  1. 0:02hey there's Davey from baby comma we
  2. 0:05help small business owners because
  3. 0:07specifically professional services
  4. 0:09providers get better leads and more
  5. 0:11clients well today I'm going to share
  6. 0:14with you we're gonna take a little break
  7. 0:15from the series that I have been doing
  8. 0:17so I want to share with you some really
  9. 0:19dynamite information about how you can
  10. 0:22keep your webinar viewers engaged
  11. 0:24regardless of what the webinar is that
  12. 0:27you are doing so even if you're doing a
  13. 0:30webinar where you're just trying to book
  14. 0:32appointments or consultations the
  15. 0:34strategy still hold because you see it's
  16. 0:36not enough to get people on your webinar
  17. 0:39you've got to keep them engaged
  18. 0:40throughout the process you don't keep
  19. 0:42them engaged you can't close them so
  20. 0:45little story here my wife comes down
  21. 0:48today Karen who is also the president of
  22. 0:50the company she's the one that actually
  23. 0:51makes the business run behind the scenes
  24. 0:54person and she says I just took a master
  25. 0:58class on cooking on knife skills and I
  26. 1:03want to buy the entire guy's entire
  27. 1:06online program about how to cook now
  28. 1:08this is something because Karen's a very
  29. 1:11talented person not great in the kitchen
  30. 1:14not great in the kitchen so I'm kind of
  31. 1:17excited about this right it's like a
  32. 1:18four hundred or something dollar course
  33. 1:20and you know she's been on a lot of
  34. 1:22webinars and she hasn't bought anything
  35. 1:24and so I was wondering well why was she
  36. 1:26so engaged and she says wanted to know
  37. 1:28what I was watching it and there was a
  38. 1:30thing that I printed and I download it
  39. 1:32and I filled it out and I kept filling
  40. 1:34it out as we were going along see this
  41. 1:37is one of the things that even I've
  42. 1:39gotten lazy about but it's one of the
  43. 1:41things that you can do to really
  44. 1:43increase the results that you get from
  45. 1:45your webinars and that is having a
  46. 1:48handout that people fill in the beauty
  47. 1:51of it is number one if they print out
  48. 1:53and they put it on their desk it acts as
  49. 1:55a reminder so you got a higher show up
  50. 1:57right the second thing is if it's
  51. 1:59constructive properly when people go
  52. 2:01through it it creates what's called an
  53. 2:03open loop in their mind because there's
  54. 2:05blank spaces there's things that are
  55. 2:07filled out not filled in right that they
  56. 2:10need to fill in something they have to
  57. 2:11complete it also when they
  58. 2:13on the actual webinar that keeps them
  59. 2:16engaged throughout the entire process
  60. 2:18because they want to fill it out in
  61. 2:19addition to all of that it allows you to
  62. 2:22do something called compliance so when
  63. 2:24I'm speaking on stage in front of a live
  64. 2:26audience I get them to do things to get
  65. 2:29them to raise their hand to say things
  66. 2:30out loud so on and so forth well one of
  67. 2:33the ways that we can duplicate that is
  68. 2:35with a handout some people write this
  69. 2:38down circle this draw this right and so
  70. 2:42we get compliance and the more that we
  71. 2:43can get our audience to do what we want
  72. 2:45them to do when we want them to do it
  73. 2:47the more them will buy at the end when
  74. 2:50we ask them to buy so think about
  75. 2:53creating a handout a worksheet that
  76. 2:56someone can fill in during your webinar
  77. 2:59that they download and that they print
  78. 3:01out before you actually do it by the way
  79. 3:04right now webinars are working better
  80. 3:06than ever I'm looking a little rough
  81. 3:09here that's because I've been doing so
  82. 3:10much work with my private clients doing
  83. 3:13webinars with them in fact just
  84. 3:15yesterday we did a webinar with a
  85. 3:16private client in one hour we sold 80
  86. 3:19thousand dollars worth of a product to
  87. 3:22business owners in a business where well
  88. 3:24quite frankly they're not getting any
  89. 3:26business right now so if you follow the
  90. 3:28proper structure they absolutely work
  91. 3:30whether you're selling a product or
  92. 3:32whether you're selling the service or
  93. 3:34whether you're using it to get people to
  94. 3:36book a consultation with one of the keys
  95. 3:38is the handout now if you want to know
  96. 3:40how to completely structure a webinar or
  97. 3:42a live online event that will produce
  98. 3:45sales for you then go to day decom and
  99. 3:48if you opted in to my dad lead email
  100. 3:50newsletter I also give you a report
  101. 3:52which shows you specifically how to do
  102. 3:54it in great detail so hey thanks for
  103. 3:57watching this and I look forward to
  104. 3:58talking to you again
