  2. 0:01how you can rank number one on Chat GPT
  3. 0:03[clears throat] also Google Maps. And
  4. 0:05this is the step-by-step process that
  5. 0:07used to rank over 100 plus Google
  6. 0:09Business Profiles and local businesses
  7. 0:11number one on AI also Google Maps. So,
  8. 0:14stay tuned to the end of this video
  9. 0:15because we're going to cook and we're
  10. 0:17going to release all of our sauce here.
  11. 0:19Here's what the document or video will
  12. 0:21do for you depending on where you're
  13. 0:22watching this. Right now, search has
  14. 0:24changed forever, but most local
  15. 0:25businesses don't really know this yet.
  16. 0:27They're still doing the old SEO with
  17. 0:28keywords, blogs, and backlinks. If
  18. 0:31backlinks are confusing to you, just
  19. 0:32ignore this for now because we'll get
  20. 0:34into it. That's worked before, but now
  21. 0:36it doesn't work anymore. Right now,
  22. 0:38platforms like Google, Chat GPT, Gemini,
  23. 0:40Perplexity all use AI. And AI doesn't
  24. 0:43just rank websites. If your business is
  25. 0:45not the clear answer to somebody
  26. 0:47searching you, you just don't show up.
  27. 0:48So, we're going to reveal how rankings
  28. 0:50actually work today, why local
  29. 0:52businesses have an advantage, and what
  30. 0:55Google and AI really look for, and how
  31. 0:57to become the answer they choose.
  32. 0:58There's no tech talk, there's no fluff,
  33. 1:00we're just going to tell you the truth.
  34. 1:02And by the end of this video, you'll
  35. 1:04understand why some local businesses
  36. 1:05show up everywhere while others are
  37. 1:07invisible. So, let's get into how
  38. 1:09rankings really work. First off, I want
  39. 1:11to give a brief introduction if this is
  40. 1:12your first time watching my channel or
  41. 1:14watching this video. I'm Norman, I've
  42. 1:16spent the past couple of years working
  43. 1:18with local businesses all over US
  44. 1:20helping them generate leads from Google,
  45. 1:22paid ads, and now AI-driven search. But
  46. 1:24before building software, I ran and
  47. 1:26scaled local marketing agencies to multi
  48. 1:28six figures working with hundreds if not
  49. 1:30thousands of real businesses in
  50. 1:32competitive local markets. And that
  51. 1:33experience matters because they exposed
  52. 1:35one truth. Most local SEO advice is not
  53. 1:38working in the real world. And I've seen
  54. 1:40it time and time again where rankings
  55. 1:41spike and disappear, agencies over
  56. 1:44promise and under deliver, optimized
  57. 1:46profiles slowly decay, businesses rely
  58. 1:48on one-time SEO fixes. Also, I am a
  59. 1:51software engineer by background, so this
  60. 1:53means I don't simply guess, I test
  61. 1:56systems, I measure outcomes, I look for
  62. 1:58patterns that actually scale. Right now
  63. 1:59I'm building AI-powered SEO software
  64. 2:02focused specifically on Google Maps
  65. 2:03local search and how AI engines like
  66. 2:05ChatGPT recommend businesses. And the
  67. 2:07goal is very simple. Just take what's
  68. 2:09currently working for all my clients
  69. 2:11instead of doing all manually, have a
  70. 2:13repeatable system that could do it on
  71. 2:15autopilot with AI. Our company has
  72. 2:17access to millions if not billions of
  73. 2:19data points that rank clients
  74. 2:21predictably across all niches and all
  75. 2:22cities. In this document I'll reveal it
  76. 2:24all. So, everything in this document
  77. 2:26will be based on what Google publicly
  78. 2:28confirms and not just based on vibes,
  79. 2:30what we've actually seen across real
  80. 2:32profiles, millions if not billions of
  81. 2:34data points collected by us, and what
  82. 2:36consistently moves rankings in
  83. 2:38competitive markets. There's not going
  84. 2:40to be any theories, we're just going to
  85. 2:41show you what works and why it works.
  86. 2:44So, let's dive into this video. And
  87. 2:46next, if you're watching on Gamma or
  88. 2:47you're watching on YouTube, we'll have
  89. 2:49some links in the description where you
  90. 2:51could go ahead and start a trial to our
  91. 2:52software or if you're agency serving
  92. 2:54local businesses, you could basically
  93. 2:55white label and partner with us and you
  94. 2:57can automate all the GBP and AI rankings
  95. 3:00for your local business clients as well.
  96. 3:02Now, what is the difference between
  97. 3:03Google search and AI search? So, what if
  98. 3:05I told you it's the exact same thing?
