  1. 0:00150 million people use Google Maps every
  2. 0:04single day, but almost no one uses it to
  3. 0:07[music] actually make money. In this
  4. 0:09video, I'm going to share with you the
  5. 0:11exact strategy that you can use to make

  8. 0:19sell you some course or coaching
  9. 0:21program. I'm actually looking to partner
  10. 0:24up with you. I'll teach you all my make
  11. 0:26money online strategies that I know 100%

  18. 0:45100% [music]
  19. 0:46for free. Now, let me take you inside
  20. 0:49the computer and break down this exact
  21. 0:51strategy. I want to show you how to
  22. 0:53clone the exact same service that a $150
  23. 0:56million per year business is currently
  24. 0:59offer. Here's our strategy. We're going
  25. 1:00to find home service businesses that
  26. 1:02have under 50 reviews on Google, and
  27. 1:05we're going to help them get more
  28. 1:06reviews after every single job. Then,
  29. 1:08we're going to charge them $99 per month
  30. 1:11for this system. If you're interested in
  31. 1:13anything that I share throughout this
  32. 1:14video, I have a pretty amazing offer.
  33. 1:17Just leave a like, drop a comment down
  34. 1:18below, and subscribe. I'll get you all
  35. 1:20of my automation templates that you can
  36. 1:22sell to these businesses for free, as
  37. 1:25well as step-by-step courses and a ton
  38. 1:27of other bonuses. Here's the problem.
  39. 1:29Home services live and die on Google.
  40. 1:32When somebody's AC dies, a pipe bursts,
  41. 1:34or a roof leaks, they search "roofer
  42. 1:37near me" or "HVAC technician near me".
  43. 1:39Whoever shows up in the top three map
  44. 1:42results gets the traffic and gets the
  45. 1:44lead. And what decides who shows up and
  46. 1:46who gets the traffic is recency of
  47. 1:49Google reviews, quality of Google
  48. 1:51reviews, and number of Google reviews,
  49. 1:53as well as some other factors, but those
  50. 1:55are the main ones. You can see here that
  51. 1:57the top three results on Google Maps
  52. 1:59takes almost all the clicks. 44% of
  53. 2:02local clicks go to the top three map
  54. 2:04results versus only about 8% to
  55. 2:07everything below it. If you can help a
  56. 2:08business get on the map pack, you're
  57. 2:10going to help them get 126%
  58. 2:13more traffic and 93% more calls. To put
  59. 2:16it simply, reviews decide who gets the
  60. 2:18leads. 99% of consumers read reviews
  61. 2:21before choosing local businesses. 95%
  62. 2:24are more likely to trust a business with
  63. 2:26a lot of reviews over one with just a
  64. 2:28few. And as I mentioned earlier, review
  65. 2:30count, rating, and recency influence
  66. 2:33where people get ranked on Google Maps.
  67. 2:35And here's the craziest part. These
  68. 2:37businesses do good work. They just don't
  69. 2:39ask for the review. It's usually a
  70. 2:41manual process. A lot of these guys
  71. 2:43aren't super tech-savvy, and they either
  72. 2:45just forget or don't want to bug the
  73. 2:47customer, and they never ask for a
  74. 2:49review. And if you think about it,
  75. 2:50somebody has to actually go out of their
  76. 2:52way to leave a review. Think about
  77. 2:55restaurants or places that you've gone
  78. 2:57to, and you've been happy with the
  79. 2:58service, but you've just never left a
  80. 3:00review. That's the problem that we're
  81. 3:02going to help them solve. Here's the
  82. 3:03solution. We're going to turn every
  83. 3:05finished job into a five-star review or
  84. 3:08four-star, whatever the person actually
  85. 3:10ranks them, automatically. Step number
  86. 3:12one is when the job gets marked as
  87. 3:13complete, which we can trigger by
  88. 3:15invoices paid or just whenever they
  89. 3:17finish their visit with the customer,
  90. 3:19we're going to send over an instant
  91. 3:20review request over text and email. This
  92. 3:23will send them literally a one-tap link
  93. 3:25straight to Google where they can leave
  94. 3:26a review. There's also smart follow-up
  95. 3:28built in. So, if they haven't clicked on
  96. 3:30the link, we can set up custom reminders
  97. 3:32to encourage them to leave a review. And
  98. 3:34as we do this consistently, they will
  99. 3:36start to get more reviews, it will start
  100. 3:38to rank higher, and start to get more
  101. 3:39business. And you may be wondering,
  102. 3:41well, would they actually pay me for
  103. 3:42this? Can I actually sell this? So,
  104. 3:44check this out. The average service call
  105. 3:46ticket is around two to $400. If an HVAC
  106. 3:49technician gets a full installation or
  107. 3:52repair job, This could be worth anywhere
  108. 3:54from 5 to 10,000 dollars. Or if someone
  109. 3:56needs a new roof, this can be 8 to
  110. 3:5815,000 dollars. And each extra Google
  111. 4:01review equals around 16 more calls per
  112. 4:04year. So if you're charging them 99
  113. 4:06bucks to 300 bucks per month, and they
  114. 4:08already have a consistent flow of
  115. 4:10customers, they're going to start
  116. 4:11getting reviews, and this is going to
  117. 4:12lead to more calls. And here's some
  118. 4:14additional proof. There's a company here
  119. 4:16called Birdeye, and they help these
  120. 4:18businesses get reviews, and they did
  121. 4:20about 100 million dollars in annual
  122. 4:22recurring revenue helping businesses
  123. 4:24with this exact same thing. There's also
  124. 4:26another one called Podium. They do some
  125. 4:28other stuff as well, but they also help
  126. 4:30businesses get reviews, and they made an
  127. 4:32estimated 220 to 389 million dollars. So
  128. 4:36this is something that businesses
  129. 4:38actually pay for. Now, let's get into
  130. 4:39the strategy. Step number one is to find
  131. 4:42a home service business on Google Maps.
