- 0:01Is there any limit to your ambition?
- 0:04>> No.
- 0:05>> Or any limit to what you think you can
- 0:07achieve?
- 0:09>> No.
- 0:10Well,
- 0:12no.
- 0:13Cuz I think right now,
- 0:14if I was to
- 0:17quit rapping and I say I want to go to
- 0:18the NBA,
- 0:19I would be in the NBA.
- 0:20>> No, you wouldn't.
- 0:21>> Yes.
- 0:22>> No, you wouldn't.
- 0:22>> Yes, I would.
- 0:23>> No, you wouldn't.
- 0:23>> Yes, I would.
- 0:24>> Why would you think you could make it to
- 0:25the NBA?
- 0:26>> Cuz I think I could do anything.
- 0:28>> What do celebrities like Kanye West,
- 0:30Ilia Topuria, and Lady Gaga have in
- 0:33common? They acted like icons long
- 0:35before they had the money or the [music]
- 0:37fame.
- 0:38They rewrote their inner identity and
- 0:41forced the world to follow.
- 0:42>> [music]
- 0:43>> In this video, we are going to talk
- 0:44about how to break your limits, rewire
- 0:47your brain to attract your dream life.
- 0:51Self-concept is a core identity you hold
- 0:55about yourself.
- 0:56To change your life, you must shift your
- 0:59inner belief from someone trying to
- 1:00succeed
- 1:01>> [music]
- 1:01>> to someone who is already successful,
- 1:04forcing your habits and reality to catch
- 1:06up.
- 1:06>> Everything is possible in this life. If
- 1:09you believe in something, you have the
- 1:10faith, [music] you're going to receive
- 1:12it. There is no doubts about that, but
- 1:14you have to work hard for to to get it
- 1:16and to put yourself closer to to the
- 1:19goals you you you have in your life. So,
- 1:21>> To change how you see yourself,
- 1:23>> [music]
- 1:23>> you must first clear out your old
- 1:25mindsets. Start by catching negative
- 1:27thoughts like, "I'm bad [music] at
- 1:29this."
- 1:30And throw away labels given to you by
- 1:32other people. To prove your negative
- 1:34thoughts wrong, remind yourself of times
- 1:36when [music] you actually succeeded.
- 1:39Next, design your new self in detail.
- 1:41[music]
- 1:42Write down exactly how the successful
- 1:44version of you builds daily habits,
- 1:47manages time, and handles stress.
- 1:50Once you have a plan, start acting like
- 1:52that new person right now.
- 1:54Before making any choice, ask yourself
- 1:57what your future self would do.
- 1:59Take one small action today to prove to
- 2:01your brain that you're truly changing.
- 2:04Finally,
- 2:05spend less time with people who hold you
- 2:07back, unfollow negative social media
- 2:09accounts, and stop wasting your energy
- 2:11on things that do not help you grow.
- 2:16Delusional self-belief is having an
- 2:18unshakable, almost illogical faith in
- 2:21your talent and future while completely
- 2:23ignoring your current limits, hardships,
- 2:26or critics. You decide you are destined
- 2:28for greatness even when there is
- 2:30absolutely no proof yet.
- 2:32>> I was so incredibly delusional
- 2:36about how
- 2:37famous I was
- 2:39and was going to be.
- 2:43I
- 2:44always believed so deeply in my heart
- 2:47and my gifts to make music
- 2:50and to perform
- 2:53and
- 2:56that I was a star.
- 2:58>> To practice delusional self-belief,
- 3:01you have to blindly ignore your current
- 3:03financial or social limitations and
- 3:06build an inner mental reality where your
- 3:08massive success is already an absolute
- 3:11certainty.
- 3:12Completely eliminate your need for
- 3:14outside validation, expecting average
- 3:17people to call your dreams unrealistic
- 3:20while refusing to waste energy arguing
- 3:22with them. Finally, anchor this fierce
- 3:25confidence by maintaining an intense
- 3:28work ethic and consuming only media that
- 3:30feeds your grand vision, forcing your
- 3:33skills and reality to eventually catch
- 3:35up to your unshakable faith.
