  1. 0:00So, what you're seeing in front of you
  2. 0:01right now is a faceless YouTube channel
  3. 0:03that is 100% created by AI. However, it
  4. 0:07is not the standard YouTube channel that
  5. 0:08is making, you know, 20, 30 grand per
  6. 0:11month like most people try to just push
  7. 0:13up in your face. This is something
  8. 0:15completely different. So, I've already
  9. 0:17done breakdowns of, you know, channels
  10. 0:18making absurd amounts of money on
  11. 0:20YouTube, but I really wanted to break
  12. 0:22down a more fair example of how a
  13. 0:25faceless YouTube journey could look
  14. 0:26like. So this channel called Sleepy Time
  15. 0:28History, it is started within the latest
  16. 0:31month. If we take a look here, now this
  17. 0:33Thailand video is something completely
  18. 0:34else that I'll get into why they have
  19. 0:36actually posted this later on in the
  20. 0:38video. But they posted their first AI
  21. 0:40created history video one month ago. And
  22. 0:44since they posted that first video,
  23. 0:45they've already gone viral a few times.
  24. 0:47You know, 140,000 views in just 5 days.
  25. 0:51That is quite good. 125K views in three
  26. 0:54weeks. also amazing. Um, if we take a
  27. 0:57look at the analytics here, we can kind
  28. 0:59of estimate what they've been able to
  29. 1:01earn in the first month of launching
  30. 1:03their real content. The channel revenue
  31. 1:05will be wrong here. It is not 1.3K. Uh,
  32. 1:08if we actually take a look at the views,
  33. 1:10which is approximately 660,000.
  34. 1:13Um, and let's estimate the RPM for this
  35. 1:15channel as well. Since you're making
  36. 1:18super super long content of 2 hours, I
  37. 1:20would estimate this RPM to be around $5
  38. 1:23to $6. It could even be much higher, but
  39. 1:25let's just do a conservative RPM of $5.
  40. 1:28So, $660 time five. That would mean
  41. 1:32approximately $3,300
  42. 1:35that they've been able to make from this
  43. 1:37one channel within a single month. Now,
  44. 1:39those numbers themselves might not sound
  45. 1:41super impressive if you compare it with
  46. 1:43what everyone else on YouTube is just
  47. 1:45flaunting around with. Um, but if we're
  48. 1:47considering that they literally started
  49. 1:4830 days ago with their first upload and
  50. 1:50they're already monetized and earning
  51. 1:52over 3K within a single month, then
  52. 1:55that's quite impressive for a beginner
  53. 1:57just trying to get into YouTube. So, the
  54. 2:00interesting part with this is that the
  55. 2:01content is 100% made with AI. Let's just
  56. 2:04take a quick look at one of the videos
  57. 2:05so that you can get a feel for what
  58. 2:07they're actually creating.
  59. 2:08>> There's a gap in time that nobody talks
  60. 2:11about. a stretch of earth's history so
  61. 2:15vast so in d million going
  62. 2:18>> as you can see literally just AI images
  63. 2:21or images taken from online some
  64. 2:23captions an AI voice over an AI script
  65. 2:26and that is everything that they've done
  66. 2:27to put together this video which got
  67. 2:29over 140,000
  68. 2:32views. So the content is obviously going
  69. 2:35to be very very cheap to create. It's
  70. 2:37not going to run you back more than,
  71. 2:38let's say, if you use the right tools,
  72. 2:41which I'm going to show you. Let's say
  73. 2:42you're going to be run back $20 to
  74. 2:44create a video like this. And if you
  75. 2:46just run up a comparison with their most
  76. 2:48popular video here, which has got 140K
  77. 2:51views, $20 is the cost for making the
  78. 2:53video. And 140k views with a $5 RPM
  79. 2:57would be approximately $700. So, they
  80. 2:59made a $680
  81. 3:02profit from this one video that is most
  82. 3:04likely just 100% outsourced to some kind
  83. 3:06of virtual assistant as well. Now, I'm
  84. 3:08going to show you how you can create a
  85. 3:09channel like this for yourself. You can
  86. 3:11either enter the history niche with this
  87. 3:13knowledge or literally any kind of AI
  88. 3:15image niche that you want to. But I'm
  89. 3:17going to show you the entire workflow on
  90. 3:19how to generate scripts, voiceovers,
  91. 3:21images, sound effects, everything that
  92. 3:23you need to know, putting it all
  93. 3:24together in terms of the editing, best
  94. 3:27practices, everything. And you might be
  95. 3:28wondering who the hell I am and why I
  96. 3:30claim to have the credibility to tell
  97. 3:32you what is right and what is wrong in
  98. 3:34terms of YouTube automation. To give you
  99. 3:35the very quick rundown, if you haven't
  100. 3:37been on my channel before, my name is
  101. 3:39Leo. I've earned over $3 million with
  102. 3:41YouTube automation within just 3 years
  103. 3:43of getting started. I am yet to turn 22.
  104. 3:46And not only that, I've also taught
  105. 3:47hundreds of people how to start YouTube
  106. 3:50channels like this, getting some pretty
  107. 3:51sick results. And one of these examples
  108. 3:53are like Gus here in my community. like
  109. 3:55this is literally from five hours ago
  110. 3:58this update and he started his first
  111. 4:00channel what is it like 20 days ago and
  112. 4:03he's already made $12,000 with his
  113. 4:06channel. Of course, big disclaimer for
  114. 4:09anyone watching this video. This does
  115. 4:11not mean that as soon as you post a
  116. 4:12video on YouTube you're going to get
  117. 4:14rich or that you're going to make any
  118. 4:15money at all. YouTube is a very time
  119. 4:18consuming and quite hard business model
  120. 4:21to succeed with. But if you do have the
  121. 4:23right systems and the right kind of
  122. 4:24guidance, then that makes it a whole lot
  123. 4:27easier. You have to stay super
  124. 4:28consistent for, you know, potentially
  125. 4:30months or even years before you get
  126. 4:32monetized. I would rather just stay
  127. 4:34transparent to everyone watching my
  128. 4:36channel here. All right, stop. So, this
  129. 4:37is me from the future. You can also tell
  130. 4:39by the different background. So, I'm
  131. 4:41celebrating Christmas with my family.
