  5. 0:13Thank you. It is so good to be here.
  6. 0:18[applause]
  7. 0:19Thank you. Please have a seat. You're

  9. 0:23You are the VIPs.
  10. 0:26God bless you.
  11. 0:29Well, we've had a good day
  12. 0:33and uh it's been inspiring to me.
  13. 0:38Trent, you can sign me up.
  14. 0:43>> I'm ready to double down.
  15. 0:45>> Okay. Okay.
  16. 0:49>> Evette, your mother, where are you,
  17. 0:52Evette?
  18. 0:54Your mother's last comment in that video
  19. 0:59captured the whole message of the video
  20. 1:02you just saw.
  21. 1:08[applause]
  22. 1:12I want to express the deepest
  23. 1:14appreciation to our Unicity corporate
  24. 1:17staff. They've worked so hard for this
  25. 1:20to be great.
  26. 1:23>> [cheering]
  27. 1:26[applause]
  28. 1:29[laughter]
  29. 1:30>> And since there's a few of them in my
  30. 1:32family, I I'm really glad it's turned
  31. 1:35out because it would have been an
  32. 1:36uncomfortable weekend, right?
  33. 1:42But they've worked hard, every one of
  34. 1:43them. I'm so proud of them. I'm so
  35. 1:45grateful for them.
  36. 1:48>> Yeah.
  37. 1:50[applause]
  38. 1:50>> [cheering]
  39. 1:52>> But as you've heard today from so many,
  40. 1:56this is just the beginning.
  41. 1:59We are really launching North America
  42. 2:03today.
  43. 2:05[cheering]
  44. 2:07[applause]
  45. 2:08The problem is so vast. The problem is
  46. 2:11so huge that for the last few years,
  47. 2:14we've just been assembling the team.
  48. 2:18That's all. just assembling the team.
  49. 2:21But now we go forth in earnest.
  50. 2:25Talented, intelligent, motivated,
  51. 2:28committed, thousands of us.
  52. 2:31Now we're beginning to have the ability
  53. 2:34to make a dent, an impact
  54. 2:37on the problem,
  55. 2:39change the world.
  56. 2:42And I've been around this world a few
  57. 2:44times
  58. 2:46and I can tell you if we can solve this
  59. 2:49problem,
  60. 2:51at least begin to make a big impact on
  61. 2:54solving it, we will literally roll
  62. 2:59across the earth with this solution
  63. 3:03[cheering]
  64. 3:04[applause] because North America grows
  65. 3:09entrepreneurs. North America grows
  66. 3:11leaders. People throughout the world,
  67. 3:16amazing people throughout the world
  68. 3:19still look to the people in North
  69. 3:21America to bring them hope of great
  70. 3:26solutions and success in their lives.
  71. 3:29And that's why millions want to come
  72. 3:32here.
  73. 3:34But we don't need to wait for that. We
  74. 3:37can bring the solution to them. But it
  75. 3:41starts here.
  76. 3:44It starts here. We build the
  77. 3:47infrastructure here
  78. 3:50and you have years of work ahead of you
  79. 3:53here. Now, before I finish my
  80. 3:58congratulations and gratitude, I just
  81. 4:02want to acknowledge those who have been
  82. 4:03recognized today.
  83. 4:05great achievements.
  84. 4:08[applause]
  85. 4:11[cheering] It was wonderful to see so
  86. 4:13many new executive directors and
  87. 4:16presidential directors and sapphires and
  88. 4:18rubies and diamonds and a double diamond
  89. 4:20and a triple diamond all here in North
  90. 4:22America. I'm used to it. I'm used to it
  91. 4:24in Asia, but here in North America, this
  92. 4:27is like really cool, right?
  93. 4:34And to all the rest of you, I remember
  94. 4:39when I came to my first convention
  95. 4:43by myself.
  96. 4:46[laughter] I I really wasn't sure and so
  97. 4:49I didn't want to bring anybody because I
  98. 4:51didn't want to be embarrassed. And about
  99. 4:54halfway through, I said, "What was I
  100. 4:56thinking? What was I thinking? That will
  101. 4:59never happen again." The next time I am
  102. 5:03going to bring busloadads of people
  103. 5:06and I hope that the next time
  104. 5:09all of you who came by yourselves, you
  105. 5:12will bring bus loads of people.
  106. 5:15[applause]
  107. 5:16Be that as it may, thank you for coming.
  108. 5:21Even if it was by yourself, thank you
  109. 5:23for coming. We appreciate the sacrifice.
  110. 5:28[applause]
  111. 5:29I've always wanted to do this.
  112. 5:32[cheering]
  113. 5:33So, I I want to have a conversation with
  114. 5:38you. I want it to be kind of casual.
