  2. 0:03super freaking stoked uh that you're
  3. 0:05watching this right now so we have a ton
  4. 0:07of issues with people all the time
  5. 0:09asking what happens if my product does
  6. 0:12not sell like that's one of the biggest
  7. 0:14concerns I hear what happens if my
  8. 0:16product does not sell like they people
  9. 0:18are scared of buying stuff and then like
  10. 0:20losing money on it let me tell you from
  11. 0:22the outside looking in that might be a
  12. 0:24valid concern from the inside of where
  13. 0:27I'm at and the knowledge that I have
  14. 0:29that is a dumbest question I get asked
  15. 0:32on a daily basis now not saying that to
  16. 0:35make you feel dumb I'm just basically
  17. 0:37saying that to you that is a dumb
  18. 0:39question once you actually know the
  19. 0:40information that I know so what I'm
  20. 0:42going to do today is I'm going to show
  21. 0:43the information that I know show you how
  22. 0:45to make those decisions my entire goal
  23. 0:47for this is to bring you so much
  24. 0:48freaking value that you're just Le the
  25. 0:50end of this training and you're like
  26. 0:51heck freaking yeah I understand exactly
  27. 0:53what he's putting down and that's what
  28. 0:54we're going to do so this training is
  29. 0:55going to be very direct no fluff we're
  30. 0:57going to get straight into it so first
  31. 0:59off before we get straight into the
  32. 1:01training just want to briefly show you
  33. 1:02guys my sales these are legit my sales
  34. 1:05as of right now I've done already $1,800
  35. 1:06of sales today it's 37 2024 at the time
  36. 1:09of making this video we're going to do a
  37. 1:11custom event I just want to do show you
  38. 1:12guys basically what my sales have been
  39. 1:15over the last 12 months I've done over
  40. 1:191.65 million in sales in the past 12
  41. 1:22months these are legit my my numbers you
  42. 1:24can see right here I'm just moving back
  43. 1:26and forth okay now that we got out of
  44. 1:28the way let's jump straight into keepa
  45. 1:30let's jump straight into seller amp
  46. 1:31these are the tools that we specifically
  47. 1:33use on a daily basis to find inventory
  48. 1:35so let's go ahead and pull up uh this
  49. 1:39let's go and find one of these here I
  50. 1:41love this let's pick up this lead really
  51. 1:44quick so to the two two of the biggest
  52. 1:47tools that we use are keepa and seller
  53. 1:49ramp literally seller ramp shows you ex
  54. 1:50everything that you need to know step by
  55. 1:52step but the issue is there's so much
  56. 1:54more in depth with this like where do
  57. 1:55you even get the products from we're
  58. 1:56going to that's not going to be in this
  59. 1:57training but it will be in another
  60. 1:59training after this so in this specific
  61. 2:01training we're going to talk basically
  62. 2:03about how we make
  63. 2:06decisions and how we know that products
  64. 2:08are 100% going to sell no matter what
  65. 2:11like when you get the question when
  66. 2:13somebody asks me the question what
  67. 2:14happens if my product doesn't sell I
  68. 2:16know they haven't watched this video so
  69. 2:18anyways long story short right now you
  70. 2:20can see that this entire listing is
  71. 2:21doing 300 sales per month this is my
  72. 2:23little seller amp Gadget right here
  73. 2:24shows me if I'm eligible to sell it if
  74. 2:26that means if I'm ungated in the product
  75. 2:28right there's a different complete
  76. 2:29getting guide that you guys can have
  77. 2:30access to um you see the sales price you
  78. 2:33can see if I put down let's see if I'm
  79. 2:34getting each one of these for $5 a unit
  80. 2:36you can see how much net margin I'm
  81. 2:38going to make what the our returnal
  82. 2:40investment is going to be what the
  83. 2:41profits going to be okay you can also
  84. 2:43see the keepa drops the lowest fpm price
  85. 2:45of the last 30 days you can see the
  86. 2:46current buy box you can see the BSR
  87. 2:48which stands for best sellers rank you
  88. 2:50can see that if it's a Hazmat you can
  89. 2:51see the eligible eligibility of as we
  90. 2:53just
  91. 2:54discussed you can see if it's hot
  92. 2:56private label which is definitely
  93. 2:57unlikely in this Cas scenario because
  94. 2:59you can see all these people selling it
  95. 3:00these are all people selling it right
  96. 3:01here okay now let's go down to keepo now
  97. 3:05this little sales rank right here graph
  98. 3:07represents the the current sales that we
  99. 3:08can see so people always ask me well
  100. 3:12what happens if my product doesn't sell
  101. 3:13that's a stupid freaking question and
  102. 3:15I'm going to tell you why the stupid
  103. 3:16freaking question because we can see
  104. 3:18historical data inside of Amazon that
  105. 3:21shows us exactly how many times this is
  106. 3:23selling per month it's not magically
  107. 3:25going to stop selling it when you get it
