  1. 0:0030 days. I want you to give yourself 30
  2. 0:03days of being absolutely and completely
  3. 0:06delusional about your life and what you
  4. 0:09can have. See, most people decide what
  5. 0:11they want and then they spend the rest
  6. 0:12of their time focusing on all the
  7. 0:14reasons why they can't have it. So, I'm
  8. 0:16going to show you exactly what I do
  9. 0:18instead and how I transformed my life
  10. 0:20within 13 days after years of nothing,
  11. 0:23being burnt out and exhausted, and how
  12. 0:25you can do the same and use the next 30
  13. 0:27days to make your life completely
  14. 0:29unrecognizable. Welcome back. And if
  15. 0:31you're new here, hi, I'm Vikita. On my
  16. 0:33channel, I try to help you get
  17. 0:35everything you want the easier and
  18. 0:37softer [music] way. If you've done all
  19. 0:38the doing and you just want things to
  20. 0:41start landing in your life, you should
  21. 0:43probably stick around and subscribe. The
  22. 0:45protocol that I'm going to be sharing in
  23. 0:46this video is something that I've been
  24. 0:48talking about on my Instagram and people
  25. 0:50have been loving it. I'm just gauging
  26. 0:52interest right now. So, if you are
  27. 0:53interested in this protocol and wanting
  28. 0:55it for yourself in a downloadable doc,
  29. 0:57the link to be put on the interest list
  30. 0:59is down below. For one month, I want you
  31. 1:01to quite literally stop using what you
  32. 1:04currently see in your reality as
  33. 1:06evidence for what gets to exist for you
  34. 1:08next month. because we have 3 months
  35. 1:10left of 2026. And if there are things
  36. 1:12that you swore you are going to make
  37. 1:14happen that still haven't happened yet,
  38. 1:16I don't want you giving up on yourself.
  39. 1:17I don't want you already planning the
  40. 1:192027 vision board, give yourself one
  41. 1:22month. Most of us know exactly what we
  42. 1:25want and we know what we don't want. The
  43. 1:26problem is we spend a lot of our time
  44. 1:30looking for where it's at once we've
  45. 1:32decided what we wanted and we continue
  46. 1:34to be sort of sucked in by what's
  47. 1:37currently happening in our life. We look
  48. 1:39at our love life, our friendships, every
  49. 1:42area, and we see how disproportionately
  50. 1:45far we are from what we just said we
  51. 1:47wanted. And we let that act as evidence
  52. 1:50and talk us out of what we just decided.
  53. 1:52So, for the next 30 days, we're
  54. 1:54interrupting all of that. We are
  55. 1:55choosing our reality first. We are then
  56. 1:58becoming extremely intentional about the
  57. 2:00story we are telling ourselves every
  58. 2:02single day. And we're taking action from
  59. 2:04that chosen reality before we actually
  60. 2:07have the evidence that it's happening.
  61. 2:09This is probably the most important part
  62. 2:11of the entire process to getting
  63. 2:13whatever you want very quickly. And I
  64. 2:16don't mean to not pay your bills, go
  65. 2:18deal with your real life. I'm talking
  66. 2:19more about the mental authority that you
  67. 2:22keep giving your current circumstances.
  68. 2:23the mental focus and attention. The way
  69. 2:25I think about manifestation is that so
  70. 2:28much of what I can see is just delayed
  71. 2:30information, things that I previously
  72. 2:32believed or focused on or gave a lot of
  73. 2:35my attention to. I'm just experiencing
  74. 2:37the fruits of my mental attention. So,
  75. 2:40why would I allow an old dead printout
  76. 2:43that currently exists around me to
  77. 2:45decide what is possible for me next?
  78. 2:47That's the part I want you to be
  79. 2:49obnoxiously disciplined about for the
  80. 2:51next 30 days. neutrality at all times.
  81. 2:54Something didn't go the way you wanted
  82. 2:56it to. That's fine. That tells me
  83. 2:58something about today. So for 30 days,
  84. 3:01it is so simple. If it is not what you
  85. 3:03want, stop focusing on it and stop
  86. 3:05giving it attention. This next part is
  87. 3:07the unlock. Honestly, I feel like it's a
  88. 3:09cheat code. Telling the story of your
  89. 3:11dream day. Manifestation, getting
  90. 3:13whatever you want is simply about
  91. 3:15telling a story. You know the story of
  92. 3:18your dream life. You know exactly what
  93. 3:19you want. You can visualize it in detail
  94. 3:22and in depth. You can write about all
  95. 3:23the little intricacies. But what about
  96. 3:26the story that you're telling daily? It
  97. 3:29is focusing on the micro. We know what
  98. 3:32we want. We know the dream life. But
  99. 3:34what are we telling ourselves on a
  100. 3:36random Tuesday when we wake up? When
  101. 3:37everything is just very mundane and
  102. 3:39boring. Your dream life is truly not
  103. 3:42just made up of all these like cinematic
  104. 3:45events that are so big and grand. They
  105. 3:47are made up of the mundane, the small.
  106. 3:49Once you're there in your dream life, I
  107. 3:52just got chills. Eventually, it just
  108. 3:54becomes normal. It becomes mundane. It
  109. 3:56becomes an ordinary Tuesday. So, the
  110. 3:58next step in the protocol for the next
  111. 4:0030 days is to tell the story of your
  112. 4:02dream day, not your dream life. You are
  113. 4:05waking up every morning and you are
  114. 4:07writing a passage in a journal from the
  115. 4:10inside of your dream life. What are you
  116. 4:12doing? Who are you waking up next to?