  132. 4:44So you can see here, I just typed in
  133. 4:46HVAC in Las Vegas, Nevada. I can change
  134. 4:48this to any type of trade, and I can put
  135. 4:51this for any area I want. Now, if we
  136. 4:53scroll down here, we are going to see
  137. 4:55we've got the sponsored, so these are
  138. 4:57people that are paying for ads, and then
  139. 4:59here we have the first three businesses
  140. 5:02that are ranked right here. The first
  141. 5:03one has 11,000 reviews. This one's got
  142. 5:06about 300, and then 1,500. And what
  143. 5:08we're going to do is we're just going to
  144. 5:09scroll down and find some businesses
  145. 5:11that have far less reviews than these
  146. 5:14top ranked businesses. So here you can
  147. 5:16see we've got this one with only 94
  148. 5:18reviews, this one with 38, and this one
  149. 5:20with 48. The good news is they all have
  150. 5:23really good ratings. They just don't
  151. 5:24have a ton of reviews, and so they do
  152. 5:26good work. They just don't have a
  153. 5:28process in place to consistently get new
  154. 5:30reviews, or maybe they're just a little
  155. 5:32bit newer in business. I use this tool
  156. 5:34called TryAllify, and you can use this
  157. 5:36Google Maps Scraper if you need to get a
  158. 5:38bulk list of their numbers and emails.
  159. 5:40And this is the angle that we're going
  160. 5:42to approach our outreach message from.
  161. 5:44Hey, I noticed competitor, which is the
  162. 5:46top ranked business on Google for those
  163. 5:48keywords, has X reviews and you have Y,
  164. 5:51but you guys have the same rating. It
  165. 5:52looks like you're doing just as good of
  166. 5:54work as them, but you're getting way
  167. 5:56less leads and jobs of booked from
  168. 5:57Google. Can I show you how we can fix
  169. 5:59this? And we're going to reach out to as
  170. 6:01many businesses as we possibly can that
  171. 6:03we believe we can help. And once you get
  172. 6:05somebody to say yes, let me show you how
  173. 6:07this automation works and then we're
  174. 6:08going to build it. So, these home
  175. 6:09service businesses are probably getting
  176. 6:11jobs from referrals and word of mouth
  177. 6:13and maybe a little bit of Google as
  178. 6:15well. So, when they get a call and they
  179. 6:17book a job and then that job gets
  180. 6:19completed automatically 1 hour after the
  181. 6:21job, we are going to send a review
  182. 6:23request to that customer over text and
  183. 6:26email. This is going to help them get
  184. 6:27more five-star reviews and then rank
  185. 6:29higher on Google, which will lead to
  186. 6:31more jobs from Google and not just word
  187. 6:33of mouth and referrals. Now, let's get
  188. 6:35into the build. So, everything we build
  189. 6:37in this video is going to be on the
  190. 6:38GoHighLevel software program. I've got a
  191. 6:4030-day free trial linked down below. It
  192. 6:43gets you an extra 2 weeks to test out
  193. 6:45the software and all of my exclusive
  194. 6:47bonuses. Once you have your HighLevel
  195. 6:49account, you're going to go to
  196. 6:50reputation and you're going to click on
  197. 6:52settings. Then, you're going to click on
  198. 6:53integrations and you can see all these
  199. 6:55different integrations that HighLevel
  200. 6:57has. For this example, we're going to
  201. 6:59click on Google and connect the account.
  202. 7:01Once the account is connected, we're
  203. 7:02going to go over here to SMS requests
  204. 7:05and then you're going to see here it
  205. 7:06says when to send the SMS after check-in
  206. 7:08and for this example, we're going to do
  207. 7:10immediately. The next section we have is
  208. 7:12until the review link is clicked, do we
  209. 7:14want to repeat this message being sent?
