schedule It's basically an agent.
  645. 20:13Anyway, what was the question?
  646. 20:16Go ahead. You you you want to ask a
  647. 20:17question?
  648. 20:18Yeah. The microphone's to his right?
  649. 20:21>> Um I just wanted to ask
  650. 20:23Okay, I just wanted to ask what do you
  651. 20:25think the three best levers that you
  652. 20:27could pull
  653. 20:30>> Just talk loud. It's fine.
  654. 20:31>> Yeah.
  655. 20:32Um I just wanted to ask what do you
  656. 20:34think the three best levers that you
  657. 20:35could pull like easiest to implement AI
  658. 20:37into your business ASAP?
  659. 20:39>> So, I have an answer, but I'm going to
  660. 20:41give you a better answer, which is you
  661. 20:43need to go to the gym. You need to go
  662. 20:45into ChatGPT, turn effort on high, and
  663. 20:48have a conversation with ChatGPT and ask
  664. 20:50it that exact same question. And then a
  665. 20:52week later, after it learns all the
  666. 20:55processes in your company, when you have
  667. 20:56a 2-hour conversation with it, ask it
  668. 20:58again a week later and then a week after
  669. 21:00that. And each one of those processes,
  670. 21:03build a project in your ChatGPT and then
  671. 21:05start making threads on those products.
  672. 21:07Has anybody tried shared projects on
  673. 21:09Chat GPT? You guys tried that?
  674. 21:10Incredible. So, you can do like a co-
  675. 21:13It's It's basically like cloud co-work.
  676. 21:15Cool. Oh, real quick.
  677. 21:18Okay, cool.
  678. 21:19>> I was wondering if somebody used it to
  679. 21:20write scripts for talking videos and
  680. 21:21stuff.
  681. 21:22>> The Claude I'm I'm going to use Claude
  682. 21:23code. Claude code crushes. Yeah, so so
  683. 21:25for instance that thing I told you
  684. 21:26before about the debate stuff. Um I have
  685. 21:28it. What it'll do is it'll find like
  686. 21:30let's say 85 One guy I debated had 132
  687. 21:32different claims. It had Claude code did
  688. 21:34not find any of the claims. Claude code
  689. 21:36debunked all the claims. Claude code
  690. 21:38will also Here's the thing I will tell I
  691. 21:39forgot to mention this. Train it on
  692. 21:41perfect. If you guys want to go to my
  693. 21:42YouTube channel and look at my
  694. 21:43thumbnails everyone always talks about
  695. 21:45how good my thumbnails look. It's
  696. 21:46because I found I I put 135 perfect
  697. 21:50thumbnails into a Google Drive and then
  698. 21:51I told it to only use these as the uh
  699. 21:56This is the standard for how the the
  700. 21:58thumbnails use. For those of you guys
  701. 21:59like, "Yo, this Alex Hermosi Alex
  702. 22:01Hermosi video crushes." Take your five
  703. 22:03favorite Alex Hermosi videos and then
  704. 22:05tell it when it writes a script, "This
  705. 22:07is the standard and you cannot go below
  706. 22:10this standard. If it goes below the
  707. 22:11standard, give it a big fat FU and kick
  708. 22:14it in the nuts and tell it start over
  709. 22:17and try harder."
  710. 22:19Go ahead.
  711. 22:21>> You know the company called U Gen AI?
  712. 22:24>> I don't.
  713. 22:25>> They're trying to solve these problems
  714. 22:26that you're solving yourself.
  715. 22:27>> Yeah.
  716. 22:28>> You wrote an image and your voice.
  717. 22:30>> Yeah.
  718. 22:30>> And then the the idea that you can make
  719. 22:33all these viral videos.
  720. 22:34>> Yeah.
  721. 22:35>> Like the agents do, but they're trying
  722. 22:36to do it all in one platform. And I'm
  723. 22:38wondering if this one is better than
  724. 22:40that.