- 3:37>> I look in the mirror [music] and I would
- 3:39say over and over to myself, I'd take a
- 3:41deep breath, put my feet together, raise
- 3:43myself erect, strong like a
- 3:46hero, warrior, and I'd say,
- 3:48>> [music]
- 3:48>> "Biggest selling album of all time.
- 3:50Greatest seller." over and over to my
- 3:51mind and look at my eyes, and I didn't
- 3:53mean it. I said biggest selling album of
- 3:55all times,
- 3:56and I wouldn't accept anything [music]
- 3:58unless this was exactly what I wanted.
- 4:01My attitude was I want the biggest
- 4:02selling album of all times, [music] to
- 4:04break records, to do phenomenal work. I
- 4:07came in angry.
- 4:09>> Acting as if is behaving, dressing, and
- 4:12making decisions like the person you
- 4:13want to become before you actually get
- 4:15there. You act like the success is
- 4:17already yours, so your brain learns to
- 4:19feel comfortable in that lifestyle. To
- 4:22practice acting as if, act and dress
- 4:24yourself daily to match the style and
- 4:26professionalism of your future
- 4:28successful self, even when working
- 4:30entirely alone.
- 4:31Filter every daily decision through your
- 4:33target identity by choosing long-term
- 4:36growth over quick comfort, and shift
- 4:38your body language by standing straight,
- 4:40looking people in the eye, and speaking
- 4:42with calm authority.
- 4:43Think and act like the person you want
- 4:45to become, and you will get there.
- 4:50Affirmations are short, positive phrases
- 4:52you repeat to yourself to train your
- 4:53brain to believe them. You phrase them
- 4:56as if they're already true to change
- 4:58your deep thoughts and habits. Write
- 5:00short, positive I am statements as if
- 5:03they're already true. Repeat them at
- 5:05night with real feeling. Put them where
- 5:07you can see them, like on your mirror or
- 5:10phone screen.
- 5:11>> Affirmations are absolutely the most
- 5:14important thing that you can do because
- 5:16[music] what you believe becomes your
- 5:18reality. What you believe where your
- 5:20consciousness [music] is, where your
- 5:21frequency is, that's what you attract to
- 5:23yourself. So, if you believe, like I've
- 5:25always had this belief that I'm going to
- 5:26age in reverse, and [music] recently,
- 5:29like I've started going, and whenever I
- 5:30do blood work and they take my blood
- 5:31plasma, the whole room will fill up with
- 5:33nurses, and they're like, "Your blood
- 5:34plasma's unbelievable. We've never seen
- 5:36blood plasma like this. Like, [music]
- 5:37this is like the blood plasma of a like
- 5:39a 6-year-old child. This is crazy. Why
- 5:41does your blood plasma look like this?"
- 5:42And it's because I actually have always
- 5:44truly believed that I'm going my cells
- 5:46are going to anti-age, and I genuinely
- 5:48believe it.
- 5:49>> [music]
- 5:49>> And maybe it started as an affirmation
- 5:51of like, this is what I want, but I said
- 5:53it enough that it became real to me, and
- 5:54it's happening. [music] Um but you can
- 5:55apply that to anything, and
- 5:58you have to understand that the universe
- 5:59is always saying yes. The universe
- 6:01doesn't say no. And what that means is,
- 6:03if you are constantly focusing on
- 6:05something that's [music] stressful for
- 6:06you, or you're lacking, like, I'm I need
- 6:09more money, the universe doesn't say
- 6:11yes, meaning, yes, I give you more
- 6:13money. The universe says, yes, [music]
- 6:15to your it validates what you are
- 6:17thinking and what you're saying, which
- 6:18is that you don't have the money, right?
- 6:20I need it means I don't have it, and the
- 6:21universe says, yes, you don't have it.
