  1. 0:00Walid Masani. Hi, Alex. Sales motion
  2. 0:03question. I run These are fun. Are these
  3. 0:05cool? I think these are good. These are
  4. 0:06fun. This is a really good I'm glad I'm
  5. 0:08glad we did this, guys. This was This
  6. 0:09was good.
  7. 0:10I run a business that sells AI workshops
  8. 0:12to businesses, okay? We're now doing
  9. 0:13300,000 profit a year. What do you think
  10. 0:15the best sales process to get enterprise
  11. 0:17clients?
  12. 0:19Um
  13. 0:20>> [sighs]
  14. 0:20>> I mean, there's a lot of ways to get
  15. 0:21enterprise clients. Um
  16. 0:24It's probably going to be It's outbound
  17. 0:25and demonstration. And when I say
  18. 0:27demonstration, I mean more proof, not
  19. 0:28like a demo.
  20. 0:30Um so, it's saying like, "Here's company
  21. 0:32X. We cut their call team from 30 people
  22. 0:34to three using AI." Right? And so, it's
  23. 0:36You want to have demonstrated cost
  24. 0:38savings for someone who's as similar to
  25. 0:39them as humanly possible.
  26. 0:41Um but it would probably be like if I
  27. 0:43were going into this, I would probably
  28. 0:44go outbound as my first and cheapest
  29. 0:46strategy. I would make content
  30. 0:49organically that is only targeted for
  31. 0:51enterprise clients. Um and then I'd say
  32. 0:54tertiarily, um I would consider going to
  33. 0:56trade shows. It depends on the size of
  34. 0:57the enterprise client you want. Um but
  35. 0:59if you have a especially a niche of
  36. 1:00enterprise client, then I think trade
  37. 1:02shows and conferences are among the
  38. 1:03highest return if you know how to do it
  39. 1:04right. You could absolutely print it
  40. 1:06those.
  41. 1:09Lo-fi Beats Collective. How to get sales
  42. 1:11where one-on-one sales don't work?
  43. 1:20Have a checkout page.
  44. 1:22And then
  45. 1:23do a presentation one-to-many before
  46. 1:25that, and then tell them to go buy
  47. 1:26there.
  48. 1:31I mean, I think one-on-one sales always
  49. 1:33work. It's just they might not be worth
  50. 1:34it. If they're not worth it cuz it's not
  51. 1:36worth paying the team,
  52. 1:37then you're pushing people to checkout
  53. 1:39page and you educate them ahead of time
  54. 1:40via ads and presentations.
  55. 1:42That's it. Either live or recorded.
  56. 1:43That's kind of the jam.
  57. 1:45Becoming Alexander. All right, let's not