  108. 3:26in okay you can look at the historical
  109. 3:28data literally over the last 3,29 days
  110. 3:32if I clicked on this right here it's
  111. 3:33going to show me the historical data all
  112. 3:35the way going back from 2015 and when
  113. 3:37this was actually selling and how fast
  114. 3:39it's selling based on the price so one
  115. 3:41thing I could show you guys that's
  116. 3:42really unique here is is like you see
  117. 3:44how like when the price was higher these
  118. 3:47little big green spikes right here
  119. 3:49that's the sales rank so the bigger the
  120. 3:50spikes of this this green bar the worse
  121. 3:52it's actually selling but we noticed
  122. 3:55that actually now recently that when the
  123. 3:57pric is are about $18 $19 the Sal R is
  124. 3:59about 31,000 so this right here is your
  125. 4:02keeper graph now in order to set up your
  126. 4:03keeper graph the right way we're going
  127. 4:05to go ahead and kind of discuss that
  128. 4:06really quick here it's super simple to
  129. 4:08set up right so you can click this
  130. 4:10little sub ranks button you might not
  131. 4:11have like three graphs like I do um if
  132. 4:13you click this little sub ranks button
  133. 4:15right here it's going to show you the
  134. 4:15sub rank right here which I like to see
  135. 4:17also too I like to see this bottom graph
  136. 4:19right here now to be able to see this
  137. 4:20bottom graph you're going yours is
  138. 4:23probably going to look like this when
  139. 4:24you initially download it now the free
  140. 4:26version doesn't look like this this is a
  141. 4:27software that cost $25 a month it's
  142. 4:29super cheap it's basically the most
  143. 4:30important software out there for all
  144. 4:32Amazon sellers across the entire planet
  145. 4:35now this is what yours is probably going
  146. 4:36to look like so in order to see what you
  147. 4:37need to see click on sub ranks and then
  148. 4:39you're going to come on down here and
  149. 4:40click on more historical data you're
  150. 4:42going to want to click on new offer
  151. 4:43count you're always going to want to see
  152. 4:44how many people are actually selling
  153. 4:46this exact offer as of right now you can
  154. 4:48see about 23 24 people are actually
  155. 4:49currently selling this exact same item
  156. 4:52okay this is a brand name product so we
  157. 4:55sell brand name products magly is
  158. 4:57literally a brand name product it's big
  159. 4:58it's a bigname brand they still they're
  160. 5:00like big in the flashlight world all
  161. 5:03right anyways long story short you can
  162. 5:05see the review count all the good CH so
  163. 5:07we use all this information to make our
  164. 5:09important decisions now we also have a
  165. 5:11data tab right here so we can see all
  166. 5:13the product detail Pages um I explain
  167. 5:15basically in in actually my Mastermind
  168. 5:18basically what all this means we have
  169. 5:20the offers tab we can see individual
  170. 5:22price offers what people are selling it
  171. 5:23out what their prices has changed
  172. 5:25historically over time you can see their
  173. 5:27offer count and and we can actually
  174. 5:29again make sure they're actually selling
  175. 5:30it so this is the big thing let's go
  176. 5:33back to the original question what
  177. 5:35happens if my product doesn't sell well
  178. 5:38gee I golly let's see if it's actually
  179. 5:40selling at the current price we want to
  180. 5:42sell it at so if we can get this for $5
  181. 5:44and we you know and we say you know what
  182. 5:46we need to be able to sell this for1
  183. 5:4715570 well the next question is is how
  184. 5:49many other people are selling it at the
  185. 5:511570 price point how fast are they
  186. 5:53actually selling it well let's look at
  187. 5:54this guy Matt wholesalers right here
  188. 5:57this guy has over only three reviews
  189. 5:59he's a very brand new Amazon Seller so
  190. 6:01he hasn't been around very long okay you
  191. 6:03can see his price point is about 18826
  192. 6:05on on average right here if you look at
  193. 6:06this if you hover over it look right
  194. 6:09here 25 in stock you see this 25 from
  195. 6:11January 20th all the way down to
  196. 6:13February 5th so this guy sold 20 units
  197. 6:16in a matter of 15 days let's over for
  198. 6:19one unit per day now this is just one
  199. 6:21person there's other people that are
  200. 6:22also selling this right here those
  201. 6:23little up and downs those are also sales
  202. 6:25those are sales these are all sales
  203. 6:27right here okay now this right here is
  204. 6:29something called FC transfer like this
  205. 6:31right here this 50 back to one back to
  206. 6:3351 this is not right here these are not
  207. 6:35sales even though um keepa right here
  208. 6:38you can see been sold in the past 30
  209. 6:39days it says where it says 49 and it
  210. 6:41says 2 272 this 272 number is wrong
