  1. 0:00I made 900 per week in my first three
  2. 0:03months of starting a YouTube shorts
  3. 0:04Channel but if I followed the process
  4. 0:06that I'm gonna lay out in this video I
  5. 0:08would have seen these numbers a lot
  6. 0:09sooner so follow me as I apply this
  7. 0:11process to a new channel that will reach
  8. 0:13some crazy numbers search for a niche
  9. 0:16open a private window and start
  10. 0:18scrolling on the shorts theme open any
  11. 0:20shorts channel in the new tab that is
  12. 0:21uploading repurposed content and has
  13. 0:23more than 100 000 likes I don't take
  14. 0:26note of any shorts that are IRL content
  15. 0:28because one it is time consuming to
  16. 0:30create and two it usually requires some
  17. 0:32initial investment select the niche
  18. 0:34after creating a list of potential
  19. 0:36niches you should view each one and see
  20. 0:38if they upload consistent viral Shores
  21. 0:40we don't want to join the niche where we
  22. 0:42can only get one viral short and all of
  23. 0:44the others receive 1 000 views because
  24. 0:46that's not a sustainable business
  25. 0:48another check is the Channel's start
  26. 0:50date because if it's an older channel
  27. 0:52that has been going viral for some time
  28. 0:54it is likely the niche is very saturated
  29. 0:56which makes it very difficult to start a
  30. 0:58new channel within a final check is to
  31. 1:00seeing if the channel is monetized by
  32. 1:02inspecting the page Source because we
  33. 1:04want to enter a niche with a style of
  34. 1:06content that is monetizable after
  35. 1:08following this process I eliminated
  36. 1:10channels from my list until I got a
  37. 1:12channel named stylus they upload
  38. 1:14interesting moments of artists
  39. 1:15performing on stage what sets this
  40. 1:18channel apart was that it was created at
  41. 1:19the start of this year and all of their
  42. 1:21shorts were only uploaded in the last
  43. 1:23three months content review you should
  44. 1:25review how the content is created so you
  45. 1:27can start creating something similar to
  46. 1:29replicate the results when I reviewed
  47. 1:31the stylish shorts I found there was a
  48. 1:34video card subtitle sound effects
  49. 1:36Graphics Transitions and voice over
  50. 1:38occurring every second also another
  51. 1:40trick that this channel is using is that
  52. 1:42they have looping content this is done
  53. 1:44by cutting the first clip of the short
  54. 1:46and then moving it to the end so when
  55. 1:48the video ends it's like the short never
  56. 1:50finished because Shorts play on a loop
  57. 1:53this strategy and the frequent editing
  58. 1:55is all in efforts to increase the most
  59. 1:57important metric average percentage
  60. 1:59viewed if you are going to create shorts
  61. 2:01with voiceovers you do need to create a
  62. 2:03script to analyze Hooks and the flow of
  63. 2:05how the Creator presents information I
  64. 2:07write out the creative scripts by
  65. 2:09referring to the subtitles create the
  66. 2:11content for any shorts I create I
  67. 2:13download clips from YouTube by finding a
  68. 2:15free YouTube video downloader on Google
  69. 2:17try downloading your videos in 720p or
  70. 2:201080p because we don't want to download
  71. 2:22videos that look like this when we can
  72. 2:24download videos that look like this I
  73. 2:26edited my shorts using Adobe Premiere
  74. 2:28Pro and I focused on video Cuts Graphics
  75. 2:31subtitles soundtrack Transitions and the
  76. 2:34voiceover just like the stylus shorts if
  77. 2:36you haven't noticed yet we are taking
  78. 2:38inspiration from what's already working
  79. 2:40because there's no reason why we can't
  80. 2:42see similar results for our Channel and
  81. 2:44we can see this working for some
  82. 2:46football channels who have taken
  83. 2:47inspiration from my viral shorts I
  84. 2:50created a series of viral shorts with a
  85. 2:52unique video topic that I came up with
  86. 2:54other creators noticed how viral these
  87. 2:56shorts went in open dedicated channels
  88. 2:58to this video topic and in some cases
  89. 3:00these channels have even surpassed my
  90. 3:02channel by just taking inspiration from
  91. 3:04a small piece of my video topics there
  92. 3:06are many ways to edit so I won't go into
  93. 3:08more detail I will be doing a new
  94. 3:10updated full guide on how to edit in the
  95. 3:12future so stay watching my channel I
