  1. 0:00This business has no website, no email,
  2. 0:02nothing. Just a phone number on Google
  3. 0:04Maps. And that's exactly why he's about
  4. 0:06to become a $497 a month client. Because
  5. 0:09if you're still trying to land your
  6. 0:11first client or your next one, here's
  7. 0:13what nobody tells you. The easiest
  8. 0:15business owner to help isn't the one
  9. 0:16with a bad website. It's the one with no
  10. 0:19website at all. And yes, there are way
  11. 0:21more of them than you think. For
  12. 0:22example, I searched for excavation
  13. 0:24contractors in Springfield, Missouri and
  14. 0:2647 businesses came back. 15 of those
  15. 0:29businesses have no website, which works
  16. 0:32out to about one in three. That's why in
  17. 0:33this video, I'm giving you the exact
  18. 0:35search and the exact text message that I
  19. 0:38send those business owners. Then the
  20. 0:40exact website I build them in about five
  21. 0:41minutes. And finally, the exact offer
  22. 0:44that turns that free website into a $497
  23. 0:47per month recurring revenue client. And
  24. 0:49you're not going to cold call anybody or
  25. 0:51even hop on a single sales call or write
  26. 0:53a single email. You're just going to
  27. 0:55send one text. Now, free isn't the
  28. 0:57business model. After all, a business
  29. 0:59model where nobody pays you has one
  30. 1:01fairly obvious problem. Free is just how
  31. 1:03you start the conversation and actually
  32. 1:05get someone to respond to you. And
  33. 1:07giving them the website for free takes
  34. 1:09the first price decision right off the
  35. 1:11table because he doesn't have to decide
  36. 1:13whether to pay you before he's even seen
  37. 1:15your work. And it's that price decision
  38. 1:17that's causing you to get ignored,
  39. 1:19deleted, or ghosted. I know this because
  40. 1:22I spent years doing it the other way
  41. 1:24around, asking for a lot before I'd
  42. 1:26given them anything. And a stranger
  43. 1:28asking a business owner for their time
  44. 1:30and their money get ignored because
  45. 1:32that's what everybody does with
  46. 1:33strangers who ask for their time and
  47. 1:34money. Now, since then, I've built three
  48. 1:36seven-figure agencies, worked with over
  49. 1:381,500 small businesses, and today I do
  50. 1:41it all as a one-person agency with zero
  51. 1:42employees. So, this isn't something that
  52. 1:45I just read about somewhere. This is
  53. 1:46what I actually do every single day. So,
  54. 1:48here's what I'm going to give you today.
  55. 1:49Four messages you can copy, paste, and
  56. 1:51send. The text that gets a business
  57. 1:54owner to say, "Sure, send it over." So,
  58. 1:55you never have to talk a stranger into
  59. 1:57buying anything. The message that you
  60. 1:59send when you deliver the website, so
  61. 2:01you know exactly what to say when it's
  62. 2:03ready. The exact offer, so you never
  63. 2:05have to figure out how to bring up
  64. 2:07money, and the close. So, the moment
  65. 2:09they say yes, you get paid. And on top
  66. 2:11of that, you're going to watch me build
  67. 2:13one of these websites from start to
  68. 2:14finish for a real business in just a few
  69. 2:16minutes. And the way this turns into a
  70. 2:18paying client is just three steps.
  71. 2:20First, you find a business with no
  72. 2:22website. Second, you text them. And
  73. 2:24third, when they say yes, you build them
  74. 2:26the website and offer to keep it running
  75. 2:28for a monthly fee. That's it. Find it,
  76. 2:30text it, build it. So, let's start with
  77. 2:32step one, finding them. Open up Google
  78. 2:34Maps and search for a type of business
  79. 2:36in your city. For this example, I'm
  80. 2:38going to use excavation contractors in
  81. 2:40Springfield, Missouri. And then you just
  82. 2:41want to scroll through the listings.
  83. 2:43These are the individual business pages
  84. 2:45one at a time. Every listing either has
  85. 2:47a website button next to the phone
  86. 2:49number, or it doesn't. For example,
  87. 2:51here's one of the website, here's
  88. 2:52another one with a website, and then
  89. 2:54this one with nothing. Randy, 15-plus
  90. 2:57years in business, two reviews, no
  91. 2:58website, no email, no link to click. In
  92. 3:01fact, Google's got a button sitting
  93. 3:02right there asking him to add one. The
  94. 3:04only thing on the page is a name and a
  95. 3:06phone number. That's the one we want.