  115. 5:42Okay? I want I want us I want us to be
  116. 5:46able to talk as if it was just you and
  117. 5:48me. Just you and me in a coffee shop.
  118. 5:52That's what I want this to feel like, to
  119. 5:56be like,
  120. 5:57because I want to impart something to
  121. 6:00you over the next few minutes that if
  122. 6:03you will, if you will think about it, if
  123. 6:06you will let it sink deep into your
  124. 6:08heart and mind, you will find that the
  125. 6:11business will become easier for you. In
  126. 6:14fact, life will become easier for you.
  127. 6:18Life doesn't have to be as hard as it
  128. 6:23has been for so many of you.
  129. 6:27It doesn't have to be that hard. It can
  130. 6:31be brutally hard,
  131. 6:33but it doesn't have to be.
  132. 6:36There are just a handful of key
  133. 6:40principles that if you can get them, if
  134. 6:43you can grasp them and really understand
  135. 6:47them,
  136. 6:48the whole of life begins to get easier.
  137. 6:54You'll still have obstacles and
  138. 6:55challenges. You'll still have all kinds
  139. 6:58of problems. But with these principles
  140. 7:01understood, you'll start to say, "Yeah,
  141. 7:03okay. I get this. I understand what to
  142. 7:06do here. It'll become like a puzzle to
  143. 7:09you. It'll become like a game to you a
  144. 7:11little bit. There'll still be some
  145. 7:12tragedy. You'll shed some tears. You'll
  146. 7:14have some of those challenges that will
  147. 7:16occur to you. But you won't be
  148. 7:19overwhelmed if you can just grasp what
  149. 7:22I'm going to share with you in the next
  150. 7:24few minutes. So really, really pay
  151. 7:28attention and try to stay with me. But
  152. 7:32the most important thing is relive this
  153. 7:38over the next few days so that you can
  154. 7:40own it enough to teach it.
  155. 7:43All right.
  156. 7:45Number one, people who know me know that
  157. 7:48I'm an 8020 maximalist.
  158. 7:52You all know what the 8020 rule is,
  159. 7:55right?
  160. 7:5720% of what you do gets you 80% of what
  161. 8:01you want,
  162. 8:04which means that the other 80% of what
  163. 8:06you're doing is only getting you about
  164. 8:0820% of what you want.
  165. 8:12There's better ways to spend your time.
  166. 8:14Now if you literally think like this
  167. 8:19using that 8020 principle and focus on
  168. 8:22the 20%
  169. 8:24you will do some amazing things.
  170. 8:28You'll be so much more productive.
  171. 8:33But you want to go deeper than that.
  172. 8:36What's the 8020 of the 8020?
  173. 8:40Well, think about it.
  174. 8:4280% of 80 is 64. 20% of 20 is four. What
  175. 8:49does that really boil down to? About 4%
  176. 8:52of what you do get you about 64% of what
  177. 8:55you want. How much time are you burning
  178. 8:59in semi productive activities?
  179. 9:03But a maximalist, a true 8020 maximalist
  180. 9:06doesn't stop even here. You get down
  181. 9:09here say, "Well, let's go down deeper.
  182. 9:11What's 80% of 64?" Well, it works out to
  183. 9:14about 50%. And what's 20% of four? Works
  184. 9:18out to about 1%.
  185. 9:20Meaning that about 1% of what you're
  186. 9:22doing is giving you over half of what
  187. 9:24you want.
  188. 9:27This has been a struggle for my wife.
  189. 9:31He's She's here. I'm not talking behind
  190. 9:33her back. she's here
  191. 9:36because she sees me not doing that much
  192. 9:39and she's wondering why do you get any
  193. 9:41results at all
  194. 9:44and I keep reminding her I focus on the
  195. 9:471%.
  196. 9:50Now think about this the 1% how many
  197. 9:53times can you do the 1% if you're not
  198. 9:56doing the other 99%.
  199. 10:00>> Wow.
  200. 10:02You know, you can do the 1% 10 times and
  201. 10:06still have 90% of your time left to sit
  202. 10:09around and have your wife think, "What's
  203. 10:10he doing all the time?" Right?
  204. 10:14You can literally create yourself a
  205. 10:17different life. If you're willing to do
  206. 10:19this, it seems it seems really simple,
  207. 10:23right? Why doesn't everybody do it?
  208. 10:27because it is so very hard to do.
  209. 10:33Think about it. The 1% that gives you
  210. 10:36over 50% of what you want, that is high
  211. 10:40friction stuff. That's the stuff nobody
  212. 10:44likes doing. It's painful stuff. It's
  213. 10:47awkward stuff. It's the stuff people
  214. 10:49don't want you to do to them. It's the
  215. 10:52stuff you don't want to do. It's the
  216. 10:54stuff where you get rejection, where you
  217. 10:56get hurt, where you get push back.
