- 0:00So, in 2026, you want to be able to run
- 0:03your business, your life on your terms.
- 0:05You want to quit your full-time job,
- 0:07whether that's a corporate 9 to5,
- 0:09whether you're a PT still on the gym
- 0:10floor, and you want to run a fitness
- 0:12business online. Well, you're in the
- 0:14right place. This is all I do. It's all
- 0:16I focused on since 2018. We've been
- 0:18doing this longer than anybody else. I
- 0:20checked this morning, and to date, we've
- 0:22helped 3,499
- 0:24people leave their jobs and get fully
- 0:25online. People like this. These are some
- 0:27quick testimonials we filmed at our most
- 0:29recent couple of events. We got people
- 0:30in here like Alex in the bottom right.
- 0:32She came from the yaching industry.
- 0:34Didn't even have an Instagram account is
- 0:36now doing £28,000 per month. We've got
- 0:38who else we got? We got Wall here was a
- 0:40firefighter in the London Fire Brigade.
- 0:42We got uh Cheetah who's a dentist. We
- 0:44got Holly who is a dancer. We got Phil
- 0:47architect and a bunch of other people.
- 0:49If you're a PT watching this, good news
- 0:51for you. Big folder here full of people
- 0:52that we're putting out fully online.
- 0:54This is all we do. So, this video is
- 0:57going to be a little bit different to
- 0:58most YouTube videos. Most YouTube
- 1:00videos, you're looking at around what, 8
- 1:01to 15 minutes. This one, strap in for
- 1:04it. Grab something to write with and
- 1:06take some notes. I'm going to walk you
- 1:07through the six steps that it takes to
- 1:09build an online fitness business. I'm
- 1:12going to go quite in depth. I'm going to
- 1:13break down each step and go quite
- 1:14granular. And my goal is by the end of
- 1:16this, you'll be able to start really
- 1:18making progress towards landing clients,
- 1:20be able to quit your job, hitting that
- 1:21first sort of £1,000 online, then the
- 1:23first £3,000 online, the first 5K
- 1:26online, and so on. And it all starts
- 1:28with this. The first step that we need
- 1:30to do that you need to do is to figure
- 1:31out what is your offer. So that is like
- 1:34what is it exactly that you're going to
- 1:35sell and how you going to position
- 1:37yourself out there. So step one, the
- 1:40very first thing that we need to do is
- 1:42we need to figure out and identify who
- 1:45exactly do you want to help? Who is your
- 1:47ideal client? Now typically my advice
- 1:50here is nine times out of 10 we tend to
- 1:54market towards previous versions of
- 1:56ourselves. So you want to think back to
- 1:58you before you kind of you know got
- 2:01bitten by the bug. You want to think
- 2:03back to when you were initially sort of
- 2:04struggling a little bit perhaps. What
- 2:06were the big breakthroughs that you had?
- 2:08You want to put yourself in that
- 2:09person's shoes and that is probably
- 2:12going to be who you are going to want to
- 2:14help. So the first thing you're going to
- 2:15want to do is if you're making notes is
- 2:17to sit and brainstorm who would my ideal
- 2:19client be. I would suggest going as far
- 2:21as actually thinking of somebody that
- 2:22you know in real life in your personal
- 2:24life and actually give this this person
- 2:26this avatar a name. Actually give it a
- 2:29name. Visualize it and think about the
- 2:31conversations perhaps you've had with
- 2:32this person the struggles that they have
- 2:34and so on. Which leads us on to the next
- 2:36bit which is what do they want to
- 2:38achieve? So what did you want to achieve
- 2:40when you first started going to the gym
- 2:42or getting in shape? Was it weight loss?
- 2:44Was it muscle growth? Was it injury
- 2:46rehab? Was it strength and conditioning?
- 2:48How much weight did you want to lose?
- 2:50Are you the sort of person that was
- 2:51already in okay shape but struggled to
- 2:53get into amazing shape? Or were you the
- 2:56person that's really struggled with your
- 2:58body weight all your life? You've really
- 2:59had to overcome, you know, drop 10, 15,
- 3:0220 plus kilos. Really, really important.
- 3:04The third thing that we want to figure
- 3:06out is why is this person not achieving
- 3:10it? You presumably watching this video
- 3:13perhaps had some initial struggles, but
- 3:15you figured it out and you're now
- 3:17probably pretty confident you're in
- 3:18shape or you're heading towards the
- 3:20shape that you want to be in. Like you
- 3:23know now what it takes. You know what to
- 3:25avoid, what mistakes that you know to to
- 3:27skip over so you can get straight to
- 3:29quick results. The sort of people that
- 3:31you're likely going to be working with
- 3:32aren't quite there yet. They're still
- 3:34making mistakes. They still have
- 3:35outdated ideas. They're still being fed
- 3:37bad information. So, what is it that is
- 3:40holding them back? These are the first
- 3:42three things I want you to do. Once
- 3:44you've spent time doing these, and
- 3:46again, I would watch this video through,
- 3:47take notes, and then I would sit down
- 3:49step by step and and map each each each
- 3:51section out. The next thing to do here
- 3:53is to then figure out like what are the
- 3:55three big pillars that I feel are
- 3:58important to my result. So for example,
- 4:01pillar one might be the training side of
- 4:04it. Whether that's cardio, whether it's
- 4:06classes, whether it's strength training,
- 4:09whether it's like higher rocks,
- 4:10crossfit, doesn't matter. What is pillar
- 4:13number one that you feel is critical to
- 4:14you having got this result. The second
- 4:17thing here is what's the the the follow
- 4:20on sort of pillar from that, which
- 4:22probably could be nutrition, for
- 4:24example, could be supplementation. So
- 4:26what do you feel is important there? And
- 4:27then we want to round it off with a a
- 4:29third pillar. So this could be mindset,
- 4:32it could be discipline, it could be
- 4:33sleep, it could be women's health. Let's
- 4:35say you're a female and you've had to go
- 4:37through PCOS. Perhaps it's like eating
- 4:39disorders. Whatever your unique
- 4:42backstory is, you want to have a think
- 4:43about like what are the three big levers
- 4:46that I pulled in order to get this
- 4:48result. Now these three pillars are
- 4:50important because they are going to be
- 4:52what differentiates you from other
- 4:54coaches out there. your unique
- 4:56experiences, your unique backstory. So,
- 4:58step one, if we just zoom out for a
- 5:00second, step one, who do I want to help?
- 5:02What do they want to achieve
- 5:03specifically? Why are they not achieving
- 5:04it already? Why are they struggling with
- 5:06uh what are they struggling with? Sorry.
