  1. 0:00When I talk about one to many, the one
  2. 0:02thing I want to talk about that I
  3. 0:03haven't talked with you all about at
  4. 0:05all, I don't think, maybe a little bit
  5. 0:07early on.
  6. 0:08We talk about getting on calls and
  7. 0:11having conversations.
  8. 0:12We talk about having a school group and
  9. 0:14taking people from YouTube or some some
  10. 0:16social down to
  11. 0:18our school, which is a very very good
  12. 0:20method.
  13. 0:22But we haven't talked a lot about
  14. 0:24webinars.
  15. 0:25Really don't love the phrase. It's kind
  16. 0:27of cliche. It's a whole thing. Some
  17. 0:29people will say webinars are dead. Some
  18. 0:31people will say it's just getting
  19. 0:32started. I don't really care what people
  20. 0:34think about it. I want to know, does it
  21. 0:36work? And I can tell you it works.
  22. 0:38It still works. Like it still is an
  23. 0:40effective way of having people
  24. 0:44buy stuff from you.
  25. 0:46Simply put.
  26. 0:48And
  27. 0:49the webinar method is not None of this
  28. 0:51is for everybody. So it's just like you
  29. 0:53if it if it perks up your interest a
  30. 0:55little bit,
  31. 0:56then you you want might want to listen.
  32. 0:59A webinar is interesting because
  33. 1:01you can send lot a lot of your organic
  34. 1:05traffic to a webinar.
  35. 1:07Organic meaning your content, Instagram,
  36. 1:10YouTube, Substack.
  37. 1:12You can send them to a webinar
  38. 1:16that is free or paid. I would start with
  39. 1:18free if you've never done one. I would
  40. 1:20just start with it just for fun.
  41. 1:22And you can always AB test a free one
  42. 1:24versus a paid one, but I I think for
  43. 1:26most people a free one's going to be
  44. 1:27better, most people.
  45. 1:29And then you
  46. 1:31teach, and then you pitch, and then you
  47. 1:34send them somewhere. You either send
  48. 1:36them to a checkout page or you send them
  49. 1:38to more information, or you get them on
  50. 1:41a call.
  51. 1:43And
  52. 1:45you can do this over and over and over
  53. 1:46again. I did this in May of 2024.
  54. 1:50I remember even before I took off,
  55. 1:52that's so funny, even before my YouTube
  56. 1:53took off in May of 2024,
  57. 1:56I did a series of YouTube webinars.
  58. 2:00Just telling people you have to be on
  59. 2:01YouTube.
  60. 2:02This is what's working.
  61. 2:03I hadn't even had a like a
  62. 2:05hit yet, you know?
  63. 2:07But I could see it. I could see.
  64. 2:09And from that YouTube webinar,
  65. 2:13I sold into a couple of things. Once One
  66. 2:16of them was like a $99
  67. 2:18workshop, virtual workshop, and one was
  68. 2:22a $1,000 YouTube course.
  69. 2:25And every single time I'd have the
  70. 2:27YouTube webinar,
  71. 2:30at the end of the webinar, I'd have
  72. 2:31sales.
  73. 2:33Just without fail. There would be sales.
  74. 2:36Because you get to spend time
  75. 2:38with people and talk them through
  76. 2:40things.
  77. 2:42The way that I got them on the webinar,
  78. 2:45mostly was I'd put it in a YouTube
  79. 2:46video. I'd say I'm doing this during
  80. 2:48some other video, and I'd put the link
  81. 2:50in the description and pin comment. And
  82. 2:52for like 5 to 7 days, I'd get them onto
  83. 2:55the webinar.
  84. 2:57I wouldn't have the webinar like weeks
  85. 2:58out, by the way, if I were you, because
  86. 3:01they can lose interest or they can
  87. 3:02forget about it.
  88. 3:04So I'd make it a few days in the future.
  89. 3:07And I would and definitely make it about
  90. 3:09something interesting. Don't say we're
  91. 3:10doing this is a webinar to sell you. You
  92. 3:13don't say like, I'm going to teach this
  93. 3:15specific thing.
  94. 3:17And usually it's a thing that's kind of
  95. 3:19early on in the process.
  96. 3:21So you teach you truly teach it.
  97. 3:23Cuz most people are going to not pay you
  98. 3:25a penny. So you want them to take walk
  99. 3:26away with something that they learned.
  100. 3:29And then you want to be very direct. And
  101. 3:30this is what I see so many people doing,
  102. 3:33even people who are really good at
  103. 3:35sales,
  104. 3:37they'll do like they'll they'll do a
  105. 3:38whole thing where they just like wowed
  106. 3:41the group. Just wowed them. And then
  107. 3:43they'll say, "Yeah, and so I have like
  108. 3:45um
  109. 3:46there's this
  110. 3:47thing I'm selling,
  111. 3:49and I you can see the link is over
  112. 3:50there. And anyway,
  113. 3:52because they're so either nervous or
  114. 3:54they feel a little bit cringe selling or
  115. 3:57something and they lost the whole It'd
  116. 3:59be like running a race and then stopping
  117. 4:01before the finish line and just being
  118. 4:03like,
  119. 4:04"Uh that was good That was great.
  120. 4:06That was a fun time." But you're in
  121. 4:08front You're in the front, you know?
  122. 4:11That people I see it all the time and I
  123. 4:13see people Here's the thing I see, too,
  124. 4:16that is actually
  125. 4:17worse.
  126. 4:19Super super annoying to me just as a um
  127. 4:23person
  128. 4:25is I'll see someone who is confident.
  129. 4:29They must have all watched the same
  130. 4:32course one day 3 years ago that said,
  131. 4:36"Don't do a hard sell. Be a little coy
  132. 4:39about it. Like change the inflection of
  133. 4:41your voice. Make it more casual." And
  134. 4:44it's so obvious that they're doing it.
  135. 4:46They're just like, "Yeah, if you want to
  136. 4:48do it, it's it's good either way. It's
  137. 4:49It's cool either way." And they're
  138. 4:51obviously trying to make it like the
  139. 4:54anti-pitch.
  140. 4:56That's annoying. Just say what you mean.
  141. 4:59Just say what you mean. We've been
  142. 5:01talking about this. I've taught you how
  143. 5:02to do this. There's a way to do even
  144. 5:04more.
  145. 5:05I know that way and I'm going I'm
  146. 5:07teaching a few people that way. This is
  147. 5:09how you get it. You go to this page and
  148. 5:11you buy it.
  149. 5:13It's here.
  150. 5:16Because then you're respecting your
  151. 5:18audience.
  152. 5:20You're also giving yourself the best
  153. 5:22opportunity to money because anything
  154. 5:25that's like ambiguous, somebody may just
  155. 5:27not catch.
  156. 5:29They just may not catch that there's
  157. 5:31something over there that's interesting.
  158. 5:32They may think think it's just like a
  159. 5:33little something. "Oh, okay.
  160. 5:35I'm not going to click on it." But if
  161. 5:36you say, "Look,
  162. 5:38I have 12 spots open.
  163. 5:41We are getting it started in a week and
  164. 5:42a half.
  165. 5:44It is a paid program
  166. 5:46and it costs this much and this is how
  167. 5:48you join.
  168. 5:50I'm going to put Gail on the spot. Gail,
  169. 5:52can I put you on the spot?