  218. 10:58That's the 1%.
  219. 11:01Oh, you can spend hours,
  220. 11:04you know, going through social media and
  221. 11:07seeing which one of these videos is
  222. 11:10really good and which one you could sort
  223. 11:11of duplicate. You could spend hours
  224. 11:13going through the back office, looking
  225. 11:15at your downline, and checking these
  226. 11:17things out. You can spend hours going
  227. 11:18through your cards of the people you're
  228. 11:20thinking about to prospect. All that
  229. 11:22stuff is not the 1%.
  230. 11:28The 1%
  231. 11:30is the stuff that literally fatigues you
  232. 11:34when you do it.
  233. 11:37What I'm doing right now is what?
  234. 11:411%.
  235. 11:43Yeah, my heart rate is going right now.
  236. 11:48Right. It's the 1% stuff. It's hard.
  237. 11:52It's painful. You could get up and walk
  238. 11:54out on me at any moment. Right now, in
  239. 11:55my mind, I'm thinking,
  240. 11:58will they like it? Will they accept it?
  241. 12:00Will they reject it? What's going on?
  242. 12:02Have you felt like that when you've gone
  243. 12:04out to contact somebody, you've called a
  244. 12:06friend to talk about the business, your
  245. 12:09heart's just pounding right out of your
  246. 12:10chest? Guess what that is?
  247. 12:14The 1%.
  248. 12:17So, you have to build the conditioning.
  249. 12:19You have to develop the the the uh
  250. 12:21cardio fitness as it were to be able to
  251. 12:25do multiple rounds of 1%.
  252. 12:30If you're serious about becoming super
  253. 12:33achievers, you're only going to do it by
  254. 12:37just doubling, tripling, quadrupling
  255. 12:40down on the 1%.
  256. 12:43It's essential. It's essential because
  257. 12:46the 1% is you in the arena. It's not you
  258. 12:53in the spectator stands. It's not you
  259. 12:56watching the game. It's you in the game.
  260. 13:01You're the player,
  261. 13:03not the watcher, not the cheerleader.
  262. 13:08You're the one that wins or loses.
  263. 13:12That's the 1% always. And if you're
  264. 13:15feeling like you got no stress about
  265. 13:17what you're doing, it's not the 1%.
  266. 13:22Now, principle number two,
  267. 13:26lean into your indiv individuality.
  268. 13:29Every single one of us here is a unique
  269. 13:32being.
  270. 13:35I was over at the black tie thing last
  271. 13:38night or two nights ago in Palm Beach
  272. 13:40and I saw this woman
  273. 13:43uh that was working at Mara Lago and I
  274. 13:47leaned over to my wife. I says, "Bonita,
  275. 13:49that looks like,
  276. 13:51you know, a friend of ours." And it was
  277. 13:54amazing. Hi, Laya. It's good to see you.
  278. 13:58[laughter]
  279. 13:59And it's it's interesting to sometimes
  280. 14:02you'll see people and you
  281. 14:05look just like right,
  282. 14:08but they're not. And when you look
  283. 14:11closely, there's differences. There's
  284. 14:12uniqueness because every single one of
  285. 14:15us is absolutely one of a kind.
  286. 14:19We're simply one of a kind. And yet
  287. 14:22almost all of us spend so much energy
  288. 14:25trying to look like somebody else,
  289. 14:28trying to be like somebody else, trying
  290. 14:30to talk like somebody else, trying to
  291. 14:32act like somebody else.
  292. 14:35It's so fatiguing,
  293. 14:37and you'll never get it right because
  294. 14:39quite honestly, you can be a better you
  295. 14:41than you can be anything else or anyone
  296. 14:44else. As you lean into your
  297. 14:47individuality, you actually create
  298. 14:50authenticity
  299. 14:51that people can feel.
  300. 14:56They literally will look past
  301. 14:59they will look past
  302. 15:02your stumbles and your awkwardness and
  303. 15:04all those things that you're so worried
  304. 15:06about. They'll look past that if they
  305. 15:08feel your authenticity.
  306. 15:12If they feel that you're faking looking
  307. 15:15like someone else, they may not even
  308. 15:17know who you're trying to look like, but
  309. 15:19they will smell, they will feel, they
  310. 15:21will sense
  311. 15:23that something's off.
  312. 15:26Be you.
  313. 15:29Just be you.
  314. 15:32Just just absolutely glory in being you.
  315. 15:36Not in some egotistical way, but being
  316. 15:39so happy to be who you are
  317. 15:44now.