  99. 3:07Are you going to click off of this
  100. 3:08document or video? Because I'm a founder
  101. 3:10at a AI software company, Lead Oracle,
  102. 3:12so you should try us out. We're training
  103. 3:13AI models on a daily basis. But, with
  104. 3:15all AI models, all of it pulls from data
  105. 3:19that they train themselves from Google
  106. 3:21or Bing or Yahoo, and Gemini is
  107. 3:23literally owned by Google. So, ChatGPT,
  108. 3:26Gemini, Claude all get their data from
  109. 3:28the web and from Google. As a result,
  110. 3:30ranking on AI search engines is almost
  111. 3:32the same thing as ranking on Google.
  112. 3:34You're following the same boring old
  113. 3:35tactics with a twist that we'll get into
  114. 3:37later in this video. And whenever AI
  115. 3:39recommends a local business, it heavily
  116. 3:42relies on Google Maps data. That means
  117. 3:44if you don't win on Google Maps, you
  118. 3:45simply don't win on AI search either.
  119. 3:47So, I'll include some proof down below.
  120. 3:49So, So is one of my roofing clients. As
  121. 3:51you can see, we managed the business
  122. 3:53profile and we're ranking number one in
  123. 3:55the map pack in the city. And then
  124. 3:57whenever I go to ChatGPT, it also ranks
  125. 3:59number one on ChatGPT. So sorry to burst
  126. 4:02your bubble before local businesses.
  127. 4:04Whenever agencies tell you they can rank
  128. 4:05you on ChatGPT or AI search, it's just a
  129. 4:07sexy label that marketers put on things
  130. 4:10to get people excited. I kind of also
  131. 4:12did this in order to get your email in
  132. 4:14case you're watching on the Gamma Doc.
  133. 4:15But now let's talk about how we can rank
  134. 4:17on AI and also traditional search
  135. 4:19engines. And here's why Google Maps is
  136. 4:21the real battlefield for most local
  137. 4:23businesses. If you want to rank in 2026,
  138. 4:25you really need to understand this. It's
  139. 4:27no longer just a feature, it's the main
  140. 4:28result. So whenever somebody searches up
  141. 4:30for a local service, Google almost
  142. 4:32always shows the map, three local
  143. 4:34businesses. If you're in the top three,
  144. 4:35you're going to get 93% of all the
  145. 4:37calls, direction clicks, and website
  146. 4:39visits, also reviews, photos, and call
  147. 4:41to actions. And Google knows that local
  148. 4:43search means buyer intent. So whenever
  149. 4:46somebody searches up plumber near me or
  150. 4:48roof repair in Dallas, they're actually
  151. 4:50just researching. They're just ready to
  152. 4:51call. Also for me, I can't really
  153. 4:52remember last time I searched up an
  154. 4:54emergency plumber near me for fun.
  155. 4:56Usually it only happens when I eat a lot
  156. 4:57of Mexican food. But besides the point,
  157. 5:00that's why Google Maps get priority over
  158. 5:02websites. It's the foundation's local
  159. 5:04rankings, and I'll tell you exactly how
  160. 5:06you can rank in the top three in the
  161. 5:07next couple of slides. Before tactical
  162. 5:10tips, let's talk about numbers. So the
  163. 5:12top three businesses on Google will get
  164. 5:14almost everything. And here are the
  165. 5:16facts. 46% of all Google searches are
  166. 5:19local. That means one out of every two
  167. 5:20search is searching for a business right
  168. 5:22now.
  169. 5:23And the Google Map Pack top three get 40
  170. 5:25to 50% of all clicks on local search.
  171. 5:27And that's almost half the traffic going
  172. 5:29to just three businesses. The number one
  173. 5:31ranking gets the most amount of calls,
  174. 5:33often around two X more than number four
  175. 5:36and number 10 combined. 60% of all map
  176. 5:38clicks turn to actions, and phone
  177. 5:40numbers are the number one action. 76%
  178. 5:42of mobile local searches lead to a call
  179. 5:44or visit within 24 hours. So 28% of
  180. 5:47those turn to real sale in 24 hours. So,
  181. 5:49this is buyer traffic. Now, let's get
  182. 5:51into the scary part. So, if you're not
  183. 5:53in the top three, you're going to get
  184. 5:5570% fewer calls, way less trust, and
  185. 5:57almost no chance to even win the lead
  186. 5:59over. If you're a rank number four and
  187. 6:01beyond, people don't see you. If they
  188. 6:03will see you, they won't call you. If
  189. 6:04they won't call you, you don't get paid,
  190. 6:06and that's pretty much it. And here's
  191. 6:07why people ranking in the top three can
  192. 6:09be average at best and still crush it.
  193. 6:11And why great businesses below the map
  194. 6:13pack struggle. It's not just SEO, it's
  195. 6:15just a lead. So, here's how you could
  196. 6:17force your way into the top three. It's
  197. 6:19not very hard because most local
  198. 6:20businesses aren't really doing this, and
  199. 6:22most local businesses aren't even
  200. 6:24watching this video to begin with. So,
  201. 6:25you're already ahead of 99.99% of the
  202. 6:28population. Now, let's talk about why
  203. 6:30humans lose and AI wins in Google map
  204. 6:32pack. One big thing is humans are very
  205. 6:35bad at consistency. Not because they're
  206. 6:37lazy, but because they're always busy.