  132. 4:43Now, I'm hosting a free live master
  133. 4:45class for anyone interested in getting
  134. 4:47into faceless YouTube uh January 3rd. As
  135. 4:50you can see here, the timer will
  136. 4:52probably be different when you click on
  137. 4:53the link um as this gets uploaded. But
  138. 4:56we will be going over everything that my
  139. 4:58students in the program are using to,
  140. 5:01you know, get crazy results like this
  141. 5:03over 2K in a single day. Um 0 to 12K in
  142. 5:0720 days of monetization. Absolutely
  143. 5:09crazy. And all of the other results, you
  144. 5:12know, getting monetized on Christmas
  145. 5:13morning, quite a good feeling. Uh but
  146. 5:16but the point is I'll be showing
  147. 5:17everything for free live. So, I'll be
  148. 5:20there to answer anyone's questions as
  149. 5:21well. If you do have any for me, about
  150. 5:23life, YouTube, business, whatever you
  151. 5:26want to ask me about, we'll do a Q&A as
  152. 5:28well. And u while there are still free
  153. 5:30tickets available, I highly encourage
  154. 5:32you to sign up for one since I don't do
  155. 5:34this often. I do this like once per like
  156. 5:37four times per year. So, once every
  157. 5:39three months or so. Um, and it's going
  158. 5:42to be very amazing. The last master
  159. 5:45class that we had some people are this
  160. 5:47the people that you see here getting
  161. 5:49these results. They attended a master
  162. 5:51class trying to learn as much as
  163. 5:53possible and it turned out to be the
  164. 5:54best decision in their life. So I can
  165. 5:57only encourage you guys to do the same
  166. 5:59since I'm not asking for anything in
  167. 6:01return. You can join for free, watch
  168. 6:03everything, learn as much as you want to
  169. 6:05then just take this information, apply
  170. 6:07this for yourself and it's going to be
  171. 6:10amazing. So yeah, if if you're watching
  172. 6:12this video and the master class still
  173. 6:14hasn't taken place yet, just sign up for
  174. 6:16a free ticket if there are any left. Um
  175. 6:19if you're watching this after the master
  176. 6:21class has happened, then uh there are
  177. 6:23other links in the description where you
  178. 6:25can still work with us. However, you
  179. 6:27will not get the same bonuses that
  180. 6:29people uh get during the masc since
  181. 6:32yeah, I'm also of course making it
  182. 6:34possible to get a very good offer for
  183. 6:37Faceless Launchpad to for everyone that
  184. 6:39that turns up since that must surely be
  185. 6:42serious people that genuinely want to
  186. 6:43learn YouTube automation. So yeah, you
  187. 6:46also get a six figure list for free if
  188. 6:48you do sign up. Kind of cool. But uh
  189. 6:50that is all. Let's get back to the
  190. 6:52video. So let's see here. Slip time
  191. 6:54history. We also have another channel
  192. 6:56that is very similar just because I
  193. 6:57wanted to show you guys multiple
  194. 6:59examples. It's called The World Before
  195. 7:01Dawn. You can check this out on your
  196. 7:02own. It's basically the exact same style
  197. 7:05kind of content, you know. See, you see
  198. 7:07here AI images just zooming back in and
  199. 7:10out, some sparkle effect. There's an AI
  200. 7:12voiceover, AI script, all the kind of
  201. 7:14stuff. It was started also three weeks
  202. 7:16ago, but they've already amassed um
  203. 7:19probably like 300k views in total, which
  204. 7:22would translate to 2K, one and a halfK,
  205. 7:24which is just a great example of people
  206. 7:26actually succeeding with this as we
  207. 7:28speak and as you're watching this video,
  208. 7:30people are out there creating AI
  209. 7:31channels and getting these kinds of
  210. 7:33results. Now, the first and one of the
  211. 7:35most important things that you have to
  212. 7:37keep in mind if you're going to start a
  213. 7:38faceless YouTube channel is to take all
  214. 7:41of the possible precautions to not get
  215. 7:43shadow. And this is why the Thailand
  216. 7:46video here is quite relevant and why
  217. 7:48they've actually done this or used this
  218. 7:50one specific channel. It is due to the
  219. 7:53fact that with pre-existing channels,
  220. 7:55meaning channels that have been on
  221. 7:56YouTube for a long time, maybe a channel
  222. 7:58that you're watching YouTube videos
  223. 8:00privately with, whether you would be
  224. 8:01watching, you know, Mr. based, whatever
  225. 8:03your favorite creator. Um, those
  226. 8:05channels that already have a bunch of
  227. 8:07watch history and are have been used as
  228. 8:11a normal user for a long time, they have
  229. 8:13a much lower risk of actually being
  230. 8:15shadowed. So, the reason why this
  231. 8:18creator have probably used this channel
  232. 8:19is because he had a channel with a video
  233. 8:23from a year back. He's also used it
  234. 8:25personally and that obviously worked
  235. 8:27really well for him as yeah, as you can
  236. 8:29tell, he was in Shadowban. third video
  237. 8:31got 34k views and that is just a very
  238. 8:33clear sign that the channel is not
  239. 8:34channel man. If you think about it,
  240. 8:36YouTube they want to um kind of kill the
  241. 8:39bots and spammers of the platform. So
  242. 8:41they will restrict the impressions of
  243. 8:43anyone that they think is a bot. But if
  244. 8:46you have been on the platform for a very
  245. 8:47long time and you have previous uploads
  246. 8:49maybe even from a long time ago then
  247. 8:51that will help you a lot in not being
  248. 8:54shadowbanned. If you are shadowbanned
  249. 8:55however it looks something like this.
  250. 8:57Many beginners have met this problem and
  251. 8:59so many people in that join my program
  252. 9:02have also faced this and it's kind of
  253. 9:03the reason why many people stop YouTube
  254. 9:06before they're actually seeing any
  255. 9:08success. So you can see I posted a video
  256. 9:09here. It's got 11 impressions which
  257. 9:12first of all that just tells me that the
  258. 9:13channel might be cooked. Um all of the
  259. 9:16impressions are from YouTube search. If
  260. 9:19we go over to views it's got one view.
  261. 9:21and why I can tell that this channel is
  262. 9:23shadowbanned just based on this one
  263. 9:25upload. Of course, having multiple
  264. 9:27uploads showing a um similar trend like
  265. 9:31this will help you really verify that
  266. 9:32it's shadowbanned, but just based on
  267. 9:34this one video to paint you the example.
  268. 9:36If you got 11 impressions and all of
  269. 9:38them are from YouTube search, then that
  270. 9:40means that your videos are not popping
  271. 9:43up on the YouTube homepage like this.
  272. 9:46YouTube is not pushing your uploads to
  273. 9:48new viewers um that might not have seen
  274. 9:51your niche or channel before. They are
  275. 9:54only pushing your uploads to people that
  276. 9:56search for your precise title in the
  277. 9:59search bar. And that means that you are
  278. 10:01shadowbanned. They're not wanting you to
  279. 10:02get new viewers. They're restricting
  280. 10:04your content from being shown. So even
  281. 10:06if you're posting the best content in
  282. 10:08the world, if your channel is
  283. 10:10shadowbanned, you will still not get any
  284. 10:12views and it will be a super frustrating
  285. 10:14time. So, I'm not going to talk about
  286. 10:16this forever, but if you do have a
  287. 10:17pre-existing channel like this guy or
  288. 10:19just a channel you've been using to
  289. 10:21watch YouTube for a very long time,
  290. 10:22using it privately, then definitely use
  291. 10:25that channel as your first one since
  292. 10:28yeah, it's going to benefit you a lot in
  293. 10:29the long term. If for any reason you
  294. 10:31don't have a channel like this, you can
  295. 10:33either start a fresh channel, just make
  296. 10:35sure to start it on a old Gmail address
  297. 10:38that you have. Do not create a new Gmail
  298. 10:40for the channel. or you can always go
  299. 10:41over to sites like this and get it
  300. 10:44YouTube channels for a price. This one
  301. 10:46is the most credible one that I've used
  302. 10:48many times before. However, there are of
  303. 10:50course many sites like this where you
  304. 10:52can just get either H1 or monetized ones
  305. 10:55depending on your budget. It doesn't
  306. 10:57really matter that much. Um, also a very
  307. 11:00good thing to keep in mind if you are
  308. 11:02starting a new channel is to not change
  309. 11:04the branding, meaning the profile
  310. 11:06picture, the name, the banner, all of
  311. 11:09that stuff. Do not customize it until
  312. 11:11you are seeing traction on the channel.
  313. 11:13I've seen this happen hundreds of times.
  314. 11:16People are posting, you know, one or
  315. 11:18two, three videos. Um, they're seeing
  316. 11:20some traction coming in and after the
  317. 11:23first video getting a bunch of views,
  318. 11:25they change the profile picture, they
  319. 11:27change the name, they change everything,
  320. 11:29and the channel just completely dies.