- 6:23So, you have to learn to flip [music]
- 6:25your perception and the way you process
- 6:28your thoughts and your feelings, and
- 6:29that's through affirmations [music] of
- 6:30saying, I have more than I need. Even if
- 6:33you don't technically think that's true,
- 6:34and I know this is very challenging,
- 6:36>> [music]
- 6:36>> the moment you start accepting that, I
- 6:38have more than I need, you will see that
- 6:39you will have more than you need. It's a
- 6:41really interesting [music]
- 6:42game, and it's a really hard rule to
- 6:45learn. It's a universal rule, but once
- 6:46you find it, [music] it's magic, and it
- 6:48it works every time. And that's a lot
- 6:50easier said than done, but you start it
- 6:51with something small, cuz if you hold a
- 6:53scarcity belief, convincing yourself
- 6:55that money is energy, or that you have
- 6:56enough, is really hard to do. So, start
- 6:58smaller, and then once you see it work,
- 6:59move up to the bigger things, and I
- 7:01promise you, you'll see like [music] a a
- 7:02massive shift in your life.
- 7:05>> Visualization is imagining your goals in
- 7:08your mind like a detailed movie. You
- 7:10picture the exact sights, sounds, and
- 7:12feelings of your future success, so your
- 7:14brain gets used to it.
- 7:15>> relaxation techniques, and putting your
- 7:18mind in a place where you can actually
- 7:19visualize effectively. [music] I know
- 7:21when Michael was young, I gave his mom a
- 7:22book of progressive relaxation, and
- 7:24before he would go to bed at night, she
- 7:26would go in and read this progression of
- 7:28things to do, you [music] know, like,
- 7:29clench your fist, do, you know,
- 7:31>> Take you through the whole Yeah, like
- 7:32you work through your whole
- 7:33>> through your whole body. And actually,
- 7:35it got so good, she just opened the
- 7:36book, say two things, and he'd be
- 7:37asleep. He got really good at relax. So,
- 7:39once you can put yourself in a relaxed
- 7:41state, then I tell them it's like
- 7:42watching a movie. So, it's essentially
- 7:44what it is. Sometimes it's like you're
- 7:46sitting in the stands watching yourself
- 7:48swim.
- 7:49And sometimes it's like you're in the
- 7:50water swimming. The key to visualization
- 7:52is number one, it has to be very vivid.
- 7:54It has to be rehearsed many, many times.
- 7:57>> [music]
- 7:57>> And the reason it works is because the
- 7:59brain cannot distinguish between
- 8:00something that's really vividly
- 8:02visualized [music] and something that's
- 8:04real. So, by the time Michael steps up
- 8:06on the block to swim a race in a World
- 8:08Championships or Olympic Games, he's
- 8:10swam that race hundreds of times in his
- 8:12mind before he gets up there. So, then
- 8:14when he gets up, all he has to do is
- 8:16shut everything down and it goes on
- 8:17autopilot. His body automatically knows
- 8:19what to do. The brain just switches into
- 8:21what he's visualized. And that's what's
- 8:22really powerful about visualization.
- 8:26>> Scripting is writing your future goals
- 8:29in a journal as a story that has already
- 8:31happened. You use the past or present
- 8:34tense to make your dream life feel like
- 8:36a real memory to your brain.
- 8:38>> prevalent and so everything that I was
- 8:40writing had
- 8:42an optimistic flair. Um,
- 8:44and I I have this belief that what I
- 8:46write and what I sing [music] almost
- 8:48becomes a manifestation cuz I say it all
- 8:49the time. So, it's like a mantra and it
- 8:51becomes like a repetitive thing. And so,
- 8:53I'm in the studio I'm like, I should be
- 8:54careful what I say because I do manifest
- 8:57[music] stuff into my life.
- 8:58>> It's powerful.
- 8:59>> Um, and so by the end of the the record,
- 9:02I always go back and I'm like, oh, it's
- 9:03almost like I preempted this thing.