- 5:08And then what would the kind of three
- 5:10core pillars of my coaching be that if I
- 5:13was to start with this client tomorrow,
- 5:15I would say, hey, over the next 90 days
- 5:17or so, we need to get this, this, and
- 5:19this all sorted out. That's step one,
- 5:21which is your offer and your
- 5:22positioning. Step two is to what we call
- 5:26optimize your Instagram profile. So,
- 5:28Instagram by far and away is the best
- 5:30platform to be able to land online
- 5:32coaching clients from for free. We got
- 5:34the ability to just grab our phones,
- 5:36make a couple of posts, land clients
- 5:37from it, and it all starts with your
- 5:39profile. So, the first thing we want to
- 5:41do is you want to get your Instagram
- 5:42handle sorted. This is your username. If
- 5:44you have some really obscure username
- 5:46right now that's just a bunch of
- 5:48characters and letters, that's not going
- 5:50to do. Nobody's going to be able to find
- 5:51you. We ideally want your full name,
- 5:54your first name, your last name. For me,
- 5:55my Instagram handle is just Adam Haley
- 5:57one. Very, very simple. The second thing
- 5:59we want to sort is a profile picture.
- 6:02Most people when they start launching an
- 6:04online coaching business, they feel that
- 6:05they need a really professional profile
- 6:08photo, something of them, either at a
- 6:10gym photo shoot or a bodybuilding
- 6:11competition or a logo. I would avoid all
- 6:14of these and I would just focus in on
- 6:17just something where you look like very
- 6:18approachable everyday life. I'm going to
- 6:20give you an example of something in a
- 6:22second. Third thing we want to do is we
- 6:24want to make your Instagram profile all
- 6:26about the other person. So this would be
- 6:28a bold promise. So we've now got your
- 6:30Instagram handle, got your profile
- 6:32picture, a bold promise. How we tend to
- 6:33structure this is labeling like who you
- 6:36help, what you help them achieve, and
- 6:38then potentially the thing that they can
- 6:39do it without. So it could be like, you
- 6:41know, I help moms drop the baby weight
- 6:46without having to cook different meals,
- 6:49for example. So, who do you help? What
- 6:50do you help them achieve? What do you do
- 6:51it without? These are the three parts of
- 6:53a bold promise. And then the third thing
- 6:55would be a CTA, a call to action. It is
- 6:59this is something that like tells
- 7:00somebody what to do, whether it's to
- 7:02message you or fill in a form. And we
- 7:04want to make sure that it's outcome
- 7:05based. And I'm going to give you an
- 7:06example of this in a second. So, the
- 7:09example I'm going to give is one of our
- 7:10students called Michael. So, Michael
- 7:13started with us less than a month ago.
- 7:15He'd never been a coach before. This is
- 7:18his profile. never been a coach before.
- 7:20At the time of joining us, he had around
- 7:22like 270 followers and despite having a
- 7:25very small Instagram account, never
- 7:27having trained anybody before or been a
- 7:29coach before, he was working as an
- 7:30offshore engineer. Within the first 30
- 7:32days, he's up to eight or nine clients,
- 7:35which is around £2,000,
- 7:38£3,000 or so in income already. So,
- 7:41let's start with the uh the handle.
- 7:43That's this bit up here. Personally, I
- 7:45would like it to be his full name.
- 7:46However, he has his full name here,
- 7:48which is searchable, this bit in bold.
- 7:50So, this is perfect. Secondly, you'll
- 7:51see his profile picture is nothing about
- 7:53him being jacked in the gym. It's
- 7:55actually just a family photo. Perfect.
- 7:57We want the photo to be nice and
- 7:58personal. And then we've got the bold
- 8:00promise here. I help parents get lean,
- 8:02strong, and energized without missing
- 8:04family time. [music] Great. It's who he
- 8:06helps is what he helps them achieve, and
- 8:08then it's the thing that they can do it
- 8:09without. The only bit that I would
- 8:10change is the the CTA, the call to
- 8:12action. Uh he has start today. I prefer
- 8:15outcomebased CTAs. So like somebody
- 8:18doesn't want to start today. Some people
- 8:20have like apply for coaching. People
- 8:22don't want to apply for coaching. People
- 8:24want the result. So how Michael could
- 8:26change this for example could be like
- 8:28drop your first £10 ready to finally
- 8:31start seeing results and then click the
- 8:33link below. That sort of vibe. Uh but
- 8:35this is clearly working for him.
- 8:36Underneath we've got a simple
- 8:37pre-application form link. This is what
- 8:39we build out for all of our students
- 8:40that are part of the program. So that's
- 8:42all done for him there. So that is an I
- 8:44an ideal profile that you can sort of
- 8:46mimic but just make this bit here more
- 8:48outcome based. So what does the person
- 8:51actually want? Uh what's the end goal
- 8:53for them? So that is the Instagram
- 8:56profile. So far we've had the offer, who
- 8:58we help, what do they want to achieve,
- 8:59what they struggling with, and then
- 9:01we've got the Instagram profile. Step
- 9:03three is the weekly content system. So,
- 9:06we need a really simple system that you
- 9:08can just follow weekly that we just
- 9:10rinse and repeat and it brings leads in
- 9:12almost like on autopilot. So, here's
- 9:15what we suggest is one to two posts per
- 9:18week being based around your story, like
- 9:21your own results, your journey, your
- 9:23transformation, or if you have them,
- 9:25client results. Now, if you're starting
- 9:27out, even if you don't have clients yet,
- 9:29you can actually just take on two to
- 9:31three friends, family, or colleagues,
- 9:33help them out for free, get them a
- 9:35phenomenal result, and document their
- 9:36journey, their process, what the things
- 9:38that they are struggling with, what is
- 9:39it you're doing with them. So, one to
- 9:42two posts per week based around this,
- 9:44and I'm going to give you examples on my
- 9:46account in a second. Next up, want to
- 9:48weave in two to three posts per week
- 9:51that are either your views and opinions
- 9:53on certain things or tactical advice.
- 9:57Now, when I say tactical advice, what I
- 9:58mean by that is stuff that somebody can
- 10:00watch or read and just go and implement
- 10:03right away. So, it might be, you know,
- 10:05here are three ways that I get 150 grams
- 10:10of protein in each day, that sort of
- 10:12vibe. Or, you know, here's my number one
- 10:15glute exercise. here's the reason, you
- 10:18know, that I got into the best shape of
- 10:20my life. Here are the three exercises
- 10:21that got me feeling the best when I last
- 10:23went on holiday. Those sorts of things.