  321. 11:31This is not something that I can verify,
  322. 11:33but having seen it happen many times and
  323. 11:35also for myself, um I would like to
  324. 11:38think that it's a correlation between
  325. 11:40being shadowbanned and just completely
  326. 11:42switching your name, profile picture,
  327. 11:43everything at once. So, until you are
  328. 11:45seeing consistent traffic from your like
  329. 11:48fourth or fifth upload, then do not
  330. 11:50change the name. I know it's super
  331. 11:52tempting, don't get me wrong, uh but
  332. 11:54definitely do not do it. But perfect.
  333. 11:56Now that we have the boring stuff out of
  334. 11:57the way. So in order to create a video
  335. 11:59like this, you first need to start off
  336. 12:01with a script, right? And what I would
  337. 12:04recommend everyone to do if you are a
  338. 12:05beginner, you have your niche in front
  339. 12:07of you. You have your reference channel,
  340. 12:09meaning a competitor that is doing
  341. 12:11really well. You simply take their most
  342. 12:14viral video. You want to make a video
  343. 12:16about the same topic with a little bit
  344. 12:18of a twist. However, to create a very
  345. 12:21very good script with AI, first of all,
  346. 12:23we are going to use Claude. This is the
  347. 12:25best AI copyrightiting tool that you can
  348. 12:28possibly find. Chachi is great, but it
  349. 12:30is not as good as Claude simply due to
  350. 12:33the fact that for this channels, you
  351. 12:35make super super long content due to
  352. 12:38getting a higher RPM. YouTube likes your
  353. 12:40content more as well. And with Shadip,
  354. 12:42it's going to be a big pain in the ass
  355. 12:44for you to generate, you know, 30 minute
  356. 12:46long scripts, 1 hour minute long
  357. 12:47scripts, but Claude can do this very,
  358. 12:49very easily. So, first thing that you
  359. 12:51want to do is just get the most popular
  360. 12:53video on your reference channel. You
  361. 12:55know, extract the transcript through
  362. 12:57either YouTube's own transcript tool or
  363. 13:00there are of course sites online. And
  364. 13:01once you have the transcript copied, you
  365. 13:03just head over to CL, open a new chat
  366. 13:05like this, and paste in the transcript
  367. 13:08first of all. It will look something
  368. 13:09like this. And then you just write a
  369. 13:11prompt something like this. I'll just
  370. 13:12skip to when I'm done writing it. Right.
  371. 13:14So, I finalized the prompt here. It
  372. 13:15says, "I'm starting a history channel
  373. 13:17and I've attached a script to a very
  374. 13:19successful history script that I want to
  375. 13:21emulate for my own channel. Analyze the
  376. 13:24structure, facts, language, and write me
  377. 13:26a similar script on the same topic. Do
  378. 13:28not copy any sentences oneonone and keep
  379. 13:31everything original but with the same
  380. 13:33structure and information. Now, the part
  381. 13:36here, do not copy any sentences
  382. 13:38oneonone. If you do not include this
  383. 13:40part, Claude is very likely to still
  384. 13:42write a very original script, but it's
  385. 13:44going to take a exact copies of some
  386. 13:47sentences. And since we just want to say
  387. 13:50noble and we don't want to copy anything
  388. 13:51from our competitors, um I just like to
  389. 13:54include that there because um what can
  390. 13:57happen if Claude for a some reason would
  391. 13:59copy a very large segment of the
  392. 14:02reference script? Since we're dealing
  393. 14:04with AI, this can happen. And then the
  394. 14:07competitor could in reality actually, if
  395. 14:10they found out, they could strike down
  396. 14:11your video for copyright infringement.
  397. 14:13Since a script is copyright material,
  398. 14:16but rewriting a script with AI does not
  399. 14:19make you vulnerable to any copyright
  400. 14:21strikes, unless you actually copy the
  401. 14:23sentences oneonone. Um, also specify the
  402. 14:26length. Make the script 5,000 words in
  403. 14:29length. Um, I'm just making it 5,000
  404. 14:31words, which is approximately a 30
  405. 14:33minute video for the sake of the
  406. 14:34example. You can make this as long as
  407. 14:36you want to. Claude supports outputs for
  408. 14:40a little bit more than 5,000 words,
  409. 14:42probably a few thousand more, but then
  410. 14:44you will have to prompt multiple times
  411. 14:46to get the entire script done if you are
  412. 14:48making twohour long videos. But I don't
  413. 14:51want to generate the script forever. So,
  414. 14:52I'll just go with 5,000 words here for
  415. 14:54for the example. So, then you would just
  416. 14:56send the prompt. It's going to start
  417. 14:58generating you the script. You might
  418. 15:00have to do this again if you reworded
  419. 15:02your prompt weirdly. It's going to say
  420. 15:03like, "Oh, I can't copy someone else's
  421. 15:05script." Then you just have to reward
  422. 15:07your prompt kind of. But something like
  423. 15:08this should work. Now, while it is
  424. 15:11actually generating this script, um, you
  425. 15:14can utilize cloud projects. It's up here
  426. 15:17in the top left corner. It is kind of
  427. 15:18the next level of cloud usage. I can
  428. 15:21definitely make you guys a full tutorial
  429. 15:24on how to set up your cloud projects,
  430. 15:25all that kind of stuff. But what that
  431. 15:27is, it's basically a customcoded or not
  432. 15:30coded but custommade script writing bot
  433. 15:32that is specific for your channel. So
  434. 15:35you don't have to always tell Claude um
  435. 15:38you know what length you want. You don't
  436. 15:40have to tell it what kind of style you
  437. 15:41want. You simply just um customize it
  438. 15:44with a bunch of scripts from your
  439. 15:45reference channel and then it will write
  440. 15:48perfect scripts every single time. Um, I
  441. 15:50usually use it for all of my projects,
  442. 15:52but it takes a few minutes to set up, so
  443. 15:53I don't want to bore you guys out with
  444. 15:55that. I can make a full video about it.
  445. 15:57Just leave a comment down below and I
  446. 16:00will make sure to do so if I see enough
  447. 16:02demand for it. But anyways, this is
  448. 16:04taking a bit long, so I'm going to skip
  449. 16:05to when the script is actually done and
  450. 16:08I'm going to show you guys the results.
  451. 16:09And as you can see, I now have a script
  452. 16:11here. Now, I did have to change up the
  453. 16:13prompt a little bit of cam since Cloud
  454. 16:15was stuck in some infinite loop of just
  455. 16:18loading. I tried just decreasing the
  456. 16:20length of the script and also removing
  457. 16:23the line that I want to create a history
  458. 16:25YouTube channel. It eventually worked.
  459. 16:27Pretty much the exact same prompt. You
  460. 16:29can play around with the length. I'm not
  461. 16:30sure if that was the issue. Uh but I
  462. 16:32have generated scripts that are 6,000
  463. 16:357,000 words in length. For some reason,
  464. 16:37just now when I was recording, of
  465. 16:39course, it met some kind of issue. But
  466. 16:41we have the script here. As you can see,
  467. 16:44it's a full script quite long. Um there
  468. 16:47a let's just look at the hook real
  469. 16:48quick. There's a span of time that gets
  470. 16:50overlooked. A period in our plan has
  471. 16:52passed so monumentally long that it
  472. 16:54dwarfs everything humans have ever
  473. 16:56accomplished accomplished. So what you
  474. 16:59would want to do with an AI script like
  475. 17:01this is generally the whole script is
  476. 17:03you know good. You don't have to super
  477. 17:06proofread through it and make big
  478. 17:07changes. It is just the hook that you
  479. 17:10need to improve. So the first two or
  480. 17:12three sentences are the most important.
