- 0:00Biz.
- 0:00>> Biz? Biz, all right, Biz. I'm 25 and I
- 0:04did 25 million plus selling B2C biz op,
- 0:07all right? I've lost motivation cuz I
- 0:08don't think this vehicle can grow three
- 0:09to 10x, yes. Uh how do I know when to
- 0:12pivot and which vehicle to express uh to
- 0:14fully express my potential and skill?
- 0:16Good question, dude. So, you obviously
- 0:18understand how to do direct response.
- 0:20You understand probably how to do
- 0:21webinars. You probably understand how to
- 0:22do high-ticket sales teams.
- 0:24So, you attached uh a really valuable
- 0:27skill set to a a low-leverage
- 0:29opportunity. Now, to be clear, you can
- 0:30make money with doing it, you know, um
- 0:33no question there.
- 0:35Uh you know, it's very rare for biz ops
- 0:37to get over $100 million a year and
- 0:38typically they don't last
- 0:40uh because they're arbitrage
- 0:41opportunities by the very nature, either
- 0:43by media in terms of like how they're
- 0:44acquiring customers or by the very
- 0:46nature of the business opportunity that
- 0:47they're selling. So, there's just
- 0:49there's leverage that expands and
- 0:50explodes for short periods and they kind
- 0:52of they pop and disappear. So, it's more
- 0:53of like a it's like a pop-up business
- 0:55that like disappears and then you have
- 0:57to pop up another one. That's why people
- 0:58go from launch to sorry, from offer to
- 1:00offer to offer. Uh and like no one
- 1:02outside of the biz op world talks that
- 1:03way because they talk in products and
- 1:05businesses, but biz op is about offers.
- 1:07Um so, that being said, uh you're losing
- 1:11motivation because you feel like you
- 1:12can't really build things and I
- 1:13understand why because you have a churn
- 1:15factory where you're just selling
- 1:16customers and many of them aren't
- 1:17successful because the nature of who is
- 1:18attracted to a business opportunity in
- 1:20general. And so, I think that what would
- 1:22make sense is like you take your very,
- 1:23you know, good acquisition skills and
- 1:25tie it to an actual business opportunity
- 1:27for you to go pursue the the
- 1:29opportunity. Right? Like the fastest
- 1:31money you can make is selling ladders,
- 1:33the biggest money you can make is
- 1:34climbing them.
- 1:37Right? Like the fastest money you make
- 1:39is selling shovels, the biggest money
- 1:41you make is actually finding the gold
- 1:42mine. It just takes longer and is more
- 1:43work.
- 1:47I think that was pretty deep. That was
- 1:48profound. All right, let's do the next
- 1:50one. Sir Kevin, let's rock. If you like
- 1:53this video and you're a business owner
- 1:54who wants to break through your current
- 1:55revenue ceiling, I just sold every
- 1:56lesson from scaling 10 businesses past
- 1:5810 million and three businesses past 100
- 2:00million into a completely free scaling
- 2:02roadmap that I've used to go from zero
- 2:04to one, zero to 10, and zero to 100

- 2:07can check it out. Again, absolutely
- 2:09free. And since you're a business owner,