  207. 6:39Right? How many times have you seen in
  208. 6:40the new year that people go to the gym,
  209. 6:42and by April, the gym is almost empty?
  210. 6:45Because people lose that consistency.
  211. 6:47And Google doesn't really care how good
  212. 6:48your intentions are, it only cares about
  213. 6:50what signals you send every single week.
  214. 6:52So, managing a GBP means remembering
  215. 6:54posts, remembering upload photos,
  216. 6:57remembering to respond to reviews fast,
  217. 6:59and remembering to stay consistent
  218. 7:01forever. That works until life happens.
  219. 7:03But, the thing is AI doesn't forget, it
  220. 7:05doesn't get busy, and doesn't stop when
  221. 7:07results improve. It does the same thing
  222. 7:09over and over again on schedule, perfect
  223. 7:12consistency without emotional drop-offs,
  224. 7:14and without miss weeks. And Google
  225. 7:16rewards patterns, and not effort. It
  226. 7:18looks for continuous activity, repeated
  227. 7:20relevant signals, and stable engagement
  228. 7:22trends. Here's why AI managed business
  229. 7:24profiles way outperform human managed
  230. 7:26profiles over time. Not because they're
  231. 7:28smarter, because simply they don't stop.
  232. 7:30In Google Maps, the winner is not always
  233. 7:32the person who works the hardest, but
  234. 7:34it's the person that stays consistent
  235. 7:36the longest. And here's how Google Maps
  236. 7:38actually rank local businesses. So, with
  237. 7:41all the SEO jargon, it only boils down
  238. 7:44to three core factors and here's what it
  239. 7:46means in plain English. Everything that
  240. 7:48SEO agencies talk about back links,
  241. 7:49citations, internal linking, all follow
  242. 7:52within these three categories. I'm just
  243. 7:54making it very simple for you. And if
  244. 7:56you're watching on Gamma, you could go
  245. 7:58ahead and click this link to watch the
  246. 7:59video, but if you're on YouTube, you can
  247. 8:01also just go to my channel, you can
  248. 8:02watch the YouTube videos there. They
  249. 8:04boil down to relevance, distance, and
  250. 8:06prominence. So, now let's get into what
  251. 8:08every single one of those categories
  252. 8:09mean. Number one, relevance. So,
  253. 8:11relevance means does your business
  254. 8:13clearly match the search? So, Google
  255. 8:15checks the primary category, secondary
  256. 8:17category, services listed, keywords in
  257. 8:19description, website confirmation.
  258. 8:21Basically, is will your business match
  259. 8:24the question or what the user searching
  260. 8:27for? If it's not, I'm not going to show
  261. 8:29you as a business. Next is distance. So,
  262. 8:32this means are you close enough to the
  263. 8:33searcher? So, you can't control this,
  264. 8:35but you can only optimize around it. We
  265. 8:37have had clients that start up a second
  266. 8:38location just so they could target a
  267. 8:40different area and they have better
  268. 8:42distance and proximity. However, most
  269. 8:45people you could just focus on the other
  270. 8:47two factors and can rank a lot better.
  271. 8:49So, unless One example I could bring is
  272. 8:51unless you're a very good Mexican food
  273. 8:53place, I probably won't drive 50 miles
  274. 8:54to get to your restaurant. Max I'll go
  275. 8:56is 15 and 20 miles even if I have to
  276. 8:58call that emergency plumber later.
  277. 8:59Right, Google knows this and probably
  278. 9:01won't show you to these type of leads.
  279. 9:03Next is prominent. So, does Google
  280. 9:05actually trust you? This includes
  281. 9:06reviews, review frequency, review
  282. 9:08velocity, profile activity, photos,
  283. 9:11engagement, mentions across the web. And
  284. 9:13most businesses think about distance,
  285. 9:15but to be honest, distance you can't
  286. 9:17really control because that's your
  287. 9:18business address. However, the winners
  288. 9:20focus on relevance and prominence and
  289. 9:21this is where all the rankings are
  290. 9:23actually decided. And here's why the GBP
  291. 9:25beats your website because everybody in
  292. 9:27SEO, they always talk about the website,
  293. 9:29but for local business rankings, the
  294. 9:31only thing that matters the most is the
  295. 9:32GBP. And Google reads your GBP far more
  296. 9:36often than your website. Your GBP is
  297. 9:38structured data that Google really
  298. 9:39created and Google can instantly
  299. 9:41understand it. However, your website is
  300. 9:43unstructured and Google has to interpret
  301. 9:45it. So, for example, if you have a
  302. 9:47website it could be on Webflow,
  303. 9:48WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, all those
  304. 9:51things. It's kind of walk into your
  305. 9:53nearest Walmart looking for something
  306. 9:55you usually don't buy. You ask the
  307. 9:56employees there and sometimes they might
  308. 9:58know where it is, but most of the time
  309. 9:59they don't. Versus you just ordering
  310. 10:01this item off of Amazon and Amazon has
  311. 10:04inventory of all the products they have.