- 10:25Then we want one to two posts that just
- 10:28personal. So, these can be you and your
- 10:31partner on date night. It could be the
- 10:32family. It could be just any personal
- 10:35wins that you've got, any hobbies or
- 10:37sports that you participate in. People
- 10:39[music] don't want you to be too
- 10:41polished and for all of your posts to
- 10:44just be like value and advice.
- 10:46Otherwise, you come across like a, you
- 10:47know, a bit of a robot. Just want to
- 10:49weave in, you know, a bit of your your
- 10:50personality and so on. So, if I just go
- 10:53to my own profile here, let me search
- 10:55for myself. Let me give you an example.
- 10:58This one here, this is obviously myself
- 11:00and my partner Sandy last week when we
- 11:02went away and all you know the entire
- 11:04caption is just first night and then a
- 11:06couple of salmon giries because we went
- 11:07for sushi on holiday. So this is just a
- 11:09personal thing that leans into the whole
- 11:12like know like and trust you know so
- 11:15that's that. Next up is let's talk about
- 11:18this one. This is a real that I did
- 11:20which is me giving my opinion on how to
- 11:24or like bad advice basically that I've
- 11:26seen from other mentors. So this is my
- 11:29opinion. This is my views. This one for
- 11:31example would be me talking about one of
- 11:34our students. A result that we've got
- 11:36Josh. He joined us in the police force
- 11:38was working insane hours. And then I ran
- 11:40through step by step exactly what we
- 11:42did. And eventually you know he's doing
- 11:44over 10k a month. He's doing photo
- 11:46shoots with clients. He's now left the
- 11:48police force. He's 100% online. So, that
- 11:50would be an example of talking through
- 11:51like a client's journey. We've got
- 11:53another personal one. This was myself
- 11:55and some of my team going to the Abu
- 11:56Dhabi F1. Then we've got these sorts of
- 11:59things, a bit more social proof. One of
- 12:01our clients, I think it was uh who was
- 12:03this? This was I can't even remember.
- 12:07Anyway, that's one of our results. Then
- 12:08we got like tactical ones, you know, six
- 12:10promo tactics to sign more clients.
- 12:13We've got this one here. If you prefer
- 12:14writing, you know, we just hit X per
- 12:16month. Here are six tactics that we use
- 12:17that you can go and do yourself. Tactic
- 12:18one, tactic two. So this is like
- 12:21implementable advice that somebody can
- 12:24do immediately. So that would be, you
- 12:27know, your story or client results would
- 12:29be one to two posts. Two to three would
- 12:30be tactical advice or your views, which
- 12:32could be a mix of carousels, could be
- 12:34reals, could be B-roll footage. And then
- 12:36one to two posts just personal like what
- 12:38you're up to, that sort of thing. Now
- 12:40the bit that kind of ties it all
- 12:41together, that's the worst line ever, is
- 12:44on your Instagram stories. So, of
- 12:46course, Instagrammers fit into feed and
- 12:48stories. Just two to three times per
- 12:51week. We want a a bit of a call to
- 12:53action on your Instagram stories. So,
- 12:55for example, you might show somebody
- 12:57that you are helping with uh get a
- 12:59result. You might display the result and
- 13:00then be like, hey, do you want results
- 13:02like this? Do you want me to take the
- 13:04thinking out of fat loss for you? Or you
- 13:06might show your own result and you might
- 13:09talk about something that you struggled
- 13:10with potentially. So, it could be like,
- 13:12hey, when I first started trying to get
- 13:13in shape, I was so overwhelmed. I didn't
- 13:15know if I should do classes, if I should
- 13:17do cardio. I didn't know if it was
- 13:18strength training I needed to do. In the
- 13:20end, you know, it was X, whichever one
- 13:22of the three is you. Are you in the same
- 13:24position? Are you overwhelmed by the
- 13:26conflicting advice out there that you
- 13:28see? Somebody might hit yes. They might
- 13:30tap like a sticker, you know, the emoji
- 13:32stickers that would indicate interest.
- 13:34Or you could say, if you're struggling
- 13:35with this, you know, just shoot me a
- 13:37quick private message with the word
- 13:38results and let me talk you through, you
- 13:39know, how you can actually start
- 13:41dropping some body weight, getting into
- 13:42the shape of your life, and increasing
- 13:44confidence. So that's kind of the weekly
- 13:46cadence. What that leads to is people in
- 13:48your DMs. So people will start either
- 13:50interacting on your Instagram stories,
- 13:52they'll reply to your stories, they'll
- 13:53send you DMs with like keywords on it.
- 13:55And from there, we now have like a bit
- 13:57of a flow that we want to do. So this
- 13:59kind of works like this from top to
- 14:01bottom. Somebody enters your DMs off the
- 14:04back of one of these CTAs. I'm very OCD.
- 14:06That's an even worse arrow. And then we
- 14:08want to go step by step from here. So
- 14:11first up is you want to clarify their
- 14:12goal. So somebody might message you the
- 14:14word results. Say I messaged you. You
- 14:16would come back to me and you'd be like,
- 14:17"Adam, really appreciate the message.
- 14:20Just a quick one. You know, if you don't
- 14:21mind me asking, what is it you're trying
- 14:22to achieve?" Person would come back and
- 14:24say, "Hey, I'm trying to achieve X. I'd
- 14:27really like to drop some body fat." You
- 14:28go, great. Let's quantify a little bit.
- 14:32Let's say specifically 3 4 months from
- 14:34now, around 90 days. How much weight do
- 14:36you think specifically you would like to
- 14:37have lost? Or how many dress sizes? They
- 14:40would answer that. That's part one is
- 14:41just clarifying their goals. The second
- 14:43thing we want to do is we want to then
- 14:45highlight the gap or highlight the
- 14:47reality of where they're at right now.
- 14:49So this would be like awesome 100% on
- 14:52board with that. Listen, if you don't
- 14:53mind me asking what have you tried so
- 14:55far that's not quite worked or you
- 14:58[music] know what's what's quite not
- 14:59working as well as you feel it could be
- 15:01or is it more the nutrition side of
- 15:04things or the training side of things
- 15:06that you feel that you're struggling
- 15:07with a little bit right now? Like what's
- 15:09not connecting? So we basically want to
- 15:11get them excited about what their goal
- 15:13is and what they want to achieve. Want
- 15:14to really quantify it so they can
- 15:15visualize it and they want to kind of
- 15:17just snap them back down to earth a
- 15:18little bit and just go got it. That's
- 15:20where we want to be right now. Obviously
- 15:21we're quite far away from that. What
- 15:23specifically are we struggling with and
- 15:25they'll come back to that. They'll let
- 15:26you know what it is. The third thing we
- 15:27do is we then give reassurance. So we
- 15:29go, "No worries. Listen, actually I
- 15:31struggled with the exact same thing. You
- 15:33know, until I did X, I really struggled
- 15:35with Y." Or if at this point you're now
- 15:37working with clients currently, you'd
- 15:40link it back. You'd be like, "Hey, I
- 15:41don't know if you saw the result that I
- 15:42put on my page a couple of days ago.
