5. 0:08and we have a wonderful story abdul baha
6. 0:10and how he taught a friend
7. 0:12how to pray when we pray we are
8. 0:16in the presence of god it's a very
9. 0:18special time
10. 0:20a time to be humble and to listen with
11. 0:23all
12. 0:23our hearts to god's guidance
13. 0:27before we pray we should clear our minds
14. 0:30and focus on god by taking
15. 0:32a prayerful position this may be
16. 0:35sitting with our arms crossed our hands
17. 0:38on our laps and our eyes closed
18. 0:42to help us concentrate our voice
19. 0:46should be reverent meaning respectful
20. 0:48and loving
21. 0:50and we should listen quietly when others
22. 0:52recite
23. 0:53prayers so this week let's practice