  318. 15:52[music]
  319. 15:57[snorts]
  320. 16:04As an individual,
  321. 16:07you can make music.
  322. 16:09You can make beautiful music. I've seen
  323. 16:12some individual
  324. 16:14players in this business that just left
  325. 16:17me in awe of their skill set. I would
  326. 16:21sit back sometimes and watch some of
  327. 16:24these people that were just
  328. 16:26extraordinary
  329. 16:28individual
  330. 16:31players
  331. 16:32and think to myself, "Wow,
  332. 16:35how does she do that? How does he do
  333. 16:38that? The music is beautiful,
  334. 16:42but it's still not taking advantage of
  335. 16:46the business model. People who are only
  336. 16:50going to be individuals will never
  337. 16:53achieve what this business platform will
  338. 16:56produce for those who understand how to
  339. 17:00create symphonic
  340. 17:03productivity.
  341. 17:05Sophonic productivity
  342. 17:08is how you're able to be yourself
  343. 17:12and yet be in harmony with others who
  344. 17:16are being themselves. This is what we
  345. 17:19strive for here at Unicity. We're
  346. 17:22striving to help you be the best you you
  347. 17:24can be while same time striving to have
  348. 17:29you play in symphonic harmony with those
  349. 17:34around you. Now, we see this with some
  350. 17:38of the people that were recognized
  351. 17:40this day. I think about this guy, Dr.
  352. 17:44Kenny Haras.
  353. 17:48I first met Kenny. I first met him
  354. 17:53and I was like, "This guy's so put
  355. 17:55together, man. I mean, he's lean, he's
  356. 17:57fit, he's good-looking, he's articulate,
  357. 17:59he's got it all going on. He's going to
  358. 18:02be somebody I don't like."
  359. 18:05That was my first thought, you know, cuz
  360. 18:06I don't like guys like that, you know. I
  361. 18:09look in the mirror and I see the
  362. 18:10problem. I look at those guys and think,
  363. 18:12I want to be like that guy, but I don't
  364. 18:14want to be like that guy, right?
  365. 18:16And then I met him. I visited with him.
  366. 18:18He was so humble, so teachable. He want
  367. 18:21I was like, "This guy is too good to be
  368. 18:24true.
  369. 18:26He's got it all going on and he's still
  370. 18:28humble, teachable, hardworking.
  371. 18:31Literally, he's gone out and been the
  372. 18:32number one recruiter for the entire
  373. 18:35year, as well as the number one producer
  374. 18:37of new customers for the whole year."
  375. 18:41>> Wow. How does that work?
  376. 18:43[cheering and applause]
  377. 18:44And then here's Myra,
  378. 18:48quiet and fiercely determined.
  379. 18:52Doesn't have any of that fancy skill
  380. 18:55with social media, but somehow she's
  381. 18:58been able to put together 300 customers
  382. 19:00month after month after month after
  383. 19:02month after month as she builds herself
  384. 19:04up into an organization because she
  385. 19:07simply will not quit.
  386. 19:10Isn't that powerful? [cheering]
  387. 19:12And then you look at these two people,
  388. 19:18Christian and Karen. I love these two.
  389. 19:20I'll tell you, I sat down with them in
  390. 19:23Toronto.
  391. 19:25They poured their hearts out to me. They
  392. 19:28were explaining how they got caught in
  393. 19:30that real estate implosion that just
  394. 19:33trapped thousands of really smart
  395. 19:35entrepreneurs up there. They were wiped
  396. 19:37out. They had people hounding them, had
  397. 19:40people chasing them. It was literally a
  398. 19:43nightmare for them, but they would not
  399. 19:46quit. And they looked me in the eye and
  400. 19:48they said, "You know what? Sometimes
  401. 19:50we're just terrified to leave the house,
  402. 19:53but we are going to build this thing and
  403. 19:55we're going to clear it all out." And
  404. 19:57look what's happened. Look what's
  405. 20:00happened. [applause]
  406. 20:04Now,
  407. 20:06this is like the quintessential mother,
  408. 20:09isn't it? Yeah. I was looking at Denise
  409. 20:12when she's up there talking. I says,
  410. 20:14"Yeah, yeah, I can see. I'd like to be
  411. 20:17her child." You know,
  412. 20:20she's just got that something about her
  413. 20:22that you just think, you know, she's a
  414. 20:24great mom. And I remember when she came
  415. 20:26to me and said, "Can you do both?"