- 15:44Sarah, actually, when she first came to
- 15:46me, she struggled with the exact same
- 15:47issue. It was one of the first things we
- 15:49kind of got to work on." So, you give
- 15:51reassurance that you've been there and
- 15:52you've done it and you can help them.
- 15:53The final thing to do is then like,
- 15:55"Hey, if you're serious about this, I'm
- 15:58more than happy for us to jump on a
- 15:59quick 15, 20 minute call and I'll do
- 16:01like a full audit across your nutrition,
- 16:03across your training. I'll let you know
- 16:05what I feel is working and not working.
- 16:07More importantly, I'll I'll put myself
- 16:09in your shoes and I'll let you know what
- 16:11the two to three action steps would be
- 16:14if if I were you. After that, if you
- 16:15want to know a bit more about like how I
- 16:17could potentially do this for you with
- 16:18the coaching, great. If not, no hard
- 16:20feelings. Either way, you're going to
- 16:22walk away from the call with a bit of a
- 16:23game plan. Let me know how that sounds.
- 16:25So, at this point, they're going to go
- 16:26through this. They'll get to the bottom
- 16:27of that and they go, "Yep, sounds good."
- 16:30You then book them in for a call, which
- 16:32leads us on to the next bit, which is
- 16:33how to run the sales call. Now, sales is
- 16:36something that I personally used to
- 16:39really struggle with. Like, I was that
- 16:41bad at selling. Back when I was a gym
- 16:43floor PT, I did 11 years on the gym
- 16:45floor. By the way, back when I was a gym
- 16:47floor PT twice, two separate occasions,
- 16:50I trained somebody for an hour. These
- 16:53are two separate people. Trained
- 16:54somebody for for an entire hour. Got you
- 16:56phenomenal session. And at the end of
- 16:58it, they just thanked me and walked out
- 17:00the gym because I was that shy when it
- 17:02came to sales that I didn't even have
- 17:04the confidence to let them know before
- 17:06the session that it was paid. I just
- 17:07assumed that they'd read the boards, you
- 17:09know, in the gym saying personal
- 17:10training x per hour. And I didn't have
- 17:12the confidence to chase them down to the
- 17:14changing rooms and be like, "Hey, you
- 17:15you owe me money for that. I just let
- 17:17them walk away." That's how bad I was at
- 17:19sales. But it's something I've really
- 17:20turned into a strength. And this is a
- 17:22framework that we teach to our OT
- 17:24students. If you're if you're watching
- 17:26this video, by the way, and sales is a
- 17:28bit of an issue for you, I'm more than
- 17:30happy. I really appreciate anybody that
- 17:31watches, you know, my videos and engages
- 17:33on it, as long as they're getting, you
- 17:34know, value from them. If it's something
- 17:36you want some help with, I'm going to
- 17:37run through like a a quick 30,000 foot
- 17:40overview of this, but I have got a
- 17:42complete sales training where I break
- 17:44this down for my OT students. If you
- 17:46just message me on Instagram, so just
- 17:48find me on Instagram, Adam Haley1. Just
- 17:50message me and just say, "Hey, I'm
- 17:52watching your YouTube video. You
- 17:53mentioned sales training. can you please
- 17:54send it to me? I'll shoot that over to
- 17:56you. You don't need to give me your
- 17:56email address or anything like that.
- 17:58Just send it straight over. Then it's
- 17:59basically going to be me going in a lot
- 18:01more depth and giving examples and what
- 18:03I'm going to do on this video here. But
- 18:05effectively, you want to break a sales
- 18:07call down into three sections. The
- 18:10discovery, the pitch, the close. These
- 18:13are three separate things. And within
- 18:14each of them, there are little sort of
- 18:16subsections that you want to tick off.
- 18:18So I'll go from the top down. So the
- 18:20first thing you want to do on a sales
- 18:21call, it sounds really obvious, is you
- 18:23just want to like lower the guard of the
- 18:24other person. Sometimes when somebody
- 18:27jumps on a call with somebody that they
- 18:28perceive to be an authority or an
- 18:30expert, you know, they can get a bit
- 18:32nervous. Either they feel silly and
- 18:34inferior or they feel they're about to
- 18:36be sold to. So we really want to just
- 18:38lower the barriers. So when I jump on
- 18:40with somebody, I'll either ask how their
- 18:42day is. I'll ask like where they're
- 18:43calling from, like where you from,
- 18:44actually we've got a couple of our
- 18:46students that are in that area. Do you
- 18:47know so and so? Do you know anybody in
- 18:48our program? you know, just these sorts
- 18:50of things. If in the DMs I then go and
- 18:52check out their profile and like they're
- 18:54a football fan and they support a
- 18:56certain team, I'll bring that up. I'll
- 18:57just do something in the first two to
- 18:58three minutes just to kind of neutralize
- 19:01any thoughts about this being some form
- 19:04of sales call or that, you know, like
- 19:06I'm above them. I just want us both as
- 19:09humans just to chat and if I can help
- 19:11them, amazing. If not, like no hard
- 19:12feelings. And that's kind of leads us
- 19:14into the second bit is once I've built a
- 19:16quick bit of rapport. I then frame the
- 19:18call and I'm like, "Hey, purpose is
- 19:20cool. You got a problem. I've helped a
- 19:22ton of people, you know, and I've been
- 19:24through this myself, so I've probably
- 19:25got a solution. I'm going to dig in and
- 19:27just find out kind of what's not working
- 19:29at the moment as well as it could be.
- 19:30What are the quick things that you could
- 19:32do to start getting results and heading
- 19:35towards where you want to get to? And
- 19:36then at the end of this, I'll run you
- 19:38through how I work if you would like me
- 19:39to. And if we're a fit, like great. if
- 19:41we're not no hard feelings, you know, as
- 19:44I said in in the messages a couple of
- 19:45days back, I just want you to walk away
- 19:47from this call, you know, smarter than
- 19:48you went into it. Does that sound good
- 19:50to you? They're like, "Yeah, great.
- 19:52Cool." And then we move into goals and
- 19:53obstacles. This is where I would ask
- 19:54them exactly what do you want to
- 19:56achieve? I know we spoke loosely in the
- 19:57DMs, but let's dig a bit deeper. What
- 19:59have you tried so far? What's worked?