  211. 6:44because keepa can't see that number some
  212. 6:47you to mainly count it right here
  213. 6:48because you see right here this 49
  214. 6:49number this is something called FC
  215. 6:50transfer this is basically when your
  216. 6:52inventory goes into Amazon's FBA
  217. 6:54services and it gets FC transferred to a
  218. 6:56different Warehouse basically it's
  219. 6:57meaning it's moving warehouses if that
  220. 7:00happens guys literally keepa doesn't
  221. 7:02understand how to react to it and so it
  222. 7:04thinks it's sales but we can clearly see
  223. 7:05that's not sales so there's so many
  224. 7:08different indications we can see also
  225. 7:09too we can look at include historical
  226. 7:11offers Prime we can literally go back on
  227. 7:13this guys 365 days I mean I can see
  228. 7:15people like that were selling it
  229. 7:17literally back like years ago like like
  230. 7:20literally like six years ago look at
  231. 7:22look at all these sales right here so
  232. 7:24when I get the question asked look at
  233. 7:25this this person bought over 25 and sold
  234. 7:28them allall in like a month but I get
  235. 7:29the question asked is what happens if my
  236. 7:31product doesn't
  237. 7:32sell that is a stupid question because
  238. 7:35you know what we're not buying products
  239. 7:37just based on oh this is a beautiful
  240. 7:39color look at this color right here no
  241. 7:41we're buying products based 100% solely
  242. 7:44on data and data alone and nothing else
  243. 7:46data does not lie data continues you you
  244. 7:49probably heard the saying history
  245. 7:51repeats
  246. 7:52itself guys this data is easier to read
  247. 7:54than the stock market now actually it
  248. 7:56might not be maybe it's easier to me
  249. 7:58than read in the stock market because
  250. 7:59I'm an expert at it um but there's also
  251. 8:01a variations tab right here that's super
  252. 8:04important um also there's another data
  253. 8:06tab right here called the buybox stacks
  254. 8:08um this is basically who's actually
  255. 8:10winning the buy box which that's a
  256. 8:11completely different training for a
  257. 8:12different level right there's a lot of
  258. 8:14information in here long story short
  259. 8:16guys we're buying stuff Based on data so
  260. 8:18now you guys know how to set up an
  261. 8:20actual keepa chart now we need to decide
  262. 8:22really like if this product is actually
  263. 8:24going to be a good long-term fit for us
  264. 8:26right so how do we decide that just
  265. 8:27based on this data there's so much going
  266. 8:29on right here what how do we know so the
  267. 8:31first thing we need to do is the fir we
  268. 8:32need to look at the lowest price
  269. 8:34realistically over the last 12 months
  270. 8:35and say what has the lowest price been
  271. 8:37consistently so lowest price is actually
  272. 8:39right now which is about $516 right now
  273. 8:42which is actually currently what the buy
  274. 8:44box sit this is the lowest price
  275. 8:45historically that it's been basically in
  276. 8:46the past 12 months now why did the price
  277. 8:49drop from here all the way back to $18
  278. 8:52because it was1 1829 or 1830 basically
  279. 8:55historically for pretty much the past
  280. 8:57entire year I mean there's there's a
  281. 8:58little bit of in fluctuations but I'm
  282. 9:00not worried about like a a small one or
  283. 9:02two week dip I'm worried about like this
  284. 9:04major like last three four week dip
  285. 9:06right so we need to ask ourselves well
  286. 9:09why is the price gone from1 1830 all the
  287. 9:11way down to
  288. 9:131570 in the past 3 weeks well the main
  289. 9:15issue is is because there's more Supply
  290. 9:17right simple supply and demand if you
  291. 9:19took economics in high school college
  292. 9:21which I'm going to imagine you did
  293. 9:22you'll understand what supply and demand
  294. 9:24is so this is simple supply and demand
  295. 9:26now the cool thing about what we do is
  296. 9:29we basically play on that all the time
  297. 9:32and we destroy the competition because
  298. 9:34of supply and demand so we we make it
  299. 9:36work in our
  300. 9:39favor hope that makes
  301. 9:41sense um especially like when it comes
  302. 9:43down to like Christmas time uh back to
  303. 9:45school season I mean talking like
  304. 9:47literally Valentine's Day Prime day I
  305. 9:49mean there's literally holidays
  306. 9:50throughout the entire year that where
  307. 9:52there's major supplying and main chain
  308. 9:54issues so for example if a toy is really
  309. 9:56hot during Christmas time I could go buy
  310. 9:58500 units of it but um and other
  311. 10:00resellers might do the exact same thing
  312. 10:02well when they go buy that inventory
  313. 10:03dude imagine
  314. 10:05this imagine the supply starts dropping
  315. 10:09and so the supply starts dropping what's
  316. 10:11the price going to do go higher I've