  416. 20:30And I thought to myself, what's the
  417. 20:32right answer for this woman? Because
  418. 20:34she's right that motherhood is the
  419. 20:37number one thing. and if she breaks
  420. 20:39that, she will never do the other
  421. 20:42because it will break her if she breaks
  422. 20:44that. Those were the thoughts going
  423. 20:47through my head. But then I realized
  424. 20:49that she hungered like we all do to
  425. 20:53achieve in her own right. If you're
  426. 20:55married to Trent Tuler, you got a
  427. 20:57problem, right?
  428. 21:00I mean, Trent's just going to walk on
  429. 21:03stage and people are going to say, "We
  430. 21:04love Trent."
  431. 21:06How'd you have to be married to that?
  432. 21:07Right.
  433. 21:10But Denise had her own skills, her own
  434. 21:13power, her own talents. Hey, she was the
  435. 21:16woman that Trent chased.
  436. 21:20And so I thought to myself, she could do
  437. 21:22them both. In fact, she has to do them
  438. 21:24both.
  439. 21:26She has to do them both. And that's all
  440. 21:28I've told her.
  441. 21:30And look what she's done. She's done
  442. 21:32them both. [cheering]
  443. 21:35>> [applause]
  444. 21:38>> And I remember
  445. 21:41I'm Marie I'm I I I get a I get a text
  446. 21:45message from Ombre about every two or
  447. 21:47three months
  448. 21:49just telling me that she's achieved
  449. 21:51another goal.
  450. 21:53You know sometimes I get text messages
  451. 21:55from people say I got a problem but with
  452. 21:57Amry it's just got it. It's done.
  453. 22:02So I call her back and say tell me about
  454. 22:04it. Right. Tell me what you did this
  455. 22:06time.
  456. 22:07But I remember when I first talked to
  457. 22:09her for the first time, we were coming
  458. 22:10out of a method day and she said, "Could
  459. 22:14I talk to you for a second?" I said,
  460. 22:16"Sure." [snorts] She said, "You know, I
  461. 22:20just don't get this social media thing
  462. 22:23and I just am not comfortable. I'm a
  463. 22:24corporate person and I'm not comfortable
  464. 22:26doing that. Can I still do this
  465. 22:28business?" And I says, "You are talking
  466. 22:31my language because I have no idea how
  467. 22:34to even get on Tik Tok."
  468. 22:38And she went out and just started
  469. 22:40building the old-fashioned way, building
  470. 22:43through centers of influence, talking to
  471. 22:46people, and she's a woman in a man's
  472. 22:50world of the corporate world, and they
  473. 22:53just flock to her. I mean, Kenny's one
  474. 22:56of her key people, and there are several
  475. 22:57other really strong leaders that look to
  476. 23:00Amarie as their leader quietly,
  477. 23:05efficiently. You saw her talk today.
  478. 23:08Absolutely. Just a pro.
  479. 23:11You could be this way or another way.
  480. 23:16Just be yourself
  481. 23:19and be in harmony with the others and
  482. 23:21magic starts to happen. and the symphony
  483. 23:24starts to play.
  484. 23:26And then there's this one.
  485. 23:30Interestingly thing is that Evette and
  486. 23:33Amarie are actually
  487. 23:36upline downline.
  488. 23:38Isn't that crazy?
  489. 23:41Who would have thought those two would
  490. 23:42ever get together?
  491. 23:44Oil and water. And yet there's magic,
  492. 23:49absolute magic between them.
  493. 23:52The fact of it is
  494. 23:54as we engage with each other's strengths
  495. 23:58in the harmony of the music, what magic
  496. 24:01comes is because of our differences as
  497. 24:05we're acting into her individuality.
  498. 24:08Evette's amazing. She talks about that
  499. 24:10energy, but you know, she has her
  500. 24:12challenges, she has her problems, she
  501. 24:14has her fears and worries, but she
  502. 24:16punches through them again and again.
  503. 24:20And she does it tight, succinct.
  504. 24:23I've talked to her a couple of times.
  505. 24:24She said, "I've got this problem. What
  506. 24:26do you think I should do?" I says,
  507. 24:27"Well, I'll do this." She goes, "God,
  508. 24:28good." And that was it. I think that's
  509. 24:30it. You don't You don't any more advice?
  510. 24:32No, that's it. All I got. I love it.
  511. 24:36And
  512. 24:38well, we've talked about Trent.
  513. 24:41I've known Trent. I've known Trent. See,
  514. 24:44Hal and Laya were our neighbors, dear
  515. 24:49friends. Beautiful
  516. 24:51people.
  517. 24:53I will never get the image of Laya on
  518. 24:55the trampoline out of my mind.
  519. 24:59Nine months pregnant on the trampoline
  520. 25:01saying, "This baby's got to come."
  521. 25:04I don't know who that was. It wasn't
  522. 25:06Trent cuz Trent had already been born.