- 20:00What hasn't worked? When is the most
- 20:02confident you've ever felt? How did you
- 20:03look and feel? Did you have were you at
- 20:05a certain dress size or body weight at
- 20:07that time? And I'd run through all of
- 20:09that. Once we've done that, this bit is
- 20:10really important is you'll hear certain
- 20:12sales trainers talk about objection
- 20:15handling and so on and they turn it into
- 20:17this big like secret source. You know,
- 20:19they try and make it sound really cool.
- 20:20They've got some ninja tactics. I
- 20:22usually find that if you have to resort
- 20:24to objection handling, like wrestling
- 20:26somebody over the line, there was
- 20:28something missing earlier on in the
- 20:29sales call. My goal when I'm on sales
- 20:31calls with people is before I even get
- 20:34to the to the point of running them
- 20:36through sort of the investment and so
- 20:37on, I want them excited. I want them
- 20:39wanting to work with me. I don't want to
- 20:41drag somebody over the line like kicking
- 20:43and screaming if I have to use this
- 20:45fancy objection handling stuff.
- 20:46Something's gone wrong elsewhere in the
- 20:48call. And usually it can be solved by
- 20:51this bit here. So I create just a series
- 20:54of three check boxes which is now
- 20:56partner time. And my goal is during this
- 20:59big discovery phase, this section here
- 21:02of the rapport, framing the call, goals,
- 21:04obstacles. First thing I'm trying to do
- 21:06is I'm trying to elicit like why now?
- 21:09You know, we're on this call today. Most
- 21:12people like to procrastinate and delay
- 21:14things. Why are we not on this call 3
- 21:16months from now, 6 months from now? You
- 21:18know, what specifically has had you
- 21:21reach out and want to start making
- 21:23progress on this goal of yours now
- 21:25today? And I'm doing this so that later
- 21:28on in the call when we get to the
- 21:29investment part, we don't do the whole
- 21:32like, oh, I need to think, but now is
- 21:33not the right time. Oh, actually, you
- 21:34know what? I forgot I've got a holiday
- 21:35in a week's time and so on. I want to
- 21:37get to that ASAP, you know, during the
- 21:40discovery phase on the call so we can
- 21:41just cross it off like we've dealt with
- 21:42it. The second thing that I would like
- 21:44to do is try and figure out, do they
- 21:46have a partner and is that partner
- 21:49supportive? So during the goal setting
- 21:51bit, they might be talking about they're
- 21:53on their last holiday with their partner
- 21:55and they felt a bit uncomfortable. So I
- 21:56would zoom in on that and I would just
- 21:57say, "Oh, amazing. Where'd you go?" They
- 21:59would talk me through that. Great. You
- 22:00mentioned you went with your partner if
- 22:01you don't mind me asking. What's your
- 22:02partner's name? Oh, it's so and so.
- 22:04Amazing. Does so and so know that you
- 22:06and I are on this call? Yeah. Yeah, they
- 22:08know. Yeah, actually it was it was them
- 22:09that that sent me your Instagram po
- 22:11profile. Sorry. They they saw a piece of
- 22:12content and they forwarded it to me. Oh,
- 22:14amazing. You know, it's it's always
- 22:15really great when there's like sort of
- 22:17teamwork involved and your partner's in
- 22:19full support of you doing this. Yeah.
- 22:20So, they they know about this and
- 22:22listen, do you guys have to make
- 22:23decisions together or are you able to
- 22:26just at the end of this call if it feels
- 22:27good, if it's within budget and so on,
- 22:29you're happy to move forwards or do they
- 22:30need to be looped in? And then if they
- 22:32say, "No, no, I called the shots,
- 22:33amazing, you move forwards." If they
- 22:35say, "No, no, no, 100%. I'd have to run
- 22:37it by my partner." You can just loop the
- 22:39partner in at that point and say, "Hey,
- 22:40listen. instead of me like running you
- 22:42through all of this now and then you
- 22:43have to go and relay it. If your
- 22:44partner's available now, get them to
- 22:46jump on or why don't we just rebook this
- 22:48in like 2 three hours time and you said
- 22:49your partner's home from work or why
- 22:50don't we jump back on same time
- 22:52tomorrow. As I said earlier to me like a
- 22:54teamwork is really important. I want
- 22:55everybody on the same page everybody
- 22:56having a great gut feeling you know
- 22:58when's your partner going to be
- 22:59available. So, we want to deal with
- 23:00that. And the reason that we do this is
- 23:01so that again, somebody doesn't get
- 23:02through the end of the call and then go,
- 23:04"Oh, this all sounds amazing, but you
- 23:07know, I would never make a decision
- 23:08without my partner being involved, you
- 23:09know, but I just need to get my
- 23:11partner's permission, but I just want to
- 23:12run my partner through it." So, we we
- 23:14handle this earlier in the call so we
- 23:16don't get put on the back foot. The last
- 23:18one here is time, which is again so that
- 23:20we don't get somebody to at the end of
- 23:22the call who goes, "This all sounds
- 23:23amazing, but you know, I just don't
- 23:25think I'm going to have time to commit
- 23:27to this." We handle this early on and
- 23:29how I do it is when I start talking
- 23:31about their goals and their roadblocks,
- 23:33you know, issues and so on. One of the
- 23:35things that will usually come up is
- 23:37their occupation or their job and I'll
- 23:38just say, "Hey, oh, so you mentioned
- 23:40you're a teacher. Obviously, I'd imagine
- 23:42that you're pretty busy, right? All the
- 23:43prep work before. I know I know teachers
- 23:46get sick that they get x amount of
- 23:47holidays per year, but actually outside
- 23:49of that, like you're probably up against
- 23:51it, right? Long days, reports, exams,
- 23:54duh." Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. people
- 23:56don't even know. Great. So, listen, I'm
- 23:59going to be honest with you. Like, my
- 24:00clients that get the best results, they
- 24:02typically put in around two to four gym
- 24:05sessions per week. They allocate around
- 24:07an hour, you know, two to four times per
- 24:09week. And then, of course, there's going
- 24:10to be some meal prep involved and so on.
- 24:12So, are you going to have the time for
- 24:13this? And usually when you do that, you
- 24:15get the opposite where they're like,
- 24:16"Yeah, yeah, of course I will." Okay,
- 24:17just run me through like when exactly
- 24:20are you going to be able to train? Are
- 24:22you going to do it before work? You
- 24:23going to do it on your lunch break in
- 24:24the evening? And you want them
- 24:26quantifying all of this to you so that
- 24:28again at the end of the call they can't
- 24:30hit you with this sounds amazing but I
- 24:33need to figure out if I can actually do
- 24:34it because you've handled it all during
- 24:36this discovery phase. I know I've spoken
- 24:38quite quickly. There's quite a lot to go
- 24:39through there. As said if you want the
- 24:40sales training just message me on
- 24:42Instagram and I'll send it over. It's in
- 24:43a bit more depth and I give like real
- 24:45examples. So once we've gone through all
- 24:46this then we transition into the pitch
- 24:48which is like hey everything sounds
- 24:49amazing here. Listen going to be honest
- 24:51with you like this is what I do all day
- 24:53every day. It's my my passion. So, um
- 24:57very very confident I can help get you
- 24:58to this result. Would you like me to run
- 25:00you through kind of how I work? Yes.