  96. 3:08Now, this method works and it's free,
  97. 3:10and you could do it tonight. But, a
  98. 3:12little while ago, I built a tool for my
  99. 3:14agency that does the scrolling for you.
  100. 3:16All you've got to do is type in a
  101. 3:17business and a city, and it hands you
  102. 3:19back just the businesses with no website
  103. 3:22at all. Sitting inside of my private
  104. 3:23members community, and I'll tell you how
  105. 3:25to get there in just a minute. For now,
  106. 3:26let me just show you how it works. So, I
  107. 3:28type in excavation contractors and
  108. 3:30Springfield, Missouri, and we see 47
  109. 3:33businesses come back, 15 with no
  110. 3:34website. Here they are here. We've got
  111. 3:37Randy's business, Packwood, Rice, Lane.
  112. 3:39Uh let me click into one of these so you
  113. 3:40can see what it looks like. And there we
  114. 3:42go, we've got the same thing. No website
  115. 3:44listed, and that same add website button
  116. 3:47from Google. Now, here's something to
  117. 3:48notice about a listing like this.
  118. 3:50There's no website, there's no email,
  119. 3:52there's just a phone number, and that's
  120. 3:54all you've got to reach him with. Now,
  121. 3:56with a business like this, that phone
  122. 3:58number is pretty much never a landline
  123. 4:00sitting on a desk in an office
  124. 4:01somewhere. This is most likely a cell
  125. 4:04phone sitting in a guy's pocket or in
  126. 4:05the cab of an excavator or in his truck
  127. 4:08because that is his office, and this is
  128. 4:10exactly why he's never built a website
  129. 4:12cuz he's not at his computer. He's in
  130. 4:14the field all day. But, it also means
  131. 4:16that you don't need to find his email.
  132. 4:18In this case, you can just text him.
  133. 4:19It's same phone, same pocket, same place
  134. 4:22his customers already reach him. So,
  135. 4:23here's the text word for word, and you
  136. 4:25might want to write this down or
  137. 4:26screenshot it because this is the one
  138. 4:29that gets him to say yes. Hey name, Adam
  139. 4:31here. I was trying to find your website
  140. 4:33when searching for excavation and land
  141. 4:35clearing in county, but couldn't find
  142. 4:37one. I know this is a bit out of
  143. 4:38nowhere, but I went ahead and built you
  144. 4:40one. Would it be okay to send you the
  145. 4:41link to check it out? So, for Randy, and
  146. 4:43just to be explicitly clear here, this
  147. 4:45is what that would look like. Hey Randy,
  148. 4:47Adam here. I was trying to find your
  149. 4:49website while searching for excavation
  150. 4:50and land clearing in Green County, but
  151. 4:52couldn't find one. Now, notice what this
  152. 4:54text does. It doesn't ask him to pay
  153. 4:56anything. It doesn't ask for a call. It
  154. 4:59doesn't talk about you or your agency or
  155. 5:01your experience or how long you've been
  156. 5:03doing this for, which is great news if
  157. 5:05you're just getting started. See, all
  158. 5:06this is doing is asking for permission
  159. 5:08to share something that you already did
  160. 5:10for him. That is a tiny request, and
  161. 5:13tiny requests get replies. Now, two
  162. 5:15quick things about sending this. First,
  163. 5:17you want to put your name in the first
  164. 5:18line. An email has a sender name. A text
  165. 5:21is just some random unknown number. So,
  166. 5:23Adam here is what keeps it from looking
  167. 5:25like spam. And second, you want to send
  168. 5:27it yourself from your actual phone one
  169. 5:30at a time. You don't want to use a tool
  170. 5:32to send a entire list of phone numbers
  171. 5:34all at once. This is one person texting
  172. 5:37one business owner. And if that phone
  173. 5:39number happens to be a landline and the
  174. 5:40text just doesn't go through, no sweat.