  523. 25:08The reality of knowing this guy all his
  524. 25:11life and yet he's always been special.
  525. 25:14He's always had the kindest heart. He's
  526. 25:17had a drive. But the drive was always
  527. 25:21sheathed in a velvet glove of kindness.
  528. 25:25He just wouldn't hurt anybody's
  529. 25:26feelings. Just refused to do that. I
  530. 25:29love him for it. And then there's these
  531. 25:31two.
  532. 25:34What could I say? The most amazing
  533. 25:3810-year overnight successes I've ever
  534. 25:40seen.
  535. 25:44It's absolutely incredible. I used to
  536. 25:47say to myself almost every other year,
  537. 25:50why don't those two quit?
  538. 25:53I mean, I really did. I would see them
  539. 25:56at another event and I'd say to
  540. 25:58somebody, "They're still here."
  541. 26:03I mean, it's amazing to me that they
  542. 26:05hung in there, but they were learning.
  543. 26:08They were growing. They were developing.
  544. 26:10They were going through that drama that
  545. 26:12we heard them talk about today, right?
  546. 26:16They were evolving. And when it clicked,
  547. 26:19I think it went from like $2,000 a month
  548. 26:22to $100,000 a month in a year to
  549. 26:25$300,000 a month in another year. I
  550. 26:27mean, I don't even know where they are
  551. 26:28now. They make a lot more than me,
  552. 26:30though. I know that much.
  553. 26:32[applause and cheering]
  554. 26:34All of these guys playing in the
  555. 26:36symphony
  556. 26:39that proves the African proverb correct.
  557. 26:43Sure, you can go fast if you go alone.
  558. 26:45But if you want to go a long way, if you
  559. 26:47want to go far, you got to go together
  560. 26:50as a group.
  561. 26:53[cheering] Now, [applause]
  562. 26:57when I was a little kid,
  563. 27:00I saw this movie.
  564. 27:04And you guys all did that Spartan run
  565. 27:06yesterday, right?
  566. 27:08Well, I saw this movie when I was a
  567. 27:10little kid and I never forgot it because
  568. 27:14this epitomizes for me what it means to
  569. 27:17be a part of the Unicity family.
  570. 27:21This is what it means to have this kind
  571. 27:24of brotherhood, this kind of sisterhood,
  572. 27:26this kind of commitment to one another.
  573. 27:28You see, literally, as the good book
  574. 27:30says, the earth is full and there is
  575. 27:32enough to spare.
  576. 27:35You don't have to fight each other for
  577. 27:37market share. There is enough and to
  578. 27:40spare. But if you want to get there,
  579. 27:44we're going to have to be
  580. 27:46>> I BRING A MESSAGE FROM YOUR master
  581. 27:49Marcus Leinius Crosus,
  582. 27:52commander of Italy.
  583. 27:55By command of his most merciful
  584. 27:57excellency,
  585. 27:59your lives are to be spared.
  586. 28:03Slaves
  587. 28:05you were and slaves you remain.
  588. 28:09But the terrible penalty of crucifixion
  589. 28:12has been set aside on the single
  590. 28:15condition that you identify the body or
  591. 28:19the living person of the slave called
  592. 28:22Spartacus.
  593. 28:36I'M SPARTACUS.
  594. 28:37>> I'm Spartacus.
  595. 28:40>> I'm Spartacus. I'm Spartacus. I'M
  596. 28:44SPARTACUS.
  597. 28:45>> I'M SPARTACUS. I'M SPARTACUS. SPARTACUS.
  598. 28:48>> I'm Spartacus. I'm Spartacus.
  599. 29:02>> [cheering]
  600. 29:05>> I'm Spartigus.
  601. 29:07[cheering] What are you?
  602. 29:10>> Absolutely.
  603. 29:12We're together on this, aren't we? The
  604. 29:15truth of the matter is, if we want to be
  605. 29:18in harmony, it means being in harmony
  606. 29:20right through the bad times, too. Okay?
  607. 29:24You can't let them break you. You can't
  608. 29:27let them stop you. You can't let them
  609. 29:29turn you against each other. Principle
  610. 29:32number four, skills are important. It's
  611. 29:35incredibly important that we master the
  612. 29:37skills in this business. But something
  613. 29:40else is more important and that is
  614. 29:42desire.
  615. 29:44Desire is everything.
  616. 29:49If you look at this business, literally
  617. 29:52people around the world have all the
  618. 29:54different motives for hiring people.
  619. 29:57Elon Musk says he hires for attitude.
  620. 30:01Google hires for intelligence.
  621. 30:04I select who I work with based on
  622. 30:08desire.