- 25:02Great. Let me run you through two
- 25:04things. The philosophy and the
- 25:05deliverables. So, these are different
- 25:07things. This is where most people go
- 25:09wrong. When most people run a sales
- 25:10call, they start talking about all the
- 25:11features of their program. You've
- 25:13probably heard this if you've ever
- 25:14watched any sales trainings. It's like,
- 25:16oh, you get access to this, you get
- 25:17access to this. What I like to do is do
- 25:19a step before that. I talk through what
- 25:21we call the philosophy. So remember step
- 25:24one was to figure out who you work with,
- 25:27what the goals are, and then to map out
- 25:28kind of these pillars. This would be the
- 25:30first thing I would be talking them
- 25:32through. I would say, hey, listen, most
- 25:34people are going to just run you through
- 25:35XY Z. Actually, to me, it's really
- 25:37important that we get really clear on
- 25:38kind of like what are the foundations
- 25:39that my coaching is built on? And
- 25:41ultimately, I feel it comes down to
- 25:42these three things. And then you would
- 25:44run them through. First up is is
- 25:46training. You know, most people feel
- 25:48that they need to get in shape doing
- 25:49loads of cardio. Actually, when I tried
- 25:50that, I felt that I just got skinnier. I
- 25:52just lost weight. I had no energy. I
- 25:54actually looked worse. For me, the thing
- 25:55that really was the game changer was
- 25:57just strength training three times a
- 25:59week, just Monday, Wednesday, Friday,
- 26:00using like a specific sort of like
- 26:02training uh system and and routine. Da d
- 26:05d d d d d d d d d d d d d d d d d d d d
- 26:05d d d d d d d d d d d d d d d d d d d d
- 26:05and then you'd ask them how confident do
- 26:06you feel with training right now? They
- 26:08would let you know, you know, probably
- 26:09not that confident. Then you'd move into
- 26:10the second pillar, third pillar, and
- 26:12this would be the reason that you
- 26:14ultimately are in the shape that you're
- 26:16in, the you watching this video, you
- 26:18know, the the future coach. So, you'd
- 26:19run them through that and you'd be like,
- 26:20"Any questions on that?" And nine times
- 26:22out of 10, if you've delivered this
- 26:23well, they're like, "Oh my god, this is
- 26:25the missing piece. This is why I didn't
- 26:28get results with my previous PT. They
- 26:30never really helped me with my sleep or
- 26:32they didn't really help me with like my
- 26:33hunger and digestion and so on." So once
- 26:35you've gone through that, the next thing
- 26:36is the deliverables. So this is would
- 26:38you like me now to to explain how I
- 26:40actually deliver the coaching to you?
- 26:42And again, they're going to say yes. So
- 26:44it's like great. So first up, we're
- 26:46going to have an onboarding call. you
- 26:47know, I'm going to set your training,
- 26:49nutrition, supplementation, blah blah
- 26:51blah blah. I'm going to set all this up
- 26:52for you. We're going to jump on a call.
- 26:53I'm going to map it all out, build it
- 26:54into an app that you're going to have
- 26:55access to. We're going to do check-ins
- 26:58every single week. So, the issue, you
- 27:00know, that I think's happened previously
- 27:01is you've sort of followed like a plan.
- 27:03You've been left your own devices. You
- 27:04haven't really had that accountability.
- 27:06and the ability week by week to make
- 27:10changes, whether it's to pull back a
- 27:12little bit on the training side of it,
- 27:14whether it's to to increase or decrease
- 27:16food nutrition a little bit. That's what
- 27:18we're going to be doing every single
- 27:19week. You're going to check in with me.
- 27:20We're going to look at the results, look
- 27:21at the progress, look at perhaps like,
- 27:24you know, what's still preventing you
- 27:26and and slowing things down. We're going
- 27:27to work together. I'm going to coach you
- 27:28through that every single week. So,
- 27:30that's the first thing. In between those
- 27:31check-ins, you're not left to your own
- 27:32devices. I'll be checking in with you,
- 27:34you know, two or three times a week
- 27:35anyway, just seeing how you're getting
- 27:36on, seeing if I can support in any way.
- 27:38Let's say your your partner's got a
- 27:39birthday coming up. You guys are going
- 27:40out for a meal on Friday night. I'll
- 27:42personally go and take a look at the
- 27:44menus of the restaurant. I'll guide you
- 27:45through like, hey, these would be the
- 27:47the least worst options. So, you can
- 27:49still go out and enjoy a really good
- 27:50meal with your family. So, that's that
- 27:52side of it. Next up is you mentioned,
- 27:53you know, when you trained previously,
- 27:54you went to the gym and you just felt
- 27:56like everybody was looking at you, you
- 27:57didn't know how the equipment worked.
- 27:58Don't worry, you're going to have access
- 28:00to to my app and on that all of your
- 28:02sessions are going to be broken down
- 28:03step by step and you just tap on the
- 28:05exercise. It's going to show a video of
- 28:08exactly how to perform it. So, you don't
- 28:10need to worry anymore about going to the
- 28:11gym and either not knowing what to do or
- 28:13not knowing how to do it. You'll be able
- 28:14to track all your progress in there.
- 28:16You'll be able to send me videos of your
- 28:17form and I can give you feedback to make
- 28:18sure you're doing this optimally and
- 28:20safely and all that good stuff. And then
- 28:23any other deliverables that you feel are
- 28:24important. The key here is that we tend
- 28:26to limit it to like two to three key
- 28:29things instead of just overwhelming
- 28:31somebody with like, oh, you're going to
- 28:32get access to my WhatsApp group. You're
- 28:33going to get these PDFs. You're going to
- 28:34get this. You're going to get this. What
- 28:35they care about is the philosophy, the
- 28:37underlying knowledge, you know, about
- 28:39why we're doing this. And then just two
- 28:40or three key things that they're like,
- 28:41"Yeah, great. That sounds perfect." Once
- 28:43we've gone through all that, we then
- 28:44move into the third phase, which is the
- 28:46close. And the first thing we want to do
- 28:48is once we run them through philosophy
- 28:50and deliverables before getting to the
- 28:52investment drop, we want to just see
- 28:54what they think. So it's like, hey, how
- 28:55does all that sound? Any questions?