  312. 10:06Google is the exact same way and this is
  313. 10:07why GBP matters a lot. And from your
  314. 10:09profile Google can directly read the
  315. 10:11business categories, services, location
  316. 10:14signals, operating hours, photos, and
  317. 10:16the metadata. So, this is basically
  318. 10:18Google seeing where photos taken, what
  319. 10:20time it was taken, and then what the
  320. 10:22photo even describes. Reviews and then
  321. 10:23keywords inside reviews, also user
  322. 10:25behavior like calls, clicks, and
  323. 10:27directions. Your website helps confirm
  324. 10:29this data, but it doesn't override it.
  325. 10:31So, for example, if your GBP is weak,
  326. 10:33your website cannot save you. If your
  327. 10:35GBP is strong, your website strengthens
  328. 10:37your business. Here's why GBP and Google
  329. 10:39Map rankings always start with the GBP.
  330. 10:42Now, let's talk about GBP categories and
  331. 10:44services. So, we have a video on how to
  332. 10:47pick your primary category, but this is
  333. 10:49one of the most important ranking
  334. 10:51factors in Google Maps. It tells Google
  335. 10:53who you are, it tells the secondary
  336. 10:55categories tell Google what else you do,
  337. 10:57and then Google uses a category ladder.
  338. 10:59Some categories are going to be a lot
  339. 11:01more competitive than others. So,
  340. 11:03choosing a wrong primary category can
  341. 11:04completely cap your rankings and
  342. 11:06services just as much. So, every time
  343. 11:08you add a new service, you create
  344. 11:10relevant signals, you expand keyword
  345. 11:12coverage, and you help Google match you
  346. 11:14to searches. It's not just text as
  347. 11:15signals that you send to Google on what
  348. 11:17your company actually does. And every
  349. 11:19single service you list becomes another
  350. 11:21way to rank. And most businesses they
  351. 11:23pick the wrong category, they add too
  352. 11:25few services with no description on any
  353. 11:26of them, and then they never update
  354. 11:28them. And then that's why they don't
  355. 11:29move. So, if you have correct
  356. 11:31categories, full service coverage,
  357. 11:33you'll get relevance dominance in your
  358. 11:35local market. Now, let's talk about GVP
  359. 11:37activity. And here's the real ranking
  360. 11:40lever. Most people don't realize this,
  361. 11:42but Google Maps heavily favor active
  362. 11:44profiles. Imagine how many profiles on
  363. 11:46Google are actually shut down local
  364. 11:48businesses. They set up once, they
  365. 11:49haven't updated their profiles in years.
  366. 11:51It's kind of like that one house in your
  367. 11:52neighborhood. You never see anybody go
  368. 11:54in or come out of the house, and you
  369. 11:56don't even know if anybody's actually
  370. 11:57living there. And Google acts the same
  371. 11:58way. So, if you don't show signs of
  372. 12:00life, Google is going to assume nobody
  373. 12:01lives in that house. Now, Google tracks
  374. 12:03posts, photo uploads, profile edits,
  375. 12:06review responses, and this is known as
  376. 12:08freshness. So, fresh signals this
  377. 12:10business is alive and operating.
  378. 12:12Inactive profiles slowly lose
  379. 12:14visibility, and posting and optimizing
  380. 12:16once is not enough. It rewards
  381. 12:18consistency and not bursts, and that's
  382. 12:20why most local businesses fail. They
  383. 12:21optimize their profile once and then
  384. 12:23just stop. And here's why active
  385. 12:25profiles get tested a lot more, and then
  386. 12:27inactive profiles get pushed down in the
  387. 12:29rankings over over time. Now, let's talk
  388. 12:31about reviews. So, trust, keywords, and
  389. 12:32AI signals. Reviews aren't just social
  390. 12:34proof, they're ranking data. So, what
  391. 12:36Google takes a big look on is reviews,
  392. 12:39quantity, the velocity, the recency,
  393. 12:42keywords inside the reviews, and the
  394. 12:44review responses from the business to
  395. 12:45show that you're actually alive, right?
  396. 12:47Business with fewer reviews but
  397. 12:48consistent recent reviews can outrank a
  398. 12:50business with hundreds of old reviews.
  399. 12:53I've literally seen it with my own eyes
  400. 12:55on Lead Oracle and with all the
  401. 12:57platforms and profiles that we have on
  402. 12:59board. And AI also reads these reviews.