  481. 17:15They're the most important part of your
  482. 17:17video essentially. So if you can improve
  483. 17:19them, of course do since yeah, it's it's
  484. 17:21quite a high lever task considering it
  485. 17:24can make or break your video. So always
  486. 17:26use a hook that is very similar to your
  487. 17:29reference video. If we take a look at
  488. 17:31the transcript that we used here, it
  489. 17:34says that there's a gap in time that
  490. 17:36nobody talks about. And our hook was
  491. 17:38Let's actually see here what we I think
  492. 17:41is this one. there's a span of time that
  493. 17:44gets overlooked. So that is very similar
  494. 17:46that is perfect. Um and we can simply
  495. 17:48move on now to the next part of the
  496. 17:51tutorial and the next part would be to
  497. 17:53generate the AI voiceover. Now usually
  498. 17:55you would use a site like 11 Labs. It is
  499. 17:58the website that everyone on YouTube
  500. 18:00talks about and to be frank it is the
  501. 18:02best voice over platform that there is.
  502. 18:05But what many people who aren't actually
  503. 18:07doing YouTube automation themselves
  504. 18:09don't know is that there are some
  505. 18:11lesserk known sites where you can save
  506. 18:13in on a lot of money. So for example, if
  507. 18:16we look at the pricing of 11 Labs here,
  508. 18:18if I can just find that somehow, here it
  509. 18:21is. Um, you get 500,000 credits for $99
  510. 18:26per month. Um, you get here 11 million
  511. 18:29credits for $1,320
  512. 18:32per month. Now, however, there is a
  513. 18:34separate site here um where you can get
  514. 18:379 million voice credits. And keep in
  515. 18:39mind, this is the exact same quality as
  516. 18:42LM Labs, if not the same voices. I'm
  517. 18:44actually not sure, but you get it for
  518. 18:46$39. So, you're saving, you know, over
  519. 18:49$1,200 just by using this site. And I'm
  520. 18:52not going to reveal it publicly here on
  521. 18:54YouTube since I don't know for how long
  522. 18:56this will be available. And I would
  523. 18:58rather make sure that it's available for
  524. 19:00everyone in my program. But if you
  525. 19:02really do want access to the site, just
  526. 19:04leave a comment on this video if you
  527. 19:07haven't got it yet. Also, leave a thumbs
  528. 19:09up, then just take a screenshot of this
  529. 19:10as proof and just direct message me on
  530. 19:13Instagram and I will let you know what
  531. 19:15the site is called. But yeah, the way
  532. 19:18that this would work is that you just
  533. 19:19access the labs after you have loaded up
  534. 19:22a few credits into your account. You can
  535. 19:24see that I have some credits here. Um,
  536. 19:26you would choose your voice, of course,
  537. 19:28here. And I bet you that we can find the
  538. 19:31same voice as the reference channel
  539. 19:33used. Let's just take a quick look at
  540. 19:34what voice they used once more.
  541. 19:37>> The sword took its final breath and the
  542. 19:39moment our ancestors started looking
  543. 19:42remotely h.
  544. 19:43>> So this voice if you are unfamiliar with
  545. 19:45the sleepy history niche is the most
  546. 19:48used voice ever. If we just go for
  547. 19:51sleepless historian here, this is one of
  548. 19:53the super big channels in this niche. um
  549. 19:57one of the first ones as well. Let's
  550. 19:59listen to the voice that they're using
  551. 20:00>> tonight. We're heading into the Middle
  552. 20:02Ages, a time when people saw,
  553. 20:04>> as you can see, exact same voice.
  554. 20:06They're all just using the same
  555. 20:08platform. Let's try to find the exact
  556. 20:10same voice here that they are using. So,
  557. 20:12it is kind of middle-aged, I would
  558. 20:14suppose. Let's use the filters here.
  559. 20:16It's middle. It's middle-aged. Um it is
  560. 20:21English, of course. accent. I would say
  561. 20:24it's kind of British in some way. Let's
  562. 20:26just keep it British and let's see if we
  563. 20:28can actually find this voice.
  564. 20:29>> I'm Liam to all mankind the stillness of
  565. 20:32the night. The US embassy. [music]
  566. 20:34Welcome.
  567. 20:35>> So, I found this one called Christopher
  568. 20:36here. It sounds very similar. It's not
  569. 20:39the exact same, I don't think, but it
  570. 20:40sounds very good. Let's listen to it.
  571. 20:42>> I wondered lonely as a cloud that floats
  572. 20:44on high or veils and hills.
  573. 20:46>> Definitely fits the vibe of the video
  574. 20:48that we're trying to create. So, I would
  575. 20:50just choose that one. clicking it like
  576. 20:53this. There we have Christopher. It kind
  577. 20:56of looks the same as 11 Labs does as
  578. 20:57well. So, you would just don't play
  579. 20:59around with any of the settings.
  580. 21:00Definitely don't do so. Make sure that
  581. 21:02you're using the multilingual V2 or the
  582. 21:05latest model that they have. And then
  583. 21:07you can simply go back over to your
  584. 21:09script. Copy a big part of the script.
  585. 21:12Um, I wouldn't copy all of it. rather
  586. 21:14generate it in parts since if there's
  587. 21:16some very big mistake or the AI breaks
  588. 21:19um then you don't want to burn through a
  589. 21:22lot of credits of course for example
  590. 21:24let's just do this one head back over to
  591. 21:28the website paste it in credit voice
  592. 21:31confirm and you'll just see that it gets
  593. 21:33added to your timeline kind of like this
  594. 21:36I'll get back to when it's done so that
  595. 21:37we can listen to the result and perfect
  596. 21:39the voice over here is now done let's
  597. 21:41just play it out
  598. 21:42>> there's a span of time that gets
  599. 21:43overlooked a period in our planet's past
  600. 21:46so monumentally long that it dwarfs
  601. 21:48everything humans have ever
  602. 21:50accomplished.
  603. 21:51>> This might even be the exact same voice.
  604. 21:54I'm not sure. Uh but it sounds very
  605. 21:55good. You can see that the quality is
  606. 21:57great, the cadence is great, the flow is
  607. 21:59great, everything is good, and it's
  608. 22:01exactly as we wanted for our video. So,
  609. 22:03we would just go ahead and download this
  610. 22:05in the bottom right corner like this.
  611. 22:07See that is downloaded as the MP3 file.
  612. 22:10And this means that we now can move on
  613. 22:11to the next part which would be
  614. 22:13gathering the different visuals. And as
  615. 22:16you can see the reference channel they
  616. 22:18just have they just kind of go between
  617. 22:20these different images. They have some
  618. 22:22kind of fire sparkle overlay. They have
  619. 22:25the captions in jello and that is all
  620. 22:28they have for the entire video. So the
  621. 22:31images we would of course create with
  622. 22:33AI. Now a big disclaimer. If you're
  623. 22:36completely broke, you could potentially
  624. 22:38find these images online one by one. Uh
  625. 22:41but if you have a budget for it or you
  626. 22:42want unique images, then you can create
  627. 22:44them with AI to tailor them more and
  628. 22:47make your content um look more and
  629. 22:50become more engaging. So, I'm going to
  630. 22:51show you the way of things, but if you
  631. 22:54do want to find them manually, you can
  632. 22:55use a site called Pixabay um and just
  633. 22:58search up the different images that you
  634. 23:01want to. It's going to take you longer
  635. 23:02searching for them. Um, but it's of
  636. 23:05course it's free. There's no copyright
  637. 23:06to these images since they are on
  638. 23:08Pixabay, uh, which is a copyright free
  639. 23:11website. Um, yeah, I just wanted to give
  640. 23:13you guys both of the options. Right. So,
  641. 23:15before we move on, I had to switch up
  642. 23:17the location here. I very quickly
  643. 23:19traveled to my family for the holidays.