  175. 5:42Just move on to the next name on the
  176. 5:43list. There is no no thing as a wasted
  177. 5:46attempt here. There's just the next guy
  178. 5:47that you got to move on to. Now, you
  179. 5:49might have noticed something else about
  180. 5:50that message. It says that I already
  181. 5:52built the website, and at the moment
  182. 5:54that we hit send, you haven't actually
  183. 5:56built it yet. So, let me explain why I'm
  184. 5:58totally fine with that and why you
  185. 5:59should be, too. Building a website takes
  186. 6:01about 5 minutes. So, the second he says,
  187. 6:03"Yeah, send it over." Well, you run the
  188. 6:05prompt, which is just the written
  189. 6:07instructions that you give the website
  190. 6:09builder, and the site exists before he's
  191. 6:11even parked his excavator. So, you're
  192. 6:13not promising something that you can't
  193. 6:14deliver. You're just delivering it about
  194. 6:165 minutes after you said you would. And
  195. 6:18the reason that we worded this way,
  196. 6:20well, it matters. It matters a lot. You
  197. 6:22see, "Want me to build you a website?"
  198. 6:24That's an offer, and business owners get
  199. 6:26offers from complete strangers every
  200. 6:27single day, which is exactly why they
  201. 6:29ignore them. "I built you a website.
  202. 6:31Want to see it?" That, on the other
  203. 6:33hand, is a gift, and people open gifts.
  204. 6:35Now, when I say that you're building the
  205. 6:37website for free, I mean it. The website
  206. 6:39gives you something to show him. It's
  207. 6:41the system behind it. That's what gives
  208. 6:43you something to charge for. So, you're
  209. 6:45not charging him for the website build.
  210. 6:47There's no setup fee. There's no bill
  211. 6:49coming later for the website itself, but
  212. 6:52if he likes what you built and he wants
  213. 6:54to keep it, what he pays for is the
  214. 6:56system that keeps the site live and
  215. 6:57running behind the scenes, which I'm
  216. 6:59going to show you in just a minute. And
  217. 7:01if he doesn't want it, no problem. The
  218. 7:02preview copy of the site just comes down
  219. 7:04at the end of the week. So, let's say
  220. 7:06that Randy texts back, "Sure." Which
  221. 7:08brings us to step three, building it.
  222. 7:10Now, technically, you can build the
  223. 7:12website itself with whatever website
  224. 7:13builder you want. You can build it on
  225. 7:15WordPress. You can build it with Wix or
  226. 7:17Squarespace, whatever. I just happen to
  227. 7:19use HighLevel because it lets me build
  228. 7:20the site and run the entire system
  229. 7:22behind it in the exact same place. And
  230. 7:25inside HighLevel, which is the tool I
  231. 7:26use to build the site, is something
  232. 7:28called AI Studio. So, let me show you
  233. 7:30what I'm doing here. I take the business
  234. 7:32name and the details from his Google
  235. 7:34Maps page. I write that one prompt, or
  236. 7:37in this case, copy and paste, which I'm
  237. 7:38going to make sure to put a link to in
  238. 7:40the description below this video, so you
  239. 7:41can just copy and paste it. But then,
  240. 7:43let the AI studio run. And while it
  241. 7:46works, I want you to notice what you are
  242. 7:48not doing because that's the important
  243. 7:49part here. You're not redesigning
  244. 7:51anything from a blank page, and you're
  245. 7:53not writing a single word of text or
  246. 7:55code for the page. The AI does the whole
  247. 7:58first version for you. And if something
  248. 8:00looks off, you just tell it, and it
  249. 8:02changes it. One thing I do for a
  250. 8:03business like this though is that I use
  251. 8:05the words that his customers actually
  252. 8:07search for. So, in this case, not just
  253. 8:08excavation, but land clearing, driveway
  254. 8:12grading, drainage, site prep, which just
  255. 8:15means getting the land ready to build
  256. 8:16on. These go right on the page because
  257. 8:19that's what somebody types into Google
  258. 8:20before they call him. Now, the whole