- 28:57They're like, no, sounds good. Great.
- 28:59Just so I get a bit of a sense check.
- 29:00Give me a scale of 1 to 10. 10 is like,
- 29:03oh my god, this is everything I knew
- 29:05that I need and more. I'm feeling very
- 29:08confident about the process. Number one
- 29:10is like, get me off of this call now.
- 29:12They'll usually joke and laugh and then
- 29:14they'll give you a number that's like a
- 29:15an eight or a nine or a 10. If they give
- 29:17you that, you move to the next bit. If
- 29:18they give you anything less than an
- 29:20eight, so like a five, six, seven,
- 29:22they're probably not quite there.
- 29:24There's probably like a little issue
- 29:25that you need to clarify. So I would
- 29:26just ask them, "Hey, cool. So you're at
- 29:28a seven at the moment." Obviously, it's
- 29:29really important to me that you have
- 29:30full confidence in this. If you don't
- 29:32mind me asking like what's the what's
- 29:34the gap between you being at like a
- 29:35seven and a nine? What's the missing
- 29:37piece? What do you what do you wish you
- 29:39know was included in the program? and
- 29:40then they'll walk you through that and
- 29:42you can handle that that potential
- 29:43issue. Once you're through that, we then
- 29:45move into the investment drop which is
- 29:47how you run them through the pricing.
- 29:49There are many different ways you can do
- 29:50this. Whether it's a this or that close,
- 29:52whether it's pitching a paid and full
- 29:54option into a split pay into an
- 29:55installment plan or something like this
- 29:57is very context heavy, so I don't want
- 29:58to give too much on this one. Just this
- 30:00would be where you reveal you know your
- 30:02pricing and then assuming they say yes
- 30:03to that, we start onboarding which is
- 30:05the next phase. So this might sound like
- 30:07a lot. Again, I'm happy to send you a
- 30:08sales training that I did where it all
- 30:10ties it together. You'll see examples
- 30:11and stuff in real time. We don't expect
- 30:13you to start a sales call and understand
- 30:15all of this the first time you do it.
- 30:16It's just a work in progress. One thing
- 30:18I will say is sales, as I said earlier,
- 30:20is something that I used to find, you
- 30:22know, a weakness. Something that is an
- 30:24absolute game changer when you nail it.
- 30:26So, we've just had a student come back
- 30:28to us, Elennie. She worked with us
- 30:30previously, got to a certain income,
- 30:32tried a couple of different approaches,
- 30:33it didn't quite work out, business sort
- 30:35of dropped a little bit. she's come back
- 30:37and she was generating leads, but her
- 30:39income wasn't really growing. And we
- 30:40identified that it was her her closing
- 30:43her sales skill set that was the
- 30:45bottleneck. So, her coach Abby really
- 30:48has dug in with her on sales. And now
- 30:51she's closing calls like effortlessly.
- 30:53No objections. And she's just kind of
- 30:56gone backwards and looked in the period
- 30:57before we dug into sales and gone, "Oh
- 30:59my god, I can see that I've had 20 calls
- 31:02that could have closed that I've missed
- 31:03out on." Now that I've got more
- 31:05confident with sales, like going
- 31:07forwards, I can see how I'm going to
- 31:08double and triple my income very
- 31:10quickly. So sales is one of these things
- 31:11that we all think is sleazy, but it's
- 31:13like one of the number one skill sets in
- 31:14business to learn. It's the hardest bit
- 31:16initially, but once you got your head
- 31:17around it, like it's it's just smooth.
- 31:19You just as soon as you go into sales
- 31:20calls with the mindset of like I'm just
- 31:21here to serve and help somebody and if
- 31:23we work together amazing if not like no
- 31:24hard feelings uh sales becomes very very
- 31:27effortless. And now we come to the the
- 31:28final step which is fulfillment. So this
- 31:31is effectively delivery of coaching.
- 31:33This is really the the final piece. All
- 31:34of this is gearing up to this part here.
- 31:36So you know we started with the offer
- 31:38then we move into a content plan. The
- 31:40goal of the content is to get people
- 31:41into the DMs. We go through the DMs and
- 31:44we get people onto a call [music] and
- 31:45then we run the call that I've just run
- 31:47you through. and now they're a client
- 31:49and we're here to help them. This is how
- 31:51it looks. So, we start here, which is
- 31:52obviously the sales call that we've just
- 31:54done. We get to the end of the call, we
- 31:56run them through the investment, we
- 31:57close them, so they say yes, they make
- 32:00payment. When a couple of things to
- 32:01happen, step one should happen
- 32:03automatically. And we actually build
- 32:05this out for all of our students. So, we
- 32:07have an in-house tech team where we
- 32:08build all of our students tech stacks.
- 32:10So, the first thing that happens is once
- 32:11somebody signs up, their intake form is
- 32:13sent. They have a welcome email sent to
- 32:15them welcoming them to the coaching
- 32:16program, congratulate them. This is all
- 32:18done via automation automatically. The
- 32:20coach doesn't have to lift a finger. So,
- 32:22they just sign up and then this is all
- 32:24done automatically without the the the
- 32:26coach needing to do anything. All the
- 32:27coach has to do is book their onboarding
- 32:30call for 3 or 4 days time, which is the
- 32:32orange bit. Now, in the meantime, all
- 32:35you have to do is just put the client
- 32:37plans together. Now again, what we do
- 32:39for our students is we actually give
- 32:41them all of my training routines that I
- 32:44use with my clients. We give those
- 32:45routines to them and then they can just
- 32:47make small adjustments and give it
- 32:49straight to their clients. So, it really
- 32:50speeds up the process of putting their
- 32:52client plans together. I give them
- 32:53everything they need. Then 3 or 4 days
- 32:56after the sales call, once the plans are
- 32:58created, the coaching client will jump
- 33:00on an onboarding call. And this is where
- 33:01they'll actually run them through. Hey,
- 33:04here's how many times per week. You
- 33:06know, I would love you to train. Here's
- 33:08exactly how you access the workouts and
- 33:10how you log it. Here are the here's the
- 33:12starting sort of approach to nutrition.
- 33:14Obviously, this is going to change over
- 33:15time, but here's where we're starting at
- 33:17right now. Any questions on this? And so
- 33:19on. And you run through that. Once
- 33:21they've had their onboarding call, then
- 33:23what I would do is one to two days
- 33:25later, we would do what we call a touch
- 33:26point. We would just check in with them.
- 33:28It's just like, "Hey, Sarah, quick one.