  644. 23:22But the way that you want to generate
  645. 23:23the AI images and you know keep the same
  646. 23:27style for your entire channel get some
  647. 23:29kind of um you know branded feeling or
  648. 23:32or at least maintain a very um distinct
  649. 23:35style for your images. And let's also
  650. 23:37use the reference channel as an example
  651. 23:40here. So we're going to use chat gypty
  652. 23:42to generate the image prompt here. It's
  653. 23:44going to make our life a lot easier. Uh
  654. 23:46but since we want the uh style to match
  655. 23:50whatever these guys have used kind of
  656. 23:51the illustrated um style almost we are
  657. 23:54just going to take a screenshot from
  658. 23:57their YouTube like this. Boom. Then head
  659. 23:59back over to chat and enter a prompt
  660. 24:02that looks something like this. So I'm
  661. 24:04creating images as visuals for my
  662. 24:06history channel and I need you to turn
  663. 24:08my script into prompts that can be used
  664. 24:10to generate relevant images in Leonardo
  665. 24:12AI which is the tool that we're going to
  666. 24:14use. I will also upload an image of the
  667. 24:16style that I want my own generations to
  668. 24:18follow. So, describe it in the prompt
  669. 24:20itself. Then, simply just add the photo
  670. 24:23that you just took like this. Boom. And
  671. 24:27also paste in the script from Claude.
  672. 24:30So, this is just the intro that I got
  673. 24:31from Claude. Um, that should be enough.
  674. 24:34And we're going to get a bunch of image
  675. 24:36prompts. Now, I said previously that um
  676. 24:39this will be faster than uh finding
  677. 24:41images on Pixabay. It's kind of it kind
  678. 24:44of depends how you set up your workflow,
  679. 24:46but uh t usually this will actually this
  680. 24:49might actually take longer uh than
  681. 24:51finding images on Pixabay, but it does
  682. 24:53give your channel the more kind of
  683. 24:55unique vibe to it. It feels higher
  684. 24:57effort than just taking a bunch of stock
  685. 24:59footage from Pixabay. Um, so you can
  686. 25:02completely choose yourself if you want
  687. 25:03to spend a little bit more money um to,
  688. 25:06you know, get custom images that fits
  689. 25:08your story or if you just want to use
  690. 25:10Pixabay as we talked about earlier to
  691. 25:12get all of the content for free. Of
  692. 25:15course, you do have to sit there and and
  693. 25:16gather all of the content. But you see
  694. 25:18here, Chelsea is going to generate a
  695. 25:21bunch of image prompts right here that
  696. 25:24we can then use in Leonardo. Um, so
  697. 25:26let's just take the first one. A vast
  698. 25:28prehistoric landscape blah blah blah
  699. 25:30blah blah. Copy that. Then you're just
  700. 25:32going to head over to Leonardo that
  701. 25:34looks like this. This is the kind of app
  702. 25:36itself. When you have logged in, press
  703. 25:38on image. You're going to be taken to
  704. 25:40this um kind of view. This is where you
  705. 25:43paste in your prompt in the top middle.
  706. 25:46Um, and here you have some settings to
  707. 25:48the left. And you want to make sure that
  708. 25:49these are correct in the 169 aspect
  709. 25:52ratio so that you get images that are
  710. 25:55made for YouTube the landscape um kind
  711. 25:58of frame. Make them large. If you know
  712. 26:01you can really choose yourself but if
  713. 26:03you make them large it will have more
  714. 26:04pixels. It will come out as more sharp
  715. 26:07and you know more detailed images.
  716. 26:10Number of images you can completely
  717. 26:11choose yourself. This will drain more
  718. 26:13credits. Um, so if I do paste this
  719. 26:16generation now and press on generate, it
  720. 26:18will generate four images instead of
  721. 26:20just one. So let's just keep it at four.
  722. 26:24Um, and then style. You can choose this
  723. 26:27whatever fits your style the best. We
  724. 26:29don't want cinematic. We want kind of
  725. 26:32let's see here what styles we can use.
  726. 26:35Let's just use the uh let's just use
  727. 26:39none for this example. And then we can
  728. 26:42just go ahead and generate the prompt.
  729. 26:45Uh we can also here to even go the XML
  730. 26:47also here upload the um screenshot that
  731. 26:50we took earlier as a style reference as
  732. 26:53that will really ensure that this style
  733. 26:55is correct. Um so let's just do that
  734. 26:58like this. Press on generate and I'll be
  735. 27:01back once the images are completed.
  736. 27:04Right. So the first few generations uh
  737. 27:07got done here. This is how it turned
  738. 27:08out. So, this style looks similar, but
  739. 27:11it has its own unique feeling. Um, you
  740. 27:14know, this is completely up to you how
  741. 27:16you want this style to look and how you
  742. 27:17want to brand your channel. Um, I would
  743. 27:20just go with this. I also even generated
  744. 27:22the next prompt in this series as well,
  745. 27:25which is focusing on dinosaurs. This is
  746. 27:27the same style as this one can be used.
  747. 27:30Um, but you can really change the prompt
  748. 27:32however you want to in order to, you
  749. 27:34know, change the colors, change whatever
  750. 27:36the focus in the style is. You can even
  751. 27:38use a different reference image here if
  752. 27:40you want to have it look different. Then
  753. 27:42you just go back to shadow two. Copy the
  754. 27:45next prompt. Paste it in, you know, like
  755. 27:48this. Sorry, like this. Press on
  756. 27:51generate. Then just go back, take the
  757. 27:53next one. And then you just repeat this
  758. 27:55process until you have um generated all
  759. 27:58of the prompts and you have images for
  760. 28:01your entire script. So you see this is
  761. 28:02very similar um to the actually
  762. 28:06reference image that we have. Let's take
  763. 28:07a look at that one here. You can see
  764. 28:09here that it's quite similar. So,
  765. 28:11they've just done it like this and maybe
  766. 28:13a more kind of cartoonish feeling
  767. 28:15instead of illustration. And then they
  768. 28:17just added the captions in their editing
  769. 28:20software. So, this is how you would
  770. 28:22generate images. You then just go ahead
  771. 28:24and download each and every one of them.
  772. 28:27Now, an extra tip. If you do have the
  773. 28:29credits that you want to burn, many
  774. 28:31channels what they do is that in the
  775. 28:33beginning they have an animated image
  776. 28:35instead of only the um still image to
  777. 28:39just make the content more engaging and
  778. 28:42actually hook people in better. So what
  779. 28:43you can do in Leonardo and why this is
  780. 28:45so great, press on the little icon here,
  781. 28:48generate video. Then you can see here
  782. 28:50you just have the prompt make a video of
  783. 28:52this image. generate and it will take
  784. 28:55the image that you just generated um
  785. 28:58with Leonardo previously the image and
  786. 29:00it will turn it into a video which can
  787. 29:04look quite well. You can see I've done
  788. 29:05it before here and it looks very
  789. 29:08realistic. It looks amazing. Um this was
  790. 29:11for another video tutorial that I posted
  791. 29:13on the channel. So let's see what
  792. 29:14happens here. Um you can see that it
  793. 29:16kind of just moves forward. Looks kind
  794. 29:19of weird since we have an illustration
  795. 29:21here. it wasn't really a realistic
  796. 29:23image. Um, but you're free to play
  797. 29:25around with this as you want to, of
  798. 29:28course. So, you would just go ahead and
  799. 29:31download each and every one of these
  800. 29:32images. Uh, like this. I think this is
  801. 29:35the best one. Press on download. And
  802. 29:37then I think that this is the best one.
