HOW TO EMBODY 🥸 | Law of Assumption — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:00I'm gonna be a little bit quieter today.
- 0:02I don't know if you guys can hear me. I
- 0:03know you can, but like not as loud
- 0:06because my roommate's sleeping. So,
- 0:08first of all, I know my schedule has
- 0:11been just like everywhere because I've
- 0:13been traveling going back and forth and
- 0:15I'm actually going to Coobe tomorrow.
- 0:17So, yeah, another day of fun. And then
- 0:20after a week, I'm also going back home.
- 0:22So, that's going to be another travel
- 0:24journey and I'll have to settle down
- 0:26first before going back into our regular
- 0:28schedule. Also, if you haven't noticed,
- 0:31there is this weird reflection over here
- 0:33because I broke my phone's screen
- 0:35protector, but I guess it's an aesthetic
- 0:37because it's kind of giving that, you
- 0:38know, misty reflective effect. I want to
- 0:42do a life update as well, like a mini
- 0:44life update. So, I got this new ring.
- 0:47It's so cute. I wanted to buy the same
- 0:49ring that I got in 2021, but you know, I
- 0:53couldn't find it. And then I just
- 0:55somehow came across something very
- 0:56similar. As you can see, it has like the
- 0:58same pattern. So, I guess I'm satisfied
- 1:01with it for now. Actually, I do have a
- 1:03mini success story to share with you
- 1:04guys. You know how I manifested this for
- 1:06free. And I'm actually pretty obsessed
- 1:08with this brand because I do have
- 1:10another ring from them. This is like my
- 1:12favorite ring ever. So, I found out that
- 1:14they do have a necklace to go with this
- 1:16ring. And I was like, you know what?
- 1:18Should I get it? Should I not? It's not
- 1:19like my most wanted thing on my list,
- 1:23but it would be cute to wear together.
- 1:24So, I'm like, okay, if I get it, then I
- 1:26get it. If I don't, then whatever. I
- 1:28visualized it a couple of times in my
- 1:30head without really like thinking much
- 1:31about it. It wasn't even intentional.
- 1:33Then one or two days later, my mom
- 1:35texted me asking if I want that exact
- 1:37same necklace. I was like, "Okay, unless
- 1:39it is free, then I don't want it because
- 1:41it's not a necessity." Like, it's not my
- 1:44number one
- 1:45want. So, at first she was like, "No, I
- 1:48couldn't get it for free because of like
- 1:49some complications." Then afterwards, I
- 1:51think like two weeks later, she got it
- 1:53for free. So, success story. Now, let's
- 1:56get into today's topic. Embodying. What
- 1:59does it mean? How do you do it? First,
- 2:01you are always embodying a state. Being
- 2:03a character, choosing a version of
- 2:05yourself that you want to be in this
- 2:08current moment. We do this naturally.
- 2:10It's just something that we can't help
- 2:11but do automatically cuz we are human
- 2:14beings. We're being like no matter what,
- 2:17we're just choosing to be somebody in
- 2:19every single moment. And the version
- 2:21that you choose to think from manifests
- 2:24into dimensions like third dimension. So
- 2:27embodying is not a technique. It's
- 2:29something that you already know how to
- 2:30do. It's just like, oh, I wake up and I
- 2:33want to be a different person today. I
- 2:35want to think from a different mindset.
- 2:37I want to have different assumptions. I
- 2:39want to be somebody who's more
- 2:41confident. I want to be somebody who is
- 2:43obsessed with pancakes instead of
- 2:45waffles because waffles was my old
- 2:47version and I want to be obsessed with
- 2:48pancakes. Now it is a decision. I know
- 2:51like there's this common misconception
- 2:53that when you embody you have to act.
- 2:55No, you do not have to act because think
- 2:58about it. If you have what you desire,
- 3:00would you go out of your way to act a
- 3:02certain way to have your desire? No.
- 3:04That's just a little like too much. Like
- 3:07why are you going out of your way to
- 3:08have something when you're supposed to
- 3:11be the person who already has that
- 3:14thing? If you were to do any action, it
- 3:16should be inspired action. like it
- 3:18should be motivated and authentic to
- 3:21yourself instead of like doing it
- 3:24because you believe that to have your
- 3:26desire you must do a certain action. Let
- 3:28me give you an example. So if you want
- 3:31money and you're like to embody that
- 3:33rich version of me because I think I
- 3:35would be spending more as the rich
- 3:37version of me therefore I should just
- 3:39spend more now. No you do not because it
- 3:42isn't the physical action that matters.
- 3:45It is where you stink from that matters.
- 3:47The rich version of you is not thinking,
- 3:48"Oh, I must spend more to act rich, to
- 3:52be rich." They're thinking, "I already
- 3:54got the money. I'm secure. I'm not
- 3:56overthinking to act a certain way to
- 3:58have something. I'm just naturally
- 4:00spending on whatever I want because I
- 4:03can." By the way, it is morning now, so
- 4:05you can see the lighting has changed.