- 9:05>> [music]
- 9:06>> Or
- 9:07oh, I really
- 9:08like I really brought this person into
- 9:10my life or this is what I thought You
- 9:11know what I mean?
- 9:12>> Yeah, totally.
- 9:12>> It's like a it's a it's a real
- 9:13manifestation. So, for sure they take on
- 9:15they they take on a new life.
- 9:16>> [music]
- 9:16>> Is I I I I was allowed access to a lot
- 9:18of his personal notes and I realized
- 9:20that
- 9:21he would do mantras, [music]
- 9:23affirmations, and his belief in
- 9:24manifestation was
- 9:27was incredible. I didn't realize that
- 9:28about him until I really, you know,
- 9:30really dived into it. And he would
- 9:33write everything he wanted to achieve.
- 9:35He'd write it down. He'd repeat [music]
- 9:36it. He he'd even meditate for 30 minutes
- 9:38and just look at those mantras and
- 9:41repeat it back to back. He put on
- 9:42mirrors. He put on the ceiling. [music]
- 9:44So he can see it everyday and it really
- 9:47was like his pursuit to greatness. So I
- 9:48applied that same
- 9:51work ethic and his that same belief with
- 9:54how I was preparing going towards
- 9:56shooting [music] and it was it was very
- 9:58incredible just to see what those notes
- 10:00were saying.
- 10:00>> To practice scripting, use a physical
- 10:02pen and paper to write your future goals
- 10:05in a private journal [music]
- 10:06using the present or past tense. Pack
- 10:09your story with exact details [music]
- 10:12such as specific dates, financial
- 10:14numbers, and sensory descriptions of
- 10:16your [music] surroundings.
- 10:18Focus heavily on your emotions by
- 10:21writing about your belief, excitement,
- 10:23and genuine gratitude now that the goal
- 10:26is achieved. Make this a daily habit to
- 10:28connect deeply with your brain and
- 10:30freely solidify your new narrative.
- 10:34>> Yeah, and [music] I also feel that
- 10:36things that I
- 10:38repetitively [music] think about or say,
- 10:41I'm able to
- 10:42manifest. Like, you know, this house for
- 10:46example, I [music] manifested this.
- 10:51>> Lastly, speaking it into existence is
- 10:54telling the world your goals before they
- 10:56happen.
- 10:57>> I'm somebody who really believes in like
- 11:00what you say out loud, you know, is very
- 11:03important. Our words are important. The
- 11:05The kind of manifestations we put out
- 11:08there into the world are very important.
- 11:09So
- 11:10>> To speak your goals into existence, talk
- 11:12about your future plans as absolute
- 11:14facts using strong words instead of
- 11:16phrases like I hope or I wish. Most
- 11:20importantly, back up your bold words
- 11:22with hard work everyday so your actions
- 11:24prove your statements right. Your
- 11:27current reality is just a reflection of
- 11:29your past thoughts and beliefs. If you
- 11:31want a celebrity level life, you have to
- 11:33start thinking like one right now before
- 11:35the money and fame show up. Pictures any
- 11:38technique from this blueprint, whether
- 11:40it is scripting your future or shifting
- 11:42your daily self-concept, and start
- 11:44practicing it today.
- 11:46Real transformation happens from the
- 11:48inside out, not the outside [music] in.
- 11:50Do not overwhelm yourself trying to do
- 11:52everything at once. Commit to practicing
- 11:55it daily. Watch how your perspective
- 11:57shifts and let your new reality catch up
- 12:00to your unshakeable focus.
- 12:02>> I always felt like I could do anything.
- 12:05Mhm.
- 12:05That's the main thing people are
- 12:06controlled by. Thoughts, their
- 12:08perception of themselves.
- 12:11They're slowed down by their perception
- 12:12of themselves. If you're taught you
- 12:14can't do anything, you won't do
- 12:15anything.
- 12:16>> Mhm.
- 12:17>> I was taught I could do everything.