  403. 13:02So, it helps AI understand what services
  404. 13:03you actually perform, how customers
  405. 13:05describe you, and what problems you
  406. 13:07solve. And when customers naturally
  407. 13:09mention these services and location,
  408. 13:12their keywords become powerful ranking
  409. 13:13signals. Ignoring reviews is basically
  410. 13:16ignoring trust, and trust is what
  411. 13:17actually ranks. So, here's a video on
  412. 13:19how you can rank even without hundreds
  413. 13:22of reviews. It's on my channel or in
  414. 13:24this Gamma Doc. Now, let's talk about
  415. 13:25consistency and to do trust. So nowadays
  416. 13:28Google and AI see your entire business,
  417. 13:30your entire local business as an entity
  418. 13:32and not just separate GBP, website,
  419. 13:34social media platforms. An entity is
  420. 13:37just a collection of facts. So name,
  421. 13:39address, phone number, services,
  422. 13:40categories, descriptions. And these
  423. 13:42facts must match everywhere. So if your
  424. 13:44GBP says one thing, your website says
  425. 13:47another, directory says something else,
  426. 13:48trust drops. And AI doesn't like to
  427. 13:50guess, it likes certainty. So
  428. 13:51consistency and confidence and
  429. 13:54visibility is all interlinked. And
  430. 13:56that's why organizations matter because
  431. 13:58humans forget and systems don't. And the
  432. 14:00businesses that keep everything aligned
  433. 14:02all the time are going to win. Now let's
  434. 14:04talk about why manual GBP management
  435. 14:06fails. So it's not very hard, just doing
  436. 14:08consistently is. So you need regular
  437. 14:10posts, new photos, review responses,
  438. 14:12ideally within 12 hours, service
  439. 14:14updates, keyword alignment, monitoring
  440. 14:16performance. And most business owners
  441. 14:19are going to be busy, they forget, or
  442. 14:21they fall behind. That's where rankings
  443. 14:22drop. So Google doesn't punish you, it
  444. 14:24simply favors somebody else who stayed
  445. 14:26active. And that's why whenever GBP
  446. 14:28becomes automated, consistency becomes
  447. 14:30effortless. And that's how rankings are
  448. 14:32protected and improved over time. Now,
  449. 14:35I'll keep reiterating this fact because
  450. 14:37Google doesn't reward effort, it rewards
  451. 14:40consistency. And the main thing is you
  452. 14:43could spend 5 hours optimizing your
  453. 14:44profile, writing a perfect description,
  454. 14:46adding every single service, and still
  455. 14:47lose rankings. Because the main thing is
  456. 14:50Google's not checking once, it's
  457. 14:51checking all the time. It's constantly
  458. 14:53asking itself, is this business still
  459. 14:55active? Is it relevant? Is it trusted?
  460. 14:57And then one-time optimization answers
  461. 14:59answers that once, but consistent
  462. 15:01activity answers it every single week.
  463. 15:03And that's the difference. And
  464. 15:04businesses that stay active are tested
  465. 15:06higher, they get more impressions, they
  466. 15:08get more engagement. And businesses that
  467. 15:10stop, they are tested less, lose
  468. 15:12visibility, and get passed quietly. This
  469. 15:14is why rankings often drop without any
  470. 15:16warning. Nothing broke, nothing was
  471. 15:17penalized, you simply just stopped
  472. 15:19signaling consistency. And consistency
  473. 15:21compounds, effort is only temporary. And
  474. 15:24Google always rewards businesses that
  475. 15:26show up again and again, week after
  476. 15:27week. Here's your checklist action plan.
  477. 15:30So, if you want to rank in the top three
  478. 15:31on Map Pack, this is the minimum
  479. 15:33standard. And just use this as a
  480. 15:34checklist, or you could potentially just
  481. 15:36use our tool to automate all this on
  482. 15:38autopilot. So, number one is a GBP
  483. 15:40foundations, and you could go ahead and
  484. 15:43just pause this video or screenshot it.
  485. 15:44And number two's weekly activity. These
  486. 15:46are non-negotiables. Number three,
  487. 15:49reviews and trust signals. Number four,
  488. 15:50engagement signals. Five, consistency
  489. 15:53checks. Six, ongoing optimizations. And
  490. 15:56I won't read into this, but you could go
  491. 15:57ahead and pause the video or read it for
  492. 15:59yourself. But the important truth is
  493. 16:01doing this once will not rank you. Doing
  494. 16:03consistently will. And I'll keep
  495. 16:04reiterating that in this video, because
  496. 16:07Google must reward businesses that act
  497. 16:09like real active companies. And this is
  498. 16:11why most businesses and local businesses
  499. 16:14will fail, and why systems always beat
  500. 16:16the effort. And here is why it happens
  501. 16:19if you don't do this. So, once you stop
  502. 16:21managing your GBP actively, rankings
  503. 16:23don't just disappear overnight. They're
  504. 16:25going to slowly decay. First, your
  505. 16:27impressions will drop. You will be shown
  506. 16:28less, and then engagement drops. So,
  507. 16:30you'll get less clicks, you'll get less
  508. 16:31calls. And this leads to fewer calls,
  509. 16:34fewer direction requests, and fewer
  510. 16:35clicks. And then, Google starts testing
  511. 16:37competitors above you, and then some of
  512. 16:38them stick. And then, before you know
  513. 16:40you're no longer in top three. And
  514. 16:42nothing looks wrong. All your reviews
  515. 16:44are still there. open. Your profile's
  516. 16:45still there, but Google has moved on.