- 4:07Um, but you can see that there's a huge
- 4:09difference in mindset, right? The person
- 4:11who is manifesting versus the person who
- 4:15manifested. two different characters.
- 4:17Let me give you some real life examples.
- 4:19I actually really wanted to talk about
- 4:20this. So, photos to me are so [Â __Â ]
- 4:23important. Like, when I have somebody
- 4:24take my photos, I want to look good in
- 4:27them. And I usually get frustrated when
- 4:29boomers take my photos and it doesn't
- 4:31turn out nice because they don't know
- 4:33angles. So, whenever I see photos that I
- 4:36do not approve of that are taken by
- 4:38boomers, it kind of ruins my day. So,
- 4:40I'm like, "Okay, I should embody the
- 4:42person who is glowed up pretty enough to
- 4:46the point where when boomers take my
- 4:48photos, it's not going to ruin my day."
- 4:50So, as usual, I embody the me who glows
- 4:53up every single day. And whenever I have
- 4:56the opportunity to take photos every
- 4:58time my photo gets taken, my mind is
- 5:00like, "This photo is going to turn out
- 5:02nice." Even though it's a boomer taking
- 5:04my photo, it's going to turn out nice.
- 5:06No hate to boomers. the version of me
- 5:08that I embody when I took photos.
- 5:11Actually, not when like I just embody it
- 5:14constantly. So that version is like the
- 5:16photogenic version of me. If I get my
- 5:19photos taken, it's okay if some photos
- 5:22are not satisfactory. But I just want
- 5:2480% of my photos to be good enough for
- 5:27me. Ever since embodying that, like I
- 5:30like a lot of my photos. Like yes, I
- 5:31could delete like 20 photos out of 100
- 5:34photos, but I am satisfied with 80
- 5:36photos out of the 100 photos. And I
- 5:38really saw results because I have been
- 5:41taking photos by one, two, three, I
- 5:44think three boomers. I swear to God, I'm
- 5:46not hanging out with boomers as my
- 5:48friends. I'm just like, it's just my
- 5:49parent like my mom and my auntie and
- 5:52some other dude who wanted a photo of me
- 5:54at his restaurant cuz I was I don't know
- 5:56why. But yeah, I am satisfied with the
- 5:58photos. The singular photo that my
- 6:00auntie took of me, I was satisfied with
- 6:03it. I also had a mini photo shoot in
- 6:05Tokyo done by my mom that I did not post
- 6:08on my main Instagram that I was actually
- 6:10really satisfied with. So, it was pretty
- 6:12obvious, like very obvious success
- 6:14story. The fact that every single photo
- 6:17that my auntie took of me, like just two
- 6:19photos each time, was something that I
- 6:21was okay with shows that me instantly
- 6:23going into the mode of, okay, I look
- 6:25good in this photo. I look good in this
- 6:26photo when she took my photo was [Â __Â ]
- 6:29working. Another thing that I do with
- 6:31embodying is I usually pick out a
- 6:33celebrity that I am inspired by at the
- 6:35moment and I pick out qualities that I
- 6:37like about them and then I put it on
- 6:40like a costume. Not act it out but like
- 6:42I would think in that way. If you know
- 6:45me, you would have known like I have
- 6:46embodied Blair Waldorf from Gossip Girl
- 6:48for a while. Like I think especially
- 6:51when I was watching this show in
- 6:532022. I still did in 2023. I was still
- 6:56embodying her. Now sometimes I embody
- 6:59London Tipton from Zach and Cody and
- 7:02recent I am embodying the confidence of
- 7:05like cat's eye members. At this point
- 7:08though because I did really focus on
- 7:10embodying celebrities back then. Now I'm
- 7:12like I don't really need to put on a
- 7:15costume of somebody else completely to
- 7:18be confident cuz I'm too used to it now.
- 7:20Now most of the time I'm like oh I'm
- 7:22Cecilia. Like that's me and I'm
- 7:24confident in myself and I love myself. I
- 7:26love everything about me and Cecilia is
- 7:28like the standard for me. You know how
- 7:30you're like building a character in a
- 7:32game? I don't even know how to play
- 7:33games, but like if you're building a
- 7:35character and then you pieced it all
- 7:37together and you're satisfied with it,
- 7:38like that's how I feel about myself
- 7:39right now. So yes, if you want to, I do
- 7:42100% recommend you to embody characters
- 7:44or celebrities. And then eventually the
- 7:47result is basically like this. You're
- 7:49going to be feeling very confident about
- 7:51yourself and not even not put anybody
- 7:54else on a pedestal because you know that
- 7:56no matter what you are the best because
- 7:58you decided that you are the best. Not
- 8:01in an egotistical way, more like you
- 8:03have to decide that you're the best in
- 8:05your reality because this is your
- 8:07reality. It's your responsibility. Oh my
- 8:10god. Also, have I told you guys that
- 8:12Cupcake viewed my story? That is a
- 8:14success story. It was just a story
- 8:16repost, but I like having celebrities or
- 8:20big influencers notice me when I repost
- 8:23their stuff. So, anyways, that's it. If
