  1. 0:00So, let's talk about how to embody the
  2. 0:02new identity, your new identity, so
  3. 0:05fully that it becomes your default
  4. 0:09state. There's a moment in your journey
  5. 0:12where the version of you that you've
  6. 0:14been trying to become
  7. 0:16stops feeling like effort and starts
  8. 0:18feeling natural. And that's what we call
  9. 0:23embodiment.
  10. 0:24And that's where everything changes.
  11. 0:28Embodiment is the concrete
  12. 0:30representation, expression or physical
  13. 0:34manifestation of an abstract idea,
  14. 0:36quality or spirit. It refers to the
  15. 0:40state of being embodied as an
  16. 0:43incarnation or the active process of
  17. 0:46living through the body sensations
  18. 0:49connecting conscious awareness with
  19. 0:52physical experience.
  20. 0:54It is often described as
  21. 0:56mindfulness for the body.
  22. 1:00Welcome back to creative metaphysics.
  23. 1:02Today we are going a little deeper into
  24. 1:06identity work
  25. 1:09because understanding who you want to be
  26. 1:11is not enough. You have to become it.
  27. 1:15And not just sometimes
  28. 1:17but consistently
  29. 1:20until it becomes your default.
  30. 1:22When we break this open, the first thing
  31. 1:24that we realize it it stops feeling like
  32. 1:28an act. At first, the new identity feels
  33. 1:32like something you're trying.
  34. 1:36You have to think about it, remind
  35. 1:38yourself, push yourself into it because
  36. 1:41it's not familiar yet. And it hasn't
  37. 1:44become you. But over time, that changes.
  38. 1:51I tell you a story about when it felt
  39. 1:53forced for me. There was a time where I
  40. 1:56had to remind myself constantly,
  41. 1:59show up, speak clearly, move with
  42. 2:02confidence. It didn't feel natural. It
  43. 2:05didn't It felt like effort. And part of
  44. 2:08me thought,
  45. 2:10"This isn't really me."
  46. 2:12But looking back, it was me. Just not
  47. 2:18the version I was used to yet.
  48. 2:22Ask yourself, what are you doing right
  49. 2:25now that still feels like effort?
  50. 2:29And what if that effort
  51. 2:32is actually the process of becoming?
  52. 2:36You see, repetition creates identity.
  53. 2:40You don't become this version of
  54. 2:42yourself once. You become it repeatedly
  55. 2:46over and over and over again.
  56. 2:50One action doesn't change your identity,
  57. 2:53but repeated actions,
  58. 2:56they
  59. 2:58rewrite it.
  60. 3:00There's a shift that happens through
  61. 3:02repetition. There was a point
  62. 3:06where I stopped looking for a big
  63. 3:09moment. I stopped waiting to feel ready
  64. 3:12like this is it. I now feel ready. And I
  65. 3:15just kept showing up again and again and
  66. 3:19again. And slowly
  67. 3:24something changed. It got easier,
  68. 3:27more natural,
  69. 3:30less forced. And that's when I realized
  70. 3:32that it wasn't about doing it perfectly.
  71. 3:37It was about doing it consistently.
  72. 3:40Be honest. Are you waiting for it to
  73. 3:43feel natural before you keep going
  74. 3:48or are you willing to repeat it until it
  75. 3:52becomes natural?
  76. 3:55You see your body has to believe it.
  77. 4:00This is deeper than behavior. Your
  78. 4:02system has to feel safe. It has to feel
  79. 4:06safe being seen. You have to feel safe
  80. 4:10expressing yourself.
  81. 4:12You have to feel safe
  82. 4:16moving forward.
  83. 4:17Because if your body doesn't feel safe,
  84. 4:22it will pull you back. No matter what
  85. 4:24you think, it will pull you back.
  86. 4:29I think about when it finally felt calm
  87. 4:32for me. There was a moment where I
  88. 4:35noticed something shift.
  89. 4:39I showed up and I didn't feel the same
  90. 4:41tension.
  91. 4:43No tightness, no hesitation, just
  92. 4:47presence. And that's when I knew
  93. 4:51something deeper had changed.
  94. 4:53Not just what I was doing,
  95. 4:56but how I felt when I was doing it. Ask
  96. 4:59yourself, do you feel tense when you
  97. 5:01show up or do you feel grounded?
  98. 5:06Because that's what tells you where you
  99. 5:09are in the process.
  100. 5:12And if you're starting to see that this
  101. 5:15process is deeper than just action,
  102. 5:18this is exactly why I created the
  103. 5:20creator's first shift. It helps you
  104. 5:23understand the internal patterns that
  105. 5:25are shaping your behavior, the beliefs
  106. 5:28behind those patterns, and how to start
  107. 5:31shifting them in a real practical way.
  108. 5:36So, you're not just trying to act
  109. 5:38differently. You're actually becoming
  110. 5:41different.
  111. 5:43The link is in the description.
  112. 5:46costs about the same as a cup of coffee.
  113. 5:48But the shift it creates in how you show
  114. 5:51up daily,
  115. 5:54that's what leads to real embodiment.
  116. 5:58You see, the real test
  117. 6:00happens under pressure. It's easy to act
  118. 6:03like a new version of you when things
  119. 6:05are calm. But the real question is, who
  120. 6:09are you when things feel off?
  121. 6:12when you're tired,
  122. 6:14when you're stressed,
  123. 6:17when you're simply just not sure
  124. 6:21because that's when your default shows
  125. 6:24up. That's the real you, the default
  126. 6:27you, the current you.
  127. 6:31Ask yourself,
  128. 6:33when pressure hits, who takes over?
  129. 6:38Is it the old version of you or is it
  130. 6:41the new one?
  131. 6:43Is it what you were before or is it what
  132. 6:47you're becoming?
  133. 6:49And that answer matters.
  134. 6:53Got to realize that small moments build
  135. 6:56identity. This doesn't happen in one big
  136. 6:59moment. It happens in small ones.
  137. 7:03Choosing to show up, choosing to move
  138. 7:06forward.
  139. 7:08Choosing to trust yourself.
  140. 7:11Every small decision is a break in your
  141. 7:15identity.
  142. 7:17Really, really ask yourself, what are
  143. 7:21your small moments building, the old
  144. 7:24version of you or the new one? And truth
  145. 7:29be told, you have to practice until it
  146. 7:32becomes you. Here's how it works.
  147. 7:36You define the identity. You choose one
  148. 7:40trait. You act from it.
  149. 7:43You notice when you fall back
  150. 7:46and you return.
  151. 7:48Every time you return, you strengthen
  152. 7:51that new identity.
  153. 7:54Ask yourself this. What is one way you
  154. 7:58can act today as the version of you that
  155. 8:02you're becoming? And then live that.
  156. 8:05Remember this. You don't force a new
  157. 8:09identity. You practice it until it
  158. 8:12becomes natural.
  159. 8:15Until it becomes you.
  160. 8:19And when it does,
  161. 8:21you stop trying. You start being.
  162. 8:25That's when your creativity flows.
  163. 8:28That's when your confidence stabilizes.
  164. 8:32That's when your results follow because
  165. 8:36this is no longer something you're
  166. 8:37doing. It's who you are. And that's the
  167. 8:42shift.