  803. 29:41Moving on. I think that
  804. 29:43I think that this is the best one. And
  805. 29:46then, yeah, it just keeps going and you
  806. 29:48just download all of the images. Now, I
  807. 29:51mentioned this before. You can also use
  808. 29:52Pixabay. Um, let's just see here. Search
  809. 29:56for like dinosaur. Um, and you can
  810. 29:59actually mix in either images or videos
  811. 30:03from Pixabay. You can see that these are
  812. 30:05looking very modern. But if we actually
  813. 30:07go back and press on videos instead and
  814. 30:10search for um whole dinosaur for
  815. 30:13example, then you will get a bunch of
  816. 30:15different videos that you could
  817. 30:16potentially use for your own um you know
  818. 30:21content. And this will save you money,
  819. 30:24but it will also, if you do it the right
  820. 30:26way, make your content way more engaging
  821. 30:29um if you actually pay attention to the
  822. 30:30videos that you add to your content. If
  823. 30:34we even quickly go back to the reference
  824. 30:36channel here, we will see that they have
  825. 30:37some kind of fire particle effect here.
  826. 30:40>> Disaster, massive tsunamis that scoured
  827. 30:44coastline.
  828. 30:45>> You can see that there's some kind of
  829. 30:46fire particle effect even to make it
  830. 30:48better than your competitors. And what
  831. 30:50many people do is that they add some
  832. 30:52kind of campfire sound. It makes a lot
  833. 30:54of sense to this kind of uh fire
  834. 30:56particle effect as well. And for this we
  835. 30:58can actually utilize Pixel Bay since
  836. 31:01they have everything. They have music,
  837. 31:02sound effects, everything that you can
  838. 31:04ever want. Uh music, for example. Let's
  839. 31:07just search for uh fireplace
  840. 31:11crackling. For example, crackling and
  841. 31:14see what we get.
  842. 31:18That is not a fireplace crackling.
  843. 31:24Not really what we're looking for. All
  844. 31:25right. So, I actually switched over to
  845. 31:27the sound effects category and search
  846. 31:29for fireplace once again. And I found
  847. 31:31this one at the top.
  848. 31:35You know, sounds like a cozy campfire.
  849. 31:38So, we'll just go ahead and download
  850. 31:39that as well, which will be able to loop
  851. 31:41across the entire video. It's a 5 minute
  852. 31:44long audio file as well. So, that's
  853. 31:45quite good. Then, now for the last part,
  854. 31:47we need the fire particles also. For
  855. 31:50that, you go over to videos. I believe
  856. 31:52it should be. Then just enter something
  857. 31:54like oops fire particles like this. And
  858. 31:58when you search for this, you should be
  859. 32:00getting a bunch of different results.
  860. 32:02I'll just go scroll through a bunch of
  861. 32:04these and uh see when we can find
  862. 32:07something that can be used. All right,
  863. 32:08so I found this one. And honestly, this
  864. 32:10will be good enough. It does have a
  865. 32:12black background, but you can just drag
  866. 32:14down the opacity a lot and you will see
  867. 32:16only a glimpse of the particles. And
  868. 32:19there are, of course, better ways to
  869. 32:21solve this. And if you have an editor,
  870. 32:22they can make it way better. But for a
  871. 32:25kind of DIY solution, this will be just
  872. 32:28fine. So just go ahead and download this
  873. 32:30one. You know, this will do. And now at
  874. 32:33this point, if you followed all of these
  875. 32:35steps, you got the overlay, you got the
  876. 32:37music, aka the um fire crackling sounds
  877. 32:41to make it cozy. You got all of the
  878. 32:43images from Leonardo AI, maybe even
  879. 32:46videos if you've animated them. So now
  880. 32:48you should be able to put together all
  881. 32:50of this content into a video uh that you
  882. 32:53then can post on YouTube. And it really
  883. 32:55isn't harder than this to start your
  884. 32:58first channel. Now what many people do
  885. 32:59who run these big big operations is that
  886. 33:02they create systems with for example N8
  887. 33:05that can generate these images
  888. 33:07automatically. It generates the script
  889. 33:09automatically, the voice over,
  890. 33:10everything. I could show that in a
  891. 33:13separate video if you guys want. Make
  892. 33:15sure to comment and let me know. It's a
  893. 33:17quite an in-depth uh process. It will
  894. 33:20take a lot of time to create. So, I'll
  895. 33:22only do it if a bunch of you guys want
  896. 33:24to see it. Uh but let me show you how
  897. 33:26you put all of this together manually
  898. 33:28into a video. And once you have learned
  899. 33:30this process, you can actually just
  900. 33:31outsource this to a virtual assistant as
  901. 33:34well, which I'll get to in a few
  902. 33:36minutes. So, in order to put all of this
  903. 33:37together and do it the free and easy
  904. 33:39way, you just head over to Cap Cut. It's
  905. 33:42a web- based editing software. Press on
  906. 33:44create new in the top left corner. 16
  907. 33:46to9 aspect ratio as always. And here you
  908. 33:48just click to upload all of the assets
  909. 33:50that you've generated the images, sound
  910. 33:52effects, also the voice over. Um, but
  911. 33:55I'll just do so and get back to you.
  912. 33:56Great. So you can see that I've added
  913. 33:58all of the assets here now. Um, so first
  914. 34:00of all, just press on the voice over,
  915. 34:02add it like a track here. Then of course
  916. 34:05take your fire particles. You can add it
  917. 34:08as a separate track as well like this.
  918. 34:11And then you can take the actual, you
  919. 34:15know, images that you want to add to the
  920. 34:17footage. I think this one was first in
  921. 34:19line. Then you just add the next one.
  922. 34:22Then you add the next one. And you
  923. 34:24basically just repeat this process with
  924. 34:26adding all of the images in the correct
  925. 34:28order. Now, if you want to make this
  926. 34:31even better, you have a little little
  927. 34:33add a transition button here that you
  928. 34:35can see. Just press on that one. And
  929. 34:36then if you go into classic, you should
  930. 34:38be able to find black fit. And then if
  931. 34:41you press on itally,
  932. 34:42>> you'll see that it gets added between
  933. 34:43the clips. Then press on basic and just
  934. 34:45press on apply to all. So that will
  935. 34:47apply this same transition effect
  936. 34:49between every single image. It will save
  937. 34:51you a bunch of time. Now our screen is
  938. 34:53obviously black which is not what we
  939. 34:55want because this overlay thing is just
  940. 34:57covering everything. So just press on
  941. 34:59that one as well. Press on basic here in
  942. 35:01the top right corner. And then drag down
  943. 35:03the opacity. And you'll see that
  944. 35:05suddenly you have let's say your video
  945. 35:08like this. something like this. And if
  946. 35:11we play, you'll see that the fire
  947. 35:13particles will be on the screen.
  948. 35:14>> There's a span of time that gets
  949. 35:16overlooked. A period in our planet's
  950. 35:18path so monumentally long that it
  951. 35:21>> So that is how simple the video creation
  952. 35:24really is. Now, this is obviously just a
  953. 35:26kind of fasttrack version, showing you
  954. 35:28how everything is made. Then you can do
  955. 35:30each one of these steps more higher
  956. 35:32quality or worse quality if you want to
  957. 35:34by animating the images as we mentioned
  958. 35:36or adding you know pixabay uh stock
  959. 35:39footage clips also works really well.
  960. 35:41Then the last step would be to add also
  961. 35:42the fireplace loop kind of crackling
  962. 35:46sound. We should also drag down the
  963. 35:48volume of that slightly. Let's do it
  964. 35:50like this so it's in the background
  965. 35:51only. And let's play it out and see how
  966. 35:53it sounds.
  967. 35:53>> There's a span of time that gets
  968. 35:55overlooked. a period in.
  969. 35:57>> Okay, so it was not loud enough. Let's
  970. 36:00just drag it up like this. We'll see.