  259. 8:21build process takes about 3 to 5 minutes
  260. 8:24per website. So, we're going to fast
  261. 8:25forward till it's done. Okay, so here it
  262. 8:27is. Randy's site. One clean page, his
  263. 8:29services, his area, a tap-to-call
  264. 8:31button. We've got an inquiry form where
  265. 8:34somebody can describe a job and ask for
  266. 8:36a price. Now, I don't publish this to
  267. 8:38his domain, which is his business's own
  268. 8:41web address. In this case, he doesn't
  269. 8:42even have one, but instead, I publish it
  270. 8:44to a temporary preview link. This is a
  271. 8:46web address that Randy can open to look
  272. 8:48at the site. It also sits in your
  273. 8:50account under your control, and you can
  274. 8:52set it to come down on its own after 7
  275. 8:54days. You want to remember that part
  276. 8:56because that little link is about to do
  277. 8:58a lot of the heavy lifting for you. Now,
  278. 9:00an important note here. Before this site
  279. 9:01goes anywhere near the business owner,
  280. 9:03you want to read through the site top to
  281. 9:05bottom just to make sure and check if
  282. 9:07there's anything weird in there so you
  283. 9:08can fix it or cut it. Now, real quick,
  284. 9:10if you want to build these exact same
  285. 9:11websites yourselves and get the tool I
  286. 9:13just used to find businesses with no
  287. 9:15website, here's the fastest way to get
  288. 9:17set up. I've got a link in the
  289. 9:18description below this video where you
  290. 9:19can grab an extended 30-day free trial
  291. 9:21of HighLevel, and when you start through
  292. 9:23my link, you're also going to unlock my
  293. 9:25complete agency OS, which has over
  294. 9:27$15,000 in pre-built funnels and
  295. 9:30follow-up automations and client
  296. 9:32outreach scripts and sales scripts and a
  297. 9:3330-day HighLevel quick start, all
  298. 9:36installed into your account with just
  299. 9:37one click. There's private community
  300. 9:39access as well, and a whole lot more,
  301. 9:41and the link's in the description below
  302. 9:42this video. Okay, so now the site's
  303. 9:44built and it's ready to show off. Now
  304. 9:46comes the part where most people mess it
  305. 9:47up, which is the delivery. The message
  306. 9:49that you send along with the website
  307. 9:51link. So, let me give you the exact
  308. 9:53message to send, word for word, and just
  309. 9:55like before, you may want to screenshot
  310. 9:57this one or write it down as well. Hey,
  311. 9:58name, I finished the site. Here's the
  312. 10:00preview. It's on a temporary link for
  313. 10:02now, and I'll take that down in 7 days.
  314. 10:04Take a look when you get a chance. If
  315. 10:06you like it and want to keep it live,
  316. 10:07just let me know and I'll show you what
  317. 10:09the next steps looks like. And then,
  318. 10:10once that message is sent, you do the
  319. 10:12hardest thing in this entire video,
  320. 10:15which is nothing. You just wait, because
  321. 10:17here's the deal with those 7 days. It's
  322. 10:19real, because the link really does come
  323. 10:21down. We're not using a fake countdown
  324. 10:23timer here. The site is sitting on a
  325. 10:25preview link in your account, and when
  326. 10:27the week's up, it automatically
  327. 10:28unpublishes itself, meaning the preview
  328. 10:31goes offline whether he's replied or
  329. 10:32not. So, you're not pressuring anybody,
  330. 10:35you're just telling them the truth about
  331. 10:36how long the preview actually lasts.
  332. 10:39When the deadline's real, you don't need
  333. 10:40to push, because the clock does that for
  334. 10:42you. And if he likes what he sees,
  335. 10:44that's where things get interesting,
  336. 10:45because usually what happens is, he
  337. 10:47opens the link expecting some
  338. 10:49cookie-cutter template with his name
  339. 10:51just slapped on top of it. But instead,
  340. 10:53what he's looking at is a real website.
  341. 10:55His business, his services, his town.