- 33:30You know, great catching up on our on
- 33:31our call the other day. Listen, I've
- 33:33noticed that you've got to the gym and
- 33:34you've managed to do that first workout.
- 33:35Amazing job. Any questions off the back
- 33:37of it?" So, we want to make sure that
- 33:39we're really handholding them at the
- 33:40beginning and really nurturing them. And
- 33:42then from there, we move into their
- 33:43weekly check-in. So, a form gets sent to
- 33:46them every seven days, same day each
- 33:48week, that they fill in that that's
- 33:49where they give their last week's body
- 33:51weight, this week's body weight, any
- 33:53issues that they've got, how's their
- 33:54sleep, you know, how's their energy, and
- 33:56so on. And then the coach will feed back
- 33:58with them, you know, on that check-in.
- 33:59And then we just do a midweek touch
- 34:01point. So, let's say somebody's check-in
- 34:02day is a Monday, that's their like
- 34:04formal check-in. Then maybe like
- 34:06Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, the coach
- 34:08will just shoot them a WhatsApp and just
- 34:09be like, "Hey, how's it going? What's
- 34:10the plans for the weekend? Anything I
- 34:11can help with? How you getting on? Great
- 34:13job." you know, you boxed off all your
- 34:15workouts this week. I can see you
- 34:16getting stronger. Phenomenal. And that
- 34:18really is like the coaching loop. That
- 34:21is this is online coaching. And this is
- 34:24what makes it such an amazing vehicle,
- 34:26you know, as a business is once a client
- 34:29is up to speed, once their initial sort
- 34:31of onboarding process is done, once
- 34:34they're a few weeks into the business
- 34:35and they've really got their head around
- 34:36it, client delivery time tends to be
- 34:38around like 7 to 9 minutes per week,
- 34:40just as an average. So you can see how
- 34:42when compared to like a traditional like
- 34:4440hour a week 9 to5 or a personal
- 34:47trainer that has to do 30 plus hours you
- 34:50know stood counting reps on the gym
- 34:51floor. This is all just done from your
- 34:53laptop on a Monday. You knock out your
- 34:56check-ins send a few WhatsApps. It's a
- 34:59very easy scalable way to to earn a lot
- 35:02of money. Frankly, you know, if you
- 35:04think just 15 online clients is around
- 35:07£3,000 in income, which is what, £45,000
- 35:10or something like that, you could
- 35:12deliver 15 clients in around an hour,
- 35:15hour and a half of delivery per week,
- 35:17and that's it. So, you then just go back
- 35:19to the top. We just keep the content
- 35:21cycle going, run a few sales calls, and
- 35:23we just get the first five clients,
- 35:25first 10, first 15, first 20. And this
- 35:28is how our students end up going 3K, 5K,
- 35:3110K, 15K, 20K per month. Eventually down
- 35:33the line, you know, once you're at
- 35:34capacity, if you're working with 40 plus
- 35:36clients, then you might want to bring on
- 35:37a coach that works, you know, under you
- 35:39and you can give them the overflow of
- 35:40clients. It's how you can continue to
- 35:42grow the business. So, yeah, as said,
- 35:44you know, we've been doing this longer
- 35:45than anybody else. Uh, we've taken the
- 35:46most people out of their jobs and fully
- 35:48online than anybody else. So, if you're
- 35:50watching this and you want us to give
- 35:52our opinion on how quickly it would take
- 35:55for you to be able to leave your job and
- 35:57start hitting these numbers, or if you
- 35:58go through this, it all makes sense, but
- 36:00you're like, I I just want somebody to
- 36:01just do it for me. Just give me all the
- 36:03scripts, give me the templates, you
- 36:05know, critique my sales calls with me,
- 36:07build out my tech, there'll be a link in
- 36:09the description under this video where
- 36:10you can just hit the apply button, fill
- 36:12in a few details. My team will give you
- 36:13a quick call. It'll be either Jamie or
- 36:15Joe. And uh they're just super honest
- 36:17and they'll be like, "Hey, you know,
- 36:18where you at right now?" Okay, cool.
- 36:19You're you're a teacher. What do you
- 36:21need to be earning to be able to
- 36:22comfortably, you know, leave that
- 36:24eventually when the time's right. Here's
- 36:26the other great thing about an online
- 36:27coaching business is you don't need to
- 36:30give up your current job to be able to
- 36:31do it. You know, you're able to just
- 36:33build this alongside. Hence why we've
- 36:35had people, you know, come to us from
- 36:37the fire service, police force,
- 36:39teaching, offshore engineer, yaching
- 36:41industry, architects, all of these
- 36:44different backgrounds. they're able to
- 36:46build this alongside their their current
- 36:49job so they don't have to lose any
- 36:50income and then when it matches or
- 36:52exceeds it then they can go fully
- 36:53online. So if you want us to just fast
- 36:55track that whole progress you want to
- 36:57become our 3,500th
- 37:00client then just hit that link below or
- 37:02shoot me a message on Instagram and just
- 37:04be like Adam dude just watch this
- 37:05YouTube video. Uh here are my questions
- 37:07or you know can you be honest with me?
- 37:09How long is it going to take for me to
- 37:10to get fully online and you and I can
- 37:12have a chat and uh I'll be really
- 37:13honest. So, real quick recap, if you're
- 37:15still here and you're not asleep, is
- 37:17number one, let's get your offer and
- 37:19positioning nailed down. Number two,
- 37:21let's sort out your Instagram profile so
- 37:23it mimics the example that I showed.
- 37:25Number three, [music] we're going to
- 37:26need to build out a weekly content
- 37:27system so you can produce content, you
- 37:29know, with relative ease, and it starts
- 37:30to have people raise their hand, show
- 37:32interest, and get into your DM inbox, at
- 37:34which point you're going to run them
- 37:35through this flow. You're then going to
- 37:37walk them through the sales process
- 37:39following these three big areas of the
- 37:41discovery, the pitch, the close, and
- 37:43then this is coaching. This is the meat
- 37:45and potatoes of what you're going to be
- 37:46paid to do. You can see how it's very,
- 37:48very time efficient. People get
- 37:49phenomenal life-changing results.
- 37:51Frankly, it could change your life
- 37:52because you end up, you know, I've just
- 37:54I've got a bit of a tan for once because
- 37:55I've just got back from the mold. Sandy
- 37:57and I booked it maybe like 6 days before
- 38:00we went. Just like, hey, feeling a bit
- 38:02tired. Fancy go getting some sun. Yep,
- 38:04we booked it. Laptop's in the bag. Phone
- 38:06comes with us. Business doesn't change.
- 38:09This is the beauty of building an online
- 38:10fitness business.