  317. 10:13seen toys sell for double and triple the
  318. 10:16price on Amazon and people still pay it
  319. 10:19like crazy because there's nowhere else
  320. 10:22to get that toy because it's supplying
  321. 10:23to maintain issues and some people even
  322. 10:25if it is cheaper on Walmart.com people
  323. 10:27still might be paying double for it on
  324. 10:28Amazon because they don't look on
  325. 10:29Walmart.com they want to buy from
  326. 10:32Amazon it's crazy world we live in now
  327. 10:35you're probably wondering how do we
  328. 10:36where are we going to get this inventory
  329. 10:37from we can simply press this Google
  330. 10:39button right here and try to find this
  331. 10:40inventory now if you try to do this on
  332. 10:42your own good luck you're probably not
  333. 10:44going to be able to find this inventory
  334. 10:45on your own but we can see right here
  335. 10:46it's actually on um mag.com let's see
  336. 10:49it's probably on here
  337. 10:56somewhere classic flashlight purple that
  338. 10:59could be it right
  339. 11:00there but this is the Mini
  340. 11:03version oh that is mini
  341. 11:07cool let's take a
  342. 11:18look all right we want to make sure
  343. 11:20they're getting the exact same thing
  344. 11:21right here so they're getting this
  345. 11:22little piece right here and they're
  346. 11:23getting two batteries in the
  347. 11:25Maglite they're getting this little
  348. 11:27piece right here two batteries in the
  349. 11:28mag light yeah this is the exact same
  350. 11:29thing this is the exact same size this
  351. 11:31is the Mini
  352. 11:32Maglite 2A classic flashlight Mini
  353. 11:36Maglite in descent two cell AAA
  354. 11:39flashlight purple so we're looking for
  355. 11:40the purple one do they have purple oh
  356. 11:43they do have purple cool so let's find
  357. 11:45the purple well we're already on the
  358. 11:46color purple it's just showing black for
  359. 11:47some reason they have all the colors
  360. 11:49over here think this is the purple one
  361. 11:51cool so we can see right now at 1275 now
  362. 11:54the cool thing is is we can actually get
  363. 11:56this for an additional 30% off because I
  364. 11:57have a coupon Co going coupon code going
  365. 11:59on right now for 30% off um you can
  366. 12:02actually use this code right here wb25
  367. 12:04for 25% off right now pretty much at all
  368. 12:06given times um 30% off your order right
  369. 12:08here mt30 so guys you see how I'm using
  370. 12:11all these different steps all these
  371. 12:12different
  372. 12:13things help you in finding inventory so
  373. 12:15now we're at 30% off right here so let's
  374. 12:18just do some basic math right here now I
  375. 12:20don't think this is a super great
  376. 12:21listing anymore but it used to be um
  377. 12:24times 30% off basically is times 70
  378. 12:27hopefully that makes sense so now we're
  379. 12:28getting this for about 8
  380. 12:32892 now as you can see right here the
  381. 12:35current sell price right now is 1570 so
  382. 12:37as of right now we're only going to be
  383. 12:39making about 12% return on investment on
  384. 12:40this product this product isn't that
  385. 12:42good but good news is is there's
  386. 12:44applying the main chain issues right now
  387. 12:46which is creating the price to come down
  388. 12:48all we have to do basically is wait for
  389. 12:50the offer count to come back down to 13
  390. 12:51and the price is going to go back up to
  391. 12:53$18 this is going to be a buy for us
  392. 12:55probably in the next one or two months
  393. 12:56so we can see right here when the price
  394. 12:58goes back to $18 which we know it will
  395. 13:00go back to $18 because historically it's
  396. 13:02been $18 for the last year just recently
  397. 13:04dropped okay so you can see right here
  398. 13:06$18 been we're at 34% Roi 17% n margin
  399. 13:10and a $3 profit
  400. 13:12guys online Arbitrage is insane and
  401. 13:15guess what we know this product is going
  402. 13:17to sell no matter what absolutely no
  403. 13:19matter what even if we rub our price
  404. 13:21down to 16 $16 guess what it's still
  405. 13:23going to
  406. 13:25sell it's still going to sell no matter
  407. 13:28what because of we look at the
  408. 13:29historical data behind everything we can
  409. 13:33see the keeper chart we can see all the
  410. 13:34different flows abs and flows we can
  411. 13:36look at the three-month chart the one
  412. 13:37month chart we can look at literally
  413. 13:39every single thing we can even track
  414. 13:41this product so if we want to want if we
  415. 13:42want to wait and say you know what this
  416. 13:45price is probably going to come back to
  417. 13:46$18 at some point if we want keep it it
  418. 13:48send us a text message to say hey guess
  419. 13:50what this price is at $18 again so we
  420. 13:52can go buy this inventory guess what we
  421. 13:53can do that we can say put $18 right