  117. 4:14What are you feeling? Where are you?
  118. 4:16What are you working on? Who are you
  119. 4:18seeing? What are the conversations that
  120. 4:20you're having? Let's say you've decided
  121. 4:21you want a successful business online.
  122. 4:23And let's say you're filming something
  123. 4:25today. You've got content to create.
  124. 4:26Instead of waking up thinking, "Oh my
  125. 4:28god, going to be creating content for an
  126. 4:30audience I don't have. People don't
  127. 4:32watch my videos. What's the point of
  128. 4:34doing this?" What does that same Tuesday
  129. 4:37look like when it's being experienced
  130. 4:40from the version of you that already has
  131. 4:42it? She trusts herself more. She feels
  132. 4:45super confident in being seen and
  133. 4:48putting out her authentic self. It's the
  134. 4:50exact same Tuesday. It's just a
  135. 4:52different story. And then at night, I do
  136. 4:54the same thing backwards. So, I
  137. 4:55basically write another passage, but now
  138. 4:58you're just basically telling the story
  139. 5:00of your day as if it went in your favor
  140. 5:02completely. Like everything just worked
  141. 5:04out perfectly for you. And this isn't
  142. 5:06about lying to yourself and just sort of
  143. 5:08faking everything. It really is just an
  144. 5:10interception in the energy and
  145. 5:12interpretation of what you're noticing.
  146. 5:14Simply put, you look at a neutral fact
  147. 5:17and you attach a positive story. You are
  148. 5:19already telling a story. So, just tell a
  149. 5:21story in your favor. And then we decide.
  150. 5:24There is a very different energy and
  151. 5:26reality creation process when you're
  152. 5:29deciding versus wanting. When you are
  153. 5:32deciding, you are saying this is it and
  154. 5:34then you're telling the story of that.
  155. 5:36When you're wanting something, you are
  156. 5:38very painfully aware that you don't have
  157. 5:41it. When I decided something with
  158. 5:43conviction and knowing, there was a very
  159. 5:46different quality to it, different
  160. 5:48taste, different texture. I felt at
  161. 5:51peace. That question of where is it? Why
  162. 5:53don't I have it yet? When's it coming?
  163. 5:55It honestly just felt settled. And
  164. 5:57that's exactly what happened with my
  165. 5:58Instagram. While I was testing out this
  166. 6:00protocol before I shared it with you,
  167. 6:01I've gone from 12,000 subs followers on
  168. 6:04Instagram to 22,000 in a matter of like
  169. 6:0730 days by just deciding like this is
  170. 6:09what it is. And the thing that I want
  171. 6:11you to hold is that you don't know the
  172. 6:13sequence of events. You don't know how
  173. 6:15that's going to unfold. You don't have
  174. 6:17to concern yourself with that. The how
  175. 6:19is not your problem. Just decide and
  176. 6:21stop reopening this question of like
  177. 6:23whether it's available to you and
  178. 6:25whether you can have it every 5 minutes.
  179. 6:27It's done and it's decided. Don't get
  180. 6:29trapped in making a decision and then
  181. 6:31allowing your reality to convince you
  182. 6:34that it's not possible for 30 days. I
  183. 6:36want you to stop doing that. If you've
  184. 6:38decided and you don't see it yet, all
  185. 6:41good. The last part is where the actual
  186. 6:43delusional action comes in. It's not
  187. 6:44forced action. It's delusional aligned
  188. 6:47action. Instead of asking, "Is this even
  189. 6:49possible for me?" Ask, "What makes sense
  190. 6:52for me to create next?" If you've
  191. 6:53decided you're a content creator and
  192. 6:55you're building an audience, it probably
  193. 6:57makes sense to publish content. If
  194. 6:59you've decided you have a certain job,
  195. 7:00it's your dream job, whatever, it would
  196. 7:02probably make sense for you to actually
  197. 7:04go apply. It would probably make sense
  198. 7:05to go to networking events that are
  199. 7:07aligned with that. And let me make it
  200. 7:08clear that delusional action, aligned
  201. 7:10action doesn't always feel comfortable.
  202. 7:12That's because your current reality
  203. 7:14hasn't given you permission that it's
  204. 7:16available or that it exists for you.
  205. 7:18That's what makes it uncomfortable. And
  206. 7:19that's why it's delusional action.
  207. 7:21Delusional action is simply just moving,
  208. 7:23doing the thing before you are being
  209. 7:26given permission by your reality. You're
  210. 7:28willing to move before you have evidence
  211. 7:31that makes you feel safe moving. Think
  212. 7:33of reality as your shadow just following
  213. 7:35you around. You have to go first. Your
  214. 7:37shadow is following behind you. That's
  215. 7:39reality. You're going first. Reality is
  216. 7:42just following your lead. So, that's the
  217. 7:44experiment I'm doing again for 30 days.
  218. 7:46Let me know in the comments who you are
  219. 7:48and if you're in on this challenge. We
  220. 7:50will be doing it together. I'm super
  221. 7:51excited. If you want to stick around,
  222. 7:53you can watch this video next.