  971. 36:02>> Our planet's past so monumentally long
  972. 36:05that it dwarfs everything humans have
  973. 36:07ever accomplished, 300 million years.
  974. 36:10>> You see, it feels like a campfire story.
  975. 36:12And then if you want to do the last
  976. 36:14thing that will be kind of the cherry on
  977. 36:16top of the cake, you just press on
  978. 36:17captions here to the left and then auto
  979. 36:20captions. And uh here you'll be able to
  980. 36:22generate the auto captions for the
  981. 36:24entire video which you'll see here what
  982. 36:26happens. So you'll get all of the text
  983. 36:29on screen throughout the entire video.
  984. 36:31And boom, you are done. You can also
  985. 36:32even change the way that this text looks
  986. 36:35by pressing on basic up here in the top
  987. 36:38or actually presets might be. Yeah,
  988. 36:39presets. And then you can choose either
  989. 36:41one of this if you want to or you can
  990. 36:43even customize the text as you want to
  991. 36:45yourself in the u basic tab here. And
  992. 36:48when you want to set down the project,
  993. 36:50you just press on export, download, and
  994. 36:53uh make sure that the settings are the
  995. 36:55highest they possibly can be. And
  996. 36:57before, then just export. And that's
  997. 36:59done. Now, the reason why I'm not doing
  998. 37:01a super in-depth video for the tutorial
  999. 37:03is because I really want you guys to
1000. 37:04understand that your job is not to sit
1001. 37:07there and make these videos yourself,
1002. 37:09spending hours on that. So, you should
1003. 37:11just learn the process and become very
1004. 37:13good at it. you know experiment with
1005. 37:15your own unique editing touches or
1006. 37:17whatever for your own niche but then you
  1007. 37:19should outsource this to a virtual
1008. 37:21assistant. Now with this AI channels why
1009. 37:24they are very very costefficient and
1010. 37:26convenient is first of all the process
1011. 37:29that I showed here it cost you very very
1012. 37:31little money if you compare it with what
1013. 37:33you would have to do in the past hiring
1014. 37:35freelancers. Now you can do all of this
1015. 37:37with AI very easily and it's going to
1016. 37:39cost you basically nothing. And then
1017. 37:41when you want to automate this and
1018. 37:43actually turn your channel into, you
1019. 37:45know, something like this where they can
1020. 37:47post very very long videos. Let's see
1021. 37:49how often they post. They post one and a
1022. 37:51half hour videos every single day. Uh
1023. 37:53which would require you to put in a lot
1024. 37:55of work uh with the stuff that I showed
1025. 37:57you in the tutorial to make it happen.
1026. 37:59These guys are also posting um maybe
1027. 38:03even twice per day it seems. And they're
1028. 38:04posting over one hour video, one and a
1029. 38:07half hours. And for you to be able to
1030. 38:08actually match this and follow the same
1031. 38:10strategy, you would need to outsource
1032. 38:12the content production to someone else
1033. 38:14that can just sit there and do this day
1034. 38:16in and day out. And to spare you guys a
1035. 38:18bunch of time and money, they are not
1036. 38:20hiring editors to, you know, edit this
1037. 38:22content professionally and um cost you a
1038. 38:25bunch of money. What these guys are
1039. 38:27doing and what is working really really
1040. 38:29well is that they are just hiring a
1041. 38:31virtual assistant from something like
1042. 38:33Upwork. So, you can see here, this is a
1043. 38:36job post that I made a month ago or two.
1044. 38:38Um, I basically just wrote in my job
1045. 38:40post. Let's see if we can see the job
1046. 38:43post itself. Uh, yeah. So, we're looking
  1047. 38:45for full-time virtual assistants to help
1048. 38:46with creating and posting content on
  1049. 38:48YouTube. Um, you know what you'll do. I
1050. 38:51just mapped out all of the stuff that
1051. 38:53they will do. Upload and schedule
1052. 38:54videos. Create videos using our own
1053. 38:56custom tool. Um, so there's no custom
1054. 38:59tool really. It's just the process that
1055. 39:01I just showed. And yeah, I just compile
  1056. 39:04everything that I've gone through in
  1057. 39:05this tutorial or even make a t tutorial
1058. 39:08like this yourself for your freelancers
1059. 39:10and then just provide that to the
1060. 39:12virtual assistant that can complete this
1061. 39:15work for $5, even less here, $3 an hour
1062. 39:19some of them will work for. And uh in
1063. 39:22one hour you can potentially get done
1064. 39:23with a entire video or half a video. So
1065. 39:26you would pay someone let's say $7 um if
1066. 39:31you're coming with three times two seven
  1067. 39:33$67
1068. 39:34um for a single video including all of
1069. 39:38the tool costs. So you can in theory get
  1070. 39:40away with you know $10 $15 total for a
1071. 39:43single one and a half hour video and
1072. 39:45that I can tell you is very very cheap
1073. 39:47if you compare to what YouTube
1074. 39:49automation used to cost just a year ago.
1075. 39:52So we've come a very long way in in
1076. 39:55terms of using AI and making it super
1077. 39:57super costefficient and that is why it's
1078. 40:00working really really well for me for
1079. 40:02all of the people in my program and for
1080. 40:04many other people who have been early to
1081. 40:06just integrating AI into their strategy.
  1082. 40:09Now, when you've hired your freelancer
1083. 40:11here or your virtual assistant um and
1084. 40:14you're actually scaling up to multiple
  1085. 40:16channels or a bigger team that you it's
1086. 40:18going to be crucial that you set up
1087. 40:20these systems and these SOPs in a very
  1088. 40:22structured manner and actually have a
  1089. 40:24good workflow. Otherwise, everything
1090. 40:26will just burst into chaos and you'll
1091. 40:28you'll get a big headache from having to
1092. 40:31to fix all of these things and actually
1093. 40:32be in the business, you know,
1094. 40:35extinguishing fires all the time. So,
1095. 40:37I'm not going to talk too much about
1096. 40:39this because it's not too relevant for
1097. 40:40everyone of you watching this content
1098. 40:42that are beginners, but this is my
1099. 40:45upcoming software. We just launched the
1100. 40:48uh private beta. So, think of all of the
1101. 40:50regular tools, Trello, Discord, Slack,
1102. 40:53you know, sending payments to
1103. 40:54freelancers, everything will be in one
1104. 40:56platform. Um, so it's going to be great.
1105. 40:59I'm using this myself and it's saving me
1106. 41:01tens of hours every single month. Um,
1107. 41:03you can read more about it on
  1108. 41:05cloudboard.com.
1109. 41:06But yeah, it's not too relevant for you
1110. 41:09guys as beginners. So rather put this on
1111. 41:11your memory and when you do scale up and
1112. 41:13have a bigger team, this can become very
1113. 41:16very interesting for you. Nonetheless,
1114. 41:18you can sign up to the beta weight list
1115. 41:20and you'll be notified when we launch
1116. 41:23either way. Uh but I just wanted to
1117. 41:25mention it because it genuinely will
1118. 41:26save you a bunch of time and money um if
1119. 41:28you are approved for the tool. But once
  1120. 41:31again, I can't promise that you guys
1121. 41:33with small teams will be approved as
1122. 41:35we're looking for big agencies, big
1123. 41:38teams that have, for example, 15 plus
1124. 41:41freelancers. Uh those are the main
1125. 41:44clients that we're working with at the
1126. 41:46moment. Now, a last thing and to once
1127. 41:48again explain why these channels are
1128. 41:50performing so so great is like I've
1129. 41:54probably mentioned this already, but you
1130. 41:56can see that all of them are posting one
1131. 41:58and a half hour long videos. um all of
1132. 42:00them are posting very very often and
1133. 42:02this kind of strategy actually makes a
1134. 42:04lot of sense if you just think about it.