  517. 16:47And this is why so many businesses come
  518. 16:49to us, and they say, "Hey, we used to
  519. 16:50rank so well." They simply just got out
  520. 16:52paced by the algorithm, because somebody
  521. 16:53else stayed active. They kept signaling
  522. 16:55that they're relevant, and then they
  523. 16:57earned all of these consistency points.
  524. 16:59Google didn't punish you, it just
  525. 17:01rewarded somebody else. And that's the
  526. 17:02silent killer in Google Map rankings.
  527. 17:04And this is why doing once just never
  528. 17:06works. And only consistency doing it
  529. 17:09will protect visibility longer. Now,
  530. 17:11let's talk about website what SEO
  531. 17:13agencies love to talk about, and why
  532. 17:16this is a secondary ranking factor. So,
  533. 17:17up until now, you've realized that GBP
  534. 17:20is the engine for local rankings. It
  535. 17:22drives everything I discussed before,
  536. 17:24but however, it doesn't just rank
  537. 17:25businesses on trust alone. It verifies,
  538. 17:28and that's why your website is very
  539. 17:30important as well, but it's not as
  540. 17:32important as a GBP. So, it's not here to
  541. 17:34compete, it's just here to confirm. So,
  542. 17:36you could think of it as a resume for
  543. 17:38Google Maps. So, your GBP lists what you
  544. 17:40do, where you operate, how active you
  545. 17:42are, and then your website is just a
  546. 17:43reference check. So, Google uses it to
  547. 17:46understand, is this business legit? Do
  548. 17:48their services actually match? Do they
  549. 17:50clearly serve these locations? And if
  550. 17:53the website confirms what GBP says,
  551. 17:55rankings stabilize. If they don't,
  552. 17:57rankings will stall. AI works the same
  553. 17:58way. So, whenever ChatGPT and AI
  554. 18:00recommends a local business, it
  555. 18:02double-checks the website to make sure
  556. 18:03the story is consistent and clear. So,
  557. 18:06it's not the main ranking factor for
  558. 18:07website. However, there's less trust
  559. 18:10without it, and you'll hit a ceiling.
  560. 18:11One analogy I can bring up is basically
  561. 18:14a good GBP can outrank bad GBP with a
  562. 18:17good website, but a good GBP without a
  563. 18:19website cannot outrank a good GBP with a
  564. 18:22good website. And in the next section,
  565. 18:24I'm going to show you how I get
  566. 18:25structure your website, so it supports
  567. 18:27your GBP, strengthens AI trust, and
  568. 18:29removes the final barriers to ranking
  569. 18:31without blogs, fluff, or outdated SEO
  570. 18:33tactics. And now your GBP is not
  571. 18:36optional, it's just it's not a nice to
  572. 18:38have. Now, website SEO is not the
  573. 18:40engine, it's the proof. So, you need to
  574. 18:42understand your website does not replace
  575. 18:44your GBP. You need your GBP. It just
  576. 18:46supports it. So, GBP tells Google who
  577. 18:48you are, your website proves it's true.
  578. 18:50And whenever Google ranks businesses in
  579. 18:53Maps, it cross-checks your GBP, the
  580. 18:54source of truth, your website, the
  581. 18:56confirmation layer, and other mentions
  582. 18:58across the web, the reinforcement
  583. 18:59signals. And you can go ahead and read
  584. 19:01this and pause the video to read what
  585. 19:03each of these sections say. And whenever
  586. 19:05ChatGPT recommends a local businesses,
  587. 19:07it doesn't just look at Maps, it
  588. 19:09double-checks the website to understand
  589. 19:11services, locations, and then problems
  590. 19:13you solve. And website SEO is not about
  591. 19:15traffic, it's about validation. Now,
  592. 19:17here's how Google uses your website for
  593. 19:19maps rankings. So, it simply verifies
  594. 19:21your business with it. So, it looks at
  595. 19:23does your services match your GBP
  596. 19:26services? Does your location match your
  597. 19:28service area? Is all the information
  598. 19:30clear and structured? So, basically, all
  599. 19:32of it leads to is this business legit
  600. 19:34and relevant? And whenever answers are
  601. 19:36clear, your maps are going to skyrocket.
  602. 19:38Whenever they're vague, your trust will
  603. 19:39drop. Here's why pretty websites
  604. 19:41actually with no clarity don't rank.
