- 0:02you how to fix the blue screen of death
- 0:03error on Windows 10 this method is
- 0:06tested and working with this you can fix
- 0:08it if there is not caused by a
- 0:10physically damaged Hardware so proceed
- 0:12with confidence the blue screen of death
- 0:14or bsod eror is caused by pool
- 0:16corruption means a hardware problem with
- 0:19the system's hard drive or let's say a
- 0:21corrupted file system this can occur
- 0:23when your devices Hardware or software
- 0:25has issues or a malware or attacker can
- 0:28cost this as well the first thing we are
- 0:30going to do is try to repair the boot
- 0:32sector on your hard drive then we are
- 0:34going to try to find and fix the F
- 0:36system if it's corrupted since we don't
- 0:39know what cost issue in your case I
- 0:41recommend you to do both so let's get
- 0:43started since we are now dealing with
- 0:46the bsod error our system might crash at
- 0:48any moment in the normal Windows mode so
- 0:51I recommend you to do the first step by
- 0:53utilizing the advanced startup options
- 0:55for that go to your start menu click on
- 0:57the setting skure icon and from settings
- 1:00window go to update and security Now go
- 1:02to recovery and click on the restart Now
- 1:05button under the advanced startup
- 1:07section wait for a moment and you will
- 1:09see these options from here go to
- 1:11troubleshoot Advanced options now choose
- 1:14command prompt which will restart your
- 1:17system now choose your Microsoft account
- 1:20enter your password and hit continue and
- 1:23this will open up the command prompt
- 1:24window now to repair your boot sector
- 1:27and the command boot scct space for/
- 1:31nt60 space S5s and hit enter you can
- 1:36find all the command lines in the video
- 1:38description as well now type in boot Rec
- 1:41Space for/ fix Boot and hit enter and we
- 1:45have fixed the boot sector on your hard
- 1:47drive now we are going to rebuild the
- 1:49boot configuration data for that enter
- 1:52the following command line boot recc
- 1:54space for/
- 1:56rebuildbcd and press enter wait for
- 2:00moment and we have completed the
- 2:02operation successfully now to scan your
- 2:04hard drive especially your system
- 2:06partition furthermore type in ch kdsk
- 2:10space c colon and hit enter it will scan
- 2:13and fix your system drive further if
- 2:16there is an error wait for it to finish
- 2:18the process once it's completed you can
- 2:20close the command prompt and reboot into
- 2:22your normal Windows 10 it is in no yet
- 2:25now we have to diagnose the file system
- 2:27for corrupted files so go to your start
- 2:30menu Search Command Prompt now right
- 2:32click on it and choose runess
- 2:34administrator that will open your
- 2:35command prompt with elevated permissions
- 2:38now we can run a command to check your
- 2:40Windows File system for file corruption
- 2:43and hopefully we can find the corrupted
- 2:44files that cost the bsod and fix them so
- 2:48type in the following command dism.exe
- 2:51space slashonline space SL cleanup-image
- 2:56space SL restore Health please make sure
- 3:00to enter it correctly and with space
- 3:02before each forward slash for your
- 3:04convenience I also added these command
- 3:06lines to the video description so that
- 3:08you can copy it from there and directly
- 3:10paste into your CMD using the keyboard
- 3:12shortcut control+ V once you do that you
- 3:15can hit enter which will start to repair
- 3:17the windows image it will take some time
- 3:19so let's wait for it to finish once it's
- 3:22finished you will see a message that
- 3:24says the restore operation completed
- 3:26successfully so it is time to run the
- 3:28second command line which is sfc space
- 3:31for/ scan now once you do hit enter and
- 3:34it will start scanning your system for
- 3:36corrupted files and it's going to verify
- 3:38them and fixes them automatically if it
- 3:41finds any so all you need to do is sit
- 3:43tight it will take a while it has
- 3:46completed the process and as you can see
- 3:48it says Windows resource protection
- 3:50found corrupted files and successfully
- 3:52repaired them and I think we have
- 3:54successfully fixed your blue screen of
- 3:56death on your Windows 10 but any
- 3:59unfortunate circumstances if the problem
- 4:01still exists or it's beyond what this
- 4:03fix can do you can always check your
- 4:05windows logger to continue the diagnosis
- 4:07to know what actually cost it to access
- 4:10the windows logger go to the start menu
- 4:12search Event Viewer and inside custom
- 4:14views click on administrative events and
- 4:17here you can check what goost the blue
- 4:19screen of death in your scenario it is
- 4:21where your windows records every major
- 4:23system events Google the error and try
- 4:25to do a little research if you don't
- 4:27know what to make of it as I as I said
- 4:30earlier there are other aspects to this
- 4:32like a faulty Hardware in the worst case
