  1. 0:00how to pitch successfully on a webinar
  2. 0:03webinar marketing is one of those areas
  3. 0:05of online marketing which you just have
  4. 0:07to get into right now
  5. 0:09there are big benefits from being able
  6. 0:11to present material directly to
  7. 0:13prospects
  8. 0:14this means that they can interact with
  9. 0:16you
  10. 0:17they can ask and answer questions
  11. 0:20you can also pitch to them with the
  12. 0:22advantage of being able to handle
  13. 0:24objections live on the webinar itself
  14. 0:27but which method of pitching is most
  15. 0:29appropriate for you and best meets your
  16. 0:31style
  17. 0:32this article explores the different
  18. 0:34possibilities for you to consider the
  19. 0:36first method that you can use to pitch
  20. 0:38on a webinar is simply to use the whole
  21. 0:40webinar as one extended pitch with an
  22. 0:42absolute minimum amount of content being
  23. 0:44delivered
  24. 0:45for this approach you'd probably want to
  25. 0:48spend an extended amount of time
  26. 0:49introducing yourself and the problem
  27. 0:51that your product or service is solving
  28. 0:54give some outline details of the
  29. 0:56solution or even better a live demo of
  30. 0:58it but make sure not to give the answer
  31. 1:00away
  32. 1:01that way people become Duty bound to
  33. 1:04purchase whatever you are selling dot a
  34. 1:06second option is to provide an entirely
  35. 1:08content-rich webinar with an absolute
  36. 1:10minimum of selling or alternatively none
  37. 1:13at all
  38. 1:14this might sound counter-intuitive after
  39. 1:16all how can you make money on a webinar
  40. 1:18without selling anything
  41. 1:21the answer is to be subtle about it
  42. 1:23by using your own products as examples
  43. 1:26of things that can be achieved you will
  44. 1:28be able to subtly slip links into your
  45. 1:30webinar
  46. 1:31if you have a large crowd a number of
  47. 1:33them will check out the links and you
  48. 1:35should make some sales I prefer an
  49. 1:37approach somewhere in the middle of
  50. 1:38these two streams with a mixture of good
  51. 1:40content as well as a clear pitch at the
  52. 1:43end
  53. 1:44I would always suggest that there should
  54. 1:46be more content than pitch
  55. 1:48that's quite acceptable as you've
  56. 1:50delivered this quality content for free
  57. 1:52so this authorizes you to take a few
  58. 1:54minutes to pitch
  59. 1:56no one on the webinar should complain if
  60. 1:58you follow this approach whichever you
  61. 2:00choose now is an excellent time to get
  62. 2:03into using webinars to pitch
  63. 2:05it's important to get as much practice
  64. 2:07in as possible as this can be
  65. 2:09challenging to people who are not used
  66. 2:10to selling life
  67. 2:12there is no escaping behind the written
  68. 2:14word
  69. 2:15if you do find it difficult Why not
  70. 2:17start with the subtle approach
  71. 2:19you can also take a balanced approach or
  72. 2:22pitch exclusively
  73. 2:24this all depends on the audience of your
  74. 2:26webinar and the product or service that
  75. 2:28is being offered
  76. 2:30[Music]