1135. 42:06So YouTube as a whole they just want you
1136. 42:09as the creator to keep the viewer on
1137. 42:12their platform for as long as possible.
1138. 42:14And psychologically, if you are creating
  1139. 42:16a twohour long video or a one-hour long
1140. 42:19video in relation to if you were be were
1141. 42:21to be creating a seven minute video, it
1142. 42:24will be a lot easier for you to get a
1143. 42:26viewer to stay on the platform for as
1144. 42:28many minutes as possible with the 1 hour
1145. 42:31video. Because someone who starts
1146. 42:32watching a video if like they see the
1147. 42:34timeline at all times how much they've
  1148. 42:36progressed through it and they're
  1149. 42:38without them realizing it they're very
1150. 42:40inclined to watch your video for longer
1151. 42:43than if it was just a 7 minute video. So
1152. 42:46by people having access to a very very
  1153. 42:49costefficient workflow with AI they're
1154. 42:52able to create much longer content
1155. 42:54spending less money than what you would
1156. 42:57need to spend to create seven minute
1157. 42:58videos in the past. And that's why there
1158. 43:00all of these channels are kind of
1159. 43:02exploiting uh the fact that their
  1160. 43:04competitors haven't been able to achieve
1161. 43:06this yet. So all of these different
  1162. 43:08slipper history channels, you'll see
  1163. 43:10that they're posting super super long
1164. 43:12videos. That is due to it just
1165. 43:14performing better. And also just as a
1166. 43:17bonus on top of this, it can boost your
1167. 43:19RPM by almost 2xed. So you could be
1168. 43:23creating the exact same content but just
1169. 43:25making it longer. And that way you earn
1170. 43:27double the amount of money or triple
1171. 43:29even in some cases from just having a
1172. 43:31much longer video length. And lastly,
1173. 43:33the reason why they are posting so so
1174. 43:36often, this is also just a byproduct of
1175. 43:38them using AI. So before posting a 1 and
1176. 43:42a half hour video every single day, that
1177. 43:44would require you to have a quite a big
1178. 43:46team which would drain you a lot of
1179. 43:48money and resources first of all, but
1180. 43:50it's very hard for you to manage this
1181. 43:52big team and keep sticking to this
1182. 43:54schedule. Now with AI, since it has
1183. 43:57become so easy and anyone without any
1184. 43:59kind of knowledge can create this kind
1185. 44:01of content, it it it's made it so much
1186. 44:04easier for everyone to stick to a one
1187. 44:05upload per day schedule with super long
1188. 44:08content. So by uploading once per day,
1189. 44:10you first of all get so much more data
1190. 44:13to to reiterate on. So you'll much
1191. 44:15faster hit your first viral video since
1192. 44:18you're just naturally uploading more and
1193. 44:20it's easier for your channel to get
1194. 44:21picked up by the algorithm as YouTube
1195. 44:24they want you to upload as much as
1196. 44:26possible initially as long as you're not
1197. 44:28spamming the platform. They want to see
1198. 44:30an active channel that is just uploading
1199. 44:32all the time. So that's the kind of
1200. 44:34current meta with these AI channels and
1201. 44:36why I'm making so much content about
1202. 44:37them. Like this is the strategy that
1203. 44:39I've done myself. It is the reason why
1204. 44:42I've been very successful with YouTube
1205. 44:43automation and I just know that it can
1206. 44:46be very feasible for beginners to get
1207. 44:48into since the barrier to entry is so so
1208. 44:52low. Keep in mind this will not be
1209. 44:54around forever. This possibility is just
1210. 44:56the first people that learn AI and
1211. 44:59really put their their minds to it to
1212. 45:01start channels that are successful. But
1213. 45:03for those of you guys that are watching
1214. 45:04this video and genuinely applying this
1215. 45:06knowledge and trying to learn more,
1216. 45:08trying to figure out how you can make it
1217. 45:09even better for your own niche and
1218. 45:11channels, this will be invaluable. Now
1219. 45:14guys, I'm not going to make this video
1220. 45:15too long. If you want me to show a full
1221. 45:17tutorial on how you can automate all of
1222. 45:20this with NAN and basically just make it
  1223. 45:22a one-click automation. You enter your
1224. 45:25video topic and everything gets created
1225. 45:27what we've done here manually. then let
1226. 45:29me know in the comments because I can
1227. 45:31definitely make that. It just requires a
1228. 45:33bunch of work really to set it up. Um
1229. 45:35but I can do it if you guys want to see
1230. 45:37it. Apart from this, if you like to
1231. 45:39class yourself as a creative person and
1232. 45:41you think YouTube automation and this AI
1233. 45:43opportunity is very interesting um that
1234. 45:46I would like to share with you some very
1235. 45:47important news that are coming up. You
1236. 45:49have a very good opportunity in front of
1237. 45:51you that is completely free that I just
1238. 45:54want to share with you. So, I have a
1239. 45:56program called Faceless Launchpad where
1240. 45:58we basically just do everything that I
1241. 46:00talk about here on YouTube except we
1242. 46:02provide people with coaching and the
1243. 46:04resources needed to to really guarantee
1244. 46:06that you succeed. You know, Sav here
  1245. 46:08like I couldn't make this up. This is
1246. 46:09posted from Savior here but monies on
  1247. 46:11Christmas morning. That's kind of cool.
1248. 46:13You see that results just go on and on
1249. 46:14and on. Ashton here as well. interview
1250. 46:17coming out with Aston really really soon
1251. 46:20of how he's been able to achieve his
1252. 46:22results very fast with YouTube. I think
1253. 46:25we have more here like Gus, he made 12K
1254. 46:27in his first 20 days of monetization.
  1255. 46:30Pretty cool. Over $2,000 in a single
1256. 46:33day, which is absolutely crazy. So, the
1257. 46:35whole strategy that all of these
1258. 46:37students are using and that I'm using
1259. 46:39myself, I'm actually going to be going
1260. 46:41over that in a free master class, like a
1261. 46:44free training that I'm hosting live with
  1262. 46:46me sitting there answering everyone's
1263. 46:48questions, just sharing everything with
1264. 46:49my strategy for free um in six days as
1265. 46:52of recording this right now. So, it
1266. 46:54might be even shorter. It's going to be
1267. 46:56January 3rd. Um, it might be even
1268. 46:58shorter when this video is coming out or
  1269. 47:01perhaps you're watching this video after
1270. 47:02the mass class has taken place. But if
1271. 47:05it still has not happened while you're
1272. 47:06still watching this video, you know,
1273. 47:08grab your free ticket while they are
1274. 47:10still still available. I'm going to be
1275. 47:11going over everything. You also get a,
1276. 47:14you know, six figure niche list as
1277. 47:15you're signing up to the event for free.
1278. 47:17I don't ask for anything in return. So
1279. 47:20yeah, sign up if you want to learn more
1280. 47:21about AI channels and how we make it
1281. 47:23work. also a little more about the
  1282. 47:25faceless launchpad program that I'm
1283. 47:27hosting since on the master class for
1284. 47:30everyone that is interested. I will also
1285. 47:32be giving a very very interesting offer
1286. 47:35um for the people that want to take this
1287. 47:37very seriously and actually get into
  1288. 47:39YouTube. And if it's already happened,
1289. 47:41you can just check another link in the
1290. 47:42description. You can work with us still
1291. 47:44in the program. However, you will not
  1292. 47:46get the masterclass benefits, but that's
1293. 47:49completely fine because it will still
1294. 47:50help you uh grow on YouTube nonetheless.
1295. 47:53So, that is all for this video.