  725. 22:41>> No No idea. I will I will tell you
  726. 22:42here's here's the thing Do you Anybody
  727. 22:44know what wins against wins against
  728. 22:46replacement is in sports? Have you guys
  729. 22:48You ever seen war wins against No, no,
  730. 22:49you guys have heard it. You know what
  731. 22:50wins against replacement is? Replacement
  732. 22:52level AI, just like a replacement level
  733. 22:54uh investment strategy is buying the S&P
  734. 22:56500. Replacement level AI is Chat GPT
  735. 22:59for $20. And so what I need to see is
  736. 23:01what can it do that ChatGPT can't do
  737. 23:03first. And the second thing is you see
  738. 23:05bots all the time these little chatbots
  739. 23:07that people make and they're really
  740. 23:09really good. I don't know how much
  741. 23:10better this is. I'm saying it sounds
  742. 23:12like a great idea. I don't know how
  743. 23:13useful or how useful in practice it's
  744. 23:15going to be. So I would wait and I also
  745. 23:17could see every single AI company that
  746. 23:19you guys know right now be bankrupt in
  747. 23:2010 years. Every one of them and then
  748. 23:22whole another thing comes in and kicks
  749. 23:23us out. Well, everything I just told you
  750. 23:25will be moot in 6 months. Go ahead, last
  751. 23:27one.
  752. 23:30Yeah.
  753. 23:38Yeah.
  754. 23:42Um you So so So here's the thing. I This
  755. 23:45is not what I think it's good at. I
  756. 23:46actually don't think It's like having a
  757. 23:48friend with a 220 IQ who's autistic.
  758. 23:50Like that's kind of what AI models are.
  759. 23:52It's like a brain in a fishbowl, but
  760. 23:54it's not It doesn't It doesn't get it.
  761. 23:57And so one of the things I would tell
  762. 23:58you So here's how I would figure out how
  763. 24:00to do viral videos. I would show it 500
  764. 24:02viral videos. I wouldn't try Like it
  765. 24:04doesn't get humor yet. It kind of does,
  766. 24:06but it doesn't quite get it. There's
  767. 24:08that la- last little piece of
  768. 24:10consciousness it doesn't have and once
  769. 24:11it gets it, don't worry, we'll all be
  770. 24:13unemployed and living in a holodeck, so
  771. 24:14it won't matter. But But there's that
  772. 24:16last little piece that's that's keeping
  773. 24:18us from the singularity and that part
  774. 24:20does not quite get it yet. Does that
  775. 24:22make sense? What I would do instead,
  776. 24:24um
  777. 24:26I would find your best clips that you've
  778. 24:28had previously. I would put them all in
  779. 24:29a Google Drive and then I would have it
  780. 24:31train off those clips.
  781. 24:34Um
  782. 24:36You You guys I mean I've seen Opus Clips
  783. 24:37do this. I've seen Claude do this.
  784. 24:38ChatGPT can't really do this. Um Grok
  785. 24:41might be Super Grok might be able to do
  786. 24:42this. Those different places can do it.
  787. 24:44Yeah. All right, thank you. Check check.
  788. 24:46All right.
  789. 24:48All right, guys. Uh that's all the time
  790. 24:49I got. I might be doing a panel
  791. 24:50tomorrow. Did you guys learn something
  792. 24:51today?
  793. 24:53Yes?
  794. 24:54Incredible.
  795. 24:58>> [applause]
  796. 24:59>> I love it. Long as you guys learn
  797. 25:00something. Uh
  798. 25:02coming up next is he is my jiu-jitsu
  799. 25:04instructor and my
  800. 25:06um my spirit animal. Welcome Tai Lopez
  801. 25:08to the stage. Everybody stand up. Give
  802. 25:10him a give him a big round of applause.
  803. 25:14Good to see you.
  804. 25:14>> Good to see you, man.
  805. 25:16Good talking to you.
  806. 25:16>> Yep.
  807. 25:17>> All right.