  623. 30:10You see, there's really only three
  624. 30:12skills you need to have to master this
  625. 30:14business, to be extraordinary at this
  626. 30:17business. You need to be able to invite,
  627. 30:20to present, and to commit. That's it.
  628. 30:23This is not rocket science, okay? We're
  629. 30:25not doing calculus here. You just got to
  630. 30:27get really good at these three skills.
  631. 30:30And as long as you have desire, we can
  632. 30:33teach you those. You can learn those.
  633. 30:35You can master those. But if you don't
  634. 30:37have desire,
  635. 30:39we might as well be trying to teach you
  636. 30:41astrophysics,
  637. 30:43which will be hard since the football
  638. 30:45coach is the one who taught me math.
  639. 30:47Okay. The reality for you is that this
  640. 30:50is the way you determine who you work
  641. 30:53with. This is the way you determine who
  642. 30:56works with you. Demonstrate desire. You
  643. 31:01got to have that I want it.
  644. 31:06Rav said the he gave the the comment
  645. 31:09this morning that he's going to the top
  646. 31:12of that mountain or he's going to be
  647. 31:13lying dead along the side of the way.
  648. 31:17That's desire.
  649. 31:19You need that desire.
  650. 31:22Number five, you guys all understand
  651. 31:25this, but I am convinced your
  652. 31:27understanding is at a superficial level.
  653. 31:30And that will not do. Because what
  654. 31:33separates the great from the average is
  655. 31:37a deep understanding of geometric
  656. 31:39duplication.
  657. 31:42If you're making a lot of money right
  658. 31:44now because you've got a lot of
  659. 31:46customers,
  660. 31:48you're doing simple math. You are not
  661. 31:51doing geometric math.
  662. 31:54And for us to change the world, we've
  663. 31:57got to get geometric progressions in
  664. 32:00duplications of those three skill sets.
  665. 32:05I had an uncle. He was an immigrant from
  666. 32:08Afghanistan.
  667. 32:10brilliant guy, very refined and he loved
  668. 32:14chess
  669. 32:15and he would he taught me chess
  670. 32:19and he was good at it. And he once said
  671. 32:21to me, "Do you know where chess was
  672. 32:23invented?"
  673. 32:25Where do you think it was?
  674. 32:27>> It was Afghanistan because that's where
  675. 32:29he was from, right? And he says, "A guy
  676. 32:32comes to the king one day and he says, I
  677. 32:34want to teach you a game." And he
  678. 32:36teaches the game of chess to the king.
  679. 32:38And the kids, I love this game. I love
  680. 32:41it. Tell me, I want to give you a prize
  681. 32:44for teaching me this game. This is
  682. 32:46fantastic. I'll give you some crazy
  683. 32:49amount of money. And the the the guy
  684. 32:51says, "No, no, I don't. I I'm just I'm
  685. 32:53just happy to teach the king uh a way to
  686. 32:56give him joy." And the king would not be
  687. 32:58denied. He says, "Give me something."
  688. 33:00And so the man said, "Well, I'll tell
  689. 33:02you what. If you just give me a penny
  690. 33:04for that first square on the chessboard
  691. 33:09and then double it
  692. 33:12on the next square.
  693. 33:14That's all. And the king says, "That's
  694. 33:16it." He said, "Just keep doubling it
  695. 33:17through the chessboard. That's all I
  696. 33:19need. That's it." So the king's going
  697. 33:21through this and he's going through this
  698. 33:23and he's at the end of that line. Buck
  699. 33:2528.
  700. 33:27This guy's stupid. He's thinking, "Man,
  701. 33:29it's incredible. So I'll go through the
  702. 33:30next one. It's only 328.
  703. 33:37>> I had to look that number up. I had to I
  704. 33:40had to use Grock and say, "What comes
  705. 33:43after a trillion?"
  706. 33:46Because one penny that's doubled
  707. 33:50through a chessboard of 68 squares ends
  708. 33:53up being 92 quadrillion
  709. 33:58dollar.
  710. 34:00Now, that sounds like woo woo. I know.
  711. 34:04But I want you to understand something.
  712. 34:07Everybody in this room, the person who
  713. 34:09signed up yesterday, the person who's
  714. 34:11going to sign up tonight, everybody in
  715. 34:14this room can create diamond level
  716. 34:16income in 12 months or less from today.
  717. 34:22I want to show you how. [applause]
  718. 34:26This was taught to me many, many years
  719. 34:29ago and it stuck
  720. 34:33and it literally changed my life forever
  721. 34:36because I gained a deep burning
  722. 34:40understanding of this principle. You're
  723. 34:44going to go out and you're going to
  724. 34:46sponsor one new person frontline each
  725. 34:49month. That's all one. and you're going
  726. 34:53to teach that person how to sponsor one
  727. 34:55person in the remaining 11 months.