  605. 19:43Your websites don't need to be long,
  606. 19:44doesn't need to be very pretty, it just
  607. 19:46needs to be specific. So, clear service
  608. 19:48pages, clear location signals, and clear
  609. 19:50structure. And the only pages you need
  610. 19:53for local SEO are these. And every
  611. 19:56single person overcomplicates website
  612. 19:58SEO. You don't need dozens of blog
  613. 20:00posts, SEO content strategies, and then
  614. 20:01long articles nobody reads. So, only a
  615. 20:03few page matters. Here are the
  616. 20:05non-negotiables. Number one, homepage.
  617. 20:07Summary of who you are, where you serve,
  618. 20:09and then what you do. Number two,
  619. 20:10service pages. One page per main
  620. 20:12service. Number three, location pages.
  621. 20:14One page per city or service area. And
  622. 20:16every single page has a job. Service
  623. 20:18pages tell you Google what you do,
  624. 20:19location pages tell Google where you do
  625. 20:21it. If these pages don't exist, Google
  626. 20:24is going to guess and doesn't like
  627. 20:25guessing. Now, let's talk about the
  628. 20:27homepage. And here's what Google thinks
  629. 20:28it is. It doesn't read your homepage
  630. 20:31like a human, it simply just scans it.
  631. 20:33You can think of it as an impatient
  632. 20:34employee. Looks for a headline and
  633. 20:36section titles. If it can't understand
  634. 20:38your business in less than 10 seconds,
  635. 20:39you're going to lose. But if it can,
  636. 20:41you're going to win. And here's why it
  637. 20:43matters. Your main headline should
  638. 20:44clearly state service plus location. For
  639. 20:47example, professional roof repair in
  640. 20:49Dallas, Texas. And that one line would
  641. 20:51do way more for SEO than most entire
  642. 20:53websites. Your homepage answers, what do
  643. 20:56you do? Where do you do it? Why should I
  644. 20:58trust you? Everything else is
  645. 20:59decoration.
  646. 21:00Now, let's talk about the service pages.
  647. 21:02So, this is where rankings are won. If
  648. 21:05homepage is the front desk, service
  649. 21:07pages are the specialists. Think of a
  650. 21:09hospital. And you don't go to the lobby
  651. 21:11for heart surgery. You go to
  652. 21:12cardiologist. And Google works the same
  653. 21:14way. Each service page tells Google this
  654. 21:16business is the expert in this specific
  655. 21:18thing. And this is why one service per
  656. 21:20page matters. And then you really need
  657. 21:22clear explanations and then generic
  658. 21:24pages fail. A service page should feel
  659. 21:26like this page exists only to explain
  660. 21:28this one service. And this increases
  661. 21:30trust, relevance, map rankings, and then
  662. 21:32AI recommendations. When service pages
  663. 21:34are missing, you will have to guess what
  664. 21:36you actually do. And Google does not
  665. 21:38reward guessing. And in this Gamma Doc,
  666. 21:40you can go ahead and watch this video.
  667. 21:41Or you can go to the Lead Oracle AI
  668. 21:44channel. You can watch this video as
  669. 21:45well on how to create service area pages
  670. 21:48that rank number one on Google. Now,
  671. 21:50let's talk about internal linkings. So,
  672. 21:51internal links confuse a lot of people.
  673. 21:54But here's a very simple analogy to
  674. 21:56understand. Internal links are hallway
  675. 21:58signs. So, if your website is a
  676. 22:00building, links tell Google where each
  677. 22:02room is. And when home page links to
  678. 22:05service pages, Google learns these
  679. 22:07services are important. And when service
  680. 22:09pages link to location pages, Google
  681. 22:11learns these services happen in these
  682. 22:13areas. If you don't have links, there's
  683. 22:15no guidance. And Google doesn't just
  684. 22:18explore randomly if all is paths. So,
  685. 22:20clear paths equal clear understanding
  686. 22:22equal better rankings. Now, let's talk
  687. 22:24about schema. And this is sounds very
  688. 22:27technical, but it's actually very
  689. 22:28simple. And a lot of website plugins
  690. 22:30already provide this. So, you can think
  691. 22:32of schema as labels for machines. So,
  692. 22:35you can think of it as putting a name
  693. 22:36tag on everything. Instead of Google
  694. 22:38guessing, is this a business? Is this a
  695. 22:40service? Is this a location? Schema
  696. 22:42tells Google directly, "Hey, this is a
  697. 22:44local business. These are our services.
  698. 22:46This is our address. And these are our
  699. 22:47reviews." Your website already says
  700. 22:49this. Schema just makes it impossible to
  701. 22:51misinterpret. And this provides
  702. 22:53certainty. And then schema reduces
  703. 22:55confusion. And less confusion equals
  704. 22:57more trust. And here's the example of a
  705. 22:59schema, which is basically a script that
  706. 23:01you inject onto your website that tells
  707. 23:03Google exactly where you are. Now,
  708. 23:05here's the real goal of website SEO.