  96. 3:15need to know that when creating content
  97. 3:16add your unique twist this will happen
  98. 3:18naturally over time but I do need to
  99. 3:21mention that you shouldn't be copying
  100. 3:22scripts and video sequences one to one
  101. 3:25upload the content create a channel name
  102. 3:27it and then brand it once your channel
  103. 3:29is set up start uploading your shorts
  104. 3:31entitle them something related to your
  105. 3:33video topic don't spend too much time on
  106. 3:35your titles because when viewers are
  107. 3:37swiping on their feed they aren't
  108. 3:39reading the titles titling your shorts
  109. 3:41is just for the algorithm same with your
  110. 3:43descriptions wait for the views from my
  111. 3:46experience it does take a few uploads to
  112. 3:47get your first viral short and it
  113. 3:49usually does take a few weeks from your
  114. 3:51upload date before your shorts start to
  115. 3:53really pop off so don't give up when you
  116. 3:55get to the end of your first week and
  117. 3:57your shorts haven't taken off I know
  118. 3:59that some times it can feel like you're
  119. 4:01creating content for no reason because
  120. 4:03YouTube isn't pushing your shorts but
  121. 4:04you have to keep learning and creating
  122. 4:06content although if it has been up to
  123. 4:08four weeks of consistently making
  124. 4:10content at a high quality and you aren't
  125. 4:12seeing the results you should try
  126. 4:14another Niche I have done this in the
  127. 4:16past with other channels and it wasn't
  128. 4:18until I moved on to my next Channel that
  129. 4:20I realized my previous Niche was
  130. 4:22terrible you shouldn't view this process
  131. 4:24as a waste of time you will develop
  132. 4:26skills that you can take to other niches
  133. 4:28and you will start seeing results very
  134. 4:30fast results now it's obvious that this
  135. 4:32channel won't be monetized because I
  136. 4:34only uploaded these shorts as a test for
  137. 4:37this video but if you were wondering how
  138. 4:39much a channel like starless makes we
  139. 4:41can see that the channel range 260
  140. 4:43million views over the last month and
  141. 4:45using a short RPM of 2 cents they could
  142. 4:47be earning up to five thousand dollars
  143. 4:49for this last month this is a lot of
  144. 4:51money and I have achieved a similar
  145. 4:53result of two thousand dollars per month
  146. 4:55for my football channel but of course to
  147. 4:57reach these high numbers you do need to
  148. 4:58be doing views up uploads of 100 million
  149. 5:01views per month and there aren't many
  150. 5:03channels that can pull in this amount of
  151. 5:04views if you can gain up to 20 million
  152. 5:07views per month which I think is
  153. 5:09achievable for anyone you can earn up to
  154. 5:11400 per month if you told me that I
  155. 5:13needed to achieve 20 million views per
  156. 5:16month when I first started I would have
  157. 5:18laughed at you but you will learn that
  158. 5:19over time you do develop something
  159. 5:21called returning viewers just like
  160. 5:23long-formed content and I think this is
  161. 5:25a great income considering the time it
  162. 5:27takes to create this short for example
  163. 5:29each shot that I uploaded did take a
  164. 5:31maximum of one hour to complete what's
  165. 5:33next you might be wondering what am I
  166. 5:35gonna do with this channel I won't be
  167. 5:37continuing to upload on it because I've
  168. 5:39been focused on other channels I have
  169. 5:41been creating a new shorts channel in
  170. 5:43the background that I'm going to
  171. 5:44monetize so I can once again prove to
  172. 5:46you what I'm telling you actually works
  173. 5:48the reason why I'm not giving away any
  174. 5:51details is because the channel is very
  175. 5:53new and considering how saturated
  176. 5:55football shorts got after I created my
  177. 5:57videos it's something that will greatly
  178. 5:59do some Advantage a new channel I have
  179. 6:01been very slow putting out content here
  180. 6:03on this channel I am going to change
  181. 6:05this and start uploading every second
  182. 6:07week instead of monthly my next video
  183. 6:09will be all about how the YouTube shorts
  184. 6:12algorithm has changed and this is
  185. 6:14something I've learned about recently
  186. 6:15and it is a game changer for anyone
  187. 6:17creating shorts