  728. 35:02And you're going to carry that on
  729. 35:04through your 12 months.
  730. 35:12And at the end of 12 months with just
  731. 35:14one person a month for yourself and each
  732. 35:17of your people, one person a month for
  733. 35:20the 11 months that they have or the 10
  734. 35:22months or the nine months or the 8
  735. 35:24months or so forth, you end up with
  736. 35:28nearly well 4,100 approximately people
  737. 35:32in your organization. That's called
  738. 35:35diamond level income.
  739. 35:37Now, in order to do this, guess what? It
  740. 35:41requires
  741. 35:431%
  742. 35:451% behavior,
  743. 35:481% activity. You've got to become
  744. 35:52teachers, not just salespeople. You've
  745. 35:54got to become people who can teach
  746. 35:57people how to teach people how to teach
  747. 35:59people how to do something.
  748. 36:04That's what this takes. It's the 1%.
  749. 36:06It's what creates the magic. It's not
  750. 36:09you being a superstar. It's you being an
  751. 36:12amazing teacher. You know why women are
  752. 36:14so good at this business? They're
  753. 36:17naturally better teachers.
  754. 36:22But men can be great teachers, too. If
  755. 36:25you'll commit to the idea that if you're
  756. 36:28willing to sponsor somebody front line,
  757. 36:30you ought to have the conviction and the
  758. 36:33commitment to actually teach them how to
  759. 36:35go do the business themselves. And you
  760. 36:39need to teach them how to teach others
  761. 36:41how to do that. And that is what creates
  762. 36:44geometric duplication. You and I, no
  763. 36:48matter how amazing we are, cannot make
  764. 36:51an impact on a global epidemic that's
  765. 36:55wiping out millions of lives a year. We
  766. 36:58can't do it.
  767. 37:01We've got to be teachers and evolving
  768. 37:05people and elevating people so that we
  769. 37:07can go out there. Next year, we have an
  770. 37:10event with 40,000 people in Bangkok.
  771. 37:14How many will be there with you?
  772. 37:18[cheering]
  773. 37:29[music]
  774. 37:35[music]
  775. 37:44in 14 months. Sounds like a great power
  776. 37:48goal timeline.
  777. 37:50[cheering]
  778. 37:51>> 14 months.
  779. 37:55Where are you going to be?
  780. 37:58[cheering]
  781. 38:00What will you be doing?
  782. 38:05Who will you have with you?
  783. 38:09>> What rank will you be? [cheering]
  784. 38:13>> These are the questions you have to
  785. 38:15begin to ask yourself.
  786. 38:18>> What are you going to do to make that
  787. 38:22happen?
  788. 38:25>> It's all about you.
  789. 38:28>> You know, you know what I think about
  790. 38:29all the time?
  791. 38:31I think about you.
  792. 38:33>> [laughter]
  793. 38:34>> I think about you. In fact, I got 2,000
  794. 38:37of these hats made just so that I would
  795. 38:39always remember to think about you. But
  796. 38:42I want you thinking about you and I want
  797. 38:44you thinking about your downline. It's
  798. 38:46always really about you. [applause]
  799. 38:51It's always about you.
  800. 38:54And you know what I want you to be
  801. 38:56thinking? I want you to be thinking when
  802. 38:59you see your customers, it's about you.
  803. 39:03It's about you. As you begin to downplay
  804. 39:08yourself,
  805. 39:09you downplay your fears. You downplay
  806. 39:12your anxieties. You downplay all that
  807. 39:14nonsense. As you begin to think about
  808. 39:16the other, you stop worrying so much
  809. 39:20about yourself.
  810. 39:22You get rid of the me monster and you
  811. 39:25start focusing on them. So when people
  812. 39:29say, "What's the you for?" Well, it's
  813. 39:31it's about you.
  814. 39:35[cheering and applause]
  815. 39:35I'm here to help you.
  816. 39:40That's what it's all about.
  817. 39:42So
  818. 39:44deeply deeply I want you to think about
  819. 39:47this when you contemplate your goal for
  820. 39:5014 months.
  821. 39:53Do you
  822. 39:55want to stay
  823. 39:58the way you are right now?
  824. 40:03>> Do you want to be just a face in the
  825. 40:06crowd?
  826. 40:14It's my life.
  827. 40:19Say it with me.
  828. 40:20>> It's my life.
  829. 40:26It's my life.
  830. 40:31>> It's my life.
  831. 40:32>> It's your life.
  832. 40:36[music]
  833. 40:42>> [cheering]
  834. 40:43[music]
  835. 40:48>> Heat. Heat. [music]
  836. 40:58>> [music]