  342. 10:58So, he tends to send back some version
  343. 11:00of the same message every time,
  344. 11:01something like, "Looks good. So, what do
  345. 11:03I do now?" Well, this is the question
  346. 11:05you've been waiting for. It's basically
  347. 11:07asking you how to get started, which is
  348. 11:09business owner talk for, "How can I give
  349. 11:11you money?" Now, one thing before I show
  350. 11:13you the message, because this is where
  351. 11:14most people freeze. The price. So,
  352. 11:17here's what I do. Your first client,
  353. 11:19charge $297 a month. This is because
  354. 11:22you're still figuring out the setup, and
  355. 11:23a yes matters more than the number. Your
  356. 11:26second client, well, $397 a month. And
  357. 11:28by your third client, you've You've this
  358. 11:30twice before, you've got a site that you
  359. 11:32can point to, so now you can charge $497
  360. 11:34a month and you stay there. The message
  361. 11:36I'm about to show you says 497, so just
  362. 11:39swap in whatever number you're on. One
  363. 11:41more word before I read it. A lead just
  364. 11:43means a potential customer, somebody
  365. 11:45who's reached out about a job. So,
  366. 11:47here's exactly what you say. "Glad you
  367. 11:48like it. The website itself is free. If
  368. 11:50you want to keep it, I can make the
  369. 11:52final changes we agree on and put it on
  370. 11:54your domain. The real value though is
  371. 11:56what happens once I switch on the system
  372. 11:58behind it. When somebody fills out the
  373. 12:00inquiry form, they get a follow-up text
  374. 12:02right away. After a completed job,
  375. 12:04customers get asked for a Google review.
  376. 12:07And the chat on the website can answer
  377. 12:09questions and help people book
  378. 12:11appointments. To keep everything live
  379. 12:13and running, it's $497 a month. No
  380. 12:16contract, cancel anytime. If you want to
  381. 12:19go ahead, I'll send you the link and get
  382. 12:20everything connected this week. And just
  383. 12:22so we're clear on the domain name here
  384. 12:24because this comes up a lot, the domain
  385. 12:26name is the business's web address and
  386. 12:28you want it to stay in his name. If he
  387. 12:30already has one, you just connect it to
  388. 12:32the new site. If he doesn't, he's going
  389. 12:34to want to register one. It's usually
  390. 12:36around 15 bucks a year and you can help
  391. 12:38him connect it. You never want to own or
  392. 12:41hold a client's domain. I promise you,
  393. 12:43after more than a decade of doing this,
  394. 12:45it's just a complete nightmare. Now, you
  395. 12:46might be wondering how a website is
  396. 12:48somehow texting new leads, asking
  397. 12:50customers for Google reviews, answering
  398. 12:52questions and booking appointments. And
  399. 12:54the answer is, it isn't. The website is
  400. 12:56really just the part the customer see.
  401. 12:58HighLevel is the system
  402. 13:01doing all of these things for you. So,
  403. 13:02when somebody fills out the inquiry
  404. 13:04form, that goes into HighLevel and that
  405. 13:06can trigger whatever you've set up next.
  406. 13:08Text the lead back right away, notify
  407. 13:10Randy, follow up if they don't respond,
  408. 13:12ask for a Google review after the job.
  409. 13:15The website collects the lead and the
  410. 13:17system handles everything after that.
  411. 13:18And think about what that means for a
  412. 13:20guy sitting in an excavator or a truck
  413. 13:22all day. Right now, when he misses a
  414. 13:24call, that job is gone. Well, with
  415. 13:26HighLevel handling the reply, the lead
  416. 13:28gets a text back in seconds while he's
  417. 13:30still in the machine. That's the part
  418. 13:32that he's actually paying for. So, when
  419. 13:34he comes back and says, "Yep, let's do
  420. 13:35it." you're basically done. There's no
  421. 13:37sales call, there's no big proposal you
  422. 13:39have to send over. You just send him the
  423. 13:41payment link and then get everything
  424. 13:42connected. So, here's the last message.
  425. 13:44"Perfect. Here's the payment link. Once
  426. 13:46the payment comes through, I'll get the
  427. 13:48details and access I need from you so we
  428. 13:50can put the site on your domain and get
  429. 13:52everything switched on this week." And
  430. 13:54that's really the whole process. You
  431. 13:55find a business with no website, you
  432. 13:57text them, you build the site, you show
  433. 13:59them what you made, you make the offer,
  434. 14:00and if he wants it, you get paid. Okay,
  435. 14:02so what does this actually cost you to
  436. 14:04run? Well, everything I've shown you
  437. 14:05runs inside of HighLevel. And when you
  438. 14:07sign up for your free trial, don't
  439. 14:09overthink the plan. I just pick one of
  440. 14:11the top plans because it's a free trial
  441. 14:13anyway and these are going to give you
  442. 14:14unlimited sub accounts. This means that
  443. 14:17you can sign up as many clients as you
  444. 14:19want under the same subscription cost.