  210. 7:16And we're going to just put 3 days and
  211. 7:18then you can put a maximum number of
  212. 7:20retries up to five. This means until the
  213. 7:22person clicks, it'll send a follow-up
  214. 7:24message 3 days later and it'll do it one
  215. 7:26time and then you can obviously change
  216. 7:28this. Next, we have the actual message
  217. 7:30that is going to be sent to the
  218. 7:31customer. And here you can see HighLevel
  219. 7:33preloads a default template here and you
  220. 7:36can change this if you'd like and you
  221. 7:37can even put in custom images where you
  222. 7:40You put in an image of the customer's
  223. 7:41name and stuff like that. The simplest
  224. 7:43way to get started is just by having
  225. 7:45text. Sometimes images get sent to spam
  226. 7:48and they don't get delivered. So, this
  227. 7:49is by far the easiest way is to just use
  228. 7:51the proven template. Then, click save.
  229. 7:53Now, the next thing that we're going to
  230. 7:54adjust is the email request. So, same
  231. 7:57thing. We're going to choose
  232. 7:58immediately. We can have this repeat on
  233. 8:003 days and then we can put a number of
  234. 8:02retries here. And you can edit how the
  235. 8:04email looks and what exactly it says,
  236. 8:06but it's already ready to go. If
  237. 8:08anything, I would just delete some of
  238. 8:10these images and just make it literally
  239. 8:11plain text. The main thing that you have
  240. 8:14to have in these texts and emails is the
  241. 8:16actual review link. So, you can just
  242. 8:18click on the button right here and you
  243. 8:20will see that it is linked to the
  244. 8:21replication review link. All right. So,
  245. 8:23now we have the text messages and the
  246. 8:25emails configured. I'm going to show you
  247. 8:27three more bonus features you can add
  248. 8:28and then I'll show you the automation.
  249. 8:30So, the first thing you can do is click
  250. 8:31on spam reviews and turn this on. The
  251. 8:34second thing that you can do is actually
  252. 8:35create a QR code. If the business that
  253. 8:38you're servicing is near you, you can
  254. 8:40get something like this and actually
  255. 8:42have them get customers leave reviews in
  256. 8:44their shop if they have some sort of
  257. 8:45physical location or they want to have
  258. 8:47the reps like do it on a card physically
  259. 8:50when they're there. So, you would just
  260. 8:51print out this QR code and make sure it
  261. 8:53goes on the stand. And it will link
  262. 8:54directly to wherever you have the
  263. 8:56reviews integrated. The next thing you
  264. 8:57can do is reviews AI, which will
  265. 8:59actually automatically respond to the
  266. 9:01reviews and you can customize all the
  267. 9:03settings here and even create different
  268. 9:06agents that respond to all the reviews
  269. 9:08or three stars and above or maybe ones
  270. 9:10that are lower than three stars. You can
  271. 9:12literally create a custom agent to
  272. 9:13respond to those and have different
  273. 9:15tones. All right, but now we're set up
  274. 9:16and we're ready to go. Let me show you
  275. 9:17the automation. So, go over here to
  276. 9:19automation and you can click on create
  277. 9:21workflow and start from scratch, but I
  278. 9:23already have this one built. So, I'm
  279. 9:25just going to go to my review
  280. 9:26automations right here and you are going
  281. 9:28to see how this automation works. It's
  282. 9:30super simple. So, basically, you can do
  283. 9:32a few different triggers and a trigger
  284. 9:34would tell us when to fire this
  285. 9:35automation. So, for example, if an
  286. 9:38invoice gets paid, we can trigger a
  287. 9:40review request. Or you could do
  288. 9:42something like this, where when a
  289. 9:43customer books an appointment, the
  290. 9:45automation will wait 1 hour after the
  291. 9:48appointment and then send a review
  292. 9:50request. This is our text message
  293. 9:52review. Then it's going to wait 15
  294. 9:54minutes after that and then send it over
  295. 9:56email. And remember, we already
  296. 9:57configured our follow-up requests inside
  297. 10:00of the reputation settings. So, this
  298. 10:02workflow just starts that process. So,
  299. 10:04that's how we build the system. Now, the
  300. 10:06last thing I want to cover is your money
  301. 10:07math. So, if you're brand new, I highly
  302. 10:10recommend starting with a free trial.
  303. 10:12This service costs literally nothing to
  304. 10:13deliver. And once this is set up, you
  305. 10:15guys can see it just like after the
  306. 10:17appointment, it's going to send a text
  307. 10:18and an email and follow up with people
  308. 10:20and that's pretty much it. Once you get
  309. 10:22comfortable, you can start selling this
  310. 10:23for 99 bucks per month. I think if you
  311. 10:25go past like 200 bucks per month, you're
  312. 10:28going to start getting into the
  313. 10:29territory of maybe needing to add in
  314. 10:30other services or having partner sales
  315. 10:32calls. So, I would suggest if you are
  316. 10:34comfortable selling this offer that you
  317. 10:37start around $99 per month. And if
  318. 10:39you're not too sure, just start with
  319. 10:40some free trials. So, I hope you enjoyed
  320. 10:42this video and I will see you in the
  321. 10:43next one.