  709. 23:07Your website has one goal in local SEO
  710. 23:09to remove doubts and also to expand your
  711. 23:13service area beyond what you have on
  712. 23:14your GBP. So, your website answers the
  713. 23:16question, is this business legit,
  714. 23:18relevant, and clear? If it's yes, your
  715. 23:20rankings on local business and map pack
  716. 23:22are going to skyrocket. If it's not,
  717. 23:24then it might hurt you in the long run.
  718. 23:26So, it's not about tricks, it's about
  719. 23:27clarity. And this is why clear websites
  720. 23:30win all the time. Now, let's talk about
  721. 23:32service pages. So, this is technical but
  722. 23:34very simple. So, each core service
  723. 23:36should have its own page. And a ser-
  724. 23:38proper service page should include the
  725. 23:40service name in the title, a clear
  726. 23:42explanation of the service, who it's
  727. 23:44for, where it's offered, internal links
  728. 23:45to relevant services. So, this confirms
  729. 23:47relevance for Google Maps, gives AI
  730. 23:49clear answers to pull from, and you
  731. 23:51really need to avoid keyword stuffing.
  732. 23:54So, write as if you're explaining to a
  733. 23:56customer. And whenever a human can
  734. 23:58understand it easily, Google and AI
  735. 24:00will, too. Now, let's talk about
  736. 24:01location pages. So, location pages are
  737. 24:03how you expand visibility beyond your
  738. 24:05address and beyond the radius that most
  739. 24:08Google Business Profiles bring. And this
  740. 24:10should clearly name the city, explain
  741. 24:12the services offered there, refer to
  742. 24:14nearby areas naturally, and then link
  743. 24:16back to relevant service pages. And this
  744. 24:18supports map pack rankings by expanding
  745. 24:21geographic relevance, so expanding you
  746. 24:23beyond your radius on the map pack,
  747. 24:25confirming service areas, and helping AI
  748. 24:27recommend you in specific services.
  749. 24:29However, you need to make sure that you
  750. 24:31don't have just a template copy-paste
  751. 24:33location pages. You need to refer to
  752. 24:35nearby areas naturally, so Google
  753. 24:37doesn't think that it's thin and
  754. 24:39copy-and-paste locations. Now, let's
  755. 24:41talk about structure, not length, and
  756. 24:42how AI reads websites. So, it doesn't
  757. 24:44read websites like humans, it tracks
  758. 24:46answers. So, AI looks for clear
  759. 24:48headings, short sections, simple
  760. 24:50language, direct explanations. And long
  761. 24:52paragraphs are going to confuse AI. And
  762. 24:55this is why headings matter, bullet
  763. 24:57points matter, and clear layout matters.
  764. 24:59So, if your website's easy to skim, it's
  765. 25:01easy for AI to understand, and this is
  766. 25:03how your site feeds ChatGPT, Claude,
  767. 25:06Gemini recommendations. Now, here is a
  768. 25:09website SEO checklist, which is a
  769. 25:11supporting role to the GBP. Number one,
  770. 25:13website SEO foundations. Number two,
  771. 25:15consistency. Number three, structure.
  772. 25:17Number four, technical basics. If you
  773. 25:20want, you can go ahead and pause this
  774. 25:21video and just screenshot this. And the
  775. 25:23main thing here is your website doesn't
  776. 25:24need to be perfect. It needs to be clear
  777. 25:27and match your GBP. Because whenever
  778. 25:29your website confirms your GBP, Google
  779. 25:31and AI will trust you a lot more. That's
  780. 25:33why our rankings will compound. Now,
  781. 25:35you've reached to the end of this video,
  782. 25:37and you should pat yourself on the back
  783. 25:39because most local businesses or
  784. 25:40agencies won't watch an almost 30-minute
  785. 25:43video on how to rank better on ChatGPT
  786. 25:45and AI and Google Maps. So, if you made
  787. 25:48it to the end, congratulations because
  788. 25:5099.99%
  789. 25:51of local businesses won't make it to the
  790. 25:53end. And you're truly on your path on
  791. 25:55starting to generate leads from AI
  792. 25:57search and Google. And if you're a local
  793. 25:59business just looking to do all the
  794. 26:00things that I mentioned in this
  795. 26:02document, and you just want to
  796. 26:03autopilot, you can go ahead and start a
  797. 26:05trial of our software. I'm going to
  798. 26:07include it in the Gamma Doc, and also in
  799. 26:09the link in the description on YouTube.
  800. 26:10If you're existing agency, and you
  801. 26:12already have local clients that you want
  802. 26:13to do SEO for, you just want to automate
  803. 26:15some of the things I discussed in this
  804. 26:17video like AI GBP or website stuff, you
  805. 26:19can book a demo call in the description
  806. 26:21as well. And you also find me on
  807. 26:23Instagram, YouTube, and X. So, I hope
  808. 26:25you got some nuggets out of this video,
  809. 26:27and you're on your path to start ranking
  810. 26:29number one on ChatGPT and Google. I'll
  811. 26:31catch you in the next video.