  445. 14:21Every client gets their own account and
  446. 14:23you don't pay for another plan each
  447. 14:24time. That means by your second client,
  448. 14:26HighLevel is paid for. Clients number
  449. 14:28three, four, five, and everyone after
  450. 14:30that just stacks on top without another
  451. 14:32software bill. There are some small
  452. 14:34usage costs, meaning extra charges based
  453. 14:36on how much your clients use things like
  454. 14:38texts, calls, and AI, but those are easy
  455. 14:40to build into the price. Now, you don't
  456. 14:42have to do this with excavation. See,
  457. 14:45here's the whole rule for picking your
  458. 14:46type of business. You want a business
  459. 14:48where the business owner is the one
  460. 14:50holding the tools and where his
  461. 14:51customers look him up before they call.
  462. 14:54These are things like excavation, tree
  463. 14:56service, fencing, concrete, septic,
  464. 14:58painters, any of those. And then, just
  465. 15:00run the search. If your search only
  466. 15:02brings back businesses that already have
  467. 15:04websites, change the type of business or
  468. 15:06change the town and run it again. Now,
  469. 15:08before you go and try this, I've got
  470. 15:09three things that I need to warn you
  471. 15:11about that you need to watch out for
  472. 15:12because these are the little details
  473. 15:14that can completely wreck an otherwise
  474. 15:16really good strategy. Warning number
  475. 15:17one, don't spend three hours building a
  476. 15:20free website. The whole reason this
  477. 15:22works is because AI lets you get
  478. 15:24something genuinely impressive in front
  479. 15:26of a business owner really fast. So,
  480. 15:29build the first version, clean up
  481. 15:30anything weird, and then send the
  482. 15:31preview link. If you start obsessing
  483. 15:33over which fonts are going to look
  484. 15:35better for somebody who hasn't even paid
  485. 15:37you yet, the math falls apart pretty
  486. 15:38quickly. Warning number two, check every
  487. 15:41single thing that AI puts on the website
  488. 15:43before you send it. I'm talking about
  489. 15:44phone numbers, services, location, all
  490. 15:46of it. AI will occasionally get creative
  491. 15:49in ways that nobody asked it to. And the
  492. 15:51fastest way to lose trust is showing a
  493. 15:53guy a beautiful new website that says
  494. 15:55he's been family-owned since 1987 when
  495. 15:57he just started the company last
  496. 15:59Saturday. And warning number three, one
  497. 16:00text, one follow-up, and that's it. If
  498. 16:03he doesn't answer the first text, wait a
  499. 16:04few days and send one more. Something
  500. 16:06like, "Hey Randy, Adam again. Still
  501. 16:09happy to send that site over if you want
  502. 16:10to look." If that one goes quiet, too,
  503. 16:12you're done with Randy. Not because he's
  504. 16:14a bad guy, but because there's like 14
  505. 16:16more names on that list alone. So, never
  506. 16:18send a third text. The moment it starts
  507. 16:20to feel like chasing, it's reading like
  508. 16:22chasing from his end, too. So, here's
  509. 16:24exactly what I do right now. Grab the
  510. 16:26extended free trial of HighLevel with
  511. 16:28the link in the description below. Open
  512. 16:30up AI Studio and build one practice
  513. 16:32website tonight, even for a business
  514. 16:34that you have just made up, just so you
  515. 16:35can see how fast this truly is. Then,
  516. 16:38open Google Maps, find one business with
  517. 16:40no website, and send the text. Now,
  518. 16:42getting your first client is one
  519. 16:43problem, but building the actual
  520. 16:44business around that client is the next
  521. 16:46one. So, if you want to see how I pick
  522. 16:48the type of business, how I price the
  523. 16:50services, and put the whole one-person
  524. 16:52agency together, I've got a completely
  525. 16:54free masterclass that I've got linked up
  526. 16:55right here that's going to walk you
  527. 16:57through the entire thing step-by-step.
  528. 16:58So, feel free to tap or click that now,
  529. 17:01and I'll see you in there just a second.
